Had a quick and easy experience at the office. Even during the Covid-19 times, Staffs were very understanding, courteous, and responded to all of my queries. And the wait time is less than 15 mins far better than the experience in Massachusetts.
The Title Bureau was well organized. We were able to conduct our business quickly. Even on a Saturday morning.Sorry, my previous review and photos should have been attributed to Cockeyed BBQ in Warren, Ohio. I dont how to delete it. Unfortunately, the Title Bureau doesnt serve BBQ. LOL.
NO help at all, no common sense when reviewing documents. Go elsewhere.

Quick never wait line
Went in at 10am on a Tuesday and there was no line. The gentleman who helped me had me in and out in under 5 mins.

They were quick and organized and the woman who helped me at counter 2 was very kind, helpful and sweet.
It went very fast.The total time of service and wait for service was 20 minutes. Not bad at all. It normally takes longer than that under regular conditions

Compared to the other in the southeast of Clevland, this place, flys. Yes they have good days and bad but, mostly it flys.
As with any bureaucracy it is hell, but the people are generally nice and considerate.

2022-07-09It was really busy but yet we got assisted fairly fast. Definitely faster than I expected. That being said, they still charge for us to use a debit card in 2022. Something that makes things easier for them and expedites the process and they want to charge us. All associated office, such as the DMV want to charge you to use a card. It just doesnt make sense and is a blatant ripoff, we are taxpayers. Dont you take enough. Its never enough. Rant over.

2021-06-28Make sure you have all your paperwork.. this is a long process.Out of state have E check and go next door for all paperwork on title Info.Tag transfer to this state is not very costly.

2022-02-28Had an out of state car title and Parma told me I needed additional documents. Drove straight to N Olmsted and got my new title. Not good when one hand dont know what the other is doing.Oh... and the Parma location asked for a document that wasnt even in her out of state requirements book.

2021-11-24Service is fast and efficient. But signs on the front door and windows are a mess and disorganized. None of the info is prioritized or organized in a way in which it makes it easy to read.
