This shop charged me $500 less than another shop was quoting me, and got it ready in less than 24 hours, when the other shop mentioned quoted me 4 days. absolutely couldn’t reccomend enough, they are amazing. everyone was so respectful and helpful and you could tell they are proud of what they do. thank you guys!
Auto Arena is very much a blessing that I have come to find. I have been living on my own trying to make beater cars work for many years now, but I am now able to ride in a very nice vehicle that fit the type of lifestyle that I am living. It is so rewarding not to have to worry so much about my vehicle like I did before. Moe has been great a facilitating any task that needed to be done, along with exceptional customer service. Josh and Mustafa have gone out of their way to help me and take care of any issue that the car had before and after driving it off the lot. This place is not out to take advantage of people, and I really appreciate that from the bottom of my heart. It’s nice to know that businesses and people still care in the world and will extend their hand to make you feel cared for and valued. I hadn’t originally planned to buy a car the day that I did, but I couldn’t miss the opportunity and service that they were offering. The above and beyond measures really took a lot of stress off of my life... knowing at least vehicle wise, I did not have to feel concerned. I felt safe and satisfied and happy with everything here. My Sienna had a humming noise when turning and when at freeway. Manager Moe and technician Rakaan accurately diagnosed the problem as due to a wheel bearing. After the fix car runs like new. Very pleased.

This place is a definite example of family! Every person that we came across in this building treated us as their own family. We laughed and joked while still getting what we needed accomplished! The owner is amazing he worked directly with us and was very helpful! He actually was able to help us get a car that was not a lemon and super reliable! Stop here before you look anywhere else. Plenty of inventory with a variety of vehicles and a wide range of price points from 2,000 to 20,000. We were greeted numerous times by several different people who were friendly and helpful and there was always someone available to help us. This is the best buy here pay here around. Other lots wanted over 1000 for a down payment. These guys offer warranties and they are a full service auto repair shop as well. Some of the nicest people Ive met.

They are all very friendly and nice people to talk with and they will work with you to get you in a vehicle and will work with you on a down payment and a monthly payment you can afford and they dont over charge for the price of the vehicle they are selling to you. I recommend going there and get you a vehicle and they have noce vehicle there too and they also have there car shop there to work on the vehicle you get and if anything is wrong with them they will fix them for you and they are wonderful people to work with and they are caring and understanding glad i found a care lot that takes pride in ther customers and that understands what you need and they understood my stuation and another car lot was over charging me for the vehicle i had and they told me that i shouldnt pay that much for it so i am happy with there services and there peopleI recommend you go check them out

I recently visited auto arena to look at one of their SUVs that was very reasonably priced. I had come in for a test drive and when I tried to start the car nothing happened. Turns out the battery was dead which they said they had just replaced (the battery was dated 7/13, this was today). After charging the battery and filling it up with gas, I was finally allowed to take it on a drive and as soon as i pulled out of the lot the car lost all power including steering and I was essentially just coasting down rte 4 until it came to a stop. I then walked back to the dealer and gave them the keys and they said theyd put another battery in it so I could drive it. While I appreciate the offer, the car that they had put me in was unsafe and because of this they had put me in a very dangerous situation. I do not recommend this place, theres plenty of other car dealerships in Fairfield.

2022-06-29Ive been taking my car here for about 3 years. Moe provides a great service. I dont even have to call if I have a problem which I have not had very many he always gets me in right away and he takes care of it. Mechanics know what they are doing and they fix things in a reasonable price and a timely manner I am so grateful for Auto arena. They take pictures of the problem and they show you and give you choices of what to do before they touch anything. Once again Im very grateful I have never had any kind of a problem with Auto arena.

2022-02-14Will certainly recommend them. They go out and beyond to help customer. Their inspection and repair cost is reasonable and a very friendly owner and staff.I do not know many repair shops around here. I was having issues with check engine light they did the piston compression testing and other kind of testing to find the issue. My car is fixed in a very reasonable price and I am a happy customer.

2022-03-24Came here as my second place of the day to buy a used vehicle! It was an amazing experience! Roberto , Bobby, took great care of us ! My girlfriend was able to test drive the car very quickly and could almost instantly tell she was taking it home ! After the test drive , we came to fill out the papers for it and they took it back in the back to detail it even better ! Also , the C.E.O.Mustafa Samara was awesome. Very friendly and honest ! If anyone is in the market for a used car , please think about visiting here! Very helpful people!

2021-04-184-17-2021We brought our Daughter here to buy her first car. We was interested in the Ford focus hatchback titanium they had advertised. We live about an hour and a half away. But we liked what we saw. When we got there Kassem was outstanding to work with. We was ready to take the car that day but he said no way.. he had work to do first. He replaced the struts, break pads, rotors, and calibers all the way around. Then if that wasnt enough he replaced the touchscreen stereo because it was broken. I mean who does that its a used car dealership? Buy AS is!! Nope not here. The car was detailed inside and out. And as if it cant get any better..we ended up financing the vehicle to help our daughter establish credit. He says it comes with a power train warranty!! WHAT and gap insurance!! Okay just wow!! Well after all is said and done with so much patience from Kassem we go to drive away and the window wiper broke. He would not let us leave...off he went, he ran up the road and bought her new wipers.. and one more thing as if I havent said enough already, he filled her tank. Kassem promised me a safe reliable car for our daughter. Id say he did more than just give us outstanding service he eased our minds. We know we made a outstanding purchase. What an experience!! 🕉️

2022-04-03Moe the owner needs to talk to his guys. I went in needing an alignment and was told I needed a control arm and ball joint. I took it to another mechanic and he told me the complete opposite and even showed me where these guys were wrong. Scamming people for more money.

2021-07-27Today, I decided it was time to stop thinking about having my rear brakes and rotors inspected, and make the call. My vehicle has low miles, but I knew replacements were necessary. Had I phoned the dealer, I probably would have had to settle with leaving a message, hoping to receive a response. Maybe I would have managed to get squeezed into the schedule some time this week. The individual I may have dealt with, had someone answered the phone, would have likely been unenthusiastic (to say the least).I did some internet searching and stumbled upon Auto Arena. I called shortly before lunch time, and had a chat about pricing along with scheduling. The individual on the other end, one of the salesmen, was polite and to-the-point. He provided me with a small ranging cost for the service, and let me know that the repair could happen within the same day. I gave a call before heading out the door.Upon arrival, I wasnt quite sure who to speak with. After waiting for him to finish a call, I ended up speaking directly with Mustafa. Together, we went to my car, gathered the VIN and had a quick visual inspection of the issue(s). To cut to the chase, my first experience was great. I had some coffee, read a magazine, had some good conversation and was shown each part being replaced. Because of the signs of corrosion on the rear brake pads, I was advised to consider maintenance on my front brake assembly (disassembly/inspection/greasing/assembly). I gave my approval for the additional service to be performed. From my single experience, pricing seems to be comparable to other places, perhaps even the dealer, but the time spent waiting was much more enjoyable. The workmanship is what I would expect.The only reason I have for giving Auto Arena a 4 star rating versus 5 is that this was my first experience. I have little doubt in my next visit being anything less than that of today in regards to good customer service, accommodation and timely repair. Thank you Mustafa, and the Auto Arena crew!
