Fast service and correct order through the drive through. Had the Smokehouse Brisket sandwich - YUM!!Update - husband and I both had the new Arbys hamburger and had two entirely different sandwiches. My husband had a warm cheeseburger, slightly overcooked but still moist with melted cheese. He said it was ok but did not know if it was worth the price. Mine was room temperature - the cheese was not melted, just placed on it. It was overcooked, bordering on burned and really dry. I will never order another - not just because of my experience, but because mine was so different from my husbands. This is a new item that they are pushing and our order showed such inconsistant presentation of the burgers.
My daughter and I went to grab a quick lunch here yesterday afternoon and we had the best A1 customer service EVER!! Even though the place was beyond busy, but everyone looked focus and ready to help, but the #1 best part of our entire experience wass Santiago! He was funny, helpful, knowledgeable, and even though it took a little longer than we had expected..... due to the cook time of a few of our special orders.....He provided the most amazing and high quality customer service.
The manager was rude and telling us there going to run out of food, it taking them too long to prepare are food and complaining that everyone is order to much food. When we got the food it was all wrong the drink was not good it was just carbonated water and instead of chicken they gave me some thing else. The fries were over cooked and we cant even eat the food
They have the beef, definately masters of extreme meatcraft at this location. It was good lol, no complaints. No red ranch on my sandwiches, just like I ordered. Extra drippy cheesesauce justice I expected. One horsey sauce in the bag just like I asked. Friendly crew too. Best fast food roast beef in the world ( R.I.P rax)
Until the last 2 visits, this place was OK. Recently we went and the drive thru attendant was yelling at a customer and they were arguing. Over the speaker we heard someone say Im going to fxxxing kill you We didntget food and just left. This last time, again drive-thru rudeness to a customer, and then some guy came out to our car and said they were out of beef? This is Arbys people.... out of beef??? I honestly could not believe how incredibly rude and nasty the staff was. We will never go back to this location.
Great place for a decently quick drive through.... Managers are awesome, the staff is great and the food, well, theyve got the Meats! Anyway, only one thing really bad to say , they did get my order wrong one time, but they fixed the issue. So keep it up!! They do a great job!
Arby’s has such an incredible menu selection nowI used to work there a long long time ago and we didn’t even have half of what’s on the menu now it’s a credible the selectionI have included a menu picture in my video of some of the items that you can feast upon I hope that you take full of vantage of looking at that menu you can even order your food and have it ready before you even get there just take a look at the menu nowDelicious arbys you know you want it
Not a very friendly store. Some reason when you ask if you want a meal, they feel the need to not included either the fries or if you order the french dip sub, they wont include that dip that comes with it. God forbid you go back and complain about the mistake.Majority of the time the guy who messes up my order or not include stuff into the order, is the guy that works the drive-thru glasses you normally hear him over the speaker system.
Never had a problem with an incorrect order which is amazing! The food is always good, wish youd bring that fabulous fish sandwich back. My only issue is the hygiene during this high point in the pandemic. Once, the gal at the drive-thru didnt even have a mask on. Most recently, a super friendly fellow with tree lights for a necklace, was only wearing one of those clear, plastic face shields. He was scratching his nose, adjusting his glasses and then packaging my food while talking. I almost told him to put it all back. Went home and threw the potato cakes away because he was touching the actual food after just reaching up his mask. He was such a nice guy that I didnt have the heart to say anything at the window. Hoping this can be resolved.
Fast and friendly service. The quality of food is very good for a fast food restaurant. They have now offered bringing your order to your table when you dine in which is nice. Staff has always been welcoming and friendly. Their sandwich selections have grown so there is quite a lot of choices now.
Staff is friendly & weve never had bad food or an incorrect order from this location.Rude attitude from the back towards employees and guest from presumably the on duty manager (she wasnt in uniform) - front desk very nice!This time I removed a star after waiting over 10 minutes and countless employees staring at us someone finally came up just to argue with us about coupons and get angry about us being right to the point he turned the computer at me in anger...WTF are they training at this location...corporate NEEDS to step in.
I cannot get enough of eating at this restaurant! People dont realize that Arbys sells more than roast beef sandwiches. They sell Gyros, chicken, fish, and brisket sandwiches as well which gives it the edge it wants and needs in the fast food industry. Each of them are worth the price for their size and Arbys always tops them with fresh ingredients.
I lost a coupon in the car and the manager who was working the drive though spent several minutes telling me how she was going to give me the coupon price and how most of the managers would not have. She spent a great deal of time letting me know what a favor she was doing me. To begin with, when I realized I could not find the coupon I never asked her to give me the coupon price. And about mid way through the lecture I reminded her I did not ask for the coupon price. As a business owner I would never lecture a customer about what a huge favor I was doing them because of a customer service decision I made. Fast food restaurants are a dime a dozen. The only reason to keep going back to one is customer service.
Went there for an evening meal and went thru their instructions for truck drivers. You cant fit a semi in. When I called them you can tell they were not familiar with their own process. Then a woman came out by the door and I told her I wanted to place an order and referenced the instructions posted by the door for truckers. She had a major attitude problem and wasnt paying attention to my order. It was as if I am asking for a favor, then told me to go stand with the cars, which is dangerous and not the process. I asked if I can speak to someone else she said yes and then just went inside and no one came, while she and another guy are laughing in the back. These are some terrible low class people who work here. Find another Arbys or a different chain.
I dont have to wait to long but I usually end up visiting this location late at night. The staff has always been very nice to me never rude.However last time I ordered a double roast beef a large curly fry and a large drink.Then I found a regular roast beef with cheese in my bag too. I really hope that I wasnt charged extra. I am allergic to processed cheese so it was a total waste. I had to thow that sandwich away.Now I am going to check my bag before I leave the parking lot.Ps. The Arbys on Riverside drive is even slower.
Grabbed a quick meal to go earlier this week and the drive thru staff was super friendly and accommodating. The person running the fryer even came up to the window to let me know it would be just a little longer for fresh fries and not the ones that had been in the bin and were already cold
Just about every time I have gone here there has been something missing from my order. The staff has a tendency to be rude and talk over you. The biggest issue is that the sandwiches consistently have about half the meat that you would get at any other Arbys. If there is another Arbys thats just a little further away, go there.
All I can say about the 1 star is they dont even deserve 1, my wife always orders a sandwich with only cheese no meat and any Arbys we have gone too have either not charged us for her sandwich or or greatly reduced the price well this Arbys wanted to charge us $3.49 for a bun and cheese. How can you take the most expensive ingredient off a sandwich and still charge you full price and call it ok. I have no problem paying for it but I refuse to buy a roast beef sandwich and get just cheese
My partner just went through the drive through 1/1/20. 11:45am ish, ordered a combo and asked for an extra cup of cheddar for the fries. The guy on the speaker literally said “you’re kidding me right?” Posting a review on here because he also didn’t get a receipt. What a joke of a restaurant. So unprofessional. We will not be returning.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!In general, I like most Arbys, but this place is so dishonest that I will never go back. I went in with a coupon for free specialty sandwich if I bought any size drink. This crooked place said I had to buy a large drink. They would not honor the coupon.Of the specialty sandwiches, I chose loaded Italian, which is described online as a sub. What they gave me was an utter joke! In a sub size paper box, there was a smaller than sub size bun, diamond-shaped with 1/2 inches wide pointed ends. Two-thirds of it contained only mayo and a very, very thin slice of tomato. (Why put mayo on a sub!) When I realized I wasnt eating any meat, I opened the rest of the sandwich. The ad said the sub would contain ham, salami, and pepperoni. No pepperoni at all. Three extremely thin slices each of roast beef or ham (too thin to distinguish) and salami. Far less meat than you get in an Arbys Junior sandwich. It was clearly not worth the money that they made me pay for the LARGE any size drink.
The African American manager(I only state this so she can be identified) working the front counter was over the top rude and unprofessional when grabbing an order to go. Slamming down my drink carrier (for me to put my drinks in myself, apparently) and making strangely rude comments, out loud in front of other customers who also appeared confused by her attitude, the entire time I waited for my order. When confronted about her demeanor she continued her attack, implying that it was justall in my head . Ive been in customer service management for over 25 years and I promise you Miss Arbys manager, it is definitely NOT all in my head. I dont know you, you are not my estranged ex-girlfriend and theres no reason to act as such. You may want to reconsider your career path because clearly you are not fit to interact with the public.
This particular Arbys has terrible food quality. The beverages there always taste odd whether its tea or a fountain drink, my food always taste like its been under the heat lamp all day (at the least, past the max amount of time to sit out), and staff is rarely friendly, sometimes unreasonably rude. Despite the fact this Arbys is less than 5 mins away from me, I drive a half hour out to a different location where the food is decent and beverages taste the way they should.
I walked into the lobby to sit down and have lunch. As I came in the door, Savannah was standing at the counter and asked what she could start for me. When I asked her to give me a moment to decide what I wanted, she got a nasty look on her face, sighed, and shook her head as she walked away. I should have immediately left, but I decided to stay and eat, as I have limited time for a lunch break. The restaurant was not busy, but most of the table had food crumbs and trash on them. The food was good, but that was about it. If youre looking for friendly service, DEFINITELY dont go to this Arbys.
Could you PLEASE ANSWER your phone?? It was busy for literally like 2 hours...Did someone leave it off the hook?? I was trying to call to find out what oil you fry the tenders in due to an allergy to certain oils. If it’s “Vegetable Oil”, what kind?? Soy? corn?? Would help. Thanks!
Love Arbys. Actually drove from Marysville to Dublin just to get it. Never been to this location. For the most part, everything went fine. Fast and friendly service. I will say that the mozzarella sticks and jalepeno peppers were awful. They tasted like dirty fryers lol. We didnt end up eating them...
First time I was in the restaurant. Ordered a fish sandwich. It was soo big tasty, and satisfyingI wondered why I had ever gone to McFast. The manager compted another man and me a drink while we waited. (He asked for hot onion rings and they made them to order). We toasted Cheers! at the counter. Fun!!
I went through the drive thru ordered a kids meal for my nephew and they didnt give me his chocolate milk even after I asked if it was in the bag. So not only did I have a very upset 4yr old I had to stop and get his a drink and spend more money. When I tried calling nobody answered. Very unsatisfied
I posted a video of one of the employees at this establishment flipping me off and cussing me all because I counted my change! Yes you heard that right my change. She handed me my change back and I counted it and she lost it but like I said I have t all on video I posted it on YouTube and Facebook etc etc sawmill Arby’s store employee disprespect. Look it up and please make it go viral! The manager tried to bribe me into not posting it she told me that she would give me my money back if I deleted the recording mind you I never asked for my money back which is why it was a bribe this place smh.
Im at Arbys in Dublin and its Monday. 5:30pm august 3rd.The manager here was saying he wanted to go out in the parkinglot and choke a customer who was ordering, then after I ordered, while we were waiting for our foid, he started uelling at some girl who just clocked in at 5pm, yelling at her about standing around and being a jerk in front of all the customers, then while we were eating, he started yelling at another employee about he stinks and needs to shower etc, etc, that manager is nothing more than a loud mouth ass, and I will NEVER bring my family here again, and I am a senior contributor to Trip Advisor, and will be leaving a review there as well.Please forward this to whomever you need and I may be contacted about this as well.

2022-08-23The double beef n cheddar was fine. Admittedly not much cheese on it and a bit too much red sauce. The curly fries werent hot when we got them, which was disappointing. The apple turnover was good, delivering about what youd expect when ordering one. Overall not the worst experience. The staff were super friendly and quick, as well.

2021-06-12Michael at this location was very chipper and friendly. I bought the 2 for $6 deal with a beef and cheddar and the 3 piece tenders. I received 3 and a half tenders because one of them was pretty small. I’m glad they didn’t try to pass that one off as a full tender. Overall a 4 star experience but the friendly customer service brings it up to a five star experience. Well done Arby’s on Sawmill, well done.

2022-08-24The new fish sticks are absolutely wonderful! They melt in your mouth and have extremely good flavor. The only thing I can think of that would improve it is for them to offer malt vinegar in addition to the tartar sauce

2022-05-27The service inside was great the cashier was personally professional and efficient she made sure we were taken care off. The jalapeño poppers are delicious didn’t care for the turnover it was dry and not enough fruit to balance the dough/pastry

2022-08-18Service okay but the beef had a horrible after taste, fries were old and tasted like they were fried in oil that wasnt changed for awhile, fish was also soggy, peach lemonade was the only edible thing I got tonight. Im disappointed bc I basically paid $13 for a lemonade. Ill try a different location next time as I am new to the are.

2022-08-26I hate giving bad reviews but at the prices today Id like to get what I order. Use the drive through and find out 3 miles down the road your order is wrong. How does a half pound sandwich turn in to a regular kids size sandwich? Spend over $11 for a $6 meal? Not my idea of a deal.

2022-06-23Got the wagyu burger and I dont know if it was because my burger was overcooked and dry or if that is just how it was supposed to be but it was terrible! I dont know what all the hype was about and Im thinking the only reason they sold out a couple weeks ago was because everyone tried it and was let down like me, oh well, the people that worked there were cool but the burger was terrible

2019-11-12Arbys is usually a great deal for me. You know my motto is GET THE APP, but in this case you also want the emails. I received a coupon to buy a steak sandwich and get free fries and a drink. Im not a fan of the curly fries so I got potato (yum yum) cakes instead. For a little over $3.00 in Ohio. The Petite Steak sandwich with bacon and garlic butter was pretty good. Im crazy about ciabatta bread.I also want to commend Miss Tracy for her wonderful service. She always has an upbeat and bubbly attitude with ALL of her customers.
