Had the pleasure of working with Antwon tonight. He helped upgrade me from a Samsung Galaxy S10 to an iPhone 12 (with no judgement!) He was thoughtful, helpful and informative. He transferred my photos, contacts, etc. He also notified me of 2 ways to save on my phone bill each month. Once I set it up I will be saving $90 off each bill!! We usually go to Bestbuy for upgrades, but no longer!!
If you live within a 50 mile radius and have AT&T service you must come to this store for all of your phone needs. David and Skylar are the most awesome team I have encountered of any AT&T store I have visited, including Texas and Florida. They listen to what you need, do not try to trick you into anything more, and offer solutions to your problems with ease. I ran over my phone and Skylar was ready to assist with the purchase of a new phone. I told him what I needed and he didnt try to talk me into anything I didnt really need. He knew I just needed a phone that night. He even set up, and put on my case and glass to protect for me.. David then came over to assist with products that may help me. They are both kind, funny, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. I live in Worthington and will drive to them whenever I need assistance with my phone. They are fantastic!Give these guys a raise!
Both David, the manager and the associate Ray were awesome today to help me figure out my phone confusion. They were patient and attentive and were able to help me get my phone up and running and even set my smart watch up for service. I give them 4 thumbs up. Two a piece for their good customer service band their ability to do all this with a very helpful and positive attitude!!
I came in to trade in a device and pay off another device. Apparently they don’t allow you to trade in the device at the store level anymore, they have you do it yourself and they are supposed to email you a prepaid shipping label for the “$700 off promotion”I filled out everything, wasn’t able to access my shipping label. Went back to the store, they said they couldn’t do anything. I called customer service, who was completely helpless, they refused to send me an email with the prepaid shipping label and said my device I was attempting to trade in had already been “redeemed” by someone else.After this call, I called an additional 12 times, nobody in customer service would take my call. They would answer and hang up, or I’d schedule a call back and never get one. Once this phone is paid off, I’m done with AT&T.
David and Antwon were exceptional; helped resolve my broken phone issue yesterday by assisting me with getting a new phone and even SAVED ME MONEY by doing so. I will not visit another AT&T location again. If you are in the area and have or are looking to get AT&T services this is the place to go!
From the guy unlocking the door telling us they were at capacity to the girl who waited on us, they were very rude and condescending. Very poor customer service. They did not even try to help. From the minute I said I wanted to cancel my service she said they dont do that there and was just finished with me. She told me to call the customer service number which I already had and they told me to go in person to a store. She said well call them again. I thought customer service was to help the customer?? After I finally explained to her the run around I was getting and explained what the customer service number had told me, she finally helped. She did one little change in my account then said I would have to call the customer service 800 number again. So after being on-line, 3 calls to customer service and a trip in store I finally got the help I needed.
Let me begin by explaining why At & T in Heath earned my business. They are they ONLY mobile provider I went to (and I went to several) that took social distancing, sanitizing, and the number of people deemed as at capacity seriously. I was treated with respect, and patience. My questions were answered honestly and with a smile. Amanda was a delight to deal with. It took me 19 days of trying to get Sprint to unlock my phone to switch providers, and keep my fairly new phone.....to finally give up on Sprint and their false promises. As it turns out, Amanda found a promotion for me, and the new phone cost was minimal. It took me multiple trips to multiple providers who not only did not wear masks, but thought it was great the masks were out of stock in store, so they simply did not wear one....to have the door opened for me at At&T and realize they took sanitation very seriously. I cannot recommend this store, its policies, and its employees highly enough.
I had the best experience with the team I worked with! They were fun out going great energy and more then helpful!!!! Brittany ray Skylar & David you guys are awesome!!!! Thank you so much I left there feeling like I made 4 new friends I will recommend everybody to them for sure and I will not go anywhere else!!!!!!
Sales rep, Sydnee, went above and beyond today to fulfill my customer needs. She greeted me promptly, and was very courteous. I have been with AT&T for over 15 years, and I have never had any issues with coverage. My only complaint (which is the reason for 4 stars) is that you cant demo the phones before buying. But, overall, I am completely satisfied with their service and I highly recommend them as a cell phone provider.
Chad was very helpful with our upgrade. He gave us several options and answered our questions and concerns effectively. The staff was friendly. We were pleased to see that the store was open with regular hours. Just bring a mask for everyone’s protection. We were happy to oblige.
I came in to be added to my dads plan as I had an order I placed online. The salesperson Cody and the manager Andy was very helpful and they made sure I was taken good care of. They told me that I had a porting issue as I was coming from my old provider but they were able to help me through that. I appreciate their hard work and am glad that they are open so that I am able to get a phone through you guys.
Amanda was AMAZING! shes always so helpful , but I appreciate that she actually listens to me and gives me time to speak my thoughts. I can tell her what Im looking for, or what my issues are and she always has a solution. She s someone who doesnt take no for an answer and will make it work in your favor the best she can. Because of her I was able to establish service in my new city even though it was far from her, shes a lifesaver! do yourself a favor and ask for her the next time you visit the Heath location :)
For some reason no matter what I come to this store for, there is always some sort of insurmountable obstacle that ensures I can not accomplish my goal. This time it was a simple upgrade, couldnt make it happen with their equipment apparently. How a business can survive when they are so terrible at taking consumers money befuddles me. - Edit: Nothing in this review is meant to be about the people in the store itself. They are just as frustrated as I am when stuff doesnt work. It is the overarching system that AT&T fields that causes the problems, not the folks at the location.
Had a great time switching my services over from Boost to AT&T at this location. I have tried to switch over at the Reynoldsburg store and calling AT&T but they werent able to help me with setting up an account for unknown reasons. I am just glad the Heath store was able to take care of me!
I came in shopping for a new plan and was considering leaving AT&T for another provider after 4+ years. Customer service representative Rachel made a thoroughly convincing case for me to leave AT&T and find another provider via her rude and abrasive behavior. What on earth are they teaching your sales people? Adios AT&T.
It was as normal. Not enough help! One person out front the entire 25mins my husband and I were there waiting. We finally left. Our service over the phone is just as sad. Several promises to return our call no call backs. Hung up on several times... So so discouraging!
I’ve been a customer for 20 plus years.I went to the store to upgrade and replace broken phone. I was also going to combine my plan with my girlfriends. The girl who was supposed to be helping us was more worried about someone taking her pen than helping us. The combined amount for my existing plan and my girlfriend’s was $142.00 for four lines 4 megs each. The new plan she offered us was $178.00 for two lines unlimited. I told her we could get that at T Mobile for $70.00. Her attitude was “oh well”. She didn’t even try to find a plan that would work for us or compete with T Mobile. We promptly walked out and straight to T Mobile. We are now T Mobile customers. It’s a shame because being a customer for over 20 years, I hated to switch.I tried to do all of this on Att website instead of going to their store, but the website kept crashing.
Fingers crossed, my first experience was great with a Rep named Don. I knew what I wanted before I got to the store. I figure the reps in store are just as busy as I am, although their main job is to sell you need to know what you want or need. I try to set appointments and I dont think they are there to repair phones that has to be documented by phone. I thinking of switching to AT&T for their prepaid low rate they have been around for years before the others so I will see how this goes. Not sure about direct TV?
Alphonso and his team were incredibly helpful. When I temporarily became blind and grabbed the wrong size glass screen for my iPhone from the wall, Alphonso was gracious enough to forego all judgement and politely correct my mistake before applying the correct screen.Alphonso also patiently waited out the full 2 hours that it took to set up my mother’s new iPhone 11 Pro. The kindest human beings AT&T has ever hired East of the Mississippi.
I went into the store because I was having problems with my WiFi black box. Rachael was rude, hostile and simply didn’t care. Her age clearly spelled inexperience and disrespect. She didn’t know as much about the box as I did. She also kept going back in the back for help. Was she in- training? If not she needs it. She didn’t care if I got my problem fixed or not. I had been without home internet for 2 weeks. If you go in the store and get her as a customer representative, save yourself a headache and ask for another sales person.
Im updating this review due to my issue being taken care of in a timely manner. Matt was a big help with correcting the error. He was professional the whole process & went above & beyond I feel to get my issue corrected. The people on the other side of the 800 number need to get a lesson from this individual.
My phone was the victim of a hit and run. My poor S9 was flattened. I went to the store to see what I could do. They assisted me with upgrading to a new phone and were incredibly helpful and patient, and were able to get it done despite network issues and delays. I recommend the team at the Heath ATT store!
If I could give zero stars I would. This review is about ATT in general, and one particular employee at this store. I was lied to by the salesmen, just to get signed up for service. We moved to a rural area, and the salesmen (who appairently doesnt work there anymore, go figure) told us there was an ATT celltower right by our new address and we would have no problems getting signal. There is a cell tower but later found out its Verizons not ATT.After moving and finding out we indeed did NOT get signal I called multiple times. I was lied to again by nearly every 1800 agent i spoke with, hung up on, and transferred multiple times without warning (obviously didnt care about helping me) Oh were working to upgrade the towers in your area be patient we will have service in your area very soon! Lie Lie lie. Being told multiple times I was passed my 14 day buyers remorse period ( THIS IS NOT BUYERS REMORSE) I couldnt send the phones back to get a credit to my bill that they were now going to charge me 1700 dollars for. Why am I going to pay 1700 dollars for something i cant use? After weeks of fighting the 1800 told me to take my phones back to any att store so I went to my nearest ATT. That store told me I had to take it to a corporate store, so I did. Corporate store told me I had to take them to the store I purchased them at (an hr and a half away) but I did. After all that, they said I cant return them. 6 hours later,still have these expensive paper weights. Another 2 weeks of fighting I finally get 1800 to email me return lables. Send the phones back and tracking says they recieved them almost a month ago. Now there trying to charge me STILL for phones that I dont even have in my possession anymore. Still continuing the fight months later.......Long story short, this company has HORRIBLE business practices, does NOT value their customers and WILL NOT be honest with you. All they want is your $$$. I wish I would have read customer reviews before I signed up. Might have kept me from this headache. I could not find more then a few positive reviews, and those are probably written by employees.We ended up porting out or numbers to Verizon and our service works perfect! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ATT, EVEN IF YOUR ISSUE ISNT THE SAME AS MINE THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO SCREW YOU OVER!Sincerely, VERY UNHAPPY, NEVER TO DO BUSINESS AGAIN, FORMER CUSTOMER
I have had nothing but issues since going in and upgrading our phones. We switched to direct tv with hidden fees they dont tell you in the store and when I went back in to tell them about it the sales associate said they cant tell you about those. Then we received the buy one get one free... well Im on the 5th billing cycle and still havent received my credit and they are still charging me. I have been in the store 3 times and I have also called the customer service and they cant seem to fix the problem. The asst manager is very helpful and has fixed the current bill every time I have went in but looks like I will be there again today.
Posting this for a friend since I do not deal with AT&T. My friend visited this store on Tuesday, July 3rd.Was not greeted upon entering. Customer service rep, Joe, was absolutely no help. My friend went to this store because her phone screen stopped being responsive and advised Joe of this and he rolled his eyes and said he cant help.After speaking with his manager Joe then advised my friend that she needs to call customer service and walked away without providing any means necessary to do so.My friend called Joe back over and tried to get him to provide a phone number and he then said dial 611 from your phone. This, however is impossible when you cannot unlock your phone.My friend then had to use her sons phone to make an appointment in Columbus, first available being today.
Ive been with AT&t now for 4 years Ive never had a problem since Ive had the service I am on autopay and Ive never been surprised about my rates going up it is been the same now for all these years which is wonderful you just cant go wrong with AT&t I travel all over the US only one spot that I could not get reception that was in monument valley in Arizona but I didnt need the service there the country was too beautiful so my advice to you and everyone out there go with AT&t their service is great the people are great I just love them.
Walked in waited 10min, not one employee greeted me. i finally had to ask if anyone else was working. they said no . and replied they would be another 30-45 min. reallly? you cant just say a simple hello? will never go back again. guy with the beard needs some serious attitude adjustment. beware!
Experience here seems hit or miss. Seems like sometimes the rep Im working with genuinely wants to help and others make me feel If Im not buying then they dont even want to talk to me. So the sales rep you get will either make or break your experience at this location.
Need a new system for waiting on customers. As we walked into the store, we were told someone would be with us soon. We took a seat and waited. When customers that came in before us were waited on and it should have been our turn, customers that came in much later than us were then waited on before us. Disappointing process. We just left.

2022-03-24Words cannot express the amount of gratitude I feel towards Dave at this location! I have been battling back-and-forth with AT&T for the past year and a half over a phone that I turned in for full credit that was stolen by a previous employee!!!! Countless people I have talked to that never could help me couldn’t prove I had turned the phone in and much to my dismay left me with paying for a $700 phone that was supposed to have been free for me. However, Dave has made me a happy AT&T customer once again! I cannot vouch for everyone that works for AT&T (especially the one who stole my phone in the first place) but Dave is one of the best people I’ve ever talk to you in my life with AT&T! He will forever and foremost be the ONLY person I talk to with this company if I have any problems in the future!!! Thanks again Dave, you do not understand how appreciative I am of the work that you have done!!!!!

2022-03-27Antwon was great! My phone was smashed and I need to switch from Verizon to ATT for better service. He got me all set up with a new phone, plan and had my new phone restored in a short while. My in store experience was the best Ive ever had!Antwon was patient, informative and competent. He was very professional. He even kept his composure when I can back a second time upset and thinking ATT had messed up my service. The issue turned out to my fault. His demeanor never changed. He was professional Deescalated the situation and promptly resolved the issue.Support at this store was outstanding!! Thank you Mr. ATT (jokingly Antwon) for your exceptional customer service.

2022-03-24I could not be more disappointed in this location. Twice scammed by “deals” in this store. Two years ago, I went in to get a new iPhone. I was told by the salesman that with an iPhone purchase, I could also get the newest iPad for only $15/month and that it would have service linked to my iPhone at no additional monthly charge. He told me the data would be “shared” with my phone. I was told my recurring monthly bill would be $195. All good.But wait. After all initial fees were paid, my recurring bill was almost $300. I called AT&T and was told they couldn’t speak to me, as I was not on the account and it was only in my husbands name. (Umm, I set up this account in 2007 in my own name, but the salesman took me off my original account when I bought the new phone and iPad and created a new one in which my husband was the only one listed- even though he collected my ID and confirmed it was in my name…my husband has his own separate FirstNet account). So my husband calls in and finds out no such deal exists on the iPad shared service with phone plan. The customer service rep was kind and apologetic, but basically said “you need to cancel the service plan on the iPad to drop your bill but to do so you have to pay the iPad off in full”. Infuriating but we did it.Fast forward to 2022, they offer my husband a “free” Apple Watch with his purchase of a new iPhone. SAME EXACT STORY. Have to pay service fees for it that they outright said we wouldn’t. Spending almost $310/month on 1 iPhone and Apple Watch plan because of their outright lies about deals. We will never go there again. Be forewarned.

2021-12-31For the amount of people that are always in this store sometimes they get backed up but they definitely do great at trying to get to you fast. The customer service is amazing. David was very quick to help resolve my issues. I will be traveling the extra 45 minutes to return to this store.Thank you guys for the help!

I have an elderly parent that has had a few minor problems with her phone, and these guys have always been outstanding in patiently helping her out in a genuinely caring way.

2021-12-02TERRIBLE customer service! The fact that this is the only AT&T around my area, I have to now drive 30+ minutes to go to a different location. I will not be returning until they have some new faces in there! I can’t complain about my phone service because it’s excellent. But as for the customer service, they deserve no stars! They must pay these people to give good reviews.

2021-12-02Antwon was the rep that assisted me. He is AMAZING at his job. That man knew how to do his job to the fullest. He was very professional and friendly. Extremely informative and helpful. He was very fast and good at what he was doing. He was able to multitask like Ive never seen before. I own and operate a small business myself and I know on a professional level how vital someone like Antwon is. I know I would love to have someone like him on my team. I cant say enough good about my experience at the store because of Antwon. I will definitely recommend friends and family to go see Antwon.
