Found exactly what I was searching for and more.Allison literally came out the door to the parking lot to inform us of a sale happening and it was perfect for what I was spending. Went back during the sale and bought even more. Allison stayed and talked and laughed and was very professional, through the entire process. Will review again when furniture is delivered. Buying process though was great.
We purchased a sectional, entertainment stand and bedroom furniture in 2020. The bedroom set and the entertainment stand are great quality. However, the sectional that we paid 2k is complete junk. It has ripped by the cushion seams, it has frayed everywhere. We moved the couch to look for a dog bone and we heard something inside the couch and here it was a broken piece of wood.
We were looking for a recliner for my father who cannot use his right hand. Ben led us to this chair that was more chair than we were looking for, but after discounts we ended up happy. We got the 5 year warranty and delivery, as well as some coupons toward a future purchase. I know this Christmas present will be a big hit!
We purchased a new dresser the first week in January. Our shopping experience was excellent. We never felt pressured yet the sales associate for was always available for questions. We were told the dresser would be ready in March. Although we would have loved to have it sooner we understood. It is now April and we have no dresser. I reached out to Ashley furniture and am now told it would be May. I asked if that could be guaranteed and was simply told “no guarantee.” I have paid my product in full. So therefore, Ashley Furniture has had my money in their account since January and I have no dresser. This is extremely poor customer service.
I felt the furniture was not well made, I would not purchase their products. You can feel wood in the armrests of the couches, etc. These items will only last 5 years at best. The person assigned to us, seemed too busy to actually deal with us, he kept going by us and would say, Ill be with you shortly, did this multiple times. After waiting a good bit, we finally left. Bought elsewhere.
Friendly staff, large showroom. Mostly farmhouse, rustic, and generally older styles. You wont find much of anything that is modern or mid century modern. Like most furniture stores, the selection doesnt tend to appeal to younger people. Also not sure why there is a pump bottle of Listerine in the public bathroom.
If I could give zero stars I would. They sell furniture that has wood destroying insects and then refuse to do anything about it since the damage wasnt noticeable at the exact time of delivery. Apparently the insects only being in their cabinet isnt proof that the furniture is the source. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and I will never be buying another piece of furniture from Ashley again.
I purchased a love seat, chair and ottoman back in February. I was told 8-10 weeks for delivery. It took 4 months for the love seat and chair to get here. They said the ottoman would be arriving early May. It is now early May and they are telling me sometime in June...maybe. Completely frustrated with these people. Will never shop at their store again!! EVER!!!!!
I had a great experience with Ashley HomeStore Furniture. Walked in and did NOT feel bombarded or pressured to make a decision. Was informed what sales were going on, where I could find what I was shopping for, and if I had any questions who could help me right away. Bo was our Salesman and he did the most fantastic job. He made the process of purchasing (what I have been looking for for months) easy. If you stop in (which you should) ask for Bo. My sister bought her dining room set from Ashley HomeStore and also had a great experience.
I went in to browse their selection this past Sunday and was greeted by Ben E. He pointed us in the right direction and we were left to look around the store. Ben checked in off and on. I never felt pressured to buy anything which I appreciated. I eventually found something I was interested in and Ben spent the time with us to run numbers and financing options. Because of his assistance, I ended up walking out of there that day with an amazing new living room set. Definitely worth a visit!
I came in the store a little after Black Friday weekend and purchased a living Room and Dining room set. Dylan Minor was my salesmen and he gave me the best experience I think I’ve ever had shopping for furniture. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture and very professional. I got my furniture Delivered on time and I LOVE the way it looks in my new house. I’ll ask for Dylan next time I need furniture. Thanks again for the great experience!!
Came in tonight with the hopes of leaving with a queen size hybrid serta mattress however there wasnt any in stock with the brand we wanted but the amazing customer service rep named Dylan at this store was very knowledgeable and motivated to find us the best deal for the best mattress we end up instead getting approved for their financial credit which allowed us to walk out with not only not paying anything tonight and having low monthly repayments but we also walked out with a purple mattress that we had been wanting for a long time not thinking we are going to be able to afford that at this time so thanks to Dylan he made our Christmas wish come true thanks Ashley furniture

Terrible company!! I ordered a mattress last year and they completely messed it up. First one they sent was all dented and worn out and it was a $3000 mattress!! I complained and the driver was confused and didn’t know what to do. Finally after spending over an hour with the driver he took it back and I had to wait another two weeks from the two weeks I waited already. It showed up and it seems fine but the mattress is already sagging. NOW we took a chance and purchased a couch but they made us wait three months for it and we patiently waited. So we got the scheduled delivery date because all of my pieces showed up. Sooooo here is delivery day and they show up a whole hour prior to my window and only have one piece out of three. Cost $200 for delivery as well. So after calling ten people and also reaching the DC they say well we forgot to load it on the truck and our delivery team will reach out to reschedule! Sweet so now I have no furniture and have to wait again? Nope not happening come pick your one piece up and cancel my order. See you later Ashley. GARBAGE COMPANY!
The customer service and selection at the Belden Ashleys HomeStore was excellent. I found the couch and chair and kitchen table I wanted. Rob was super helpful! He walked me through the different options and helped get me a good price and arrange shipping! Because of the friendly and helpful staff I will definitely be shopping at Ashley again and would recommend checking it out for any furniture needs. Thanks so much Rob
Purchased a beautiful bedroom set and got a great price with the Labor Day sale going on. Benjamin was a fantastic salesperson! Very knowledgeable, super nice and great to work with. I will definitely buy furniture from Benjamin again! He made check out quick and easy. Even got an email receipt. Fantastic buying experience.
Always love shopping at Ashley. Got my living room furniture from there. Bad experience today when my king size bed and two twin box springs were being delivered. They sent a twin XL and a full. Super inconvenient that I could have been at work instead of wasting time at home for no reason, not to mention moving my bed out of my room and now having to put it all back.
We are excited to get the couch and oversized recliner we ordered. BoAllen was awesome! He helped us with everything. He was able to answer all the questions we had and didn’t tell us what we needed to buy. We couldn’t have asked for better service and kindness. I would go back there in a heartbeat.
We went in with a very specific idea in mind for a color and style of sectional sofa. Ben was able to help us immediately, ordering us one I had seen online but was noted as Temporarily Out of Stock. He made the experience completely smooth, and we were in and out in an hour. Were excited for our new sofa to arrive next month!
Came in today wanting to buy some new bedroom furniture and was greeted by BoAllen. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted going In and suddenly I became one of those Indecisive Shoppers and kept changing my mind. Bo was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products that they sell both in store and online, and worked with me until I found exactly what I wanted. Overall great service and great prices. Just moved here and needed a new living room set. Went to Ashleys 1st then a few other places that were close by. Ended up coming back after comparing the quality and price. Our service rep, Bo Allen, was great!. I dont really care for furniture shopping but he made the process painless and he was upfront about the price, warranty and delivery charges. Pretty happy with the final product, thanks.
I had the pleasure of working with Cassy on the purchase of our new furniture. She was extremely professional yet personable and patient with me as I am very indecisive. Cassy was honest and knowledgeable of all pieces of furniture that I was interested in and was very accommodating. I’ve already planned on my next purchase and I will be coming back to have her help me. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a sales professional. 🙂
My first experience at Ashley Homestore was a great one. I didn’t anticipate making a purchase that day but Ben was super helpful, patient, and worked with me get the best deal possible. Needless to say, I’m so excited for my new bedroom set and even more excited about the price I paid for it. I definitely recommend- the furniture and customer service are well worth it.
I worked with Amber Kay when going in to Ashley’s Originally looking for a couch with my friends.. I had already placed an order with another furniture store and was nervous as it was coming out of state. I called the 1800 number as the store itself was closed due to covid and asked a customer service rep if they would price match the other stores price, they said no they couldn’t it wasn’t in the list of company’s that they price matched. When I went in the store Amber said she would try her best to help me out. I ended up purchasing with her and she was great. Best experience I’ve had purchasing furniture. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a great deal!
Great sales experience with Allison in the Canton/Belden Village store. She greeted us the moment we walked in, helped us throughout the store, and checked us out in the end. She was very friendly, knowledgeable on their products, and didn’t pressure us into feeling like we should buy. The store was set up by collection so it was nice to see all of the options available in the style we liked. The store was very clean and they had reasonable measures in place for social distancing. We walked into Ashley looking for a sofa for our brand new house, we were amazed at the great selections for fair prices. BoAllen helped us find the perfect piece for our living space, he was courteous and very friendly. It was a pleasure working with him, will be stopping by again.
This was our second experience purchasing from Ashley and another 5 stars purchase. There are many choices available, in any price range. The salespeople are knowledgeable if the products and it is very low pressure. Ben helped us purchase our new living room furniture and was patient while we made our decisions. Highly recommend!!

I had already looked online and knew the collection that I wanted to see in person, but I was still impressed with the variety and selection of items throughout the store. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ben Eyler, who ended up working with me throughout the entire process. He was so friendly, helpful, and professional. He made my purchase smooth and easy. Ben was super helpful and not pushy. Quick and easy shopping experience.Update: Delivery estimates are way off. Been 5 weeks and still havent received my couch. They keep pushing my delivery date back. If it actually arrives when theu say it dies this time it will be close to 7 weeks. Completely ridiculous for a couch. Guess Ill be sitting on the floor forever. They operate like used car salesman. Promise you the world and have excuse after excuse on why they cant follow through. Got promised all these gift cards to makeup for the delays. Im sure ill have to fight to receive those too. Ill update again if they correct this but until then youre getting 1 star since Im being treated like a 1 star customer.
Awesome place to buy furniture! We greeted by Ben and he let us walk around and did not pressure or push us. Ben is super sales guy with lots of knowledge on the furniture and pricing. Finally got dresser taken apart to see why drawers were crooked. Noticed the crookedness the day they were installed.Two of the brackets on the drawer tracks are ripped out of the side of dresser! Unbelievable. If I would have know this would be such shotty service I would have to drove to the cleveland location and picked up my items and just put them together myself. Not to mention all the other issues we went through purchasing and receiving. I have attached the pictures Ive just taken of the inside of the dresser. That we are currently repairing ourselves at to what extent we can I am unsure. We also noticed they tried to glue the broken off pieces back to the side! Keeps getting better.Taking over a month for delivery.paid $200 for delivery) They were suppose to do a price match on the furniture (compared to online price) which we had to mention, they do not look into that for you. Over $300 difference. Anyways, original salesman never actually started the refund for the difference. Found that out when I called back to check status 3 weeks later. Manager there went in and actually initiated it. Also, be prepared to wait on hold for hours to schedule your delivery. They are nearly impossible to get a hold of. This was our first and last time going to Ashley furniture. Still havent received our purchase, and its been over amonth. Just beware.
I would highly recommend going to Ashley Furniture in Canton Ohio. If you go please ask for Ben, he is the sole reason we continue to use Ashley Furniture as our furniture store. Ben was very kind and patient. He did his best to make sure we were happy with our purchase and any hiccups along the way were immediately fixed when Ben got to work that day. He did not make us feel pressured either which is a huge plus!

We had a great experience here at Ashleys! Our first visit we bought a mattress, headboard and box spring. The associate, Vas, was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and made buying our first mattress a very easy experience. The delivery crew was very pleasant and professional. They arrived exactly when they were expected and got us all taken care of very quickly.We were so happy with the service and products that we just went back and picked out a couch! This time, we worked with Amber, who took us around and showed us several different couches and explained all the current promotions. The ladies at the desk were also very personable and friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough for any of your furniture needs. They have a great selection of products to fit any budget and the staff will do anything they can to help you out.
I went to Ashley with my grandmother to help her select furniture for her new home. Ben was fantastic! He was polite, helpful and never pushy! He made the overwhelming process of furnishing a home painless! Ask for Ben when you go to Ashley! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
After spending thousands of dollars on a living room set, they found loopholes around fixing the furniture through the protection plan that we purchased additionally. Ashleys Furniture does not stand by their protection plan. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them. I have had to call about four different things. One, our bed, took over 3 months to resolve. The other three, on our love seat and chair, on different occasions, I was told the issues are outside their terms and conditions. We spent over $8,000 on a bed and living room furniture to have most of them not work properly after only 2 years.
My mother and I had the best experience at Ashleys Furniture Store! Amber Kay the store manager helped us ALOT! she was awesome! She was very very informing and had a smile the whole time! She definitely knows what she is doing. She had amazing customer skills as a manager! This store was very cleaned and nicely set up. All of the other employees were nice and had big smiles also!
This place is fantastic!!! I was greeted when I walked in the door… And asked if I needed any help. Told them I was just kind of looking around… And they said if I had any questions they were there to help! I didn’t have a sales person following me around which for me was fantastic! When I did finally need help Ben ( I believe) was there to with all the answers I needed... He got me exactly what I wanted and in the color the wife wanted!!! Prices were fair and they have great financing options!!! Definitely will be returning to this place for my future purchases!!!
My husband and I made our first online purchase from Ashley Furniture last summer and we were pleased with the entire process from ordering to delivery. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same of our experience this time. We ordered a dining room table with drawers. Upon arrival, one of the drawers had a 3 diameter hole in the bottom and one of the table corners was chipped. I immediately took photos of the issues and emailed the address provided for online sales. I waited 24-hours for a reply and heard nothing. I called the phone number for provided for online sales customer service. My first call lasted 37 minutes and 20 seconds before it just cut out. I called several more times that day and never spoke to a customer service representative. I replied to my original email hoping that would spark a response, but I was being overly optimistic. After several more attempted phone calls and emails, I called the nearest Ashley HomeStore for guidance. They were polite but could only provide me with the same worthless email address and phone number I had been trying all along. Finally, I used the online chat. They graciously sent me an email from the email address that I had been attempting to get a response from. Its been a week since that interaction. I emailed once more for an update and I once more heard nothing in response. This customer service experience has been awful. Ashley HomeStore had a loyal customer in my husband and myself, but after this I will spend my money elsewhere.
My boyfriend and I have been in our home for a little over a year and have slowly been upgrading our furniture. We have been to several places and have never been fully satisfied with the items, prices, or staff. However, we tell all of our friends to go to Ashley Furniture because we LOVE everything about it... the amazing quality of furniture, great prices, and wonderful staff! Erica helped us throughout our time there and is such a SWEETHEART! Even though it is her job, she didnt act like your typical Sales Associate. Not once did we feel pressured to buy something, nor did she follow us around the whole time telling us about every item. Erica asked us what we were looking for and made it her job to make us happy and not feel pressured to say yes at all. Even when we werent 100% sure if we wanted the table, she didnt sit down with us and tell us why we should buy it. Instead, she joined us in a conversation sharing funny stories and making our experience feel more personal instead of another sale for her paycheck. Erica is not only great at what she does, but her genuine personality is definitely a great addition to the staff! On a side note, we enjoyed seeing what was possibly the manager singing and the rest of the staff laughing with him while we were there.. enjoyable staff=happy customers! We love everything else we have bought from Ashley Homestore, and will continue to buy from there. We are very excited to get our new kitchen island table!
Wonderful staff! We had the priveledge to work with Terri today while we were shopping for a new mattress. She had a lot of knowledge about each mattress, which made the search extremely helpful! She was very patient by taking the time to help us figure out what works for us. Her personality made us feel very comfortable with the whole buying experience! We are anxious to get our new mattress and will definitely ask for her with future purchases! Her boss, Wesley and colleague, Mark, were very kind and funny gentlemen. They were wonderful with any further assistance needed and made you feel right at home. Courtney at the guest services desk was a joy to work with while our purchase came to a close. She made sure all documentation was correct and that we understood. Truly a great team that cares about their customers. Thank you!!!
Brandon helped me purchase a couple of twin beds and made a few great suggestions. He was very knowledgeable about Ashley’s inventory which made the buying experience that much easier. I was then assisted by Geri who helped me to seal the deal. Thanks to them both for making things easy.
Best place we have been too. My mom and I were looking for furniture for our new house and we instantly greeted by Lori. She explained the current promotions and told us to let her know if we had any questions, as we were just looking. When we did have a question she was happy to help! She gave me her number to text if we had questions. On Sunday when we returned she was there and ready to help us, even though she knew we were not purchasing until the following day. Lori was super understanding and easy to work with. On Sunday she spent time and didnt rush us and showed us everything we wanted. She then introduced us to Wes, one of the managers. Wes had worked at Value city and helped us years ago at the location in North Canton. He is super nice and easy to work with. We had stopped at Value city before going to Ashleys, and nobody in Value City offered to help us. We looked around that store for about 20 minutes. All of the sales associates were sitting and just looking. We left this store and then went to Ashleys. We would recommend Ashley by far. We will be purchasing from Ashley in the future as well.
Purchased a bed and mattress for my daughter 2 and a half months ago. It finally comes, the bed is missing parts, has gouges in the wood, AND no mattress. Corporate is a joke and is absolutely no help. 4 times now the mattress has been rescheduled and the reassembly person STILL hasnt come to fix this thing and put in the missing hardware (nuts and bolts holding the guardrails in). Will they take the bed back for a refund? You guessed it, they absolutely will not. Save your money and go elsewhere. Walmart has better customer service than this.
I purchase a new full bed and chest on Thursday 5/14 and I was assisted by Bo. He was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I somewhat already knew what I wanted but he showed me other options that will similar to the design I was looking for as well staying within my price range. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend requesting him as your consultant when purchasing at this location.
Do not buy anything from the store and expect it to last. And do not buy the extended warranty and expect them to do anything for you if something goes wrong with the product. We have been told from the insurance company that they won’t cover manufactured defects and Ashley furniture pushed us off until 13 months which was one month after our warranty expired and then told us that we couldn’t get anything done to our furniture that was falling apart. We bought a new bed a new dining room table and a new couch sofa and ottoman. All of these things are falling apart and Ashley furniture refuses to do anything for us
We were greeted by Allyson who was very nice. She asked what we were looking for & then gave us plenty of time to browse without feeling hurried. When we were ready to talk about some items she was able to answer all our questions & even gave us some great discounts!Wonderful experience. We purchased everything we needed while we were there that one night.
Horrible quality of furniture. Bought a dining room table and chair set in March of 2020...scratches so easily and stains from just eating dinner at it. Customer service said there is nothing they can do about it...even though it’s still under warranty. This was our first purchase from Ashley, and will definitely be our last.
We just purchased a sofa from the Ashley Home store for our recently finished basement. BoAllen Stewart showed us around the first time we visited. He was very knowledgable about the products and had lots of shopping tips, like the dimensions of each piece are on the back of their display card. I texted him the items we were interested in and he had all the financing options figured out and available when we arrived. He was busy with 1 or 2 other customers when we arrived, but he made sure to give us attention as well. Amber Kay was very helpful as well. She volunteered to help when she saw how many customers BoAllen was dealing with. She was great as well. I had some issues with my credit application, but she was very helpful and patient, even when dealing with a not so nice customer service rep from bank I wont name.Today was one of their VIP sales and we got an awesome deal, even better than if we would have purchased the same items online.Overall this was one of the best furniture purchasing experiences Ive had. Were definitely going back when we need living room furniture.Thanks BoAllen and Amber!

We worked with Shari W. At Ashley while picking out a couch, love seat and 3 tables. We were SO happy with our experience! It took us 4 months of looking at every other furniture store in the area before we stopped into Ashley, Shari was the most helpful associate weve had the pleasure of doing business with. We went back the next day to purchase our furniture, it was delivered right on time and the delivery men were very polite and knew exactly what they were doing. Well definitely be back in the future!
The sales lady, Lisa F. was very informative. I was looking for a new comfortable couch and was shown an amazing leather 👍 couch and love seat. Comfortable, and with power recliners, perfect! After delivery and set up, I went back and got a new lift top coffee table! My living room is awesome! I told Lisa to keep me informed of any bedroom suites and mattress sales! She let me know when, came in and bought a new bedroom suite and an extremely comfortable Beautyrest hybrid mattress and box springs. Lisa got me what I wanted and made sure my delivery was setup for me. Now looking forward to doing the kitchen next and have Lisa guide me through this next adventure!
We went to the Ashleys store on Dressler in Canton, OH and we were immediately greeted by our salesman Sean. Sean was very personable and fun to talk to. He helped us find the perfect reclining furniture for our living room. We just set up our delivery and were excited to get our new furniture. Worst experience! I bought a bed and was told 5-6 weeks for delivery. At the 5 week mark I tried calling to see when the bed was supposed to be delivered. After multiple calls, waiting half hour each time to get through, being hung up on they told me they don’t have any record of me buying a bed even though I had a confirmation number. I was redirected to a different number to call. That person told me that it would be delivered in August! I bought the bed on May 5th! Then I asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me! Finally got through to cancel the order. Customer service was the worst that I’ve ever experienced. Please save yourself and don’t buy from Ashley Furniture.

We found a glass desk on the Ashley furniture website for $189, with free 2-day shipping. We had a $200 store credit from a previous purchase of furniture ($10,000+ of it) and figured I could use it for this purchase. Nope...good only in store. OK...so we went to the closest store...We were greeted by a salesman, told him what we were looking for and even showed him the item online. He looked it up and told us it was $259 and could not honor the online price. I get it...the store has overhead. My girlfriend wanted to talk about it.After about 10 minutes, we went back up to the sales counter and was told by the attendant that our salesman was attending to a pickup in the back. A female salesperson was summoned, shown the item on my phone, and was told we wanted to purchase it. She looked it up, credited the sale then told us it would be a $60 delivery charge.I asked if I could just pick it up at the store and she told me they dont have store pickups. I was just told my previous salesman was on a pickup and the attendant then told me I could pick it up in store. Oh...I was expecting a canned response but NOT an outright LIE! I was then told it would be 3-4 weeks.With a perplexed look, I asked why it would take so long. She replied that the desk comes from the manufacturer and they are custom built (Back to back LIES! This thing was plainly marked Made in China right on the box. Maybe she believed it was custom built in China???) then shipped to their warehouse in Maple Heights, then shipped to the store.I finally got the custom built glass desk...only after I called about it first. Nice desk, but I am rating the service aspect in this review. If you absolutely dont have to go into the store, order it online. The nameless, faceless world of online shopping would have bettered this experience by far.
We definitely recommend this store! Specifically BoAllen (Bo)! My wife and I went a few weeks ago to purchase a dresser, couch, and TV stand. We had been up a few times but could never decide on which we liked. We went up one night and Bo helped us. He was so patient and friendly. He helped us narrow down and make a decision. HE EVEN STAYED ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF PAST CLOSING TIME FOR US. We finally made a decision minutes from closing, so he stayed afterwards to get information, payment, and scheduling. He even broke down payment options for us on two different couches. We havent had good experiences shopping for furniture before, but No changed that completely! If you go, go for Bo!

We cannot say enough good things about Ashley Homestore in Canton! Each employee we came across was polite, helpful, and had a huge smile on their face. We dealt with Kari and she was amazing - she listened to our requirements, connected to us on a personal level, and worked her magic to get us a fantastic deal on a couch and dining set! We never felt pressured into the sale and she made sure we understood all of our paperwork prior to us leaving the store. Plus, we loved the companys protection policy and finance options. We will definitely recommend this store to our friends and family.
We bought a sectional here on Black Friday with guaranteed delivery within 14-28 days. The Salesmen promised us since we were local that we would have it by Christmas. When i called a week later to set up delivery, they told me the earliest they were able to do it would be January 7th 2019 because what we ordered was not in stock. We then went to Wayside Furniture in Akron and found the exact same Sectional for $400.00 cheaper and in stock. We bought it that day and had it the next day. I cancelled our order with Ashleys and they told me the refund would come within 10-14 business days. Knowing that there were Holidays during that time, i gave them extra time to issue the refund, but to this day, still have not received it. Called today and they said i can expect it next week sometime!?? Seriously. Very Unhappy with the service here. Skip this place and go to Wayside in Akron.
We have purchased from Ashley store several times. Cassy, Amber and Lisa have been so helpful, and are professional and friendly. Each took the time to let us look and then answer all questions we had. The delivery team was great too. Will go back for any future furniture purchases.
We have been to Ashleys Furniture twice in the last three days. We purchased a desk, a desk chair and a love seat. We were dealing with Amber Kay who was fantastic! She spent a lot of time helping us with styles and colors. We are extremely happy with our purchases and especially with the wonderful personalized service we received! We will definitely be shopping here again and will recommend Amber Kay to our friends !
My husband and I just had a great experience shopping at this Ashley’s Furniture with Ben. We came in to buy a new mattress and bed, and he was knowledge about the products and worked with us to find something that fit both our wish list and our price range. I could not recommend this Ashley’s Furniture or Ben more highly.
Today, we had a brilliant experience with sales rep, Sean. My wife and I were indecisive on our needs for several rooms. Sean was a trooper and hung in like a champ. There was no high pressure, no rushing, he simply answered questions and offered professional guidance. I recommend Ashley Furniture and Sean!!!!
Let me start by saying, Ashleys furniture is beautiful and we found a furniture set in the exact color we were looking for.But I wish i could say the same about our sales experience. I purchased furniture from the salesman Sean. Was in there the previous day and had an issue with my debit card. Upon calling the bank, i found the transaction didnt go through because the clerk didnt enter the correct zip code when running my card. Later that day, Sean called me asking me if I could come in by 6 that same day, or at least by 4 the next day so he could get commission from sale and not have to split it. Needless to say, i didnt make either of his deadlines because of other obligations. So, the next day I came in with my husband (after work) to continue with our purchase and Sean saw us come in the door, rolled his eyes, turned around and immediately walked away to avoid us. As I walked passed the check out counter to look at the furniture we were buying, I said hi to him. Needless to say, we welcomed him to sell us the furniture again so he could get his commission and sold more than I would have purchased the prior day. Lucky for Sean, my husband was willing to let him sell us the furniture because once I saw the way he acted when we made eye contact, I was ready to walk out of the store and go elsewhere. Not to mention, his feathers got ruffled when I asked to see the terms and conditions of the furniture protection plan he was selling us. Looking back, I wish we would have worked with the assistant manager of the store because he was much more welcoming and showed care for his customers and not just getting his commission. The experience the past couple days was CLEAR that some of their salesman care only about the sale. Funny how their attitudes change once they potentially lose a sale.
I stopped in for the first time and Robert was very helpful with helping me pick out my couch set! He was very well informed with the furniture and happy to help me out. Just bought a new mattress. Our salesman Chris presented us with a perfect balance of optimum customer care, product knowledge, and made us feel very comfortable in what we had feared to be a high pressure sales environment. This was not the case with Chris and Ashley Furniture today. Thank you for helping to make mattress shopping a stress free experience. The furniture is fine, but our rep Allison ordered our couches without telling us they were out of stock. They dont do returns, only store credit, which is pretty lame so we decided to just wait and try and get the furniture we paid for. Its been a month and a half and we still have to wait a couple more weeks until it can be delivered. We called to ask if they could do anything to compensate us for having to sit on the floor of our apartment for the past month and they said they could give us $50 back or $100 in store credit which is pathetic considering I just spent $1100 in their store. I took the $50 cash to avoid ever having to shop at this dumb place again.

Very great purchasing experience. My salesperson Lisa was absolutely fantastic. It was very low pressure and more information then anything. Everything that we like lisa made a list with the info and prices for us to take with us since we didnt buy the first visit in. Meet the assistant store manager as well very friendly and thanked me for my business when we came back a week later. The quality of their furniture coupled with a 5 yr protection plan had me sold. Would definitely recommend checking out everything they have to offer.
The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced! Lisa, Wes, Ed, Courtney, And Mike were all helping my sister and I to find her a new couch. I just finalized a major purchase here and I am very impressed! We worked with an associate named Sarah Eftimiades, who took the time to get to know us and understand our needs! I have never in my life written an online review, good or bad, but with the issues I have had, I felt it necessary. I am currently trying to receive the other half of my sectional after buying it well over a month ago. They were only able to deliver half of my couch 3 weeks after I ordered it. We were told the other half of the couch would be in 1 week after the original order. So, I accepted the 1 week delay and was delivered half a couch only to find out a few days later they cannot deliver the other half for another 3 weeks. Then today, after 2 calls requesting to speak to a manager, I finally received a return call from a manager from scheduling who said they really have no idea when the other half of my couch will come. Which means I will be waiting over 6 weeks (or more, nobody knows) for my full couch. Apparently, I found out today, the manufacturer hasn’t even made the other half of the couch. I tried to tell them just to come pick up the half couch I have and return my money to me so I can go buy another one I WILL receive BEFORE the holidays and they said they will not return it. The store I bought it from says there is nothing they can do. Basically, if you do not care when you receive your furniture go ahead and buy from Ashley (our sales person Lisa Fowler truly did a great job). If you want your full order within 28 days as they tell you it will be deleivered by, DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY!!!! I will never again buy anything from Ashley furniture and will be sure to tell anyone looking for furniture to do the same.Update: after an email to Ashley’s cooperate website, I did receive a call to move up my delivery by 1 week. I am satisfied and feel like I finally got an answer better than “there’s nothing we can do.”

We spent the entire day searching every store from canton to Akron looking for a new living room set. Ashley Home Store in Belden Village had exactly what we were looking for at the right prices. Bo Allen was hands down the best salesperson we had seen anywhere all day. He understood what we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase.
My wife and I have been on the hunt for a new dinning room table for the past couple of months and have not been successful in finding the one. I can say from that experience there are so many places that are on you like white on rice as soon as you enter and wont get off your back until you either buy something or just walk out.Ashley Furniture in Canton was the complete opposite experience which my wife and I loved. They made sure to acknowledge you as a customer when entering the building and let you know that they were available to assist in any way that they could but wanted to give us space to check out the store. After only a few minutes in the store we found exactly what we were looking for in a dinning room table.We worked with Lisa Fowler and Wesley who were incredible. They were not your typical sales person saying whatever they had to in order to get a sale. Instead they were real down to earth human beings who were honestly trying their best to help us find what we were looking for without an ounce of pushiness.This experience has been one of the best experiences we have ever had with a furniture store and we can honestly say you made loyal customers out of us and we will be back for every future purchase we make. 0/10 to order during a pandemic. When I went shopping living room furniture I fell in love with a couch with a reversible chaise. I went to purchase on the 4th of July sale. I was informed the style I wanted was no longer being made to assist in getting here faster. Would not sell me the floor model. Went around the store a few times and settled for a sofa and ottoman. Purchased on July 3rd. Was quoted 8-12 weeks but “will be more like 6” due to reducing the different styles being produced during the pandemic. By end of august was informed we were still waiting on my sofa but the ottoman was in. Finally the call to be delivered on October 13. October 6th was advised that my pieces would be delivered on a later date that has not been set. I bought my home end of July and no furniture in it. Called and said I will cancel then all of a sudden my couch could be delivered on Monday October 12th. But remember I was advised in August the ottoman was ready....trash. We’ll see when I get it...
After owning our dresser for less then two years, we called about our extended warranty we purchased because the inside structure of the dresser is falling apart, and we were told it only covers outside cosmetics. A complete waste of money not only for an expensive dresser to fall apart, but paying extra for a warranty we cant use.

My mom went to Ashley today and met with BoAllen. He was very patient, kind, responsive and actually listened to what she really wanted instead of just trying to get her in and out and sell her something she would end up regretting down the line. He took his time and walked her and my dad through the whole store and explained the pros and cons of each dining room set and helped them find the perfect match for their home. Theyll definitely be going back to Ashley and requesting Bo if they ever need anymore furniture.
I’m very disappointed in the furniture I purchased 3 years ago and it wasn’t cheap by any means . A dining room table which the wood stain (which matches the coffee table and 2 end tables) wore off in spots almost immediately. The chair legs to the table have to be constantly tightened and I only use them for special occasions/holidays . I am guilty of letting my dog sit on the top of my couch but she only weighs 15 pounds ... it sags SO much you would think I own a horse ! I believed these were high quality items . I was wrong ! No wonder Andrea’s is such a staple . Should’ve gone there :(

If i could give them a negative star i would. i ordered my furniture on Presidents day and still have yet to get my complete order and it is May. They have delayed my order twice and now it wont be delivered until May 21st. The lady at check out said she originally scheduled my delivery and when i called to check up on it they didnt have me on the schedule. i went in to confront her and she said i must have heard her wrong or misunderstood. That is great customer service blaming the customer for your mistake. I wouldnt put a random date on my calendar for no reason unless you told me that was the date it was going to be delivered. They refuse to give me a discount only a gift card. What am i doing to do with that order something i might need 6 months later. This is a joke. i am stuck now because i have half my furniture and cant cancel or my set wont match. Poor customer service and dont order anything unless you can wait 6 months to get it.
I was on my way to Levin Furniture to purchase a beautiful bedroom set that I saw the day before. I decided to stop at Ashley Furniture to see what they had before I made my purchase at Levin Furniture. I purchased my living room furniture from Ashley Furniture when the store was located on Whipple years ago. When I walked into the new Ashley Furniture I was greeted by Ami. She asked me if there is anything in particular that I was looking for. I told her I was looking for a black bedroom set. Ami showed me where 2 different black bedroom sets were. She said, I’ll let you look these over and if you have any questions just give me a yell. I thought that was really great that I could look over the furniture without a salesperson breathing down my neck or trying to sell you something you really don’t want. My mom, best friend and I started to look over the furniture. The bedroom set that I really liked was really beautiful and well made. The top drawers of the dresser and the chest of drawers were lined with a nice felt bottom and the rest of drawers had a cedar bottom. This bedroom set was much better made than the set I saw at Levin Furniture, plus the nightstands had 3 drawers instead of one. The quality of this bedroom set was so much better than the furniture at Levin Furniture. I told Ami that I really loved this bedroom set that it was priced much higher than the bedroom set at Levin’s. Ami said; let me see what I can do. She went to speak to her manager, Wes. She came back with the price I could not pass up. There were 2 beautiful lamps on the nightstands of the bedroom furniture. I asked her if she could ask Wes to throw in the lamps if I bought the furniture today. She said it was worth a try. Her and Wes came back to speak to me, and Wes told me he couldn’t throw in the lamps because he was already giving me a great deal. And really, he was giving me a great deal without even knowing. He came within $100 of Levin furniture’s price. I definitely was not passing up this deal; much better quality furniture and virtually the same price. I continue to beg Wes to throw in the lamps and he continued to laugh at me. Working with Ami and Wes was a pleasure. Both of them were very professional and have a great sense of humor. I will continue to be a loyal Ashley furniture customer!
Great experience with Ashley HomeStore. We needed a dining room table set and found exactly what we were looking for. Dylan Minor and Ben Eyler were very helpful assisting us with our purchase. See them if you want a positive experience.Revised- this has been the worst purchasing experience I have ever had. My delivery was scheduled for June 19 between 9:30am-1:30pm. I drive 2.5 hours to accept this delivery so I start my drive at 5:30am. Halfway to my destination, I get a call stating the delivery truck is late and that the new window will be 1:30pm-4:30pm. 4:30pm hits and the truck isn’t there. I never received a call nor did the truck show up. I reached out to the store and they seemed to be of help reaching out to the scheduling team who was supposed to call me on the 20th. I never received a call. I had to reach out to them again to find out they can do nothing until Monday. I call again today to reschedule the delivery and they tell me a week more to fit me in their schedule. They lined the delivery up for Friday the 26th to deliver my dining table and 1 chair..... The only problem is I ordered a dining table with 8 chairs. My sales order reflected a qnty of 1, but the charge was for 8 chairs that I confirmed by verifying the online pricing. At this time they tell me I need to pay for 7 more chairs and they would be kind enough to discount them 50%. I waited a month for this order that then didn’t come on time to then find out the order was entered incorrectly with the wrong price and quantity then wanted to charge me more to get what I had already paid for! Again.... the worst sales experience I have ever had. I canceled my order.Also..... the store charges more for each piece of furniture than is listed on Ashley’s website. If you check this price online they will price match their own online price..... Don’t get taken by this sales team. I hope your experience is better than mine. I will never order from them again.
My most recent visit was a very good experience! I was helped by Sean and he was very helpful and showed patience with my indecisiveness in regards to what I wanted. I truly was just looking for ideas. But after working with Sean I decided to purchase and I explained my budget and what I could not go over and Sean was very understanding and not once did I feel pressured to just buy anything. He took his time and gave me many options and for this reason I will tell all my friends and family to ask for Sean at Ashleys Homestore in Canton Oh. Thank you Sean for being such a pleasant person and making my experience GREAT!
I had the pleasure of getting BoAllen as my sales member. He is wonderful!! He’s very personable. As a young person venturing out on my own, he was extremely encouraging and made my choice very easy! He was very up front about everything and never tried to hide things like some sales members do. If you choose Ashley Homestore in Canton, ask for BoAllen! He won’t disappoint you!I have not received my piece of furniture yet, but if that is a bad experience it will be the delivery department itself.
My experience was great. I went on two separate days and found the sales associates to be great and very knowledgeable. I also called and talked to a manager about the product I was interested in and he was very helpful as well which helped me to make a decision on my purchase. I will definitely be purchasing from Ashley in the future on my next furniture purchase.
Was in the market for a new living room set, immediately was put off by the 500 sales people on the floor, I went to the restroom when I first arrived and found a Juul in the womens restroom. I grabbed it to bring it to the customer service desk to report it to lost and found, when I walked out the salesperson had followed us to the restroom area in the back and was already talking to my husband, I proceeded to tell Sean (tattoo on his neck) someone had lost this in the restroom and if anyone reports one missing, he then yelled at a younger employee( he was also on the younger side) asking If she knew if it was anyones from the store (not even assuming it was a customers) and she snatched it out of his hand and said dont know but its mine nowSean laughed and so did she and she slipped it into her back pocket in front of my husband and I. Then he asked what we were looking for after calling me my husbands girlfriend assuming we were young and I told him we were in the market for just a couch but were moving in a week to a different state because were military and he immediately shut down almost feeling like he was refusing to show us anything saying pretty much no we cant help you becasue your furniture wont be here in time (he didnt even attempt to check) and told us that the company was kinda like a franchise so the stores are not connected making us feel unwelcome and Judging us off by the way we look since we were not in fancy clothes and he was, not offering a store near our new home or even checking to see if our furniture would come in time for us to just take with us since we still had a little over a week left here . ( im assuming because he wouldnt make commission that he didnt care either way ). we left that store with a sour taste In our mouth and went to Value city Furniture just to look thinking we would have the same outcome since we were moving and ended up purchasing an entire living room set and more from Steve there! fantastic customer service which is the only reason why we purchased, made the experience so welcoming and let us roam the store and try everything out. Super informative and not pushy at all even knowing that we were moving he did everything to try to make it work even it meant he personally was not going to get our business! I took my business elsewhere and I dont regret it.
We are VERY disappointed with our experience with Ashley Home Store. We purchased a sectional couch and ottoman two years ago. We spent close to $3000 (which is a lot of money for us) on this set and purchased the extra insurance as well. Within three months of purchase, the repairman was at our house repairing the couch seat cushions and back cushions because of seam separation. We tried multiple times after the initial first year warranty transfer to contact the warranty company to yet again repair seam separation on our couch cushions. No one called back and eventually the number was disconnected. I contacted Ashleys corporate offices in November 2018 to see if someone would help with repairs. We finally got a repairman to come and look at our couch. He said the seam separation on almost every cushion was due to manufacturer defect. They did not use enough material when making our couch. He said the seam separation was not due to customer misuse and was not normal wear and tear. He said this was a defect Ashley should stand behind and make correct. I called corporate two weeks after his repair visit as he said it was not repairable. I spoke with Rachel who read the report to me but left out all specific details regarding seam separation, manufacturer defect etc. She told me the couch was not repairable and Ashley would not help us. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She would not transfer me. Instead she said she would speak to the supervisor and call me back within two hours. Well, it has been two months and countless hours and no one from Ashley has bothered to call back. I will NEVER purchase one more item from Ashley furniture and will tell EVERYONE that I can about this horrible experience. Save your money and go elsewhere!Update 2/5/19We called the phone number provided to us in the comments from Ashley Furniture. They refused to stand behind the product sold to us. The material for our couch was discontinued ( I wonder why) and they were willing to do NOTHING to make this right. We currently have a sectional couch with large holes in the seams in 8 out of 13 cushions. Shame on you Ashley Furniture.
Terri was very helpful in helping us find our perfect new bed frame. She went through so much trouble to make sure everything was correct in the order and making sure we were happy and connected with us on a personal level instead of just trying to sell us furniture and get us out of the store. I will definitely be back to Ashely Furniture for future purchases!
Im so upset. They left shelves without dowells. I cant do anything with that. I ordered from Ashley because I didnt want to put stuff together. I have to put together dining room table and I have to find dowells for entertainment stand.Changed to a 3. Called customer service. Rep was nice, she is mailing me dowells. Received credit for putting together table.
Boallen took care of me very well in the store, spent a lot of time, showed me all comparable items, and got me the best price. We looked at the calendar and scheduled a delivery date. I asked my parents to receive the delivery as I had to work. They had to postpone their vacation, but were happy to help. The day of delivery they not only failed to call, but didnt have me scheduled and didnt even have the furniture in the state! I was told it would be two more weeks, but they could give me $75 off. Not only do I not trust them to deliver at all at this point, but $75 was a slap in the face for the level of inconvenience theyve caused! Im supposed to have a house warming party this weekend, guess my guests will just sit on the floor! Will NEVER do business with Ashley again!!!
The customer service I received from Dylan and Courtney was AMAZING! I found myself needing some bedroom furniture after some unexpected life changes and tried Ashley Homestore out. Courtney and Dylan were patient and kind, and worked hard to help me find something that not only looks great, but was in my price range.While I havent received my furniture yet (due next week) I can say that the experience to select and purchase it was so much easier because of both of them. This is my first experience with them and it wasnt that great. Every time I tried calling their Scheduling department, I was put on hold for over an hour...and that happened multiple times. I then decided to go into the store to speak to someone and she told me that my delivery had already been scheduled and no one contacted me about it. So that was a huge waste of time. Then when it finally came for my furniture to be delivered, they called me saying they were about 10-15 away and didnt show up until over an hour later...mind you, I had to stay home from work for this because there is a HUGE rescheduling fee. Just seems a little unprofessional to me.UPDATE: I got a hold of someone at the store to see if they could track where the delivery guys are. Turns out they never loaded my table onto their truck...and no one bothered to call me to tell me about it. Why did they call me this morning and tell me they were on their way then? Never buying from this place again. It seems like they dont know what their doing as far as delivery and customer service.
I originally went to look at furniture and Amber helped us. We decided to come back 2 weeks later because we really liked the this furniture over all that we looked at. This time we worked with Ben; he was very helpful and efficient. I gave 5stars because of all of his work and help,but, he made sure to remind me that amber originally helped us. When he did that it also showed that he was also a nice person and a team player.
We were a repeat customer and knew exactly what we wanted. All went well enough until the end. The only discount I asked for at the end was free delivery and setup since I received it last time. The associate disappeared to, what looked like argue with his manager for 15-20 minutes. He came back saying they could but pleading a deal to purchase the protection plan. I bought this the first time around and I wasn’t impressed so I declined. That’s where everything changed. His demeanor changed to being upset. He took me to the front to wait while my paperwork was being drawn up. During that time he was about 20-30 feet from me again arguing with his manager. I could over hear all of it. About the Little commissioned earned, the margin on the deal and how he said he didn’t want to take the deal. When I mentioned to him I over heard the conversation I didn’t even get an apology. I’m considering just canceling the order and going to one of the many competitors in the area. A piece of advise from someone that’s been coaching and training sales associates for a long time...coach after the sale, not during it.
Furniture shopping can be incredibly stressful yet I had a FANTASTIC experience at Ashley. The store is set up very nicely and the staff is alot of fun but still professional. I had been to other furniture stores in the area and left after feeling stalked and pressured. Ed did an AWESOME job of asking & answering questions but letting me have space and time to decide. I knew that my little couch purchase wasnt going to break the sales record but He really understood and was respectful of my budget and I never felt like He was just trying to get to the credit card swipe. I ended up purchasing a bed and mattress (items I did need but always felt to stressed to decide on) as well because I felt so at ease there. Huge thank you to Ed for putting up with my shenanigans and taking time to make sure I was knowledge and comfortable with each sale!!
We recently bought mattresses here after going to other stores and being unimpressed with the customer service. Shout out to Melissa, she was knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience here. We had our mattresses delivered sooner than we thought and are now sleeping so well.
My wife and i had the pleasure of doing business with BoAllen on 11/17/19 What a great salesman, helped us with all our needs, was very knowledgeable and patient and explained everything every step of the way. We found a new dining room set and buffet. After waiting 3 weeks, it was finally delivered. Except they delivered a hutch and not a buffet. I called and was transferred to their customer service who promised a call back. It never happened. I called the store and they fixed the mistake. Another 3 weeks and my buffet was delivered today. They picked up the wrong piece and left. I asked about the baskets but was told it did not come with it. I jumped online and sure enough, I am not only missing 4 baskets but also a shelf. I called and got the customer service back. They said they would call by 9pm. It was 3:15. I explained how upset I was and wanted a call in an hour. Surely it would not take that long to figure out where my shelf and baskets were. They called back in 59 minutes to tell me they would be calling me later tonight. My advise? Don’t shop Ashley Furniture. If you do, you will most likely not get what you ordered and customer service will be if no help!
Where to begin! I normally dont post negative reviews however there has been so much go wrong with both orders I placed ( 1 in December 2018 and the other May 2019) with absolute no resolution that I feel obligated to share so others dont go through what we have. The 1st order we placed arrived as scheduled however the delivery subcontractors that Ashleys uses dropped my furniture in a mud puddle without saying anything scratched one of the legs on the bottom of my couch without saying anything, neglected to give me my pillows as well as walked through my basement with brand new carpet with their water soiled shoes, no booties, no respect. After contacting Ashleys and complaining they apologized and assured me the same crew would not be back to deliver a second piece of furniture bc a piece of the 1st order would not fit in the space. Not long after that, to my surprise, the owner of the delivery company called me apologized and told me that his company would in fact be delivering but they would not use the same people so I agreed. That gentleman did follow through with his word however they still entered my home with 0 booties on for protection of my new carpet. My pillows were eventually sent through the mail and because of my complaint I did also receive a box of new feet for my couch since the 1st ones had been scratched. The second purchase was even worse! To be honest the only reason I went back was because I was given A $150 store credit from my 1st purchase to make up for the delivery charge that we negotiated with one of the managers to be free. Being that I needed a coffee table I figured I would utilize the credit and save myself a little money . So I went in around May 3rd, worked with Wesley, we agreed on a coffee table table, paid with my store credit and the rest in cash. I was told that Ashleys is starting to carry more and more things in there warehouse so that their customers may be able to get smaller items such as this coffee table in a shorter period of time however that was not guaranteed and we were to stick to the 2 to 4 weeks delivery time which was fine with me. As of this post, It is now well past 2 to 4 weeks I have yet to receive a phone call from Ashleys with any type of update on my table however I have called them about 5 times and each time a new story. I have spoken with 2 managers from the store as well as corporate customer service, One manager from the store promised to call me back within a 2 hour window with the promise of some sort of resolution but of course that didnt happen. The corporate customer service department did nothing but apologize for the delay. So here I am, still no updates and no furniture but I should actually sit back and relax according to the Way this company deals with their customers. This has been my 1st purchase with Ashley and my last I will continue to purchase from Levin and Wayside where I received good customer service and my products on their due dates with no damage Or shady delivery people. I will happily update this post when I finally recieve my table. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!UPDATE: I just called what I thought was customer service at my local store but no it was the corporate office, asked them for an update, they show I purchased on May 3, so we are now working on our 7th week with absolutely no communication from this company. I have contacted them EVERY time. Today the rep says that he shows the Canton store has my table.... have I recieved a phone call.....of course not...but same old story, their sorry! Curious how long it will take them to call me since this is a store pickup item......to be continued!2nd Update I had my husband called this time around, hit number 2 to speak with a sales associate, placed him on hold for 15 minutes, transferred to corporate which I spoke to on Monday. Confirmed Canton has had our furniture since Saturday and when would we like to pick it up? Isnt it interesting how weve not received one phone call EVER from the Canton store although Ive called them now 6 times!!
Purchased a sofa from here last week. Had a great experience with salesman BoAllen. Non-pushy atmosphere, friendly, and extremely patient and knowledgeable with with my questions or concerns. Would recommend everyone to ask for Bo, and will be back for further purchases.
Amber Kay , the sales manager, handled all of our needs in a timely manor. She did a great job with suggestions, opinions and very helpful with helping us map out our living room set. Karli and Brittany were also very pleasant and helpful at the front desk. Answered all the questions had about financing and were very patient with us. Thank you for such an awesome team to help us make our purchase as easy and as seamless as possible.
We were very disappointed in the furnishings at Ashley Furniture store. The furniture is very cheaply made and.poor quality. Could not find one piece of furniture that was of quality. The sales person was very kind and helpful! Would not recommend anything at Ashley Furniture unfortunately.
We purchased a Recliner Couch and Recliner Chair at Ashley HomeStore in Canton. Brandon was very helpful and patient with us as we had him figure and refigure costs for various choices in the store. After purchase, we were told what the steps would be to delivery. It was delivered on the day they promised in perfect condition. Even the delivery people rolled out protective flooring and took all the plastic/covering with them. I will definitely shop at Ashley HomeStore in the future.

I was recently at the Ashley Homestord in north Canton and was helped by Corey McDaniel.He was extremely helpful and willing to rearrange the furniture to suite our needs. When the furniture arrived I was not sure if was the look I wanted. After checking with another Ashley Store about what I could do with this situation,I was told that they wanted to make sure that we were pleased with our purchases. We had purchased an entire living room ensemble. Corey did everything in his power to make sure that we were Happy. We did a little tweaking of the original purchase and I can tell you that we were treated extremely well by Corey and the entire staff at the store. Thanks to Corey, I will recommend this store to my friends, and will certainly be back to shop.
Ordered my furniture in store on 12/6/19 was told that it would be delivered on 1/7. Received a voicemail on 1/2/20 saying they were experiencing a scheduling delay and gave a number to call back. Upon calling it was just their automated line, waited on hold for 20 min, then selected option for a call back. Never called me back all day. Tried calling again on 1/3, waited on hold for 40 min and no one answered, set up for a “call back” again. Tried calling the store I placed the order at and all they could say was “I’ll have someone from our scheduling department call you back”. Very frustrating!!! Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the day I placed the order the sales lady was great!UPDATE- it is now 1/20 and I still do not have anything I ordered, got a call last Friday saying everything but 1 item would be here on the 23rd, 3 days later they called again and now something else isn’t going to be here? How could 3 days ago my item be available and now it’s not???? Missing items now looking at beginning of Feb, 2 months after purchased?? Never buying anything here again! I would cancel my entire order but they says they keep 12% as a restocking charge!
The sales team is great and the store experience went very well. I purchased 2 sectional couches on 12-1-19. After the store visit it all fell apart. Delivery was scheduled only to be rescheduled 3 different times. When I finally got a delivery, on 1-22-20, I received 1 full sectional ordered and just the wedge of the 2nd sectional. Now 1-29-20 and was told that I could be February 28th when I get the remainder of my purchase. About 3 months later. Totally unacceptable. I couldve gone anywhere and had my furniture by now. This has been a huge inconvenience and very frustrating for a purchase of nearly $5000. I would not recommend for anyone to shop here. The only reason they get 1 star is because the sales team was good. Too bad the rest of the components to the operation are garbage. Meanwhile still waiting for the rest of the 2nd sectional! If Id of known there wouldve been a 3 month wait for my purchase I wouldnt of even bothered shopping at Ashleys.
Brandon was very forthcoming with information, understanding, kind, and considerate for our needs. Hes very detailed in his explanations of the warranties and was helpful in understanding the details. Went in looking for a sofa. Bo Stewart (salesman) asked great questions up front to qualify what we were looking for. He presented us with different options & explained the sofas well. Went to the store looking for a sectional for our living room. Found one we liked almost immediately along with a chair to match. We ordered that day. That was back in February. We were told the manufacturer was a bit behind so it wouldnt arrive until end of April. Just got a call today that now they are hoping for end of June. We might have it by the time our 6 month old goes to college. Never buying here again!Update: The quality customer service strikes again. Got a call today that our furniture is finally ready and scheduled to deliver on Saturday. Since we have plans on Saturday I asked if we could change the delivery day to Monday. Was told that the earliest they could do is mid-July and that there would be a $50 charge to change to that date. Im told that in order to avoid the charge I would have had to reschedule yesterday, the day BEFORE they informed me of the delivery date and time. SERIOUSLY! Definitely going somewhere else on our next purchase. Would not recommend this company to anyone!
I went to Ashley Furniture twice. I worked with Lori both times and she was fantastic! The first time I went by myself to see what they had and she showed my so many awesome sofas and love seats that I had to bring my husband back a few days later. Lori showed us everything all over again and helped us decide which couch and color would work for us. We didnt feel rushed or pressured like we have in the past at other stores. It really was a fantastic experience!
I purchased two couches which unfortunately got delayed longer than I could wait for them to arrive. While I was unable to receive the couches I was easily able to cancel the order and got a refund back within a reasonable time. Based on how they handled the experience I would give then a shot again.
The service here was amazing. Allison was fantastic from the minute we walked in. My partner and I went to the Fairlawn location a few days ago to look for a couch. We were there for 45 minutes and never had an employee interact with us at all. Multiple employees walked by, and we still didn’t receive any service. We left the store sad and disheartened by the experience. We came to the Canton location hoping things would be better, and they were for sure. We ended up buying much more than we planned. Thank you!!
Lori McGrady was a huge help in deciding what furniture was best for our family. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted at in our price range. Ashley Furniture had the best selection of furniture that we have seen and the prices were good. We will definitely be back for other furniture in the future and will ask for Lori personally. I feel she helped us so much I know we couldnt pick what we did without her help. At first I thought that everyone just wants to sell us whatever, but not with Lori she actually cares about what you choose and makes sure your satisfied 100%. She asks about your needs and ensures your stay in your budget. Shes very knowledgeable with the furniture and knows so much about them and the extra protection they offer. Im satisfied 200% and this was my first time ever there. Great Job Lori!!!!! Our family is forever grateful for your help!
We had a wonderful experience at Ashley Homestore in Canton ohio. We had Dylan as our salesman and he was wonderful. He was very patient and helpful with us at all times. We ordered a mattress and bed set and also a love seat and rug from the store and all the furniture was amazing. Great customer service and an overall great experience.
Let me start by saying the staff was very nice and courteous. But beware when they are offering 72 months 0% fincancing. They did not disclose that the price of the furniture was $2,000 more than what was on the Ashley furniture website. My husband and I discovered this after we had already made a purchase. When I called to discuss this I was told that in order for them to match this price we would have to make a cash payment or finance for 6 months. Which is frustrating because at the price of furniture we should have been able to do the 24 months financing. So basically you end up paying more money to pay for the financing. Very upset and disappointed. Cancelled the order.
We went in to look at bedroom sets, not really expecting to buy anything. We were greeted right away by Mark and were given useful shopping information. We ended up buying an entire bedroom set, two nightstands, a chest dresser and a bed set (headboard, footboard and rails). We were never pressured or felt rushed in anyway. The products are amazing, beautiful, and of great quality. The sales associates at the Canton location were fantastic, we will be coming back for future purchases.
My husband and I basically purchased our entire house from here. Never again!!! Took forever for our furniture to get here, literally took over 3 months to get a livingroom suit and a pair of floor lamps. One of the lamps were broken out of the box and since being set up have done nothing but blow bulbs. We just purchased a formal livingroom set and have not even used it but maybe 2 months and its already broke. Mind you, we dont use that set often if at all. I will never buy anything from here again or let a friend, family member or even an enemy buy something from here. Worst experience ever!
Amber Kay was awesome!! We went in thinking we knew what we wanted but her knowledge sold us on a leather sofa & loveseat for our dogs & infant! I was not wanting something that would hold dog hair or stains, and she got us just that! I will definitely come back to her!

We recently purchased a new home and have been looking for a new bed for our son and a new sofa. After shopping at a local competitor who was rude when asked questions and hounded us while we were browsing; we decided to go over to the Ashley store because we had shopped with Ashley when it was in our area a long time ago and felt that we should try it again because we liked the furniture. We were immediately greeted by Corey who gave us his name, made sure we knew he was available if we had questions and then sent us on our way to shop. He was working with another couple at the time as well, but made sure to check in with us so we knew the current promos and again gave us our space to shop. This was important to us. He was available to ask questions when we wanted to compare mattresses as well as colors on the sofa. He made us feel welcome and that our business mattered. We will shop again with Ashley because of the experience Corey gave us, it was low key and perfect! And our son loves his new bed and the sofa is perfect for our new home.

From the moment we walked inside of Ahsley Homestore in Canton, someone had offered to assist us. Sarah did an excellent job at directing my mom and I toward the area of living room furniture in line with my moms taste. She was knowledgeable and genuine. We were able to try out many different couches without feeling uncomfortable as if someone was hovering, waiting for a sale. Sarah was exceptionally helpful with product information, leather quality, warranty and answering questions honestly. I would highly recommend Ashley in Canton.
First time I’ve been in Ashley’s at this location and I will definitely be back. BoAllen made finding and buying a new couch, a typically stressful experience, super easy and carefree. Thankful I came here in comparison to similar experiences I’ve had at other furniture stores, and I will definitely be back.
I purchased a adjustable base from this location when they first opened and I have had to have it replaced twice now because it keeps breaking. I purchased the extra warranty because the sale lady told me it was so great and worth the money and it would Protect my purchase for 10 years. Come to find out after they replace the base this time I will no longer have the warranty unless I pay for it again. Not very happy that I was under the impression I would be protected for 10 years to find out now that it was a lie. Make sure to ask questions when adding on the extra warranty even though I did and I was still lied to
We have been waiting over TWO MONTHS for our bed to be delivered. The first time, they were missing pieces. We refused the delivery in order to wait for all the pieces. 3 weeks later, they attempted to deliver again but only had the head and foot board. 4 weeks later, SAME THING. they only had the head and foot board. Since then, no one has reached out to help us receive our bed. The only reason I haven’t canceled this order is because the bed matches the rest of our furniture. We have been without a bed for 2 months and I am frustrated
Months of searching for the right sectional brought us to Ashley furniture. BoAllen kept me in the loop of all of the best deals and when we were ready to buy, he took great care of us. We left happy and with a few extra pieces of furniture because of our cost savings. Don’t waste your time online- go in store and see BoAllen, you will not be disappointed!
We went into Ashley furniture for a Rug originally. We were met by a very sweet sales associate named Erica. Erica and staff went above and beyond for us. We ended up purchasing a bedroom set, bed, pillows, rug, painting, and a dinning room table. If you want to feel like you are being treated by the best associate possible ask for Erica. Courtney is also awesome and so is Wes. (Courtney is at the guest service desk putting all the information in the computer and Wes is one of the managers). Erica will make you feel like family and very appreciated.

Unfortunately the store didnt have what I was looking for so she went on line to find the item I was looking for and ordered it for store pickup. She went over the order with to make sure everything was correct before the order was placed.If you are looking for great customer service and personal attention ask for Lori to assist you. She then began showing us the living room furniture that suited us best. She spent an extraordinary amount of time with us. We are extremely satisfied with our experience. We will be shopping Ashley in the near future.No pressure. No swooping. Just right.
Awful quality furniture!!! My mother bought a brand new dining room set, 6 chairs, within two months the chairs started to literally fall apart. I mean, screws were falling from these chairs. My mother bought the manufactures warranty, and the “life time warranty” that comes with the set. My mother spent over $800 dollars. My mother has been complaining to these people since November. This company sent out two workers, two separate times to try to fix these chairs, and it does nothing for these pieces of furniture. When my mother contacts customer support, they tell us it’s the “conditions of the house” meaning we aren’t supposed to sit on the chairs they sold to us. Instead of trying to understand, the person on the other of the end phone reads from a script and placed blame on my mother. SOMETHING needs to be done here! SOMEONE will be held accountable.
I had an amazing experience at the Ashley homestore in canton! My husband and I went into the store looking at some living room options. While we were there, Cassy, took us back to their bedding gallery and gave us a test rest on their amazing Tempurpedic mattresses. I LOVED IT! Thank you to the store and to our fantastic sales girl! We will be back for so much more once our house is built.
Make sure you check the online prices because they are different than the in store prices and they would have overcharged me $700 unless i pointed out the price discrepancy, also my order is scheduled to be delivered 7 weeks after purchase even though i was told it would be 3 to 5 weeks. They offered nothing for the delay so well see if it even gets delivered on their new delivery date. I see someone else had this same problem and the owner responded with call this number and let us know if we can help you how is that a solution? They should be giving discounts for lying about their timeframesFurniture looked nice in store thats why its not one star.
My husband and I stopped in to look right before the store closed Sunday night. We found something right away we wanted. Our sales man Rob Goodwin was very helpful. I changed my mind a couple times and he was very patient. I will definitely be back and ask for him as my salesman.
I got a living and dining room set all at 0% for 72 months! The staff was great! Ed let me browse with out being pushy and when I had a few ideas, he moved things around in the store so I could visualize how they would appear in my house. Once I had everything picked out, Wesley got me up to speed on the finance side of things and had me sign some papers and got them to Katie quick so and she sped through it so I could get in and out of there! These guys were great! Looking forward to giving this store more of my business in the future.
Just bought my new apartment and I have enough to spend for furniture and maybe one tedious thing.I Ended up leaving with a Great deal! Affordable enough that I bought a T.v, three seated couch(w/ recliner on ends) and love seat, and a coffee table Set!!!Not only was that a deal breaker and the ETA of the delivery, Immaculate but that gentleman who works there, Ben E. Bodacious man right there with all his efforts in his assistance. Tell you that he should definitely get a raise or move up even higher then he already is! I apologize for the lengthy review but i believe in being honest and thorough with reviews.I have been a customer of Ashley Furniture for many years have have spent well over 10k dollars in this store. Now for me this is quit a bit of money. I have traveled all over the country with the military and every time i have moved i have sought out the nearest store or ordered online.Recently, my girlfriend and I built a new house and we needed to furnish multiple rooms with multiple pieces to include, a dining room table and six chairs, a living room set of a couch, two accent chairs, two end tables and a coffee table, a sectional for our basement, a full bedroom suit of a king bed, headboard, two night stands and a dresser and a changing dresser, a desk, and 4 stools for my island. We received all our pieces as promised on time and this is why i gave an extra star. However, when we received our delivery, this is when the problems started. Our stools were the wrong color, which happens i understand. We were told to contact customer service and they would make it right. I contacted them and to this day i have not heard anything and it has been over a month now. On top of the wrong ones, the ones that we have have fallen apart since the day we got them. The screws that hold the feet rest on the bottoms of the stools started to fall out just by sitting on them. Five total have fallen out so far. My 4 year old son brought me a few of them, luckily he did not do what children do and try to eat them. My 9 month old was crawling on the floor and put her hand on one of the bottom rungs and it fell clean off, luckily her face broke her fall on the floor.Every one of the dinning room chairs is unbalanced and wobbles and we were told to contact customer service again and they would send someone out to fix it. Still waiting on them as well. Our sales associate promised us gift cards/store credit with our deal and we got some but she had to ask how much we were suppose to get meaning it wasnt even recorded that that was a part of the deal. When our changing dresser was delivered it was never set up and all of the trash was left behind. I had to assemble the thing my self. We also had to special order pillows with our couch that were different than what came with the couch, we were told that they would be mailed separate to our house. They were mailed in December to our new house which was not even built until March. We were again told what to do to fix the issue. With the amount of money and guarantees that were promised to us, i feel like we should not have to fix all of these issues on our own. It is now April and we are still waiting for pillows.I contacted my sales associate and i was assured they would look into and check on the status of everything for me, i am still waiting and this was weeks ago. And this was after i informed them that i needed a few more pieces for my home which would be another couple thousand dollars i was willing to spend here, now i am looking for a reason why i should even consider giving Ashley Furniture my business. As a salesman myself, i try not to hold everyone to as high of a standard as i was held selling RVs but knowing this, care after the sale is the most important lesson i learned and i am incredibly dissapointed with the lack of care after spending so much money over the years and intending to spend more.
My wife and I purchased a reclining sectional and end table set from Ed Burns and we have only positive things to say! Ed did an excellent job and really payed attention to what we were looking for. Visited Ashleys multiple times looking at bedroom furniture and had a surprisingly pleasant experience. Ron helped us each and everytime and answered all our questions without pressure or frustration. I would recommend a visit to Ashleys before purchasing elsewhere and definitely ask for Ron.
Ed Berns is the man! My husband and I came in to look for furniture since we just bought our new house. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to pick out great deals and got 0% interest for 6 years! What a steal! We are so pleased with the customer service we received and will definitely continue to shop at this location. My fiancé and myself went in there to browse at the living room furniture options and we were greeted as we entered the store. We were allowed to look for a few minutes instead of being someone coming up as we walked in (which I personally like, I dont want to feel like Im being attacked). Erica was very patient with us and very professional. I would definitely recommend her as your sales associate. Real laid back. She was very helpful with the customized sectional tahtcmeet our needs perfectly. When we go to buy a new bed, Im definitely going to Ashleys on Dressler, and working with Erica.
I worked with Dylan Minor on a living room set. He did a great job explaining the different fabrics to help me make the best choice. I have purchased 2 couches, 2 loveseats, a chair, 2 kitchen tables, 2 bedroom suites from Ashleys in the last year and have been very happy with the products and service I get with Dylan each time. I will continue to go to Ashleys when I need to buy something if they continue to offer the great service I have been getting there. Keep up the great work!
The furniture is extremely nice! We went to Ashley because of a great reputation but were quite disappointed. We made a purchase after working with a salesman and being assured we were getting the best possible pricing and package for our dollar.Unfortunately, everything was buried in paperwork and obfuscated by vague promises. We paid more than we were quoted on a protection plan. We also paid a standard sale price after being told we were getting a special deal. We wouldnt have known had we not spoken with someone who made almost the same purchase as us with the same special pricing and with the same perks.Just a very unfortunate experience and we wont be going back. If you go, take a calculator, do your own math, and watch out for price points.
I stopped into night to look for some furniture. I needed a new couch. I was greeted at the door by BoAllen Stewart. He was very nice and showed me around. He knew a lot about the furniture. He also wasn’t pushy. I ended up getting a nice set. So thanks again BoAllen for your help!!
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I ordered a living room set LAST YEAR and STILL have not received it. They have done NOTHING to be helpful and cant even give me a date as to when my furniture will be done. Three months AFTER I ordered my furniture, they just called again for the THIRD time to tell me they havent even begun to make the furniture!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE ASHLEY NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND ASHLEY! Worst company to deal with!!!!

2022-04-01***Update***Still not thrilled about what happened however I was finally able to get in touch with the manager at the local store and after a couple follow-up calls with them I was able to figure out what exactly happened. For some reason the warehouse auto corrected our order and thought it was a mistake. I will say they did have the right piece to the couch to me within a little over a week.We ordered a sectional and did a lot of research before doing so. We needed an item that had a left and a right side that could go long ways and connect in the middle. Today they deliver the completely wrong order after waiting over 3 months. My husband asked the delivery service not to leave until he calls the store to see whats going on because what they are providing doesnt anywhere near match our invoice. Customer service then tells us that it will be an additional 24 plus weeks for us to receive the correct items. No apology nothing our order form is correct how exactly did this happen?!?! How do you contact us and tell us that our order is in and its completely incorrect? Our original order form and the form of what they have for delivery were completely different. How do you make that mistake?

2022-03-01Worst furniture experience ever payed almost 10k for a bedroom set. Was delivered and broken while putting it together. Then had chucks in it everywhere. Tried to replace items 3 times, and was damaged every time. Until I finally made them take it back and give me a refund. Horrible experience, and will never buy from Ashley again.

2022-05-31I ordered a dining set from an sale associate working here in November. When I order my dining set I was told it would likely arrive in December, but latest it would arrive February. I was okay with this because I hadnt moved into my new home yet.February passed and no table arrived. I called and found out that the listed arrival date upon date of purchase was mid May to early March. The sale associate lied about the delivery date by over 10 weeks to make a sale.Its now the end of March and the furniture has still not arrived. I would not have purchased this if the sales associate was honest about the delivery date.Do not trust the small Burnette women in the mattress section. I should have walked away when she claimed to have experience in the medical field as a way to sell a mattress

2022-04-22If you want good furniture in a timely manner go ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Waiting 22 weeks plus for out furniture and they still can’t give us an eta on it . They always tell us our wait is almost over … then I email them to see where our things are and they tell us some of the items are in their warehouse, waiting to be pick up. NEVER once notified us about it

2022-05-21If I could go lower than 1 star I would! I have been waiting 6 months for my furniture I paid in full for back in November! customer service sucks! I will never buy from them again! If I didnt have this much time invested I would ask for my money back. I can spit fire I am so over this experience!!!

2022-06-15A sale is a sale to them. DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY. We were told that if we purchased the warranty, we could exchange our furniture for any reason. well after 3-4 years, wear and tear happens.... No warranty could be processed for our concerns.

2021-12-18So we came in with the idea of buying a hybrid mattress but they didnt have anything that we wanted in stock that we can leave with today however he got us approved for the financial credit and we were able to actually walk out tonight with a brand new purple hybrid queen size mattress we are so happy with our selection and would like to give a shout out to Dylan the customer service rep that helped us this evening he was very knowledgeable and made sure that one way or another we walked out happy this evening!! 2021-12-27DO NOT BUY THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY! Its a rip off. I have only had my couch for less than 2 years and I had to order a new cushion. First Ashley Furniture sent me the wrong cushion, wrong color, and wrong size. I tried to get it replaced and now ASHLEY FURNITURE is telling me my couch is no longer made there so therefore no parts can be made. I tried to get my money back for the warranty and was told I had to call the warranty office. I bought the warranty from Ashley Furniture and now its not there problem less than 2 years later. There product is junk and they will try to scam you just like me. Stay away from this furniture place.

2021-11-07Just had a great experience. We went in looking for a few things. Emily greeted us and asked what we were looking for. She helped up the entire time and gave us options on things we were wanting. She put an extensive package together at an amazing price (couch, 2 chairs, mattress and box springs and 5 dining chairs). We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Can’t wait to get our furniture!!
