Had a gun show what a waste of money. 12 dollars for us to get in. It was small. We were in and out in 5 minutes.
Went to a tractor pull, and had a great time. Nice new tower for announcer. Sounds like the fair board made some great upgrades, but we were not able to get around the fairgrounds to look at them. Good luck to the kids at the junior fair projects, and with their animals this coming week.
The Fair was good. Lot of good food.
Nice track for motorcycle race. Didnt like that they made every one park outside the fence this year. Which there is plenty of space inside. We have always been able to park inside the track???? Seating is good. You are able to see all the track.
Had fun. Came for the tractor pull and enjoyed the food and ambiance of everything Fair. Would highly recommend.
The fair always has interesting displays. The animals are neat to look at and the vendors have fun games. The rides are always neat too. I wish they would bring back the side shows, and expand the over all campus. But all and all not bad. They need to have more rides geared towards adults, that dont involve being hurled thru the air.
I attended the Friday night tractor pull. I enjoyed it very much. They all do a great job. Well over 100 pulls and done before midnight. If you see some of the other pulls you can more appreciate how good a job the board does, and ous sled is tops
No masks to speak of in this covid riddled county/city, got strange looks by some people, i was wearing a mask, nothing really open, kinda dead and slow, even stalls in buildings were unmanned
It was great the Norris Gun show was going on had a great time and got some ammunition 😁
Before covid they had best Christmas displays my kid and my grandkids was a highlight of holidays and enjoyed fairs there all my life.nothing free no more mansfield needs free for the children no school no nothing fair always did car load 3.oo then 5 was good family fun.
So charging $10 for a 8 month old to come into the pits to sit with her parents is ridiculous. I dont have a problem with me and my wife paying the fee its fine but my 8 month old daughter whats going on fair board? Running low on funds and need to pay for that new barn? Pretty sad that your charging a 8 month old!!!!!
It is a very nice fair. Very family oriented!! Fun for the whole family to enjoy!!
This is a great fair to visit!! We drive from Mansfield to attend the fair. Its pretty well maintained and best of all it is wheelchair friendly. No huhe black cords crossing across the walkways like Richland fair.
Went there for a Tenn Walker show. Great Arena. With social distancing and using their heads we had a very successful Show. See you next year
Great place friendly staff. My car club throws a car show every year. Nice clean bathrooms, the camp ground is clean and flat. Plenty of room for activitys
The fair what do u say about it really it conjures up the nostalgias of my youth. The food is greasy but always a must. Great times had here can’t wait till next year.

Good assortment of hobbyist, crafters, farmers, and food. I enjoyed the gardening section and added to my collection of house plants with some bamboo.
It was good to see the little ones play and laughing but the food was way to high
Awesome horse auction big place had the best homemade Amish peanut butter pie Ive ever ate.Dont like the fact there suppose to get 3-5 inches of snow tonight were from ossian indiana luckily were not heading home till tomorrow.This is only my second horse auction but its awesome they have all kinds of food vendors and the horses are so beautiful wish I could bye one but nope leavening that to the Amish

Had so much fun at this fair. The derby is ALWAYS a blast. But the guy who flipped the guy in the truck hitting the suburban in the driver door should have been taken out!!!

Badly over priced second rate fair.. Because of its Fair Board.. NOT the great people of Ashland Co. Its one third the size of the Wayne Co. fair.. But has over twice the budget, and isnt near the quality.. They price gouge to pad their pockets, then do a piss poor job.. I hate going, rarely do.. Avoid it if you can..
Too expensive for what little there is to see. Not everyone is interested in rides and those who are have too pay extremly high prices to ride. Ashland city charges way too much for lot rent which causes prices to be jacked up. All in all I would rather go to Wooster fair or save my money for the State Fair.
My friend is from Ashland and has tried to get me to come to this for years. It wasnt too bad. Its your typical small town fair. The best part is the people watching!

We enjoy staying at the fairgrounds in Ashland and its nice that you have sewer at some of the lots.

Had some errands to run in Ashland. Still had time to kill so decided to go to the Ashland Fair. I didnt see it all but one of the better fairs Ive been to!
They put a lot in behind the scenes...just look at who they bring to Lil ol Ashland every year...great people running the show.
Just wish they had a better parking option and a different day (Friday or Sunday) for the open adga goat show.

Free parking kids under 10 get in free tractor pulls are always a good time. Lots of animals.
Fun place for the family. Cancer walks, horse shows and annual fair make this a hub for county doings.
Large grounds. Went up for a truck show and had a great time. Been to many car shows but never a truck show.
Gotta love the home town fair, great food and entertainment for all.

The Ashland county fair need to get rid of some of the food vendors and bring more rides and more thing to do for people who do not ride the rides
They charge for evething, even to get in! It should be free to get in, plus the carnies are all rude and not pleasant.

2021-07-25Went and saw motorcycle dirt track racing. Loud and wonderful! They had all kinds of food, drinks and beer. But I butted myself up to the coffee bar. No fights no hassles and the parking was easy. Prices were reasonable. Recommend the Ashland Fairgrounds!

2017-09-21Lovely county fair that is a ton of fun. Love the blue grass bands! We enjoy coming to the county fair every year as well as other events such as monthly auctions and fiber arts shows.

2021-09-25Went to opening day of Ashland county fair. Lot of people for an opening day in my opinion but very clean and organized. I like the paved walkways and the yellow line in the center of one walkway makes since. It kept foot traffic flowing in a directional fashion like driving on public roads. Typical teenagers stopping in middle of the walkways blocking people from walking but that happened in other county fairs in Ohio , Pa, and Indiana that Ive attended.

2021-09-29We live 35 miles southeast of Ashland, attended lots of county fairs, yours is the best weve been to. Seems that you thought of everything, very clean, organized well, easy parking, well worth the 40 min drive, we will be looking forward to next year.
