I had the most wonderful experience at this AT&T location. The store managers Tess and Carrie help me even though I forgot all of my passwords, twice. They also helped me internet issues. If you need help with any of you AT&T needs, I would definitely recommend this location. Once again thank you ladies for you assistance. I will be back with any AT&T needs
The AT&T store in Reynoldsburg is by far the BEST mobile phone carrier store in Columbus and surrounding areas. They patiently have worked with new since October 2021 to upgrade my Samsung Note 10. The team there is top notch. They knew me by first name everytime I went in and kept me in the loop regarding their inventory via text and phone calls. Peter was my point of contact and I recommend him to ANYONE with wireless needs. I wont go anywhere else!!!!! If I could give them 10 ⭐️s I would.
Walked into just ask a question had to be difficult been with them with my cell bill has been drastically dif every month for over two years have to call every month then they credit my account like Im wrong and there helping me. Until I got to the max credits for a year then had a whole other mess to sort out. I hate att!!
I went to the hill rd location they did nothing to help me and were on their butts talking to each other with no customers… I then left hill rd to come to Taylor location I got thee BEST TREATMENT I waited less then 5 minutes they got me my new iPhone 13 pro max got two cases and also 3rd generation AirPods they were very helpful on getting me exactly what I wanted gave me more storage space and understood my frustration and had me leaving smiling and VERY HAPPY WITH ALL MY NEW STUFF THANK YOU CARRI SO MUCH and the lady manager with the Burgundy hair
Dropped by this store as I was in the area looking for a device to attached my I-phone to a vent on the dashboard. The associate John R. opened the box so I could verify the magnet was strong enough to hold the iPhone. While I was there, I asked about whether my cellular plan needed to be changed with 5G approaching. He verified the plan I had would automatically update to 5G. I did have to wait at the store for service. It was not a problem as I had a chance to look around the store to play with all the toys. I would highly recommend this store. The last experience I had at the Pickerington store was very disappointing.
Went in to add my wife to my account. She was moving from Straight Talk. Very busy at AT&T today. We had 4 guests ahead of us. About an hour wait. Associate who helped us was very knowledgeable, walking us through the process as we went. Took about 30 minutes for the addition and switching the service. My wife got to keep her phone number and the associate made sure all functions were working on her phone before we left.
Went into this location and the experience was horrible. I walked in and was not greeted. I understand that they are dealing with people but look up and say we will be with you in minute. One person who seemed to be available but decided to be on a call. I am a long time customer of At&t. I will never come to this location and I will let people know not to visit this location. Very disappointed as other locations are not like this one. This just happened to be the closest one. I was going to make a purchase.
Peter was amazing! He helped us through absolutely everything and we were able to get everything done that we wanted. He was extremely patient with us and made sure everything with our new lines was working as expected. This will be my new store for all things wireless simply because of the customer service he provided us was far surpassing anything I would have expected.
Went to change my service from different providers and trade in my old phones.They were having a deal buy one watch and get second half price.After we was promised the deal and paid the sales person He said he made a mistake and had to make a call to straighten it out, it was a Sunday so when he came back he said he wouldn’t be able to fix his mistake and will need his Manager (Tess) to fix it and she won’t be back to work on Tuesday, meanwhile I couldn’t take my second watch till then.When Tuesday finally came I returned to the ATT store at 2312 Taylor Park Drive, Ohio and sat back down with the representative and he apologized again as he filled out his documents to fix his mistake then he got up for his Managers approval and get my second watch. He returned approximately 10 min later and said he has made several phone calls but was unable to fix his error and I would have to pay full price for the second watch.Of course my response was I would like to talk to a manager and he Requested Tess (the Manager) to come speak with me.The Manager did come out but arrived with the look of frustration on her face and was very rude and couldn’t answer any of my questions and claimed my credit was the issue.This was the first time anyone had ever said anything about my credit being the issue. Now please mind you my credit score is 763, so I found it very difficult to believe my score was the issue but, she continue to say “ I feel we are talking in circles here” your credit is the problem and if you want we can return you old phones.She was extremely short and the only option was to buy the watch outright.This was only day 2 with ATT and dealing with Tess was one of the uncooperative, unfriendly, and rudest individual as a sales representative Manager I’ve dealt with in a while.ATT service is truly great service but the management staff sucks at this store.I recommend staying away from that Store, seek out another ATT store if you want great service and treated with respect and Honesty.
I went to trade in 2 phones and was told after I removed my pictures I could bring them back to the store to have them sent to AT&T. Went in the next day and was told by who I now know to be the manager I should wait for the return label. Fast forward a month and still no return label sent to me. Called customer care and after 2 hours on the phone and 1 in the store where the only pleasant person assisting me was candis (I believe) still no resolution. Thank you to the Manager whom did not acknowledge or assist his Team member assisting me whilst I was incredibly upset. Also, thank you for not speaking to me although I asked for you I was told you were gone (great job on communication and conflict resolution)
This has been our store for years and we have always had a good experience. This time, customer service was remarkable. Jacquelyn was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed and more. The manager, I failed to ask his name, :( was also very nice and helpful. We recommend this store to anyone hands down.
Horrible service! Stopped in for help on a phone, got put on a wait list and was next. After 15 minutes a couple came in and said we are on the wait list so they got to go before me. Didnt see the lady verify that. Another customer came in probably about 10 minutes later and the lady in charge of the list told the next available rep they were next. I finally asked the wait list lady why they went before me and her response they just had a quick bill pay. Told her it doesnt matter, I should be next and she didnt care so I left.Tip for this store, just say you have a quick bill pay or that youre on the list already to jump the line!

I had cable installed in my new place on a Wednesday. My cable was cut off suddenly without explanation the following Friday night. I spent an hour on the phone with tech support and they couldn’t help me. I had to call back the next morning to talk to sales. Spent another 2 hours on the phone with them and they tried to sell me DirecTV which I didn’t want. Still no answer as to why I had no service. They told me to go to the store. I went with all intentions on dropping and moving to Spectrum. Cade got on the phone with customer service and was able to see what I experienced on the phone. Cade acted with empathy and helped me get set up with AT&T TV which is a much better experience and I’m actually saving money! Nathan and Kyle were also super helpful in helping us understand what happened. They truly redeemed their company. I will definitely come back to this store in the future!!!
I came to the at&t on Taylor Station Rd. I was charged 999.00 to my bill for a warranty replacement phone that I had returned. I came in with my tracking number proving that I returned the phone. Zack did a wonderful job very nice young man I appreciate all his help and effort in making sure I was taking care.
The Store Manager Traye created a great experience at his store! This is my second time working with him on a phone issue. Traye is patient, he listens and knows how to handle problems with accuracy and efficiency. I’m staying with AT&T because of his super customer service skills! He should be recognized and awarded for being a great leader for AT&T!!!!
WOW. Tyler and Ashley were outstanding. They helped me understand the plans, the options and the promotions. With all that information, it helped me make the right decisions. If you are having issues with your current provider, definitely go to this AT&T store. They were great!!!!
Trey was great we had a bad experience with a previous worker and he fixed the whole situation in less than 20 mins with no problems at all! Got our bill down 80 dollars less than what we was paying before. I am absolutely thankful we ran into him at the 256 location in Reynoldsburg. This will be the main location I come to as long as he’s here 😇
Came in after getting phone stolen and the Manger Traye was super friendly and helpful. He helped us figure out the best way for us to get a new phone with ease. I would recommend him for your mobile needsEDIT: I had to come in the store again to trade in a device and had some billing questions. Ashli was very informative and helpful. So far only have dealt with good people here.
Went to the store on 9/10 to activate a Galaxy Watch 3 as AT&T online customer service couldnt figure it out and Samsung didnt offer any suggestions. I walked in and the rep immediately assisted me and was able to get my LTE watch activated with no problem. There were 3 guys working that day and all were very helpful. This is probably my third or fourth time ever being in this store and the service has been wonderful each time. As long as this keeps up, Ill be a customer for life!

Asked only most basic plan. Received bill for $119. Wow!The one star is for AT&T company (not this store)over chat to lower my bill to $56. Can’t believe that’s the way this store to treat new customer and how much profit can make between $56 and $ 119?
We had the pleasure of upgrading phones with Tyler. He was super helpful, masked up and kept us at a safe distance. He answered all our questions and even was able to dig up a new discount for our family. We came out with new phones and a tablet for less than we walked in paying. His knowledge and customer service are top notch.
Ashly is very kind and friendly towards costumers. She’s willing to take her time and explain in depth when it comes to everything. She sure knows what she’s talking about. 100% would recommend coming to this store. I worked with Ryan a while back as I came in to get a new phone and he was great at helping me with that. He answered all of my questions, provided amazing service by getting me in and out of the door as quick as possible. I really do enjoy and appreciate working with people like him who know what they’re doing. Highly would recommend this location and working with him. Great customer service!
Zack is awesome!!! I was sent the run around to get my iPhone X upgraded for a whole day. I decided to go to the corporate ATT the next day. Zach knew exactly what he was doing and had great Apple knowledge. This store was clean, quick, and on point. I recommend them any day.
My visit with Ashli Gaddy to the at&t store in Reynoldsburg oh was very good. I was going to switch services if they couldnt resolve what was needed. Bill was adjusted an I walked out with 2 new phones with full understanding how to work them. She was very patient with us. She also sold us a internet tv. We give them a 5 star service.
Horrible store .. horrible people working. Complete and utter disaster. I had just lost my home and my family and someone stole my cell phone.. I walked in completely distraught crying and upset. I was told if I couldn’t control myself I needed to leave?? What happened to just human compassion? Love the neighbor.? Also when I asked for the managers name JUSTIN COX. he said if I was going to report him that I needed to leave. The most worst experience I have ever had in any store. Some people should not work with people in retail period
Service was completely unacceptable. Both the individual assisting me & the supervisor werent able to help me with the issues Im having. They couldnt tell me how they could help instead they told me everything that they couldnt do. I switched to at&t two weeks ago & havent received a positive solution to rectify the errors on there part. The one young man told me he was off very soon which seems to have motivated him to hurry me along as to not be at work any longer than he expected to be. What a great way to introduce a new member to family.
The Associates here were very nice and friendly. They seemed to be very knowledgeable about there products and services. They will sit down with you for hours just to make a sell. Store is very clean. All of the prop phones works so you can play with or see what you want before you buy it.
This morning, I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy 20 from the AT&T store on 256 in Pickerington. I wanted a screen protector but they were out. I went up to the AT&T store in Reynoldsburg and Traye V helped me. He was friendly and knowledgeable. And without hesitation, he installed the new screen protector.
This place is great with customer service and helping you handle what it was you came for. Aside from that I get this feeling they are trying to get money out of you any way assuming they make commission because I went a couple months ago and they were trying to sell my girl a smart watch and we said about two times it was not something we really could afford but they proceeded to have us look at there watch see that advantages it has and finding anyway to close a sale. That would be my only issue with this place
I had ATT for 1 week. I was dissatisfied with the performance and they could not upgrade my internet speed for my area, which was50 megabytes. I was told by the company we had 30 days to cancel contract. They never mentioned that I could find the cancellation policy on line and when I called after having this service for 1 week to cancel, I was informed that yes I could cancel ATT but I was responsible for canceling early through direct tv. What a scam. Now they want us to pay $20 for every month for 2 years to get out of contract. Im posting this so anyone considering ATT dont . They are liars and deceitful. Im letting everyone I can k now how shady this company is.
Im not sure AT&T is worth my time when it comes to needing help with my phone. Every time I walk in there up to this last time theyve told me they didnt know how to help with repairs, this time the guy acted like he knew what he was doing. Long story short, he didnt. I ended up coming home and calling Samsung and having them work on it. Ive been a customer now for 5+ years, and Im seriously thinking about switching. AT&T is only good at selling their product.
0 out of 5 attempts from this store to help me with basic services.1) Couldnt upgrade my phone even though I showed them my account on my phone which said eligible upgrade.2) Didnt know to assist me with filing an insurance claim.3) Lost my phone that I gave them for the upgrade, then tried to tell me if I cant show proof I brought it in that its my problem.4) Went in to add a new phone and new line, took 2.5 hours.5) Went in to upgrade my girls phone. They didnt have the one she wanted in stock. Was told to come back tomorrow and theyd have it. Went back, and they didnt have it and no one had any idea I what I was talking about.
Went into the store and while upgrading mobile plans and phones, also ended up being offered a fiber internet package that was competitive to my current provider. Signed up and set an install date. Install date comes and the tech was dispatched to the wrong (former) address. When we told him he had the wrong address he told us that he couldn’t install unless it was corrected with corporate. Call the salesman. He didn’t call back. Call the store, they can’t help. Call corporate. Go through SIX representatives (and 45 minutes) to get hung up on. Call back. Talk to someone and get promised that they will update the address and call me back in 12 hours to complete the install request. Never got that call 12 hours later. Call back. Spend another 2 hours with 3 other reps on the phone to be told that in fact the fiber IS NOT available at my address after all, and the salesman basically was lying to get a commission.... their own company admitted their salesman was lying. We have been AT&T (and DirecTv) customers for 15 years. Completely disappointed in the entire service and customer service I experienced not only in the store but via phone.
Ryan Pope was so very helpful and spent great deal of time with me helping me set up and understand how to use my new IPHONE. I switched from an Android so I needed a lot of help! Absolute garbage service! Nothing but problems with AT&T and their customer service and this store is no different. Took an hour and a half to replace a SIM card that didnt work because a different AT&T store didnt know how to do their job either. Only to have another rep online tell us the problem should have been fixed in 5 minutes! Gross incompetence and will likely be the final straw towards us switching carriers.
I was not authorized on the account, which I totally understand the policy. I would hate to have an unauthorized person able to come make changes to our account! I had the account owner make a 5minute phone call to take care of adding me, then received amazing customer service from the most friendly reps!
One of the worst Customer Service Representatives I have encountered in a long time. I purchased an iphone 11 for my mom on mothers day to receive the $300 off promotion. I was given incorrect information from an online representative that was brought to our attention while at this location to do the phone transfer and trade in the old phone. I told Tyler at the Reynoldsburg Location on Taylor Park Drive that he needed to look in to the error as he represents the same company after he told us to deal with customer service line and he then said im not going to fix a problem that is not mine.
Dont go here if you arent interested in buying an expensive plan after suffering through an hour-long wait. I went to this store with my wife to just buy a phone for her--my wife was already happy with her AT&T plan. The rep didnt like that at all. He wouldnt allow us to purchase the phone because it would involve transferring her SIM card from one phone to another, and he claimed he needed permission from the relatives listed on her plan. Thats ridiculous--we werent changing her plan. Well be buying her new phone from another company.
Seriously the most dishonest employees Ive ever met in my life. They lie about pricing to get you to buy things, I know a few of them personally and theyre all, with the exception of a few, theivs and liars. They steal your money to make their commission. My last experience was with a man who had poor hygiene and horrible customer service skills. After he helped me, he went to break in assuming and walked out to his mustang and smoked a cigarette which Im sure isnt allowed on the property.To sum it up, WORST employees Ive ever seen.
I worked with Tyler W. and he got my boyfriend and I an amazing deal on two iPhone 7s and an iPad with a reasonable bill. We walked in and he greeted us at the door and gave us the best options for what we needed. I would recommend him to anybody! He is an amazing asset to the team.
Absolutely the worst AT&T store I have ever been to. I ordered a phone plan online with AT&T directly and scheduled to pick up the new devices at the store so I would not have to wait to have them shipped. The woman who Helped me at the store told me that the plan I had just purchased an hour earlier was no good and canceled it. I should have seen it coming, the AT&T rep online warned me they will try to do things like this so they get the commission for the sale. Problem was that they didnt tell me until after they started porting my phone numbers over from my other carrier that teh Buy One Get One deal that I was given on line was no good and i wasnt eligible. I immediately canceled the sale, because of that, they said they couldnt reverse the porting of my numbers so I would have to go to the competitor and get then to get my numbers back, well that took over two hours.The really frustrating part was that when I returned home, I called AT&T back and they confirmed that my original order was in fact a good order, I was expected to receive two new phones for free with the BOGO and that because this is an Authorized Reseller they get complaints like this often because the resellers are paid on per device commission. they almost cost me $1400 that I didnt have to pay. Treated my like an idiot, and quite frankly I believe they did it all with intent to boost their sales. AT&T should really consider if this is the type of authorized Reseller they want with their brand.So how did it turn out... I spent another 2 hours on the phone / online with AT&T the real ones, and ended up having my phones maild so as to avoid the store. never again, make sure if you are walking in a cellular phone store that it actually a company store and not one of the snake in the grass resellers.
You can only rate the associate service you receive and not the network or device deficiencies. The fact is the crew at the Reynoldsburg corporate outlet did get my (Samsung) watch connected and calling/ texting/emails to expected operation, and later when AT&T & Samsung can work out their (NumberSync software) difficulties Ill be very happy. As such, the crew of our local store deserves their kudos for fast and knowledgeable assistance. Thank you; youre the third one out, but now you are my preferred location.
I am writing this review on behalf of a coworker because I was deeply offended by the service she received from this stores supervisor, Ryan, and sales rep, Jackie/Jacqueline.My coworker noticed Jackie literally pulling skin off her nose and picking her nose due to allergies. My coworker asked Jackie if she was okay. At that time, Jackie immediately became defensive and went to Ryan to report my coworker of being rude. Ryan took sides with his employee, told my coworker to shut up, and kicked my coworker out of the store.In summary, Ryan and Jackie were highly unprofessional, treated a minority customer (my coworker) in a rude and discourteous manner, and exhibited unethical/highly questionable customer service practices. Ryan and Jackie do not deserve to represent a company with such a strong reputation.
Was checking to see if a receiver that i had returned had been deducted from my account, took 40 min and there was no one in line ahead of me.When they looked at my u_verse bill they want to switch me to direct tv. I told them a satellite would not work. I was told if I let someone come out and look to confirmed thst and that my property was not suited for a dish that the manager would try to get me a discount on my u_verse bill. I am not covered by a contract. I decided any savings was worth the hassle. When Tech arrived he agreed.. could not place a dish.Manager has since not returned any of my phone calls. Wasted my time. Is this how you treat a customer with att cell service and their most expensive tv package? It appears so.
After waiting 20 minutes, they refused to resolve a network cell service problem leaving me with no cell service or text ability. They blamed the SIM they had installed over a year ago and said it was the wrong one. But wouldnt put a new SIM in the phone because my wife wasnt there and I was not an Authorized User. Horrible Support, Horrible Attitude! Instead of resolving the problem Theyve lost a customer for life.
20 years experience with at&t in the past 3 years they have waisted countless hours of my life on the phone getting them to fix the problems that occur with billing, average time to fix any problem 6 months. BEWARE AT&T will waist time and money. Unless you like being hung up on our transfered to another company stay out of these contracts.
Dont shop here if you already have a plan and just want a phone. After deciding on a phone I wanted to buy, I had to wait over thirty minutes to speak with a representative. I waited all this time only to be told that I couldnt buy the phone because my AT&T plan is under a relatives name and he was not present. They obviously have no respect for my time. I will be buying my new phone elsewhere.
Props to JR for the good work in getting my iPhone 7 set up. Cool guy and takes time to explain the charges and how everything is going to shake out. Nice to know someone down the street who isnt here to just make a sale. Felt like he cares. Props to JR and AT&T Reynoldsburg!
Woman helping me was not personable in the least. Did not listen to a single thing I said. Clearly only cared about making a commission. She had dead eyes - the look right through you and cant wait to leave eyes. If you hate your job so much go work somewhere else. Shopping for a new phone is stressful and confusing enough
I went in yesterday about questions about starting a service with AT&T & the manager (Phil) is grumpy and doesn’t seem interested in helping me with anything, i don’t know why he’s the manager here. He acted as if it was annoying for me to be there. All the other staff seemed friendly. I’ll be sure when I go back in another day to not speak to him and it’ll be a better experience.
The AT&T phone store in Reynoldsburg has the worst service ever. They told me they were a sales only store after I had been in there for several hours and could not help me with transfer of my phone.,and then held the door open for me to leave. I have been with AT@T forever.
I have had nothing but issues with my billing since I got my service back in Nov 2016, I was told by the sales rep that helped me there was a promo going on if you were a new at&t customer and u signed up for wireless, internet & cable that you would receive a new iPhone 7 free, so I was like heck yea a new phone free so I signed up needless to say when I got my first bill I was charged an installment fee, so I called customer service and asked why Im being charged an installment fee for a phone thats suppose to be free, she said after a few billing cycles it would be normal and I would be credited back what I had paid, well its July 9,2017 and I am still being charged these fees and I have called literally every month to get it resolved and its still not, Im sick and tired of being lied to and told a different story every time I call, if this issue is not resolved Im canceling my service, this is by far the worst customer service ever, I wouldnt recommend them for nothing in the world.

2022-04-07I just want to say I had a very good experience at this location. I bought a Phone at another location that locked up within a week and they wouldnt do anything for me. I stopped in and spoke to John and Tess, they was more then glad to help. All said and done John, Carrie and Tess were great and got me going with a new phone. So big thanks to all of you, even Rob who was in training, that has awesome teachers to guide him. You have earned all my business even though you are an hours drive.

2022-03-20I want to give a huge kudos to John at the Taylor Park Dr location. I had some fraud on my account and he thoroughly worked it out for me. He got my bill corrected and helped me in setting up security features on my account. He made the process a lot less stressful than it couldve been. 2022-05-27First of all, I love my AT&T service and the customer service at the 1-800 number is top notch! The reason for the 1-star is strictly due to the manager, Tess, at this location. When I went to get my family (of 4) phones last November she was very eager to get us a better deal than the competitor we were with. After my first true monthly bill came, I realized we were paying almost $100 more than she quoted. I called, she remembered me and said she would check into it an call me later. That was around 4 months ago. I have called and left messages at the store and on her cell phone. She refuses to call me back. Today I called the 1-800 customer services number and they were awesome! They credited me for hthe grief she caused and found out she added charges to my account...thus the extra $. Very disappointing that she cannot be trusted with your business.

2022-04-10I will say the star is simply for the current manager of the store. I had a question about my bill after an upgrade done in February. It wasn’t the associates fault (John) he had done very thing he could to help with the upgrade. It was an internal glitch. I found that out however after the manager failed to address my concern at all when I spoke to her and failed to return my call for a week when I left a message for her. I know she received the message because three employees confirmed she saw the message written and placed on her desk. I have listened to this manager’s sales practices and they are unethically at best. She double talks and confuses customers so many times that if you miss the shell came she is playing you get trapped. Her customer service is horrible. It is obvious she is in it for personal revenue alone. The staff turn over and morale is horrible. Customers also shouldn’t know staffing issues but sitting there for the hour I had to wait, I can tell you who her favorite employee was and which customer she knew she could get the most money out of. Again, John is amazing and the assistant manager was great as well. The manager is the key issue.

2022-06-20The manager Tess of this store is the worst leader or manager I have ever seen. I walked I. The store due to an error on my bill. This error I knew was coming from a trade in and had pointed out to her for 6 months. She stated if it were to occur she would handle it. I walked in today and she saw me coming. She knew and heard why I was there and ran to the back where she hid until I left. This left Shawn, a new face at this store due poor management, to handle my issue. Once I told poor Shawn the issue and that Tess had the history with the issue, he rightfully went back to get Tess, who magically now had a phone call after sitting there doing nothing before I walked in. Her solution for Shawn was to put me on the phone with customer service. Now Shawn being excellent at customer service did his best to help the issue, dialed support, explained the issue and hung in there with me. My wife was at home working customer service already and found a solution with ATT as Shawn and I were working to fix it. Tess however hid. As I was walking out another poor associate was catching the brunt of another customers anger at Tess. Please fire Tess. She is horrible.

2022-03-07Carrie was exceptional. I came in to do an upgrade and she recommended a great phone for me. I left out of the store understanding my new phone well. She took her time and explained everything. I will never go to another location!

2022-05-18Zoe was a lifesaver for me today. She is so accommodating, personable and above all, knowledgeable! We will be ungrading our phones soon. I certainly will be satisfied if shes the representative to take care if our needs. She is an asset to your company!
