Very helpful but low or out of stock on items like Sta-bil. Needed a large bottle for car and small engine storage but they only had small bottles.
Went in to get a battery test and ended up needing a change. Free test and installment! Painless process that only took about 15 min
I had an issue with my Chevy Silverado, Bethe B. helped me troubleshoot the codes, & recommended Cataclean (?) fixed the problem & saved me from replacing up to 3 O2 sensors for no reason. She is smart & knowledgeable & I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with anything automotive related! 10/10 A++
Amazing and helpful workers saved me time and money by helping me for half an hour or more to reattach a broken light diffuser in my driver side headlight assembly, when all i did was buy a replacement bulb.
So I needed a bulb for my head light..the guys were real help and they went out to check to make sure I was getting the right beam...thanks guys
These guys are such a hassle when returning items per conditions of return policy. They lack discernment dealing with colorful people. Seems like these guys were born in the Stone age. I was in this location this past Saturday May 11 looking for a socket so that I could finish a job i was working on. This location normally carries the part that I was looking for however it was out of stock. Upon seeing this I asked if there were anymore that were not put out yet that beeded to be stocked. However upon hearing me speak to the gentlenan at the register Bethe B. came up to me and offered to see if they had one behind the counter that I could borrow. Upon looking they did t have obe thst would fit my needs. Bethe went to her car and gave me a socket that was from her own personal toolbox. I was taken aback by the level of customer service and caring Bethe showed towards me a total stranger. I have been in sales my entire adult life and have never seen such kindness towards a customer. I really hope someone from management can see this and make sure that Bethe gets recognition and hopefully a bit of a pay increase for this because I will always go to Autozone over the conpetition just because of this experience.Thank you again Bethe! What you did really made my day!
I asked for the parts politely, and the employee said you cant do it and go find mechanics with face smoking angry redness. So without help, I had to leave. I kinda doubt the motto of this specific store. Is this No parts for no experience store?
They are very nice and friendly.I went to E main street autozone (kent, OH) to get my engine code checked, and one employee Justin (...3344) helped me. There were multiple codes showing up. He not only printed out codes for me, he also helped me pinpoint the actual problem. I had been to other store for help before I went to autozone, they either asked for more than $100 for checking fee (European car) or just told me I need to go to dealers due to multiple codes.I appreciate Justin’s help very much, and I would like to give him a thumb up to show my appreciation.Thanks

They only sell over priced items here. I spent over 70$ on windshield wipers that broke after two weeks then refused to exchange them for new ones. Absolutely ridiculous, they do not care about their customers in the slightest and sell the cheapest products possible

2022-04-03Went in yesterday for a headlight, having no idea what I was doing. Was offered no help other than providing the light number I needed and had to figure out how to change the headlight myself as a clueless college student. I was disappointed as I have had good experiences at other Autozones in the past. I recommend going to a different store location if you need assistance.

2021-11-03I was just at this AutoZone to get a headlight for my 2009 CRV. Not only were both gentlemen friendly, but the one came out and installed the headlight even though it was spitting snow. I neglected to get his name unfortunately but thank you for providing superb customer service. I gave it 5 stars but for some reason its showing 4.3..

2020-12-23I stopped at the auto zone in Kent on 59 yesterday morning on my way to work due to leaving the house and both of my headlights were out. I stopped to get new bulbs and Scott helped me out. He wasnt sure if it was the bulbs or a fuse so he came out to investigate. He had a bulb laying out and hooked it up to make sure it was the bulbs. He didnt want me to buy a fuse if it wasnt needed. He hooked up the bulb after much hard work trying to get it out of the tiny space it was in. It worked and he also switched out the other 1 as well. He went above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciated it!!! He is awesome. Thanks again Scott!!!

2021-07-20While AutoZone has tons of great stuff, Im usually only in for the basic maintenance items. Theres almost always a tremendous oil change special. Got a full synthetic oil, oil filter, and air filter for $42. Cant get that price going to one of those quick oil change places.

2020-01-21Our associate was beyond helpful!! My car had started misfiring, so he quickly ran a diagnostic, gave us our parts options, registered me for rewards & explained how to apply for a rebate! It was a quick, efficient, relatively painless visit (compared to the cost of paying someone else for the repair!😉)!

2020-06-21When you call 15 minutes before close to tell them that youll arrive right at closing time and that you need a part to make a Fathers day present happen and you wanted to make sure they didnt shut you out but you arrive at 9:01 and they all fly out of there as they watch you pull in its pretty sad... But I honestly cant say Im surprised. And if anyone in management actually cares it was today.Thanks for nothing.....

2017-11-29Went in to get a new headlight. Sales person was polite, professional, and dilligent. Quickly identified and located correct part. Replaced the light bulb for me, saving me a trip home! Very helpful and would recommend. Prices are reasonable.

2018-07-27When your car wont start, the last thing you want is a bad store associate helping you. Gary was the exact opposite. I had to walk to Autozone with my battery, so he opened early just to help me, and gave me a discount due to having to walk back. Very good manager, and he has been very helpful in the past. Highly recommend
