I want to express my gratitude to John (the red-haired guy) for his help in selecting wipers and bulbs for headlights, as well as in installing them. He was very friendly and helpful.The store is on the plaza, next to Best Buy.
The food is pretty good most of the times we visit. The drinks were just bad this specific visit but most times also good. Had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for a table for 2. Usually that bad on Sundays, so if you plan to go on a Sunday make reservations ahead of time. The opposite side where store is has lots of unique things to buy and great gift ideas if looking. The ornaments are also gorgeous wish I took a pic. (I will next time lol) the new bacon mac n cheese is bomb def give it a try.
Need to find employees that know about cars not just know how to punch up part numbers in the computer went in with a part tell them I needed it new one and they didnt even know what it was

So, I had a big problem when my cars alarm kept going off. People were getting very annoyed. Finally, I look over and here comes auto zone employees rolling a cart like the auto doctors. They fixed the problem for me and it was a simple for them. Thanks a bunch !

Twice this week I showed up at 7:30 to a locked door and employees just standing around.
This is a hub so it is very well stocked. The hours make this place quite convenient. The store is brand new, so its very clean and orderly. The staff seem to be knowledge
This is the only AutoZone in 2 states that had the part I wanted. And the guy who let me pick it up at the counter was extremely fast at the counter. Im anything but disappointed! Great job!

Would have given them 5 STARS on the count that I had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to find the part that I needed, and this was before I had called ahead to see if they had the part, which they said they have 1 left. I explained to the Gentlemen, Rick that I needed that part, and that I was on my way From Lakewood. Think that they should have had found it, and had it available when I arrived. JS!
Dont let them touch anything on your car. They want to pretend to mechanics and dont have any clue on what they are doing. A employee broke the bulb to my headlight and couldnt remove it. I didnt even ask him to remove it. He ask to see it. I will never buy anything from this place again. I would rather pay 3 times as much at the dealership. My advice to anyone going to this place is to pick up your items and leave or go down the street to auto parts advance.
I gave 2 stars because I came in to buy a light bulb and was there in line for over a half hour. I know COVID-19 will be the reason but almost a hour wait tho..
The employee gave the wrong bulb for my head light and sold me one that was more expensive and wasnt the right model for my truck, and when he said he could install it for me he tried to pull my headlight out without removing any of the bolts and when that failed he said the store doesnt do that.
I went online to find a battery it said they had them at this store and price. We go there and the guy said no I believe they try to sell their highest price stuff. If u see a price online for something buy it and have it sent to the store men just think us women are slow sad sad
Friendly and helpful staff, returned a rented tool one time without receipt cause it was SUPPOSED to be under my account (worked fine for the other rented tools that I returned) but somehow it wasnt under my name that it was rented.I was initially offered store credit for the return which I could have made work but the manager stepped up and helped make sure that it was a full return and I got cash back even.Other than the awesome staff here they have just about everything at reasonable prices. Theyre even open 24/7 which is a huge help when something goes wrong at odd hours and you need to get back on the road ASAP not tomorrows business hoursOverall GREAT AutoZone to stop in at.

Had a water mishap at the house frantic looking for a small cheap shop vac. Thank GOD found this place open 24 hrs. Got last one . Manager lady all too helpful. Professional to the T. As wound up and not being able to think straight. As I was. She was calm and cool kudos to this lady. 11-24 19. 9pm or so. Anytime I need car parts this will be my only stop.
I would have to say that at 2am these guys go above and beyond to try to help people figure out issues.I would highly recommend them and glad i ended up going back , it changed my one star rating into a five.When they first opened 24hrs i went in and some lady who knew nothing was working so i gave em 1 star. We were so happy we stopped to just have our battery checked tonight . Pedro R. Couldn’t of been a nicer most helpful guy ever . He took the time to answer all of our questions and took care of a new battery. I will be back to this store just because of his service !Best customer service ever !
Went around 8 pm. There were 3 employees working. Waited in line for 35 mins to check out. One employee was on the phone when I got in and still on the phone as I left. Another employee was dealing with a pair of customers that were being idiots and complaining about stupid issues that were the customers fault. The third guy was trying hard to clear the line.
Been in this store at least 5 times and not one time was I impressed. Always a problem with the honesty or integrity of each person I dealt with. If it wasnt honouring advertised prices or misinformation. I just am very disappointed with this particular store.
The people here are great and they were very helpful when my daughters explorer broke down and she had to leave it in their parking lot for 2 days. I appreciated them keeping an eye on it ! Wonderful people at this place! Also keep in mind AutoZone has lifetime warranty on most products!

Needed a cable tightened on my battery ..... it was cold as **** and it was really late a nice gentleman by the name of Will (I think he was the store manager) came out and helped me .... couldn’t be more happier cause my battery kept dying even tried to tip but he respectfully declined and made sure my car started back up ....... DEFINITELY A COOL LOCATION... DEFINITELY USEFUL BEING 24 HOURS AS WELL

Must be 20 employees working at one time at this location. Stood there with my part number ready to buy an expensive part for 5 minutes while what seemed like every employee walked by and around me not looking at me and go and answer a phone or whatever else. Finally a nice pregnant girl helped me but the service feels very rude and ridiculous here thats just crazy
The young man was very nice he come out and check my car because the check engine light was on talk to me about how much the parts cost in this and that he was very nice very understanding I like AutoZone
Well I went to this AutoZone over here in Parma and the customer service there was great I love the experience even though it was just a shop to AutoZone but this is something that you expect from a reputable company respect and dignity you expect someone to be able to help you with any question that you asked without an attitude but this was the perfect place no attitude prices are still reasonable according to industry standards and you can find everything okay and they always got answers for every question is a great experience for me Ive never had a problem with any AutoZone FYI but particularly this one stood out because the people were very friendly ER I just happy to greet me happy to show me what I was needed to see the answer the phone with efficiency yeah I didnt wait until I longed got to the counter my order was taking quickly and I just felt really good about my experience at this particular AutoZone AutoZone keep up the good work whatever it is it to train your employees your train them right so keep up the good work God bless you all God bless you all
So I called Autozone on brookpark road in parma it’s 10:05pm.Security answers and let me know they are closed. I Feel that was very nice of him to answer because I know he didn’t have to.

This is one of the Best Auto Zones around. The staff are respectful , knowledgeable and helpful. I have had a pleasant experience every time I need to go there. Tonight my 20 year old Daughterhad a nail in her tire so I told her to go there to buy fix a flat. One of the employees Felipe actually had her purchase a repair kit and he went out and plugged the tire for her. That was totally AWESOME. Thank You Felipe , you went out of your way to help my Daughter and we didnt have to worry about her breaking down because there are no repair shops open until Monday. Thank You so much you have no idea how much it means to receive such remarkable outstanding service!!!
Rude service. They dont say hi to you and when I left with a 1 year old, 3 year old, and 6 year old not one of the staff members offered to help me carry out my 2 rotors and brake pads into a busy parking lot. If you can go to the AutoZone in brookpark they are lovely!
This store is open 24 hours which is pretty awesome cuz I didnt know there was such a thing as a 24 hour auto parts store. The girl that worked there didnt seem to know much but the guys that put my battery in were great. Especially the manager who stopped to help his employee change my battery- he was already off the clock but he took the time to make sure everything was done right.
24 hour AutoZonePrayers answered this business should be successful. I have had to wait until the next day countless times to complete repairs, the round the clock access is much appreciated. The size allows for everything to be on site.

I have been here quite a few times b/c of the problematic Buick in my life - and everytime I have been greeted and treated wonderfully. The employees here are the perfect balance of helpful, not annoying, knowledgeable, not pushy or arrogant, kind but not annoying LOL (You know those sales people who can be annoying!)Matt especially has helped me on more than one occasion and he is awesome! He has given me car advice and knowledge above and beyond his duty. There is also another gentleman there but I do not recall his name (young, Puerto Rican dude about 59-10) He was also helpful and personable.The rest of the staff is funny and down to earth - they seem to get along and be a bit of a family - They are helpful and welcoming!!
Guy had no idea what he was doing. First I went online and said the part was in stock to find out it wasn’t and had to be ordered. Two days later I get notified it is ready to be picked up just to find out they ordered the wrong part. Had the part I needed in stock the whole time. Gave it to me for free & made me take the other part I paid for (wrong part). Found out I didn’t need it and went to return it just for the dude to charge me for the FREE item they screwed up for to return the WRONG item. Highly DO NOT recommend this location.
Very helpful on anything that you are working on but the only thing is I wish they were open 24hrs again that really helped when you needed something and all the other stores were closed for the night thats the only thing I wish they would do again so please open back up 24hrs

The employees at this location are not very knowledgeable nor friendly. They talk very condescending. DO NOT buy tools there if you want a warranty. I was told that they would not warranty a broken tool. The employee and manager stated that autozone does not and never has warrantied tools in store. Every one of the Duralast tools say “Guaranteed for life”. Well where at????? All the autozone competitors stand by their tools and warranty in store. Autozone just lost ALOT of money losing this customer.

My headlight was out so went to the autozone and maranda was very helpful and friendly she was quick with her job and actually gave me a few pointers about the car I’m driving now! Would recommend her to any one that’s comes into that store I promise won’t be disappointed!

This autozone is awesome because its 24 hrs.. If you are like me and stuff breaks or headlights burn out at 11:00 at night, then you will like this autozone.. Prices arent higher because of the late hours.. If your husband is like mine and inevitably will break or forget something while fixing the vehicle, you need this place.. Honda owners, our parts are not always compatible with some after market parts.. I have been able to find almost all the parts I need at autozone..

Customer service was horrible. The manager didnt make any effort to see if we needed anything when we walked in. The other staff didnt offer any help at the register or reassured us we will be served. If you dont like your job, find another that will suit you better.

Always takes for ever they have six registers usually two are open the place is always packed because they just opened and are the biggest location in the area and the workers are just random people off the street you dont know anything

2022-01-16My name is Robyn, not chad... but I just wanted to say what an UNBELIEVABLE crew this is. I had my car towed here because I was told by AAA (hardest eye roll ever) that it was a bad battery. (It was not) at any rate, every single employee here banded together to try desperately to help me in every way possible. They even tried so unconventional ideas that their big boss (very umderstandably) said no to. I hope every employee here has the best life ever. I hope they get all the green lights in traffic, may their bedsheets always be warm and crisp, I hope they get the best of the best in everything they do. Awesome employees.
