What a great company to use when in need! We have had Cody come out a couple times to our house for a few things and was highly satisfied. Gets to your house in a timely manor and is very professional. Made sure things were still working properly after service completed. Would def call again if needed !
After going through our home warranty company, another plumbing company was sent to isolate and repair a humming noise when running the shower/bathtub. That company made the problem worse. We then called Ashland Drain Cleaning and Plumbing. Cody was on time and in no time found and repaired the problem. He was professional and definitely knows what he is doing. We found our plumber from here on out and will definitely recommend him to others.
Cody and Brittany are amazing to work with. They did a great job explaining the issue and when they did the job were professional and charged a very fair price. We will definitely call them on anything we need and recommend them highly.
I had a different company come twice a few months ago and late last week for a drain backing up. When I called the other company last week they came and said I need to replace my drain, took my check and left. I called someone to replace the drain. They told me to call Ashland Drain before getting in that deep. I called the same day. Brittani wasfriendly and helpful on the phone. She scheduled me for the next morning. Cody came out the next morning and cleared my drain. I wish I had called them first. Cody was friendly, on time, and professional. He was also very honest about the issue. I will be calling Ashland Drain for all future issues. Thanks to Ashland Drain I should still be able to get my central air like I originally planned. :)
Ashland Drain Cleaning and Plumbing has been a life saver for us! We moved into a new home with some drain issues and they have always come to the rescue right away! They are always on time and always get the job done perfectly! My family and I highly recommend them!!

We had a terrible drain problem in basement one of our drains was backing up from kitchen sink.. Cody came and checked it out sent camera down main drain nothing there came back next day and stayed with it till he figured it out.. very nice young man and very reasonable with his rates our hot water tank went out out called Cody he was right here next day installed a brand new one.. a brand that he recommend with a awesome warranty on it. also let me share with you.... i work with the elderly in their homes ( clean their houses) and anytime they have a plumbing problem i recommend Cody he has called on many of my elderly clients and has treated them with the upmost respect.. and did not gouge them on his prices.his wife Brittney is always manning the phone yo take your calls.. i highly recommend Ashland Drain Cleaning for all your plumbing needs.. try them once and you will stay with them

2021-10-19Codys work was great. He put in all new water lines throughout our older home and a new drain in our bathroom. He found a utility sink to fit in the space we had. He works efficiently and we appreciate his work. He had done some plumbing work for us before unclogging our drain and we have always been pleased. We would highly recommend Cody for any of your plumbing needs.

2020-12-20Fantastic experiences dealing with Cody and Brittany at Ashland Drain. We have had several situations where we needed help with different types of plumbing issues and Cody never disappoints. We have had to have drains cleaned, a sewage pipe replaced, water and drain lines moved, water heater, utility sink, bathroom sink and disposal installed. They are prompt, professional and go above and beyond to get the job done. Im always super happy with their work!

2021-12-03I highly recommend this company! They are super responsive, great customer service (Brittani is the best, actually answers the phone, no leaving a message or waiting 3 hours on a text reply) and had me up and running within 2 hours of my call! I had a toilet issue, so I thought. It ended up being a sewer line. Not only did they fix the line, but they caught an issue with the toilet that wouldve caused a future problem and leak. I cannot say enough great things about them and am just grateful to have this kind of service in our community!

2020-06-28We had a plumbing emergency with a house full of out of town guests and Cody came out on a Sunday! He was able to unclog and clear our main line that controls the toilets showers and sinks. Not only was he kind and polite but also the ultimate professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, punctual and solved the issue quickly. You can tell when people take pride in their work and Cody does just that. Cody was hard working, honest and had very fair prices. I highly recommend Ashland Drain Cleaning & Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!

2020-12-01Cody is awesome. They are fairly priced and do great work. Brittany is also great to deal with and understands the insurance side of things for water backups and piper bursts. 2020-02-19Wow, what a great company!! I am very pleased with their service. I had to have the main water shut off valve replaced in my basement. This required the city water department being involved also which had some complications. Cody ended up making three visits to my house. He was so professional, kind and polite. He was fast and efficient and the price was fair and very reasonable. Great service, I highly recommend this local company for quality service!!And a shout out to Brittani, who answers the phone and sets appointments, she is so friendly and helpful, an absolute pleasure to talk to!
