Stephen@ counter 6 was amazing. Great customer service skills. He took car of my daughter and I today and went above and beyond to help us. He was very knowledgeable about what he had to do with our out of state temp title. Huge thank you!! Also the female security officer was amazing as well. My daughter became light headed while doing the paperwork and she heard me tell Stephen and she ran over and gave her some gum (with sugar) to help her feel better. She said “I feel bad, I usually have crackers with me that I could give you, but I don’t today.” I couldn’t see a name tag, but she had dark short hair. She was so helpful. Went way above and beyond. Thank you for a good experience today.
Great experience picking up my auto title, Barry at counter 10 was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable in getting my title. He and Nikkia at counter 9 were personable and pleasant, all around great people. I did like the new system they have there as it was quick, easy and not nearly as loud as usual.
This morning I had the pleasure of having Nikkita process and transfer a car title from my late mothers estate to her surviving trust. She was extremely professional and courteous. I valued her patience assistance from beginning to end. What a wonderful employee you have. Keep up the good work!
I waited 20 minutes on hold to make an appointment, then when my appointment arrived, I had to wait in my car for another 40 minutes after checking in. Finally, they kept me waiting 20 minutes to pay for my transaction after my title was initially processed. Almost two hours all told.They switched to this appointment system 16 months ago. There has been plenty of time to work out the kinks.I also noticed that theyve had two Auto Title locations closed for several days each due to technology issues in the last three months.When is OShaughnessy back up for election? I look forward to voting for her opponent.
I had to get titles transferred for a couples boats and outboard motors and I was so happy that I could book an appointment in advance! I showed up a couple minutes before my time, clicked the button in the email that says “I’m here” and was inside at the counter within 2 min.Samantha was amazing and made everything super easy! I never thought I would be writing a Google review for a county title office, but my experience completely shattered my expectations so felt like I needed to share it!
Stephen at counter 6 gave me excellent service. He explained the title transfer information to me better than any representative of the county clerks office or the BMV had in the past. I had been completely confused as to the process, which caused me to waste a lot of time. Stephen came through and showed me how to simplify the process. I now have my title documents and license plates for Ohio. Thank you Stephen.
Worst experience, I regret , has I got to choose this office for my title change. Clerk who attend my case has no clue of his duties and careless , he is irresponsible and negligent and I asked for manger to help, but, she as no clue on the process as well. She is rude and negligent. Both of them lost my Inspection papers ( They shredded them) and lied on my face that they don’t have.
One star is too good for this place. Made 3 visits, only to come back empty handed. Every time I go, each clerk tells me to bring different paperwork. When I ask them to give me the exact steps so I dont have to do this again, they gradually get hostile. They dont seem to know what exactly needs to be done in my case so they have to go ask the manager everytime. When they return, they always have a new, illogical reason why they wont sign the paper, It was the most frustrating experience Ive had in my years of living in Columbus. Never returning here ever ever again unless Im with my lawyer.✌
The Security Officer, Calvin, is wonderful. He demonstrates passion and care in his role and maintains a calm, positive attitude. While waiting, I observed him help every single person who approached and he even went inside to ask questions or get information for customers. On top of maintaining a safe environment for everyone, he offers respect and understanding, no matter the person. He deserves a raise and I know his colleagues inside feel the same way...they told me as much :) Everyone inside was patient and kind too!
We made appointment for 8am, get in fast like around 8:08. Connie was our clerk, super fast, punctual, very nice and kind lady. We finished in minutes.The title place was sweet, decorated for Halloween.The security lady was nice and gave informations and answers for all the newcomers.If you do appointment I recommend to do online, right after fixing the appointment youll get an email, and instructions about online check-in. After you arrive to your appointment do the online check-in through the email...not even taking a minute, and youll be in the system. Couple of minutes later youll get a text message that one of the clerks are ready to help you.Highly recommend Morse road Auto Title North office!
It took the title office over a week to upload the title package my bank sent them and they didnt call me to let me know that it was ready. I called for the 3rd time 2 weeks after it was delivered and found out it was finally uploaded.Samantha was rude and argumentative, but what else do you expect from ANY state customer service workers.
I don’t know if when these people apply to work here they have to be miserable, but it would seem as that’s the case.I didn’t know you have to have an appointment now for a simple Ohio title transfer but you do. I called to see if they could get me in and god as my witness the lady told me they were booked solid today. Get this-I was the only person standing in that room. I’ll tell ya, these people don’t have jobs if we don’t go in there. They should think about that. Nobody willing to even consider going the extra mile to get me taken cate of.
Being new to the area, this was my first visit to Title North, and was unaware an appointment was needed for services. After informing Destiny, the guard stationed at the entrance that I didn’t have one, she took my name and phone number, and within 15 minutes received a text, then a phone call from Samatha, requesting me to go to station 5 for service. Thank you Destiny, and Samantha, for making my visit a pleasurable one. Top shelf service compared to Florida.
I just moved back from Florida and was apprehensive about doing doing all the things I needed to do to get my license, title, and tags and registration in Ohio and by myself. This process was so easy I was amazed. Whitney helped me today to get my title and she did an amazing job. She was friendly and knew her stuff. I felt so taken care of and happy that she took care of me. Great job Whitney! Thank you so much for helping me today!!
Covid has been undoubtedly complicated but The Auto Title North and East and in general has been amazing. The new and improved way to go get a title by a scheduled appointment is really good. I remember waiting forever to get a title change and today I only waited 15 minutes and I could see where I was on the next in line monitor. This was a Great Leap Forward for the Title Agency I wish the BMV would get their act together as good as the Title Agency.I hope they keep it this way.Thanks
I’ve been here four times and each time I’ve been pleasantly surprised at the efficiency. Barry is super helpful and courteous. Another helper went above and beyond, also. Even the security guy went the extra mile to do a good job. A dreaded stop is more pleasant at this place. Keep up the good work!
I had an appointment for 12:15pm, and ended up having to leave empty handed around 1pm to handle other things. I finally got a message that they were ready for me around 1:10. Just be aware that they are using the term appointment very loosely and give yourself the day to wait in the parking lot.
Where do I start.?. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Emily. Emily was the greatest, knowledgeable and had lots of patience as I was in need of a lot of assistance and probably should have known some of the Info walking into the Title Division. She took her time showed me how and what I needed to do & know. She showed empathy for my lack of knowledge regarding the matter and never made me feel like a burden.Thank you Emily
Usually I would dread coming to Auto Title- typically I forget to bring something and it ends up being a wasted trip not to mention waiting for long periods of time.However, the system that was implemented here is flawless. Virtually no waiting, covid safe practices and the youngest lady that I had the pleasure to work with- Nikkia. This is the John from Columbus Luxury Cars, i just want to say i needed a report that normally would have taken a few days to get. Everyone realized that i needed it right away and they all dropped what they were doing to make it a point to help me get it right away. They didnt have to do that. Im a dealer and havent had to run titles in quite a long time and I had to get some title work done that was time sensitive and starting with the security guard to Michelle the title clerk I was treated with utmost respect and courtesy. Michelle was very prompt and very helpful. My experience was just great!!! I dont usually run the titles for the dealership however if I had the time to I would enjoy going to the Morse Rd. location. I came from Alabama to get documents needed to get my tag. I received All-star service from the time I walked in the door. I pulled up at 4:59 (I know, horrible). The Officer took her time heading to the door allowing me time to park. Once I signed in the clerk quickly filled out the title application. When going to the final stage to pay I had a prepaid debit card that did not have my name on it, that was not a payment option. The staff was very helpful. I explained I was one dollar short with cash, the lead clerk actually chipped in a dollar of her own money so I could pay the fee. I was shocked. She absolutely did not have to do that. This was an awesome experience. If you are in the area, I encourage you to visit the North office, it may be worth going a couple minutes out of your way. In 10 minutes I engaged with five different staff members AFTER they were closed... All were awesome!!Ten stars in my book!!!
Ive had great and extremely poor experiences here. If you have all of the documentation in order, they are fast and efficient. If you dont happen to have all of the documentation, they seem to be quite abrupt and unhelpful. It would be great if they were always pleasant and helpful.Updated: I do appreciate the response. I would never ask someone to break the law, it would just be nice if I was treated reasonably and informed on what I should do vs. being demeaned and not informed, which is what was done. Human kindness goes a long way.
Made me schedule another appointment just because I had to wait for someone for a few minutes , there was nobody even in line and I just wanted to switch a title under my business. This caused my business great inconvenience. Someone was about to help us but another woman told her not to because we were late even though I myself came on time. Now I have to wait longer for something that could have been finished in 5 minutes...
Michelle, Marisa, and Emily they are an amazing crew. I have been going to this branch for about 5 month now and these ladies have been really help full, not only that they do there jobs professionally also very knowledgeable. Kelly is amazing she is always will to go above and beyond for every customer she encounters. Thank guy for all you do very much appreciated
I was very stressed because I couldnt find my title and had been slammed into by driver who didnt see that I was stopped at a red light. (Its been a week from hell. ) The people at Auto Title North were great. The security guard helped me the minute I walked in the door. She was so kind that I almost cried. Barry at the desk then helped me get another copy of my title. He was so understanding, sympathetic, and amusing that I began to feel better immediately. Kindness is these situations is so important to people. They were also professional and FAST as well. I am so grateful. Thanks to both of the security guard and Barry and to all staff there who were obviously on top of everything. My experience today was fabulous. I was able to get an appointment while sitting in the parking lot. Once I checked in online from the email they sent it was only minutes when they sent me the text that they were ready for me. I was out of there in less than 20 minutes.
This place feels like a second home to us here at Auto Boutique! Greeting us with joyous smiles and high energy! They are always patient and explain anything weve needed knowledgeably. They have always been willing to help with any scenario. They are fast and accurate, With a separate lounge for dealers that is very clean and quite. Magnificent music selections at a perfect volume, amazing staff, and a very comfortable environment.
What a great experience from start to finish! Although it was busy during lunch, ever single person I interacted with was so kind and helpful. They helped me specifically with my title needs and made it very quick and seamless. It was much quicker than I expected and I will always go to this location moving forward.
Went today at 10ish (Monday) I sat for 3 min and then I was up at the counter. The worker helping me was very friendly, efficient and seemed to be genuinely happy! I didnt have all the correct paperwork and she was polite when she told me what I needed, not annoyed by me at all. You dont get that attention from government employees like that often!
I had a weird task to complete, and the staff member I worked with (Theresa, maybe?) was outstanding. She attacked a problem shed never seen before with competence and a great attitude. The problem is that they had 3 people working during lunch rush, so I had to wait nearly an hour to get to her.

At first, I thought they were nice. Now I realize they’re clueless. They brought an unnecessary hardship on me and another person I witnessed by requesting us to come back several times for additional paperwork. It seems like a pattern. One clerk says you need something. You come back, another clerk says you need something else. The third time I went there to try to take care of the same project, the clerk tried think of something else I needed. I interrupted her and told her I’m not coming back up there again to take care of this. I’m about to sue somebody (if I have to come back up here again). Needless to say, that time, I got it done. If a judge signs off on a document, it should be good to go. I told them that one judge I talked to told me they were out of control down there. I believe, they need more training and should stop going the extra mile to think of things to make it difficult for folks to get a simple task done.
Ohio has relatively strange and complicated regulations around titling and registering vehicles, but thats not anything that this office or the county can control. As long as you have done your research online and/or called their hotline in advance, you should not have any issues. Their check-in system is nice and the waits are usually quite reasonable (I cant speak for Saturdays, which I imagine would be very busy). Staff have always been polite and friendly.
Amazing staff! My upmost favorite location to get my title work done! Great customer service! As soon as i walk in I am welcomed by the security and directed to where i need to be im in and out. Ladies are amazing always very helpful and knowledgeable. I aprreciate the staff very much thanks ladies for such great service!
After a long day and being misdirected by the nearby BMV, we come across Whitney and Ed. They were amazing and went above and beyond to help. While I have to return on Monday (not their fault), I look forward to knowing my issue will be resolved.Awesome customer service!!
Going to a government office is something that usually is frustrating and takes up half the day but this seems to be the exception. The title office is by far the best government agency Ive dealt with so far other than maybe the FAA. Marissa did a great job of taking care of us and getting us in and out in no time. If only getting plates were as easy as transferring a title.
Connie, very bubbly, was extremely helpful and provided fantastic feedback on the requirements needed to complete one of my res quests. Michelle, Marisa, Emily and Kelly (Triple OG) (hopefully I got the names right I’m horrible with names) are a pleasure to work with as well.And to Ed...Go Blue!!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS TITLE OFFICE. Take the extra time to drive to any other title office. They are difficult to work with and not knowledgeable. I have sold and transferred many cars in many different states, this office is by far the most difficult to work with. GO TO ANOTHER OFFICE. They wrote on my title and wouldnt accept the transfer because it did not have the odometer reading. They want me to redo the notary process and complete an affidavit. I cannot express enough that this title office is clueless. Out of state title transfer? IMPOSSIBLE. California and Illinois are cake-walks compared to this place. Such garbage.
Excellent service, quick check in, short wait, very pleasant woman by the name of Connie helped me very quickly and efficiently. I noticed the man at the window next to me was having difficulty with regard to a title transfer and that staff member went above and beyond to get his issue resolved.
Heavily disappointed with the insensitive treatment we received. The level of bureaucratic inflexibility was astonishing. We stepped out after waiting an hour, had to put our name back on the list because we realized the title was in my spouses name, stepped out so a child who was with us could get some food, came back 4 min after 12. We were denied entry even though dozens of people were still inside and our name had not been called. No where is it posted that you cannot leave the building even if your name was on the list. I get following rules, but there was not one attempt to express understanding for our situation or the lack of communication on their part. Getting out of work earlier seems more important than meeting the needs of people who have spent several hours in lines trying to transfer a title. Too bad was the response we got. Typical governmental angency I guess.
Hire more people. Fix the potholes in your goddamn parking lot.Remember kiddos, if youre transferring an out of state title, you need to go to the BMV for a title inspection, THEN you can go to the title office next door. Guess how many signs there are indicating that before you wait half an hour to find out by a clerk? 0!

2022-02-18Couldnt have been further from a pleasant experience. Came here to print a memorandum title that was never sent to us by the state after purchasing a new vehicle. Fortunately the Director of Auto Title and the manager of the North Branch were extremely helpful after the interaction, however the woman at Counter 9 was anything but.Checked in at arrival, then received 3 calls from an unknown number three minutes later. Picked up each time, and nothing but silence - just like the spam calls we get 30 times a day.After receiving a text my wife came inside, and I arrived shortly after and arrived at the counter 6 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. According to the woman at counter 9, we had 10 minutes to be ready or we have to reschedule. Well, that would mean we had until 4:40pm, not the 4:36pm that she arbitrarily decided would be the end of our 10 minute period. I walked in right as the clock clicked over with four minutes left to spare.Instead of proceeding to fulfill the obligations of her job, the woman instead went into a spiel about dont check in until your appointment time and listing off all these reasons why we were in the wrong, when the signs clearly state to check in when you arrive.To top it off, while leaving the man at the adjacent counter started to openly and loudly talk about us behind our backs.Some of the employees here need trained that this is a PUBLIC SERVICE JOB and you do not treat the members of the public poorly because you have a superiority complex because you work for a state government agency. There are plenty of people that would love to have your jobs and treat people right while doing it, so if you dont like said job then you should go somewhere else.

Waited less than a minute to be called to counter and Shantaz already had my reservation up and was pulling together the forms I needed. This experience could not have gone any smoother. I was out in ten minutes and was treated with respect, professionalism and compassion.

2022-04-05Amazing experience! Customer Service with a Capital C.I came to get a duplicate auto title. I was anticipating a long wait. Im in a wheelchair and when I got to the door, two very pleasant people opened it for me. One of them got me immediately sign in. Literally 1 minute later I was called to come to the counter. Stephen at Counter 5 helped me out. He was very friendly, fast and efficient. I had my title within minutes and was out the door, again helped by yet another friendly person.Thank you for a great experience!

2022-04-11Worst service I have ever been get here in Ohio. The representative was so rude and mannerless. I was there to do the title transfer of my brothers car. He forgot to carry driver license and we requested representative to help out with other form of ID but she started to yell us. Representative was lady. I will never back to this location again. It’s so sad to know that public servant who get paid by peoples tax are like this in the office.
