After calling 7 different window repair companies in Columbus they came back the cheapest and they offer a lifetime warranty. They were very professional and Tina was extremely helpful! Will come back if I ever need to and have already recommended them to a friend.No unfortunately they dont take appointments but they still had me out of there in two hours. They are also the only company I called that was able to have the glass the next day! Everyone else was quoting me at least a week.
My husband, 10 year old, 6 year old, & I were visiting Columbus to go to COSI & shopping for a quick little spring break mini-vacay. When we went out to our car in our hotel’s parking lot we saw that someone had pierced 3 holes in my driver’s door window & the glass was cracked all throughout. I was afraid to drive like that, in fear that it would shatter while driving & land on my children. I called AGN & the woman who works in the office (I forget her name now, but she seems like she pretty much runs the place) answered, listened to my situation, & told me they could help me & get it fixed that very day. We went there & it was repaired & ready to go within a half hour. That really could’ve been a much bigger headache & potentially even dangerous if she hadn’t helped us. Super helpful, efficient, solved our problem & our trip.
Affordable with B+ service. messed up the fabric on the inside of my car roof. The plastic pieces that hide the window seam on either side of the windshield flew off on the highway but I hunted them down and put them back on properly. The installation technicians were funny and the waiting room was clean. Best price in town. Made a few minor careless mistakes but they did recognize and fix the problem that caused my old windshield to break so easily.
Took my car here after Safelite quoted me $700 for a repair. Here, it wound up being just over $200 and was finished the same day 👍

Worse business in columbus. I left my car there for 3 days and when I came back to pick it up they said they forgot to work on it because the lady whom I talked to didn’t write down anything. Their customer service is horrible.
These are the pictures for the review below. This is the quality of work we received and got zero help getting a refund or getting it properly fixed. Just told that it was a beautiful job. I will follow up after we hear from the better business bureau. It should be in the next 5 days hopefully.I am a patron of the shop. I paid a portion of the service. $200.00 of my money went towards this poor service. This has been as much of a personal experience for me as it has been for Dustin.The company keeps saying they have set up a time to make it right, but they actually havent. They have already told us that they will not be fixing anything, nor will they be refunding money. At this point, we are done working with this company in any way, shape or form. We dont want anything from them and have started to work with our bank to make it right.Dont bother, Auto Glass Now. We are DONE with you. Youre not touching the car ever again. You are not going to get in contact with us again.Stop posting that you will hep us online, when you have told us the opposite in person. Dustin and you HAVE NOT set up a time next week. That has not happened. More lies. Surprise surprise.
The appointment scheduling was straightforward, They are a first come first serve service but I was disappointed because I was there first than everyone else and they took care of 2 people before me which was not a cool thing to do. Also, the store was supposed to open at 8am and no one was there until almost 15 minutes later. While the lady was nice, and the installation was quick, I was disappointed that they did not honor the first come first serve service and they opened the store late.
Tanya , Tina and the young man at the desk ( you got the coffee pot for me )and the person (you opened a door that was stuck ) who actually fixed my windshield was all super nice and I would go back a thousand times hope I don’t have too but the service was awesomeThanks guys
They dont take appointments. You call to tell them a day you are coming so they have the glass but then it is first come, first serve. I got there at 11:30 on a Thursday and waited 3 hours for them to work on my car and then 1.5 hours for them to replace the front windshield. 4.5 hours is insane! I will never go there again. Next time I will pay a little more and have someone come to my house and do it. Plus you have to walk around the side of the building in a dodgy part of town to use the restroom and there are huge potholes in the parking lot. Just avoid and know that you get what you pay for.
Great staff. Did a great job replacing my windshield. Called at noon and had it replaced by 3:30 p.m. the same day. (Cut off for ordering a replacement is 2 pm) Got it done for half the price of everyone else I called. Highly recommended tbis shop.
Super quick and super nice. The woman who answers the phone is such a great person! I called a few times, my wife paid, our neighbor got the car. She was very pleasant to organize the repair with. I am sorry but I forgot her name. She is great!!!
Owning a Jeep apparently means your windshield is more susceptible to chips and cracks. I am so thankful for the great price and friendly service I received on my 2ed windshield replacement from them. If you need a windshield go no place else. They are the best of the best.
I am a busy person, which is part of the reason I ended up with a cracked windshield... I called Auto Glass Now on Westerville Rd and Tina was courteous, understanding, and promised a 24 hour turn-around. The next morning I had a delightful technician, Rathuan, in my driveway. He was professional, efficient, and beyond friendly. I wish the technicians in every service industry were like him! He didnt just replace my windshield, he left a smile on my face and started my day with intentional kindness. That kind of service doesnt come frequently these days, and I could not be more appreciative. Thank you, Rathuan! Highly recommend this company!
My friend was borrowing my car and broke my back glass in my sequoia. He said he would get it replaced and took it to this company to have it fixed. Before it was broken it rolled up and down perfectly fine and just needed a new piece of glass. It does not roll up and down like it should now and the rear weatherstripping is totally destroyed which causes rain water to collect inside the car because it was done wrong, also if you look at the window it looks like it’s off center. The whole back side of my car is now messed up because this company does not know how to properly install a window. If I could give zero stars I would. My friend said he called and the guy on the phone lied and said it was like that and they weren’t responsible. This is not the way you do business. Terrible customer service and no accountability for their own mistakes. They didn’t even clean out the old glass they left it in the back of the tailgate very unsafe!!! Don’t take your car to amateurs.
I stopped by to show a fine line on my windshield due to a hit by a large stone on 270.Two ladies in the office were very nice and understanding. Anthony, one of the experts, stopped his current work to take a look and assess if the windshield was OK to drive.Anthony was very kind, respectful and honest in his assessment. I am not going anywhere but here for windshield repairs from now on Period...

If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would. The whole crew was super super pleasant, nice, and professional. They made me feel like they were happy to be working on my car. I had just gotten in accident earlier that day and was really stressed out and needed my windshield replaced ASAP and they really put me at ease with their phenomenal service. The price was very affordable and a lot less than I expected, and they did an amazing job cleaning up the broken glass. They were also very upfront about any and all costs which I really appreciated, and finished it about an hour. Could not be more pleased. Absolutely recommend I have no complaints whatsoever.
Anthony was the gentleman who had fixed my windshield today. He was very fast and thoroughly. The customer service was above average and I couldnt beat the price on a short notice. AMAZING SERVICE. AMAZING PRICES. The receptionist, Tina, was extremely welcoming and helpful over the phone and in person! She helped me get a quote for a front windshield replacement ( which was $100 cheaper than the other quotes I was receiving) and got me in SAME DAY. The technician, Anthony, did amazing and QUICK work. We were in and out in less than 1.5 hours. 100% recommend!!
After waking up to my car being broken into which was not pleasant. I called different shops and none of them could get me in the same day, EXCEPT when I called your shop I spoke to Tina and she was super helpful and actually I was able to bring in my car within the same hour. Got to the shop talked to both Tina and Ryan both are Super nice. They got my car in shop within ther next half hour my tech was Anthony this guy was quick and did a amazing job I was out of there with a new door glass in Less then 2 hours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Awesome customer service. Was able to get the glass for my truck in and installed same day when nobody else was able to get a hold of the glass same day. Accepted my cash payment before hand since I wouldnt have been able to pick it up before they closed. Ive since recommended this place to a few of my friends if they need glass replaced. Decently priced too!
Ann and Tina were very friendly checking in and courteous to my needs. The employees fixing the window were very good also! One ran to help a nearby motorcyclist accident in front of the shop and showed such compassion to the injured woman. Air conditioned waiting area, and fixed window before what they thought they could do. Thanks so much!
Took care of my wifes car from the first phone call, the office people are super sweet and explain everything. The tech was Anthony and he did a Fantastic Job. Like others on here have said the decor many not be the latest but the glass is priced right, its got a warranty and everyone is super friendly. Give them a try. Wont be disappointed.
After reading many great reviews, I was still a bit concerned about a few of the negative ones. So I called around for prices. Auto glass now was still the most affordable so I made appointment for my 2016 Civic, to have new front windshield installed. All in all, it was a real positive experience, I give them 4 stars because I had to make a second trip to the shop because a molding was forgotten. He gave me a lil discount for my troubles though.

A friends vehicle was broken into on a Friday night and we gave auto glass now a call and they were able to replace the passenger side door same day, within two hours of dropping the car off. Excellent and punctual service, as well as the best deal in town IMHO. Just give them a call as soon as they open and I bet you can get in same day. Five stars, I would recommend this establishment for anyone with a broken windshield or car window!
Great customer service. I needed a new windshield, within a couple hours they had it ready at their shop. Had a couple issues with the window not sitting right, and a tiny bit of wind coming in. The staff did not waste anytime and put another brand new windshield with no questions asked, and speedy quick. They even offered to come to my work and do it so I didnt have to take time off. This company is amazing and caring for their customers.

Nice customer service! Talked to Ryan about a quote. He was very helpful and responded very quickly. Anthony was the gentleman that replaced our windshield. He was very polite, great customer service skills and replaced our windshield in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend them!!
Good service. I stopped by at 11am on a Friday to have them take a look and they offered me an appointment at 12:30 same day. They said the total replacement takes 90 minutes so I decided to just drop off and pick up the following Monday. I never had to wait and was processed super quick. The entire windshield replacement including labor was about $200.
Tina was absolutely amazing - friendly, professional and obviously passionate about making the customer experience exceptional.MY EXPERIENCE: I took my car to Auto Glass Now to get my rear windshield replaced and was not completely satisfied with the work, so I called back to express my concerns. I spoke with Tina who said Please, just give us a chance to make it right, no questions asked, no excuses, no haggling. That, in itself, blew me away because it showed that Auto Glass Now is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure its customers drive away with a great experience.I was told that the new windshield would have to be taken out again in order for the problem to be fixed and there was potential for the glass to break. Tina ordered another replacement glass and had it on standby “just in case” anything went wrong.I am VERY picky and meticulous and will always find something wrong if the work is not exceptional. It only took about an hour and the problem was fixed with the work looking as professional as the original work completed by the manufacturer. One of the few times I’ve ever been completely satisfied with anything. Good job Auto Glass Now and thank you!
My daughter, a college student, took our car here after the window was smashed out on the day she was supposed to come home. I made the appointment for 3 and was told it would take an hour. She ended up taking an Uber home after waiting an hour bc her car wasnt finished until 630 (a half hour after closing). They fixed the glass but now she cant roll her window up and down correctly. Ive called them twice and was told it needed a window regulator (motor). Her window rolled up and down just fine before this. When I called and pointed this out, I was told the trauma of busting out the window affected the motor. Ive spoken to 2 mechanics and asked them about it and they both said that its not how it works. After the lady told me she knew it was fixed correctly (even though we cant roll the window up and down) I called the manager, who didnt call me back. Maybe Im wrong- after you take a car to a car window repair place and pay 160$ i kinda expected the window to work. Im pretty sure what happened is they overscheduled since our car didnt get done until 630? That part is a guess, though. Im a first responder who caught corona and lost a ton of money bc of that (b4 Christmas) just for this to happen. The argument could be made one thing has nothing to do with the other and they wouldnt be wrong but now I have to get the window CORRECTLY fixed which will cost more money. I sure wish I would have read the other reviews. I take reviews extremely seriously and if you look at all mine, I have over 4,000 views- this is the 1st negative review I have ever left.
Found out about this place thru my brother. Went in and spoke with the lady about getting my windshield replaced that day, she smiled gave me a 3 oclock appointment that day(I showed up at 1). I was able to run my other errands just so that I could have them out of the way. Got the car there just before 3 and took about 45 mins to replace the windshield. If I had any real feedback here, its that they are cocky just as they are confident.what I mean by that is your windshield is put to an immediate test as they have a couple of pot holes in their lot. Other than that, my experience was excellent with them. I only paid 200 for my windshield.
I dropped my truck off this morning about 8:30am with back glass and frame damaged and they had my window fixed by 10:35am. Very professional and very quick!!! Would most definitely recommend! Anthony the tech was very handsome and quick to fix the truck with a smile. He’s the best!
I called Safelight who quoted me $350 and they came out but they had the wrong part on the truck. They said the correct windshield would be over $1000 because they had to get it from the dealership. Autoglass Now installed my new windshield for $200. It took 2 hours and I was out the door. The staff were very accommodating and were interested in resolving the problem as inexpensively and in the best way possible. What a relief!
I had an appointment with a competitor (Safelite) with an estimate of $380.00. I called Auto Glass Now and got a quote for $170.00 and an appointment for 10am the next day. They warned me when I got there the glass wasnt being delivered until about 10:15am...no big deal. I was still out in 50 minutes. When I left I pulled over to review the job and it looked perfect. Everything was as promised and thats the best review I can give.
I dropped my vehicle off, they called me the next morning at 10:30 am, my car was ready to go! They were efficient, professional, realiable and honest. And, the repair cost was significantly lower than other competitors. I would highly recommend this business for any glass replacement.

Great Service at a Great Price !The team here is quite efficient and effective. I went in there because of a crack in my windshield. They took the car in and about an hour later they had replaced the windshield, they were giving regular updates about the progress of the work. What was amazing to see was the number of people who were taking their cars to them. Whether it was a rear window, or a windshield there was a constant stream of people coming in and the speed and efficiency of the service didnt slow.Its a place I highly recommend if youre looking for a replacement or repair of glass on your car. With respect to the price, I called around to several places in the area and they were the lowest (in some cases almost half the price).I certainly hope I dont need to take my car there again, but if I have any glass work that needs to be done, I know where Im going to take my car.
Our back windshield was broken on the morning of the same day that we were supposed to leave on a plane. We were in a hurry to have the windshield fixed, and Auto Glass Now was the only place that could get us a same-day appointment in the Columbus area.They were incredibly polite and helpful to my wife over the phone, even trying to work with our insurance company to get a better price, and were even willing to drive an hour to Cincinnati and back to pick up the part they needed before we got there.Once we arrived, they put our back windshield on within 30-45 minutes and we were on our plane that same evening. We couldnt be more thrilled with their service and wholeheartedly recommend them.
I had my car broken into Tina, Ryan and the entire staff took care of me quickly and effectively. Never would be able to tell my window was ever shattered out. My husband and I brought in his truck to have the back window replaced. Everything seemed fine but then we found glass in the inside of his truck and all over the bed. My husband called and was advised that the company does not clean up glass that breaks during the replacement. We then started inspecting the truck and found that the leather on his back seat had been torn there were grease hand prints left behind and that there was a crease left in the ceiling where things were not put back in place correctly. This was also reported and refused to do anything about and told that it would be a “game if he said she said” stated by employee Anthony. After roughly 5 days of having the window replaced we received rain in Ohio and the window leaked and got water in the interior. When we called we were told that our story has kept growing so they don’t know what to believe and Anthony was extremely rude to my husband and myself even using profanity as the call started to escalate. We were offered to have a water test done if we brought the truck back and then if it truly leaks the window would be replaced again. I advised because this may turn into a legal matter and because a claim has already been issued to BBB I would like to film the water test and see it be done and was refused the ability to do this. Because of how we have been treated over the phone being interrupted, scolded, and cussed at we would truly rather not do business with the company. Even if the window is replaced again under warranty that is not going to fix the other problems that were already created the first time as well as our trust is very low in the employees being able to provide the service accurately and not continue to destroy our interior. I am requesting a refund therefore we can go elsewhere to a much more respectable and trustworthy company to have our vehicle repaired. It saddens me to have been treated so terribly as a customer where we can not even trust them to make things right and not purposely make things worse based on the treatment we have already received.
Loved my experience with Autoglass Now. Tina is Super Friendly and very Professional always seems to try and go above and beyond. The installer Anthony kept me posted with the vehicle the entire step of the way which was much appreciated. Tina got me in there THE SAME DAY and THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN HALF THE PRICE IF SAFELITE!! So much easier on the pocket! Yes I see some of the bad reviews and I am sure accidents happen after all We Are All Human but My Experience Was AMAZING and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
Got my windshield replaced here today and they did great. it took less than an hour and everyone there was super friendly. I called around about every place in the area to see who was cheapest and this place beat all other prices by $100. no complaints at all, will definitely return for any glass needs.
I made appointment days in advance, yet my windshield did not arrive until after my 1:00 appointment. Then after 1.5 hours of sitting in the waiting room they come tell me the glass arrived defective so I would have to wait for another windshield to be delivered or reschedule. I live over an hour away so had to then wait so took over 3.5 hours. A piece on my cowl they said was broke they broke because it was not like that prior to arriving. Terrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I should have paid the extra 30 dollars and went with another company.

Very cheap work I guess I didnt realize what I was taking my car to, they noted on the preinspection that there was dents on the trim which is a lie. Im the one who had to break my glass to get into my car 24 hours earlier and I thoroughly looked it over after to make sure I did no damage so for them to note it like that after the work is done is just very shady, the dented my trim and chipped the door trim just looks like garbage now, Ill have another bill so my car looks decent, live and learn wont be going back. Wouldnt recommend to anyone
I have no problem with the workmanship at this shop. However there pricing is off from the quotes they provide you. I have had 5 windows now replaced at this place. The first three times I had no questions or issues with them. The last 2 times I have been there the quoted price was at $20 higher that quoted. I took my sons car in to have a window replaced was quoted 130 and actual cost was 155.00. So this time I call ask for my window to be replaced wanted exact cost for window placement including taxes to the penny. Quoted a price of 181.00 and my wife brings bill home for 203.00. So I call and speak to Dustin, as any consumer would and says sorry the bill was already signed and paid for I cant help you. So I have spent my last dollar in this place. I cant do business with someone who cannot stand behind there promises made to the customer.
The mechanics who worked on the car were great, polite. Service wise, You can still hear some glass shaking around and wind leaking through while driving however, and also they didn’t vacuum all of the glass out of the car, more of a quick vacuum.The customer service was poor however. The lady at the front desk lied to us when we called to ask if our car was ready and said “Yes, it is in the garage now. You can start heading back this way it should be ready when you arrive.”Of course when we arrived there, our car was still sitting in the parking spot as we left it and windshield still broken , untouched.We purposely left our restaurant mid meal to make sure we would get back in time to pick up our car before they closed so we wouldn’t be holding any staff up.Then when we asked her why did she lie to us and say our car was ready when it wasn’t? Instead of apologizing, or even coming up with an excuse for her mistake, she stated , “ Well we got you in today didn’t we?”She simply should have stated over the phone, “Your car is not ready yet, give it about another 30 minutes.”The situation was completely unexpected, unprofessional, and poorly executed customer service.What bothers me more is that she simply didn’t care to recognize her mistake or failed to.
Great experience all around. My daughter had a window broken on her car. I called in for an estimate, got the price, and took the car in. The price was exactly what I was quoted and less than I expected. Service was fast, and the guys at the shop were friendly and made the entire experience pleasant.

The professionalism at autoglassnow is top notch and the service is out of this world. Waking up to find your window smashed is not fun but they were able to take care of things in a matter of hours and did an amazing job. Anthony was excellent and was even nice enough to glue my emblem back onto my car without me asking. Would absolutely come back here again for any of my glass needs!
Short and Sweet Story. I was a victim of burglary not fun and very stressful. I called into Autoglass Now and spoke with Tina she was Super Sweet and Compassionate and made this process so Easy!! I told her what I had she gave me a quote was able to get me in within the hour!! The tech that did my car was Anthony super friendly and knowledgeable. Yah I seen on here that the lot looks rough and it does but let me tell you THEY ARE WORTH THE STOP and BEST PRICES IN TOWN!!
Great service and they quoted me the fair price first unlike some national auto-glass installers. They were also offering discounts for contributions to Toys for Tots, the local food bank, and for winter clothes for the needy. The installation was quick, done at the scheduled time, and is guaranteed for the life of the car. I definitely recommend these folks.

I had an appointment and the manager was taking his time to help another customer with a truck until their part came for a different store, not affiliated with Auto Glass Now (from what it seemed). I would highly recommend them. My job took a little extra time but i was satisfied knowing they were willing to help each and every customer.

I’ve had a previous car repaired here and now my new car due to a dump truck carrying rocks and debris. I’ve referred other people here as well and they had nothing but good things to say. They have great customer service, very flexible with the scheduling and have the best prices in town. Anthony is awesome
Received a quote over the phone for one price and when I showed up it was another price, (and it had nothing to do with the tax). I noticed they have a small sign posted that they charge a fee to use all major credit cards but do not charge to use your debit card if you input your pin. I refuse to use my debit card this way as in the past, the numbers have been stolen three times (each time was after I used my pin, so I no longer use it that way). I decided not to have the work completed here because of the change in the price of the quote and the credit card fee that should be noted on their website. They were nice about it so I didnt have any other issues. I did want to mention that there are tiny shards of broken glass all over the parking lot so you may want to vacuum out your car when you get home as you will undoubtedly carry glass into your car on the bottom of your shoes.
Quick, easy and great price. I had a rock chip my windshield and cause a 12 crack. I called that evening and they scheduled me for first thing the next morning. Everybody working there was super friendly. Overall great experience.
OMG This place is amazing!! After Tara gave me a price quote at the Columbus location, I called my brother who also needed a windshield replaced. She set it up at the same time for us to hang out together. Great price, fast service, and the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff you could ever imagine. It felt like you were taking your car to family. Don’t even waste your time calling around. This is the place to go. You won’t be disappointed!!!
Gave them a call when everyone else wanted lots of $$ for a windshield called and talked with Tina she was so very nice and down to earth I was able to take my car in the SAME DAY! Everyone else said 2 to 3 day wait. When I got there I was greeted with a smile and they got started on my car right away. My tech was Anthony and he came and talked to me about the car and everything was ok. He was a very nice and knowledgable young man who works rather quick and knows what he is doing. I am going to tell All My Friends and Family about this place Its Awesome. Go Check It Out!! Also yeah the building might be a little ran down but dont let that discourage you. Went in for replacement windshield. Got great price and visit went well till noticed seal not sitting right. Then major attitude from the lady in office when I questions install. Long story short I dont know what Im talking about and they are the professionals. I may not be glass installer but a gap in a seal is a gap. So lets see how the corporate office handles this. Prices is great but Ill never us this shop again get what u pay for.

They are not totally professional I keep hear wind coming from my windshield.Also they said that they charged me xtra 40$ because they put extra staff they said by mistake but still good for my car .They started the estimate with 164$ he said out of the door but later its 175$ he said with tax and finally when I was about to take my car this price jumped to 219.31$They are not honest at all and right now Im really busy at my work and cant find time to get back to them.Dont deal with this store ever.
Scheduled an appointment to have my windsheild replaced. They didn’t get my car in until 1.5 hours after my appointment. Waited another 1.5 hours after they started working on my windshield. The rain detector they placed did not work appropriately and the windsheild leaked. I called and told them it was leaking, and they told me to bring it in. I brought the car back at 1030 am and told them I had to have it be 2. I am currently waiting on them to fix it and it’s 1:52pm. The bathrooms were disgusting. The customer service was good and the customer service representative working the desk was very nice. Next time I will pay a little extra and just have a company replace the windsheild at my house. This is 6-7 hours of my life I will never get back.

Called and e-mailed Wednesday for quote. was told and e-mailed the price plus tax ONLY. Called for appointment told the same price but No appointments! Arrived Saturday ( 2 hour wait) got bill with SU charge of $9 extra for glass delivery? Also was charged extra 4% for using a credit card. No mention of this from Tina nor Ryan. Called Tina today was told Corporate instructs her not to inform customers of these charges. Technician Anthony talked with me before installation Very professional and personable. Thank Him !!! The worst experience ever. After my windshield was replaced, the floor boards in my car were soaked after it rained. It took a week to dry even after using a wet/dry shop vac. I took my car to a shop to see what was wrong and they said I had a leak, but I would need a specialist. The specialist told me the windshield was not sealed correctly nor was it the factory recommended windshield for my vehicle. I called to get a refund and they did reimburse me for the cost of the leak specialist. They told me to call them from now on because their warranty typically falls when someone else touches it, but they would make an exception this time. However, the rain still leaked through my windshield so I called AutoGlassNow again to have them fix the windshield. They claim the other rep was misunderstood and that the warranty did fall so they won’t be fixing it. They are refunding the remaining amount since I was going to dispute the charge. HORRIBLE experience and awful customer service. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Day before my install I was smoothly given a quote from Tara (Receptionist), I felt absolutely no pressure. $60-$125 cheaper than Gerber Collision & Glass and Safelite Auto Glass for front windshield replacement. DJ (Technician) took the time to explain the window replacement process. Waiting for my short-hour repair I struck conversation with Tara and Kristin (Store Manager), these girls are a lot of fun!! I called around to a few different places that I usually use and they didnt have my windshield in stock and I needed it installed that day. So I called Auto Glass Now and Im glad I did, they had my windshield in stock and was able to squeeze me in, plus they were $100 cheaper than the next cheapest company I called prior. All the people are friendly/professional, they got my windshield installed in about an hour, and even swept my truck out where glass shards got everywhere .
I hoped the positive reviews would be true for me too, unfortunately not. Everything seemed so great at first, the customer service representitive who scheduled me was amazing and quoted me an outstanding price and was able to get me an appointment the next day. I should have listened to the reviews about my time being wasted. It was early afternoon when I called and was told I could get in the next morning which was crucial because I was leaving right after on a road trip up north where the weather is bad. It was not until that evening that I received a call from the shop telling me that the windshield in stock for my car was damaged and they would have to reschedule me. I call BS after hearing about all the run around everyone else was given. Had they not waited so late to call, I could have found another place before my road trip. I said fine, just send me to a location up North, he said okay I will have them get a hold of you. NOTHING! Going with safelite, they are always reliable.
After setting almost 3 hours waiting (because they no longer take appointments), our van was a MESS!!! Glass & rubber EVERYWHERE! All over the dash, floor, seats, in my husbands coffee. When he went back in to address the issues, the technician wanted to argue that it wasnt! How could they actually think thats acceptable? The receptionist asked him to pull it back in & take care of it. He said ok, but it wouldnt look any different. He used a rag & wiped off the dash. Thats it. No vacuum. And left the dirty rag in the back seat....

I was incredibly satisfied with my experience with Auto Glass Now. My car was broken into the other day, so I wanted to find a place that would come to me, clean up the broken glass, and replace my window with good quality glass with a lifetime warranty. And also, I wanted a reasonable price because I was paying out of pocket. Auto Glass Now met all of my criteria.I contacted 5 different places when looking for a window repair company, and of the 3 who responded, Auto Glass Now had, by far, the cheapest quote. It was almost half of what Safelite wanted to charge me.Auto Glass Now was very honest and upfront about expectations. They use only original glass, and have two brands that they use (my new window is Pilkington). I was advised that they are not allowed to touch personal belongings and they do not detail clean the car, so while they cleaned up a majority of the glass, I knew that I would still need to do some clean up afterwards. They also let me know that there was a spot in the door that the hose would not reach, so I would hear the glass rattle until it worked its way out. I appreciated their frankness.I only talked to one of the two men who worked on my car. He was polite and friendly and gave me a full explanation of everything they did. They finished the work in about half an hour, and the window looks great and works properly.I would highly recommend Auto Glass Now.
I have to say after reading a review from just a month ago I was a little worried, but decided to give them a try anyway. Now first, they ordered my glass to come that morning from a vendor. Safe light estimate was $430 for just my windshield, after tax. Jennifer at Auto glass now got me a windshield plus my passenger door for $407 after tax. I did wait over 2 hours for my glass to get there, but I also just walked in there n didnt set up an appointment. They brought me back to look over car for any damages before hand, but its up to you to really look over inside n out. Like they point out the obvious. So like the one review that said they noticed a rip in back seat. Im guessing they didnt look prior and see if that was already there. When they were done, she did tell me to avoid pressure and water for a week. To really let the sealant harden. Well in other review, they stated roughly 5 days later it rained, well Im guessing that could be why theirs leaked. I did notice on my car door 3 little black grease spots that came right off w a napkin, no big deal thats what happens when you work on cars, you get dirty. There is a bulletin that says they dont vacuum glass and/or an extra charge for it. That saves them time in order to get people out faster. Best part!!! They are TOTALLY trust worthy!!!!! I purposely left $$ took a pic before they worked on it. And when I got it back the $ was still there untouched. And before anyone thinks, maybe I had a different worker than other review. Nope I checked and they guy who worked on mine was Anthony as well, very polite saying Mr &Ms. To everyone, explaining procedures etc. Turned T.v. on in waiting room for everyone. Besides the wait time everything was great! Taught me dont walk in call ahead. Thanks Jennifer & Anthony!

The service is terrible. I had to go to their location in Columbus Ohio 5 times, spend countless hours (around 8) and even leave my car over night. The installation job still is not correct and Bob the District sells manager seem to be disinterested in customer satisfaction.People are extremely friendly but they had me make 4 extra trips for a windshield they are now saying never existed. When I finally picked my car up on my 5th trip I had to get a jump because they had left my lights on. The low price I believe now is there only because the service is so bad that it is the only way they can get anyone to come there.I am contacting the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau in regards to my experience. I would suggest you check there as well before you go to Auto Glass Never.

Poor customer service, very poor communication skills. I called and set up a mobile appointment for a Wednesday to replace both my windshield and a quarter window, they did seem very friendly at first. No one showed up Wednesday so I called and was told they had made a schedule mistake and would be there the next day. Next day, the guy showed up and replaced only my windshield, told me the quarter window was on back order, only after I asked why it hadnt been replaced. He told me he would be back Monday to finish the job - without even asking me if it was a good time for me. Monday he texted me that he would be there tomorrow. Tuesday, no one shows up again so I called - the man on the phone says how does tomorrow work for you? and proceeds to tell me he was told I was bringing my car into the shop on the previous Saturday - I was never even asked about this. I am frustrated at the poor communication and neglect - Wednesday (one week after this was supposed to be complete) No one shows again and no one calls. Very disappointed in this communication and service. Yes, it is a great price but only if they show up to do the job.

I would leave less than a star if possible. Scheduled appointment and was told we lived to far away for the mobile service. We asked if my fathers address was in the service area. It was, so we scheduled the appointment there. We were told they couldn’t come till Monday and the price given of $159 + tax was only if done before next week, if we wanted that price we would need to bring the vehicle in. The new price would be $179 + tax. We said $179 was fine. We were told it would be between 8:00AM and 4:00PM. They said they would call 30-45min ahead of the arrival time to let us know they were on there way. We live more than 45min away so we cleared our schedule to be there at 8AM.We were called at 9:45AM and told we would need to bring our vehicle in or reschedule, the mobile technician called off. If we bring it in they will do it for $159 + tax’s (I DONT WANNA DRIVE IT TO YOUR SHOP) We explained we had cleared our schedule and have already been waiting 2hrs. It was pretty much sorry about your luck, we called as early as we could... (if that was true, why was my time 8-4. If the technician just called off at 9:45... is his start time 10? If so why wasn’t my expected time at 10:30-4?) So obviously that wasn’t very truthful. Nevertheless, we asked if they would at least discount the price if we made the hour drive up to there shop... $150 our the door, that would save us $9 + tax... not that big of a deal right... wrong, we were told NO. They could do $150 + tax but that was it... Lol NO THANKS GOOD BYE!!!WOULD HIGHLY URGE PEOPLE TO SHOP ELSEWHERE AND AVOID THIS PLACE. Unless you enjoy wasting your day, having bad customer service, and OBVIOUSLY they want you to come to them.
Great customer service from friendly people, the had my window ordered a week in advance and installed within 30 minutes! the place honestly looked kind of sketchy on the outside at first, but I had an incredible experience and would recommend anyone and everyone.

They quoted a different price, then when I got there it was 27dollars more. So make sure you ask for a confirmation of price through email. They will call quite a bit to continue confirming you are coming. It was out of my way, from work. For what I ended up paying, I could have drop my car near my home and walked. They did drop it by 12 buck to Honor price near my home. Still was lied to and they blame it on the call center..... I dont mixed well with trying to hustle after you had a no show on appt before, I dknt think they knew I heard them....
Great service does not take advantage of you. They only need to reseal a strip instead of telling me it needed replace. I highly recommend them I gave had three windshield in the past replaced with no problems or additional trips.
Would be a 0 but its not an option. Quoted me a great price. I arrive 45m early (call ahead b4 arriving) after 30m of waiting they inform me that i require a heated windshield and the one on hand is not. He talks me into using the non heated. 60 m later he tells me the techs wont install it. Saying itll void my warranty on a 7yr old 140k mi. Truck??. It was past closing time at this point mind you.. 1st review i have ever left anywhere. I work 70 hrs a week went to other side of town for this b.s. sat 1h30m was not gonna come back following day like he suggested
Company has a serious supply issue. I set up an appointment for windshield repair, arrived at my appointed time, and after waiting for 1 hour was told that the necessary molding for the windshield did not arrive with the glass. Was told that hyundais need this molding and that it was 50/50 if they received the molding or not so would need to reorder. I was told the molding would arrive the following day and could be installed, I was unavailable that day so set up an appointment for store opening the following day. I arrived again on time to be told that the molding was still not there but would be within an hour. I go get breakfest head back to the store and proceed to wait 4 hours for the molding to arrive. In the end I got my window but am unsure whether I got the correct molding or they made one as I never saw any delivery truck arrive.Front desk is friendly, and prices are excellent, but weigh this against how much you value your time. If doing it again I would not use this company.

These guys play games. Provided a quote of $200 and said the work needed to be done in their shop so I made an appointment for the next day. I called ahead to make sure the glass was there. They said I had not made an appointment and that the glass had not been ordered. Said they would have the glass delivered in two hours, confirmed the price of $200 and that I could come in that afternoon.. I called again before coming. They said that the wrong glass was ordered and that the right glass would now cost $375. What?? I called back to talk to the manager who then changed the price to $311. At that point I called around and got Safelite to come to my house and do the job for $268. Not sure what game they were trying to play but I will tell everyone I know to...........STAY AWAY from these guys!
Bad customer service bad workers and bad job liars I missed my work 4 or 5 days because of you guys you guys worth 0 star not even 1 star I will never ever come to guys again .First of all they changed my mirror and when they did on that day I heard noises coming through the windshield. On another day when I was driving on the highway the black rubber that holds the mirror had detached and was hitting my car back and forth on the highway. So I called them right away and they told me that they close at 5 when in fact the close at 6. They told me to come another day. So they had told me to come at 4:30 pm. So when I got there they were closed, there was no one to be found. Then I went another day, and when I got there the guy had told me I that I have to call before I come so they can order my windshield, so they told me to come the following day. So I called them, and they told me that we can come by to where you live and replace your windshield. They said from 9-5 they do this. I was waiting for them all day and no one showed up. So I called them again and they said they will come by 6. Eventually no one showed up. When I called again the lady on the phone said they will be there in 10 min. Then we called again because no one showed up, and the lady said were sorry were closed. So when I called the next day they had told me the person that was suppose to come out and replace the windshield had quit. These people made me miss my work, didnt do as they promised and wasted my time. The worst service Ive ever experienced.
After the windshield install noticed scratches by the drives door handle Tech said manager would be in touch the next day, no call. When contacted again was told by Brian (manager) that he would have to talk to corporate, after two weeks went back in and was told they are not responsible. Brian said that they do a walk around prior to work and there was NOT a scratch noted on the workorder. Their work is OK but will not own up if they make a mistake or solve the problem they caused. Pay $30.00 more and go to Safelite.
After i woke up to find my back driver side window broke and shattered i was distraught wonder how i could find the money to get it fix when i came across Auto Glass Now who got me in quick fast with a affordable qoute. It took ten days for them to come fix my windshield. The weather was partly to blame but one day their van wouldnt start another day the mobile man was given the day off and yet another day he was out sick. The day he did finally come he was two hours late because he said he forgot his glue gun. He also didnt bring the tool to affix the rear view mirror to the new windshield and left it dangling there. He also broke my speaker cover and left glass everywhere. Although the website states that they come to you free they actually added an additional charge for it. Wish I had used a different company.
Got in the same day to set up an appointment. Got the windshield fixed the very next day within a hour of dropping of my truck. The waiting area is very convient for those who cant drop off there vehicles. Who doesnt like watching Netflix while waiting on your vehicle to be finished? Ill be recommending everyone Ik to go there.
I received a quote from Safelite for $320 for a front windshield replacement on my 2011 altima and assume that was the norm - Im glad I did my research because this place did the work for $180 out the door, same day. Probably the best experience Ive ever had related to work on my car. Tara at the front is a damn angel and I was in and out in an hour.

Auto Glass Now did an excellent job replacing the front windshield on our Odyssey. The staff was fun and engaging, especially Tara, and the price was less than HALF of Safelite. Ive done some research and found that both companies source glass from the same manufacturers and distributors, and sometimes from each other.The office/reception looks like a replica of the set of Serpico, circa 1973. It is a dump, but customers were moving chairs around and talking to each other, and the manager let me use her desk to get some work done. I could give a crap about the decor, the price and service were impeccable. They did say they were going to remodel...I am not an expert on this, but the windshield looks great, is solidly in place, no issues and there was no evidence that it had been worked on, other than it was suspiciously clean.Excellent job, and they have my full recommendation.

They put my windshield off for a week because I dont need to drive.. Right..? I dont have a job to travel to and from or three kids who need to go every place.. They gave a discount for the inconvenience and said theyll be here between 9am and 5pm.. Vague much..? I feel my windshield shouldve been one of the first done in the morning since they never showed the first two times they said they would.. Its 1pm and Im still waiting for my windshield.. Other reviews say they do good work and price is definitely better than everyone else Ive called but who can afford to wait that long.. Someone needs to step up theyre game because if I had to do this again I would pay more to have it done sooner..

BAIT AND SWITCHI called earlier in week for a quote on a windshield for a Grand Cherokee. Was told by rep it would be $189 if I paid out of pocket but FREE if i ran it through my insurance companys comprehensive coverage, as Auto Glass Now would waive the $100 deductible. She really kept pushing the insurance angle, no out of pocket expense for me, they handle all billing and paperwork, etc.I called back and made an appointment for today, verified that no out of pocket expense as it was an insurance claim.When I arrived with car no mention of any fees due. When I went to give her my insurance information she said sorry, your company (State Farm) doe not allow waiving deductibles. NEVER in or previous conversations had she mentioned this or even asked what insurance company. I do not know the validity of her statement, but I DO know that my suddenly free windshield was now $100Again, she had NEVER mentioned anything about an issue with State Farm. I I had not tried to give her my insurance info at my arrival, I would of had to unexpectedly cough up $100 for my supposedly free glass. My take on this company....they will say anything to get you in the door.AVOID the bait and switch here.

I scheduled for a windshield replacement for a Thursday. No one showed up to do the job. I called and was told that the worker said he was here and called me several times but I was not around. Not true! I was here waiting for him all day. They rescheduled for the next day. Its been raining but not a washout. I expected I would get a call if they were to cancel. I finally called them. They said they dont do windshields in the rain. I asked why no one called me to let me know this. No response to this. The rude lady just kept asking when I want to reschedule and I told her to cancel it. She hung up on me. Very unprofessional business.
Terrible experience. After appt. was scheduled the night before sat and waited for 3:15 minutes for a job that was to last only one hour. Poorly done work that crushed the right quarter panel of the car. The Mgr denied and alleged a pre-existing condition, but there was nothing documented in the two areas he could have confirmed it on the receipt. Unless things change drastically would strongly recommend staying away .
My 2010 Acadia had water leaking into the car. Took it to auto gass now to see if they could find the leak. The tech was really informative and knowledgeable. He could not find the leak, but said he could remove the glass and reseal it. After he removed the windshield it had very little sealant all the way around. The old windshield did get damaged while removing so I had to get a new winshield installed. Its rained the day I had It installed and all day today with no leaks! Thank you
I called in 20 minutes before their closing time (2pm on Saturday) just to set up a mobile appointment. I was abruptly and kind of rudely immediately put on hold (no greeting, the woman just said please hold. Ive been on hold for over 25 minutes now, and Im pretty sure no one will be answering the call. Seems they put me on hold just to wait out the clock for the 2pm closing time. Eventually I heard someone just pick up the phone and click it down to end the call. Disappointing.

This place is conveniently located right off of 270 and because its not a huge body shop they are able to keep cost down and they pass those savings on to their customers. They beat the competition. Ive had two or three windshields replaced here. Always a good price and the glass has always been quality. I have not had any issues. Would recommend.

Damaged my mothers vehicle to her bumper and her drivers side door when she went to get glass replaced for her car. Refused to take responsibility or offer a discount or fix it. My mother elderly and on a fixed income. This place will be reported.

Absolutely awful experience. From the glass not coming in on time for my scheduled Saturday appointment to them offering mobile service as an exception and then never showing up or calling to say they werent coming. I was constantly calling them to find out the status. I chose them based on Google reviews and I am furious that I wasted so much time on them. Just awful, rude and inconsiderate customer service.

I had a back window replaced Oct 29 2019 they did a good job putting the new one in after waiting for about 2hrs before they even got to mine but they did not vacuum the broken glass out when ask I was told they did not vacuum they also didnt plug my rear defogger in had to go back and have it done also got sealant on back seat
I had an appointment scheduled for 11am, but didnt get my car in till noon. Was pretty annoyed as i hadnt planned to be waiting so long to get my car done. Whats the point in scheduling an appointment if the company doesnt follow through.
My front windshield had been heavily cracked and I didnt have the money to replace it finally after 2 years these guys fixed it for me I called just about every glass place around they gave me the best price got me right in even though I was 35 minutes late and they even gave me a new pair of wipers for no cost I am 100 percent satisfied with the customer service and the high quality work that they did as well

Very Very poor Dont do business with these people! I had my ft and rear windows installed and they installed the rear window incorrectly and now I cant get them to come back they scheduled a time to come back but they never showed up never called and when you call them they have caller ID so when I call they just put me on hold forever! No integrity !

Terrible company-avoid at all cost.They had to replace the windshield three times, each time because they installed it incorrectly. After it continued to leak on the third warranty replacement, I found another company.
Installer broke my regulator by playing with the switch and then trys to charge me to fix it MANAGEMENT AGREED it was probably the installer. $169 later Im leaving with tape on my window would NOT recommended this company to ANYONE

Dont get your car repaied here, they are over priced scammers.. I got my window fixed here for over $200 and recieved a warranty .. 2 weeks later my window comes off track, falls in the door and shattered.. I called them to see if they would repair it and they said the warranty wouldnt cover and Id have to pay in full.. Mind you its the dead of winter and i have a young son that rides daily.. I dont have another $200 to get a window that may or may not break .. Teds budget auto glass repairs is way cheaper ($125) and more professional.. Dont get scammed at auto glass now on Westerville rd.. Also your response doesnt make sense nor explains why your warranty doesnt cover glass that your company replaces..

Called on the 9th to get Auto Glass replaced said theyd be out the next day no one showed up by 5 so I called in said they had me scheduled for the 11th waited till almost 3 to tell me they didnt have the glass
Be prepared for them to tell you they have your window in stock then when you get there they won’t have it then they tell you 10 minutes to install the window after about an hr and a half they might be done never coming back

Relatively inexpensive and easy to work with the only downside is that their hours are relatively incomprehensible they say they are available now right in the name and dont have now hours they have kind of business hours.

2022-03-30I found my window smashed in this morning and called my insurance. They wanted to connect me with safelight for $400.I called this location because my boyfriend suggested it and he was happy with the service.I was told it may be Friday at the earliest. After quoting $200 he found that he could accommodate me same day.The office personnel were kind and quick. The technicians even vacuumed out the broken glass for me.

2022-04-07The job got done, but the customer service was atrocious. It took virtually two weeks to get my windshield replaced. I called to set up an appointment on March 23 to schedule an appointment for March 26 (Saturday). They didnt order the glass before my appointment, or even after setting up the appointment, and they asked to reconfirm my appointment, which will never make any sense to me. I finally get my appointment scheduled for the following Saturday (April 2), and they advised they would have the replacement complete by end of day (2 PM). I get a call at 1:30 on Saturday from Auto Glass Now advising that the glass they ordered from the distributor had scratches and scuff marks on it. They advised that the replacement wouldnt be done until April 5. I had to leave my car there because theyre open almost the same hours that I work. I call them on April 5 and almost immediately after giving my information, the representative said, Itll be done tomorrow; no explanation why, just that. So I call again the next day (April 6) and after waiting on hold for 5 minutes, the representative advised, Were working on cars that came in this morning, but we will get your car done today. Im sorry, but the fact that a car thats been in your lot since Saturday is put on the back burner really shows how much this company values customer service.

Big thanks to Jodi this Saturday!!!I arrived at 8:10a on a Saturday and was the 3 customer in line who was waiting for their vehicle. I walked out at 10:48a with everything done.They had a small waiting room with coffee and a TV available for customers.Overall - good experience and I would go back if I needed more work done

2022-07-21I had replaced my broken windshield at a different shop. (Mistake) I immediately noticed a loud wind sound blowing in from the windshield. The other shop REFUSED to check the installation. Auto glass now agreed to check the installation job. Their technician, Rathuan, found a gap in the installation done at the other shop, and was able to repair it in less than a half hour for a very fair price. All the staff were kind, respectful, and cared about their customers. This is the ONLY place I will be going in Columbus for auto glass from now on. THANK YOU!!!

2022-01-31The staff is very nice and responsive. The windshield on my Jeep Wrangler cracked and Auto Glass Now hands-down had the best pricing. When I picked it up after repair, there was a loud whistling noise coming from the windshield. I called and they agreed to fix it-and even let me come in on a Saturday even though they typically dont for warranty work. When I picked it up it still made a whistling noise. On my third visit they hesitantly replaced the windshield yet again. The whistling noise did subside, although the windshield is still a lot louder than it was before it cracked. I decided I had had enough and would let it be. However, within a week there were cracking noises coming from the windshield. They have gotten progressively worse. I took it to a dealership who told me the seal is bad and that I should have it redone. I am going to the windshield replacement shop the dealer suggested and asking for OEM glass because I am honestly just over it not being done right at Auto Glass Now. Although their staff is super nice I feel like I just wasted a lot of time and $250.

2021-09-15I had a great experience at Auto Glass Now! A rock hit my windshield Monday and put a 12+ inch crack into it that kept spreading. I called Auto Glass Now and Tanya was so friendly. She got me set up to come in the next day. The front office staff was wonderful and my windshield was fully replaced within an hour and a half of me dropping my car off. Great price and great service!
