Kevin was extremely helpful from the first phone call when my husband called to obtain pricing and details for a trencher. They spoke at minimum 6 times that first day (my husband is a thorough man and very detail oriented)with Kevin and the day we went in to pay for the rental, Kevin and his coworker stood and talked as if we had known them forever. We had a maintance issue after close of business the first day, but at 8 am they had us set up immediately when we callef next morning and even had us up and running earler than the ETA they had said. Thank you Kevin for taking good care of us and showing that good people are still in our communities. God Bless You all.

I rented a saw and it stopped working within 5 mins. Air filter was completely clogged, spark plug was allmost trash, shutoff switch didnt work/was broke, and the water line going to saw blade was not secure and sprayed me in my eyes (not pleasant). When i returned it, the guy at the desk said he couldnt refund my money and would have to talk to his boss to get authorization. Still no phone call. Apparently the guys in the shop are not keeping up on maintenance on their tools. Im out 92 dollars and the job is unfinished. They offered me a credit but why on earth would i want another piece of junk?

We went to fill up our propane tanks. Waited over 20 minutes after we paid to have someone come out to fill them. The guy didnt even say one word to us when he finally came over to do so, not even a simple, sorry for the wait. I understand they were busy helping people load their rental equipment but we were just as much paying customers as those people were. Absolutely ridiculous!

I didnt even end up renting from them. The customer service was horrible, shady and rude. They claimed to have left multiple messages I had one message from them 24 hours after I made the rental request and it was only an hour before they closed. By the time I was able to listen to the message and call back they were closed for the day. Then they call back the next day at 7am (the day I was suppose to have the equipment delivered) and told me I needed to be there right then to fill out paperwork or else they were giving it to someone else... I have 2 kids and my father who was the one renting it lives 1 hour away wouldnt be here until 3. I was toldwill I dont know what you want me to do about well I dont know what you want me to do about that by Bob. I never once raised my voice and tried to be polite and look for a solution but I was never even given any options, just asked over and over what I wanted to do. He asked me to figure it out and call right back.. So i called and spoke to my father then I called right back and was told by the same guy, Bob, that nobody has ever talked to me and they didnt know who I was! Literally 10 minutes after I talked to him... But low and behold after me talking for a few minutes he remembered he called several times and left messages the day before.. even though nobody has ever heard of me or talked to me. Super shady. So finally after being informed that they have somebody else who wants the equipment and o need to make my decision right now, I asked them just to cancel the request. I no longer even want to do business with them.Ez rent took 5 minutes to take my request, same day delivery all paid over phone and done. No problems. Thats who Ill do business with from now on.

Terrible customer service. My machinery battery connection was stripped and the trailers lights didnt work - no indicators or brake lights!! The service guys barley looked up when i told them and they charged me full price. I didnt feel like arguing. Just another place that doesnt care about service. A ton of 5 star reviews with no comments on those reviews?!?... mmm. Something is fishy. Poorly poorly maintained equipment and unreliable.

Reserved a mini backhoe on a Thursday for the weekend. We get a call Friday night right before they close saying we need to call back. Get a call Saturday morning saying we have to get it right that second because they have someone else interested in it even though we had reserved it before hand. Spoke to my wife very rudely. We bought a fixer upper and have plans to rent equipment a lot over the course of the summer. Arts lost a lot of money before the 1st rental even happened.

Arts Rental contracts are desceptive when it comes to weekend rentals. You can rent equipment after 3pm on Saturdays and have it until Monday morning at 9am. You are still subject to an 8 hour limit regardless of time in posession before wear and tear charges apply. I rent equipment to USE it not to let it sit for a yard ornament. There should be no differentiation between posession and usage on equipment. I will NOT be renting from this shady company again. RENTER BEWARE!!

Machines i rent here often dont work very well and the prices are double what other rental places charge. Sunbelt is much better
