Service fast and friendly! Cashier Tiffany was so nice! I wondered about the orange shake, she explained it like an orange pushup pop! She was so right its delicious! My Ruben was hot but bread wasnt toasted, still had a great taste. TY for great service and good food!
Went through the drive through tonight and the employees were very rude. I ordered a roast beef and cheddar and the girl wanted to argue with me about how it was a number 2 on the menu when it was clearly a number 1. Then a guy came on and asked me if that was it when I hadnt even ordered anything at that point because the first girl was just arguing about the number! Im not sure who they are hiring at this location but jesus they need to get it together.
Great service, friendly and fast. Nicely remodeled interior. Workers seem to enjoy working with each other. Jeremiah was great. This is probably the best Arby’s we’ve been to.

I celebrated my birthday earlier this evening in this gorgeous place. Well we enjoyed a wonderful evening and the restaurant was clearly one of the reasons for the happy gathering. The waiters participated in a sweet manner, the cooking was yummy and my guests were very delighted. We shall surely visit again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.
This place is a okay but I advise to go to another fast food restaurant like McDonald’s and KFC
2 for 6 fish is a good deal. 3.79 is not .The ruben is to small for the price !Mcdonalds has a large pop for a dallor , a good deal . The new frys were good for a dallor,but needs to be larger . You need a better rewards program. Thank you for listening. Keep good managers in there. Some have a bad attitudes.

They had just open, food was fast and hot. Nice and fresh. My only complaint is the price it was just over $20 for two of us to eat. All that was ordered was 2 combo meals, 1 classic with curly fries and a small drink, 1 French dip and swiss with curly fries and a small drink, and all we added was 2 cups of cheese sauce to dip our fries in. Just seems a little steep on the price. Although I really did enjoy my order. Thank you to all of the Arbys crew for a great tasting meal.
Asked for a crispy chicken salad, she tried to give us a sandwich. We came back around and she tried to tell us they don’t have salads. Then she said “oh you mean our crispy chicken salad?” There is something wrong with the workers here. I don’t know if you’re smoking before you come in but I worked fast food and I have compassion for our food service industry, and what they do but I was met with pure stupidity today. She was polite but really should educate your staff on the items you have on your menu. If she was new she wouldn’t have been taking orders. Any logical place would not put a rookie on orders.
Good food, place is kept clean, sometimes the mens bathroom has no soap or towels. Food is priced right and they are happy to modify the order for you. One thing tho....I really dont like the big beards faced guy handling the food. I always thought they were suppose to wear a net over that Hugh beard he.has. Pop refills no problem.
I paid 7 dollars for a bowl of lettuce that was supposed to be the the farmhouse salad with roasted turkey. It had about 5 pieces of tomato and one piece of tore up turkey lunch meat. My husband ordered the half pound beef and cheddar and it only had a very small amount of cheese. He ask for Arbys sauce and they only gave him one pack. We spent almost 15 bucks. Couldnt come off a few packs seriously?I think they put the food together as poorly as possible without ruining it so we wouldnt enjoy our meal because they were obviously annoyed we arrived as soon as they opened. When the girl took our order she was very short with us saying yeah then as in is that all. She snatched the money out of my husband hands. It was overall just a very bad experience. I wont be back I like Arbys just not enough to deal with that behavior.
Love Arbys! One of my favorite places to eat. Usually they have really good thick shakes but last time I got them they were really really thin it was like drinking mint milk. I dont get to eat here as much as Id like because they are pretty expensive but I really like the food.

They have good food. but service WARNING sometimes rood and if I were you dont go in there if its busy. they make more mistakes when its busy!!! Also they forgot our sandwiches wow thats manly why most people go there for a freaken sandwiches!!! So we had to go all the way back to get sandwiches!!!Very true!!!!!!!!!! Mad 😡

Really good shakes and standard Arbys fare. I usually get really fresh food, but Im sad that the waffle fries got taken off the menuThe reason for my low stars is that I pretty much never get the sauce that I ask for when I go to this place.
Has gotten much better over the last year. Staff much better, food fresh and always friendly. No baked potatoes at this location however.
We are only giving it 2 stars because the sandwich was good, even though it looked like they just threw it together. The milkshake I ordered tasted like someone took a scoop full of mildew and mixed it into the shake 🤢 I cant even drink it. If they could hire people that would LISTEN to people, and fix the food the correct way, that would be GREAT! Seriously! Order 2 sandwiches and say ONE a certain way, that does NOT mean to fix it the same as the special order one. Im livid over this. Cant get anyone to do anything and the line is busy. ALSO, did away with ANY type of fries other than curly fries? Im ticked. Didnt have any turnovers ready. Completely unprepared and making people pull forward to wait on their food. Ridiculous.

Had a chicken salad sandwich. The worst ever. The first bite had a burnt taste. No celery no apple no nuts only 1 grape cut in half. Shame on arbys
As usual, the Arbys in Eaton provided excellent service and food that was cooked properly. The Grand Turkey Club sandwich had plenty of meat, the onion rings were done just right and the jamocha shake was perfect. The staff was friendly. Didnt have to wait long either.
The staff are rude and I just found out when going through there that they have taken ham off their menu altogether. Really? Are you that broke Corp?
Food was excellent ordered it from the drive thru and I ordered a med diet my husband order a drink w his combo meal and both came out Got small size which was fine and I took a drink it tasted like reg pop not diet he ordered a Mellow Yellow and while we were waiting for our food I literally walked inside because I wanted diet pop and they told me that their diet was out so thats why I got regular pop I thought to myself wow what if I was a diabetic or something like that they should have told me while I ordered it not after I had pulled away from the drive thru and came inside to fix it so i ordered a Sierra Mist still unbelievable due to I already paid almost $3 for a med soda and didnt want to be a bigger issue and order a water and they have to refund me!!!
The manager was outside smoking with another employee while I was placing an order with an obviously New employee. She came in to drive thru window and was very rude to me as well as the new employee. I received the wrong item and called. She placed the blame on new help... 2nd time I have had a problem in 3 visits with this manager. Too young and unprofessional to be a leader...

They were rude and very disorganized. Their little blonde manager was very rude. They messed up three families orders that took 20 minutes, and then was not going to take our order because the manager was all worried about doing an 8 oclock drop at 9:15pm.
My fish was dry and hard. And cold. I couldnt eat it. It was like it sat for half the day, And I had to pull up and wait, yes I pulled up and waited for old stale cold food! This is Arbys in Eaton Ohio

Management recently changed and the speed and service went from ok to poor at best. Ordered and had to wait 10 minutes at the counter on our food and there was next to no one there.
Always fresh and delicious. The only down side is I think theyre coming there roast beef longer, making it drier. Still delish though.

2022-01-01Ordered a few roast beef sandwiches and other items. Asked for horsey and BBQ sauce. When we arrived home, realized they had put no sauce on the bag. Called the manager, she said come back to get it. I said that I lived 20 minutes away round trip. She basically said to bad, she was short staffed and I said I couldnt eat the sandwich plain. She basically hung up on me. I wont be returning.

2022-01-14Just had Arbys for dinner, my grandson really liked the new diablo chicken sandwich, said the vanilla shake was good. However, I got chicken nuggets and a small crinkle fries, the chicken nuggets were so hard I couldnt bite into them, the fries were cold, probably wont go back for awhile.

2021-12-12I honestly hate doing this . 2021 for this place has been horrible. This was my favorite place to go . I noticed the male manager is gone from last year . The food is hard / cold / old . Or you get small portions or crumbs for fries . The young staff stands around and talks and could care less if you need something . This being said , I don’t go to arbys unless I’m in brookville Ohio . Their the best .
