Aaron set my husband and I up with two brand new phones and set us up with an option that got us the new phones but didnt raise our bill by changing our plan and giving us family insurance instead of paying for it separately. Aaron even sat with us and showed us how to transfer all of our phone data to the new phones. Would recommend this store
Today I came into the store to get help because customer service was not able to help me. Jorge took the time to answer all my questions and even upgraded my phone 8 to iPhone 13 which was really needed. This guy took the time to help me with all my passwords and even transferred all my data. Recommend this guy any day, thank you sir
Today it was a really amazing experience at this store thanks 😊 to cherrie taking her time and having patience with a person like me goes a long way. I am not a phone person but Jorge helped me understand how easy it can get with a little bit of his education. Will definitely comeback to switch cable and internet to at&t. We worked with Chris and he did an excellent job answering all of our questions and getting us the correct phone and interment plans we were looking for along with brand new phones for my husband and I. We were very happy with our experience at AT&T working with Chris!
Showed up at 1pm today.. waited 20 mins. Another customer came in, he must have been there earlier.. she put me on a list and started to work with him. I asked can I leave and come back and be first in line like you did these guys. She said yes. I come back at 230pm. Waited another 20 mins and they call on a guy that was I guess next. I said something to the lady and I said I was next right. She says I thought you were being funny when you asked me. I said no thats a serious question. She then said she was not in sales, she is in service, But her name tag said ManagerShe wanted to argue back and forth, I told her I will set an appointment to come back at 5pm. We set the appointment, it is now 5:13 pm and they just called up a 430pm. They close at 6pm. Her name is Alex, if she is in staff, expect the worst Customer service ever, and she is the leader of the group.
Most disrespectful phone store Ive been in..Sat here a whole hour, watching the two employees just talk to the customers they were with.. not doing anything at all. They asked who was next, like there was a check in? No check in station so now everyone is arguing about who is next .. no one has a clue whats going on.
The staff at this location was amazing! First thing, they opened the door for me when I came in, which I dont get anywhere else. Second, they made sure I was taken care of to the T! The managers, Alex and Allie put up with me hahaha and cherrie helped me activate my phone! Thanks again ladies! 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!
When my phone quit working, I took it to the closest AT&T store which was Richmond, IN. They told me that my phone, a Samsung A11, didnt support 5G so it was turned off and I needed a new phone. My son took me to Miamisburg or Centerville. They replaced my Sim card and my phone works just fine.I dont know whether it was a training problem or an attitude issue. I love my A11, it takes awesome pictures.
Spent hours there with family picking out new phones. Joe was our sales guy and he was fantastic! He was so helpful, took his time and answered every single question we had. Everyone walked out with a new phone including myself and I didnt even need one. To be clear I wasnt forced just had a wonderful sales pitch!!! I would go back and wait for Joe to help again anytime!
Worst experience ever buying a phone and getting new service! Was lied to! Called both AT&T customer service and the store where I went! Was promised a call back and still have not received any return ! Will be moving up the chain to see what can be done! Absolutely unacceptable!
Allie and Arron helped us out every much we didn’t have to wait long great customer service very patient with us didn’t pressure us to get new items or spend more money but we end up upgrading to iPhone 13pro max and getting the accessories deal so we left happy thanksgiving so much for good service and great personality 5 star review!!!!!!!!!
I went to switch my existing wireless postpaid to prepaid. The staff was unable to switch my account to prepaid and asked me to come back after 2 days. When I checked my account, I see a new account created on phone number and the old account cancelled without my knowledge.
Oh my goodness!!! I Love these people!!! Josh has been the most amazing in home expert and walked me through all the steps of transitioning from Verizon & Spectrum to AT&T services!! The service is so much faster for internet and the deal for my phone and service is so much cheaper than Verizon. When I went to the Dayton store Alex & William spent all kinds of time with me helping me upgrade my phone storage and picking our practical and useful protection devices for maintaining my investment. They were funny and patient and not at all pushy while giving me a ton of useful info about current and upcoming AT&T products & services. They also took the time to teach me a few tech tricks with my new phone. I am tech challenged! I recommend their services to anyone looking to upgrade while saving money. Great job!!!
An employee here tried to scam my mom. She had a bad Sim so i got here a new one (from a different store) and gave it to her. The new Sim allowed some function but not all. She didnt know how to fix it, so she brought her phone to this location. An employee not wearing a name tag told my mom that theres nothing he can do for it, and that a new Sim would only work for a couple of hours. He offered her $100 trade in value for her mint Samsung s20+...$100! Samsung blindly offers 600, and its a good thing my mom did not take him up on the offer.When she showed me the phone, I tried to dial out, the phone automatically dialed to ATT technical help who then set the Sim to her phone and all is well. She wouldve been scammed, but she out of principle didnt take the offer because she said the employee was treating her like he was doing her a favor by taking a trade in. Absolute scam, and I hope that employee gets taken care of.
Patrick was very helpful and very professional. He went above and beyond to get us started with a new line of service and made sure that our transitions to our new phones was as easy as possible. He provided us with great customer service and was very knowledgeable about the products. I also received better pricing from him than I would have anywhere else. Definitely would ask for him again!
Rob was awesome! His personality was different from any other salesman I’ve ever met, in the best way. He was able to point out that another location had unnecessarily added charges to our account and removed them for us. He was patient, funny, and honest. Thanks for a fun experience Rob!
Poor customer service!!! Went in to find a replacement for my old ATT phone...sales person was condescending (Im disabled & elderly) & they tried to sell me an expensive trash phone. I left after 45 minutes of agony & still dont have a replacement for my dying phone.😡
I have had AT&T for years now and have had a pretty good experience with them. I have had issues here recently when my plan got changed and information was not given to me correctly. I’ve called customer service to get help. Had confirmation numbers stopping payments that still went through. Went to the store to get it resolved. After 4 hours nothing was done and I still lost over 1,300.00. I was told the money was going to be reimbursed in full back to my bank account which I was given store credit for half on my bill. I want this issue resolved. Who do I have to talk to.
Alex the Manager at Dayton Mall Loaction was AMAZING. Very patient and friendly. She helped me instantly and was very knowledgeable about my wireless needs and services. This location will use deception to get your money. Change the rules to swipe your card then in the same breath explain how the store policy does not allow to honor some misinformation you received while spending your hard earned cash. It is my policy to never shop here again
I just had the BEST experience at a phone store EVER! And frankly, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, period. Patrick, the sales rep, was so professional and knowledgeable about both the phones and the service. Patrick was able to help me refine my choices, even though I thought I had researched everything fully, I was so wrong. Patrick was so patient, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left the store. I will be back, and will send friends and family to seek out this store, and Patrick. Thanks so much!!
Just left store after getting 5 new lines. Wanted to let everyone know what a great job Mario did. AT&T is lucky to have an employee like him. He went above & beyond to make sure we were happy & understood our new phones and took care of sending in our old phones we traded in. I highly recommend this store & Mario.
Andy K at this location was wonderful. He was so helpful in helping my fiancé and I get our things switched from another carrier as well as explaining our best options. He went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased and everything was working properly before we left!
I want to give props to Ricky. We went in today to upgrade two phones and he helped us in many ways. I walked out of ATT with a better plan (lower $$ too) and two phone upgrades! Ricky was extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions. Not once did he seemed annoyed by any of our requests when it came to picking out a new phone. Got a new phone with Patrick the other day! One of my best experiences buying a new cellphone. Went over prices with me, answered all my questions, and was very patient with me. Great service, good personality...would absolutely tell everyone I know to go to Patrick at AT&T! Thank you!
Mina assisted me and my husband activating our new phones and new apple watches. WOW!! He was Fantastic- extremely helpful, professional and made us feel comfortable with the new technology. Our entire time was fun believe it or not. Laughter and a learning process - excellent experience.
We recently moved into an apartment, and needed internet. We worked with Patrick, who got us a great deal, and even reminded me that my work-from-home sales side gigs qualified us for business internet! He was very knowledgeable about what AT&T had to offer us, and we were so impressed with him and the customer service we got that we ended up also switching our phone service to AT&T from another provider. He worked diligently to get us the best deal, best service, and best devices for our budget. We will definitely work with him exclusively for all our future needs.
Rob was not only extremely knowledgeable and streamlined my experience in the store today in respect to my limited time frame I am extremely grateful after being bounced though several different departments and agents how seamless he made my interaction here at the store! Put this man in for a raise, he deserves it!
I think the person who helped me was Vonna. They were so busy along with their teammates, but multitasking as they were on hold with support for another guest and still handling my upgrade while maintaining COVID safe guidelines. Vonna was kind and made this experience so easy as I’ve never had an easy or quick experience with AT&T in the past.The phone that I was upgrading to was not in stock, however, my phone was ordered and within 24 HOURS, arrived at my house even after they said that it would probably take 3 to 4 days. Not kidding, I went in yesterday around 2 pm and I am typing this from my newly activated phone and it’s 12 pm the day after. Long story short, I had a great experience and received wonderful service from Vonna!
Rob was great help. My wife and I went in days earlier hand left empty handed and confused. Came in today Rob was there and helped us set up are phone plan just a year ago and helped get us in to new phones. Explained everything. What were were paying up front. Why we were paying it. Things that may come up on our next bill. We left with phones. And a full understanding of our billing processes.Thanks again Rob.

My boyfriend bought me a new phone. Then I had issues with it and went here to see if they could fix it. No one was able to. We wanted to exchange it for the same phone. But they made it hard to do so even though we were within our return period. I would of give 5 stars if it wasnt for this. They were great when we bought it. But we had to go a couple of days and a bunch of bull to return it. Which I feel they should of taken care of it the same day. Especially after paying $1100 for new phone. So I cant give them 5 stars. So 2 stars away because of this.
Yvonna helped me and she was so nice. Bad thing is that she works for a crooked store. I was offered BOGO on two Apple Watch SEs and was never told there would be NEW lines added to my account, nor that I would have additional fees. I was told I would have installments plan payment and an insurance payment. I also got an 11pro which was upgraded. I got a credit for it because my 10 was still worth money. Nice right?!?Imagine my surprise at my $400.00 phone bill today. I called ATT and filed a complaint against the store and gave them the address so that they can follow up. I also gave them names of those who “helped” me.Lost a customer for sure and I will be returning the watches to the location tomorrow so have your listening ears on!
No effort to earn your business! Walked into the store during a weekday morning. Place wasn’t busy at all. Only two other customers in the store. Nobody acknowledged me coming in. Stood in the entryway for a while but still no one acknowledged me. No process for securing a place in line. No focus on the customer at all. It seems like the employees are just putting their time in.
The store was very clean and the employees very professional and helpful. I was faced with a rare experience with some account issues and with the help of two employees and the store manager, they were able to resolve it. I recommend this location to anyone who is looking not just for a phone, but friendly, professional people!
The lady we talked to was very rude and argumentative. She refused to help us and was definitely not working based on the customer needs. My grandparents have had terrible issues with their phones and she wouldn’t do anything to help them. I’m going to convince them to switch providers and phones since the lady wasn’t at all helpful.
UNBELIEVABLE!! A literal sweat shop! How are customers supposed to shop if were sweating through our pits! My granddaddy even remarked I havent sweated this much since I ate some bad kung pao over at North Village chinese! What in the saddle ranch are yall doing to your employees! Poor people, shame on ATT for not providing adequate working conditions!
My daughter goes into this store to buy a new phone. Informed she cannot buy a phone, but had to put it on a plan. In order to upgrade the phone they’d have to shut down my phone. These reps were terrible. Clueless. I’ll never do business with them again. What a good way to show a child on how some people suck!
I had a great experience at this store today. I needed a sim card for my new unlocked phone, keep my phone number, transfer photos and contacts, transfer my service to new phone, and set up gmail account. Rob helped me with all of it. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Brandon walked over and was very friendly also. The staff at this store is outstanding! I highly recommend this store!
The person that helped me was pretty rule and arrogant. He refused to acknowledge that I got a better quote from another dealership. I understand if the store cant lower the deal due to the policy, but his attitude was very bad. So I just purchase the phone and renew my contract online instead.
Don’t believe the sales pitches. Was told the monthly insurance would cover devices for free if lost stolen or damaged. My device was damaged. Turns out there is a $250 deductible. Upon informing the insurance rep with at&t I was told it would be free due to the monthly insurance the sales rep pitched to me the insurance rep say “sorry, they tell you that just to get you out of their hair.”
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I lost my only phone, which most of us have one. I was told at the store by an extremely rude customer service person to buy a new phone. Pay my old phone off for $500 and the pay for a new phone. He refused to help me with my claim and stated I should go back to work and call the insurance company from there, since I did not have a way to call. I asked why I can’t use your phone. He stated it would be a waste of time since the claim he attempted failed. So, I went to an AT&T store in Beavercreek and the people helped me there process my lost phone claim with no issues. This really is upsetting, I work in customer service at the Hospital and if I treated my patients like he treated me. I would be fired on the spot.Do not waste your rime and go to this store.
First off let me say that I worked over 10 years in retail management, even selling cellular phones at one point. It frustrates me that I have to write a bad review for a fellow retail store that made a mistake and refuses to find a way to correct it. This is customer service 1.0.My wife and I decided to leave Verizon after 16 years for a lack of care and customer service and switched to ATT after being told by an associate we could get 2 iPhone 10s for “free” on a 9 GB plan when switching and since I’m back in school we would get a discount through my university. We decided to make the switch. However, the first bill did not reflect the free phones credit or my discount. I went to the store, who say they can’t do anything and to call the “loyalty” division. We’re told then only the store can add the university discount but the free phone promotion WAS on the account and it takes a bill cycle to catch up. Cool, no problem. Fast forward to the next month. The university discount is on the account, but we’re still not getting the phone discount, which leads us to today.My pregnant wife had the day off and decided to attempt to get this solved without me, and the stress and hoops she had to jump through is beyond unacceptable. She proceeded to the store where she was of course told they can’t do anything and to call the 611 number. The manager at this store did however tell her the free phone promotion only qualifies for unlimited. We were told by one of his associates that our 9 GB plan DID qualify. This is the part where as a manager of a retail store who recognizes that YOUR associate made a mistake you do everything in your power to make it right. Period. But instead, my wife is told to still call the loyalty number. Long story shorter, they kept her on the phone for over an hour in tears with a “we don’t care” attitude and we can’t help you. No care in the world that we were lied too and cheated. No care that their company is going to lose business. No care that they have retail associates straight up lying/misinforming customers.I hope if your someone considering a switch to ATT that you took the time to read my review and make the decision to go elsewhere. I plan to inform the many businesses I am friends with of my experience in the hopes they choose to take their business with ATT elsewhere. I will also be filing with the BBB and my local reps. I was very up front and honest to the sales associate that I could not afford any extras on my phone bill. I had dropped my tablet that I was paying an additional $10.00 a month on contract and had another 6 months on the contract but no working tablet. At first they said that there was nothing they could do for me. Disappointed but OK, I left the store. Then the sales associate ran out of the store after me and said his manager said he could help me out and get me a new tablet. I restated my situations of why I couldnt afford one more dollar on my bill. He said he would make it work with a little cash up front. I left thrilled! Then I got my bill the next month +$70.00 more I was charged! $49.99 activation and $10.00 for the old tablet and $10.00 for the new tablet! Ridiculous! Liars! I wish I could give a negative stars because they totally took advantage of my situation which in my eyes makes you a thief!
I would give zero stars if I had a choice. I came to the store for the simplest of errand to run on a weekday night. Store associates were already with customers but did not bother to even greet us. They were waiting for us to leave as it was almost closing time. Very rude
I had a short stay in Dayton for business and wanted to add a line to my plan. I looked online and chose what I wanted to get. I made an appointment but stopped in earlier to see how busy it was. I was helped immediately by a girl named Alex. She was very pleasant and professional. She got me exactly what I wanted and I was in and out in about 20 minutes max.
Buyer beware, they will do and say anything to make the sale. There is absolutely no after sale service available at this location and managers are powerless in resolving problems. Once they get you they got you. I have been a customer for several years dropping over 3 bills a month or $3600 a year, no more. I will find another provider. They won the battle but will lose the war. Elderly beware.
Worst ATT store,ever! I stood inside the store for a good 10 minutes before being acknowledged... another customer came in after me, same thing... thats fine if I have to wait,but the least you could do is look up from the table youre sitting at to acknowledge your customers...Oh and come to find out, I couldnt even drop my cable boxes off there.. had I been greeted/acknowledged when I walked in, maybe I wouldnt of had to wait there for more reason at all
Just like calling calling at&t or directv, no one knows what they are doing at this store either. Then you get attitude for explaining what the customer service people said. It boggles the mind. You would be best served to completely avoid at&t/directv altogether but if you are into that sort of self inflicted pain, go to the cross point center location. The folks there at least knew what they were doing.
I have shopped at this AT&T for the last 8 years and TODAY I dropped over $2,000.00+ and I was treated like I was nothing and inadequate,i even had to set up my own new phone and transfer my stuff from one to another ( used to be full service). with all that being said this was an isolated incident.
Very unprofessional and understaffed. They will ignore you upon entering the store, without even acknowledging your presence, and they will literally LOCK THE DOORS BEFORE CLOSING TIME, to prevent any customers still being in the store needing service past closing time. My husband and I spent over 1.5 hours in the store, needing new phones and upgrading our existing phones/headphones/smart watch. It was a nice commission for that salesperson, no doubt. Half of the time we were there, was waiting/being ignored time. Then, after all was said and done, the agent didnt properly transfer all of our information to the new phones. Something needs to be done about this location. Its in a bad location for parking, plus its understaffed, and the training of the employees needs to be thorough. This includes the training of management.
Very very veryyyyyyy bad service. Applied for internet service and have been waiting for the package for more than 12 days now. Tried to call them many times but no one pick up the phone. Visited the store again and the girl Kim was nice to take the time and give me the tracking number. Now I am checking my tracking number and been 4 days saying in transit! I am stuck between ups and at&t and no one answers your phone to help you!Good luck everyone with this bad service!
The employees and manager of this store were fabulous! I had spent hours and hours on the phone trying to solve problems with changing over home phone, cell phone, internet and Uverse services for my mother after the death of my father. None of the customer service reps I spoke with on the phone helped, and in fact they had made the situation worse. Thank heavens for the manager and his employees at the Dayton Mall store. They were so understanding about the situation and happily resolved ALL of the problems. I have never had such great customer service from any store as I did from this location. I would strongly recommend the Dayton Mall AT&T store!
Will never recommend this place to anyone. Was looking to switch from Sprint to at&t. Was told by Sam that our trade-in values on our phones would cover the first bill and when we received our final bill from sprint we were to submit it online and it would be taken care of because we would get $650 per line. Wrong! we now owe $700 out of our pocket! Their solution is giving us a number for the redemption center to see if we can get some kind of discount. Really!
I was thinking about switching carriers and went to AT&T. I told them i wasnt committing to ANYTHING, I just wanted to hear the deals. Sam (the sales rep) told me they just had to have my phone numbers and continued to try and scan my drivers License to various things on this iPad in order to see what my deals would turn out to be after all taxes and things out turn out to be. When I tried to ask why he needed all this information, he wouldnt give me a straight answer, told me not to worry. The next day, when talking with my current carrier, I find out that SAM at this AT&T tried to steal mine and my daughters phone numbers but failed because they didnt have a pin number or a password. I am FURIOUS. This is not okay at all. I already have direct tv through AT&T and am now going to close out that account because of the fraudulent business practices and behavior this man displayed.
(WARNING) PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS AT&T STORE .The Managers and staff will Lie to you and charge your cc a Huge Deposit and promises to credit you back unfortunately when you get your Bill or want a refund AT&T does not do that and you get stuck paying it all .I was lied to and $276 Dollars was never refunded back to me .I called corporate and 20 people give you the run a round till you are forced to Call the Bank and press Charges against them!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!.!.!

2022-05-28Very pleasant experience. Went in and was instantly greeted with open doors (Literally)! We was helped by Andy. He was very attentive and listened to what we wanted and what we was looking for. Very knowledgeable and was not pushy. Options were laid out plainly and clearly with no feeling of obligation. Very pleased with our experience and would recommend Andy.

2022-04-09I went in yesterday to get a replacement SIM card, and I was instantly greeted with a smile and Shane opening the door for me. He got the service taken care of as soon as I walked in, no wait. And was super nice while being informative at the same time! 10/10 will definitely come back again!!

2022-02-11I first walked in upset, not particularly at this location but from my experience with the guy that came to my house to sell me phones. I was greeted by the manager Alex, she listened to my frustration and very nicely helped me out immediately. She gave me what I’ve been trying to get an answer on in less than 10 mins! The best experience thus far, I even walked out with Directv Stream! From now on I’ll be going to this location for any future business!
