If I could give it a zero I would. First when I went into labor the nurse kept pushing her entire hand in me telling me to push with her hand in me causing to much pressure on my sons head because she kept jamming they hand around the babies head. She walked out saying I wasnt ready yet as soon as she shut the door my sons head popped out without me pushing. Then your Dr pulls the placenta out by the cord instead of letting me push it out resulting in half of it being left inside me without him even noticing me. Then I come back two days later to your ER just for them to send me home with high blood pressure, high fever, hemorrhaging, and vomiting. Came back to the ER the next day in hopes of better treatment just to be sent home again with same issues. Had to go all the way to sycamore hospital for treatment they then had to call you to tell you to admit me. They said I was another day two tops away from dying. Do you know how devastating that is to hear? If you could actually hire doctors worth the money you pay them then this all could of been avoided. The ob who actually seen me and admitted me was livid. She reported both ER doctors who sent me home and said she didnt understand how the Dr who delivered me missed so much of my placenta if he had actually examined it. I was in the hospital for a week! By the time I got out my milk was completely dried up and I couldnt even breastfeed my newborn. I missed that first week of crucial bonding just because you and your doctors cant do their job right the first time around.
Quite literally the worst bed side manners I have ever experienced. The absolute worse. The hospital its self is clean and beautiful, but the staff has zero compassion for people. I was used as a table where all their opened packages could be laid. I was rushed out the door without any diacharge papers and when I turned around to ask, I was immediately interrupted with Maam other people need this room. Please wait in the waiting room. So, I stood 20 minutes in line just to get my paperwork. Really terrible. The whole thing was a tragic, chaotic mess. Also, thanks for letting your student nurse blow a vein in my hand. That was really the cherry on top. 1/5 WOULD NOT EVEN DIE HERE.
Was there on Monday with my husband. I was very displeased with his treament and care. They have reverted back to the days of MRH. My husband stayed overnight and got very little compassion from the hospitalist to the nurses that cared for him. Very unprofessional and the doctor talked about how bad Obama care was but did absolutely nothing to assure my husband that he was going to be ok. With all of that being said when we first went into an room in the ER there was a container of urine from another patient sitting on the counter. Needless to say I WILL NEVER BRING MY HUSBAND OR MYSELF BACK TO ATRIUM. Its a shame that Atrium has went down hill so quickly.
The care is pretty good. I feel they should improve a lot more. I like that the doctors are empathetic and sympathetic to patients. My experience was going through a miscarriage and them rechecking with an ultrasound for me to come to terms with the miscarriage. They were very kind and offered greiving type therapy. I also have experiences with them involving the psych unit. The workers there were pretty respectful but a little short tempered. It can be undersstandable somce theyre only human but I feel that you should have super patience and love for people to work in a psych unit. In entirety they’re a good staff over at Atrium and saved my life a few times.
I would give negative stars, if possible. We waited for over two hours to get get pain meds. The nurses were not rude. But they weren’t nice. They seemed annoyed that I would ask for pain meds or an ice pack.I would definitely not recommend. And the only reason my son went there was because he was transported by ambulance.Edit: nurse just said , “oh good. She actually did a good job” regarding the stitches my son got to his face!!!Another edit: just noticed that there’s a plaque on the wall that reads, “Pain management is OUR GOAL”Fail
Horrible night staff. They all seemed to hate their jobs and took it out on patients. The one nurse thought we couldn’t hear but she was using some strong language in regards to a fellow employee. The Dr was only in the room for 5 minutes and didn’t really have much to say (which we received a separate bill for just his services) and he sent us home 30 minutes later. Our bill was outrageous, tried to get it knocked down but we are just slightly above the so called “poverty” line so the wouldn’t budge. Seriously would not send my worst enemy to this hospital.
My Mother-In-Law recently suffered a massive heart attack which unfortunately she could not recover from. The nursing staff in the ICU was amazing. Their care went beyond professionalism for both the family and my Mother-In-Law. We will always be grateful to those nurses. They are the unsung heroes of the hospital medical staff
In my personal opinion, there is not another hospital that I would go to. Ive always have excellent services from the reception area all the way to treatment from the Nurses and Doctors. I recently have been released from the Wound Clinic, where they attended to my every need from questions to my concerns and treatment, with a friendly, compassionate and sincere attitude. I was admitted to the hospital during that time and it felt like I had my own personal treatment team. Even during emergencies I was taken directly to a room and a nurse or attending physician was very quick to respond. Emergency rooms have their hands full at times and everybody thinks that they are more important than the other people in there. But over all The Atrium Medical Center is tops on my list.Thank youLarry Klamo
Absolutely disappointed with this hospital. I had to wait for my ultrasound results to come back before I was allowed to eat which was totally understandable, I got my results back and asked for a sac lunch, they told me yes they would bring me something to eat , I waited over two hours for my meal, I asked 4 separate times for something to eat, the nurses kept telling me they would bring me a meal , and i never got my meal, when I complained they told me the nurse was too busy to bring me my food . totally unacceptable, I am pregnant and had just been in a car wreck, the hospital was not busy, and I shouldnt have had to repeatedly ask for a meal and then be denied because they were too busy . .I will not be coming back to this hospital.
Took a family member in to the ER on Thanksgiving night. ER staff was caring and efficient. Admission process was pretty quick for a holiday and once on the floor my family member was treated with respect and a caring staff. Nurses, PT, OT, Hospitalist and Neurology Staff did a great job for the brief stay. Well done, Atrium.
The staff seems very kind, helpful and proficient. Unfortunately the hospital itself is absolutely filthy. I accompanied my partner who is battling a chronic condition yesterday evening and we were pretty shocked. The standards here are clearly not the same as those at other area hospitals (B. North, Jewish). There was noticeable dirt in the room, ER lobby and bathroom walls and floors, broken furniture, holes in walls, the stench of unwashed people and linens, using the public restroom as a stock room for supplies (????). Just totally gross. I am giving 3 stars because the staff was kind, helpful and knowledgeable (most important thing) but OMG whomever oversees the janitorial staff at this location-GET IT TOGETHER. There are no excuses for visible dirt, broken items and a stench throughout your building. This is a HOSPITAL for goodness sake. 24/7 there are body fluids, pathogens, etc. How are you disinfecting the CART full of porous supplies that was left uncovered in your PUBLIC ER RESTROOM? Why are those items left unattended and accessible to patients anyway? This is the first and only hospital Ive been to that doesnt smell anything like bleach or disinfectant which should have been an immediate red flag. With the rampant spread of MRSA and other antibiotic resistant illness, Premier Health really should get this under control.
I wouldn’t even like to give one star, but I did because I had a great triage nurse. However, I have never been “cared” for in such a way. I was completely dismissed. None of my health issues were addressed whatsoever, and a nurse was in my room twice. Upon arrival and upon discharge. No “hourly rounding” nothing. I refuse to ever step foot back in that ER!!!
On the positive side the hospital is visually appealing before you even enter the building, as the over sized revolving door is decorated with enclosures filled with beautiful artificial flowers, etc.On the negative side, I observed/experienced three very significant problems:1.Apparently, communication between physicians is poor. When my friend was struggling after surgery, her surgeon called in a specialist to consult. The consultant discontinued a pain-relieving medication without telling the patient, the patient’s spouse, or the surgeon! As a result, the patient experienced such significant and unrelenting pain that the surgeon recommended another surgery. However, the spouse eventually caught the error and it was corrected—resulting in pain reduction, increased appetite and mobility, and thus she was discharged without any more surgeries or procedures.2.Nurses consistently came and went from the patient rooms without asking the patient to recite her/his name and DOB. (Which, I believe is a violation of law and best practices.) In fact, when asked the best nurse I saw readily admitted that (a) the practice in required, (b) the practice is not only verification that they are treating the correct patient, but helps determine her/his orientation, yet (c) she only did it once at the beginning of each shift.3.Nurses were consistently late bringing meds—especially on the night shift!4. When an aide came in and asked if she could remove the linens stacked on the couch, the following discussion ensued:Me: No thank you. Her husband will be staying overnight--Aide (interrupting): I know, he does that every night.Me: Yes, Im aware. But hell need a pillow for tonight.Aide (looking around the room): Where did his go?Me: I gave it to the patient, she wanted it between her legs.Aide: Ill try to find him one, but we have a Pillow Thief.Me: Really? Well, try hard because if you dont find him a pillow youll have another one as Ill go from floor to floor looking for a pillow for him!For these reasons, I’d always seek planned care elsewhere—hopefully at a larger facility with a higher-level of care and professionalism. And oh yes, also for a pillow.
I was rushed in by ambulance for a probable heart attack. It took the ambulance 15 minutes to get to me. When I got there, they promptly did medical tests (blood, urine, chest x-ray). The doctor didnt put a stethoscope to my chest or anything. The nurse got a little snappy with me and used some long-winded circumlocutory responses in medical language.Thankfully, I have a healthcare degree and psychology degree so I was able to understand some of it. They said that I had a panic attack (I doubt it). I just believe that my condition is mild at this point, and they failed to detect it. My doctor believes I could be having heart trouble, so he prescribed me a beta-blocker. I was offered benedryl for anxiety.I told them that I sometimes take hydroxyzine for anxeity, and then they said they would not give me any. Hydroxyzine is a non-narcotic medication. They did a urinalysis drug screen without telling me (there are no drugs in my system), and I do not have a history of narcotic abuse. I gave it two stars because they ran some medical tests quickly and efficiently. The entire experience felt a bit cold. I felt as if I were a burden. I legitimately thought I was having a heart attack. I was given no medication, and was sent home shortly after. I was bombarded with an immense aggregate of questions upon arrival and they sent registration in and asked me even more questions despite my apparent state of distress.
Im under my wifes email right now. My name is Natasha and this hospital didnt do anything for my pain. They wanted to give me a muscle relaxer. Which wouldnt help. I know this because i have some at home and they didnt work. They to me dont care about the patients. They do what is easy and send u out the door and dont care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL. I WOULDNT TAKE MY DOG TO THIS PLACE.
ER and Behavioral Health. My fiancé was in paper clothes for 3 days. Their washing machine was broken so he could not have his own. Had him waiting in the ER for 19/hours! Didnt even tell him what medication he was taking and lied on his discharge paperwork. Do not go to Atrium. They are disorganized, uninformed and unprofessional.
The ONLY reason I’m giving two stars is because Hilltop and the OR nurses and doctors are absolutely amazing. They were so kind and helpful and understanding.Monday evening (20th) I went into the ER 6w4d pregnant with severe pain in my pelvic area. I believed I had a bladder infection so I went in. I was led to triage where my BP, oxygen and temperature was taken. I was instructed to give a urine sample. The PA (either J Randall Kiefer or Paul M Amiott, I’m not sure because both names were on different sets of paperwork) came in to see me and said my urine was clear. He said and I quote, “I hate to tell you this but there’s nothing we can do. Take a Tylenol and go home.” No exam. No ultrasound. Nothing. I complained of the pain and he winced as if I was pill seeking and told me good luck and good luck with the pregnancy and left the room. Mind you, I’m pregnant and have a long history of miscarriage that is listed in my file. He didn’t even bother to tell em my diagnosis. Just hands me my paperwork that says Dyursia (?) to leave with.Hilltop being the amazing office it is, got me in the next morning at 9:45am. Dr. Boyce gave me a quick pelvic exam and knew right then and there it was an ectopic pregnancy. She sent me to ultrasound to confirm and low and behold, she was right. She was afraid to even send me home as my Fallopian tube had already began to rupture so she scheduled an emergency surgery for 1:30pm that day to have my tube and the fetus removed. When I arrived at preop the nurses were all very kind and gentle and understanding and all a bit infuriated that the PA from the night before had sent me home with absolutely ZERO testing. I filed a complaint with the customer experience department, a lawyer and as soon as I figure it exactly which PA it was that blew me off I’ll file with the State Board.Dr. Reina performed my surgery and was unable to save my left tube and had to go in to remove scar tissue from the right. This results in a 9.8% chance that I will ever get pregnant naturally again.Had this worthless PA sent me home and I followed his instruction to just take Tylenol I would have died. I would have bled out. And now, thanks to his carelessness I am going to have to either pay or pray to get pregnant.A word to the wise. If you go to Atrium ER and a PA comes into your room. Send them packing and ask for a REAL doctor that cares enough about his patients to give them the care they deserve.
Jul 20, 2019 I passed out,5-7min, turned blue, busted my nose and broke my hand. I was taken to Atrium who cared for me. I was given a ct and xrays (passed out again). I saw a cardiologist who is very thorough. He did the ekg, then the echocardiogram, did all the labs, then did the angiogram where he found minor blockage but did find evidence of a heart attack.I was taken care of very well. I met many professional people at Atrium. The only bad people i heard was other patients in the ER.
My grandfather had went there after he fell one evening. He has stage 4 liver cancer, he hit his head on the concrete, and he is very brittle. While he was there they did not bathe him, did not brush his teeth or care for him properly. He also told them over and over that he was in pain and they said he was fine and sent him home. If it wasn’t for all of his doctors being there and having all of his information we would NEVER COME BACK TO MIDDLETOWN ATRIUM!!!! Do not bring your loved ones to this hospital, you will be nothing but disappointed..
I dont think I would recommend this place to anyone. My son was admitted on Monday with severe abdominal pain and vomiting. They diagnosed pancreatitist and all they have done is pump him full of fluids and pain meds. He has complained of not being able to urinate along with constipation and is running a fever and they just look at him and shake their heads. His white cell count is high and still they do nothing. If any tests have been performed it is because the family requested them. Poor excuse for Healthcare.
Because of my history of drug abuse I was not even treated like a human being with legitimate pain. I have 2 years in recovery and was in excruciating back pain. Doc would not do any imaging or prescribe ANY medicine not even non-narcotics. Spent 2 minutes talking to me and was gone. Same with nurse. Both were rude.
Excellent care from Dr. Sadu.. Excellent care but one Er was horrible to me for thinking my chest pain was due to anxiety when Dr. Sadhu found I have Coronary artery spasms and Polymylgia Rheumatoid Arthritis which is a auto-immune vasculitis type of disease. I will never forget how awful he treated me. He thought I was drug seeking and I am an RN. They have record of this ER physician and I still got billed by this horrible man and paid my bill. But the Cardiac care from Dr. SAdhu and staff was fantastic. Excellent physician, staff.. just this old time ER DR. who judges people because I was going to a pain clinic at that time. Taking Tramadol. I hope he never treats a person and makes them feel like I did. I have never abused drugs, never smoked ,.. nothing... Otherwise, this hospital is outstanding... they do a great job. Very attentive, Nurses, nurse aides, Blood technicians. VERY good, and polite. Better care than at other hospitals.
2014 was in the recovery area after breaking my back. Everyone was very nice and professional. No issues with anyone or anything. Oct 2017 fell broke 4 ribs I was taken to the emergency room. From the time they brought me in i had no issue with anyone until then night. The 3rd shift orderly was not very polite and extremely rude. But I would go back for any time.
My problem is my husband went there yesterday because he tore something under his shoulder. They did not even look at it. Did not feel it or do anything my husband cant move his arm or lift anything and all they did was give him ibuprofen. We found out he tore his rotator cup not from the hospital. You guys need to get it right not everyone wants pills some people have kids and need to go to work so another day without pay thanks to you guys since we need to take him somewhere else. I will never ever recommend you guys. How about you take care of everyone take time instead of chit chatting its what a hospital is for!!!
Abby was a great nurse. The rest of the staff was not the nicest. Thank You Abby for being Jason Purvis nurse. You were awesome. My name is Brandy Ann Fonzi and I am a nurse aide from Caring Senior Services for the last 6 years and your service was great as a nurse thank you. Keep up the good work.
Awesome for labor and delivery, terrible ER. I went twice with migraines so bad i was vomiting and couldnt stop. They doped me up with benedryl to thr point i was in the aame amount of pain but could only cry i was so exhausted. I was in too much pain to sleep. They tries magnesium, gave up and i went home in pain. We went to urgent care as soon as it opened. They gave me a non narcotic shot and 20 min later the migraine was gone. I am not a drug seeker and have never been, i didnt appreciate being treated like one.
I went because I cant put pressure on my foot. It took 20 minutes for the nurse to come in. She was in the room for about a minute and a half. Told me they couldnt do anything. Then it took half an hour to be discharged. I didnt get to see a doctor. This is the worst place to go. If I had a knife in my head I wouldnt go back here.
If you want someone to care about your health and well-being when you are frightened and in pain, dont go here. Good luck seeing a doctor instead of a Physicians Assistant. The fact of the matter is, they dont want to deal with you and they will come up with any reason to kick you out, while charging you a fee for a doctor you never saw. A hospital that employs people with the audacity to tell a patient that theres nothing wrong because it doesnt hurt enough is a hospital who should never see patients.
Been here many times but as of last night I never will again. After my wife was admitted with a very high blood pressure we were put in a room where no one came to aee us for over 40 minutes. Finally registration came 15 minutes after I asked a nurse to come re check her Blood Pressure....then another nurse came to gice the paperwork for us to sign out and leave as I requested. I am very disgusted with the extreme lack of response or care. Not even a single question was asked by the nurse checking us out, she just had us sign and leave.
Horrible care. My mom was there 3 days after she fell and broke her upper arm. The nurse didnt have her sling on and kept forgetting about the broken bone and kept moving my moms arm. Lots of dead flies on the window sills around the hospital . Gross! Will never go there for anything
They know they have you when you walk through the door, and they will squeeze every penny out of you. Do not go here. Go to an urgent care if you can or any other hospital. They charged my insurance company almost $1500 for 30 minutes of care with minimal medical supplies used. The billing department hid a $500 charge that nobody could explain to me in a line item on the invoice. They had a patient advocate call me back to explain it. He called me back a MONTH later, and by that time I was told that I need to pay the full balance or I was going to collections. I escalated the issue to the manager of customer service and she couldnt explain the charge either, and offered me nothing more than an apology. The greed is honestly mind-blowing.
I have a mixed review. The care I received at Atrium Medical in Mason was excellent. The Drs treated me quickly and did everything they needed to do in an emergency situation. The problem came with the billing. It was an expensive bill which I put on a payment plan - that was easy. The problem was that they didnt always credit my account for my payments every month. There was no rhyme or reason why one payment would get credited and another would not. I used my HSA account to make payments so they were made the same day of the month every month consistently. Sometimes the payment would clear in 2 days sometimes 15 days. I kept getting notices that I wasnt paying so I called them to find out what was wrong. Gave them the check numbers of the payments. That wasnt enough for them to track it through their system. I had to request the HSA company to send me proof of payment which I forwarded to them. I got a FINAL NOTICE bill stating they were turning over to collections after I had already paid the entire amount off. I have called them numerous times sent in photocopies of the cancelled checks. They said that someone there must have deposited the amount to the wrong account or credited the wrong acct, and they claim not to have received the copies of the proof of payment I sent 2 weeks ago. Too bad the billing department has soured my opinion of the facility. Make sure you keep copies of your payments to them.
I was there Friday evening. I attempted suicide. Almost succeeded. I guess because they had my name wring, they couldnt find my insurance info. I could have had someone bring it. But they released me....Hopefully, next time I succeed. They even had my psychiatrist information. I guess because they thought I didnt have insurance, it was alright to let me go. I thought when someone tries to attempted suicide they should keep you on a hold. What a crappy place. I recommend not going there. I even told them I was hearing back voices. Just know....its all about the money.
This is the worst hopsital i have ever been to. The nurses were not polite. I asked several times for someone from billing to come up because I had an insurance change and they never sent anyone and told me to call. So I called... twice... still getting sent bills that I should not be getting. If i could give zero stars I would.
Went in with a family member for their testing....The staff is very rude and unprofessional in the cafe...... please be careful because they make it seem like every thing yoi touch you will steal and we follow you around the room while you are making your sections.... I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life then i did there. The lady treated me as if i was going to steal the .60 cent pack of dressing i had in my hand......
Jenny and Tim on the CTU floor were awesome. Took very good care of my dad and answered my questions. One nurse covered my mom up while she was sitting holding my dads hands. Jenny took time to explain why certain things were happening with my dad. Tim took the time to say why they were or werent giving him medicine he normally got. Tim answered every stupid question I had. PUT my mind at ease what he could
This is extremely poor...I took a friend of mine with chest pains1st - There was a line to get checked in at the front door... I get it, they are busy, but dont have 1 person get all billing info, etc etc etc while there are 10 to 15 people waiting.2nd - She finally got her up there, told them chest pains and they got her a wheelchair and finished getting her address, phone, billing information, etc3rd - Told ME to push her to the waiting area, while 3 CNAS, Nurses, and other staff stood around watching4th - After 5 minutes, (BTW, heart attack victim would probably be dead now), once again TOLD me to push her to the triage area to get her vitals. That is when I left and went back to the car, now typing this comment. Please pray she isnt having a heart attack. But honestly, who the hell is going to read this who can try to fix these problems. I honestly no one cares at this hospital.

2021-01-13My wife was rushed by ambulance to the emergency department at the Atrium medical center for a heart attack. The staff here have been awesome. The staff diagnose my wifes medical issues very quickly and in a timely manner rushed her into surgery and and blessed our family and me with more time to spend with our beloved Faith. A very special thanks to all the staff involved with my wifes case. You folks are rock!

2020-02-22I went to the ER on 02/20/20 and the service from registration to discharge was GREAT! I waited less than 4 minutes before being taken to a room in the ER department. In less than 1 1/2 hours - I had 2 IVs, EKG, Blood drawn and CT Scans completed. The nurses were amazing (I forgot their names). The doctor was great explained everything so I could understand. First time at Atrium and have to say I was very impressed with all aspects of it.

2018-07-07My husband had open heart surgery in the spring of this year 2017. Five of his vessels were blocked. He had wonderful care by the staff . There was a very minor incident involving one of the nurses. The situation was handled quickly and fairly. His call lights were answered in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the overall experience. The rooms are large ,clean and private.

2019-12-24ER doctor never came in to talk to me or ask me questions. Her assistant came in to ask me ONE question. Neither cared that I was there at all. Ive been throwing up sick for two months. No one even felt my stomach or looked to see how bloated my stomach actually was, didnt even listen to my stomach. Horrible treatment. I will NEVER go back to this hospital again.Have two stars instead of one because my tech was amazing! Very attentive.

2019-07-02My husband recently had a procedure at your facility. We were told after the procedure that we would be seen by the surgeon where he would apprise us of how things went, any problems, etc.We waited through the night and never spoke with the surgeon. The next day, we waited until 2 o’clock when another doctor gave us a rather lame explanation for the missing surgeon: “He forgot” I gave this hospital 1 star because of an awesome post op nurse who was extremely efficient and kind.I can only hope that the surgeon forgets to send us the bill!My husband will switch doctors rather than have to come back to this hospital.

2019-03-24I recently had my 4th baby at Natural Beginnings birth center at Atrium and couldnt be more happy with my experience. After having two incredible home births and a great experience at Family beginnings in Dayton, I can confidently say that Atrium has exceeded my high expectations. First of all, the birth suite was amazing and had everything we needed to have a successful, drug free birth and cozy recovery period. Every single staff member was helpful, cheerful, and accommodating. Security was top notch and it made me feel so safe delivering my baby there. The nurses were amazing and did their job so well. The lactation consultant was awesome and never once acted condescending (like Ive experienced with others in the past). I even got a massage the morning we were preparing to go home - something that any postpartum Mom can appreciate! I cant say enough good things about Atrium and their Natural Beginnings birth center & I am happy to refer this place to all of my pregnant friends

2015-09-30Overall, Id give ER and Medical Recovery 4.5 stars each. ICU gets a solid 1. Heres why:I was admitted to the ER and the ICU my first go around, and the ER staff was very friendly, very professional. They got done what needed doing and did it with a smile (when appropriate). The ICU staff however was a 70/30 split in professionalism. Most of the nurses couldnt nurse their way out of a wet paper bag, but that 30% of staff in the ICU that was professional and responsive almost made up for the other mishaps I suffered at the hands of the 70%. Almost. Except for the part where I hit a solid 10/10 on the pain scale twice and the attending nurse let me scream in agony until I passed out. Not fun.Second time around for follow up surgery I was in the regular medical wing and either theyre better at their job or they took my officially documented complaint seriously from the first go around. The staff that I got was overworked but they were very attentive and I really had no problems with them. Over all I wouldnt go back simply because it is out of my driving range (didnt have a choice the first time, thats where the ambulance took me). But my bias is mostly due to that first horrible experience and my surgeons personal office practices.

2021-01-30I fractured 3 toes and and a metatarsal. The ER Dr, Shannon RN and Kristin ER Tech were very caring and very helpful. Kristin carefully wrapped my extremely painful left foot without causing more pain! She took her time and wrapped my left foot expertly!

2018-03-29I’m extremely satisfied with the care I received on Tuesday afternoon in the ER. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. The doctor was so kind and his corny jokes made me feel more at ease with the situation. They had me diagnosed in a little over an hour-with a ct scan and all! Excellent service. I don’t want to ever go back to the ER... but if I have to, I will be choosing Atrium!

2018-08-14I was admitted for possible congestive heart failure. They kept me 6 days ran every kind of test blood test cat scans the total workup.they kept me very updated .they were so kind and understanding. Ive had issues in. The past. But this way of treating me was up front and compassionate.I gave it 4 stars. But Im sure I will have other visits and expect the v.I.p.treatment again
