AutoZone Auto Parts in other cities:
State road location only had 16 lug nuts. This location had 20. I walked in and the parts salesman was at the counter asleep. After walking past him, he asked how he could help me. I brought the package with the part number on it, 611-185.1, and asked for 12. After driving home, I see that he gave me 611-182.1, which is a 12-1.5 thread. Went back and this guy pulled the bag out of my left hand the receipt out of my right hand. Talking to him and he just walked away. Avoid this location if possible or at least the tattooed guy with little patience for his own f*ck ups 🤷♂️
Very friendly at this store. Hannah was very helpful & kind. She answered all my questions & put my windshield wiper on for me. She even checked some things I was unsure of. I felt comfortable & not foolish asking some questions. This is now my go to store for auto. Thanks Hannah!
I really like the Parma Heights AutoZone. I live right down the street off of Big Creek Parkway so I come here weekly. Jason and Randy are always friendly and helpful. They always have what I need in stock. As a car guy, I am happy to have decent parts store so close.
I have shopped at this location multiple times. The store is kept clean and organized. Almost always this place will have the parts that I need without having to order it online. This place can get very busy however especially on the weekends. There are times where it seems like there may not be enough employees for the number of customers. This store did not have the correct rear windshield wiper for my newer car. Would recommend that they would consider stocking their store with parts from the most prevalent cars in that area. For Cleveland you have alot of European vehicles and AWDs.
Very annoyed with my experience the other night. I purchased new wiper blades a week prior. The reason I had to do that was because the ones I purchased less than a year ago were AWFUL. I kept forgetting to look for my receipt to exchange them and then just felt too much time had gone by so I didnt do anything. I knew I had to get new blades for winter so I stopped in there a couple of Saturdays ago. The blades I bought the last time were the best according to the gentleman helping me. I explained the issues I had with them. Now good customer service would have been to offer me a discount on the new ones I had to buy, but that didnt happen. I can only blame myself though for that. So, I used these new blades in the rain and noticed that only the middle section of the drivers side blade was actually cleaning the window and the back blade (I have an SUV) was not cleaning at the top of the blade on my window. When I went in the other night I felt like this kid was scrutinizing my receipt and looking for ways NOT to replace these blades for me. I had to go out and demonstrate or prove that what I was telling him was true. He agrees and went in to get new blades. I just did not like this kid. I followed him because I felt like he was going to just come out with the same blade and let me THINK he changed it - because I was a female and wouldnt know better! He puts a new front blade on and asks me to try it out. I see it isnt the same size as the one he took off. I called him on it and he basically was telling me that he put the right blade on. I had to argue with him and again follow him like a puppy dog back into the store so he could see the difference in size. He didnt apologize for his mistake either. Then I had to go through the whole thing with the back window blade. I was there for 30 minutes and this should have taken FIVE! Typically my experience with this Autozone is favorable. I appreciate that the workers install the blades, etc. for you. I didnt appreciate the I dont think you know what youre talking about kind of attitude I felt like I received.
The Pearl Road location is two minutes from my house, but every time I’m in urgent need of parts I’m referred to the Ridge/Brookpark location. I’m curious what employees the reviewers mentioning friendly staff have worked with because I’ve experienced the opposite. Everyone I’ve dealt with there has been rude and made me feel like I’m inconveniencing them. The Ridge/Brookpark store has become my new go-to - I will drive further for parts availability and friendliness.
I went to this place and got my front light and license plate replaced. The mechanic that put my front light on finished the job without even checking to see if my light worked. When he was done, thank goodness I checked to see if my light was working and of course it wasnt...smh. Then after he supposedly finished the job he left my car without even closing my hood. The car I have is a brand new car so I didnt know how to do it. So when I went back inside to ask him to do it for me he actually just told.me what to do and did not want to come back outside to do it himself. He actually seemed like he was getting upset when I asked him to do it. The mechanic there has by far the worst customer service skills. I will never go back to this location because of him. Stay away from this place!!!
If only there were stars for the negative experience! they dont know what theyre talking about no knowledge on things and the way they treat women who shop there!! they need more training in customer service! WILL NOT go to this location ever again! (they only got 1 star because google made me put a star..lol)
I called this store for a caliper for a 2015 Chevrolet Imapala, they ordered me a caliper for a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado. I had a certified technician install the brakes. I called the store back to talk to a supervisor about the issue and talked to the manager Chris. I told Chris what happened and he immediately seemed concerned. I was in the middle of have the car worked on so I couldn’t have the car taken off of the lift. He only offered to do a refund. I told him I was stuck at work and there was no way I could come to him and the car was stuck on the lift. He asked me who I talked to and I told him a gentleman with a Hispanic accent and Chris said it was one of his store managers. I told him I was given the wrong part and that there has to be more there can be done and he got very angry with me over the phone. He started to yell at me and got even angrier when I told him that I would be leaving a complaint with the BBB. He then told me there were Hispanics that worked at every auto part store I’m the country and then hung up on me. I will be calling the regional office and I will be leaving a complaint with the BBB. I would not recommend Autozone to anyone else especially this store with this management.
I broke down here with a part I had bought with a lifetime warranty. I had to buy another part as well as tools because they wouldnt loan me any, fix it in their parking lot, and then take the piece back in for the refund. Sadly I was out of town so I had to buy tools I already owned to fix a junk part they sold me that didnt hold up to their lifetime warranty. It lasted about 4 months.
Good place to buy parts for your car but beware if you own a Mercedes they will try to sell you the most expensive thing they will have for that specific car when you dont really need to buy anything too expensive for example I needed a bulb for my car they tried to sell me two pairs $25 when I found the same pair for $10 at Walmart

2021-12-27This is the only auto zone I go to. The super hunky manager Jason is the best. He’s the most knowledgeable, handsome Polish man I’ve ever met. I only trust him with all of my car needs. He always goes the extra mile. This man deserves a raise for the amount of knowledge he has.

2021-12-27I always love going to this autozone. The amount of knowledge the staff has is beyond amazing. I am always happy to go out of my way to go to this store. The one manager Jason is super friendly and has more knowledge then 99% of the mechanic shops in the area.

2022-05-10I guess it’s ok but they couldn’t help me out with what I needed and didn’t even try to go out of their way to help me. Wasn’t very happy with them.

2020-12-10Autozone has always been good to me. They have quality parts and competitive pricing. I shopped at a location unfamiliar to my own and they were helpful as usual. They loaned me a tool without cost in the parking lot so I could remove my battery and install a new one.

2021-05-02Walked in, no waiting. Fellow behind the counter got me exactly what I needed AND installed it AND let me know what needed fixed so the problem wouldnt happen again. The part was pricey, but so is everything else these days.
