Are they competent? Yes. Will they nickel and dime you? Absolutely.Before I even got a teeth cleaning they scheduled a meeting to sell me a gimmick toothbrush and Invisalign. That is a red flag.
Updating my review. DO NOT use this dental practice. if you are doing a filling especially for those whom has sensitive teeth, DO NOT go there. I had 3 teeth fillings there a week before thanksgiving all done at the same time, ended up not being able to eat any food that requires chewing through thanksgiving. I had to go back at least 3 times to get it fixed, still I could barely chew any food. I gave up after 3 times and went with a dentist in downtown recommended by friends.DO NOT do the teeth whitening there as the staff there had no idea what they were doing.Also this dental office does pressure sales during your consultation, kinda like Times Share sort of sales. They will let you know the procedures u need, and if you pay right then it will be this amount, but if u dont, then it will be a different price.When I had my fillings done there, there was only one dentist whom I believe is the owner that were seeing all the clients at the same time, running from rooms to rooms. I strongly do NOT recommend anyone to use this dental practice. But I highly recommend Angela Gum dental office in downtown, very professional team and the parking is super convenient. They will give you voucher for your parking.It’s very difficult to find a good dentist nowadays, that is why I came back to update my review and provide the info of my current dentist who I trust and being with for years now.
My family and I have been going to Avery Dental Center since 2016. We absolutely LOVE them. They have flexible appointment availabilities on Saturdays and evenings.Dr. Safa is very friendly and professional. We all do our regular cleanings two times a year with Selma, the Hygeinist, and always have a fantastic experience. She is very informative, warm, and welcoming as well. Already referred our friends to make appts with Avery Dental Center.
I live in Dayton and had an impacted molar. To my surprise, nobody in the area could take me in less than three days, wether I had insurance or not! So I started to call one dental office after another, further and further away, until I got Avery Dental in Columbus. I Explained my problem and the recepsionist conferred with the doctor for a bit and they squeezed me in! I was more than happy to drive an hour to get rid of this tooth! Dr. Safavian was happy to help. The staff was excellent and dealt with every possibile hope of paying for an alternative action. In the end we pulled it, everything was done profesionally and with great concern for my well-being. Thank you to Dr. Safavian and the staff! Matt Johnson
I have been going to Dr. Safa for my dental work for a while now. Awesome staff and service. He is very honest as a dentist. I got my Invisalign done, Tongue surgery done, filling done, and deep cleaning done. All these procedures were pain less and relaxing. Recently, I got to meet Selma his wife. She is cool as him to. She is very knowledgeable. They have early appointments. I love them both. Affordable to. They are very friendly. It is my second home. I love seeing Dr. Safa always. He is sweet. He is always smiling and makes it so easier to be in his office getting a procedure. I love Dr Safa. I would highly suggest this place. I wish I can see Dr safa more and get to hangout with him in his dentistry. They are LGBT friendly.
(05‐2022l I found Avery Dental and Dr Safa in the fall of 2020 when an old filling broke and it left me with a razor sharp, shark level tooth. Topping off the tooth breaking, it happened on a Saturday. I called and THEY ANSWERED! I was in their office on Wednesday. The approach was for whole-mouth health, though they do let you do just the fix if desired. I have always had a great experience here. Staff is friendly, Docs are on top of it, they multi-task like Ive never seen, and I can be my goofy self because they are so genuine! If my post-filling bite feels wrong, Im able to get in quickly to get a fix. If I have a concern, its always analyzed. When I asked for nitrous for a root canal (first time, ever, for me), I felt embarrassed! Dr Safa immediately said thats a great idea. I agreed to the fees and it was worth it for nearly 2 hours of work to feel like 20 mins. I dont have enough praise and kind words for this place - I hope to be able to continue coming here for any future visits!
I cleaned my teeth in Avery Dental Center, and they have also done some different work on my husbands teeth before. Excellent work and very kind behavior! We thoroughly recommend them!
I made an emergency appointment for my wife to see if they would prescribe her an antibiotic or something to help her with her pain till she could have her tooth extraction from her dentist in a month. Only reason we did this is because she was in sever pain and over the counter stuff wasnt working and it was keeping her up nights and they did what was expected they gave her an antibiotic for the toothache invection which is helping with the pain.
I have had three different experiences here. My sister needed her wisdom teeth removed and they wanted to remove all four even though only two needed to be taken out. My dad argued with them and then they only took out two after he refused. My mom went here. She doesnt have great teeth but she takes good care of them. The doctor told her that all of them were infected and he had to take every single one out and she would have to just wear dentures. Finally I went after me not having a dentist for a year and a half out of desperation. He told me I have gingivitis and that I had to pay $500 out of pocket and that my insurance wouldnt cover and wouldnt even clean my teeth after. I went to a different dentist who told me that I take great care of my teeth and I dont have gingivitis at all. They try to financially take advantage of people and care about money only. Please reconsider before you come here and if you do please get a second opinion before you go through with anything.
What a wonderful facility staff is so kind and friendly dentist was super kind and friendly no long waits they cut right to the chase state of the art facility I really can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is

Ok service but extremely bad accounting experience. I settled my account to zero every year but every time I showed up, they happened to have a charge waiting for me. Last time this happened they had sent me a 0 balance statement as well, but mysteriously a new charge appeared a year later. Pathetic experience especially with their accounting. I would take my business elsewhere and would recommend everyone to look somewhere else.
I am very pleased with the service and care that I received at this dental office. The office staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The dental assistants are wonderful. Both of the dentists that I saw have been very friendly, and great at explaining things. I felt very comfortable, and had minimal pain. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist!
I want to personally Thank everyone at Avery Dental in Dublin.I have been struggling with tooth pain for the last four years of my life, this past Monday May 3rd 2021 I started having extremely unbearable pain radiating to my Jaw and my the right side of my temple making me unable to eat from Monday night until Thursday night I made an appointment at a Grove city location Dental office on Tuesday morning for Wednesday afternoon in which I explained the situation I was in, as well as coming up on a 36 hour work weekend, basically stating I need these teeth pulled immediately.Long story short I was told June 5th ( One month of dealing with this pain not being able to eat)At this point I had my fiancee and my mother helping me find a place that can do emergency dental extractions and thats when we found Avery Dental Office in Dublin.They immediately recognized my pain & situation over the phone and had me come in the same day.On my arrival I was immediately impressed with the amount of compassion every single person in that office has they made me feel more comfortable than I ever have with any other dentist. Today with my extraction (May 7th, 2021) I was getting overwhelmed with Anxiety as my sedation was starting to kick in (I have had horrendous experiences with dentist in the past, specifically OSU Student Dental clinic) and a young lady came and sat with My Fieance and myself and asked me human to human whats going on, how Im feeling and once again assured me that I was in good hands.I have many more good things to say about this place especially their prices, however I wish I could remember the names of all the young women and the two young men who got me all fixed up again, I owe you my deepest gratitude!I will be having a full mouth reconstruction through Avery over the course of this year and I honestly couldnt be happier to be smiling again!Thank you all to the staff at Avery Dental Dublin, you guys did an amazing job with me today!-Derek B.
Today was my first appointment with Avery Dental Center. Everyone was so nice and very professional, patiently explaining everything to me. Dr Debaz was amazing, going over my dental concerns and plan of treatment, making me feel at ease. The staff was very cool and always smiling in spite of air conditioning not working. I was provided the most comfort possible, including a fresh cold bottle of water. Thank you all, for a pleasant first time experience in your office!
In my opinion I never felt so used. It was as if all they cared about was money rather than my health. I was asked to pull out perfectly good teeth that were not decaying and don’t hurt. Their response was “ do you want to wait for it to hurt before you pull them out? “ jokingly... also the cost of a deep clean after research seems to be 130-350.... however even with my insurance it came out to more than 530 dollars. So now I believe I need to visit another dentist to make sure I’m not being taken advantage of. Lastly I had an amazing oral scan which is the reason for the 2 star and not a 1 however I didn’t even get anything done... just paid a bill and left the same as I came.
After not having been to the dentist in years, I was nervous to go in, but they made the experience easy, painless, and smooth. The staff has a good sense of humor that put me at ease and made this easily the best dentist experience Ive ever had
Though the staff was nice, the service was awful. I came as a new patient. Made it clear from the start that I was there to get my teeth cleaned. 2 hours later they told me I would have to reschedule due to it was their lunch time.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist! Their staff is warm and caring, I felt like I’ve known the ones that were directly involved with my care forever. The dental work I had done was major and the results were better than I could have dreamt. They work with you on even the most expensive of treatment plans. Even if you can’t afford it up front they make a game plan for you and lay out your cost and you know what you have to pay. So worst case scenario you make payments until you can have the work done. They have never added any extra charges on me and I’m currently paying down fo the rest of the work I need. I had top dentures put in and will get my bottoms done there as well! I would recommend them 100x over! They also got me in quickly and have gone above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. My teeth were in awful condition and even though it was due to medical conditions it’s still very embarrassing and it was extremely stressful for me to even let someone look in my mouth. I never once felt judged or ashamed there. They did even better than most at making me feel comfortable and not ashamed. Thanks to them I have my smile back and a new set of wonderful people I trust caring for my mouth!! If you have dental issues you know just how priceless that feeling is 💜
Wish I could give them 0 stars. I brought my husband here because he was in severe pain. His very back bottom tooth is infected and he is in recovery. They declined to pull his tooth and instead scheduled him for a future root canal that would cost us $750 - even though they claimed to accept his insurance. So they lied to us, wasted our time, put his recovery at risk, prolonged his pain (knowing he wouldn’t be able to take pain medicine). And they treated him rudely all throughout his visit because they were informed of him being in recovery. If lies and good old Dublin discrimination is what you’re looking for- then this is the dentist for you!
Thank you Avery Dental Center and a special thank you to Heidi, the Dental Hygienist. For the first time in 54 years, I had a pain free, dental cleaning. I only wish I had found you years earlier before letting my teeth go downhill. If you are fearful of dentists, this is the place for you!
The genuine care, concern and compassion of the staff at Avery Dental never ceases to amaze me! Upon arrival, you are greeted by a professional, cheerful staff, who also are exceptionally understanding and accommodating with regard to appointments and billing. Ive been very pleased with procedures performed by Drs. Safavian and DeBaz - everything was explained in detail, and all questions were answered. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to injections, however, the Drs. and hygienists have been exceedingly comforting. I recently had some fitting issues with my nightguard - Dr. Safa and the hygienists worked hard to correct the problem so it would be wearable until a new one was made. The next day one of the hygienists called me at home to make sure it was comfortable and fitting properly. What great service!Kudos to Avery Dental - keep up the great work!
The appointment was on time. I got my last 2 wisdom teeth removed with no problem. It was a great experience. I recommend Avery Dental to everyone who just need it. The high-quality service of Avery Dental is unique. I wish I had more wisdom teeth! 😁

Great facility and great experience! I took my dad yesterday to the Dublin location and all of the staff were kind and down to earth. We were a half hour early and it didn’t feel like we waited long at all to go to the back. They also had a play area just for kids that kept my 3 year old entertained the entire time. If I didn’t love my own personal dentist, even though this was a 40 minute drive for us, I would also come here and bring my family. I am so happy to have found a great place with nice people for my dad as he needs a little bit of extensive work done.
I was so nervous going in and having all my teeth pulled to have dentures put in at the age of almost 41 and then after 6 months I will have the post put in to have semi permanent dentures where they don’t fall out . Everyone in the facility was absolutely amazing while I was so nervous doing this . I only have one complaint and it’s not really even a complaint is the dentures that were given to me I was not able to pick out the color with what I wanted before going in to have this done . But they are willing to work with me. I did not want a super white smile but I wanted something that looks more natural and a little bit more white. But the staff and the dentist were amazing by making me feel so very comfortable I’m so very blessed to have found them!! I would most definitely suggest them to anyone !
I’ve moved around a lot and changes in insurance make Dr. Safa my 6th dentist in 5 years and I’ve never had a better experience anywhere than my appointment today.From ease of scheduling, check-in, cleaning and diagnosis, to developing a treatment plan this has been the most favorable dental experience since getting my braces removed. I’m excited to go back to get my wisdom teeth removed... yes, excited.
I was told to find a new dentist and they are canceling my appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed because I couldn’t afford $760 for toothbrush ect. For a gingivitis package they put together for me. When I ask If could still keep my future appointment I was told again to find a new dentist. From my personal experience I’m assuming the other post about people saying they felt used/taken advantage of financially are also very true.
They take the time to explain to you what things cost and what your options are for payment before they do anything. I really like the way they do an exam, figure out what you need, and let you schedule procedures at your own pace.The staff was really awesome. They could see as apprehensive about being there in the first place, but they really made me feel like I was in charge of my dental care. I would definitely recommend Avery Dental to my friends.
On Monday, August 30th,2021, @about 2:30pm, I went in to Avery Dental for appointment. The Front desk was very welcoming and assisted with check in. Salma set up convenient schedule. Sarah helped me get prepared for Dentist to do filling and afterwards Sarah found me a schedule that worked for Avery and me on my next appointment. Avery teams are all about customer service, quality work and strictly business with very distinguished professionalism across a wide array of diversity. I would never hesitate to contact them with any dental issue; and— for this reason, I recommend them to you.

If you are paying for your dental work look elsewhere. These people have no compassion or sympathy for the patient and will lie to your face. I paid for a retainer and received ones that didn’t fit. They took impressions with my old retainer(permanent) on before they took it off. So of course it didn’t fit. Knowing they made a mistake he didn’t fix it knowing it take too long and ruin his Saturday. I’m sad people like him are in this world still thriving and making money off the next poor soul. Look elsewhere for your business.
Not a fan! Rubbed me the wrong way... had to switch to Avery Dental due to insurance coverage and first visit entailed all these “new cavities” that needed taken care of along with “straighter teeth”. Needless to say a high quote gets pushed on me with payment plans. Fast forward a year, I’m still having sensitivity issues with the cavities they filled. I’m Going back to my old dentist (not in network) because they do a far superior job. But guess what... Avery Dental won’t send MY dental records to the new office without charging me $25. So I’m being charged for MY records that I’ve already paid for?? Is this a joke?!

I have nothing but the best to say about Avery Dental Center. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment which turned out great. After my completion Lingual Retainers were installed. Recently one of my retainers came loose on one side so I called the next morning so I could get it reattached. They were able to work me in the same day and reattach and thoroughly check over. This also took place on a Saturday!. Dr. Safa and his staff are always friendly and always treat you with the utmost respect. Dr. Safa is also very thorough in his work and you can tell he loves being a dentist!
This is going to be a long one. I HATE dentists. Ive had quite a lot of dental work done, and some bad experiences so I avoid dentists at all costs, I also have SEVERE anxiety about being numb. I have impeccable dental habits, hoping I will never have to go. Well, unfortunately, that doesnt always work. So I have this broken bottom, rear molar, and was in excruciating pain, where I couldnt sleep for 4 days and finally had to do something about it. I found Avery dental from my insurance providers site and boy am I glad I did. I went to Avery Dental on 1/17/20 for some x-rays and to figure out if we should do a root canal or pull the tooth (since Im terrified of root canals, I opted to pull it). I met with Dr DeBaz, and she was wonderful! She talked to me about my anxiety, totally listened to me and genuinely cared. So I had to come back on 1/18/20 to have the tooth pulled. I come back and Dr DeBaz is not the one to come into my room when its time to get numb, I panic a little because I really liked her but I was met instead with Dr Shankland and Nurse Jennifer. They to were SO kind, caring and seemed to genuinely care. I was given Netflix to watch to wait for the numbing to set in (which didnt distract me much from my anxiety but it helped). The Dr and nurse come back in to extract the tooth and I was VERY nervous. Their bedside manner was impeccable. They explained everything that was happening, and tried to do it as quickly as possible. As soon as the tooth was out, I had a stong wave of anxiety and Nurse Jennifer never left my side. Dr Shankland came back to check on me as well and honestly I can say this was THE BEST dental experience I have ever had in my LIFE. I cannot say enough about everyone at Avery Dental. Even the people that answer the phone are wonderful. I am truly grateful to find such a caring, and wonderful dentist!
I really like the atmosphere, the staff is friendly and inviting. Dr. Debaz is really great with my kids, she is engaging and makes them feel so comfortable. My daughters have stated that she is the best dentist ever! Thank you Dr. Debaz and Avery dental you guys are awesome!

ADC did a great job easing my son into his first dentist appointment. They were very considerate of his nervousness and were very patient with him. Rose made him feel welcome and let him touch each instrument before using it. Thank you for helping him be comfortable with the process.
I had 5 cavities filled, a root canal, filling, and cap done. They were terrific from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with were professional and in general seemed to be terrific people. Everything was done quickly and well. A few even came outside to help me when I had a bad brain moment and locked my keys in my car. This last bit puts them at 6/5 stars.
Avery Dental Centet are best dental office I been to, they let you talk they listen to you they give you option but they go with your decision in the end, and they are so lovely everyone there had a smile on their face they are so friendly the doctor are awesome ......I recommend it to everyone that I know . they will not make you leave until you have a smile on your face and they will make sure that you are 100% satisfied with what you got done. Love that place and Im happy that finally I found dental office that I can trust.

I’ve never been more disappointed in an establishment - ever. Tomorrow will mark the SEVENTH visit to this office for a TMJ issue that I was told would be resolved in a week and two total visits.Two different times I was told to come in to the office only to find out that the doors were locked and the office was empty upon my arrival. The other FIVE visits were due to complete and utter incompetence from the dentists, dental hygienists, and the secretaries. The only thing that was completed correctly was the $1200 charge to my account. They were sure to get that right.Please do what you can to avoid this dentist office. They will waste your time and your money on things done incorrectly.
I will never recommend this place too anyone! Wish I could give 0 stars. First time I went there pics were taken of my teeth and the main dentist there didnt even look in my mouth, he looked at the screen and said two back teeth needed pulled because of the insurance I had, so he prescribed me antibiotics and told me it was infected. I knew they didnt need pulled and knew they werent infected. So I went back for a cleaning and got put with a different dentist who said absolutely not those can be saved they are just fillings and you need to replace crown. I really liked this dentist so then I go back to have 4 fillings done then got stuck with a different dentist a woman who was extremely rude. I am someone who has to be under gas to have my teeth worked on, so I paid 65$ for gas and i waited 45 min before someone got to me. They were rude and argued with me that I didnt pay for gas and wasnt getting gas.. waited another 20 min while they tried to figure it out when they told me nothing was going to be done and that she only had time to do 2 fillings with no gas when 4 fillings were scheduled. So I sat there for nothing and how is it my fault that you arent on time? Then I reschedule with the dentist I did like. Get there at 8 am and Im waiting for gas once again, an assistant came in and asked if I wanted to be under for numbing and I said yes, then that dentist came in put the numbing cream in my mouth for a few seconds then jammed the needle in the back on my jaw. I felt where he injected for two days and it hurt. They all did what they wanted while waiting to the last minute after they already knew while being numbed that the gas was broken. When I told the dentist I cant do this without he up and left the room extremely rude and told me find somewhere else. Your damn right I found someone else. This place is an absolute mess. Staff was rude except one woman at the front I wish I knew her name but she was wonderful too me. Big thank you too her. But I will not be back.
Needed dental care urgently on a Saturday afternoon and was able to get right in! The team at Avery Dental Center was FANTASTIC and resolved my concerns quickly. I would recommend this group to ANYONE needing dental care. Very friendly and cared about my concerns.
Whoever I spoke to on the phone was very polite even when I had to cancel my appointment which is rare! Avery Dental was able to fit me in on very short notice and they have weekend and evening hours available. However, depending on what insurance you have, you can only come in on certain days, which is it inconvenient at best.
I am a newer patient. [ Excellent initial examination/cleaning ] The entire Staff is great and answered any questions I had about the work I am currently having done. My dentist was also very considerate in taking his time assuring things were done right .

The staff was friendly and the doctor was very nice. I would have liked to have had my cleaning on the same visit rather than come back for it, especially since my appointment was only supposed to be an hour and it took almost two. They did sit down and go through options for paments for the work I need done.

Dr. Safavian and his team have been providing scrupulous treatment and care to the health of my teeth for years now. My front tooth is still intact and sparkling from over 5 years ago when he fixed a chip, that chipped from another previous fix from a different dental group. As most people know a toothache is an awful experience and it is very hard to find someone that can take care of you that very day... I called Dr. Averys office and they were able to get me in the same day. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful as I was waiting a little girl came in and they explained everything they were gone to do with her and why she needed it done.. when it came my turn the Dr. made sure I was pain free before pulling my tooth he pulled it and I have to say it was sore afterwards went home got up the next morning and was pain free yahhhhhh. Thank you Dr. Avery for your services and making me feel so welcome. I would highly remind him especially for children as there very good with them as well as myself.
This is by far one of the best dental offices have ever been to. The office staff are amazing and they make you feel very comfortable. I had 2 teeth pulled and when i woke up i didnt feel like a zombie. I highly reccomend this place.

Downtown requires you to pay for parking so that’s a buzz kill. I needed to get wisdom teeth extractions. The procedure went smooth but the money part is where I have an issue. They showed me how much it’ll cost and how much my insurance will cover, how much I need to put down and yada yada. When I arrive the day of the appointment at the Dublin location, I’m told multiple different things. First I’m told to pay 365 then over 500 then over 400. Now what if I was one of those passive people that just pays what their told to pay without second guessing the price? I would’ve paid extra money for nothing. The person then tells me something about missing codes with the sedation and that will cause me to pay extra and should expect a bill to be sent home. It’s not my fault someone failed to enter in the correct data so I shouldn’t be penalized for someone else’s negligence. I just can’t stand being told one thing one day just to be told another thing the next. Money aside the doctor did good.
Avery Dental Center is just trying to make money off of its patients. When I first called, I was not able to schedule a cleaning appointment at first but a consultation so they could take x-rays and look at my teeth before deciding what my treatment plan would look like. So I went in anyways and wasted an hour and a half of my evening hearing about how A) I had gingivitis and needed to purchase an electronic toothbrush and special paste, B) I had a cavity that needed filling (they made this observation after glancing at my xrays and my teeth, not even touching them, and didnt even point out which tooth it was), and C) I needed sealants on all my back teeth. The grand total out of pocket came to over $700. They were also suggesting that in the future I should use Invisalign because my bottom teeth are a little crowded. I skedaddled out of there, cancelling all future appointments.Fast forward a month or so, I visited the dentist in my hometown. He told me that A) My gums were a little irritated and swishing with salt water would cure it, B) He did not see any cavities in my mouth after a cleaning and thorough inspection, and C) Sealants are recommended for young children as a preventative measure and were not necessary for my teeth. That dentist sent me out telling me I had perfect, beautiful teeth.Needless to say, I will be driving away as many people as I can from Avery Dental Center. It is disappointing to me when a healthcare facility puts profit over a patients actual needs.
UPDATE! Dr. Safa and his team contacted me to fix my implant free of charge. Thank you very much!Dr. Safa put in an implant less than 2 years ago which is now loose. He now wants to charge me MORE than the original implant to fix his work. Anyone have a recommendation of a dentist who will stand behind his work that cost me thousands of dollars?
I got my wisdom teeth removed and it was a pretty easy experience and when they saw that I had an infection they scheduled me for the removal appointment within the same week so the pain would subside quicker so that was cool.
Very friendly staff! Going to the dentist is something that has always made me uneasy but not anymore. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and having patience with me.
The professionals in this office are really kind and efficient. They consistently schedule me for times that fit into my schedule. Combine this with their quick service, and it makes for a very quick trip to the dentist.
If there is any less rating I could have given that. these people take more money and less work. At the check up time doctor said you need deep cleaning and charged 560$ and in treatment other doctor said you dont need upper part of your mouth. Their medical bills vary a lot time to time not accurate.
They are friendly fast and efficient. Lovely staff bad parking down town but Dublin office has good parking. Dr. Safa is great would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dentist.
They stopped taking my insurance in the middle of my dental plan that they provided and never called to tell me so I have to find a new dentist. Thank god I was not in any pain when I found this out, on my own.

Not only do they have long wait times but I can not get a straight answer about anything!!! They dont call back!! Worst place i have ever been to!! This place make me never want to go to a dentists again!! I finally after 10 years got the courage to take my self to the dentist and these ppl just make you feel bad about ur self if u cant pay millions of $$ $$ on your teeth!! Unless u want crazy pricing even with good health care and to feel bad about ur self this is the place to go!!! I never been treated so bad in my life
Its been a great experience so far with them They are trustworthy. Dr. Christina DBaz was awesome. Takes care of the situation very well. Listens to every detail & the best part is they are not in a hurry for any service.Fantastic experience. Trust me.

They did a thorough evaluation which was great. Told me I needed a deep gum cleaning which would cost me over $500 and wouldnt do a standard cleaning. Did not appreciate that!

2022-02-09Best dentist I have ever been to, and ive been to quite a few. I have sensitive teeth and they are very attentive to my pain. They do very, very good work. I feel good about going to them and the advice they have given me. The entire staff has been very nice. I will go here from now on!

2022-07-26Given all of my medical troubles, this group has been outstanding. Thank goodness for people who know how to work as a team. The dentist is sharp, tech savvy, and willing to work with the patient based on needs: I had so many needs that I thought he would run away on the first appointment, yet he did not. Dr. Safavian was upbeat and shared ideas right away. When he found out my medical concerns, he encouraged me. What more can a patient want?I cannot comment to one or two experiences when theyre busy: they have been diligent, attentive to me at my appointments. I am certain that that is their intent always.Suffice to say that I am aware that they are in business and had no expectation that their interest in cost or payments indicated any lack of interest in my well-being.I will stay with this dental group.

2022-02-08Very, very kind, respectful, considerate dentist! Didn’t push or bully me into decisions like some dentists try to do. Extremely kind and understanding, informative and a good listener. Respects patients’ concerns and lets them choose options they are comfortable with. Dr Safavian is what every dentist should be like! Went out of his way in bad weather to help me in an emergency situation.

2022-04-13I have never reviewed a business before, but I feel that people need to be aware of the inexcusable treatment my husband received today at Avery Dental. Having been diagnosed with cancer just a few weeks ago, it was suggested he get a dental exam to make sure he doesn’t have any type of infection in his mouth. His hygienist was pleasant and efficient, however Dr Safa made a very rude and demeaning comment, stating that my husband should have “used better preventive maintenance to avoid cancer, the same way he does for his teeth!” What a horrible thing to say to someone. As if he had some choice in the matter. In all of our interactions with my husband’s medical team, he has never had someone say such a thing! This visit also lasted over two hours (not easy when you are feeling sick) and included several HIPPA non-compliant questions by staff about his diagnosis, as well as a high pressure sales pitch to get dental work done right away. He had already told them he would not be able to start any work for several months and he he was simply there for a screening before he starts chemotherapy and radiation next week.The entire experience was very troubling and caused undo stress for us at a time when compassion and understanding would have gone a long way. Needless to say, we will not be returning and I would caution anyone to think twice before visiting to this practice.

2022-07-18Sales, Sales, Sales. They tried to sell me their deep cleaning package for $400.00. They never recommended the insurance-paid cleaning. When I asked for a regular cleaning paid by the insurance company, they asked me to sign a refusal form. Everything is about sales. If you refuse to accept the extra services they push, they will make you feel guilty as heck.
