It was not the wait. However, when working with the rep he was rude. He seemed like he was too busy to help with the process. He did not want to answer questions. He gave me the wrong date for my device delivery and my girlfriend took of work to be there. He could not answer any questions about that process and just said I dont know its brand new to us.
Had a lot of questions. Had several issues that needed attention. I had plenty of help and a lot of good information given to me. If I wanted to judge AT&T and their phone costs, this would not be a 5 star, but the service, advice and time given to me and my family by the store employees was great.
Called ahead, asked how long it would take to turn my phone in. Austin said ten minutes. I said ok my name is.. and Ill be there at 447. Walked in and three people walked in with me. Took all of them before me, I guess it didnt matter that I called ahead. I left with my phone. Couldnt wait any longer. ....post review..I went back on Friday evening and no one was in the store. Two people were ready to wait on me. It was a success, turned in my older galaxy for the newer one. My big hurry was to do it before I lost or broke the trade in phone. Updating my review..
Manager Therese went out of her way to get phone I wanted from different store. She also expedited my visit to speed up my purchase and activation. Jerry, my sales rep. was extremely helpful and patient transferring my pics and apps from my old phone. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
Nice people working there but At&t still is very expressive and overrated with pricing. Other phone providers still blow them away with service, towers and affordability. I dont call 300 monthly bill affordable. These are reasons why pre paid phones still rules and will probably rule in the foreseeable future. We will try again in about 10 years.
A T & T is the WORST when billing you for your cell phone!MAKE SURE YOU KEEP ALL/GOOD IF YOUR RECORDS WHEN DEALING WITH THEM.For example finally received my card for trading in my phone, I received a notice afterwards advising me they could not find evidence of my phone being traded.in. There have been so many problems I cant list all here. SMH
Pretty bad customer service. Just got off the phone with sales a few minutes ago and he could not wait to get off the phone with me. Was talking to him about switching from Verizon to AT&T and he was just not that friendly or helpful and seemed like he wanted off the phone. I was signing up for a family plan, as well. Their loss.
Had UVerse, they told me in store that the better deal was the DirectTV/UVerse internet combo, bill has been absolutely all over the place since, now being charged twice what I was originally quoted, and their only recourse is to call Retentions, a 1-800 number that I cant get anyone of substance on either

2022-07-28I don’t know (and I guess will never know) if this was intentional by the store staff who were really helpful and courteous but I was assured that my bill as I qualified for FirstNet would be “xx”. Although when the real bill came and sans activation fee etc it was going to be for ongoing monthly bill- 3 times “xx”. I understand the first bill was going to be more but I am especially referring to the ongoing bill I found out. I truly did feel misled. I even got these guys the Nothing Bundt Cake for how awesome they were and how impressed I was with the customer service. I truly wish it wasn’t their fault.

2022-04-02For the longest i was holding back on upgrading my phone until coming here, the workers are very polite . Jessica was able to set me up with a new phone very quickly and i was able to still have all my contacts , photos and everything ! Im pleased with my visit .

2021-02-06I needed a new fast charger. Good selection. Staff following common sense Covid procedures. Excellent experience.One note on parking. The store is at the end of the row. The developers left just enough space for two rows of parking on either side of the drive. If you drive a larger vehicle, it is easier to park down near the Chipotle and walk. Vehicles swing into the drive immediately off Detroit; keep your eyes open.

2022-04-15Walked into AT& T thinking I lost all my data and ready to cry - had no access to my phone with the last iPhone update for a WHOLE DAY! Sarah took all of 3 minutes to get my phone updated without any loss of data! Ty ty ty Sarah!
