The counselor I had Theresa was helpful but unfortunately I had to see the nurse practitioner Mark and he was just a waste of time. The second appointment with him he was 10 minutes late and then spent the next 20 minutes filling out a questionnaire from my disability provider. But he did spend maybe a minute to ask me how I was doing. Thankfully I got into Cleveland Clinic and got a caring and helpful nurse practitioner.

Im so thankful for Ascend and everything they do. Ive struggled with complex mental health and neurological problems my entire life and for the first time ever I can see a real difference. I really cannot thank them enough for the comfort, support, lack of judgement, welcoming atmosphere, flexibility etc. It really shows that they truly care about their patients and theyre in it to help people in an industry too often overrun with those only in it for the money, they are a shining beacon, a paragon, and it gives me hope for the future of mental health and pain treatment 💜

I’ve been battling with mental illness since I was 13 year old. It’s been a long dark road for years. I’ve tried so many different medications and therapies, it’s unreal. After coming to Alleviant after a short 8 months I’ve been able to reduce a lot of my symptoms and resolve a lot of my past traumas. If your serious about overcoming your mental illness I recommend Alleviant for your care. The staff is very professional and helpful. The psychiatrist and psychologist are very caring and understanding of what your experiencing. Coming to Alleviant was the best decision I could have made for my recovery of my mental illness.

Came highly recommended and such a sad, pathetic experience for my teenage daughter, beginning with the therapist calling her by the wrong name 3 times during her appt, and many other issues.Director reached out and I explained my concerns. Was a bad fit and we moved on. Would have let it go, but since Ive called AND sent emails directly requesting not to be contacted in any way and it continues 18 months later, Ive opted to share briefly the lack of professionalism this company exhibits and respect for its clients.Best wishes. So many choices out there with better staff, therapists, etc.

I am a skeptic by nature and have very high expectations, so believe me when I say that it is rare to encounter a facility such as Alleviant. Everyone Ive encountered absolutely cares about the patient and treats them individually. The doctors and therapists do not take a paint by numbers approach when dealing with patients. Each plan is specifically designed for that patient. Take the time, follow their instructions, keep an open mind and there is a strong likelihood that you will live an improved life.

They were wonderful for last minute care as we drove through. Very flexible and truely listened. I recommend them for anyone they can help. If you fit any of the criteria they help with, stop considering and just go, you wont be disappointed -you will be helped. These people care about your wholeness, not just part of it. We need more of these clinics all over the country. If you live far, it is worth the drive, if youre wondering.

Nick and his team are clearly practitioners who still care about the patients they serve in an era when appointments are often rushed. Their approach is unique and takes into account the newest research in chronic pain care. As a practitioner I trust this clinic as a place to send patients in need of services I don’t provide.

I am so fortunate that I found Alleviant Health! Dr. Molina has helped me so much. He talks with me in ways I understand and that means a lot to me. Julie is also able to help me with understanding how to better help myself ! A great team is here to help!!Ap

The facility is nice, the basic staff is nice but the fact that a therapist is on staff with health and family issues that create an unreliable staffing situation is unacceptable.Feb 11 2020 - edit to my original postThe head of this group did in fact reach out to me to try and get some resolve to the issue of being canceled on short notice resolved.
