Darryl and Miya were a pleasure to work with they are the reason AT & T still has my business. They explained all the product and features of my phone and newly ordered watch. It is great pleasure to see young people with exceptional customer service.
Christopher and Shae were phenomenal with their customer service. My sim card was stuck in my phone and Christopher was able to get the sim card out for me. He also set up my new phone and he set me up for the AT&T thanks program for essential workers. I highly recommend anyone to stop by this store. You will be glad that u did.
I went to the store with my wife. I wasnt planning on buying a phone today, she needed one. The manager, Chris and the sales associate, Shae, were so helpful and knowledgeable about the phones; I decided to get a phone too. From choosing the phone to getting the necessary accessories, it was a great experience.
Miya and Darryl is a Godsend. They literally saved my life. I was hopelessly without my support systems on my account. They restored my entire account. They definitely deserve raises and promotions.

I recently came to this store to upgrade to a new phone and for information regarding changing my current plan. The staff was able to make this a seamless transition as they were equally informative and friendly during this transaction. They were beyond patient with addressing all of my concerns; which left me leaving the store without any unanswered questions.This will be my “home” store for all of my future AT&T needs. :)

So long story short, I was having a huge issue with my acct/Apple Watch, Christopher (I believe the store manager) and his associate were determined to let me leave happy. I came in having voicemail issues on my relatively new phone. There were two girls working. I got given an extention and sent on my way. Neither offered to help and as I sat there struggling with customer service they sat at the tables on their phones. I will NEVER be going to that location again. Im just sad I didnt get their names. Its their jobs to assist at&t customers. Went to a different location for my needs.
My visit today with Chris was fantastic he was able to resolve most of the issues that were of huge concern. I truly appreciate the service its very professional and polite and a great multitasking THANKS

Had to come in and figure out what to do with my husbands accout,(he just passed away😭). The store manager, Christopher Roberts, was VERY helpful and made sure I was taken care of in a very classy manner. He also gave me his card and told me that if I ever need help on the account again, not to hesitate to call or come up there and ask for him. There was also a young lady working there that offered her help to me. I dont know her name but, she was very professional. Thank you guys so much for helping me at the hardest time of my life❤

I had several issues with my parent’s account that I am managing and Marquise looked into each one. He solved what he could at the store level. He was knowledgeable, professional and patient. I would encourage any AT&T customer to patronize this store.
The young lady working at this store tonight, needs to be retrained in the art of customer service. When I walked into the store and found her watching a movie blasting on the big screen, food all over the desk and a greeting that consisted of a barely mumbled ‘what question do you have “ I knew I was for a poor customer experience. She was unable to help me and instead of asking for help from a supervisor, she kept insisting it was impossible. I had to ask her multiple times to please contact someone else and when she finally did she very ungraciously directed me to another store. All the time insisting that it was not her job to help me.This was the worst customer service experience of my life and if I wasn’t a loyal AT&T customer I would have dropped all my services on the spot. Extremely disappointed in this store’s lack of professionalism.
The young man Darrell was polite and knowledgeable and very helpful in attempting to solve our problem but to no avail. Customer service stated that the was no reversal of the situation.. He, Darrell did all he could to help, we appreciate his efforts. Thanks

We switched to AT&T in this store and Christopher, the manager, was very helpful and professional. We previously had a really hard time with services on the phone and he managed to make it work and was patient explaining everything.

Theres a woman that works here that has such a nasty attitude. I was the only one in the store and she felt so inconvenienced that I came in there to pick up a phone I wanted. If she hate her job that much, maybe she shouldnt work with there, or with people if thats her issue.

I like the store and they have a good manager. However, the store could be better staffed. That will probably marginally decreased profits in the short run, but increase business in the long run and eliminate the long wait times!

AT&T is awful. They will certainly try and rip you off, be aware please. My husband and I wanted to bundle his cell service, our internet, and cable. That way, wed have one bill, and save some money. That was three months ago, and no changes at all have been made. Oh, not to mention, we never received our $200 gift card for bundling!

2021-03-06The manager Christopher and sales associate Shae were incredibly helpful. Bought 2 new phones and protectors. Made sure to find us the best price and transfered our data. It was at closing time and they didnt hurry us. Got done right at close and we are very happy with their service. Also they followed mask rules so we felt safe.

I had several questions and a rambunctious 5 year old, he was extremely patient and I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.
