The guys working 7/1/21 were absolutely amazing for me!! I was stranded about a mile and a half away with a dead battery. They came to me and jump started my car. I went to their store and bought a battery and they installed it for me and got me on my way. I cant thank you guys enough!!

We were out this autozone. Watched the manager drop a CV axel on the floor from the top shelf. He put it back on the shelf. Are we sure that it is not broken? Are you going to screw the next person out of the proper axel? So now someone will buy that axel and it wont work. You will tell them there is nothing autozone can do about. It is just sad!!
Employee was not wearing a mask. I asked him nicely to put a mask on. He put the mask on but was cursing up a storm and complaining about it the entire time. I just left. I hope the manager sees this and actually does something about any employees that behave this way.
I had a bunch of batteries to be tested. Jason quickly and politely checked them for me. All but one were dead. He offered to charge it for me and gave a store credit for the other battery cores. I realized I needed a new battery anyways and went back in to purchase one. Jason helped me again and even gave an extra discount bc I had to wait a few minutes before he was able to assist me. I came back after an hour to check the progress of the battery. It wasnt charging well, and Jason quickly offered to call me once it was charged. Talk about great service! Ended up I needed another new battery and didnt need that one. Just purchased a new one and left the other as my core replacement.Id gladly go back to this store again. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.Thanks, Jason!
The representatives here were so helpful! I visited here for the first time around 3:40 pm and a lady with blond hair I believe greeted me as soon as she was free with her previous customer to help me find what I needed. Both her and Jason offered me advice and Jason even took the time to come out to my car and help me figure what I needed to do. I will definitely be coming back here!
I stopped by to ask questions about my wifes battery. They were so helpful. I had the battery with me and they kept it and ran a check to see it I was incorrectly replacing it. More than that, I needed rosin solder flux for soldering electronics and even though they didnt carry it, they told me where to find it. Very helpful.
Store is good. Staff needs to know more about car parts and tools in general.I called and asked if they had a dwell meter. After explaining on the phone what it was, they said yes. When I arrived, they tried telling me I needed a feeler gauge. The one guy spoke to me like I didnt know what I was talking about because he said he watched his Dad do tune ups for 40 years. FYI...a dwell meter is used to adjust the point angle in a distributor!
Its Auto Zone so as far as that goes its pretty standard. However if youre a woman dont expect to be treated equally. Youll be treated like you dont know what youre talking about or what you want. Youll be informed the price that was quoted on the phone for a part mysteriously is higher once you get to the store when in fact its the same part number etc... My husband and I have quit doing business with this company as wed rather pay a little more and have consistent pricing and customer service.
Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff at this location. I went there for an air compressor, and wound up also needing a new fuse. The staff associate helped me find where the fuse box is AND replace it for me. The freezing weather didnt stop his willingness to assist me and my son.
I’m rating employees and not the company, very unhelpful, I ordered some parts online, went to pick up, I asked for some help with motor oil and the answer was “ I do not know “, I thought that’s why they had all this computerized system, to help a customer find the right part, I even indicated that I’m not sure where to look, again no help, by the way, I was alone in the store with 2 ( not wanting to be there employees). Never the less I got what I ordered online and drove 3 minutes down the street to advance auto parts, asked for help to find some items , I end up buying what I wanted that was $55 engine oil plus he sold me some stabilizers and some cleaning chemicals where I end up spending around $120 that would have been spent at auto zone, plus I will not go to that location unless I can’t get it somewhere else, it will be last option.
Employee misdiagnosed battery issue 1st visit. Told me I needed a new alternator. Took to AAA repair shop and battery needed replaced. Alternator was fine. Stopped in a 2nd time to have battery checked on a different vehicle. Employee refused to change battery because he only had 1 person working with him.
Honestly dont even want to give it one star went in there with a purchase from 4 days prior with out a reciept didnt get my phone number or ask me for a reward card or anything to keep track of the transaction electronically told me I was screwed and had to have it on a merchandize card when it was a defective item! Are you kidding me horrible service Made sure to spend the merchandize card so I didnt have to come back in.
Poor customer service, no knowledge of the basics. If the computer cant find it automatically with basic keywords your screwed. Save yourself the hassle go somewhere else. Great job for a teenage girl or a over the hill fat man, if there good they can go all day without working or thinking. Just rember autozone its not the costumer thats stupid its YOU!
These guys are not only willing to help, theyve got the experience to do so. Mike has been there a long time and I can count on him to find the part I need. My most recent visit I needed an oil cap for a school bus. He matched the Cummins engine with a Dodge truck and found the part. Napa, Advanced, others nope - Autozone yes!
I came in here since the guys at the advanced auto parts down the road where very rude and unhelpful and I was pleasantly surprised. After I asked for a specific part they walked out to my truck to see exactly what I was talking about and directed me to the closet thing they had. I will definatly drive out of my way to come here from now on.
Very badly I went for some lights for my car and the employee gave me something that I did not ask for, he sold me some fog light leds for some front lights, he put it wrong and I told him no and he said that he could not return them I vote for some pieces that I needed a light bulb and he said that it did not work and so it was that ivan and my car was stopped for two days with an electrical error

2022-03-21I LOVE this autozone. The staff in there are so kind and helpful. I had a little issue with an alternator and it was resolved. The management goes above and beyond. Tammy is super helpful and could answer every question I had. She is very knowledgeable about products. John and Scott were very patient with also helping me find the solution. I will definitely be back!

2022-04-01The 2 employees that helped me out were very helpful and professional even though there was One very obscene customer there on a phone who was getting parts for someone else and was causing a scene by yelling obscene jesters and acting very disrespectful which in my eyes was offending everyone in the store.However your employees acted accordingly and got the guy out of there as fast as possible and return to helping the customers in line so all in all I was very satisfied with the service they provide

2022-03-06I went to this location for the first time yesterday and I have to give John L a shout-out. My car was having issues we thought it was the transmission fluid but nope it was actually the spark plugs that were really old and messed up. If it wasnt for him me and my boyfriend would have been coming out of pocket with way more money just to figure out the problem. John really was informative, super helpful, he explained what was the problem and how we can fix it without making us feel like were stupid. I wish every AutoZone location had a John L working there definitely will be going here again .

2021-10-26I stopped in because I had a headlight out. John L. helped replace my headlight in the rain and demonstrated excellent customer service. He was professional, patient, informative, and genuine. I highly recommend John L. and will definitely be back as s customer.

2021-11-22I truly cannot say enough great things about the people who were working at closing time on November 20. My battery died at the gas station a few doors down, and they came to give me a jump. Once they got my car started I went over to AutoZone and bought a battery to replace, thinking it would only take 15 to 20 minutes. The employees worked on my car for almost 90 minutes! I thought at one point that they would just tell me that it was too much and that I would need to take it in, but they were determined to get the old battery out and get me back on the road. By the time they finished it was well after closing time and I felt horrible, but they kept saying that it didn’t matter they just wanted to make sure that my car was working. Never in my life have I had such a wonderful experience at an auto zone, and the two guys who were working last night have made me a customer for life!
