In May I purchased a 2018 A4 from Audi Bedford under the guidance of Max Duffy and couldnt be happier with the entire process. Because of both being out-of-state and this being in the heart of the pandemic shutdown, the process for buying the car was anything but standard. Max was extremely patient and responsive. He provided every detail I asked for, worked with me on understanding the process for an out-of-state purchase, and was extremely flexible as our plans changed on how to get the car. Audi Bedford made the process to trade in my current Audi easy and predictable and guided us through the Audi Care, financing and purchasing process ensuring we landed at the best place with the various options. The car was a hard to find manual transmission and was in absolute perfect condition. I had been searching for this model for a long time and the process and experience to get it was perfect thanks to Max and Audi Bedford!

Needed to update this review because after multiple solid service experiences at Audi Beford, I actually went forward and purchased a used Audi from the dealership as well. The sales experience was positive, and the sales team was extremely supportive. Mike & Christian on the sale side and Saad on the finance side were great to work with – they were knowledgeable, patient and helpful, they took what I needed and wanted into consideration. Very positive experience and I will return for future car purchases. I would highly recommend them to anyone.[original post - still very true about the service shop]:Great service! I went in for a software update that was quoted as a 1 hour repair and ended up waiting for about 3 hours. The staff was apologetic but if was a system issue and not theirs. Please moving forward have accurate service times. Also they were trying to hurry and didn’t wash my car.
Audi of Bedford, as always, performed maintenance on my vehicle without incident. The dealer reminded me of my appointment; greeted me with a friendly and courteous service provider; and completed my service in a timely fashion. I do not know what more you can ask for from a dealer.
Service personnel were very friendly. They were also very knowledgeable and operated in a professional efficient manner. They listened to my requested service items and put them into the service order along with a couple of their own suggestions. My tire tread wear was at a level that the tires needed replacing. Ben made a recommendation to me coupled with his reasons for his particular tire selection. It made sense to me so I went with his recommendation. Following the installation of the new all-season tires on my 2018 Audi SQ5, I did a three day cross country drive. Ben was indeed correct on why these tires would be good for my Audi. The Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4 XL 255/40ZR21 102Y were terrific. They were quieter than the previous Pirelli ties. Just as Ben said, I would experience improved handling with these Michelin’s because they had a higher rating better suited to my SQ5. Once again I felt well served by the service department personnel at Audi Bedford.
Great experience dealing with Audi Bedford. Joe Mannarino made the experience super smooth. As I was coming from different state, Joe sent me videos, pictures of the car, provided all information I requested, got me approved for financing. The day of pick up, he had all paperwork and car ready for me, took a hour to finalize the deal.Can’t recommend more Audi Bedford and Joe Mannarino who helped me from A to Z. I would definitely come again to buy another car from them, A service and very customers oriented mindset.Thanks
Too bad there are not six stars available. Three years ago I bought a new 2015 Audi RS5 from Bedford Audi. The experience then was so wonderful I bought the manager and my salesman, each a case of beer.Now the dealership is under new ownership and I am selling the car to a private party. Although there was no financial incentive and I am not purchasing a new car at this time. I was welcomed to visit the Finance Manager, Dalton Lindesmith quickly and with respect. He arranged all the paper work for the transfer to the new owner as well as the warrenties. Further, a service representative came out to my car to disable the Homelink Garage door opener. Im waiting to see what the 2019 Audi 8 series looks like. If I buy, I definitely will go back to Audi Bedford !
I recently bought a 2018 Audi Q3 from Bedford Audi. My experience was excellent. My salesman Josh was very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. I never once felt pressured to buy which was a good feeling compared to past experiences at different dealers. The entire process went smoothly. I would highly recommend this dealer for anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle
My vehicle was returned to me with more dirt on it than when I dropped it off which took me by surprise considering a complimentary wash is included in my Audi Care package. Everyone was very polite but the condition of my car including the seat adjustments made me question the integrity of the “inspection” which wasn’t reviewed with me by the service representative. Again the gentleman was very polite but the service itself was disappointing. I live within 4 miles of this dealership but I’m willing to make a drive for better service. With my vehicle being fully electric and fast chargers being sparse a charge would’ve been helpful.
I was looking for a car for my son and when I thought of Audi I went to Audi of Bedford since I bought my A8 from there!William is a great salesman he is helpful knowledgeable and patient!Becky who sold me my car is in finance now treated us with utmost respect and was very friendly!It was hard to find the right car for my son but at the end we found him the right one!All the Audi team at Bedford were very helpful and professional!If anyone is looking for an Audi I highly recommend Audi of Bedford!
I was very impressed with the service I received from each and every staff member at Audi Bedford. They truly provided a red carpet experience for me as a client! William Woods was the perfect sales consultant for me... I do not like to be accosted when deciding on major purchase and he provided the information needed as well as made himself readily available. But most important (to me), me gave me space needed without harassing me... A-1 service all around!!!
I just moved back to Cleveland from NYC and I needed a car ASAP. Derek was a huge help getting a used A4 touched up and into my hands quickly. He gave me an awesome deal on a really great car (and I’m a car guy, I know what I was getting). My family has been using this dealer for probably over 25 years with multiple Audi’s.
I had such a great experience working with Audi Bedford! I walked in without an appointment and within minutes I was test driving the car I went there to look at. I ended up loving the car and had trade in quotes and financing set up within one hour. I have also gotten so many compliments on my new 2021 Q3! Great Experience at Audi Bedford, we worked with Derek Pickle to get a brand new 2018 Silver Audi Q5 on 3/10/18. He made it very easy from pricing to delivery the dealership was very accommodating. Without hesitation I would recommend them if you are in the market for any Audi Vehicle. An outstanding experience with Audi Bedford! They had my car parts ordered fixed and returned all within two days, while also giving me a 2021 Q5 as a loaner vehicle. When I couldnt make it back to the store site in time they sent my vehicle back and helped me transfer over items that I had been carrying. Total care and service from their department. I truly appreciate the growing relationship with the Audi of America family.
Out of state buyers be aware when purchasing preowned vehicles!!. Not all equipment present as advertised on the website. In my case, the front 641$ two piece -license plate bracket wasnt. Cash purchased a certified 2017 A7 Prestige with 20k miles. Unfortunately noticed missing equipment after bringing it home. Contacted sales person Andy and was told to check for presence in the trunk. No bracket still. Contacted Audi Bedford sales manager Jim afterwards, to be told that they are not responsible for stuff listed online and not being there, reminded of all previously signed disclosures. Unpleasant attitude leaves me discouraged and little disappointed with this particulate purchase. Also, 45 days wait for the title to arrive? As soon as you leave this place you might be on our own ... Other then that, cars in perfect mechanical condition as described, no discrepancies there. Would not recommencement purchasing Audi from them.
Awesome experience - took test drive, got quotes on two trade ins, and negotiated price all within an hour after sitting in a rival dealership for over two hours and never received a trade in quote. All employees of this dealership were extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend Audi of Bedford!
Working with Josh Kravanis was the best experience I couldve asked for. For me, it wasnt the feeling of a buyer working with a sales person.He made sure that I truly considered what options were best for me especially the ones that I wouldnt have thought of myself. He was very professional, and provided me with the help and ease in getting into a new Audi Q5 and driving it around on a test drive! Josh brings a refreshing approach to the experience of buying a car. There is a reason Josh is so good at what he does! This was our first time purchasing a premium brand car. Derek Pickle was great to work with as we traveled from Pittsburgh to purchase with him. He was prompt with communicating with us, and was able to get us the exact price we wanted to pay. Their price was close to $150 cheaper a month than what we were quoted here in Pittsburgh for the same Q5, and their inventory was WAY more than back home. The dealership experience was great. He went over the car thoroughly with my wife while I signed the digital papers (so cool!). They had us in and out in under an hour. We will definitely recommend Audi Bedford, and Derek to anyone looking for an Audi and we will be back when my lease is up.
Be careful buying a used vehicle at Audi of Bedford and have it thoroughly checked by a mechanic. We have had nothing but problems with the vehicle we purchased at Audi of Bedford and a sorry about your luck attitude from the dealership. Very disappointed with this dealership not standing behind their vehicle. We were told it went through a thorough inspection by their own mechanics otherwise it wouldn’t be on the lot for sale. They thought it was good enough to sell on their lot it shouldn’t have as many problems as we’ve encountered. Thousands of dollars in repairs within the first few weeks of ownership. We’ve had it about a month now and it literally has been in the shop more than we’ve been able to drive it. We’ve only put around a 100 miles on the vehicle. BUYER BEWARE!!!
I joined the Audi Family after years of being a Mazda driver. I purchased a pre-owned Audi A4 from Derek, Zack, and their team. Everyone there impressed me at every step of the process. At no point did feel any less important than someone buying a new car. I was treated especially well and I am incredibly happy with everything they did for me.From the very first contact, they promptly responded to every email or voicemail. They provided video walkthroughs of the car to inform me of what to expect before my visit. When I arrived they gave me a quick tour of the facility and brought the car around. I was able to test drive with their newest employee, Christian, who was very knowledgable and happy to help me learn the features of the car.Thanks to the great rapport with Derek, I felt comfortable putting money down to hold the car later that same day. They were very accommodating to giving me time to get my finances in order that week.Upon returning to seal the deal, I was greeted warmly like a friend and quickly was able to sign documents to purchase. The whole event took less than an hour and I was able to drive away in my freshly washed and detailed A4. They made it shine!In short, this was the single easiest and the most positive car purchasing experience I have ever had. Audi of Bedford is great, their team is top-notch, and I cannot recommend them enough. Ill be back when Im ready for the next Audi!
I absolutely love the A6 I leased. The sales team answered every question, and then some for me. Joe Mannarino, my sales rep, showed me features on the car I’d of never thought of. The family feel you get when you walk into Audi Bedford can not be manufactured and I will never buy a car anywhere else. I look forward to my next lease with Joe and the whole team over there.
We searched around for a couple of weeks before we ran across Audi of Bedford and their deals. We found our dream car on their lot, so I contacted Derek Pickle and arranged for a test drive and information meeting. Derek was very professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Derek was able to answer all our questions about the Q7 we were looking at.After my test drive, Derek and I sat down and he was able to answer any more questions I had. Derek was never pushy or trying to make the deal happen at that moment. I felt very at ease dealing with Derek.I left Audi of Bedford the first night after just 50 mins of talking with Derek. I was able to put a deposit on the Q7 that night. I was contacted by Derek the next morning by 1030am when he informed me that the car would be able to be picked that afternoon.We showed up at 545pm to sign paperwork and were leaving by 630pm with our dream car the Q7. Bedford Audi provided to me an absolutely wonderful service experience. I have used their services many times and they have always performed well. However, this last service was absolutely remarkable! I arrived at the dealership a bit late. I went to pick up my auto after a routine service but failed to arrange after hours pick up. The salesperson treated me (maintenance had recently left) and when I told him what I needed, he immediate called Anthoney, my service consultant, who immediately turned around and came back to the dealership to arrange for me to pick up my car. Amazing!!! That’s unbelievable caring service! Thank you guys. Your help is so very much appreciated. Anthoney, superb job. I really appreciate your caring service.
We were traveling with our 2017 A6. Using our laptop for reservations. Really a necessity for a long road trip. The DC to AC converter started to fail. The first Audi dealer was too busy and wouldnt see us for 10 days! Audi Bedford said come back tomorrow. We did. An hour later we were on our way. $186. It was a fuse! That cost plus the overnight at the motel seemed like money well spent. Until down the road we learned that their fix didnt fix the problem. A nice try but ultimate a total failure. To their credit the effort was noble but the patient died.
We were very pleased with our experience at Audi of Bedford, especially working with Joe M. He was sincere and informative, and we did not feel pressured into a decision at any point. Excellent customer service all around—we highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Audi!
First let me start off by saying that I am a US Army Vet and I come home from deployment, wanting to buy a nice car from Audi Bedford. I have had the worse experience I have ever encountered when buying a vehicle.Saad was the only professional person I talked to. Outside of that, it was all bad.First, I bought a car for $40,000 with no Military discount after asking several times. I was told no discounts on used cars.2nd, I guess because I bought the car from out of state. I was not offered any warranty. I was told the car had a drive test and was deemed good with no problems.When the car shows up at my house. I watched the guy take it off the ramp on the back of a truck. As the driver turned the wheels once off the truck, the car is making a grinding sound only when the wheels are turned. I cant tell if its front wheel tie rods or drive train.Dealership told me nothing was wrong with the car. I have been trying to get in contact with the salesman since I purchased the car. No one is willing to help out. Its sad how these car dealerships due us. Now I cant get a hold of anyone and I dont know what to do with the car.To all my Military family and friends, I do not recommend this place at all. The people are nice at first, but its about getting money and not supporting the customer. I doubt, I will ever hear from them again. Put Audi Bedford on the banned list!!!
I recently purchased a Q& from Audi Bedford and worked with Derek Pickle- the best car buying experience of my life (Im 64). Derek was tremendously responsive, knowledgeable and very patient with my questions. I would not hesitate to work with him again when I am in the market for another vehicle and recommend him to anyone in the market. As an aside, the entire staff with whom I worked were respectful, polished, professional and very competent.

Brand new vehicle, tires out of balance causing vibration. The dealer close (Middleburg Heights) to me told me they rebalanced them and sent me home. But it would still vibrate. Two weeks later I stopped by again and this time I was told thats normal. That this is a relatively small sports car with a stiff suspension, low profile tires(21 A5 - 245/40R18), I am using dynamic mode....So I figure to try a second opinion at Bedford, where I purchased....Jason the service manager, drove the car himself, confirmed the symptoms, told me it should be a simple fix, scheduled me a week later, gave me a loaner and fixed it.If you had a bad experience elsewhere like I did, Id suggest trying the Bedford guys. Honest and friendly is what comes to mind
I worked with Derek Pickle in an out of state sale and he couldnt have been better at actually describing exactly what the car is. In fact, it showed up and its better then I thought it would be. There has been 1 time in my life that I have purchased a vehicle in state. The rest have been out of state sales and this experience was 110% the best and leaps and bounds over the rest. Usually you expect the vehicle to disappoint to some extent and like I said that vehicle far exceeds my expectations. Derek was expectational. I worked with Derek Pickle on the purchase of a used vehicle. I asked a few questions about the car before arranging to drive 3 hours to buy it, and Derek offered to get the car cleaned up so he could take detailed videos of the interior and exterior of the car. When we arrived at Audi of Bedford, Derek greeted us and was great to work with. He even drove his personal vehicle to Hertz to pick me up after dropping off a rental car. The finance department wasnt pushy to get us to add a bunch of unnecessary things and were very accommodating with a miscommunication on my part. I wouldnt hesitate to buy another car from Derek and Audi of Bedford.

Purchased a pre-owned car that found from an internet search. As an out of state buyer, I requested extensive videos to ensure the vehicle was indeed in great condition. Our sales person, Will Woods, didn’t hesitate to ensure I received all information quickly, dealt with my seemingly unending questions via text and email, and helped to speed up our time in the dealership so we could get on the road home.I have worked with other dealerships for long distance vehicle purchase, and Audi Bedford stands above most others. Andrew Marson was great to work with. Great customer service! Transaction took place mostly over the phone, but he still gave me on on one attention while at the dealership and went the extra mile even to pick me up from my hotel, put new batteries in the remotes for me, etc. Great car! He took time to find us the right vehicle (Q5) for my wife Nancy. Each and every guest has a particular set of circumstances, and ours was very unusual. This didnt phase Andrew a bit. Service was good but not excellent. When I pulled in there was no greeting, I didnt know what I was supposed to do, wait in the car or get out. Finally I got our and approached one of the reps, not once did they ask may I help you. Lack of making the customer feel comfortable.The rep was nice and appeared to know his job.I was surprised that there was no complimentary car wash, which was a standard at other Audi dealerships that I frequented.I rated 4 stars because my car was ready sooner than 2 hours.Thanks!
Derek was friendly, informative, and answered all of my questions. I have had many car buying experiences. Most of them have been frustrating - too much pressure to buy, too many people involved, disregarding me and speaking directly to my husband, and many more. Derek exhibited none of those behaviors. He has since followed up to see if I have any questions. Derek reminded me that our car buying relationship is not over and that he will assist in answering any questions.The other people involved in our experience were kind and professional.So far, I am very pleased with my purchase (Q5).
I found the car I was looking for on cars.com, I got additional detail on the Audi of Bedford site. I filled out the information and offer form. Rodney called the next morning. We set up a time to test drive the vehicle. Rodney addressed all of my concerns and we came to a price agreement base on addressing some issues. I test drove the car again and completed the deal. Rodney was great to work with and I will definitely recommend him and Audi of Bedford.
My wife and I were largely ignored at the Acura and Mercedes dealerships. Derek Pickle treated us seriously and with respect from the beginning. He understood and gave us time to perform our vehicle search without pressure. In the end it took several months before we made our decision (exacerbated by Covid). We choose to order one and that was delayed and took almost 5 months to receive. However Derek, worked with us and continued to communicate throughout the process by phone and via email. In the end I couldnt be happier.
Had a wonderful car buying experience with the sales team as well as the finance team. I truly felt like part of the Audi family. My vehicle was certified and I kept experiencing the same issue that the service department was unable to diagnose. One the certified warranty expired, the issue got worse and this time the service department was able to find out what was happening. Originally, they were very kind and covered it under warranty since it had begun while the car was still under warranty. However, two weeks later, I began experiencing an issue that I was under the impression was fixed. Upon speaking with the service manager, he was blatantly rude and extremely unprofessional. I was quite surprised at how quickly our conversation took a turn for the worse and how I was asked what else I wanted for free? I expected nothing for free as I just wanted the issue fixed that I had taken it to the service department for to begin with a year prior and while it was still covered under warranty. I am still questioning how he could possibly be a manager, let alone a manager of a service department if that is how he speaks to customers. I reached out to the General Manager of the dealership to inform him about, both, the wonderful experiences I had with the sales and finance team, as well as this issue with the service manager. The email was sent weeks ago and havent heard any response, which reflects very poorly on the dealerships customer service and want for retaining customers. Needless to say, i have cut ties with Audi Bedford because even though the sales team was amazing, a vehicle will always need service of some kind, whether it be a simple oil change or something else. In return, if you take it to this dealership, you will be dealing with the service manager in some capacity and why take the chance of being treated awful. There is another Audi Dealership (Cascade) about 30 minutes south of this one that comes highly recommended for both service and sales.Update: Mr. McCarley, you must not take your reviews as serious as you speak of in your comment below. After your response, I once again, emailed you and have yet to hear from you. That was well over a month ago.
Excellent customer service/service teams, during our past visit we were able to schedule a routine oil change in a timely fashion. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Connor, our advisor reviewed the entire inspection, answering all my questions in detail accompanied by a couple recommendations. We’ll definitely recommend our family and friends to this dealership.
Purchased my S6 from them in 2020. Sales experience was perfectly acceptable and about on par with other dealers. However, there service department is a joke. After the last warranty repair I got my car back with loose bolts, a wiring harness misrouted and laying across the hot exhaust manifold, and an electronic module left dangling from the wiring harness. Okay, fine. Mistakes happen. But thats not the worst part. Their service advisors dont even return phone calls or emails. I tried for weeks to schedule a time to have another issue repaired. Multiple voicemail were never returned. Emailed one or the service advisors and never heard back. Called and spoke with the receptionist who promised to have someone call me back and nobody has for 5 days.If you guys dont want my business, you could have just told me and saved me a lot of time.
It was a great pleasant experience. The staff are always prompt and nice. The vibrations are good feeling and I could sit there for service for hours. The quality of the work is always worth it. Everything is always right and professional. So for those who rather get service for less you be better off getting the best quality the first time.

Last weekend I bought an A3 Quattro at Audi of Bedford after some research online. I was connected with Max Duffy, who sent me a video tour of the exact car I submitted an inquiry about online.Every one at the dealer was welcoming and friendly, they gave me a great trade-in for my old car, the purchase / lease options were clear explained to me. They were even able to transfer my license plate.Max spent over an hour showing me how to use the technology AFTER I had already bought the car. Never felt pressured or that I wasn’t getting a good deal. A week later, I absolutely love my car. Highly recommend Audi of Bedford and will definitely be a repeat customer.Update: Had an enormous pot hole on our lovely Cleveland streets destroy my right front tire and wheel. Was able to make an appointment with the service center that evening for the next day. Tire and wheel were replaced in a little over an hour, car washed. Service advisor (Anthony) was friendly, honest and kept me updated on the work. Work was flawless. Highly highly recommend for service and if you’re interested in an Audi.

Audi Bedford has been an extraordinarily professional and caring service provider for our family for years. I made the mistake of using a quick-type oil change service a couple years ago, and their lack of Audi service knowledge caused damage and an oil leak. I took the car to Audi Bedford, and they not only fixed the damage, they did not charge me. Have not even considered anywhere else for our Audi’s service since.

Usually get a clean car back, machine was down so no clean car. That I understand. Was disappointed that the grease used to help put on new tires was loaded on rims and not wiped off. Also had low pressure alarm go off otw home. Had to check all four tires and reset. Not typical of their service.

I have just started the 3rd year of my lease from Audi of Bedford and their service department has consistently been pathetic, disappointing and disrespectful of my time. Last week, I made an appointment to have the car picked up for service and no one showed up this morning for the appointment which ultimately made my wife late for work. Again.Unfortunately, this exact situation happened the last time I had service scheduled as well. In fact, they no-showed on 3 separate occasions before I had to call the sales team, who personally came to pick up the car for servicing.This morning when I called 30 min after my scheduled valet time, they claimed I was supposed to bring the car in for service. My teenage daughter was present at the dealership when I made this particular appointment last week and confirmed that I specifically had requested valet for the car.I have experienced other luxury car dealerships and I can confirm that my experience at Audi of Bedford is significantly sub par and leaves a lot to be desired!!

The Finance Manager provided a thoroughly open and honest dialogue about the benefits and utility of the various optional service and warranty add-ons. Audi Bedfords service was excellent. Unlike far too many automobile repair businesses, they dont try to get you to authorize repair work that doesnt need to be undertaken. My car was given a clean bill of health and a free car wash to boot! Moreover, Audi Bedford had provided with a coupon; so the inspection was free. I highly recommend them.
I recently purchased a used Q5 with Andy as my salesperson. He was patient and not pushy which I appreciated. I looked at the car 1-2 months prior to buying as was not yet sure what I wanted and had some travel planned which took me away from home. Andy called and checked to see if he could help and sent one other email again making himself available. Neither outreach was pushy or annoying. While working with him he was pleasant and seemed genuine in his interest to help match me with a vehicle. He even remembered that my daughter liked the donuts from out first visit and sent me home with donuts for her. The sales manager was nice. Not much price flexibility though. The finance person was easy to deal with and explained everything well. I would recommend the dealership and would certainly purchase from Andy again.
Its been a few months since I purchased a certified Audi for my daughter (Wedding Gift) As an SVP and dept head at one of the countries major banking corps, I have to say this was the most professional, streamlined and the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever experienced. We recently changed our wheels on our Audi and had some modules replaced on the car, and I had called in to schedule a service appt. for just regular routine maintenance and to program the new tpms modules and to make sure and program the new modules we had installed. Spoke to some young lady who told me that because Audi of Bedford did not do any work to our car they wouldnt be able to do any programming. Then i spoke to Anthony in the service department and he told me that they want to charge me for diagnostic first before doing any programming. This is my 5th Audi and I always was able to make the final decision on what work is done on my car, but here at Bedford they treat it like a specialty shop and not like the Audi dealer that they are. Dealers like this I can not trust because i can tell its about the money that about the customer.
Watch your money. They will nickel and dime you for every penny. They throw junk fees on everyone’s service. Based upon the $10.65 they charge for everyone they’re making extra thousands of dollars per month. They do not disclose this fee when you walk in. We were initially quoted 45 minutes for an oil change and were told that if They needed the qseven any longer that they would get back to us with a loaner car. After waiting patiently and quietly for 55 minutes I went up to find that they need the car for the whole day. I would’ve really appreciated being notified in the first 10 or 15 minutes like the service advisor told me me. So in summary, they overcharge you, they don’t do what they say they’re going to do. I will definitely try how do you have mentor instead. FYI same owner but better staff.
I worked with Rodney and he really made this purchase smooth, I am out of state customer so I asked a third party to do a pre-purchase inspection and Rodney facilities this and made it easy then when I came down to Ohaio he helped me return my rental vehicle. Saad from the finance department also contribute to make this process as smooth as possible. My overall experience was positive and would recommend this dealer.

I scheduled an appointment to have the air bag recall taken care of on my Audi. It is very helpful to me to have the valet service, as we live an hour away. My car was picked up at my place of business and then returned to my home when the service call was completed. It was very convenient and I appreciate the great service I received.

This was the best car buying experience I could have imagined. Being out of state, I was nervous about driving two hours to the dealership based on pictures alone. Due to the rarity of this vehicle it gained a decent amount of attention from enthusiasts and Sarina promptly notified me when another prospective buyer(s) were seeking to make a deposit on this car. She very quickly sent me the information for a deposit and a purchase agreement to sign to ensure I secured the vehicle. After driving nearly 1,000 miles to pickup the car I was warmly greeted by all the staff and made myself and my dog feel welcome. Sarina assisted me in dropping off the rental car I drove and took me for a ride in a SQ5 while I waited. Five days after purchase I received a handwritten card from Sarina thanking me for my time and business.This is by far the most professional, courteous and personable automotive dealer Ive dealt with. Leased the 2018 Audi Q5 for my company car. The dealership and sales guy were great. However, when trying to deal with Audi Financial just to assist with payment status, updates and info it was a nightmare, nobody answers, no return emails etc. Audi Bedford, Financial Manager Richard Luklan took his time to reach out on my behalf and get what i needed done same day no hassle.
I just took delivery of my new Audi RS5. Dalton Lindesmith did my finance paperwork and he was awesome to work with. He took care of the deal very quickly and made everything so easy to understand. George, the salesman was the main reason I went up to Bedford Audi. He put so much time and effort to get me the deal I wanted that I could not believe. Id like to say a few things about Audi Bedford; I recently bought a used vehicle there two weeks ago. After seeing the SUV online I was invited by Derek Pickle to come in and see it up close. I liked the car right away, but I knew I wasnt going to be an easy customer, I had some issues. Retired guy, fixed income, not a huge down payment available, and a less than stellar credit rating. So my salesman, Rodney Brown, sat me down and we discussed what I thought I could afford per month, etc. That guy worked all morning and came back with a deal that was within $6 a month of what wed discussed earlier, I was really blown away. At Audi Bedford it was pretty obvious that it doesnt matter whether youre there to buy a used car or a new $60,000 Audi, these people treat every customer with the same diligent care and respect you really dont see a lot of. Theres a million car dealers in the Cleveland metro; but if youre thinking about a new or used car, definitely think about Audi Bedford, you wont be disappointed. My experience with Audi of Bedford was exceptional, primarily because of the hard work of Andy Marson. Selecting an Audi was an easy decision. But working with Andy made it a simply terrific experience. Andy has terrific product knowledge, was attentive to my concerns and made the whole process easy. If you are going to look at an Audi the be certain to ask for Andy. You wont be disappointed. He is the best Ive ever work with.
We were told it would only take 1 hour for service so we waited. After 3 hours we were told it would be another hour . After 4 hours we were then told the car needed something else done and it was another 2 1/2 hours. Then when we picked up the car the wheels were filthy and I asked if they could clean them so they spent all of 30 seconds wiping half the black dust off. The work was done accurately but there seems to be a customer service problem here. We have used other Audi service dealers and this one is not any where near what I have been used to.
This is my second purchase at this dealership. Andy (Andrew Marson), the salesman was great. Took his time answering all of my questions via email as this was more convenient for me at the time. Based on his information, I knew exactly which car I wanted to buy.Agreed for me to be there at 3:30. When I arrived, the car was perfectly cleaned and in the showroom, ready for me to test drive. The trade-in process was smooth. He did all the work, showing me how to operated every little button on the car. Nick, the finance guy, was also great. Knew his job well and soared through the gobs of papers! Came home the same day with my new car!

I took my 2014 A4 in to Audi Bedford for service and was offered a great trade in value. I upgraded to an Allroad that is completely loaded with tons of features at a terrific price. The entire experience was very professional and I was out the door in a few hours. A bit of follow up was needed with the license plates and all weather mats and all was taken care of in a timely and professional manner.I love my new car!

Worked with us on the price of the car without pressure. Worked with us for over an hour on trying to get a hitch put on, which could not be done. Very pleased with Andrew M., would certainly use him again and would certainly recommend him.
One of the Best Buying experiences I have had at a dealership. Erika my sales person was very professional and courteous, she answered every question I had through emails (which were several) and my visit once I came out to the dealership. BTW every staff member treated me the same way. Awesome.. I will not hesitate to purchase from Audi of Bedford again.

2022-04-26Purchased a brand new Audi rsq8 from here. But customer service has been terrible! First thing is I paid over $150k for this vehicle. I get to the dealership and I surprise my wife with the vehicle then after that they tell me I’m only getting one key. One key on a $150k brand new vehicle. This is after I already surprised my wife with the car. So j couldn’t refuse the vehicle. They made it seem like I’d have the key within a week or 2. Never happened. So I contact Audi customer service to get my key. They tell me my key is ready and to Take it to the dealership to get my Key. Ok. I contact the dealership and can’t get a hold of anyone in the service department for 2 days. Finally after arguing with some of the staff someone finally calls me. Tells me it would be over a month before they can schedule me.Second issue. They ceramic coat the vehicle and charge me $1k for this service that I did not request and they did not disclose with me before I purchased the vehicle. So after when we’re signing the papers they tell me about tue ceramic coat. But at this time I cannot cancel. I already surprised my wife with the vehicle. I can’t take it back. Needless to say I will never do business here again. Terrible customer service. These people do not care for their customers. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any dealership. And I’ve been to Many. I buy a lot of Cars. 2 a year at least.Never again!

2022-06-28Originally I gave this dealership great reviews. When I purchased the car full price without needing a loan they were great!!! But once the deal was done and waited on the tags that did not go smoothly. They wanted more money and were not timely. When issues arose with the vehicle they were no longer as helpful. All the great reviews I gave immediately seem way too early. Bummer!!!

2021-12-20I recently purchased a 2015 Mini Cooper for my wife from Audi of Bedford.This was her dream car, a Red, 6 speed, all wheel drive Mini Cooper.I have a Very Busy schedule so I told the Dealership to have all the paperwork ready as soon as I get there.The car was ready, paperwork took a little while but not bad.When we were looking at the car I asked the salesman if it went through an inspection. He Said Yes, a 101 point inspection, Shes All ready for the road.My wife drove to Columbus for work that eveningCame home then drove to pick up Christmas presents.She called me stranded on the side of I76 in the 28 degree weather.I had the car towed to the dealership so they could do the right thing and fix it.They told me it needs a $3,300 clutch.I am definitely not happy with the dealership and unless they make it right I will NEVER RECOMMEND Audi of Bedford to any of the thousands of people I know.

2022-02-04Bought an S3 out of state, Im in my.. although everyone was friendly communication was poor. I had inquired about getting rims refinished no response was given until I received an invoice for getting the wheels done.. wheels came out terrible for the price 2 weeks later still waiting for refund.. havent received a copy of the contract that I requested. 1 week of owning the car it needs 4 coil packs (500 dollars) at local audi. Tires are all uneven wear I had requested their service dept. To give the car a run through prior to delivery and I just never got a response. Happy with the purchase just hope I have good luck with the car because I feel they absolutely just cut their ties with me once papers were signed..

2022-01-31Thank you Mike Huglin and team for one of the smoothest transactions Ive ever encountered! From the moment I called the dealership, I was transferred to Mike promptly. Told him my situation, that I was looking for an RSQ8 for my wife to keep at our home in CLE. He was straight to the point and said he has a brand new one that scheduled for production in the coming weeks, and is still available. We exchanged information, he the sent over the specs on the truck.I was able to verify it was what my wife was looking for, as weve had an RSQ8 before, so we didnt want to miss out on some of the options.I communicated with Mike directly to secure the vehicle via deposit.While the vehicle was being produced, Mike was giving me weekly updates every single Monday morning (like clock work, literally). It was the best experience I couldve asked for, and I own quite a few vehicles as is, and continue to add to my collection always, so I deal with many (bad) sales associates every year (maybe 1 or so every often as honest and thorough as Mike).Luckily, the RSQ8 arrived earlier than expected. Im not sure who was more excited, Mike or myself? Haha.Delivery went smooth.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & ASK FOR MIKE HUGLIN next time you are looking to purchase another vehicle from this store.

2022-06-28Service Department here is very hit or miss. I have had my Audi serviced here in the past without issues. Today was a different story. They will kick you out of the dealership if they have too many people waiting even you you have a scheduled appointment, like I did. Once they have made you leave, your car loses its place in line for service. They dont tell you this so once you come back, well after the quoted time frame, you then learn they havent touched your car and its your own fault for leaving, which causes you to lose your spot in line. Their solution for their lack of communication and disregard for the customer? Suggest I take my car back without any work done to it, and reschedule a month down the road. I wont be back
