I give it 5 stars as this is a great place to shop if you want to avoid crowds. I dont feel outlet mall pricing is ultra cheap, more like reasonable which is good enough for me. The real reason to shop there is for a selection your favorite brands that you cant find at your local department store. Having stores like Columbia, Nike, and Brooks Brothers is worth visiting twice a year. The only outlet I like better is Grove City in PA but its a 90 minute drive for me and multiple hours of shopping that will wear you out and your wallet too if youre not careful!
This place has really gone down. Alot has to do with the pandemic. There is one place to eat. The food trucks are gone. The grounds arent really kept up. I hear that Grove City and Aurora farms are owned by the same people but Grove City is better taken care of. There arent many shopping options in this plaza. Its shoes, jewelry and athleisure.
Some decent stores. But do not follow what their business hours posted. Due to covid some of the stores are very understaffed. So if the website or site sign indicates they close at 9pm, they can close as early as 4pm. Which is what happened to me. Especially during the holidays and if you work and plan to stop by some stores may be hit or miss. Its unfortunate but also frustrating.
Decent quality shops and a good portion of them. However, the whole place is looking very dilapidated. Signs are falling apart, very tall weeds everywhere, pond is looking very scummy, and just general disrepair. It needs a lot of work. It feels like the strip mall portion in the back is getting more attention and care.
Ive lived in Aurora my whole life and Aurora Farms has been a shopping staple of mine from early childhood. It was a fun walkable outdoor mall with a pond fixture and many great stores. Split into two halves, the front feeling like a mini-town square to shop around. The back, a more traditional rectangle with parking in middle and shops/sidewalk squared around that.Sadly it is far past its glory days. The back half still has tons of foot traffic, but the front half of the Outlets is mostly empty and dilapidated. It looks like a ghost town and it is sad to walk through. Im sure the COVID-19 pandemic did most of this damage, but even before then the front half was losing stores left and right. Malleys and Saks Off 5th are now gone. Forever 21 is now an bargain store, mostly selling overstock from other retailers. Some of the staples going way back are still there like Claires, Yankee Candle, Crocs, Adidas and Ralph Lauren, but theyre all so spread between empty buildings, I doubt theyll be there much longer. This place sadly needs to demolish the front half and re-design it like the back half. It was a neat front half in its day, but now it is just too un-kept and full of empty buildings. The lake can be remade into a square walkable area, but they should rebuild around it to essentially be like the back area. Its just sad to see the dead mall phase is hitting this beloved local outdoor mall. Its still half alive, but if its gonna survive they need to revamp the first half badly. If not, it will become yet another Cleveland area abandoned retail graveyard,
Aurora Farms Not So Premium OutletsWe shopped often from 1998 to 2015 at AFPO. However, the property has really fallen into disrepair, and Simon Properties should NOT be collecting full rent from its tenants until they bring the property up to par.It used to be hard to find a parking space at AFPO. Now its hard to navigate the parking lot due to pot holes and lack of maintenance.Due to lower patronage, sales are not as robust as they used to be as stores probably cant afford to offer great deals. Like many of Simons properties, its only a matter of time until this iconic site closes because of mismanagement (or lack thereof).
Theres so much here to explore! Low end to high end brands to shop and theres something for the whole family. Definitely check times for individual stores if you plan to come in the evening as they all close at different times even though the mall says it closes at 9pm. Theres always a sale to be found and everything is walkable and easily accessible.
Not as handicap friendly as it seems to be and most stores close early! Had a very difficult time getting around in my wheelchair as there were some very steep hills and the ramps had many brick divets in the pavement that almost sent me flying a few times because my wheels kept getting caught. Apparently, they have sent many other people flying according to the person working at one of the stores, who has witnessed it happen on multiple occasions to other handicapped people. I expected this one though but just thought Id note that the doors are also not very handicap friendly. If you dont have people to open both doors for you, you have to go in just one door and you can barely fit a chair through it (and theres no auto button so you have to have someone open it for you). Also, whats not mentioned is that most of the stores close before 8 pm. So whats the point of the rest of the place being open until 8 if pretty much everything closes at 7 or at 730?
Dirty. Looks abandoned but stores are open. Used to be a good place to shop. Stopped in to use the restroom and it was what I can only imagine what a crack house smells and looks like. Filthy awful smelling and what looked like old vomit in one of the urinals. Wont be back!
This place is great. I lost $100 in the Levi store and the manager and staff put it in there draw for me when I returned. Also they were very helpful when I was there shopping... Wish that I would have gotten a review for them, I would have most definitely gave them 5 stars...
A few stores are gone. Stock levels seemed okay. Restrooms were disgusting. Thought they would be cleaner and hey, no toilet paper. Good thing for some reason I stuffed my purse full of kleenex, ugh!! And cant wash hands good if water runs for 2 seconds. Come on people, you can do better!!! The individual stores were great and employees wonderful.
Aurora Farms is sadly not what it used to be fifteen years ago. All of the best stores have closed up shop and left. Online the hours say theyre open until 9pm but Michael Kors, apparently closes at 7pm while the majority of other stores closes at 9pm. Unfortunately, we took the long drive, arriving at 7:15pm to a locked door at Michael Kors. The only store we were going.
Public restroom is a plus, as well as food. Loved that there is a food truck. Parking is limited and the place is SUPER crowded. Would be fun to go here and be able to site see before or after making a trip here, but there is nothing to site see unfortunately. Good variety of stores, but would love to see a few stores that were geared towards the plus side crowd and the darker/goth/rock crowd.
My rating is not so much based on the stores as it is on the outside and the bathrooms 🤢 there was garbage all over the outside, over filled trash cans, dirty tables, and disgusting bathrooms! There was feces wiped on the stall walls, no hand soap, and no paper towels, it is definitely unsanitary! Some stores had lines going out the door because they were only allowing so many in at a time, Im not sure if its still like that with the lines, as we visited before the mask mandate was lifted. I most likely will not visit this location again.
Been coming here for years and always enjoyed it. It may have been a couple years since Ive been back but decided to go today and was very disappointed. Theres trash everywhere, empty stores, all of the building are in desperate need of repair. Although there is still a good selection of stores, Im just not sure how long that will last....
Good prices, friendly staff at most places. The Tommy Hilfiger staff didnt measure to other places in warmth and willingness to help. But other than that, everything was great!Adidas and Calvin Klein staffs were A+. This helped lead us to spend more money in those places.
I recently went into Calvin Klein because you can buy the exact same pants that come with the Calvin Klein suit without having to spend $400 on the coat. I, like most people, put on a little extra love weight in 2020 and needed a matching pair of suit pants for a special event. Rather than be uncomfortable all night in pants that are too tight I was able to walk into this store and find exactly what I needed. One word of warning about the entire Aurora farms complex... They should just call Aurora scam, there are no outlets, no special deals, everything in every store is made specifically for their location. In other words, youre not buying clothing from Nordstrom made by Calvin Klein that they were unable to sell. Youre buying clothing from Calvin Klein directly made specifically for the outlet store. If you dont know this youre probably a millennial who only reads the headlines of all stories. Oh wait, youll never see this either
I really enjoy going here. The outdoor outlet mall style is wonderful, and gives me a lot of walking around while still shopping. The central pond is pretty nice and has plenty of fish and ducks to entertain yourself with. The organization is a little bit weird sometimes, some business are in places you wouldnt expect, or the way to get to them is a little unusual or through what seem like access ways.
I mainly go to:Nike, which is very hit or miss. Always a line.Banana Republic, actually has really good deals on the regular. Need a suit, check them out.The North Face, all basic gear, but great prices. Definitely a favorite here. There’s usually a food vendor posted outside on the weekends as well. But just for fun, take a peek inside the food court when youre back there.
Many stores have closed. No food court/restaurants. Grounds are no longer maintained to a high standard. Its glory days are long gone. However, the associates in the stores that are still open remain upbeat and very helpful and friendly. Please dont hesitate to shop here for their sake. This outlet mall is just another victim of the Amazon effect and the Covid pandemic. Im afraid it wont be open much longer.
I was there at about noon yesterday. I had to return a few items from online purchases at Aerie, and was planning on shopping at a few stores. I did my return and stopped at the restroom, there was no soap in the womens, single, or mens restroom, and the sanitizer was also empty. I started walking across the parking lot to Famous Footwear and looked at the dirty parking lot, scattered with trash, and old masks, and decided to get in my car and shop somewhere else. I tried calling the management office, and leaving a message to let someone know about the soap/sanitizer situation, but found no way to let them know, other than here.
The last two times we have been, during Covid, there has been no soap in any of the women’s restrooms. I’ve already started bringing my own paper towels, because the hand dryer’s are disgusting, I guess now I need to add soap along with my hand sanitizer. There are buildings that have been empty for years, and are falling apart, apparently there is no rush to get new business. They did install a new fence around the pond, but I expect that was because it’s a liability.
Good selection of stores. The only thing is that I think the term outlet is not understood at many stores. The Gap is one example of a store where they actually do get this and the prices reflect that so we have found some great deals there. Unfortunately most of the stores are priced little to no differently than at any other mall. But the outdoor area is nice. Overall its just a nice alternative to a conventional mall. Food court could use some updating and cleaning, but its ok.
The parking lot was practically empty. Stores were quiet. It was great going into the stores and not tripping over people or product. Each employee in each store was amazing!!! I love all the deals and how organized everything was. Did I mention the deals????? Sales plus and extra discount.. Why is this place empty??
Decent selection of clothing shops. I much prefer the Grove City outlets as they have a larger, more varied selection. I probably wont be back here for a while considering the drive time, but if you have a chance its worth at least one visit. It would have been nice if they had a coffee shop. We may have just missed it, but it seemed strange there wasnt a Starbucks there or something.
There are some great stores here and the whole outlet mall just looks great. Its fun to go on a nice day and walk around. The only drawback is that the front portion of the complex is mostly vacant now, so its not quite the extensive tour it used to be. I remember years ago they had a restaurant there and they usually had some kind of toy store for the kids to enjoy, but they dont have either of those now.
Pretty good collection of stores with relatively attentive staff across the board. Was there during Back to School so it was very busy but everyone was still friendly, the property was well laid-out and well-kept. Selection of stores has changed and gotten less eclectic but you cant hold that against them too much.
My favorite place to shop! It’s always a fun time and I never go home empty handed. I do wish there were different food options instead of deep fried Oreos and giant pork like maybe a smoothie truck in the summer. But definitely recommend coming on a weekday it’s much more calm but it’s always a great shopping experience.
There is a decent variety of stores, but it seems to be losing stores that made it a cool place to shop. Also, a lot of potholes, also food trucks that make it harder for people to get around on foot or in a car. It used to be the place to shop. It is still good, but not great or 5 stars.
Went today. COVID has decimated this place. Saks off 5th. Haggar, Bass, Wilsons Leather, and Justice all closed permanently since I was last there. Nikes deals were among the weakest Ive seen. Polo didnt seem to have any deals at all that you couldnt beat online. Trash was everywhere. Even the duck feeders were busted, like smashed open. I have no reason to ever go back. Sad...
Really fun place to shop. The shops are awesome and its really fun to walk around. There are many shops for many things. And also there were food trucks when I went. Theres lot of walking to do but its really really fun. I definitely recommend it. Its would be fun to hang out with friends there and to go shopping with. Really really a fun place with amazing variety in stores and options.
Awesome place to shop. Great deals from designer factory outlet stores. The Nike store has allot of great sales that beat anywhere else. The under armour store doesnt offer much savings though. Very crowded at times of peak shopping, such as holidays, back to school, etc.
Excellent place to casual wander around. Very clean. Wide walkways. Very good security. They were about, they were observant, but not overbearing. Asked for directions from one and He was friendly and polite. Made some excellent purchases there too. Prices were very good with merchandise better than Wal-Mart. Not crowded there even though it was a Friday.
Finest Premium outlet mall. The outlets are well laid out. Restrooms are fine except the family ones. Parking is more than adequate even during the rush hours. Offers are moderate compared to the other Premium outlet malls I have been to. The lake is a nice place to hangout for some time. Decent options in the food court along with nice and clean rest rooms. Kids have a small play area. It is a very decent place to spend an evening shopping.
We pulled into the parking lot 30-45 minutes before the stores opened. There was trash all over the parking lot and the trash cans were overflowing. As we walked around, the grounds are overgrown with weeds to the point that the place looks deserted. To top it off, my wife & daughter went into the restroom and there was a HUGE pile of poop on the back of the toilet. They took a picture to show it to management. Management said they’d take care of it. I messaged a friend who had just been there the day before and they told me that it was there “yesterday” and they also reported it to management.
They need food courts but I like the discount prices. Sometime I forget it’s an outlet and probably paid more than I should. Everything should be discounted. However, avoid possibly Wilson’s, but most definitely The Cosmetic Company! A racist associate in both but mainly because the older women in that cosmetic store lack something in customers service. They cater to older Caucasian women or white in general and lack customer skills with women of color. I’m pretty sure other minorities have observed this trait and tend to exit without purchasing. They’re stand-offish, rude and follow you around the store with very little interest in you being a consumer. They don’t want our business. Trust and believe that. Prices are good in that store but it isn’t worth the aggravation. Wilsons is sufficient because they have great prices but I had to have words with a white male associate followed up by a phone call to management. He was harassing me at the register while purchasing a leather bag asking me if I was going to also purchase a ski jacket that belonged to me, I WORE IT IN THE STORE! This items isn’t one of their brands and when have they ever sold Apt 9 ski jackets. He was sizing me up for no reason and was being a bigot . He reeked of prejudice. Then commented on my designer bag that was also my property. I probably won’t be returning to either of those retailers. Otherwise I enjoy aurora farms prices are great.
The two stores I shopped in were Wilsons Leather and Yankee Candle. I found exactly what I wanted, and the staffs couldnt have been nicer. The stores themselves were nest, clean, and organized. However, the mall property in general is quite shabby, dirty, and run down, and there are a lot of empty stores. I recently read that Simon Property is a good stock buy, but if the overall condition of the mall is something to go by, I would not by stock in that company.
Nice selection of stores laid out in an easy walkable pattern. There is parking in the front and a less intuitive lot in the back. As a parent, I like the fish/duck pond and well maintained play ground area where the kids can take a break from the shopping. Dont miss the hand crafted wood furniture store near the front of the outlets. Lots of cool creative ideas.
Great Coach store. Adidas was small, but had good selection. Nike was also small, but had terrible selection. Feeding the ducks is fun and food can be obtained by making a donation to the Simon Youth Foundation. Food court is terrible. Only two employees running three outlets. The location is super odd. Not near any major highway. It is situated between residential housing. Since there is nothing else in the area, this will do.
A well-maintained space with a nice selection of stores. Over the past few years, they have added names like Under Armour, The North Face and continue to add more stores. Id say some of the deals at these stores are hit or miss, but you can hardly fault the mall itself for how they price things. This location does a nice job of providing facilities, stores, and parking for the shoppers. Overall, I recommend it!Dont miss: there is plenty of parking in the back if the front fills up.
First time going here. Was nice that there was a lot of parking, but still seemed packed. Not much in terms of food options (if you stay a bit). Prices at most of the shops and just as high, if not higher, than normal stores. Not sure I see a point in going back, but thats just me.
Nice little shopping area. Great variety with a lot of nice brand name stores. Great prices, definitely worth the drive if you are in the area. Seems to always be packed on the weekends, which is the only downside. Smaller stores are cramped and everyone is just on top of each other. Great place other than that.
Plenty of parking options, many different stores, great place to walk around on nice days, and the kids have a play ground which can let them burn off some energy. On a few occasion saw food trucks one was Swensons which is pretty cool. If the mall freaks you out because most of the stores inside of it are closed...come to this place its way better.
Lots of stores to choose from. Plenty of variety. If possible, head here mid-week, daytime. Its a ghost town! Pickup the discount book for savings too. If the weather is nice, stop by and feed the ducks, geese and fish in the center court. This is an outdoor outlet so dress warm in winter.
Tough to manage parking but overall great selection higher end quality of an area . Just gets super packed on the days you really gotta be there. The DEALS!!🔥🔥👌🏼💯 Honestly though unless you choose to go on those deal days you don’t really get too much for a great great deal just in my opinion that is but 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🕺🏼lol
Very good place to go for shopping and spending some quality time with family.. it’s outlet and many brands are there. I was there on around thanksgiving day holiday for shopping. Parking is very big also. Highly recommended if you like branded clothing, shoes, etc...👍👍👍
I love coming here.. Even if its just to walk and grab a sub.. My biggest issues here was the bathrooms where so nasty and smelly.. I have baby i have to change in there. And I was so happy to find today that on my walk you guys redid the bathrooms.. I am very impressed..! Now can we please get a bigger food court... thank you...
I love living so close to aurora farms. There is a great selection and variety of stores. And you can always find a great deal, weekend special or BOGO offer because they are outlets. In the summer, this is our go to place to walk around and get fresh air. The kids love to play on the play ground and feed the ducks by the lake too!
This shopping area has been popular for many years. It is organized as two main areas of outdoor access plaza style layout with a large variety of nicer retailers (vs. the standard stopngo discount type plaza). There is parking along the full length of the stores on the side... plus a large parking lot out front and another one or two inside the back collection of storefronts. This makes it easy to get close to the stores you prefer... yet walking the full area is easy to do as all areas are connected by sidewalks and it is a smaller area of land compared to the newer suburban sprawl of shopping mall/plaza. In the summertime, it is also a relaxing bit of a visit as you can shop, eat at one of the restaurants, stroll around the pond and fountain and watch and/or feed the waterfowl. :-)
A good variety of stores in an easy to walk venue, although some of the specialty stores like kitchen supplies, gourmet foods, tool outlets, etc., have left. Mainly clothing, accessories, shoes. Poor food court. Go elsewhere - about 4-5 miles south on SR 43, youll find over a dozen food choices.
This place has a ton of great outlets with amazing prices. When I went there were even a couple of food trucks and a sno come guy. I went on a very hot day and there was very little shade to walk through, which made going from store to store almost unbearable. This isn’t really something they can control but if you’re going definitely prepare for the weather.
This is an outdoor mall in Aurora. Aurora is a really nice city, pretty fancy a bit. The mall is really nice looking they got many stores and theirs even a duck pond to feed ducks. Their are i believe 2 bathrooms and i believe daily food trucks. The food trucks have Aunti Annies prestles. And yeah amazing outdoor mall 5 stars.
Lots of great stores with great deals. For men the Haggar and Van Heusen deals cant be beat. Bass has the best deals on shoes. Women will appreciate the Hands store for good prices on those necessities that cost so much. I miss the Liz Claiborne store. Best place to shop locally in this area.
Aurora Farms allows you to save money on several name brands. Its also very beautiful. Some of the storefronts are empty though. It was even more affordable and beautiful 20 years ago but I know nothing stays the same forever. Theres also a foodcourt but the options are less than what youd have at a regular mall or shopping center. Its still a nice outing for a family or a date.
Bought shoes for my wifes birthday couldnt have asked for better customer service If I tried lol staff member even help n assisted me with finding her a pair size n color I definitely appreciate the conversation and in all cool hospitality. Nike has an awesome crew here at this location from the walk in to check out.
Not very good at getting the word out that they were changing their hours on Black Friday. Have shopped the last serval years at 4am b/c its nice and not busy then. This year the majority of the stores were closed from 2am-6am. Nothing like getting there and seeing most of the stores closed. Not good advertising or communication.
My wife and I love Aurora Farms Outlet Mall! Not only for the stores, but they have a cool pond where you and your kids can feed food pellets to the ducks (and fish). The even have food trucks in addition to the food court, so you dont have to go elsewhere and come back if you get hungry.
Nice sales, but I dislike when cashiers act as if they are going to touch you if they hand you your receipt in your hand. Enough tape prints so that doesnt happen. Its not like I want to touch them due to all the dirty money and who knows what else they touch. At least ask me where I want it before you automatically put it in my bag.
As far as outlets go, this one is pretty nice. They have a lot of shops and is pretty large. Nothing that spectacular though overall, but it is what it is. You dont go to outlets thinking you are buying the stuff they got before it hit retail. You are buying cheap versions of the brands, its as simple as that. So if you are looking to pick something up for cheap and not really care, its your best bet.
Great deals and many stores to choose from. The Adidas outlet here always has ridiculous price cuts, and a lot of the big brands (Calvin Klein, Banana Republic, Coach) have really good deals here too. Its not unusual to see an 80% price drop on expensive items, so this is a great place to shop.
Standard outdoor outlet. Make sure you bring your walking shoes. In the summer they have food trucks from time to time and special events. Sign up in advance at your favorite shops to make sure your you get all your discounts and feed the ducks when you have time bring some quarters for that.
I love shopping here BUT....a few weeks ago I went there to pick up a quick gift for a coworker at Michael Kors. Upon leaving I found myself ducking and dodging a plethora of potholes. Unfortunately I hit one and completely blew my tire instantly. I had to be towed to a local tire store to get a new tire. Where I met several people that had the same experience at Aurora. You cant call yourself a PREMIUM anything when parking lot has more holes than Swiss Cheese!
Nice outlet to go to with many stores. A few years back I would go there and get a years worth of shopping because they had great deals. This year however, stores in general didnt have much sales or a lot of buyable things. Didnt come back with a lot.Food court has very limited options. (Subway, pizza place, and icecream place. Thats it)*****Make sure to ask for a students discount if youre a college student***** Not many stores offer it, but Polo, Tommy, Banana Republic do for example.
Doesnt seem like an outlet any longer... More like an outside mall. Prices tend to be high. Even saw staff crossing off old retail price then putting a higher sticker price on the items then saying they are on sale. Disappointing for the price but still a beautiful place and a lot of options to shop.
Store selection is improving in the last few years. The food court should be updated. Seriously? a subway and a pizza shop? And they are not well trained to deal with the massive crowd on the weekends and holidays. The seating area is small and poorly laid out when there is a traffic.

2022-05-15Has a old town feel. Smaller stores but a good selection.Lots of parking. Not too busy. Mostly just stores. There’s a small food court. One restaurant that was not open.Little dirty and dated.

2022-05-22Its a nice little outlet center. Decent variety of stores, clean and well maintained. Theres a VIP Club you can join for additional sales and coupons. Still mostly out of my retail budget. Do check the make-up store clearance rack. I found Born This Way compacts and nice foundation for $5 each!

2022-05-19I went Banana Republic Factory and Coach Outlet stores... I was very surprised at the quality of their clothes and accessories at both store - The quality was much better than anticipated. Shopping at Aurora Farms was a wonderful and surprising experience. I will definitely be going back...

2022-04-05Ive been going to Aurora Farms since my grandma was alive. Ive never seen it so desolate and abandoned looking over by Carters and where the food court used to be. I miss the toy store, the Amish furniture store, the jewelery stores and Saks outlet...all gone. It used to be so vibrant. It was a ghost town on 4/3/22. My mind was flooded with wonderful memories of times past. I guess with time comes change in all things. 💔

2022-05-17Too busy and congested. Many of the stores aren’t even outlet stores so hardly any deals to find. I was astonished by how long the Nike store line was. I went to the other shoe store, 2 doors down and got a great deal on the same Nike shoes I wanted at the Nike store.

2022-05-02Finally, found the size that feels just so right! Dont trust that U.S size, made in Vietnam! Had to use their website, become a reward member, etc., & be patient! Customer service was attentive& helpful, with a busy clientele!

2020-11-26Big collections of various outlets organized into two courts.Has huge parking lot inside one of them and a recreational area in the center of the other one.I’m visiting it a few times a year and always able to find some bargains.

2022-06-13I will never go here again. A couple in a Range Rover thought it was funny to pretend like they were going drive into me while pushing my daughter in her stroller in the crosswalk. The crowd there is dispicable and inhumane.

2022-03-27While the stores and surroundings are very well kept and clean, there is unfortunately nothing here for us. My husband needs big and tall clothes and only 1 store had clothes as big as 2xl. Also I really hope they take better control of the pond. Those poor fish were coming out of the water and onto the rocks to get food from us. It is overpopulated and theyre clearly eating each other as there are patches of scales all over the top of the water. Maybe this year they can relocate some fish and drain the water, but im not sure how that would all work.

2022-06-112nd time Ive been there.Nice place to pick up a good deal. Definitely a good stroll. Very unique setting.Kindve wonder what it was before shopping center.
