AutoMark Auto Service in Circleville, OH was amazing! They were on time in their delivery and I also loved how I was able to hear right away what was wrong with my car. Not only was the quality and value of the customer noticed, but the professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend allowing AutoMark to care for your car.Before coming to AutoMark I spent almost $500 with another mechanic who told me I had a number of codes and that anything could have been wrong with my car. AutoMark gave me specifically what was wrong and actually fixed my car. I don’t know how much that would mean to you, but it was exciting to know what I was paying for and that the money I paid was going to actually be the problem solver.
Took car to local dealership for inspection and was told we needed new brakes and gave us a quote. Took car to Automark as the price was less expensive. Once the mechanic examined the brakes he told us that the brakes did not need changed as they had at least another 20,000 miles before they would need replaced. The honestly was appreciated; he could have replaced the brakes and we would have never known the difference.Automark has always been fair with price on services and parts. We will definitely continue bringing vehicles to them for maintenance and repairs.
Stopped by to have a tire repaired. The mechanic was very nice! He fixed it right away, took off spare and replaced tire. Owner didnt charge us! Wished my mom and me Merry Christmas and said no charge. Would definitely recommend this place for auto work! Thanks again!
Ive taken my vehicle here twice. My car needed some a whole lot of tlc both times. I have been very pleased ! Easy to talk to, work gets done quickly & efficiently, more expensive than Ive paid elsewhere, but i also feel like its worth it because of how quickly the repairs are made! Im happy to have found someone i trust to take my vehicles to.
Exceptional Customer service and responsive to an immediate need for assistance. Our son was driving and had an issue with his truck in which it could no longer drive. Being long distance while our son was on the road alone with car trouble is unsettling as a parent. Mark made me feel comfortable with patient, detailed information about the problem and reassurance that hed take care of it. Its unfortunate the truck had an issue but very fortunate that our son stopped right next to AutoMark. Im grateful and would highly recommend Mark and his shop to anyone in need of auto repair service. Thank you for treating our son like your own!
He quoted me on some work for my car. I thought the price to high too high so I told him I was taking my business elsewhere. He tried to haggle and drop the price a bit, because the car really needed the work done. I still said no because I dont trust mechanics that have flexible prices that change based on the particular customer. He then called me back the next business day to alk about my vehicle, I said a friend was going to help me fix it. He began to lecture me on how that was a bad idea and how he has fixed countless jobs where friends helped... the car is running great now for about $600 less than he quoted. I am no fool. BEWARE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!
My daughter and I had a huge piece of metal in our tire. We called to see if they could fix it. The owner told us to come on over! We got there, they took my keys and pulled my truck right in. I asked if I could see what was in my tire. When the service manager was done with my vehicle he brought me this monster piece of metal! The owner brought me my keys and they had us back on the road in a half hour! I will definitely return!
Mark and his technician went above and beyond to save our vacation! My brake lines went out while we were camping nearby. These good people worked around the clock so we could get home safely (and on time!), and charged a very fair price besides.Mark was very thorough in explaining exactly what needed to be done; he took pictures of the damage and explained the costs of each thing. He inspired a great deal of trust, and if we lived nearby, wed definitely bring our vehicles to AutoMark the next time they needed work!
Mark is the consummate professional, and a man of his word. Saved me a bundle on an oil change, and when I needed work done on my Mariner, he had it done the same day, when everyone else I called said itd take up to 3 days. This is now my go-to spot for vehicle maintenance. Absolutely first-rate!
My husband took our 2012 Dodge Caravan in for a brake job and oil change, final bill was less than the estimate. Mark and his team were very professional and did an excellent job. We will not hesitate to return whenever the need arises.
This company runs all fraud. They make their money off ripping people off especially the elderly wish I could give this company zero stars. This dude really set my grandma out the door with her exhaust hanging not even 4 inches off the ground and it’s been like this for about two years now. Would not recommend sending your family or friends to this place. And I got the photos and the receipt.
They always take such good care of us here Automark. They make sure our vehicles are safe. They also take the time to explain what is wrong if issues are found. I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.
Needed a new muffler and master cylinder on my vehicle, AutoMark got me in right away and even worked with me on the price. The customer service was excellent and the work is top notch. I would recommend this great business to anyone.Thanks Mark
My appointment was at 11:30 showed up 10 minutes before no one was here the open sign is on but when you go up to the door its locked and pich black when you look threw the door. Did not receive a courtesy call to cancel or to know if theyre going to be late. Never again
Our tire got a hole while we were traveling with two young kids. They were able to service our van right away and got us in and out in so we could get on our way. They really went the extra mile for us and were very kind and professional.
I had been having lots of trouble with my car, it was just one thing after another. After taking it to a different place first, I decided the third time I wouldnt be going to that shop again. I drove by automark on my way home, called him and he had my car in the next day. He found the issue and other things that were wrong with it. Fixed them and got my car back to me in a timely manor! I wont be taking my car anywhere else, even oil changes will all be done by Mark and his guys at AutoMark Auto. I will also be sending my friends and family there! I havent ever received the customer service like I did there.
Maybe its just in my head, or maybe its because Im a transwoman, but they seemed almost annoyed at my questions. I was curious about repairs that a dealer had quoted me and they gave me short 1-5 word answers to my questions about what they would recommend and what they would charge. Maybe they were just busy but they didnt seem very welcoming.
They are very fair on their pricing and do quality work! I trust them not to tell you something needs fixed when it doesnt! Honesty and integrity is very important to me. Thanks Mark!!
They did the same thing for me, I had problems with my tires and they fixed it so I could get back on the road to see my son. My truck is running smooth now. They are good people.
The review by a Mr. Steve Riggs is a bogus and non factual review designed to damage our Google ratings and damage our companys local reputation. What this reviewer neglected to state in his review is the fact that our company performed more than 20 separate auto repair projects. YES 20+. Mr. Riggs was more than happy with our companys performance throughout those 20+ repairs until his local friends went into business as one of our competitors. It is sad that this has had an effect on our Google ratings. Our company has an A+ rating with the local Better Business Bureau and 5 stars with Google prior to this rating. Had to stop due to a tire problem with my rental car. What a great team. Fixed the problem in a timely manner and went out of their way to make sure I was safe for the rest of my trip.
I took my car in due to leak again which this was just bought in October and bought at Auto Mark and he did the job for free courteous people for the most part and easy to deal with and the office woman is very nice to all people.

2022-02-18Highly recommend this business. They are all about their customers. Very nice and professional. I had purchased a vehicle from there for a very reasonable price. 2022-03-17Took my old truck in to get estimate on new leaf springs, shocks, and struts. Had a few shops tell me they dont do leaf springs. Not Mark! I had estimate texted to me within an hr of dropping it off. We all know about supply chain issues these days. Mark told me up front this could be an issue but i was fine with it. He texted me every couple days with updates. Once they were able to start repairs I received pics of the work performed. No surprises at the end, he honored original quote although i knew it was an awful job.Mark is a honest genuine guy and Ill be taking my vehicles to Automark in the future. I highly recommend Automark to anyone looking for great customer service and high quality work.

2021-12-20Charged me over $700 for a blower motor resistor we found the part for $150 when we took it to another mechanic to have that part put in it wasnt the blower motor resistor at all it was a relay switch which cost $10 also missing parts from where they took a look at my car and now saying they dont have parts and that they never touched the cabin filter or remove the cabin filter to get to the blower motor resistor but yet it was there when I drop the car off. I understand times are tough but trying to scam people is not a good way to go

2020-04-10I arrived at the end of the work day to schedule an appointment praying I could get in within a week. I was greeted professionally and was able to make an appointment first thing the next morning. Upon arrival my car was taken in earlier than scheduled and fixed in a timely manner. I was able to be back on the road in a short time and was pleasantly surprised at the cost and quality of the repair. I will definitely be recommending AutoMark to all of my friends and family. 2020-09-28Brought my vehicle in to address my check engine light that came on - turns out my thermostat and coolant sensor needed to be replaced. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly - fixed the problem the same day and for a fair price. Great customer service and honesty & integrity. Highly recommend using this business for all of your automotive needs!

2019-04-08Our family was recently vacationing in Ohio when we started having car trouble. After making some calls, we were able to get our vehicle looked at almost immediately. The owner was exceptionally helpful and had two mechanics stop what they were doing to get our repairs done as our family of six had to wait with no other options. He gave us a very fair price and followed up with a thoughtful text.

2020-07-01I blew my tire and had to order a new one. Someone had to mount it on the rim before it could be put on my car. We called several places and they were either not open or too busy. Stopped by AutoMark and they took it right in. The owner Mark was very professional and willing to help. I would highly recommend them for any service you may need done.
