Good luck. This location and customer service in general is a disaster. I have waited for emails and call-backs. You would think they want their money and customers. Bye ATT. I do not suggest! Go anywhere else!Edit: they offered and then no reply. Took so much money from me! Please, anywhere else! No thanks to you AT&T!
We went today to get a phone for my daughter .. the girl ( white girl with black eye lash) do t know her name said that all phones automatically add warranty at store .. she outrightly lied and tried to confirm that it’s not true .. came to east gate store and got a phone with out warranty iPhone 12 mini for $8 per month installment .. the manager must be careful hiring such employees who lie .. this store I am not stepping anymore
Although they seem to have a high turnover rate, EVERY time I have visited this location the associates who have assisted me have always left me impressed ... not only with their professionalism but equally with personable demeanors.This visit and last one Tyler P. assisted me and he exemplifies a level of service that sets him apart.- He greeted me at the door - actually opening & holding it for me as I arrived- He asked appropriate questions to clarify my needs- He provided me with the answers/solutions I needed, and- He attempted to sell me other services without be pushy ... suggestive selling.KUDOS to Tyler and this location.
Nicholas and his team are the ONLY reason I am still a customer with AT&T. After a terrible experience at the Milford location, I was ready to leave AT&T and go to a competitor. The experience at Milford, which resulted in multiple lines and products being added to my bill that I was not told about that put my bill up over $200/month, I went to the Ohio Pike location for help. It took FOUR hours to fix the multiple mistakes made by the Milford location, but Nicholas and his team were determined to make it right. They were so friendly and went over every detail of the revisions with me so I left assured that I was only paying for what we needed. I will now be driving 25 mins out of the way to come see Nicholas and his team for any needs we may have in the future because I refuse to go to the Milford location. Thank you so much Nicholas and team Ohio Pike, you truly went above and beyond with your customer service!
If you are dealing with AT&T at tis location (500 Ohio Pike) be sure to seek out Nicholas Redmond.In numerous trips to this store, and others nearby, Nicholas has been the only associate that can answer any and all of my questions with 100% accuracy.On the last two occasions he has corrected the mistakes of others who work for AT&T.Hopefully AT&T is taking note of his high level of expertise, and willingness to help their customers.Thank you Mr. Redmond.
We had an excellent experience with Nicholas Redmond at this store. We were at the store for almost 2 hours and spoke with several representatives at the call center. Nicholas was very patient and knowledgeable and was able to effectively resolve our issue. We greatly appreciate his customer service. Fantastic service.
My wife and I needed new phones and she wanted an Apple Watch. Our customer service representative Jade walked us through the whole process in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. I very much appreciate her making a complicated process very painless. I highly recommend Jade and her manager Nicholas to transact your A T & T phone service needs.
Staff member steered me away from the high end androids I was looking at set me up with a $270 device. Ended up having to exchange it and spend additional money to get a device that would work for me. Employee that was working with me was too busy interacting with people in the store they knew to worry about making sure I was taken care of. No wait for help though, the store was empty and now I know why!
Went in and purchased an iPhone 12 mini in black. Noticed when I got home that the young female sales associate gave me blue instead. Though not thrilled to spend an additional hour in the store, I understood it was an honest mistake. Called 5 times before returning to make sure they had black but got no answer, so returned. The male manager, upon my arrival, checked in the back and found no black mini’s. He called *one* nearby location who also didn’t have it, and concluded they must not make it anymore. I wasn’t given possible solutions, offered to exchange it, or given an apology of any sort. I expected after spending $900 (phone, phone case, screen protector, and pop socket) and receiving the wrong product, to get some constructive help, but the guy was very short and uninterested. I work in the service industry and have been more helpful on folks who spend $20. I’ll take it upon myself to order the black mini online and pay in full, and then return the original.
We walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Otis and manager Christy. I briefly described what we were there for, and they went to work. They found the best options for us as well as resolved problems I’ve been having for years with my iCloud. They were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and fun to chat with! Hands down the best customer service I have received anywhere, and that’s hard to come by in today’s world! Very pleased! Thanks!
Justice and Jade at the Ohio Pike location in Cincinnati were simply wonderful - not only were they very knowledgeable and professional, but they were also very personable and helpful. They made what could have been a stressful experience into a reliable and enjoyable one.
I walked in this location and did not get a hello or even acknowledged. I stood by the door cause I didnt know if I had to sign in to hold my spot since there were others waiting. Still no one had said anything to me, not even a hello, well be right with you. Another couple walks in and they got a hello, there are 2 people ahead of and it will be about 45 mins. Ive never been felt so disrespected. And then one of the gentleman with glasses finally finished with his customer and probably just sat there for 10 mins and Im still just standing there still waiting to be acknowledged and still NOTHING. I was too furious that I just wanted to get out of there.
This store is awesome. There are three employees, that are always there and they are smart and quick. I was on the phone with 611 for 45 minutes then, they sent me to someone else and they could not figure it out. But in about 5 minutes they fixed my issue. The nice thing is if they are not busy they will tag team and get you in and out. I will never go to another location as long as those three work at that location.
The staff was friendly. But the majority of our questions went unanswered, as no one knew the answers and either couldnt or wouldnt look them up or figure them out. To their credit, it was getting late and looked like it had been a busy day with less than enough staff. Even so, I ended up spending hundreds of dollars with another company. I Hope this was a 1 time occurence.
I placed an order online to pick up a new galaxy S10+ and had to pick it up at the Beechmont location. When I arrived it was around 7:20pm and they close at 8pm. When I walked in I could see that the manager..Robert, as well as the other 2 sales associates on the floor were all busy helping other customers. After a few minutes of standing, Robert asked what he could help me with...I then proceeded to tell him I placed an online order and was there to pick it up. He said okay someone will be with you shortly, so I decided to take a seat. After about 10 mins. Robert was finished helping his customer but instead of helping me next, he then proceeded to walk to the other sales associates and try to up-sell them Direct TV. I guess since, I placed an online order and was already an AT&T customer, he didnt want to help me because he couldnt up-sell me on anything. Finally after 20-25mins. One of the other associates became free and helped me out. By this time it was around 7:40pm and instead of helping me transfer all my information over to my new phone he told me that I would have to take it home to do that because it would take too long, I also have to send my old phone back myself. Normally I go to the Amelia location and they always have helped me transfer over my data to my new phone and have always sent my old phone back for me. During this time, Robert decided to come over and try to up-sell my friend who came with me. She currently has Sprint, so he tried to get her to switch to AT&T and also buy DirectTV...we were both annoyed since he wouldnt help me out to begin with. I have worked in management for over 8 years and thats not how a manager treats their customers. I definitely wont return to this location, it was a waste of my time. Every time I try and post their review to their actual website it gets deleted within a few minutes!
Sadly, I had a great experience with Sarah at the store today. She was super helpful and very friendly. I had every intention of shopping at that store only from now on. However, I upgraded my old phone to a new one and when it came time to transfer my data to my new phone, I mentioned an app that another store had used to transfer my wifes data. She did not use the app but apparently used my iCloud backup.Sarah told me she would transfer my data but I would lose everything since May 8th (last month). Once the transfer was complete and I was home, I found that I in fact lost everything since Last May, 2016. As you can imagine, this was awful. Imagine losing a year of your life on your phone.She had me check and make sure everything was there but I didnt make sure the dates were correct or anything, just that I had pictures, messages, contacts etc. She then wiped my phone and it was gone.It was an honest mistake but I am the only one who has to suffer. AT&T still gets their service fee every month, the store got the sale and Sarah her commission.My advise and reason for the post is this. Dont allow an iCloud backup to be used. Yes, what happened was terrible but avoidable. To me, a big deal but not a huge deal. It may be a bigger deal to someone else and cause more issue for them.
This store is horrible. I canceled my service with AT&T well within the time frame allotted in my contract. I went into this store to perform this action and they never reported it to corporate, resulting in me receiving bills to my house and having to waste precious time on my Saturday off to take care of canceling my services. After reading the previous comments about this store, Im not sure that they are capable of doing their darn jobs!
The guys that worked there were very rude and didnt seem like they knew what they were doing. Opened up two phone lines there and they kept changing the prices. After paying they made us pay $15 more dollars and Im literally still not even sure what that was for. Had my two 4 year old sisters with us and they were excited and one guy told my sister she was being rude and needed to say excuse me to say hi to him while him and my mom were talking
The manager biff is very rude, obviously teaches his employees to profile new customers. I went in there in dirty pants and dirty shirt (long story) but was told by a sales rep that most likely I wouldnt be approved. Low and behold I was, the attitude was changed of the rep, I asked to speak to the manager, he laughed and said it was hard to believe I was approved. I told them to shove it and went to cincinnati bell.
Went into this location yesterday to pay my phone bill. They told me the bill pay kiosk was down. I asked if a representative could take the payment. They told me that I could pay through the app. I asked them if i needed to pay with cash if they still couldnt take my payment and they still said no. Terrible service.
Nick and Jade at the Beechmont Store is Amazing!!! The experience was pleasantly delightful because I was dreading switching over from my previous carrier. Nick and Jade made the switch super easy, zero stress and also they set up my new phone for me as well and retrieve all of the information I thought I lost.

2022-08-11I want to compliment store manager Nicholas Redmond for his exemplary work on 8-11-22. He was the sole employee at the store that day. He courteously explained that there would be a 45-60 minute wait to every customer who entered, allowing them to decide whether to return another time. He then calmly gave each person the care needed. I purchased a new iPhone and I-watch and he gave me his full attention despite having no help. I hope he is appreciated.

2022-05-11My experience at the Ohio pike, Cincinnati store was unbelievably pleasant. The sale clerk that waited on me (named Justice) was very pleasant and patient. I had no trouble understanding her.. I had no wait to be served. She setup two new phones in a very short time. She gave me tips on how best to set up my phone to save money. I highly recommend this store. PS I do not know these people and dont work for at&t.

2022-05-03These ladies are the most helpful representatives this store has ever had. Used to be all men, which ok - fine but refreshing to see women only there. In particular, Sky helped me upgrade my phone and did everything - put the screen protector on it, the camera protection, showed me how to access HBO Max, everything. She is an excellent salesperson/ customer service rep and deserves a raise. The other ladies were great too, the assistant manager whom name I did not get was super helpful too. They had a ton of people coming in and nobody lost their cool. Totally recommend this location for your AT&T needs especially since nobody tried to pressure me into this or that for sales. 2022-07-12Justice at the Beechmont location was an absolute Angel to work it. She did everything in her power to get my number transfer in from T mobile she even talk to their port dept and she didn’t have to ! She is awesome so go see her for all of your wireless needs

2022-07-13Absolutely worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Always hiding fees and restrictions untill its too late. Their best answer is sorry , I wish I could help , but unfortunately you need to call costumer service.
