Aspen Dental in other cities:
The first time I went was very good. The staff was very friendly. My experience went downhill fast. I tried to leave a review but it looks like I ran out of room to complete my comments. I will never return nor recommend Aspen Dental to ANYONE. I know you wont care because you business will still go on. I just hope that others will be more satisfied with your service than I was.
I originally attempted to schedule here to see there rotating oral surgeon, Dr. Patell. The person who scheduled me on the phone told me no problem, here is your appointment have a great day. I arrived to find no one at the desk, when someone did finally arrive at the reception desk they choose to simply ignore me for about 5 minutes before finally checking me in. I was then led back to an exam room, if you can call it that, it was basically in a random back corner of the facility with whole in the wall and completely open for anyone to hear your conversation. Then the doctor came in who was not Dr. Patell and I was informed he was not even at this location today. I was also informed I would not be permitted to see him until I established with Aspen. The doctor then proceeded to rexamine what my primary dentist had already done and wanted to do a set of x-rays. Instead of taking an xray of the tooth in question they tried to do a full set of x-rays. I was like hold on a minute, I just had a cleaning and full set of x-rays, why would I need a full set to establish? The hygienist explained it was there policy but I continued to refuse and was about to leave before they decided it would be ok to just do the problem area. The doctor came to the same conclusion as my doctor and said ok I will refer you to Dr. Patell, but first you need to go get another xray called a conbeam xray before he will even consider seeing you and we dont do those here.At this point as you can imagine I was pretty frustrated by the whole process and decided to leave and find a different doctor to which all went much smoother.I would not recommend this place at all for so many reasons but overall the complete lack of communication and complete lack of disregard they seem to have for there patients time.I hope this review will help others.
I called at 8am with a urgent request that most places would have turned away. After explaining my situation they got me in at 10 even with a booked day and super busy morning and was able to help with all my needs. Can’t thank them enough, aspen dental pickerington was truly a god send!
Dentist was excellent. Dental hygienist was thorough, helpful, and clear on her explanation of her treatment plan. The front desk assistant, was very kind, especially helping me get a document to them via my Android phone, and her tech saviness in talking me through the procedure how to do it. And the financial counselor was excellent in trying to offer as much financial help options and savings and explanations as he could. A very good overall experience.
Visited October 2020. Dr. Syed Zunera lacks the professionalism you should expect of a trained dentist. I waited in the chair, without any attention, for over an hour. Then she looked in my mouth for all of 20 seconds. Told me I was done and as I was checking out, the clerk said a cleaning would cost $1200 next visit. I dont think shes really a trained dentist. Aspen Dental is a joke. Will never return.
Hi guys! I want to share a wonderful experience. Firstly, I want to express my deep gratitude to the Regional manager Sara (Dental Aspen)She is a great specialist, very open and kind ..., smart, and has done incredible things for me.The situation is as followsLast week I lost a filling from my front tooth. I urgently needed to get this tooth done. I arrived in the clinic with Dr. Lee, Dental Aspen. I arrived on time for my appointment. Literally 5 minutes later, an assistant called me. I was already pleasantly surprised that I didnt have to wait long. As it usually happens when you come to the doctors. After the pictures, it turned out that my incurrence did not cover the new doctor who was supposed to do it. The amount was very large. I was very upset and a miracle happened here. The regional manager Sara came to me .. She found out the whole situation and began to make different calls, to do everything to help me .... In the end, she phoned my insurance and they agreed to cover this doctor. So I was very happy, Dr. Lee made a tooth for me, very good, thank you very much. I paid only a small part, and everything else was covered by insuranceThank you very much to Dr. Lee, an excellent specialist, all the assistants and especially the Regional Manager Sara. Guys, you are excellent specialists and truly serve people .... thank you very much.I RECOMMEND to everyone ... 100%with respect ,Natalia Danilets
I was so thrilled. I literally called at 10 and they got me in at 11 oclock, within the hour I was filling out paperwork. The X-ray technician was so professional and amazing at her job and candidly made me feel comfy. I met three doctors all of who were jovial bright eyed and authentically seemed-to love their jobs. Having been later off due to Covid they understood my financial limitations, but that didnt come with a finger shake about maintaining a proper dental care routine. Will definitely recommend. Its quite comical whilst receiving this text I was referring a friend! A+++++ So thrilled with my smile.I only wish I could remember everyone’s names.
You leave messages on their voice-mail and they never return your calls. They have remade my mothers $3,000 dentures twice and they are still not right. They keep giving the run around about you need to see Aspens special dental technician but can never tell us when is going to be available. We asked for money back and the still are giving the run around. The dentists have been somewhat pleasant to deal with, the dental staff have not been the greatest, couple of the dental staff have had attitudes. I would not recommend anyone to go to this office. Will not be having any other dealings with Aspen Dental.
The dental assistants were amazing. The dentist was very personable and made me feel very important to her. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a dentist, do yourself a favor and go to Aspen for personal service. Amazing folks working in Pickerington!Gentle Giants... I feel compelled to update my review now that my experience is complete for now. There are no words to express how grateful I am to have had these folks working on my smile. Pain was minimal or just didnt happen. Id go home waiting for the pain after the numbing medication wore off only to find no pain. Ill never go anywhere else again for my smile other than Aspen Dental.
I have spent the last month , trying to get a lower partial that fits. I read really great reviews about Aspen Dental. I had a great experience from the time I entered, until I left . I met the X-ray technician first. She was warm and friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist, Dr. Syed was next. She gave me options, I didn’t know about. She answered all my questions, with a smile. She had great teeth , by the way. 😀 Last , but not least was the office manager. She addressed what my financial responsibilities would be and Payment options. She was very personable. I left the office feeling I was embarking on a journey to improve my health, while improving my smile. I am so ready to get started, next week. Follow up Coming. Oh yes! I was attended by all female practice. I loved it. ❤️❤️
I went in to get the cap on my front tooth put back in as it fell out. Before they did the procedure I had to speak to the office manager and pay at that time. I told him I wanted an estimate on what it would cost to get a bridge or any other options that were available for this issue if the cap didnt stay in.The dentist put my cap back on and it fell out 4 days later. I called to ask the manger to share what he came up with. He said he would call me. After leaving a message 2 more times I gave up.When I initially went in they announced Oh you dont have insurance. That is why, I believe they treated me like I was poor. I will not go back and be treated like I am not important enough to follow through with treatment. Do not go there as they certainly do not care about people, only money.
Dear Aspen Dental, I am so happy to be a new patient. Even though the office didnt have my appointment down the people there was so nice to me. They gave me an appointment to see the dentist on the same day even though they were short staffed. I thought I would have to come back because my appointment wasnt on the schedule. But they took care of me. I was there for a repair. I was told that the repair could be done on the same day. It took them an hour to do the repair. Im so happy that I found them on Google. They were following CDC rules. Everyone had on 😷 masks, washing hands, using hand sanitizer and the place was so clean and comfortable. Id give them 10 stars 🌟 but they only allow 5 stars 🌟. I dont have to go back. The repair was great. They have a dental lab on site. If looking for a reliable dental office just Google Aspen Dental. Great place to have your dental needs met. Prices were great too. Thanks Aspen Dental and Staff for such a pleasant experience!Mrs. C.J. Lewis
I have taken my 95 year old Mom there multiple times and they make every effort to explain things carefully, accommodate her walker and pace (she moves slowly). They let me go back with her to where the dental work is being done and help explain her dental issues when she has difficulty verbalizing. Staff is friendly and communicate well. We will definitely be going back to Aspen.
The staff is very nice and the office is clean. However, they were running behind, so my appointment started late and felt rushed. After letting them know what I came for (my crown came out), we discussed a treatment plan and I was escorted to the business manager’s office to discuss pricing for the long term plan...after which I was a little confused because I came in to have my crown re-cemented (which the Dr knew), but I was sitting in the business manager’s office discussing later treatments, with my crown in my hand. I asked the business manager if my tooth could be cemented in today, and he left briefly to check. When he returned, he said they couldn’t do it today because all of the assistants were gone home. Then, I had to make an appointment to come back, but they can’t get me in until next Monday. So, I came to get my crown back in, but it’s still in my purse and I have an expensive treatment plan to mull over...with my tooth missing out of the front of my mouth for 5 more days. I am sure this all happened because they were running behind and kind of stressed, but it really isn’t fair to me. I know my insurance is being billed and undoubtedly will be billed again when I go back to have the crown re-cemented. But I don’t think that is fair to me. Again, everyone was very nice and professional, but this is unfair and inconvenient. I got to my appointment an hour early (because I was trying to make sure I beat traffic)...I wasn’t expecting to be seen early, but I also wasn’t expecting to be seen late and to not have the main thing that I came for done.
First time here and had a great experience, the office manager Kim was great , I am a very talkative person and ask a lot of questions, and Kim answered them all, I had been looking for a dentist for a while because I am new to this area and finally found exactly what I was looking for, thank you Kim and Aspen looking forward to my next appt❤🥰and by the way I recommend Aspen for your dental needs!!
I was charged for a cleaning when my insurance covered it. Although the hygienist was able to go to the front desk and request a refund but then told me it was not gonna be a full refund because she put a floride coating on my teeth. I have been going to Aspen for the last two years in central Ohio and they always told me anything they where doing that was an extra cost. This location doesnt they try to squeeze every dime out of you. I will not be going here again. I am still waiting on my refund my 53 dollar refund when it should be 93 dollars.
I started my journey with Aspen Dental 1 year ago. Bliss has been there with me through almost every visit and I see her skills in action. She is dependable, honest and has the best chair side manner I have seen in years. I want to thank her for being consistent and knowledgeable in her role. Thank you Bliss, you truly have made a difference in my smile in more ways than one.
After waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time, I would have preferred the dentist spend more than 5 to 10 minutes with me. I wasnt even sure if he looked at my x-rays and if my bones showed a problem for dentures. The dentures are very expensive and I think more care shouldve been taken. Also there was no privacy because there were no individual rooms!
I had dental work done in September and was required to pay 1645.00 up front. I put part on my HSA card and the remaining on my credit card. I have no complaints regarding the work and medical staff. Once I received my EOB I found I was only responsible for 550.00. I’ve called 3 times and given my card information to refund what was overpaid. It’s still not done. Very frustrating! FOLLOW UP: thank you Aspen Dental for finally refunding my card.
The dentists there hurt my fiancé’s mouth even more. Also when they were taking 3D scans on his teeth there was no plastic/ sanitary covering on the tool they were using to do those said scans. This place was also wayyy overpriced. (5,000+$$)Search up on YouTube “Aspen Dental scam” you’ll see what I mean.... he went home in pain , and honestly he felt he went for no reason at all. Everyone pretty much was emotionless and the whole visit was awkward. The two female “dentists” in the room seemed like newbies and didn’t know what they were doing. Like I said they hurt him more than they did help him. Fiancé also told me that they couldn’t even do his X-rays right , they had to call for help. Don’t go here unless this is your last resort !
Had bad experiences at Aspens in the past. However, to my delight there is great professional service here! Dr. Syed helped me get my smile back. The dentist heard all my complaints and was able to fix the problems i was having. She was empathetic, professional with a great sense of humor. Will definitely recommend to anyone considering a new dentist.
Worst dental experience of my life. I called and made an appointment to go see them. They checkedmy insurance to verify and was told they accepted it. I got there went back lady was really friendly took my x-rays took me back to the back to wait on the dentist and during that entire time she kept talking about dentures and I let her know I didnt want dentures. The dentist came in and didnt bother to even look at my mouth you just call me what the x-rays said and that you know I should get dentures after they pulled teeth. I reiterated to him that I do not want dentures and I will not have them Ive had them in the past and they dont work for me. He seemed to get a little bit agitated at me. So he left and the tech that took my x-rays followed him out I was left alone. About five minutes later a lady comes in and lets me know that she made a mistake that they dont take my insurance. she said it was her fault and then since it was her fault they will enter a coupon for me today that will take care of the cost of my x-rays and being seen. I asked her why she didnt notice that in the first place and she goes she just made a mistake thats all I got from her. she goes she will send the finance manager in to go over other options with me. after about 15 minutes away Ting he finally decided to come in because the office gossip in the front was a little bit more important I guess one of the text boyfriend cheated on her and that became a big deal around that office that day. plus I heard another gentleman coming in that had a $9,000 bill for some reason and he didnt understand why. so I met with finance officer and everything just to see what they would say that again hes trying to push dentures on me. It seems like that is Aspens big thing and only purpose is to push dentures on people and not take care of their dental needs. I went in there for a few cavities in my teeth and knowing that I might have to have them extracted after what they wanted me to do it would have cost me nearly $5,000. Thats insane. Several years ago automotive repair shops got dinged for padding the bill and offering services to clients that didnt need them or want them and that is exactly what Aspen Dental was trying to do to me and has probably done 2 many other people. I strongly suggest through my experience that if you need Dental Care to look elsewhere because people might seem nice there but in actuality its all about the bottom line and how much they can charge a person. Im extremely disappointed and aggravated and frustrated at Aspen Dental. But I guess if people dont know better they will listen to them and pay what they say they have to. This is certainly not an organization that I would ever recommend.
I needed to see a dentist for a bad tooth, they got me in the same day and even called me to let me know I could come in earlier if needed. The website was easy to use. The staff were extremely kind and understanding. The dentist was calming and reassuring explained what was going on and what I needed to do.
They were overbooked. So by the time they got to me, I only had time to get my x Rays done and to speak to the doctor for a minute. The dentist and the x Ray technician were both very nice.I go back for my consultation tomorrow.I asked them to send me an estimate and procedures they planned to do.But they didnt. So now I feel like I am buying a car rather than a health decision.Folks, I am only going to sign up for what I can afford.Sigh...
Excellent staff and excellent service! Each member of the staff that treated me was kind, thorough, and addressed any concerns I had with complete confidence and thoroughness. Terrie was exceptionally thorough with all of the explanations in what was being done, and her (along with everyone else) kindness made it all a great experience. Their knowledge and methods used to check and re-check anything that I felt was a concern were completely comforting. I cannot recommend this location enough!
If I could give them zero stars I would. Went in for a broken tooth/toothache. Left with a $3700 quote for multiple procedures that I wasnt interested in. I explained to them that I was only there to have the tooth repaired that I came in for. The dentist told me I NEED to do what he suggests, or he cant help me. What a crock! They really make sure they get their money back on that free exam. After checking with a few other places around, I found that their pricing was EXTREMELY INFLATED! I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy! Please, please shop around before going here.
Dr. Syed made both my daughter and myself feel completely comfortable. She was very patient with answering our questions and concerns. The office manager talked to us with ease making sure we understood the options we had and even threw in a couple of suggestions. Before we left, I made sure I stopped by the front desk and left Dr. Syed a letter of appreciation. We have found our new Dentist.
I was given an estimate of work that needed to be done on a family member. By our regular dentist office last year. When asked for the same estimate for this year the price had gone up EXPONENTIALLY to the tune of $800 more. There was no was in heck I was paying that. Decided to shop the price. Aspen dental was much more reasonable and saved our family well over $2000.00 given the fact that the holiday season is upon us, we were truly grateful for great service at a “reasonable and AFFORDABLE” price. Thank you Aspen Dental the savings plus the friendly staff made your office the best and wisest choice for us!
The scheduling office doesnt communicate with the local office. Very frustrating. They confirmed estimates could be given with a consultation/ no new X-rays however the dentist wouldnt look at me without the x-rays. They would have been out of pocket and the front desk let me know they would tell me how much that would run after the service was completed. I could have brought the x-rays from my previous dentist if that was communicated. Also, I was stuck behind an accident and called the office to tell them I was going to be late. She said it was not a problem as long as I was there by 5:15. I said on the phone that I was a new patient and had to fill out papers. Not a problem. When I got there a few minutes before her cutoff time she was rude and made sure everyone knew what an inconvenience I caused. Announced she had to ask the dentist since we close at 6. Yeah, thats why I called before I got there. She came back to announce that just this time but next time we will not take you. Would have been deserved if I didnt call ahead and to make sure I could still come. Condescending and rude. She was rude about insurance(never heard of my provider even thtits listed on the website) rude about the scheduling office lack of communication, rude about the x-rays. The dentist never looked in my mouth to see if that was necessary. Screams insurance scam. Huge waste of my time.I walked out so I cant speak to the level of care. From that impression I would never entrust them with my familys dental care. McDonalds of Dentists. Dont bother.
Very happy with Emily a Dental Assistant at the office for helping my husband being comfortable with his procedure and answering all of his questions. She has made it easy for my whole family to become new patients. All of the staff was pleasant making a stressful time much easier.
Aspen provided an awesome experience. The doctor was very friendly and took the time to tell me about each step in the process. My procedure/services were explained in detail, and I felt welcome to call back with any questions that may come up later. The office staff were very friendly. We even shared pictures of our fur babies.I would recommend this Aspen Office to anyone needing dental care.
They took me in way faster than I was expecting was able to actually pull my tooth and get me out of pain even though it was 7:00 at night when I made my appointment! I appreciate them staying open later for those people who work and can never take off to go to the dentist Im glad that they were able to help me so late at night!!! Thank you all for making going to the dentist more convenient for those who work late and cant take time off work!! :-)
I have nothing but good things to say about Emily. She was my dental assistant. She was so positive every time I had an appointment. She always greeted me with a smile and since I am 82 years old she would help me with my cane and carried my purse and an arm if I needed one. I looked forward to seeing her and no matter how I was feeling that day she cheered me up. Thank You Emily
Just received my new dentures from Aspen Dental. It was a long process from start to finish but I am very pleased with the final result. Thank you to everyone for your kindness, especially Emily who helped me pick out my final teeth. Would highly recommend your office!
My first visit, outside of the receptionist who seemed to watch me sign in and not say anything only to give me my paperwork 15 minutes later, the experience with great. The x-ray technician was nice and kind, the dentist himself was not only knowledgeable he provided information with everything that he did and to boot he was cute. The financial officer was nice and worked with me as he explained all my options.
Everyone was nice. The place was clean. Friendly. Very informative. During x-ray though, I had the plastic piece in my mouth and when the assistant removed it, it had scratched the inside of my gum. I didnt think much of it, but now it has been a week since the visit and the scratch has gotten 3 times the size and became an open sore. Hurts bad. I have been taking the antibiotics from the hospital visit the day prior, but the wound from the dentist office continues to get larger daily. Kinda starting to worry a bit.
I would never recommend this facility to anyone getting dentures. My husband had his teeth pulled May 7, 2015 and to this day he still does not have a set of permanent dentures. They have had to make 4 different sets and as of the visit today he still has no permanent dentures. We purchased the top of the line dentures, after our dental insurance we still paid over $5000. He has made countless trips, missed work and has had numerous embarrassing moments with teeth that dont fit. The owner was willing to give us back less than half of what we paid out of pocket and also if he gave us a refund he had to have the teeth back. After putting him through all of the inconvenience and anquish for a year, they wouldnt let him keep the teeth until he could go somewhere else. Great money back guarantee. Every time he goes in there he sees different people and they have no idea what has transpired. The one pair that were finally some what acceptable were destroyed by a temporary dentist that fills in when my husband was going to get a few high spots fixed. This dentist totally destroyed both the top and bottom dentures. Yes, the office staff are nice and Dr. Shah tried her best but whoever their lab tech is needs to find another line of work. Sadly we referred a friend and he still has no teeth as well. Think real hard before you spend your hard earned money at Aspen Dental for dentures!
I went here for a partial with two teeth on both sides. I had insurance paid what I was told. Was given the temporary partials. When I went back to get them checked I told the dentist that the two teeth on my right side were placed wrong he got mad told me they were not. So I have a space between my real tooth and the partial. Then I ended up with a bill saying I owed them $100. more. I refuse to pay since my teeth are wrong and to top that off these are still my temporary partials. I am still waiting for a call to tell me where my permanent partials are at. Even said I have no problem paying the 100 if they fix the ones I have and give me my permanent ones. It’s been over a year.
My first experience with this dental office was very positive. I felt the employees and atmosphere were very welcoming and personable. However, after I had work done, my bill was way more than estimated and I continually received notifications that I had a remaining balance. After multiple phone calls with the billing office telling me this was a mistake and to disregard the bill, I received a letter from a collections agency. I am still working to dispute these charges with my local Aspen Dental office in Pickerington, OH. I recently went to the office at 4:00pm (they close at 5:00pm) and their office doors were already closed for the evening. I do not recommend Aspen Dental for your dental needs! It is not worth all the stress and frustration.
The staff were very friendly and professional educating me on better and proper care of my teeth and gums. Terry, who performed a deep cleaning on my teeth was terrific. The doctor who did my filling was very polite, professional and the first doctor to not hurt me when sticking a needle in my mouth. I didnt feel anything. All around I would give the Pickerington Aspen Dental a 10 out of 5 if possible. Thanks to all who work there.
My first visit to this office was great. The entire staff was excellent in customer service and educating me as to the treatment I should proceed with, and the payment with the insurance plan. This practice has great evening hours all through the entire week, which helps someone like me with my work hours. I hope to be with this office with my dental care for years to come. Many thanks to Dr. Navanit, Camryn, Eric and the entire staff.
It was all good. It was more expensive then I ever thought it would be. Way more. I see commercials for dentures at Aspen at 395$ for upper and 395$ for lower. I had only 4 teeth to take out. Cost me over 4, 000 dollars. I still need to look over my consultation papers and prices for their services. Everyone is very ,very kind there. Very clean office. Still wondering about the high price! Am looking into it. I recommend it but pay very attention to prices of services .
There have clearly been some changes in management. The office was cluttered, the music was not appropriate and too loud for a business office. Very unprofessional staff but the hygienist was wonderful!I have noticed a decline in this office for some time and now that I understand it is a franchise, it makes sense to me.
I had X-rays taken and then I was left sitting in the dental chair for about 30 minutes or more. I was waiting to talk with someone about financing. No one came to get me. I had to go back to work, so I went to the desk to let them know I had to leave. I was told to have a seat in the lobby. I had to leave.
This was my worst experience in life. I spent over 4,000 getting my teeth fixed. About a year latter all the work they done came out. I called to see if they could fix them. They said it will cost I said weight a minute I already paid for it. That’s when they told me I would have to pay again to get them done. They will not make it right. So now I have hardly no teeth and no money to get them done. I got an estimate from another dentist and they quoted me 14,000. Think twice before going here.
I made an appointment for a cleaning. I got there, had the usual x-rays taken, went into the room where the exam is done and the dentist looked at my x-rays, discussed my concerns then told me to wait while the office manager came to discuss my treatment plan. That was it...no cleaning, fillings or anything else. The office manager said the NY call center doesnt always tell clients that they may or may not have time to do the actual work when you make an appointment. Total waste of my time.
I went to Aspen upon 2 recommendations from friends. Working in customer service myself, I give this dental office 5 stars because they were absolutely the most nicest people from start to end. I am truly amazed by their customer service, caring of their patients and overall concerns/helpfulness to what I need. I would highly recommend them!
Scheduled an appointment for 11/4/19 @ 9:15 a.m. a couple days in advance. Showed up to appointment to have a broken tooth repaired. I was told by the receptionist that the dentist is in India and the temp dentist cancelled all week? Odd part of all of this is after she scheduled the two others ahead of me for later on the same day, I was told the earliest I could get in was 3 days later? What a joke of a business.
From the moment I checked in I was greeted very warmly and professionally paperwork was not overwhelming each encounter I had with everyone that is to save her, check in x-ray tech my provider the information I was given concerning future procedures is made plain and simple any questions I had where addressed I was not rushed all of my future procedures cost where explain to me it was a perfect experience I would definitely recommend Aspen
The staff was great, however, the waiting was way too long and was not told when I made the appointment that what I needed done was not going to be taken care of on my first appointment. Then why would I schedule an appointment? I was told to arrive 15 minutes early and actually didnt get called into the room for exrays until 45 minutes later. Then had to wait an additional 30 minutes or so for the Dentist, then had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come and talk to me about pricing and setting up an appointment for what I needed done, however she never came in and I finally told the dentist hygienist that I had to leave because this is entirely too long of a wait and they could just give me a call next week.
I cannot stress this anymore do NOT go here the office people act nice but ever since I had cavities filled the teeth that were worked on hurt constantly it’s been 4 months of pain. They said they would order a different amalgam and refill them to see if that helped and scheduled an appointment. I get a call the day of saying they still didn’t have the filling and they would call me when they got it in, guess what it’s been over a month and I haven’t been called. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
Kinzee and Emily (the receptionists) were awesome! They were very kind and got me in quickly.Took only 40 minutes for my cleaning. Dr. Andrea was very thorough an answered my all my questions. I love getting the complementary tooth brush and toothpaste at the end too. This is my 3rd time here and I can say with confidence that they do an excellent job with their patients👍👏 They were easy to reschedule with and they asnwered the phone when I called a head of time.Ill be seeing them again in 6 months
They kept rescheduling my appointment. I ended up losing a tooth because of them. Unprofessional and uncaring. Had been with these people for 5 plus years. They were trying to get me to spend 30k for implants. When I refused...they started changing appointments. Sometimes I would show up and wait only to be told the doctor would not be in for hours.
It had been over a year since I went to a dentist and was dreading the damage I’d done by staying away. I was pleasantly surprised how efficient and gentle they were. The cleaning was completed in 30 minutes and when I left I thought how silly it was of me to stay away. I will be returning to that location (Pickerington) in 6 months and have already made the appointment.
I actually was seen at the location in Biloxi, MS, not Pickerington OH. Virtually no waiting; they saw me at my scheduled appointment time. Victoria was my technician and took great care of me. She explained everything she was doing and was very friendly. Great visit!
Update as of 9/26/17: finally got my appointment rescheduled for today at 2:00PM. Showed up by 1:45PM. Waited until 2:25PM. A person showed up after me and verbalized he was also there for a 2:00PM, and he was called back before me. No one spoke to me about the delay. I ended up having to leave because my childcare provider needed to leave around 3:00PM. They’re a terrible establishment and I’ll never go back.As far as a big corporate dental office, this establishment is so-so. For regular cleanings, they are usually fine. I had an appointment scheduled for weeks that I intentionally scheduled on a certain day and time, to immediately follow another appointment I had. I have a newborn so I had childcare arranged to be gone for both appointments. At 6:00PM the night before my cleaning, I got a voicemail to reschedule because they had over-booked. I made it pretty clear that I was unsure when I could make another appointment. I had made detailed arrangements for my cleaning the next day, since I have an infant that cant come with me. They were sorry for the inconvenience. I also had a referral for a specialist from my last dentist that I had been going to since childhood, but the doctors at Aspen have yet to recommend anyone (for recession). Unfortunately my insurance doesnt cover very many dentists, so essentially, I dont have much of a choice but to continue at Aspen Dental, otherwise Id switch.
I had to go in and adjust my original rating to one star. I brought my 88 year old Dad in for dental work and feel like they didnt care about us. Then I emailed to say we didnt have a great experience they never responded. When I went to speak person, the office manager made it clear that they had received my email and had discussed it with the dentist... But I guess they didnt care enough about us to respond.I tried to explain that while I was unhappy, I just wanted to tell them the few things that would have made it better and kept us both as patients. But unfortunately the office manager spent his time defending their procedures instead of listening to a patient who was1) willing to take the time to 2) write a letter 3) speak in person & 4) was not ask for anything but for them to listen. What would have made everything better is time. If they had taken time (5 minutes) to explain to both of us what was happening we would both still be patients. I was basically that due to HIPAA privacy rules they were never allowed to talk to me, but we know that all they had to do was ask his permission. We were both in the same building!Aspen should take a cue from the next dentist we went to! When I took dad to Merion Village Dental, they took us both back to explain what they were going to do for dad, gave me the option of staying in the room. Afterword they came out to the lobby to explain what was done and what our after care procedures were. Basically it felt like they cared. I dont feel like Aspen Dental cared enough.
Perhaps the worst experience at a dental office that Ive ever had. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are considering this place an option. They are staffed with under experienced non-professional individuals and the dentist treats people like they are idiots with a wallet for him to dive into.
The staff are good people as far as i can tell. I came in to get a cracked tooth looked at and seems i had no other obvious problems. We agreed on a procedure and set dates for getting things done. At first i thought i could get my problem done in time for my families move, but NO. The hygenist to do my first cleaning called off. I will not be angry for emergencies, that happens. Got a new appointment confirmed and i thought all was set. BUT NO. the day of the appointment i was informed that the whole clinic was closed for the day.I finally got my cleaning, however it looked like a rush job and the lady in question seemed to be in a rush. Currently my tooth got the attention i wanted for it. The procedure called for a bit of removal of the tooth getting a mold to replace what was removed. Sure it looked like it was going smoothly and at that time i had no reason to question what was going on.However my doubts grew as i was given only a temporary cover and told to baby my tooth. I thought no problem. 6 hours later the temp cover fell off. Now i have had an exposed tooth for almost 3 days now. I have tried to call during business hours but 6 minutes of commercial recordings and no response is annoying. On top of my exposed tooth i see additional unathorised unnecessary score marks on two other teeth. The one behind my Original Problem Tooth, has a 1cm long CUT not a cavity. The other was on the Tooth in front of the OPT, it has what looks like a chipped spot near the gum line. I will be going to aspen dental to get the overlay for my tooth in about two weeks. I will try again to call them but this is ridiculous and should not be an on going problem.I have read a number of reviews that have complained about unnecessary work or problems that have occurred. Most revolve around partial to full replacement of teeth. I do not want to be placed in the same situation as some of these patients who have had similar issues.
My first visit to aspen dental was great the entire staff was so nice to me made me get over my fear of the dentist being able to b comfortable to talk them about why your there without being judge I would go back and recommend others to visit aspen dental dont go sitting in the wrong dentist chair if your unsure how your visit gone turn out go somewhere like aspen dental where the whole environment is friendly and your sure to be able to walk out smiling again thank u aspen dental team for giving me the confidence that I can be able to have a big smile on my face agian
Went in for the denture advertised as I am on a budget and fixed income. I was told that the $299.00 dentures were set in wax and will not last. I got upsold and had to have my wife get credit for over $1000.00. I had to sign that the wax impression was a good fit, and when I got the actual denture the teeth were longer than the was original and so I had to have another denture made and pay a further $125 to make another denture and again had to sign when the wax impression was presented.when I went for a fitting it almost cut into the side of my mouth and gums. I had to go back for further adjustments,The actual dentist spent about 10 minutes with me, and the rest of the fitting were conducted my a very pleasant tec, but at no point did the dentist come in and see where the teeth were cutting into me
Recently became a patient of aspen Dental.... I can honestly say Ive had a positive experience...the staff has been friendly...Emily, Eric, Isaiah and Brittany!...Dr. Navanit. Have all been great.....I am very pleased with. Dr navanits work... I would recommend them.
Dishonest SalesI am without dental insurance. On my first visit I was found with cavities and given a large bill. When I asked the business manger if there were any discounts that could be applied to lower the price he said no and went on to say that the profit margins are too low at the regular price to offer any.I later returned with an online 20% discount to dental services but was told it would not apply because it was not presented at my first visit. When I asked why I was lied to on my first visit I was told that it was just company policy to not tell people about promotions even when asked.*Update:I went to another Aspen Dental office and they told me there was no reason why the 20% discount could not be applied as it can be applied at anytime. The dentist there also confirmed that I was being charged for an additional cavity I did not even have and that I did not need to buy a 150$ toothbrush. All together the Pickerington branch was charging me an additional 700$.
First visit had all new X-rays and evaluation. Dentist asked about various types of services and I politely decline with no problems. Will be getting deep clean and crown soon.my son attends this dentist location and seems to like staff so I will see how everything is later.
The worst office experience. Employees were nice but the office was run poorly. They made two files by mistake for my daughter and scheduled my other kids on a Saturday when the office was closed. Not to mention your first appointment is only an evaluation not a cleaning!!! There were random people in the waiting room requesting to speak with someone... If you have dental coverage go someplace else. I will not be back.
The X-Ray machine was down I had to wait for about 45 minutes , the dentist that waited on me acted very rushed and I didnt get everything addressed. I still have issues with my teeth, One I wanted to give high praise to is the dental tech who adjusted my partials he was very patient an he did a good job.I am really thinking about going some different to get the rest of by work done.
Ashen Dental was precise to my appointment by which I followed their instructions on appearing early for my appointment in order to fill out my paperwork being I was a new patient, they keep to my original schedule, gave me a full exam and then broke it down as to the whys and the hows as well as explained the full cost of the procedure. I went away feeling well educated as to what it was that needed to be done. On top of all that, the staff assisted with entertaining my 4yr old daughter while all of this was taking place. I surly shall return to have the work done.
This place is a joke and the only people who are decent and kind are the manager and one older dental tech who isnt rude. As far as im concerned youre better off throwing your money in to a trash can, pouring gasoline on it and setting it on fire. ALSO the dental hygienist, needs to mind her business and not whip her head around to make snotty comments we were closed for TWO months trust me, im aware. I was in pain the entire time. Anywho, thank you. For utterly making me terrified of the dentist.
13 minutes agoThis place is a disaster. I had no issues with my teeth going in, just wanted an exam and cleaning. They took 20 (20!) separate xrays on me. I saw an actual dentist for about 2 minutes. There was a bunch of waiting and then a consultation with the office manager about my dental care plan which was just me signing a piece of paper about how much it would cost to have my teeth cleaned. I didnt even get a cleaning at the appointment. They insisted I schedule a separate appointment for that! Are you kidding me? It took them an hour and 45 minutes to get my daughter and I both through there WITHOUT cleanings. If thats as efficiently as they can work, I will not be going back for cleanings or anything else.I brought up concerns about these unusual and inefficient methods of practice to multiple staff members and they all insisted that this was the way things had to be done or the dentists would lose their licenses. Theres no way that can be true. I see new dentists all the time as a military spouse. Never have I been put through that many xrays and never have I had to make 2 separate appointments for routine care.
I was pleased until my last visit. I know i cancelled several appointments due to work obligations, but feel my last tech rushed me out. I paid my deductible and no work was done. His excuse was i needed periodontal specialists. If that was the case then why take my deductible. Never go my second cleaning.
I went in to Aspen in June of 19 to get my wisdom teeth pulled and had looked into Invisalign at the time but never went ahead with it. After several months of paying on a dental plan, I realized they had opened two separate accounts for me (one for my wisdom teeth and one for Invisalign) and I had paid $600 on an Invisalign account they had opened even though I never went ahead with the procedure. I thought it was just an honest mistake and not a big deal so I called in and explained to them what happened and the girl I talked to said shed call back. She didnt. This went on for months. I kept trying to get some satisfaction but couldnt. Dozens of phone calls and every time they said theyd call back. Not one person called me back once. At a certain point they finally did refund to the account holder a large chunk of the remaining account balance but there was still an account balance of around $150. Finally in February of 2020, they told me to come in and speak to the manager so I gladly did thinking this would all finally be resolved. I had my paperwork with me and everything made perfect sense and in like 4 minutes the manager apologized and said how everything makes sense now and hed take care of it. He was going to have Aspen refund me the $600 I had already spent and pay off the remainder on the account. I was so happy this was all finally behind me. WRONG. NOTHING CHANGED. They didnt refund me or pay off the balance that was left. I just paid off the rest of the account balance on May 2. Because of Aspen Dentals ineptitude, it cost me hours on the phone and taking off work to try to try to talk to the manager to resolve it and they did NOTHING. I paid over $750 on an account they opened and dumped off on me and did nothing to try to fix it. Its about more than just the money. The whole thing is infuriating. I tried EVERYTHING to get it resolved and nobody cared and I had to pay it out of pocket because the bank holding the account was harassing me day in and day out. I would never recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. They couldnt care less about their customers. Generations of my offspring will be raised to take their business elsewhere.Quick summary: Aspen Dental was literally paid by the bank for work that was never done and they pocketed the $750 that it cost me, their customer.
They helped me get my mouth healthy again by showing me the benefits of a spin brush, RX toothpaste, RX mouthwash, and using an interdental brush instead of floss. The hygienest had a very gentle touch, was vocal in telling me what she was doing to my mouth and why. Pointed out areas I was missing during brushing. Gave me guidance on how to fight gum disease at home to make my appointment go smoothly and I was successful with my at home results which left me with a positive attitude about my mouth. Less anxiety for me at my office cleanings.
I first came here in November 2017 because of a toothache. They x-rayd my teeth and found that the one tooth that was hurting has decayed to a point where I have to have it pulled or have a root canal done. They also recommended some other things such as a couple of fillings and a deep cleaning. Of course my dental insurance wont cover it all, but no worries, I qualify for dental financing. So over the next 2 months I got the deep cleaning and the fillings, What is disappointing is I am now making monthly payments for those services, but the main reason I went to them in the first place (the toothache) has never been addressed.Id think most people would want that handled first, and worry about the other stuff later.
The dentist gave me an ultimatum. He told me that having my teeth cleaned would be bad for them and that instead I should have a $1500 cleaning due to the fact that my gums were receding. The gauge used to measure that was never used, I guess he just guessed. The other problem is the number he used, 25% is the same number that dentists have been giving me for almost 20 years. The recession is due to a lack of care when I was young. I currently take excellent care of my teeth and there has been no further recession for 20 years. To tell me a cleaning would be detrimental is bad. To tell me if I dont have the cleaning he wants me to have and only want the regular cleaning he will not provide for me and will refer me somewhere else? Thats an ultimatum and blackmail. He doesnt have to refer me anywhere else Ill find another dentist on my own. Im 61 years old and I will not be treated like this or spoken too like this. This dentist is out of line and if he worked for me Id fire him.
The worst experience ever and I didn’t even get my tooth worked on! The dentist mentioned he runs a business making over 2million a year and is not worried about the money he would be making off of me.. he told me to get a route canal and that he doesn’t do them. I asked for a filling to get me by until I could get the route canal and he was extremely rude about denying me that option. He even said “I’m not even making any money off of you”... The worst interaction ever. I ended up walking out. The guy was smug, kept interrupting me, full of himself and down right wrong.Do not go to the Pickerington location. This guy does not care about you, he cares about his wallet and how much money he makes. He didn’t even have any respect to say goodbye, have a nice day or thank you. He walked out.He didn’t even try to comfort me in the financial aspects, he just rudely mentioned it was someone else’s job. And I get that, but you could at least be mice in saying so.
Aspen Dental offices are the Lenscrafters of dentistry. I would never recommend them to anyone. I did not go to them for a full comprehensive exam. I went there for an infection in my gums. However they billed my insurance for a full comprehensive exam with upgraded photos. I told them 5 different times that I already had a dentist and a treatment plan in action. I explained 5 times that my dentist was on vacation and that I had an existing appointment scheduled for my treatment plan that I was only there for a prescription for an antibiotic for an emergency infection. My face was so swollen that it looked like I had half of a hardboiled egg tucked in my cheek and I was in excruciating pain. This meant nothing to them, they are only there to sell you treatment and could care less about you as a person. During the 45 minutes of x rays, I asked several times if this was necessary for the dentist to see me for the infection and was told yes. The dentist looked in my mouth for 10 seconds said write a prescription for an antibiotic then started to discuss my future treatment plan, he was the fifth person I told I already had a dentist and treatment plan in action. Instead of doing the responsible thing and sending me on my way to the pharmacy he made me sit there another 15 minutes to talk to his office manager. I again had to go over all this detail with the office manager, I had to sit in pain so he could try to sell me $5000.00 worth of future treatment, not to mention he expected me to make a decision and pay for the future treatment right there on the spot! I was then told if I did not pay for the future treatment they could not schedule me again. The reasoning being they couldn’t schedule people who might not show up and waste the doctor’s time so they needed me to pay for all of my treatment up front. Now I guess they didn’t realize that I just watched their receptionist, with 3 different people, who had appointments scheduled, call them up to tell them “I’m sorry we do not take your insurance so you will need to go someplace else or pay $292.00 out of pocket for todays visit! Of course those people left. It appears the doctor’s schedule is not so important if you are scheduling without confirming insurance and then turning people away! Not to mention what about those peoples time? All I can say is what kind of professional try’s to strong arm a patient into making a huge financial decision while they are sitting in pain. Finally after another 25 minutes and me saying over and over again that I already had a dentist with a treatment plan in action, the office manager finally gave me the prescription so I could leave. This should have been a 20 minute emergency visit it turned into 3 hours of unnecessary pain. I am the office manager of a small practice and we would never treat a person in pain this way.
, everyone was very very polite in the financial lady sit down with me and went over my options for payment everything was explained to me clearly where I could understand what they were talking about they have fantastic Techs and they are very willing to work with you within your budget great place to go I I would recommend everybody to go there
The pickerington office staff were amazing !! They went above and beyond yesterday to make my grandmothers experience perfect and were even able to get more done than anticipated for her first appt. I highly recommend this location , not only did the staff make us comfortable and accommodated any needs we had the facility was well taken care of and very clean.
I was waiting for consultant during my visit and the office manager after a while he came to me and he told me his very busy with others client you can go home and will call you about 6pm but I never ever recieved any phone calls until know. Thats not make me very happy.
This was the worst experience Ive since my previous visit when the staff completely changed. The facility is working in total chaos and gives the feeling that no one knows what their doing or what is going on. I will not return. I did not have the work preformed that I was scheduled for because I did not trust them to do a professional job. My wife went and had just her teeth cleaned and said she would not return due to the fact that the hygienist cleaned as if she just got out of school and it was her first day. Her teeth didnt feel clean and felt like they were getting cleaned with a feather.
I am in more pain now than before I was treated. I can barely chew anything, let alone bite down without being in pain. I explained prior to having a couple teeth filled that I had problems getting numb and the dentist seemed to brush it off as no big deal and started the procedure anyway, before I was numb. I am having to take medication every day just to be able to tolerate the immense amounts of pain I am in and constantly am dealing with headaches on the side I had the work done on. I am likely going to have to have the work that I ALREADY PAID FOR redone somewhere else because I am not letting these people near my mouth again.
Terry Mayesky went to aspen-dental and to our astonishment was a great accomplishment. She was told her teeth could be save and had a plan to fit in everyones needs.Dr. Nayarit was so great he explained every option on her teeth he is a five star dentistKatie the assistant was so great to us for Terry is in a wheelchair and they examine her in the wheelchair she did not have get out of the wheelchair that is the first time that has happen another five starsEric financial manager was another five staresI would defiantly recommend aspen dental care.Thank you
My mother was issued invalid prescriptions. When the pharmacy attempted calling about 15 minutes after we left the office there was no answer. This caused hours of lost time on our part and needing to escalate the antibiotic for an override due to the incompetence of no one answering the number provided. For being a first time patient and experiencing the rx issue she was also told they could not manufacture a lower denture that would ever stay in place. That was from the dr. He stated this is in all cases. Unfortunately to his obvious or the labs obvious limited knowledge they can and do work for most as I personally know 3 persons who have no issues.
Havent been to the dentist in forever, but they were very clear, understanding and helpful given my circumstances. Was honestly uneasy about going after so long of not going. Cannot beat that kind of customer service. I strongly recommend and endorse Aspen Dental in Pickerington!
The price I was quoted for all in 4 dental implants was ridiculous. I already have 2 implants so I didnt need all the implants. I was quoted $58,000.00 plus. I could buy a house for that amount of money. They must have thought I was stupid. Please stay away from them unless you want to be ripped off. Please stop texting or calling me I have no use for Aspen Dental.
I went in for a cleaning and when I got into the office they tell me they didn’t even have a hygienist at that location. When I went back to talk to someone about insurance they mixed up my chart with another patient and quoted me the wrong price. When I asked what my insurance covered the person realized he was giving me someone else’s information and apologize for mixing up the charts and giving me another persons information.
This place has horrible customer service and does not do business well. They had a special where you could go in for a cheap cleaning and they would cover the cost of x-rays. They are still trying to charge me for the x-rays and are sending me to a collection agency even though I left that place with a $0 balance. They did not have hygienists available even though my appointment had been made several weeks out. I would rather pay more for a quality local dentist. I will never make this mistake again. Such a hassle for no reason. They are only getting 1 star because they wont let me leave it blank.
Not going back. Not recommended.Emergency situation and they cancelled my appointment ten minutes before scheduled. Called while I was enroute and offered no other location for service. When asked, the staff Dentist suggested to his staff that I could not afford the private dentist he knew could take the case. Really sucked.
Tried to slip in a $130 electric toothbrush on my billing. Free Exam and x-rays are NOT free....they bill it to your insurance....my deep cleaning was not even as good as a basic cleaning at other dentists... Billed my insurance for two seperate cleaning procedures but, they both had the same code and cost. They seem to look for ways to up charge for add on and unneeded services and supplies. Cost me $65 for a cleaning and I have good insurance. Will NEVER go back. Do Not Recommend.
The Pickerington Aspen Dental location ROCKS! I cannot say enough good things about the employees. First Miss Bliss took me back to a room, and told me what to expect. She is so sweet, kind and I appreciated her walking me through everything. Then I met the BEST Dental Hygienist ever, Miss Tammy! She is so sweet, kind, funny (she made me laugh a lot) and very comforting! She could tell I was nervous and she put my mind and nerves at ease. Tammy told me I would really like Dr. Navanit, and she was right! He is also very kind, and also put my mind at ease. He is so good that I did not know he had pulled my abscessed tooth. It was that fast! Great Dentist! Thank You Dr. Navanit, Tammy, Bliss and Melissa! I am very grateful.
This is the worst experience I have ever had. I have some issues with my teeth and I really felt good with the advertising on the television. So I call and set up an appointment and explained that I was having discomfort with my teeth and that I work a lot and really wanted to get this done as soon as possible. I was assured they would try to work with me because of time constraints. I arrived at the office in Pickerington and the normal stuff X-rays exam with the doctor and he explained what I needed and was actually ok, that’s were the good stuff ends. I was taken to another office to speak with the office manager Taylor who was more interested in the text she was receiving then explaining to me why I should spend thousands of dollars with her company. I asked her do most people pay this amount of money all at once? Just out of curiosity and she responded with well my mother did. I am not really a sensitive person but it really made me feel old and that she was thinking I couldn’t afford this. So I ask can we just start with the most serious concerns and go from there again she responded by jumping up out of her chair and letting me know she would need to get the dentist approval. I was confused so I asked why she would need to get approval as if he wouldn’t complete the work unless I was going to commit to whole the treatment. So needless to say I was not comfortable with Taylor but with all that being said I really wanted to get my teeth fixed. I called back in and explained to another employee that I really could only come at certain times Mckinsie and she was great she really tried to help, she set me up to get 2 things done at once and even reached out to the dentist to make sure they could . So appointment day comes they call me and ask if I can move back my appointment by 45 minutes I explained I would make that work and I confirmed what was being done at that point I was told that it was never documented that they wouldn’t be doing all the work, as if I was making up the whole thing. And the worst part is they put me on the phone with Taylor the office manager who proceeded to tell I was wrong and the 45 minutes I spent on the phone 2 days prior to set this up was for nothing. She did explained to me that the hygienist was running late with car troubles. I understand things happen but this was the biggest waste of time ever. Don’t believe the the commercial. They wonder why people hate going to the dentist. Upset in Pickerington
This company is only out for one thingy. The want money and that is all, they do not care about the customer. I would never recommend this company to any one. They have no bedside manor so to speak. The cost of service is outrageous and they always want almost all of it up front. It is just ridiculous!!
Had an appointment, arrived on time. Spent 30 min waiting. When I was finally back in the chair, waited another 30 before someone actually came to look at my teeth. After everything, was told they don’t take my insurance plan (DMO) despite providing the DMO information prior to the appointment, as well as when I came into the office. Was assured I would not be charged by their office manager because their was their oversight. 2 months later I get a bill. I called and explained. They assured me it would be taken case of. Today I received a lette from a collections company for the bill they assured me would be taken case of both in person and over the phone. If this level of incompetence is what you want in your dental provider, then this is he place for you.
A molar that had lost part of a filling over a year ago finally started hurting constantly. I called Aspen at noon, they squeezed me in at 2:00 PM, I had full X-rays, a consultation (all of which were free!), and they extracted my tooth that day. We dont have dental insurance, and I was very pleased with the cost, which was explained to me up front. I was very nervous, but Dr Journay did a wonderful job! The dental assistants, front desk and office manager were all very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I was so nervous I didnt catch their names. I was very pleased with my visit and appreciated their prompt, courteous response to my pain and anxiety! I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Pickerington!
It was Fri night that I called the Hilliard branch and they told me they had a picketington branch that was closer and told me they cld see me to take out a loose tooth that was killing me. I cldnt sleep at night and had to wait til payday to be able to afford it. I get there before they open and once inside I start filling out their forms the whole time Im groaning and moaning because of the pain. The desk girl crushed my world by telling me they may not be able to take it out that day and do I still want to be seen. I didnt flip out although I wanted to. She told me I talked to a phone service and they dont know. So I stick around and they took enough X-rays to rebuild my skull if they needed to lol. There was infection so I had a choice they cld pull it or get the infection out of there then pull it... Well after days of throbbing and little to no sleep it wasnt a hard choice pull it. And they did. Now usually it takes allot of shots to numb me up but the little doc was awesome he had it out before I knew it. He was rubbing my jaw to get as much infection out as he cld and I asked if he was now gonna pull it and he said buddy its already out. I had to see the tooth and the hole to believe him because Ive never had one come out so easily or with so little pain. Its the next day as I write this and Im still amazed he had it out before I knew he did it and Im in a little pain now but last night I slept threw the night and woke up with almost no pain. If I wasnt working on my car right now I probably wldnt be in any pain. As big of a baby as I am and with usually needing shot after shot after shot to numb me up and still feeling it I am in total shock I didnt even know when he removed it. If he was a female I wld of jumped up and kissed him..... Lol
Im not the review writing type of person but due to the excellent service i have received from everyone from the radiologist to the front receptionist, technicians, hygienist and last bur not least DR. N ( rather than mispell his name lol) i have to take time to write this. If u have a problem they solve it if , if the teeth dobt feel write the will do what it takes to make them right with a smile. Im not the easiest person to please but they did. Never once did the give me impression that i was hard to please. That alone deserve a +10 on scale 10. Everyone was great but Emily ( not showing favoritism) is OUTSTANDING . IM SATISFIED THAT I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE COMING TO ASPEN DENTAL IN PICKERINGTON.
I had been an established patient at Aspen Dental. I scheduled an appointment for around March 2017. They rescheduled me because they were short staffed. Rescheduled a 2nd time due to a double booking. Showed up to the 3rd appointment only to find out someone called off. Needless to say I wont be back!
Horrible customer service! I was NOT greeted when I walked in nor when I left. The staff was way behind on the days appointment schedule to the point they had to send multiple people home. The woman who cleaned my teeth was very rough and unapologetic. I will never go back to any Aspen Dentals again. I would not be surprised if the Aspen Dental location at Pickerington, OH is voted one of the WORSE Aspen Dental establishments there is.

2022-07-15This is my 3rd visit. The location is great to my home. Everyones been at least cordial if not truly friendly. The Dr. is attractive and that helps calm the nerves. Very knowledgeable staff. 2 down falls are the price, being a good bit higher than others. The seats & carpet are badly stained. Equipment for x-rays & pads are very old. Some updates for the staff and for the patients would nice. Needs to create a more sterile vibe wear in some places it has a wet/moldy smell. Overall Im still a 4 & will return Im sure.

2022-05-24Aspen is great and so are the people. I have avoided the dentist for years and they made me feel so comfortable and helped me get approved for a loan for the dental work I needed and set me up with an appointment fairly quickly and I made this first appointment all in the same day. Highly recommend this place! Thanks Aspen!

2022-01-20I came in to have a tooth extraction & my experience could not have been any better! Dr. Lee & his entire staff were so incredibly polite! The Dental tech was absolutely amazing and very informative! While Dr. Lee was doing the procedure he was not rushed & talked me through every step. I was scared but he made me feel relaxed! 2022-04-05The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my visit there. The staff are patient with customers and everyone greets you when you walk in. If you are a first timer I recommend coming here.

2022-02-09New patient here. Went for a cleaning, had X-rays. Scheduled follow up cleaning months ahead. A couple days prior to my scheduled appointment, I get a text from them telling me to call and reschedule my appointment as it’s been canceled. Mind you I took time off work for this. I called at least 4 times and it went to voicemail every single time. I finally left a voicemail for someone to call me back and reschedule my appointment. Never received a call. I don’t trust them to do any other treatments as I was going to need implants in the future. I just called a different practice to schedule an appointment with. At least they answer their phones.

2022-05-24Front office lady with the short dirty blonde hair was extremely rude to my mother. I wont come back here.

2021-12-09My Mother and I was pleasantly surprised of the services offered here at Aspen. The staff was very helpful and friendly. In what was considered an emergency repair on dentures we couldn’t have been more pleased. The timeliness and quality of repair were above our expectations. We would definitely consider Aspen Dental (Pickerington) for future care.

2021-12-15My experiences with Aspen Dental have not been good. The wait times for appointments have been an hour to two hours before. Dr. Lee and most of his staff have been very pleasant and helpful, with a couple exceptions. The wait times are my biggest complaint.
