Now I do not have any record on my driving. He charges very reasonable amount of fees and within 12 days he have got a court date and settled my case. I recently had an accusation against me from previous employment. My supervisor with out verbally claiming she was accusing me of theft accused me of theft with no PROOF.Andrew heard out the situation patiently and I was afraid of what the next step from my employers was going to be.He stated that if my commander was not certain on the accusation an that the likely hood of her going above him to police that I should have nothing to worry about because at that point she would have to show what she considered to be proof which she did not have any.He calmly explained what the charges would be considered but that I would have to be found guilty. Terrible Attorney hes currently facing several felony charges in Wood county Common pleas. I hired him to represent me in a contempt hearing and he never entered my evidence that proved I paid my childrens medical bills. Ive been forced to spend more then 20 grand trying to undo his legal malpractice ...... Im facing 30 days in jail on top it all. He was disciplined by the Supreme court for altering courts documents and using those fraudulent documents to over charge his prior clients in that case. Prior to trial he never subpoenaed any of my witnesses like my accountant etc. Also stated it would cost me 5 grand to take it to trial which I agreed to but later climbs out that he charged me more then 2 1/2 times that. I personally feel he is crooked with nothing but greed in his heart. This is my personal opinion. Do a back ground check on him yourself to confirm what Ive stated. Is True. I filed a legal malpractice compliant on him in Wood county court which I dismissed only to extend the statue of limitations because in Ohio u only have 1 year from the date of last service etc. Im still incurring damages because of him. But will refile my law suit against him for my losses. Find another Attorney that is ethical. He also changed his web site to this one because of my negative review on his old one. I would double check his other reviews to confirm if they are really true in itself because anyone can have friends and family give u a review. I would check there names on actual court dockets too.

He spent plenty of time with me on a free consult and I decided to retain him. He was communicative and knowledgeable. 2022-05-24Attorney Andrew Schuman got my case dismissed. We were fully prepared to go to trial and fight it out with the the prosecution, but on the the day before trial he managed to get the charges against me completely dismissed and I was able to get my bond back the same day my court charges were dismissed. It took five months of court dates to finally get the outcome I wanted, but I hung in there and Andrew Schuman was with me the entire way. He keeps in touch almost weekly with his clients via phone and text, and whenever I had any questions about anything at any time of the week, I’d just send him a text message and wait for him to get back to me, which usual was within minutes. Very friendly. Very personable. He really takes an interest in his client’s. He always offers words of encouragement. I was so frustrated with the ridiculous and untrue charges that were brought against me, but he insured me that my case was in good hands and he was right, and then everything got dismissed. Hopefully I will never need an attorney again, but if I ever do, Andrew Schuman would be my first choice.

He was very professional and his demeanor was much more impressive than the public defender I was appointed. Very informative given the lack of information during a first call, but also was able to explain things and listen to what I was telling him as well. He shared very clearly the risks versus possible rewards of my case. Was very clear on how and when his cost would be expected to be paid and how they are charged for his services should we move forward.
