First time customer and was nervous to take my channel bag in for repair but behold it turned out amazing! The inside leather was faded in a few spots from excessive use and wear now you can’t even tell! Looks brand new again! Everything was quick, precise and better than I imagined it to be! Your most valuable things are in great hands here. Highly recommended. I am so very happy and I will most definitely be back with more of my things! This place is without a doubt a hidden gem! 💎

I had stained the leather on one of my favorite purses. It was ruined beyond repair, but Avon Lake Shoe Repair was able to replace the piece of leather I destroyed. He found the perfect match to my purse and it looks brand new! I am so happy with the outcome and it was very reasonably priced!!

Dropped a pair of boots off a couple days ago that I planned to use for my wedding in a couple more days. Not only was the owner able to get them done fast but because he knew I was wearing them to my wedding, he didn’t even charge me! What an awesome gesture that is so much appreciated. I hope my review goes to show what type of people run this establishment. By the way the boots look new again!!!

The stitching on the tongue of one of my sons hockey skates came undone, so I took it up to Avon Lake Shoe Repair to drop it off to be fixed. The skate was fixed in under 10 minutes while I waited, and was very reasonably priced.I will definitely be taking my business there in the future.

Avon Lake Shoe Repair is great...helped me out in a jam with an odd request. He fixed my army service cap, a job nobody else would touch. Perfect and fast service with a project not even on shoes! I cant thank him enough and would recommend his work to everyone. I will be going back!

While he could not repair the damage done to my boots, he was up front and honest. My boots would cost too much to repair and replacing them was a cheaper option. He is a skilled, honest, hardworking cobbler.

Took my daughters Coach purse there to see if he could fix broken zipper. He absolutely fixed her purse & here we thought it couldnt be done! Very friendly, personable & quick service. If you need any type of shoe/ sole, heel leather repair this is your guy!!Also sells shoe accessories, cleaners, inserts. Dont throw those favorite shoes/purses away take them here to work their majic!! Weve needed a cobbler shop again & so glad we have a great one!

I took my boots in too have the soles reglued , when I got home and put them on, the whole side of the tongue on the right boot was torn, it wasnt like that when I dropped them off, the guy never mentioned that he damaged the right boot. I am unhappy with the way he dealt with this problem. I wont do any further bussiness with him. Cindy Fitzpatrick
