I was very pleased with the service I received. The two gentleman were courteous and let me know right away that the wrong windshield had been sent to their shop, but made sure the correct one was delivered and my windshield was replaced later that day. Price was quite affordable. Will definitely recommend them .👌
I got quotes from 4 to 5 different places to replace my windshield but Auto Glass Now offered me the cheapest quote. Their service was good, very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to fix/replace your windshield in cheap but with quality service.
In and out in 40 minutes. They completely replaced my windshield perfectly for substantially less than anywhere else. It looks like a hole-in-the-wall, and is very no-frills, but they pass the savings on to the customer. Friendly and helpful staff. I didnt know my windshield had a rain detector, and they showed me how to use it without my even asking them.

This is by far one of the best small businesses I have been to. They were so friendly, professional, and quick. Their prices are extremely hard to beat. Blown away by how much better an experience this was than Safelite. In and out for a windshield on my BMW X5 in less than an hour, while Safelite had me waiting for over a month from various cancellations and estimated 3+ hours for the replacement. If your insurance lets you pick, go with these guys.

I had a apt at 9 am, and they had ordered the wrong windshield! So he reordered mine and it got here at 11 and they took me straight in! My windshield was actually $40 more but he left it the original price since he goofed!! They got my old windshield out in 5 min, I would Definitely highly recommend these guys, they’re great!!
Good experience. Most economical place i found to have a new windshield installed. They left a couple of trim screws out which I found when I got home. I reinstalled them and everything is fine. Would recommend them for glass replacement but be sure to check everything before you leave. Would use them again without hesitation.
Great price! My cost was about half of Safelites. They ordered my windshield and I was able to come in the next day. I was quoted about an hour of work, and I think it was done in 25-30 minutes.
Quick and fast replacement of my windshield... I wasnt even there an hour. Friendly guys, very professional. And hundreds cheaper than Safelite, who kept rescheduling my appointment, because rain was in the forecast.... and it only rained once out of the 3 and service techs were very rude and condescending. Came to Auto Glass Now to replace my front windshield, their quote was the lowest when calling around the area. Unfortunately the new windshield cracked on install, all the employees were apologetic for my time, but were able to get another window in stock same day. Friendly, professional, and timely. The service was great. Staff seemed friendly. I was in and out in about an hour which I thought was pretty good. The quote was about $300 less than I expected. The shop is a bit grungy, but its auto repair so I dont think this really matters. Something that might matter is that the signage is easy to miss. I knew nothing about this shop until I did a Google search. My mind was made up to use Safelite primarily because I knew the name. After my experience here, I wont put any thought in where to go next time I need glass repair. This place wins hands down.
I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment to get my front windshield replaced. I barely had enough time to sit in the waiting room and browse my smart phone when I was told my car was ready. I was out of there by 9:20 am. I was absolutely amazed. Just as amazing was the price: $192 out the door (that included tax). On top of that, I have a lifetime warranty. The staff was also very friendly. If you go anywhere else, youre wasting your time and money because I cant see how it could be a better experience. Bravo Auto Glass Now
This place was absolutely amazing!! I called on a Thursday they had my windshield by Friday. Instillation took less than 30 minutes, and they quoted me 1/3 of the price safelite did. As well as 200 dollars cheaper than my deductible wouldve been!!!!

Now you will see a lot of good reviews for this place and they probably do an adequate job because of price, for most installations, but the quality of their work and attention to small things is very poor. I have had two vehicles there. A Mustang that got a new windshield. After inspection, I noticed a very small chip on the drivers side. Windshield should never have been installed if they thoroughly looked at it.Then comes the reason I will NEVER do business with them again. I brought a Hummer there for a windshield. First issue, I requested a PPG windshield. The person on the phone said no problem. When it was installed it was a Fuyao product. Maybe there is a difference or not. When I picked the vehicle up, There were wires coming out of the light bar on top. A tech came out and jumped on the nerf bar to tuck them under without doing it right. Thats when I noticed the nerf bar was hanging way down. The guy said oh yeah it was already like that. Which it wasnt. One of the techs in the shop weighed in at the 400 lb mark and had been on it. After just wanting to get out of there I drove out and three caps that cover screws flew off the roof. I went back to the shop and the manager said he would order some and take care of that.Reuben was the managers name. This is now two years ago. After several emails back and forth over the covid year he quit responding as he had no intention of fixing what they caused. All during this time I kept getting water in the passenger floor board whenever it rained heavy. Turns out when they had the pillar cover off they disconnected the drain hose.So I replaced the nerf bars at my own expense. Bought screw cap covers that are discontinued out of my own pocket. And had to tear the dash apart to reconnect a drain tube.The cheap price does not outweigh the cost of POOR WORKMANSHIP.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. There are other independent shops that can do it for the same price and they care about their work and reputation.Reuben is a total joke and lies.
Had both my wifes and my windshield replaced, it was done for me to pick up after work the next day. My car has adaptive cruise control, automatic wiper blades, and lane keep assist, all the electronics were back perfectly. Ive taken two cars there and Ill go again if I ever need to.
Place is great! They were super nice and easy to set up appointment over the phone. They were waiting for me as soon as I arrived. Pleasant conversation with employees in the waiting room while waiting for my windshield (which was a very short 20 minutes) then I left, very satisfied 😊 10/10 would highly recommend 10/10 will definitely return for any and all my auto glass needs.

These guys are a 5 star company all day! Their price was excellent compared to the competitors. The service I requested was a fairly difficult job and the installer named Tez did an amazing job. I was swapping my rear window out on my truck from a three window slider to a one piece solid window. This will help out when I put my logo on the back window and look cleaner. Tez was able to save my three window slider in case I ever want to reinstall it again. Every other company I called said that they would break it and couldn’t save the window, which was huge since that window cost over $700.00. These guys know what they’re doing and are very experienced! Thanks for everything!!

I called yesterday afternoon, the gentleman on the phone was so nice, and the were able to order the window needed and have it by 8am this morning. He quoted me $100 less than safelight, and were done in under 30 mins. (he told me 45 mins, but even that wasnt terribly long) The guy at the desk was super pleasant and I was in and out with no hassles or complaints. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone needing a window or other glass repair.
I had a 4:30 appointment. I was driving home with my new glass installed at 4:48! Super fast and half the price of other places I talked to. Ive used Auto Glass Now twice in the last 5 years on 2 different vehicles and have been very happy with their work.
Do not shop around for pricing! You will NOT find a better deal anywhere else ! We were quoted $500-$700 from 5 different places, but Auto Glass Now charged $189 and was done in 30min!I have now had both of my vehicles front windshields replaced and saved hundreds of dollars.Not only is the pricing the best, the customer service is better. I had an appointment last Saturday 6/30, and as Im pulling into the lot, I get a call and was told that as they were looking at the glass, they noticed they were sent the wrong glass. I rescheduled for Friday, 7/6 and I was hoping to at least be offered a small discount for my inconvenienceof driving 35 minutes wasting time and gas for my last appointment. Even $10 would have been nice, but I was offered nothing. I didnt complain at all since the price still beat the other 3 places I called by at least $50-$75. As soon as I arrived for my second appointment, they were ready and pulled my car right in. Giving 5 stars for the great price and overall service. The guys were fast, friendly and professional!
My neighbor asked me to take his car here to get the windshield fixed; he had a previous appointment elsewhere. When I arrived, Auto Glass did not have him on the schedule. His appointment had been for the day before. However, they were able to work his car in b/w other appointments, and I was out of there in less than an hour! I was highly impressed by their willingness to help and to get me in and out as quickly as possible. The staff was also very friendly and professional.

I will only come here if I need my windows replaced. Most places wanted to charge between $400 and $500 to replace my windshield. Auto Glass Now charges $170 + tax and did a phenomenal job! They are so nice and didnt take long at all. Highly recommend!
Fan-TAS-tic!! I did something boneheaded and cracked my own windshield on my 2015 Honda Civic. Knowing dealers can charge upwards of $1000 to replace, I was sick. Got a quote of $300 from the national chain with the clever jingle in all their commercials, then came across Auto Glass Now in Dayton and their quote was a little less than $200. Wow! Was that too cheap? I was a little dubious but went ahead and took the chance. A good sign was I had to wait 10 days for an appointment, but that means they are busy, and the good shops usually are, right? I opted to take the car to their shop instead of having them come to me as I figured the shop would have all their tools and equipment on site, and maybe a spare set of hands if needed. Dropped the car off; they were waiting for me, and immediately got to work. As I expected to wait an hour or two, I walked to the nearby Subway to get a sandwich and returned...got just 3 bites in and they told me my car was done -- just 25 minutes after dropping off. It looks great and is performing well. I was concerned about possibility of distortions in the glass but there are none, even though the windshield on this car has a severe rake angle. Ive driven through a thunderstorm downpour on the interstate (i.e. high speed) and there were no leaks. I would recommend the Dayton Auto Glass Now to anyone! Great service, great price, whats not to like?(Oh - final thought - tried to get a quote online and for some reason it never seemed to work. The quote never arrived, so I just phoned...took about 30 seconds. So just dont get put off if the online quote option doesnt work for you.)

I Had an appt today to have my Windshield replaced @ 8 am. They got me right in and out in less than an hr. They are so pleasant and helpful. I had a back windshield replaced a few years back and was so pleased, have never had a problem with it. This was the front windshield today. I highly recommend them.

Fast and friendly service. I have my appointment @ 20 clock that afternoon. After i give the key to the tech, when he drove my car to the garage, then he and his colleagues started working on my car. It only took them about 35 minutes to replaced my windshield. Once i look up the clock, the manager told me that my car is done. It was exactly 2:35 P.M.Wow, much less time than i expected. Great job they did.The place is very easy to get to. Its close to I-75. Off of Needmore Rd. Dayton Ohio. They also have other locations too. Thats including Cincy, Columbus, OH. Louisville, KY. If you need to replace your windshield how about consider them.
Better than I expected. Yesterday I was quoted a price and I made an appointment for today. The price was much lower than I expected. When I drove into the parking lot, one of the technicians opened the door, without ever meeting me and said: “Hello Mr. W......” After I signed the paper work, the damaged windshield was replaced with a new one in less than a half hour. “Low price, friendly, quick installation, very professional” are all key words I would use to describe this business. Very impressed.

I called to ask for an estimate to get my rear view mirror fixed. It came off and took a piece of glass with it. I was told I could come by anytime before 5pm to have it looked at. When I arrived a tech came out and glued the mirror and the glass chip back on. He was very polite, professional, and fast! Wish Id gotten his name because I really appreciate how helpful he was!
I was very upset that someone threw a towing hook through my windshield and had no idea where to go to get my windshield replaced. When I called Auto Glass Now I was very shocked at how reasonably priced they are and how quickly I could get my car in to be repaired. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and make sure you know what is going on throughout the process. There were no hidden charges or fees and the price quoted is what I paid walking out the door. I would recommend this place to anyone needing glass repair! I strongly recommend utilizing this business. First of all, price was well below any other business which is a huge plus (even with lifetime warranty). I was getting quotes at $400+ for my Audi Q5. I ended up paying slightly above half that with Auto Glass Now. Customer service was excellent as well. They did not try to mess around or over charge me as well. He gave me a quote, and price stayed there. No other added fees he left out over the phone. I honestly do not have any complaints about them in any way. I never write reviews but they are deserving of it in my book. Great price, awesome customer service, and quick work. You cannot beat that!
Horrible customer service from Ruben and too much miscommunication between the national call center and the Dayton location.Friday I speak with Keisha (who was actually pleasant just turns out she gave me wrong information) in regards to a windshield replacement. The quote was more than fair so I schedule an appointment for the next day (Saturday) since they had to request the glass from another location and couldn’t get me in same day. Instead of scheduling an exact time, she tells me I can come anytime between 8am and 1pm.I arrive a few minutes before noon on Saturday to find all of the lights off and doors locked. I called the call center and a gentleman answered who’s name I cannot recall. After explaining the situation he told me “Keisha is tripping they close at noon” (or in this case sometime before 11:58). He goes on to tell me that I can come in Monday anytime and it’ll be about a 90 minute job.Frustrated with the inconvenience, I call Monday morning to get answers and speak with Ruben (a manager at the Dayton location apparently). After explaining everything again, he said he closed shop at 12:04 or 12:05 on Saturday. I called him out and said you had two customers trying to get into your shop minutes before noon and he told me I was wrong (that I was lying). After going back and forth, for his second lie of the call, he said he his time card system wouldn’t even let him clock out until noon. I asked him why then at 11:58 where the lights off, the doors locked, and the only two cars in the parking lot where customers trying to get in... he told me that didn’t happen.At this point I asked him what he was going to do to make this right. His only offer was to reschedule for as soon as Tuesday. I explain tohim the call center said I could come Monday anytime. He told me since I did not get there before noon on Saturday that the replacement windshield was sent back to a factory so the earliest he could get me in was Tuesday. The rest of the conversation went like this...“Do you even want business? This is your businesses mistake how about you make it right.”“Do you want to reschedule for Tuesday?”“Absolutely not.”*hangs up phone*Unbelievable.

I recommend this place for its price but they deserve a 2 star, they pushed my driver side fender in while in the process of repairing my vehicle now Im stuck with paying more to fix something that was not damaged. I asked them why my fender is pushed in they declined that they pushed it in.

This is the fastest and most friendly place you will find. The employees are extremely positive and helpful. Most times they can get you in immediately and the prices are very reasonable. Been here 4 or 5 times over the years and have always been very satisfied!!!
Amazing service!! I called in the morning and tried figure out how to make getting my windshield replaced for in my schedule. I was able to get it all taken care of during my lunch hour so that way it didn’t interfere with picking my son up after work. The guys worked fast, but they also laughed and joked with the customers who were waiting. It’s nice when you know you aren’t a burden. ALSO - It was the cheapest place I found. You guys rock!! 🤘🏻🤘🏻

I recently had a significant crack in my windshield and needed to replace it. My husband called our insurance and found that we werent covered. They connected him to Safelite and they quoted us $440. I knew there had to be a better option so I did some research and found Auto Glass Now and called to get a quote. They quoted $220 so I quickly made an appointment. This was Monday and I got it in Thursday. I dropped it off and they told me it was take about an hour. Less than an hour later my car was ready to pick up!! Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend!

They booked me an appointment right away . When I arrived a little early ,they had the windshield prepped and ready to be installed.....about 20 minutes later we drove away with sparkling clean, clear glass. My experience was a little different than some others. I brought my car in for a windshield replacement after the gentleman got me in two days after I called with an inquiry. I was going to go through my insurance (deductible) but didn’t want to wait for their repairman. As soon as we pulled in I was impressed that my car was taken in immediately, even though I was 30 minutes early. Within another 45 minutes, it was finished. The windshield was taped all around with instructions not to remove it for 24 hours. I waited 28 hours and took the tape off. I was COMPLETELY horrified to see the job that was done. The glass looked as if it were sticking up, and the molding around the window was uneven in many spots. I wanted to cry. My husband called them back on Monday (job done on Saturday, tape removed Sunday), and we were instructed to bring the car back in. We both work so could not return until last Friday.Ruben (Manager? Owner?) looked at the job and although he seemed a bit defensive at first, he explained why the windshield looked that way. Apparently it comes from the factory with the molding already attached. Of course my emotions were high, we were all a little exasperated, but Ruben promised to make it right. He asked us to come back in on Sept. 3 (today), and we brought the car back. An hour and five minutes later, I picked my car up and when I tell you it looked 92% better, I mean it. It was only taped in two spots; the workers added the molding themselves. I breathed a sigh of relief! Ruben didn’t ask for another dime, but he did ask me if it was “better for you?”The sign of a good businessman is compassion for the customer. I only took a star off because I wish we had been informed of the windshield and molding before the bad install. I WOULD recommend this Window place to others strictly off of the quickness of the work, the price compared to others, and Ruben and his staff’s dedication to customer satisfaction. I called around for quotes, and everyone wanted almost $500 dollars to replace my windshield. The dealership also wanted 1k to replace my windshield, and I didn’t even have the change lane option. I showed up at their shop with two chips in my windshield. The guy at the counter came out, took a look, and said they werent going to spread, and explained why. They could have easily taken a big chunk of money from me, but were honest and upfront. I appreciate that, and will go to them first next time for a repair or replacement.
On monday morning, I woke up to a broken windshield. (RANDOM VANDALISM). Calling around for replacement estimates and found Auto Glass Now, located at I-75 and Needmore Rd. A courteous voice answered, giving me a quote for the replacement, and appointment availability. They were prompt, gave the best price, and the installation was maybe 30 minutes. All expectations were met. I highly recommend checking with them before you make any auto glass replacement decisions.

They didnt clean ANY of the broken glass out of my car. They didnt put it back together correctly either. If I have pay for a repair out of my pocket again, I will gladly take it some where else and pay more
My truck has had a persistent leak on the driver side upper corner for a while. I had some molding replaced in hopes that it would take care of the issue, but it did not. I was recommended to go to Auto Glass Now since Ive never had to replace a windshield before. Richard at the front desk was very professional and explained what was involved and quoted me a price half of what I was expecting.Once I brought the truck in to have them look at it, Tez pointed out several possible reasons for the leak and answered my many questions easily and confidently. I put an order in for the windshield to be replaced since it wasnt much more than trying to redo the seals and came back 3 days later for the install. Tom ended up being the technician doing the work and he was just as professional and patient with me and my questions as the other guys.There was a fresh pot of coffee in the waiting room at 12:30 in the afternoon. In about 30 minutes my truck was done and Tom explained to me the dos & donts for the next 24 hours. When I checked out, Richard reiterated what Tom had said and let me know I was free to let them know if I had any more questions.All in all, I just cannot imagine a better experience in regards to having a windshield replaced. I am sure that if for whatever reason I need to have some follow up with them, I will be well taken care of. I highly recommend this place.
We pulled up and instantly one of your workers was there waiting on us as we were pulling up. I made an appointment with them last week and they came to replace 3 honda windshield, and they did the first two great, but the last one leaks and has a big gap all around it with tar drips everywhere! So I made another appointment to get it fixed and they said they would do it charge free, but they didnt even show up. Then I called again today and they representative was so rude. THEY SUCK!

Went here to get a windshield replaced and left with a cracked/ broken dashboard. When speaking to the person who scheduled my appointment (rueben) i was basically told that i have to deal with it because of a “recall” on these dashboards. After trying to figure out why i wasnt made aware of this prior to the visit, or told after the visit that they cracked it, i left on frustration. I called a few other locations to see how they would go about the situation ( presented them with the same vehicle year make and model) and they all told me they would have to come up with some type of resolution.. for whatever reason the dayton location is exempt from these procedures. I even went to the extent of reaching out to the district manager (justin) who was very insensitive about the situation, and told me to contact a gm dealership to have this “recall” taken care of. I have contacted SEVERAL GM dealerships and for whatever reason Not one was aware of this “recall” complete BS!! I will never spend a dollar here, i will also be reaching out to a lawyer for further steps on how to take care of this issue!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I called and scheduled a back windshield replacement and it was fixed and ready in under an hour and didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Can not reccomend enough!

They came to my house and didnt even have the right glass for my windshield but most of all they will be coming back on the this Tuesday I hope and pray.

2021-12-30I was going to give them 5 starts until I really got to looking at their workmanship today. They broke my cowl and glued it down to the windshield with windshield adhesive. If they would have said something and offered to buy a new one it wouldnt have been a problem. In addition he lost the factory screws and used random sheetmetal screws.

2022-03-16My back passenger window was unable to roll back up and they were able to get it back up but said I would need to get a new master switch for the drivers door since the button for the back window was stuck in the down position. They said I would only have to pay $20 to get the master switch installed. I brought it in today, they installed the master switch but said that the window still wasn’t working and that I would need to bring it to a place that does electrical. However, when I tried paying for the installation of the master switch, they didn’t want me to pay for it and said it was no problem. I really appreciated that! Thanks guys!

2022-04-22Called in advance and described the small star like 3 inch crack on my windshield due to a rock on the highway. Once I got there they came out and looked and said that they couldnt fix it because if they drilled down in the crack it would spread...Question: What type of crack would you be able to fix then?

2021-02-11Well at first I was going to give a glowing review of this place. So Ill start with the good: 1. They are the best price you will probably find for a windshield.2. They are polite and very courteous.3. They are quick.The bad:1. About a week after they replaced the windshield the wiper sprayer quit spraying (this was not their fault that I can tell, the Y fitting was cracked between the LH and RH sprayers). No big deal right, Im an Aircraft Mechanic by trade so I dug into what was wrong. However while I was disassembling the car to find and fix the issue, I found the wiper blade heater that is built into the window was not connected to the car. Now when I say not connected, I mean they just cut the wires off the old windshield and never even bothered to try and connect the new one. Probably because the wire harness did not quite reach the new windshield. Sadly this was because there were a couple of zip ties that restricted the wire harness movement. So I adjusted the length of the wire harness and reconnected the new windshield to the harness.2. They missed 3 fasteners on the fairing that covers the fresh air intake for the heater/air conditioner. I found them on top of the cabin air filter.I would go back here, but I would definitely Inspect their work before I left the parking lot. Unfortunately the items I found you would not see by just opening the hood.3 stars!

2017-01-12Called in to get a quote after calling SafeLite. Auto Glass Now gave a quote at 1/3 of the price, with faster install time, and better reviews. Im here to say that my experience was excellent! Not only was the price unbelievable, the removal of old glass and install of new glass took less than a half hour!
