Was scheduled for oil change and key recall, appointment was made 2 weeks ago and car dropped off the night before. Heard nothing until 4:15 at which time I called to check to see if they were done with my car. Was told they were just finishing up and would be done by 5. At 5:10 as I was on my way to pick up the car I received a call that the replacement key had actually not arrived and so they were unable to complete the work and that I would need to schedule that when it came in. So they had my car ALL day with no communication at all. So $220 later all I had was an oil change, absolutely ridiculous. My daughter gets much better service for her 2013 Subaru. This is the worst service I’ve had at any dealership.
As an Audi owner for the first time, I am not as familiar with the car and service department. My car has very low mileage and service message said to have inspection. About a week before I received error message that I could drive the car but check transmission notification in the owners manual. I took the car to the dealership and the person checking me in said that it had a recall on the transmission but my car had been taken car of that previously. So after close to 2 hours, I had the regular service completed. The service person came out with a quote for some add on items, but also an astronomical quote for tire rotation and sensor reset. He then said all sensors needed to be programmed but could not tell me why. I am pretty baffled as I called to speak to a service manager and have received nothing in return.
Had a metal piece hit my windshield on 75 in Dayton and it cracked my windshield, but the reason I came into White Allen Audi was because it also cracked the trim piece surrounding my sunroof and I figured it would need special attention. Waited 2 two weeks just to get an appointment for an estimate that only took 20 minutes to do. Took a half day of vacation off work get make it to my appointment. They looked it over and told me that the work was too extensive and they needed special tools to remove the sunroof trim ( told me they had to literally take a saw and cut the piece out ). They referred me to their collision center, white Allen collision center. Took another vacation half day off work to make it to my appointment at White Allen Collision Center where my estimate literally took 10 minutes ( Great time & excellence service) to complete. This is where my frustration started. After reviewing the damage, I was told the job would be very simple and quick. Instead of “ having to cut into my roof and etc to remove the trim piece surrounding my sunroof” all that really needed to be done was to just simply drop my headliner and remove a couple of bolts that fastened my sunroof trim down onto the roof. I’m not sure if White Allen Audi didn’t want my business or what but it was surely a massive waste of my time and money and my vacation time running all over the place to try and get this simple fix taken care of. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I’m sure a couple more weeks where water has been getting into my car from the crack in my sunroof trim. To the employees at the collision center, excellent job on getting me taken care of and all the honestly. But to the service department at Audi, I’m extremely disappointed & frustrated.
I went to Audi Dayton as I needed to verify myself and my vehicle in order to activate myAudi. I did not buy the car from Audi Dayton. It was early morning and Jim Howell was the sales rep that helped me activate myAudi. Jim was fantastic. He took care of the activation and was quick to point out that if I had any problems, to come back and he would help me solve them. Again, I didnt buy the car from Audi Dayton or Jim. I went to my car to figure everything out and I was in there 5 mins, struggling. There was a knock on my window, it was Jim to see how I was getting on. I needed help. Jim jumped in and solved it. He left, again saying if I needed any more help, just to ask him. Once more, I didnt buy the car from Audi Dayton or Jim. Well, I played around a little more and ran into an issue setting up Audi connect. I went back inside and back to Jim. It was puzzling but he asked me to call Audi connect to figure it out. When I did, Jim took the phone and laid it all out for the person on the line. What I wanted and what I needed to do. I got everything solved in 15 mins. All thanks to Jim. For the final time, I didnt buy the car from Audi Dayton or Jim. Jim was just an incredibly kind guy with an exceptional sense of customer care. Next car I buy, I will be going to Jim.
I have taken my car twice for maintenance and am pleased with the customer service and how personable the service desk folks have been. They are helpful, courteous, and take care of the paperwork/payment steps efficiently. I also liked that there was a text notification for authorizing repair work when a diagnostic check identified that more work was needed on my vehicle. Im used to getting a phone call for something like this, but I typically struggle to answer personal calls while at work. The text message linked me to an online system I could use to quickly authorize it between tasks at work, which was nice!
Jim, David and Colin were wonderful to work with at Audi Dayton. The made the buying processing very easy and comfortable. I had good on-going communication with Jim right from the start. Colin was very thorough in explaining all the feature of my Q3. I definitely would recommend Audi Dayton to my friends and family. :)
Not so good. No communication. I had to call twice to find out what was going on. 8:45 drop off 5:30 pickup for an oil change. I bought a service package when I bought the car CPO. The only thing that’s been done on my service visits is oil changes and inspections. Huge waste of money. $1200 for the service package and I’ve gotten 3 oils changes, they cost about $200 each. Now that my service package is over I will not be going back to this dealer.
Nothing but great things to say about Tyler, Josh and the whole Audi service team at White allen euro group! They have been nothing short of great to work with and are always very professional, courteous and considerate.I have recommended them to many of my friends and family members.
I’ve always had customer service issues with this location, until this past month where getting a last minute loaner, not having my concerns dismissed, and overall timely / professional follow-up truly upheld everything encompassed by excellence. Honestly, it was a 360 degree turn around from feeling reluctant to even want to step foot in the service area, to being greeted and not met with negativity or rude, short remarks. Thank you Audi HR for finding a great service team I can assertively call engaging and competent.
Received a great deal on a great car! My salesman Tony Townsend had the deal done before I could blink an eye, and at the price I wanted. The car is perfect and was exactly what I was looking for. Finance department was top notch. Would absolutely do business with Tony at White Allen again!!
I took my Q5 for an error sign (Pre sense not working) They kept my car for2 days, No communication, . Most of the time when you call them NO ONE ANSWERS the phone or return your calls.on 3rd day theytold me it was due to a replacement wind shield and I should go back to Safelite. This was totally wrong as the problem was due to sensors out of alignment .This was diognised by another dealership. (Cincinnati)This is the worst dealership you can ever go, but since they are the only dealership in Dayton customers do not have a choice.I am going to sell this Car and get a Lexus..
I had my Audi A6 serviced at White Allen Audi on July 28. I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Tyler Wood, the service manager. He made the entire experience of turning in my vehicle, explaining the needed services, discussing the options available to me, and having a loaner vehicle ready for me both easy and efficient. In fact, he went the proverbial second mile to take care of some additional issues that I identified.Tyler clearly is very competent, efficient, and pleasant in his customer care. The quality of the service he provided was superior to what I have experienced before. Tyler is an asset to White Allen Audi. I hope he is there when I need services in the future.
Went in for a scheduled appointment asking the service manager to please preform the service as quickly as possible because I had a family emergency the entire team obviously worked hard to complete the service. I truly appreciate that they care about the individual as well as the service.
Bryan and team was very helpful as I made my first Audi purchase!! I did not feel pressured at all and was at the dealership for an hour! We took care most things over the phone and I had to do was sign… I highly recommend this dealership if your think of buying an Audi.
Scott Dempsey took care of us when buying our Audi Q5, he was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. I didn’t feel pressured; I felt like all of the Audi staff were friendly and supportive. The test driving, credit application process, technological overview of the automobile, and eventual buying process was streamlined, easy-to-understand, and painless. By far my best car buying experience hands down, would recommend White-Allen Audi in Dayton, OH to anyone!
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience getting an Audi from this dealer. From start to finish everyone was very friendly and helpful. Marcie was a great sales woman and was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them because they made my first experience getting a luxury car a memorable one. Grade A+
The dealership is a challenge to call as your calls go to voicemail the majority of the time and they are not returned in a timely fashion. Once the appointment was finally made I came to my appointment on time and had scheduled a loaner two weeks in advanced. When I arrived the young man was sharing a story with a coworker and did not acknowledge me until he had finished chatting. Once he acknowledged me he looked surprised that I was there and stated there were no loaners. I was not happy. Eventually they provided me a loaner that was dirty and full of crumbs. It was not cleaned at all much less sanitized for germs. We are still in covid!!! Spoke with manager he was helpful. Drop off and pick of loaner took almost an hour.
Great shopping and buying experience with Audi Dayton, and especially with Ashley Lobo. I could have purchased this exact car at a dealer 5 minutes from my home, but chose to drive an hour and a half to Audi Dayton because they made it clear my business was important to them. The buying process was easy and quick, and I was very impressed with the personal attention and great customer service - something you dont see much of anymore.
Chad made the selection process easy. David made the purchase process smooth and stress free. Colin helped me learn all the bells and whistles and patiently answered all my questions regarding my new Land Rover! Its clear they are all focused on customer service and I would encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to go there!
First time with this dealer, have them estimate the cost to replace my windshield. Once they did, they ordered the part and told me to wait until they receive it (usually will take 7-10 business days). Call back after two weeks, all the phone calls when straight to the voicemails; I leave multiple voicemails but never receive any phone call back. After numerous attempts, someone finally answered and said nothing was under my name 🤬. So, I give it a second try and waiting for a MONTH. Call to check on my part, same problems, when straight to voicemails. Eventually, someone answered and said my part arrived a couple of days ago which I never got any call from them to set up my appointment to get my car fix. After all, everything is good. Bring my car to the dealership today to get it to fix. I ask them multiple times, will it be done within today? Which I already asked when setting up the appointment. The young guys told me “yes” unless there Is something that occurs. So, when home and have my phone in my hand at all times just in case, they call when it is done. Wait until 5:30 in the afternoon and asked my bf to take me to eat ice cream near the dealership in the hope that they will call before 7 pm(closing time from Google). 10 minutes after 6 pm, I try again to call to see if the car was ready for pickup. The guys at the front desk told me the Audi Service is CLOSED. My bf and I decided to drive to the Audi service to see how my car and guess what, its completely DONE. At this point, I’m FURIOUS 🤬🤬🤬. This is a horrible Audi Service that has me leave a bad review that I never did before.
My vehicle had a recall. Scheduling appointment was easy. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told it would be 45 minutes. I was asked and said I would wait for that short of an appointment. When I arrived I was told it may be a bit longer, possibly closer to an hour. Unfortunately I waited 90 minutes, twice what I was originally told! I find it unacceptable for an appointment to take twice as long as being told. This was a recall appointment, not a “try to figure out what is wrong” appointment. The service employee was pleasant when I brought the car to the service department and when it was finally done. No employee came to me during my wait to update my vehicles delay.
I had a great experience at Audi Dayton with Matt Badger, the sales agent, and Brandon, the sales manager. They really care about earning your business and go out of the way to make the car buying process a pleasant experience. Despite having two Audi dealers a few minutes from the house in Cincinnati, it is worth the very brief drive to Audi Dayton and working with their team!
I Have very bad Experiences With Service with out going on details but I when back to fixed the issue. And I Recommend Tyler wood and Josh Neal. For doing whatever takes to work with me and get the issue taking care. So I just like to thank you so much again to Those two guys for Doing great job.
Service has always been prompt and easy. Unfortunately, I had a part ordered under warranty and no one contacted me that it arrived. An improved procedure has been implemented so this should not be an issue going forward. It’s nice to get a new car as a loaner when service is being completed!
We couldnt be happier with our experience at Audi Dayton. Nathan was extremely helpful and professional in helping make the purchase process probably the easiest and smoothest experience weve ever had. We purchased a used Q5, and wanted some maintenance addressed after the sale. Tyler in the service department was outstanding in understanding what needed to be done, and was very considerate of our timeframe. We would definitely recommend Audi Dayton -- top-notch customer service and professionalism!
Attentive to needs. GM always available and personable. Staff is fantastic and welcoming. Pricing is great and always will find a way to make it work. We will be getting our Porsche there this year. Love our Audi Q5.Maintenance Dept is great easy, honest and reliable. reliable.
I had looked for the exact vehicle I wanted for several months before finding it at Land Rover Dayton. Jim was very accommodating and easy to deal with throughout the buying process. We are very happy with our vehicle and would recommend Land Rover Dayton as well as Jim to anyone we know. We look forward to buying from them again in the future.
A very friendly and helpful staff. The sevice center is comprised entirely of knowledgeable and professional staff who are always a delight to interact with. The repairs and service are top-notch and importantly, below the already fair quote. On my last visit, they even detailed my high-mileage Audi, just to be nice. That kind of customer service is what separates them from other dealers - doing something nice for their customers, just because they are genuinely nice people. My wifes next car will be an Audi from White Allen, for sure.
Audi of Dayton ALWAYS takes amazing care of us. I have owned a lot of cars in my life but this is my first Audi. I NEVER expected the level of service we have received from White Allen European Auto Group, from sales to service and everything in between, the folks who take care of my beautiful convertible never let me down. Everyone in service really goes out of their way to make sure I have a loaner if my car has to stay overnight and they always perform the work to my satisfaction. I will never go anywhere else!
1. I called and asked for a warranty quote for an Audi S8 that I was buying at another location, but wanted to possibly purchase the warranty from the Dayton location where I live. Finance manager never called back.2. I purchased an Audi A8 two years ago from a dealer in Indianapolis. The turbo crashed a week after I had the car. I had it towed to Audi of Dayton. Service folks are rude and short.3. Whenever I try to get a courtesy car wash, there is NEVER anyone working and I usually stand around for 10-15 minutes before ASKING someone to assist me. It seems to be a hassle for whoever the person is - each time I go. By the way...it will be someone different each time because there is no assigned staff member.I am warning you, the service is awful and consistently awful.
Absolutely loved my experience with Audi Dayton, in particular Mark and Brandon. True professionals. Id talked to a dozen other dealerships when making this purchase, and was disheartened and disappointed with those experiences and the lack of professionalism I experienced at every one of them. Audi Dayton changed this. They listened, they responded, and they led the conversation with clear options and their best foot (feet?) forward. 100% transparency, clear, timely and accurate communication. Great deal. Couldnt be happier.
I have bought my last two Audis from this dealership. They seem to have ordered in cars in colors and with options you dont normally see and I like toys. Service is done at my local Audi dealership as this dealer is 1 1/2 hours away from me. Definitely worth the drive if you want something different.
I bought my first Audi, a 2012 Q5, from White Allen Euro in late 2011. The process of acquiring that vehicle was fine. I later ceased servicing my vehicle with the dealership after I had a series of issues including a failure to fasten the belly pan causing it to come loose on the highway, improper installation of a cabin filter, my receiving a safety check on a visit one week that showed everything was in good working order including brake pad life and getting a subsequent one 10 days and less than 100 miles later (they had to order a recall part) that suggested that I needed new brakes immediately. I lost faith in the service department at that time and started taking it elsewhere for service from then on.Earlier this week I decided it was time for a new vehicle and given that I live in Dayton and this is the sole Audi dealership in town I attempted to buy one there… I researched vehicle options online on Sunday, May 24th. The dealership was closed for Memorial Day on Monday 5/25 but I drove down to look at the cars on the lot. I sent an inquiry that afternoon using their web form indicating that I was interested in purchasing one of two specific vehicles on their lot (and included the vehicle stock numbers for their reference). I got an auto-response back saying that someone from your team would be in touch first thing the next morning.I did not hear from anyone Tuesday morning (5/26) so at 2:30 pm that afternoon I hopped on a chat session and chatted with one of their operators about being interested in the two cars. She indicated that she’d provide all of the info I’d shared with her with the sales team and someone would be in touch soon. The next morning (5/27) I still hadn’t heard from anyone so I called the dealership at 11:30 am. I told the woman that answered that I’d had a chat conversation about buying a car the previous day and wanted to make an appointment to come in. She said nothing (no thank you, please hold, etc.) and immediately transferred me to a line where I was on hold with music for about 5 minutes and then the line disconnected.I bought my new Q5 from Audi Connection in Cincinnati that afternoon. *They* were exceptional to deal with.Although I completed White Allen Euros web form, had a chat session with one of their team members and placed a call to the dealership, no one from the dealership has ever attempted to contact me. Its now been two weeks since I first reached out to them. Absolutely the worst service ever…
I have been servicing my Audi Q5 here for the 9 years of its lifetime and have been pleased wth the service......Today, I met the new service manager, Tyler Wood, who was very accommodating about my 75,000 mile checkup..... He explained what would be done wih my car.....and was warm and welcoming......The tech brought me the paperwork after the work was completed and explained what would need future attention - brake linings...My car looked brand new after a really nice car wash at the dealer......Thank you!
FANTASTIC dealership in Dayton O H I O !!! Ive bought 3 Audi vehicles here in the past few years and wouldnt consider ever going anyplace else. These PROS really know how to make a happy customer. Service department is top notch as well, Thanks Again, Ill always be back !!!!!
Fast and efficient service, each and every visit. Like most of you, weve taken our vehicles to many service departments over the years and have experienced the whole spectrum of customer service. At Audi Dayton, the customer service culture is alive and well, thank you. From the ease of making online appointments, to the greeting at checkin, to the waiting area. Everything is designed around the customer. Ive never had an issue with the work done on our Audi and everything has been explained before the work is started. If you have not yet visited Audi Dayton, do so. Youll be happy you did.
Maybe the sales side of this dealership is good but the service side is a running joke in the Audi community.I took my Audi to have the adaptive cruise control calibration done due to having the windshield replaced and getting an error after. The service advisor told me initially the camera on the windshield played no part in adaptive cruise control. Even though it is a pivotal component.....They said they did the calibration and the car was ready for pick up. I thought this meant the issue was fixed. I go there to pick up the car and pay than they pull the car around. As soon as I get in the car the error is showing on the dash... $440 later and they didn’t even fix the issue.I bring the car back to them a few weeks later to try and rectify the issue they say it requires an oem windshield and another calibration. Quoted me $2300Long story short I take the car to a different shop in Columbus they fix the issue no problem.I’m a little salty about being out $440 for nothing but that’s life I guess.
They scammed me. They sold me a 2011 A5 at $300 over Blue Book top dollar value, with a bad turbocharger. Only they didnt disclose the condition of the vehicle. They represented it as being absolute best used condition. $12,550 for a car worth $9,000.The Check Engine light came on ON THE WAY HOME. Now they want me to pay almost $1,500 to replace the turbo. They say theyre doing me a favor. B.S. They already made more money than they legally should be allowed to. And now they want more money! I already paid them over top dollar for the car.So shady. Not to mention they made me wait 3 hours to complete the purchase because they had Porsche buyers coming in to take delivery and theyre not the type of people that will wait. They treated me like a true 2nd rate citizen and put the screws to me.
I cant say enough positive things about this place! I had the recent misfortune to require Audi service in Dayton as my A4 broke down on I75. When I called the service dept., I was not given much hope for a speedy repair since they were apparently backed up for 2 weeks. But, since they are the only Audi dealer in Dayton and I am from out of town, I had my car towed there anyway and planned to grab a loaner and wait. Scott immediately diagnosed the problem and had me, with my car, back on the road in approximately 2 hours. During this time, I was given several status updates and made to feel like Scotts entire purpose in life was to see that my car was repaired - seriously. I highly recommend this service department and Scott for your Audi service and repairs.
Audi of Dayton is my dealer of choice even though there are 2 closer dealersScotty takes care of service and is very courteous and realistic. Since we live pretty far away, we always get a loaner do we dont have to wait and we dont have to rush the techs. I asked him about the dent removal procedure and he gave me great advice. I tried it on a door ding and it worked great..*** update **Took a5 cabriolet for minor recall. Audi says no voice commands in cabrio. Really? My guess is audi doesnt want complaints on bad voice commands with top down. Discussed with techs..yup. can you turn it on...yup. thanks..cool...I promised to never complain. Another happy event.
This service department is absolutely the BEST! Honest, professional technicians and superb customer service. Its easy to get an appointment and service is on time! BONUS: They offer loaner cars if you need one. When service is complete, they explain everything that was done. I wouldnt go anywhere else. (p.s. Ask for Scott! He always treats me like a valued customer)
REVISED REVIEW: (deducted a star for prior review experience) After an initial hiccup, in the beginning Mark and Don at Aldi of Dayton were fantastic. They took great care of me and helped me to get into a great car for a great deal. I would highly recommend White Allen for any of your car buying needs.
Received first rate customer service from Scott Witalis of the Audi service department. We were traveling from Toronto Canada to Tennessee and broke down on I75.We had the car towed into the dealership after hours on a Saturday evening and was lucky enough to have Scott come in on a Sunday afternoon to take our car in and ensure it had priority service for Monday morning to get us back on the road asap.Scott called us first thing Monday morning as promised with a diagnosis and let us know that he would do whatever was needed toquickly get us back on the road for Tuesday morning, and even worked out arrangements to have us picked up by a dealer shuttle to save on cab fair from the Dayton Airport.Very comforting service being from out of country. Scott turned a bad situation in to a good experience by looking after us and our car. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Audi Dayton. First class service for sure!
Very rude to my wife when I was deployed, She was trying to service my car and her fears came true. Very rude, I even ask for the Service Manager and left a message and never called. Audi Dayton, thats how you treat us servicemembers family during deployments, so unpatriotic!!!
I get it that I dont exactly look like I have the money for an Audi (Im 27 and look 21) but maybe the salesman shouldnt judge something like that at first glance. I came in to look at a new Q7 because my wife wants to upgrade from her Q5 and I got the strong feeling that the salesman didnt believe me. I might go in again and talk to someone different or I might just go back to the dealership I bought my Q5 from in V.A. Its a long drive but at least the guys there are polite and respectful.
My 73 year old mother went get her new key programmed for a 2004 Audi with 128,000 miles . They told her to “ let the car die It wasn’t worth fixing” after they charged her for the new key and to program it . The next day the sensors went off and the car wouldn’t start . This was an expensive lesson to learn from this shame of a dealership . Shame on them for taking advantage of a customer . Not a reputable business. BEWARE !!!!
This place is a joke. I made an appointment for 1 pm and dropped off the car to have them run a diagnostic and figure out what’s wrong with my car. I go to work and after two hours I don’t hear anything back from them so I call and no pick up. So I decide to go there and I find out that they haven’t even looked at my car!!!After two hours and making an appointment, all they can tell me is that they are backed up and that they have cars in since Monday that they haven’t worked on! Absolutely no remorse on the fact that I had to wait a week and half for the appointment and then they tell me to bring it back Monday .! They didn’t even offer to wave the $135 diagnostic fee if I brought it back next week.Bad service.
So earlier I posted. About me giving the cashier. $20.40 and not getting my change back. From my bill being $5.36 Which might change would have been $15 After speaking to the cashier for several minutes she assured me that the money was not in her drawer and I still thought that I had given her $20. I left the store thinking I was being cheated out of my money but after I got home and tore my wallet apart because the cashier was so assuring that her drawer was not over. I checked my wallet one last time and I found the $20 that I thought I gave to her crammed deep in the side pocket of my wallet. I am writing this review to retract the first one and to say through it all the cashier never got angry or upset for me insisting that I had given her more than I had. She responded to me the kindest way she knew how So for that. She deserves four stars.
I dont understand how this place sells any vehicles at all. I stopped by twice in the last year to order a TT RS and the sales people tell me every time that they would contact me when one is on the lot to test drive or to give me more specific pricing on one. Nobody ever calls, nobody ever follows up with anything. Due to the poor service I am also taking the servicing of my R8 to another shop. I will not support organizations that clearly do not follow their promises and follow up with customers as promised.
From the first day I walked into Audi to the day I drove home in a new Audi A5 everybody from salesman to manager were polite. Never felt pressured into buying anything. Since we live in a service world today I have to say Dayton Audi is number 1. Had an Audi in mid 80s and I am very thrilled to own another one. Matthew Griffin was my salesman and he was very professional in all matters.
Audi of Dayton is not deserving on even one star! I made a appointment which took two weeks for service only to pay over 500 for a oil change and cabin air filter. They proceeded to tell me that I have multiple things wrong with the car (bent tie rod, head gasket, valve cover gasket) that would be covered under the 30 day warranty that the dealer provided me with being a used out of state Audi dealership where I purchased my car. I attempted to contact Audi of Daytons service department on 9 occasions only to either be sent to voicemail with no return call or told that my paperwork or estimate would be emailed to me. Now my 30 day warranty is two days from being up and I cant get a appointment anywhere to have the car looked at again. Save yourself some time, money, and stress and take your business somewhere that actually cares and stands behind what they sell. If you dont have a suit or tie and or look the part of making good money the sales department will not even acknowledge your existence.
UPDATE:[ a noise while starting up was diagnosed in my report from Audi Dayton as timing chain and tensioner for 7500-8000 and something “that needs to be fixed” Just got back from Foreign Exchange in clearcreek to find out it was a missing bracket and bolt near the exhaust making the noise cheap fix. UPDATE]While getting my estimate to only diagnose problems they broke two things in my cars steering column and I’ve called 4 times each time with an excuse and that a manager would call me back. Oh for close to 300 diagnostics they were nice enough to hand me my keys back and tell me I have 2 nails in my tires.... I’ve offically given up with this company.
Bought 2013 Audi Q5 at this dealer brand new a few years ago (Ashley Lobo was the salesperson). Absolutely no issues with sales. Car on the other hand had constant water leaks from roof and other areas. However, most were fixed by this dealer under warranty. Now that warranty is over, took it in for a recall and had them look into a new leak under passenger compartment. Before handing them the keys, they never stated there would be a fee just to see whats wrong. When getting the keys back to the vehicle, the service manager stated that there was a $80+ charge just for having them look at the issue (they didnt even inspect the vehicle for a whole hour and this the 3rd or 4th time this vehicle had to be taken in for water leaks). Upon further review, they quoted me $300+ to fix the issue however, same issue on forums online showed that it cost other owners around $150 to fix this issue. Recommend this dealer for sales however not for service.
My husband attempted to go into the dealership to inquire about purchasing a new audi...he passed 2 sales people and 1 manager sitting in his office of which they all 3 looked at him but didnt acknowledge or approach him...their loss...will take our business to another dealership!

2022-01-14My experience with my salesperson when I purchased my Audi Q7 was less than memorable, but my recent experiences with both the Business Manager ( David), and Tyler in Service have been exemplary. Both have restored my confidence and faith that I made a good decision when I partnered/ bought from White Allen Audi. I typically buy new, maintain dealer provided service, and keep for 10-12 years, so I believe in true long-term partnerships.

2022-04-16ZERO STARS! Your Service Department is so UNPROFESSIONAL! Brought my car in for a recall. Kept my car over 24 hours. Never completed the recall. I was told that I would have to wait 30 minutes for the receipt!! Had to find out from the receipt why it wasnt completed. Never got a phone call about my car while it was there, nor would they answer the phone! I witnessed them ignoring a customer, one guy pretending to make a call while the phone next to him was ringing off the hook... BTW, they were expecting me to leave with out a receipt! But, the first thing they showed me when I returned for my car was needed repairs that total $6801.11! Tried to convince me to leave my car there. Said they would be glad to wash it, too! NOT WASHED! I left and called back to speak to a manager and of course got the runaround. He didnt know the managers number or extension. I should have read the previous review BEFORE I took my car here. Learned a lesson. Thank you Audi of Dayton!!

2022-02-17Service Dept working hard and is time sensitive to their customers. The recall took longer than expected and they were not happy that I had to wait longer than the letter said. The Service Dept discounted my routine service because of this without asking. They said, my wait time was not ok and they wanted me to know that they were concerned since Audi letter had stated a timeframe that was shorter. No loaner cars due to shortage but shuttle is available. Doing what they can, how best they can, it was much appreciated.

2022-04-12I had an oil change and multi-point inspection performed on my A4. My experience was very good. The waiting area was comfortable and quiet. The Service Manager was polite and informative. The car had been cleaned when I picked it up.

2022-07-11Have taken multiple Audis to the dealership for the past few years. The service department does a great job. They are extremely attentive and helpful when they explain issues to you. They do their best to get you back on the road quickly and provide detailed information on any present and future services they provide. If you own an Audi or are looking to own one on the future, Id highly suggest checking them out!

2022-04-21Great experience. Tim was terrific. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and efficient. The Audi that we bought was perfect for my needs. The entire experience was outstanding. I’ve bought over fifty cars in my long life and this experience was the best ever.

2022-07-11Extremely friendly services team. They even did some extra digging and found they were able to cover my service with warranty I didn’t know I still had. Shuttle service was included, which was a huge help and driver was great. Definitely recommend.

2022-06-02Simply wanted and oil change they ended up keeping my car over night didn’t detail the inside like said and washed last second before given to me, in turn making me miss a night at work and lose more money in that one night that the oils change cost, not to mention the gas prices right now but it’s there an we all see it, it not cheap that’s for sure. I will say the gentleman who washed my car this time around has done everything every time in his power to make it right or better to me. Didn’t catch his name but he’s the best one there by far.
