No matter where Im located, Im a faithful customer of this Auto Zone when I need to purchase items for my car.Items I can buy any where. Windshield wipers, fluids, Auto parts etc. The employees are friendly, helpful and honest.
Called them to check if they had a part in stock. Drove to the store and was told it was not in stock…. Seriously….

Needed a battery the young man at the Memphis store put it in for me no problem he wouldnt even take a tip, i think they should be allowed to take tips. Great service i will tell my friends and Im sure Ill visit again lol

Staff and store management here really try to know their product and your vehicle, and often go out of their way to try to save customers money or give them a better experience. If the guy in front of you doesnt have an answer, theyll all try until they come up with someone or exhaust their resources. Just please dont all come an hour before closing, the staff have families to get home to and are not payed remotely well enough to keep the store open another hour while you borrow their tools to change your brake lines in the parking lot.

The folks here are so friendly and helpful. I swung by to grab some wiper blades and not only was the guy at the register very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful (he gave me a couple other tips about my car after learning the model), but as I walked out with 3 kids in tow, another employee volunteered to install the wiper blades for me. I could have done it myself, but took him up on it since I had my hands full with the kids and it was raining. By the time I had them buckled in, the new blades were installed. Par for the course at this store.
I normally shop at the Avon location but stopped at the Memphis location because my check engine light came on. Great service and attitude from Al I think his name was. Came right out, said a possible gas cap...I took the cap off and the seal was hanging there. He was right!
Dont even try renting a tool from this place they wont do it. Worst location ever and very ghetto.Response to owner- Make tools available for the customers as every other AutoZone does. I have went to many locations and all of them rent obd2 scanners without a issue. Your manager was very rude when I asked to rent one responding nope and then I explained the situation and he said cant do that no explanation or anything.
The young salesman was very polite and helpful. He ran the diagnostics on my car, changed the wipers, and headlight. Excellent customer service. I believe his name was Emanuel.
They make you try to test for the check engine light yourself so you better know where to plug it in they told me the drivers side my was on the other side
I like this place but think its total bs that I cant get a bag. You make me fumble with the doors with full hands/arms all because you want to save a few cents by not giving your customers bags. Terrible strategy!!

Dont shop at this autozone. Very unprofessional. I only go here because it is close but everytime i do even when im buying something as simple as washer fluid they always make me wait. They will take customers that walked in after me even though i was already in line. They take forever to help you and while helping you they will stop midway and go help someone else. Trust me go to a different autozone. It kills me to have to leave a bad review because autozone is great but not this location.
Used to be a wonderful wonderful place to find your car need, medicine that has changed and so has to store, I no longer go there. I go to Clarks auto part where people actually know about cars and not just a computer thing birthday lookup have no idea how it works like AutoZone..

Claim to do routine service if you buy the part needed . Not when I was there. Not enough staff working and when it slowed down guy had no idea how to do a headlight bulb replacement.

Auto zone was recommended by my mechanic. But the employees had no idea what it was that I was talking about. Sent me to another Auto zone with the same reaction. So if you go to Auto zone make sure you know what your looking for.

2022-04-13I decided to stop by my local AutoZone because I was having issues with the alternator on my 2500 Sprinter work van and they were the only place that had it in stock and for the most affordable price! They even charged my battery for me while I replaced the alternator and they ran a diagnostic test on the van after the install to make sure it was operating at the proper voltage. Great staff! Friendly! Highly recommended.

2022-05-01Stopped in today at 7:30 PM 30 minutes before closing and was helped by Ryan. I purchased a battery at the Brook Park autozone and they were unable to put it in because the worker said he didnt know what to do. I went to the Memphis location and Ryan greeted me and said sure I can take a look he changed my battery and also refund to me my core charge money And didnt complain about the time that it took him and was very accommodating Im a dating thank you Ryan

2021-11-21The guys that work the night shift are not very attentive and are not very helpful whatsoever I would not recommend this store at all. I spoke with zander on the phone he seemed lime he knew what he was talki g about but when i got to the store he didnt help me instead gave me an excuse saying they arent allowed to help with fuse replacements but the last time i was there i got help. Then i asked the other employee if he could help me and he gave me the same excuse and when i left i saw them both laughing at me. Thats not very nice and not very good customer service. This too me says your store does not care at all about its customers.
