I will tell you, I was up there on March 3 and Josh the sales associate was awesome. I came in and saved money by not going to the dealership and he replaced two light bulbs above my license plate and he took the time to care about the customer that is what Customer Service is all about. I went in this morning for a new headlight bulb, and the manager, I believe his name was Mark, was incredibly helpful. He even installed the new bulbs for me, which I really appreciated! 10/10 - great store and great customer service.

The best customer service I ever received. The store manager, Nathan, and his employee took their time and effort to remove my car battery and install my new one. My battery was extremely corroded and difficult to remove and it took at least 30mins for Nathan to remove and install the new one. I am very thankful for all his hard work!
I was given the wrong spark plug and in the process of him trying to find me a socket that fit it he lost the cap to the spark plug they sent me home with and seemed to be terribly troubled to be asked any questions. Went outside to smoke when the store was completely filled and backed up plus didnt wear mask the whole time I was there and was close to the number of people. Dont remember the guys name but he had reddish hair,a stockier build and a goatee of some sorts. Really hard to talk to and super bothered by any questions. I want up the road to advance and they were happy to answer any questions whether they were stupid questions or not.

They wont come out to your car to scan the check engine light they give you the tool to do it and the scanner doesnt pick up the codes right
Updating the review I gave a year ago. I again received outstanding service when my battery in my vehicle needed replaced. The Manager went above and beyond and even helped me with something they dont normally help on. I really appreciated the extra mile and will return again as needed!

My car died. Again.I was told to go to AutoZone and tell them I needed a battery and they would handle everything.They absolutely did. I was near tears, had no idea what the make and model of my car even was. They handled the situation beautifully.I would absolutely shop here again. And since they signed me up for a rewards card, I suppose I will.
Tony was able to help me out in replacing one of my headlights that Advance Auto Parts said was unserviceable and I needed to take to the dealership. Always satisfied with the service I receive here!

On sun Sept 23, 2018 I was having an issue with a battery I purchase not long ago through AutoZone State rd store. As it would not hold a charge anymore. I called ahead explaiming the symptoms and all i was trying at home and the manager said no problem bring it up and well get you taken care of. This manager along with an excellent helpful employee named Denzel switched out my battery and gave a thank you for choosing AutoZone and sent me on my way with No fuss. Not only was Denzel very courteous but both guys were friendly and treated me like a valued customer. I got home and put my exchanged battery in my car and everything is running smoothly . Guys You made me very happy and I will only come HERE from now on.
Not a bad place to go if youre into fixing and maintaining your car. They even let you borrow tools and will install some minor things like batteries and headlamps. Getting supplies here for something like changing your oil yourself is significantly cheaper than going to Jiffylube (at least Id your car needs full synthetic).
Autozone can be a hit or miss depending on the team at that particular store. This one feels pretty solid. Engaging employees who are friendly and typically greet you with a smile. This is one of the few locations i prefer going to.
Not once have i gone into this store and been met with anything other than uhhhhhh and im not sure. Nothing is more annoying than parts pros who dont know anything about vehicles. I was told they deff do not have the fuel line fittings i needed. I walked thru the store and within 2 minutes found the part they didnt have..... can we get at least one knowledgeable employee per shift?!?

Graham road store was out of stock for wrench socket for Toyota cartridge oil filter. State road store had socket.
They were very UNHELPFUL they wouldnt help me change my tail light because it was too late .... Two HOURS before closing ....

This Autozone always seems staffed properly for its customer flow because everytime there Ive always been able to grab what I need n get back to what im fixing.
I you like a fast food style parts store. With employees that dont know anything other than what the magic box on the counter in front of them says go right ahead an try your luck. Also way overpriced .check out other options like Car Parts Warehouse Federated auto parts and Napa
Not a pleasant experience. There were trip hazards near the counters and the young guy that waited on us look like he hadnt showered in a week or two and smelled about the same. Will probably not return...

Nice car parts and pieces, but they are pricey. They have great customer service and if they can put it in your car easily, they will with no extra charge.

The battery light came on on my car and on the dashboard it indicated to check my charging system-so I brought it here and got that free diagnostic test and right away they were able to tell me its my alternator...they were very helpful...

Don’t go there if you are trying to see what’s going on with your car. The guy told me it was a gas issue , but when I went back home, my car literally stop. And it was because I needed a new radiator 😑.

2022-03-21I had purchased a deficient item from this store and was furious. But I walked in and told them what had happened and even though they didn’t need to trust me or help me out. 2021-09-09Highly recommend this location. Nathan and Roland were a big help. The staff went above and beyond finding and figuring out an issue I was having with my A/C compressor. 2021-07-27This review is specifically for the employee that assisted me the other day when I went in. I believe he said his name was Will. I had just came over from the location in Tallmadge because they did not have the brake pads in stock that I needed, so they advised that I should go to the State Rd. location. When I got there, he advised me that they do, indeed, have the pads, but don’t have the rotors 🤦♂️ But Will went above and beyond to help me. He called the nearest location to ensure that they had both the parts that I need in stock and had them hold them for me. Instead of just trying to get me to buy the pads from this location and then go to the other for the rotors, Will advised that it would be cheaper for me to buy them together at the other location. Thank you very much for your great service!

2021-10-13Fantastic staff - I have been using this store over Advanced Auto for years. They always give me the right parts for my car (unlike Advanced Auto) and work the discounts in my favor. As long as I live in the Falls Ill be a AutoZone customer

2021-08-04Decent customer service. Im usually helped pretty quickly at this location. I use the store frequently...never had a bad experience...shelves always stocked. 4.5 stars cause nobodys perfect.
