Ordered DoorDash from here. Food comes, there is a hair about 12 long in my curly fries. Whatever, I am a big boy Ill eat my sandwich and move on. NOPE 2 eyelashes on my bun... If that isnt enough, take the food back to Arbys (which I really wanted to do i.e. using DoorDash in the first place) and the manager of Arbys was absolutely ZERO help. Would not recommend.

We purchased two of the new prime rib sandwiches, two fries, two medium drinks and one regular roast beef sandwich which came to 25.00, 🙄. The onions on the prime rib sandwiches were VERY strong and caused quite abit of distress for the both of us all night long. Best part of the meal was the crinkle fries, thank you for bringing back a regular fry!

Ordered the French dip, didnt get the aus just sauce. Also ordered 2 cups of cheese sauce for the fries, they were not on the receipt, nor did we receive them. My husband ordered the new Philly cheese stake sandwich, all that was on it was meat and cheese, no peppers.

Beyond unacceptable experience in the Heath Arbys drive thru tonight not only did I have who Im assuming might be the manager scream at me and proceed to fight with me for about 10 minutes then I didnt receive all items in my order and when I called in she proceeded to scream at me again tell me I never ordered said items even though I had people in the car who heard me order and refuse to give or show me a receipt. I wish there was someone I could call in to turn her in!
Food is good but girl working drive thru window needs customer service training. Cant understand customers bc 79 is right there & half the towns missing their catalytic converters but thats the customers fault lol being nice gets you farther!

Pleasantly surprised with this location! Clean and comfortable dining area. Line moved quickly. Our order was taken efficiently and delivered as quickly. We didnt even have time to watch a bit of TV displayed in the dining area. The items were fresh and delicious. We ordered the potato cakes, Ruben and turkey ranch and bacon sandwiches. Would recommend.
Great food. But for the second time in a row, I ordered a double roast beef sandwich with cheese. They forgot to add the cheese.
Food is always fresh, very good...good selection. I just wish they would put the deluxe roast beef sandwich back on the menu, and I hope they keep the sweet potato waffle fries. I dont really care much for their usual sides but those are the BOMB!

Best customer service, fast and hot food!! Tim Johnson was super nice and very sweet to our kids and the other families we saw dining as well. The other employees were also working hard and everyone was busy doing something to improve the restaurant including moving equipment to clean behind and underneath. Very clean store, and great staff. We will definately be back to this location!!

I stopped to grab some dinner real quick. I saw the line and thought oh boy, but they were killing it! My order was perfect and the line moved fast👏👏👏 they need a raise.
Fast, efficient and accurate. Had a very long line when we arrived, but they processed it quickly. Our order was correct with adequate condiments and utinsiles included (without asking). Good was fresh and delicious and the crew was friendly.

Above average experience for the area. Had to get a corrected soft drink at the window and they forgot ketchup packets in the bag but everything was hot and delicious for 9:30 on a Friday night. Keep up the good work but pay attention to the details of the order.
Ordered the Buffalo chicken sliders. Roll was hard and had a sliver of chicken that didnt even cover the tiny roll. More bread than meat.
Arbys always tastes so fresh good and different they have the best Cheese sticks and between 2 and 5 they have Dollar Sliders the buffalo chicken one is so good. They have The Meats
Sat in line for some time to place order. Waited some more to get to window. As I was approaching the window a person walked in front of me and stood there placing an order at the drive thru window. Im sorry, it was my turn, I left.
I think that it would be nice if the menu would indicate spicy foods. Even if it is just mildly spicy, some people cant tolerate the heat
I mot crazy about the roast beef but my husband likes them a lot. The Gyros r good and they fill me up cant eat anything else with them. The service has always be good and the people friendly.
There are 2 arbys locations in the area. This one? You are 50/50 on food or your order done right. When it is right? Its exactly like the commercials. Amazing! Other times? Order something with bacon and you get a couple 1 inch slices. My family has stopped complaining to this place. So: service hasnt been a problem. But check your order. It may not be all there, or the meat will be wrapped outside of the bun. Seriously.

Theres one employee here. Idk his name, but his manners are amazing. He has a way about him, every time he speaks he improves your mood. Absolutely love this guy! Also service is good and quick in general here.

Normally its good. Sometimes the food isnt the best tasting or is kinda old tasting. Staff is overall friendly. no matter where you go to get fast food,just remember its only fast food dont expect anything more.
At Most every Arbys you get a good meaty sandwich, I ordered the # 1 which is the Brisket sandwich, when I got my order there was only 2 or 3 pieces of meat on the sandwich. Very displeased
Its Arbys. Expensive fast food but worth it. Order was correct and their new beer cheese Octoberfest sandwiches was awesome. This particular location has a awkward drive thru, its in front of the building instead of behind.

Amazing food but hands down the worst service Ive had in a while. Apparently small talk is forbidden by the drive thru cashier. And when he did finally try and have a normal response to the outrageous question of how are you today? he turns completely away from me and mumbles about how he is not happy about is current situation. You should help him out and let him go.
We are extremely overpriced and staffed by questionable people. Theyre $1 happy hour sliders seem to a good deal compared to the regular prices. I dont get any cheese on the sliders with the exception of the pizza slider. They claim with the cheese is 100% real cheese however Im not convinced of it. I think he needs to go to a lab for testing. I usually get two racks jalapeno sliders, into corned beef sliders. This is more than enough to hold you over. I would never get their overpriced drinks I would go to the gas station instead.
Its the best quality fast food around.

Food is always good, staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. Drive thru seems to always run slow even when not busy. Can never pinpoint why and its been like that for years.

Arbys has always been a favorite of mine, this particular location has exceptional customer service inside and at the drive thru. The food is always freshly made and hot, I have never had bad food or a bad experience here. I will continue to visit this location regularly.A+++++
I love Arbys, but this location never gets our order correct. I order beef and cheddar sandwiches without the ranch sauce. Its never right. If they could get it right it would be 5 stars.

Mens bathroom was disgusting
The only thing wrong was they could shake off some of the juices from the brisket so the Hawaiian bun is not so wet. The mint shake is way better than the medicine tasting thing McDonalds makes.
The customer is very good at Heath location. The only complaint I have is the black of meat in the Greek Gyro and the Greek salad. Ive ordered both and its ridiculous. Arbys advertises they Have the Meat. It must not be for these items.

Code red! Code red! The roast beef is always fresh but I’m really disappointed with this store because they won’t replace the Diet Dr Pepper lines. The line is obviously permeated with whatever soda was in there prior, Mountain Dew code red? It’s been that way for over 2 weeks. I’ve complained at the counter and drive-thru. They don’t care and continue to sell nasty diet Dr Pepper to customers. Not a lot of options at this store for diet soda. Hopefully the folks that order it in the drive-thru come back demanding something different or a refund. If not it’s your fault. Get it fixed! I’ll goto the 21st store from now on.

I do not normally do this but tonight, I am. My mother and I just visited Arby’s in Heath Ohio. When we walked in, the guy at the counter, Joey, took our order. We were rudely asked if the order was to go. I said no sir, it’s for dine in. Now mind you, the dinning room does not close until 10 pm. He then asked my name for the order. I politely said Amanda. He said it’ll be out. So, my mother and I went to grab a table and our drinks. After we got our order, I happened to look down at my receipt. It clearly says “Amanduh” at the top. I was really surprised that someone would be so rude as to put that on a customers copy of a receipt!!! After finishing our meal, I walked up to the register, and waited. Joey finally said someone will be with you. Elizabeth, the Asst Manager, came up after I waited for about 5 mins. I looked at her and said that it was very disrespectful for her employee to misspell my name is the way that it had. She proceeded to tell me that that is how he spells Ananda. I told her there is no way. She then said that she knows 3 people that spell “Amanda” that way.(Amanduh) She was very rude and defensive. I looked at here and was like you have got to be kidding me! No one, I repeat no one that is named Amanda, spells their name in that way. It is a cruel joke. I told her that I was going to call her Corperate office about this and because of the way I was treated. She in no way tried to make amends with us. She just stood there.
Heath Arbys has fresh food every time, the employees change the oil for the fries and make sure the fries are ALL THE WAY DONE... unlike 21 street. 🤦♀️

Previous visit was not good, visit approx. 7:30pm on 2-26-18, was much better. Previously gyro made like an omlet, everything flat then folded over.

Charged me for wrong order. My order was 5 dollars the order the charged me for was 12. I told them and they said they would give me refund since I was there 20 min and they said it would be on them. Only refunded me 7 dollars and then didn’t give me any of my sauces.

2022-04-14Went through the drive thru, customer service was actually really good. Nice and friendly. Received the correct food that I ordered. I ordered the new Chicken wings with curly Frys and a Large Jamoca shake. Wings were fantastic! I would definitely recommend them if you like spicy wings! I would eat them again. Thanks for the great service and food!

Good food nice people the drive threw is open during operating hours always but lobby is closed everytime I have went cant say what its like inside right now I would assume it will be closed until they are able to get more staff. The food has always been hot and nice portions.

2021-04-30I wanted a shake and fries to snack on while driving to Columbus. The line moved so fast I didnt see they sold Dr.Pepper Floats until after I ordered. Went back another day to get those. This is the fastest Arbys I have been to.

2022-02-21Ordered 2 meals. Theyre now using plastic grocery style bags rather than paper sacks. The fries were all dumped out in the bottom of the bag.
