On my 6th attempt to get an issue straightened out (first visit to the Colerain location) I was FINALLY successful thanks to Kayla. She listened to my explanation and went above and beyond to help me, where all others did not. I hope that AT&T recognizes what an asset they have in Kayla. She is the only reason I am still with AT&T.
My wife Jae and I stopped in the store and we were greeted by a rep name Caleb. He did very well and he was able to upgrade both our phones and gave us some good deals! He met all of our needs and he made sure to answer all of our questions! He was also able to save us money on TV too which is nice since I travel a lot for work. We will both be back and will specifically ask for Caleb because he absolutely did a fantastic job! Thank you again Caleb!!
Had great service very quickly upon entering the store from Bradley who was able to take care of everything we needed to do including moving a phone to my account canceling a different account and putting all of the contacts, photos, apps, etc. from one phone to another. He even found us a couple ways to save a few dollars on our monthly bill!
We love our customers service from Bred, we came over, had many questions, we are adding another line to our contract, and even tho, I was not able to purchase phone from them, we will be getting the phones elsewhere but will be coming in to add new lines.Will be requesting hes services.A great Guy!
I visited this location on 9/21 because I had just lost my phone. I was immediately acknowledged upon walking in the store when I ran into Kayla. Kayla was very knowledgeable. She was telling me about new products and informed me of the recent promotions and discounts. I was so impressed by her skills. She is such a great communicator. She answered all of my questions and concerns without hesitation. I left the store with a new apple watch and my new 11 pro max and I’m loving both products. I went back to the store a second time to try to get all my information from my old phone transferred to the new phone. She was able to retain all my files, videos, and pictures. I am so grateful for her. It is very rare to come across remarkable human beings. You can genuinely tell Kayla takes great pride in her work. Thank you Kayla for the exceptional customer service. If you ever need a recommendation please let me know. Keep being great!!!!!
Ian was absolutely phenomenal!! He answered all my questions promptly! Even helped me save money with a bundle deal on my phone, case, screen protector and iPad purchase!! Colerain AT&T rocks! When I was searching for a new phone at this store, I really liked the IPhone 11. But, the store didn’t have the color I wanted. The man who helped me took the time to call several other stores and find one for me. He was more concerned with customer service than making the sale. When I’m ready to buy new phones for my kids, I’ll go back to this store just because of that customer service level.
Caleb Edgington worked with us to update our plans for three phones and two devices. He was patient, explained everything in detail and gave us the best offers AT&T had. We were about to change over to Verizon Wireless after a bad experience at this same store, but Caleb and his Manager treated us with such respect that they won our business back.
Use ATT stores for TECHNICAL problems only.I WAS DIRECTED to this CORPORATE STORE by the Online specialist to check status of an upgrade. . I had to the store there were two Representatives assisting to. A patron asked to use the restroom which was in the office in the back of the store. Once the door opened THREE Representatives came out the backroom ready to assist those of us waiting assistance.I was told store does not handle my situation AND was given..(you guessed it) another telephone numbe to call .number.Only go to these stores for technical issues everything else can be done online; and you wont be subject to overpriced accessory
Tyrall Butler was an excellent rep! He was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful and he was able to get our whole family upgrades. We arrived 15 min early and we were seen as soon as we walked in the door. And we were dreading being there 3+ hours, like last time, but thanks to Mr. Butler, we were in n out in an hour. I highly recommend AT&T and will always be a loyal customer.
Awesome service, everyone was Awesome, Michael took care of me so well, had no clue on how to work my phone, but Michael took baby steps with me and I love my Apple phone and Watch! I can work it myself my friend will be so proud of me! Thanks Michael, tell ur manager Chad u Rock!
I’ve never had an experience at a phone store as amazing as i did the other day. I go through sprint but my grandma goes through ATT and i accompanied her to this store last week. A guy named Michael helped us and he was very patient and kind. He was able to answer the questions i wasn’t able to answer for her and even helped her upgrade her phone. Beyond that, he was literally a blessing. I was having a really bad day and he asked me why i seemed so upset and when i told him, he gave me some very nice and encouraging words. It nearly brought me to tears to have a complete stranger be so comforting towards me. It’s the little things that count. As i said before, i go Through sprint but this visit made me want to switch that day haha. Keep up the good work !!
I went to upgrade my I phone from a 7 to 11 and Chad was very thorough answering all of my questions and even explained about their AT & T TV plan which would be started soon which would eventually replace our existing plan.I appreciate everything he did to help me including trying to get me the best deal. Thank you Chad!!
Buying a phone shouldnt be difficult and AT&T on 3612 Stone Creek Blvd in Cincinnati, Ohio is the perfect example.Upon walking in, the store associates instantly greet you and inform you that their readily available. Respect goes a long way and theyve traveled far distances in this store make you feel welcome.The store is very clean and organized. I appreciate the additional hand sanitizer located by the entrance, also. Phone selection is great and plans are reasonable as well.I just want to give a huge shout-out to the store associate Kam. This young man went above and beyond to make sure I was making the best choice for my new smartphone. Not only did he answer all my questions, he made me realize what customer service is all about; respect.Kam was so professional and respectful that when I go back to that store, Ill only choose him. Im not saying the other associates werent helpful, because they were but Kam just made such a positive impact on me. I rarely see customer service that good. These associates work very hard, especially with the pandemic going on and deserve the utmost appreciation.Thanks, AT&T for providing a wonderful customer experience once again.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS IN WALMART, SAMS OR ANY OTHER STORE. GO TO AT&T! I went into Sams and the girl did nothing but lie. On the 3rd week I called AT&T and got it straightened out and then had to go to the AT&T store on Colerain. He got my phones activated. Those people working in regular stores dont know anything about the phones or plans and they get the commission when the employees of AT&T haze to do all the real work.
I don’t often do reviews but the crew at this store are amazing!!! Chad, Tyra, Tryall & Mikey were so pleasant to work with, went above & beyond in helping me and others, and Mikey even guessed my astrological sign & gave me some horoscope input while I was waiting! This is the most positive retail experience I’ve had in a long time, highly recommended this store! :D
The store was clean, and luckily not to busy so we got waited on nearly as we walked through the door.However once the employee found out that we were turning in our phones from a promotional deal from Costco we got a major attitude with us. The Costco staff warned us about how att staff act in these situations, but I was still disappointed to see that he was right.That being said an overall good experience.
The salesman Tyrall at the Stonecreek AT&T store was very helpful and professional during my visit to the store yesterday. He was able to assist my family in purchasing and setting up new IPhones and Apple watches. His knowledge on all of the various products in that store was amazing.
My opinion (rating) probably is too specifically personal. Had 30 mins before work, stopped in. 3 customer waiting for service.2 employees. Waited for 15, same as when I walked in. Watching the employees deal with the current customers seemed as though they were being through with information. So 3 stars.So far I hate this keyboard with this Calypso. Cant search for a specific emoji by typing.( Snow=🌨️) my TMo phone offered emojis when you typed a word.
Even though Im a T-Mobile fan, I like this store. Made a visit with my sister who needed a new phone. I sales reps were very attentive, nice and made sure you left out with a great deal! Good job guys👏🏾 I like the location of the store too, conveniently close to Stone Creek Plaza, plenty of restaurants to pick from.
I have been a customer for a while, stopped in for a few questions on getting my son a new phone. Sales clerk was very unprofessional, I had questions in regards to pricing. Sales clerk reply “ guess it’s how much money you have” she was not helpful, or knowledgeable in anyway!!! Was on her phone texting & spoke to her friend. Discussed wanting a lunch break!! I will go to a different store or switch services. This place is pathetic!!
The customer service at this location is Horrible! My experience with my mother, a senior citizen, she was fast talked, the reps were curt and just had no patience. I would not EVER refer anyone to the Stone Creek location. My mother asked if she could receive assistance with showing her how to add pics to her sd card. No one new how to assist her, she was referred to a mom and pop place to show her how, hell it took a minute for the manager to want to step in and assist her. Well he was hesitant as this was day 2 for her return, she came in on day one with issue with her phone and because no one took the time or patience to assist with the phone she had, she purchased a new phone with hopes she would be better directed, but of course NOT! She called me and once she explained how she was treated, yep we made a trip back to the store. The manager seen it then, however never stopped over to see how he could or if the matter could be resolved. So yes, she was a remembered face from the day before. One of the reps stated they are more on the sales trying to sell the merchandise and get it out the door. HELLO, you may want to show people how to operate the equipment so you dont loose the sales by the item/s being returned. This just pissed me off to the highest level of Pisstivity! No patience dealing with senior citizens, just HORRIBLE! For this, I would NEVER refer anyone to this location!!!!!
After walking in the door and being greeted promptly I was informed the there would be a 45 minute to an hour and a half wait for service. Really! Hire and schedule enough employees to meet your peak demands. If you dont know when your peak demand times are check Google!
UPDATE: 3 weeks later and still nothing. Was told 3 weeks ago they they were given wrong info and passed the wrong info on to me. Was told on January 8th they should know something on Friday the 10th. Text on Tuesday the 21st to see if any update and have received no response. Not only was I lied to but they stole an Iphone 8 plus and Iphone X in the process. I would have never donated 2 phones to your company for no reason. I will be contacting the BBB.Lee and Tyrall lied to me to get me to switch to AT&T. Advised I would get bill credits each month now 3 months in finding out they sold us phones that are not eligible.
When I go inside the store, for the most part I get decent service. But, whenever I try to call the store, no matter what time during the day, no one ever answers! I’ve literally been trying to call this store multiple times the last two days to get some questions answered and no one ever picks up the phone! So frustrating! I went to the store yesterday, was told one thing, got home and received an email that said something totally different and I just want answers! I shouldn’t have to go to the store for a simple question.
STAY AWAY FROM AUTO PAYMy fiance and I canceled our service TWO months ago and they charge me today for a service I am not using I dont even know where the phone is. No refund because apparently my cancellation didnt go through. So Im out 91 dollars because they cant refund an auto pay. What a joke.

2022-04-02Panicking because my phone would not charge, I came to this store. I was immediately greeted by Walter who proceeded to clean the charging port. In just 10 minutes I was handed a repaired phone at no cost to me. This is the only AT&T store I will ever go to. Thank You

2022-02-18I dont know how this even has reviews. I get a text from them saying that I needed to switch everything over because they were going to shut off my other phone. So I went up there, spoke with a gentleman about turning on my phone after I switched everything over. The phone activated but I still couldnt make any calls. So I waited over 20 mins after they kept passing me around to different customer reps. Still solution is not resolved.

2022-04-07Never go to this location the guy Ian k will mess your sin card up if you dont buy a phone and then you will have to go buy another Sim card cause he has put your as defective so if u go buy this dont get thru gut with the glasses on wait for someone else!!! I have no phone until the morning!!!
