Great employees, always willing to help
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Two headlights were out and it came down to a fuse. they identified the problem quickly and gave me clear instructions. Easy fix. Thank you.
The Older ladies working the morning shift were very rude i will never go there again, I hope someone over management will see this and speak to them about their attitude, one is also a manager I believe.. I drove to car parts warehouse, and I told my family to stop spending money with autozone until they get better customer service
I received excellent service from William J. and the other gentleman (regretfully I didnt get his name, but he knows who he is) at the Lake Shore Auto zone. This store will be my first choice for auto parts as long as the service remains this good. Thanks gentlemen!

The last time I visited this place I was completely lost the young lady that was helping me then I come from behind that counter so she pointed to where I was supposed to go and I went back there and I was back there almost 20 minutes and she did not even offer to come back and help me so I had to figure that out myself
I had an issue with parts that were delivered from another store, they wouldnt come up in the computer, so they couldnt sell them to me, as she was working to fix my issue, ms Carla and staff were very helpful attending to other customers. After some time my issue was fixed even though the wrong part was ordered by the night staff, daytime staff and ms Carla were extremely helpful.

I went to two 15103 Euclid and 161 Lakeshore and neither would assist with check engine. Do not offer a service if your employees are not willing to assist. I know nothing about a car but to drive it. And its even worse when men are not willing to assist when you ask for help.
The service was very good. I left the store with a smile on my face.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent I had purchased a lemon of a car the Head manager, District manager.. supervisor lol he had title... Was AWESOME., He went out of his way to help 2seniors understand what we had purchased and why ... He told us good and bad , tested with his sensor , looked up information for us and let us know...in his opinion what it could possibly need and how much out of pocket more it could cost us.... We returned the vehicle and saved ourselves from being endangered! Thanks AutoZone!
Ive never seen more ignorant disrespectful people in my life, they dont know their rears from a hole in the ground, I recommend anyone with a brain go to car parts warehouse, they hire people that actually know about vehicles

Loved the woman that helped me get the right battery for my vehicle, especially after another AZ sent me there for a battery they said they had stocked, but didnt. She is the only reason I would go there again.

Not much help at the front desk. Apparently they no longer can help with identifying parts you may need, I was told they no longer do that.
The stuff named Carla M has a nasty attitude towards customers, she gives terrible customer service. I was asking questions and how to use it but she acted like she doesn’t wanna help customers!

I went to auto zone March 27 2015 to have my battery looked at the service i received was excellent team work and i would recommend anyone to come there . There was a young lady who was out side working and then another young man came out and the team work was awesome.

2022-07-11I purchased two bottles of New Car Smell air freshener that smells nothing like the new car smell spray from any other places I purchase from, it stinks but AutoZone will not take my returns. Im not sure they will take any returns. Buyer Beware.

2022-04-07The employees in this autozone do not listen to their customers at all. This isn’t a review about myself but I was in this store yesterday, a young woman asked a employee “hey can I put my phone number in for my autozone rewards” the man tells her she can’t because she doesn’t get points for that specific purchase, she frustrated says nevermind but explains to me once outside that she already had points on that card she wanted to use, also I thought you put your card information in whenever you make any purchase so the whole situation was odd. You all need better employees with better listening skills, and employees who actually want to work because that man didn’t want to do anything but rush her out of that store and it’s trifling.

2022-01-13I only put one star because I had to, to be able to leave a review. let me start by saying customer service was the worst. the women definitely hate their job or had something. for an auto parts store they were NOT helpful for our needs and didn’t want to help us in any way shape or form. had to fix a tire in the parking lot and needed assistance trying to buy lug nuts and rent diff tools so when they wouldn’t let us rent the tools tried to purchase and return and they wouldn’t let that happen either.

2021-12-29Before I went a friend said, be mindful of the level of intelligence when you choose a store. He was 200% correct. The young man said, we could be here all day trying to find this bulb. Went to OReillys in East Cleveland, the young man said, this bulb came off of a Cadillac and proceeded to get the bulb I needed. Customer service is EXTREMELY important.

2020-11-30I bought a set of wipers took them home and had a hard time installing them. I went back to the store and Tia without hesitation installed them for me and had me back on the road in 10 min. I need to mention it was 40 degrees and raining at the time and she was very professional and very pleasant Thank you Tia much appreciated.
