My parent and I had a fantastic experience at Awesome Dealz!! We were there a couple days ago to purchase a mattress for my new home and the staffs were so nice! They were very patient with us as we were trying to make up our minds, They offered their advice and expertise in a great way. I couldnt have had a better experience with anyone else. Total garbage. This place sells the worst kinds of used shoes. Be warned, real dealz is a scam. They are heartless and cut throat. Their advertisement is planned to deceive until they get your money. I bought shoes from them, ship.me load of torn shoes are out, worst than what you will have in salvation army or goodwill.sh
These guys are amazing!! My dryer stopped working (within the 30 day warranty) and they sent out the MOST wonderful young man (Edwin) to check out the problem. He had everything needed to fix it. While he was here he also checked out my washer as well. Top marks to this small company.
I bought an HE washer about three weeks ago. When I got it home it did not cycle right. A technician came out and fixed it promptly and gave me an explanation of the washer. However it is doing the same thing again so I will be calling today. Here is the update on my review. It is still under a 30 day warranty repair or replace. I was told today that if they come out and theres nothing wrong with the washer then I have to pay the service fee of $40 if they come out and there is a problem they will fix it and waive the repair fee. However since the issue seems to be intermittent I have no guarantee that when they come out they will find an error. Apparently they will not honor the warranty within the 30 days.
This post has been updated! Read full review reat service was in and out. I got a upright deep freezer from them which came with a warranty. The freezer ended up needing a repair so I called them and they sent someone out the same day. The technician came out and did a great job fixing it and cleaned his mess. I will definitely go back when Im ready to purchase furniture. Update my freezer is not freezing again. This is something I really needed and was excited to find the perfect size for my house however after he fixed it it began to leak. I guess I have been screwed out my money I will never go back here again so disappointed. 4 months in and 2 problems. From 4 stars to zeroNo referrals from me and I am known to look out for and refer people!
Honest and always professional. Lazher the owner is a cool dude always looking to take care of me. I have gotten most of my appliances from here! Recently I purchased my side by side Frigidaire refrigerator for half the price and was pretty much brand new! Highly recommend!
Our washer went out unexpectedly and we desperately needed a new washer. They responded very quickly on messenger about what you need. We went in right away to look at washers and their selection is huge! We were in and out in less than an hour total and we got a year warranty on our washer. Highly recommend them!

Needed a fridge last minute and unfortunately made this the last stop of the day. Had multiple options for the unique size I needed, tested the unit and loaded my truck for me! 1 year warranty with the purchase, will return to buy a stove in the future!

We recently baught a washer and dryer from them. The plug was not the correct one, so they changed it for us at no charge. We had an issue with the washer. They responded quickly and fixed the problem right on the spot. They have wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend them for a great place to buy appliances!!

I bought a washer dryer combo from these guys,but unfortunately the dryer stopped working. Even though i missplaced my receipt they remembered me and honered the 30day warranty, and allowed me to exchange the dryer with no problem and no argument. All the staff are very helpful and respectful! I highley recommend this place.
A lot of inventory..new scratch and dent and used.... purchased a beautiful kitchenaid fridge with no visible flaws... very friendly and helpful staff. I will be back. Don’t pay Best Buy or Home Depot prices before checking these guys out. U won’t be disappointed!!!!!

I brought a Kenmore refrigerator the guy said it works good i got it home waited for over 4 hours to plug it in like the guy said and it didnt work. The refrigerator was plugged in all night and the temperature inside the refrigerator was 79 in the morning. I called the guy and he was trying to act like it was my fault the refrigerator didnt work said I plugged it in to soon when I did what he said to do. They sent a repair man to my house and the repair man said that their is a pipe on the bottom that is rusted out. So there is no way the refrigerator worked in the store and then wouldnt give me another one tried to sell me one at a higher price and I pay the difference then he got mad when he had to give me my money back. And they wouldnt come to pick up the broken refrigerator he sold me. I wouldnt tell anyone to go to this store

Purchased a washer and dryer from there 4 months ago after 3 months washer quit working and heating element went out on dryer a week after the washer quit working. I have called left 3 messages and no response so be careful I am very disappointed staff seemed friendly but does not help get my laundry done. BE CAREFUL
Just purchased my second refrigerator from this business the first refrigerator I purchased was for a rental property and 15 months later it’s still working fine so when my home refrigerator went out I knew where to go and got the same customer service as i did the first time great friendly staff NOT pushy and ready to answer any questions I had.So I would highly recommend anyone that’s in the market for a appliance stop by here see what they have before you go to the big box stores and pay way to much for the same thing these guys might have.Thank you guys again.

Do not, I repeat do not buy appliances from this place! We purchased a refrigerator and paid for delivery. The day it was supposed to be delivered he said that one doesn’t work. We should have gave up then, but instead we were talked into going with another refrigerator and two weeks later it stopped working.

Responded to a craigslist post and was told that the stove would be there. Called the store to double check that it would be there. Drove 45 min in a borrowed truck to buy the stove. Show up and....no stove. Then was told it sold two weeks prior.

2022-01-25Dont waste your time or money. I bought a washer and dryer with a warranty. The first dryer didnt work. Lazar asks me to check my vents. Vents were cleaned. Tariq came to check the dryer and explained the dryer had to be replaced. I got another dryer and that one was not drying the clothes all the way either. We agreed for them to come get the dryer and refund my money. However, he wouldnt refund my delivery fee for delivering a product that doesnt work. Lazar continued to blame my vents. I bought another dryer and it works great,so I guess it wasnt the vents. It took 2 months for this process to take place after calling and texting several times. I made appointments and they didnt show up or call. Time from work and money wasted. No professionalism at all.

2022-04-05I purchased a washer dryer set and yes it was used but it doesnt work. I reached out to the business but the owner didnt talk to me and did not try to fix the issue. This company doesnt appear to care about their customers.

I could not afford the warranty and he hooked me up with it just because I bought and had brought some friends to buy his appliances so they gave me the warranty for free. A highly recommend this company and they have lots deals from furniture to appliances like the fridge I bought.
