Justin was amazing. My husband, twins, and I were traveling to see family when we began having issues with our vehicle. He took time out of his lunch schedule, just to help us find the rights parts and get back on the road. Such a blessing.
They need people who is experienced with auto not just hire anyone..just about every time we go they dont know what they doing or give you wrong part and they also need to hire someone just for answering the phone , to just deal with phone calls only..
In and out, no waiting, staff member helped me find what I needed very quickly.

Tried to place an order for pickup, they weren’t taking Visa cards online, so I used PayPal. I received an error message. Even though I received an error message autozone still took my money. Called the store and received zero help. Customer service was absolutely no help, in fact they were pretty rude. They asked for screenshots of my bank account and PayPal account, insinuating I was lying. I did sent them the screenshots as asked. As of right now I still do not have my money back. There are many other auto shops that I can go to that won’t steal my money.
Lady manager is off putting and quite insulting to her staff. James, the new kid installed a battery for me on his second day in the rain with a smile on his face. Id give him 5 stars if not for his horrible superior.

I went to three stores including this one AutoZone claims they have a ball joint press that they do not carry I went to various stores in the Middletown Dayton Springboro and Centerville area their inventory says its there I go there its not I wasted more money than the thing will cost to rent or to buy and I have never had this experience with AutoZone I for one know that AutoZone read the reviews so while youre reading this review please consider this one because I am a Google guide and I rate places I go to at all times and am able to put them online just like this one I hold stocks in AutoZone and I spent about $5,000 a year in AutoZone stores considering the type of business which is an automotive
Had to get a jump start for my car and needed a new battery that day since I was on my way to work. Helped me find the best priced battery right away and they installed it at no charge! Very satisfied customer!
This is the best auto store Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Made my day!Corey looked up my headlight bulbs within two minutes of me entering the store, retrieved the bulbs from the aisle, and as an added bonus actually put them in my car in the parking lot! I had spent some time on YouTube figuring out how to do it myself and was not looking forward to it, but he made it look easy.I cant promise every person there would do that for you but they have a new regular customer because he took the time to give that level of service. That much I know!Six stars!
The employees are becoming jaded. Store needs a good cleaning. This is my last ditch auto parts store in town. Usually only go here now if their the ONLY one with a part Im looking for. Otherwise I check 3 other local autopart stores first.
This store has many great qualities that the customers are very aware of from the greeting you receive upon entering the door. Low pricing for the working man or woman. Ive been granted the occasional discount that by itself will bring me back, again and again! Great overall review for my local Auto Zone 👍😁

Went In and Bought A Battery. The Guy Even Offered To Replace the battery in my car. 10 mins later the new Battery was in and we were good to go!! Service is Great!! Highly Recommended. Im giving a 5 star because of Corey the man that worked hard to help me choose a good battery and install it in my car. It wasnt an easy task. He loaned me his personal battery charger to go home and jump my car which he didnt have to do. It took about 30 minutes to take the bar, fuse box, and other things out just to get the battery out. Then back in again. I told the manager, Bob Fields, to give him a raise for all the things he helped me with but he seemed unconcerned while busy looking down his nose at me. The job roles needed reversed in my mind. Oh well, maybe sooner than later.
Extremely good service. I needed a battery for my wifes car and came here. The man at the counter, I wish I could remember his name because he was really helpful. He discussed my battery options then even offered to put it in for me for free. Really nice people and knowledgeable as well. 5 stars from me.
Had a new battery installed in my wifes car. The entire visit took less than 15 minutes. The associate who installed the battery was very pleasant. Ill return next time I need a battery.
I guess the stores only open if you go in person. I guess its too much work to answer a phone. So they just leave a message to stores closed,lmfao I cant find one AutoZone that will actually help me. They will only help if you drive to the store in person. To find out they dont have the part

The store manager cracked my tail light cover and made no offer to replace it. While I appreciate the attempted assistance I feel like this couldve been prevented. Now Ill be paying three times as much at a shop to replace my entire tail light. Not to mention the extra gas money to drive my wife to work so she doesnt get pulled over.

Staff literally doesnt know what they are talking about. Had no idea what burping your coolant was or why an air bubble would cause overheating and doesnt sell supplies to help with that. Tried to sell me parts that werent needed and gave false info right in front of me.

Decent help, but I have (twice) overheard what probably should have been internal conversations (complaining about other co-workers) while getting auto parts.Decent selection, although a little on the pricey side. They do offer all of the typical services (wiper install, battery install, check your engine codes) for free.

Went in for a lug nut...1, took 3 trips in to get the correct one. Dont seem to be very knowledgeable but the guys were very nice and kept trying and apologized every time.

AutoZone is a fully stocked auto parts and accessories, tools, car maintenance and cleaning products, vehicle engine fluids, flashlights, rechargeable work lights, license plate frames, car floor mats, steering wheel covers, automobile customization supplies like pinstripes and fancy driving lights, a lot of variety even really small things (bulbs and fuses of course), but also valve covers. Its where you shop for your car, function or fancy. You either have to get it because your car needs it or you think you need it. I think AutoZone qualifies as a place to get anniversary gifts, but not just carburetor cleaner by itself but along with something cool or handy.
I will go out of my way to go to the AutoZone on Roosevelt before I ever go to the one on Central. The one on Roosevelt has a great crew thats extremely friendly and helpful. They also actually believe in answering the phone cant say the same for the AutoZone on Central
Best warranty system. But you better remember the phone number you used. Commodity items cheaper at big box stores. Always buy the lifetime warranty parts. You get what you pay for.

Sometimes, I just feel like one or more of my Chakras are blocked-up. So, I focus and try to get into The Zone (AutoZone). Once, I achieve a frequency in-tune with the universe of automobile parts and accessories, I realize the true nature of reality.

Sales Associates act more professional at this store than the Central Ave store. Very helpful but the store seems busy so I usually have to wait a bit to get help.
Competitive prices with other Auto Parts Stores in this area plus a rewards program. Unfortunately their testing machine was not working and I couldnt have an alternator tested there.
Very helpful staff, usually in and out without having to wait. The parts I need are usually stocked but if not they can be available by the next morning!

The one thing about auto zone that STILL flat pisses me off is when a customer is standing in front of a cashier and they take and attend to a phone call instead of putting them on hold and handling the customer in front of them. It is the single biggest problem I have with auto zone and should be THEE #1 customer service failure in ANY BUSINESS
I buy parts just about every other month but here lately ive had to wait for around 15 minutes plus to either order or pay for my parts because they are short handed, at all the Middletown stores and Franklin store

They have or can order any part that you need. They quoted the wrong size windshield wiper for my Toyota Sienna, drivers side. Another lady put in on, for me. Too small, but it does the job for this rainy season.
Very helpful staff had to wait a few minutes but when I was ready they worked to insure that I was able to get the correct part.
I would give them more than five if I could. The employee that helped me was very nice and helpful.

This store seems to be always understaffed. No matter what time of day or day of the week. You can tell that the employees are stressed out by how the talk to each other and how they treat each other. Long wait times is the norm here.

2022-02-26I went in to get a windshield wiper for my mom. They were busy but very polite, and took care of everyone in a timely manner. The lady with the long blonde hair looked up my moms car and found the right blade for me. The man that installed it was very nice, showed me how to do it on my own next time and didnt make me feel dumb. They were all very nice, I will definitely recommend this location to family. Thank you very much!

2022-06-14The owner needs to fire this lady right now, she is very disrespectful, I bought a battery from another auto zone 2 year’s ago there was some issue with battery I replaced the battery at same auto zone last month, then 2 days ago battery started giving me a problem I took it to this place on Roosevelt blvd and that lady wasted my 2 hours to charge the bad battery after that she said battery is good something wrong with your car then I took the battery from there and put it back on my car, and my car is still not starting? If you charged the battery why it’s not starting my car? And then I tried another battery from my brothers car it started right up, I went back and was trying to explain her she rudely said whatever I don’t want to hear you then she said your battery is out of warranty??? How’s that even possible, I have exchanged the battery last month how come it’s out of warranty? It comes with 3 year warranty, She literally ignored me and said you have to pay for new battery, I will never come back to this place again in my life and I will tell my family and friends that never visit this place unless this lady is fired and hire someone else with good attitude. That lady was working there today JUNE 14th 2022 around 10am

2022-05-01I was in this auto zone today.. I would have to say I was speechless to what an employee told me today...I had never in my life of 53 years had felt so confused, defeated and my blood was boiling at this point....speechless! Here we go...I walked into the store...make a b-line for the sand paper...Im getting ready to paint my brother in law, Bill Frances jeep. See he passed recently...last summer...when you get to my age, you understsnd...time is moving fast..Point is I miss him...its just life...sorry..this jeep is important to me...so thats whats going on in my head...I grab my wet sanding sheets...So its a quick in grabbed it and grab some masking tape...straight back up to the front of store. I noticed two employees at the registers. The male employee was going back to the parts counter. Thats fine. So I go to the other employees register..their is a older man in front of me..he was having a hard time....like I said Im 53, I think...that could be me....so he leaves.. I step forward to put my stuff on the counter...she tells me your going to have to wait! She pointed over to the parts counter line. These people have been here as long as you have. When Im finished with them, then I will take care of you...that was the most disrespectful, humiliating, thing I have ever heard...what gives her the right to ruin my day.when she walked away from the register I heald my hands out to show her what I had...I said Im trying to check out mam..she just walked on..I set the tape, sand paper down..went straight to auto zone on central Ave. Walked in got what I needed..walked straight up to the register..a employee saw me at the register and promptly walked over and said get out! Im joking.he took care of the transaction..This employee had a smile. With a personality. This is what brings me to auto zone. I will say this I will never step foot again in auto zone on Roosevelt. It was horrible...I never want to relive this day again..that lady has no business working for auto zone or any other place...

2021-12-01I went in to get my checked engine light read. they were kinda busy, so it took a little bit to get checked out. which is no biggie at all. the only thing that made me feel some type of way was that they didnt come out to my car & read it themselves, he just explained the instructions & where to put it to me (a 28 y/o female with no clue about anything to do with cars) & made me do it myself in the rain.
