Was in the store today and Victor went above and beyond to try and help us with brake line fittings. This young mans customer service skills won this autozone a five star rating from me. Autozone this young man is an exemplery employee!

Went to get a replacement headlight bulb. Had stopped at Advance Auto up the road and was given prices. We asked if they could install the bulb and they said we don’t offer that kind of assistance. No biggee , we left to check price at AutoZone. Same prices, but here’s where the difference: Brian, the employee, explained the difference between the replacement bulbs available, average life, brightness, and prices. WE decided to replace both bulbs. At that time, Brian OFFERED to change them out for us at no cost. He showed me how to do it next time as well as tested the bulbs. This is the kind of customer service so lacking at other places that will make me a lifelong customer. I’ll make sure to tell friends and family to support this store as well as here. Kudos!
Auto Zone offers a wide variety of cheap auto parts. If possible I would not use used car parts from Auto Zone. Especially car batteries made in Saudi Arabia
The employees are extremely helpful and pretty knowledgeable. They are willing to offer advice and guidance when possible. We prefer AutoZone to OReily Auto 100% of the time. You can call for part pricing and troubleshooting help.

Auto zone mask natzi I am unable to eear a mask due to health issues! And refused service. Not able to wear a mask is my handi cap! Also the lady on Saturday did not have her mask on properly so she also a hypocrite (store manager)
Most of the time when you call the workers can answer the small questions. Ive had a worker look into a part piece we both had no clue where to get it. Believe it or not. 5 days later they called me and located me one. I figured after the one call back. It was done a done deal..
We love this location their customer service is always fast and friendly and they are always happy and smiling theyre always here to help with questions or to test your battery if youre not sure if it needs to be replaced they offer a military discount and have a great rewards program
The guys at the store are super friendly and very helpful. I was in and out fast and they even saved me about $25.00
I use AutoZone almost exclusively for my auto parts needs. From checking batteries to getting the correct parts for anything car related I have needed. They are helpful and usually less expensive than other places. I wholeheartedly endorse them for your auto needs!

Tested a starter, they said it was bad. Purchased a new one did not work. Went and had old one tested at advanced... My starter was fine. It was another problem

2022-05-18HORRIBLE experience with the staff the last two days. Extremely rude and condescending. The only decent person who was kind and knowledgeable without attitude we dealt with was the assistant manager whose name I didnt get (the night of 05/17/22).

2022-05-09Stopped at this store to pick up some stuff for a friend who broke down on the highway. They were able to quickly get me what I needed so I could get to my friend and get him back on the road.

2019-10-16The team at this location is awesome! Had an issue with a gift card transaction...the computer froze and I lost my the entire balance on my gift card. Virginia called HQ and they said it would reload in a couple days, which it never did. I went in yesterday and Pat called 3 different places and worked really hard to find the help that we needed. He finally got into contact with the right department and I was able to get my gift card balance back in seconds!!! Took a while but they all worked hard to get me the help I needed!

2020-07-04I would rate 10 stars if I could for the AutoZone on Elm Road in Warren! Patrick (store manager) and Victor couldn’t be more helpful with my car battery on a hot and sweltery holiday! They were extremely knowledgeable about my car’s needs and quickly and efficiently replaced the battery for me in minutes. They went the extra mile to test the alternator and other engine functions. This AutoZone was my rescue for my last battery replacement so of course it was my first choice and they did not disappoint. Thanks again for excellent customer service!
