I had an extremely disappointing experience at the At&t store at Aurora, OH on 6-1-2021. Background: I have been receiving notices that my phone would stop working because the 3g network was being phased out. However, the phone they had on file for me was an old phone I replaced just recently. So, I wanted to update my phone to the one I actually use. I went to the store and waited 30 minutes for service. What upset me first, was that the female at the store waited on people that came in after me. After people who had come in after me were waited on and left before me, she then proceeded to LIE to me and say that my phone isnt compatible. She literally told me there was nothing she could do and that I needed a new phone. After waiting for 30 minutes for service to be treated so dismissively was unreal. After getting home the technical support easily updated my phone on file and said I would be fine because it is 4g compatible. Going to the store was a waste of my time. Why would anyone pay money to be treated like trash? Thank God the lady at technical support was helpful and knew what she was talking about.
Absolutely ZERO hospitality! How about a greeting, “ Good Morning,… How May I assist you. This should be automatic, oh and how about a smile, I know we have our masks but a smile shines through.One employees pants so low you could see his underwear, BLACK. Really any dress code? Any manager on duty?Any employee training…highly doubtful! I probably interrupted their personal “computer” interactions.About as poor customer “service” as I have ever seen!
Call in experience was less than professional. We ordered a new phone in their location and was told arrival date would be Dec.1-8th, my husband called to get an update on the order status. He was told there was nothing that can be done. The rep continues with attitude while my husband was simply trying to understand. She states he has to look on his order form, mind you, he doesnt have said order form, he asked if she has an inventory of whats coming in and out of the store, she hung up on him.... Ill it again, she HUNG up on him. He called back 3 times, they pushed their phones through so it went to a call center. This is just sad, I understand the country is in need of workers, but come on AT&T, people pay you big bucks to provide service, the least this person couldve done was to give my husband the 800 number that was able to assist. Sad... (yes, I was there for the entire conversation, this all was totally uncalled for)
After having a lackluster experience at another AT&T location we came here and Devonte assured us he could help us port our phone numbers into a new account. He kept his word, listened to us, was always professional, and did his best to help us with all our needs. Thank you again Devonte for your time and patience!!
Love this store! I drive 50 minutes out of my way to go here.. hands down, aurora has the most respectful, quick and efficient employees I’ve met! Any issues I’ve ever had were dealt with quickly and the right way the first time! Highly recommended and always worth the extra drive! Annie Morris greeted me soon as I walked in the door and had me out within 20 minutes, even saved me $20 a month on my bill! Wonderful experience
WOW JUST WOW !! These guys are the best. I went into the store because my iPhone kept freezing and this girl Daniel not only got me a new phone but took the time to fix my plan apparently Ive been paying for things I didnt need. When I left my bill was dropped by over $70.00 and got a new phone out of it. I would highly recommend asking for Daniel this girl knows her stuff
I went into the Aurora store to get my Dad upgraded to the iPhone 12 Pro Max. It was the most pleasant and professional experience ever. I highly recommend this store vs. the Apple store or any other AT&T store Ive ever been in. I will say it was Brandons etiquette, attention to detail, and expertise that made all the difference as he took his time to articulate the various options. Thank You, Brandon!!!!
Meeting Eve at the Streetsboro, Ohio AT&T store was the best part of our visit. Hubby needed a new phone. She quickly matched him up with three options and discussed pros/cons for each one as well as availability. She reviewed our phone plan to see if it could be improved, transferred the data and applied new glass and case. You could tell she knew what she was doing. She was very personable and professional. Best visit to a phone store ever.
We decided to make the switch to AT&T for our cell service after being long time Verizon customers. We went from 2 to 4 lines, upgraded to iPhone 12s, and we are saving $40 per month vs what we were paying with only 2 lines at Verizon. Brandon and Anne were extremely helpful and made it a seamless transition.
So, I had a terrible time trying to deal with India or wherever their digital call center is. The phone we ordered as an upgrade was lost by FedEx. I spent days trying to get to the right people on the phone to fix this. I was ready to leave AT&T. But, Ill be dammed if they are the only jerks with coverage in my area! So, after getting India to cancel the order that never arrived (took 2 weeks) we decided to go to the brick and mortar. The team was great. No one tried to run our credit for the upgrade (phone customer service tried). She didnt try to upsell us. Was thorough. Nice, smiled etc. Count your blessings AT&T, these team members are going to be what saves you. Whatever country your online ordering customer service is in, they are down right rude and disrespectful.
I was met with a very polite customer service rep who answered all of my questions, (which there were a lot of mind you) and even offered to have me text him when I was on my way to the store this coming friday so he could clear an appointment time to take care of switching my services. He was knowledgable and sincere and made switching from verizon to at&t a no brainers. Cant wait to go back this friday and get my new plan!!
The experience at this store was horrible! The store manager, Joe, had an associate skip over me to get a sale instead of helping me. I was deleted out of their “queue” and then added last as a loophole. I left the store after waiting over 20+ minutes without my concerns being addressed.
I had a real problem with my DIRECTV bill. The manager was very helpful in trying to resolve my problem. He had to place a call to AT&T. It was very difficult to communicate with the person at the other end ( damn outsourcing) So after an hour we may have gotten an solution. . Once again the manager, Aaron was very helpful.
Very bad management I had problems since day one of service promotions that were offered at the time ended up not being available at this store and only had service for 4 days after having to cancel due to not being able to make phone calls out. Management had very few solutions to offer and when attempted did not even work. I deffinitly would not recommend this store to anyone who does not want to waste their time 6+ hours and countless miles trying to fix a problem caused by this store.
My wife stopped in to replace her broken phone with our newborn. The person taking check-ins told her it would be an hour wait at least. So 2 hours by the time they swapped the phone. No manager in store, 2 sales people and a check in person only. The checking person just stood around playing on an ipad. This is an unreasonable amount of time to swap a broken phone for a working one. Att you need to can the manager at this corporate store. They are not managing, all the reviews on here state horrible customer service and rude associates. My next phone will be bought in a Verizon store. At least they dont waste my time and cause a newborn baby to go hungry waiting for his mom to get her phone replaced. My whole home direct TV installation took the same amount of time that this store took to replace a single mobile phone. Horrible!

The Reps have NOTHING to do with how long it takes for someone data to transfer or if the system has issues, they dont do the coding.If you dont wanna wait, how about setting up an appointment? Shocking, right? I know. Youre welcome.Aaron, the manager went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate it. Yeah the wait time was long(ish) but I didnt have an appointment and knew what I was getting into prior. This is the ONLY store Ill be visiting from now on.
I had a very similar experience to another reviewer on here. I hardly ever write reviews but I was treated so rudely I felt obligated to warn others.The associates at the store were very nice and as helpfuI as possible the problem was with the manager. He was extremely rude and hid in the back of the store for over an hour before eventually coming out front and accused me of using a European phone and that was the cause of my issue. I attempted to explain that I purchased the phone from Motolorollas site a few weeks ago and it is an unlocked 2014 moto g second generation US GSM model XT1064. I literally proved that he was wrong right to his face and he just continued to accuse me of using a Euro model. This went on nothing got resolved and eventually I just left.I would never recommend going to this store. It was an awful experience with an awful manager.
I walked in to the store right as they were opening. I asked about the iPhone 6s and 6 and was told they didnt have any. After that the store clerk ignored me. He didnt offer to try to find a store that had one and he didnt offer to find me any other phone that would have meet my needs. It was as if I didnt exist. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never return to that AT&T store.
Their people are some of the slowest moving employees I’ve ever seen. Pathetic. They don’t greet people upon entering and they look at you like they hope you will get frustrated and leave. They don’t give you an estimate for wait time, they just put you on the back burner. I’d rather have the dentist drill a cavity than go here.
Great staff who is always willing to help you out with your questions and concerns. They take their time to answer your questions and walk you through the purchasing experience. Exactly what you want when you are spending $$$$ every month. I would recommend this location the everyone!

2022-06-05ZERO STAR. Unprofessional and untrustworthy. They gave misinformation that led to inaccurate benefits and charges. The salesperson literally tricked the trade-in value and lied. Google review AT&T owner, don’t even bother replying to this if you’re gonna just change the name and copy/paste your message about sending this up to the leadership. It’s clearly not happening and not getting resolved. Absolutely do NOT recommend this store. Don’t waste your time.

2022-06-27We tried to get a phone for my little sister. The place was empty and the man was not there. When we asked for help. The sales man did not help us at all and all he wanted was to argue and kick us out of the store and said I’m not going to help you. Please retrain your staff or get new ones. The black man who helped us needs to be fired, that is not how you treat a customer. Please stay away from this place at all costs and go somewhere else.

2022-06-05I traded my phone last year Xs max and value of the phone was 350$ And i got the 13 pro Max . And after i got my first bill they take off 91.12$ of the bill which it should be 350$ , i call AT&T customer service and they said my phone was only for 91$ And the point is the sale person tricked me , that’s so bad , please be careful when you trade your phone in this location and don’t believe what they tell you , if I know my Xs max was 91$ I wouldn’t trade it in . I learned the lesson now . 😏

2022-04-15Dont have AT&T service but they gladly allowed me to use the z fold 3 demo unit. The employee also took it out of the casing to allow me to take a better look. Good place 👍

2022-03-01Five star help from Devonnte and Amir to set up a new phone after AT&T blacklisted my 4G Sony Xperia. Thank you for your help, including transferring my contact list. I was greeted and helped immediately, unlike the poor service I received from former employees last summer.
