I would not recommend anyone use this Avis location. I only had a rental for 2 days and I was charged for 3 full days because I dropped the car off after they closed. Since they were able to rent the car out the next day, I should not have been charged. So if they rented it out that next day that means they charged me and someone else for the same rental car that same day!

Becky is the best!!! I had a last minute reservation and extremely close to closing time. Becky took care of me and got me all set up in a rental. She went above and beyond. What a joy doing business here and I will be back! Great work Becky.

I had a car confirmed in Cincinnati Ohio at the Hosbrook location for Monday am /9/20. There were no cars available and it was not known when one would be available. I called later that afternoon. There were still no cars available. I called the next morning and still no cars available. I stopped over the next day, no cars available. I called customer service several times. Their computer indicated there were cars available both at the Hosbrook and Montgomery locations. Both customer care centers were out of the country and there was not a way for them to contact the locations. I was told there would be a car for me on Wednesday. There was no car available. I said I would be there at 3 pm to pick up a car and expected one to be available. I stopped and the place was closed and I waited 45 minutes. I went back to the other locations. The manager said there were no cars. A woman walked in with the keys to a car she was taking. I asked if I could take that car. He said no that the maintenance light was on. I went back to the other place and the manager was there. She had no cars but I asked about the one in the parking lot. She said the maintenance light was on. She asked how many miles I would be driving and I told her under 250. I took the car and returned it to CVG location.

We have rented multiple times from Avis/Budget and have always been satisfied until now. The first car he showed us we couldnt even sit in because the smell of smoke. The second car still smelled of smoke but not as strong, we were told these were the only cars available so we took the second one. When we left the Avis office we discovered the turn signal did not work. Tried to call but no one answered the phone, so I called the 800 number and was told to go back to Avis location. I drove back there and was told they dont fix turn signals and he called to get another car. I then had to go home and wait for them to get the replacement car. When we went to pick it up to exchange he was going to charge me for the gas I used. I explained that I brought it back because of a mechanical problem and should not be charged for gas - which I confirmed with customer service later. He refused to give any contact information saying he was the highest level person at Avis. While I went to fill up the car my wife cleaned the inside of the replacement car while he stood inside the office. He explained that he does a great job and cleans the cars the best he can with what he is given. He was EXTREMELY rude to us while insisting he has excellent customer service skills. When I returned the car after our trip (which we drove with the dash saying maintenance required because no one answered the customer service 800 number and we were already way behind schedule) - the other person working asked how it was. I said not good. I asked for contact information for Avis. He told me just call an 800 number and had the nerve to say his brother cleaned the car while we yelled at him when in fact he did not lift a finger and stayed inside the building while my wife cleaned the car. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.

It was one of the memorable experience that I had with Avis rental located at 9305 Montgomery Road in Cincinnati. Zak made it very easy to rent the car which I had booked on line thru Price line. The pick up and drop off was done in a record breaking time. There was absolutely no hassle cashing in the coupon which made the rental cost very competitive.The best of all, I liked the convenience of renting the car within the city at compatible rate with an agency located at the airport especially since the Cincinnati airport is 45 minutes from my home.Thanks, Avis for making my rental experience convenient and affordable.

Your associate, Zak Woodson, at the Avis counter in the Montgomery office in Ohio was the best rental car representative I have dealt with in over 40 years of renting vehicles. He has assisted me for the last few times and he gets me in and out with the vehicle faster than anyone I have ever dealt with. He is courteous, has a friendly personality and is very efficient. He always highlights all the necessary information I need and speeds me on my way, which I greatly appreciate. I think he should be commended for his performance.The Nissan Altima I rented performed very well in transporting me to Kentucky and it allowed me to complete my hearings.

Do not use this rental company they are scamming people.my car broke down in Georgia had to rent car from Avis to get back home.picked up car at Atlanta airport 9am 1 way rental to Ohio was told to drop it off at 9am the next day.I arrived at Avis rental lot at 8:52 am the lights in office were off and didnt see anyone inside I had been told in Atlanta that the drop off place didnt open til 9am at 855 I went to door and a customer had just walked in in front of me so I waited behind him when person be counter finished with guy in front of me she got on phone started talking to someone so I waited patiently.when she hung up I gave her the paperwork and keys she went outside to check car out came back in printed out papers said have nice day didnt have me sign anything.i looked at receipt and the bill read 597.$ I said this is wrong when picked up car it said it was 297$. The woman behind counter says you were late and charged a extra days rental I said no I was here before 9am she said well we open at 830.i told her Atlanta Avis said not open til 9am.then she said I didnt check you in til 9:01 I said thats not my fault there was a customer in front of me and then you got on phone and made me wait Im sure it was to check me in late.i said I will be having credit card company dispute charges then she threatened to call the police.DO NOT USE AVIS !!!the womans at counter name is Daneille and shes a crook check your paperwork
