I only gave three stars because the young lady at the window was such a sweetheart but beyond that I’m a little disappointed I ordered curly fries and I received a box of dried up bits and pieces of what USE to be curly fries also ordered a smokehouse brisket sandwich with NO cheese for my mom when I get it home to her she opens her sandwich to eat it and CHEESE ☹️ I don’t like to complain as I know it can not be an easy job to have but I had to pay for something that could not be eaten.
I used to be a manager for this particular Arbys and I must say I am satisfied with the speed of service quality of food and friendliness of staff however I did have to wait for my food only so that they could beat the timer but I pulled up the wait was not long at all am I food was the best Ive ever had from Arbys

Roast beef was like jerky idk may it was the 1st slices of a fresh roast. Bread was smashed I just trashed it and thank God we had a coupon lol

I have been going to this store off and on since 1993. Havent been there for about a year, very glad I went back. Once again they gave me exemplary service! They are all so nice and have great customer service skills. Tried the Traditional Gyro today (skeptic). I was pleasantly surprised!!! It was amazingly good 😁

Not a very good experience !! There was only 1 car in front of me , we were both asked 2 just go 2 one of our parking spots and just park!!I waited in parking lot about 15 minutes for 4 Beef And Cheddars and 1 order of fries , which the sandwiches were advertised on their sign , 2 for $6 !! Youd think theyd be prepared for the sale of what theyre advertising !! They were not professional at all !! I asked for extra Horsey And Arbys Sauce to be put in my bag please , when you bring it to me !! Of course when he brought it out , there was just 2 packs each of Horsey And Arby Sauce , I asked if he could please grab me more that wasnt enough for 4 sandwiches !! You could tell he wasnt Happy About but he did it !!Everything seemed ok , once we finally got it !! Not a good area at all‼️
Horrible sevice my jalapeño poppers were hard and burnt my number 5 chicken sandwich was undercooked and had a rubbery texture salad was decent they gave me ranch dipping sauce and not ranch dressing, im sure nobody would like to eat like this and every time i come im asked to move up and wait when im the only car there. They take to long not enough staff for the traffic to many cars parked on the side waiting for cold food or over cooked food. Terrible service and I love Arbys

I like their beef set with the dipping sauce on the sandwich. It was a little dry maybe I can give it a bit already next time. Oh, and the drive-thru, as always with most Arbys, completely sucks ridiculously slow. Dont advise.

The service i received wasn’t even worth One star. I understand they were short staffed and i had no problem with waiting to order and for my food, but the lady at the window was extremely rude and lied about not being able to add on a shake at the window because i used to work at Arby’s for over a year and I’ve added on plenty of stuff at the window. I asked for fresh Fries at the speaker and got a large old fry and a medium fry that had fresh fries on top of old ones. I also didn’t receive any sauce and she slammed my change in my hand. Worst fast food experience I’ve had thusfar🚮
We were going through Ohio, from Alabama, to visit family and stopped at this location. Very friendly and humorous employee at the window. Our food actually looked better than the pictures! Good job!
The manager thats at the Arbys on Salem right now is superb. Better service and they have things in stock instead of every time going to the drive-through with signs hanging that they dont have this or they dont have that or theyre out of this and theyre out of that. Much more positive attitude out of management shes doing a fine job. Its about time that in the African American community on Salem that youre actually have a restaurant that does care and give good service to its people. She told me her name I couldnt remember it LOL she just says Im the lady with the shirt in red good job keep it up.
Order was two chicken sandwiches waited ten mins and both burned, both thrown away! i wondered why they never had customers, now i know, will not be going back.
2 years ago this place was great especially if you ate inside they was so correct to get your order right, however we went there on November 19th 2020 I had to say my order 2 times at the drive thru the chic that took our order and money was extremely rude looked about 17. Had us pull forward and wait on food then they didnt give us 1 of our sliders and forgot our drink then wanted to see the reciept to make sure that we ordered it then we had to drive thru the drive thru again to get the drink never did get the other slider but we paid for it! So November 20th we went and they still didnt give the slider that we paid for on the 19th but on the 20 it was different staff and they got order right even though it was a different order finally. The Arbys in Kettering/ Moraine is a much better a d cleaner one.
The Arbys sandwich is good... The fish and chicken sandwich I ordered had pickles when I said no pickels or lettuce because I have a hard time eating them... When u lose weight and have had many surgeries that have played with my digestive system
New renovation looks nice, however the management is terrible. One manager was snappy and rude with me, the other one held a conversation with a employee at the front register area that could have waited for the back. It took up time as the lady working register was trying to ask a question and the manager was too busy with the other person. Afterward the register lady said the managers name again and she replied I wont respond when you call me that even though it was clearly printed on her name tag.
Every time I go there everythings always right nothings ever is missing and everythings always hot and fries and no I know nobody that works there so Im not just saying that but no Ive never had no problems with Arbys not at all

Service was pretty fast , was able to go in and place order as opposed to drive thru because my drivers side window is malfunctioning , overall pretty good , but I dont think 5 roast beef sandwiches for $10 is worth it
Food is okay when they actually remember to put everything I ordered in the bag. One of the only places in Englewood Ill actually eat at because the food doesnt give me food poisoning. However 9 times out of 10 I have to go through the drive through twice in order to get everything I actually ordered.
Went there to order through the drive through, the worker barely talked through the speaker, so I started ordering. Then she proceeded to say very loudly and rudely to wait.Once she allowed me to order, and I finished, and said I was done with my order, she then decided to say, Hold On again very rudely. And then proceeded to ask about my entire order.Very rude and unpleasant experience.Id do 0 stars if I could.
They are so rude at Arby on Salem ave. Dayton Ohio. They roll their eyes at you when they forget something or mess up your order. Tell you what you should’ve did, like it’s your fault they screwed up. Talk to you with a attitude.Smh I will visit the other Arby’s outside of Dayton where their more professional.
Horrible...I ordered 2 Bacon Beef N Cheddars and it looked like it was just scraps of bacon on the sandwiches. I also ordered potatoe cakes and they were very very greasy and they fell apart like hash browns. Plus My family and I visited the Arbys on Salem Ave. And everything was ok except the potato cakes were extremely greasy and fell apart before you could take them out of the pack. We ordered the Bourbon BBQ triple stack burger 2 of them but they gave us market fresh chicken sandwiches instead, im not sure but the looked like chicken. i called to let them know that they gave us the wrong sandwiches and the manager began get loud and irritate with me, i tried to explain to her that i was spending my money and not hers so i didnt think they had the right to just give me anything they wanted. she said that they didnt even have that sandwich on their menu i took a picture of the menu it is right there in the middle. she continued to say that she wasnt gonna tolerate me getting smart with her just because i said that if you didnt have the sandwich why did you not ask me if i wanted something else instead of pushing this other sandwich on me after all I AM THE CUSTOMER.....i then hung up because i did not like the way she talked to me she was extremely rude....so on our next trip we will be going all the way out in kettering we will never visit that store again........ 😠
This place is easily the worst Arbys I have ever been to. The restaurant is not very sanitary, the service is slow and they consistently mess up orders. The last time I visited this place, I swung by on my way to work. I was in a hurry. When I pulled out my sandwiches they put old stale cheese on them! I asked for melted cheddar as it was but they put really old cheese on my sandwiches. I have never had such a terrible experience at a fast food restaurant. Arbys is usually known for good service and great quality food. This place is extremely disappointing.
It was late when we stopped the place was getting ready to close but they did service in record time they did a good job we just sat at the picnic table and ate.

I never had Arbys before my entire life living in the Elizabeth area I was never fortunate to be able to taste Arbys but I hear the commercial of time on the radio. I tried the first two for 6 roast beef sandwich cheddar and bacon and it was okay I dont think that roast beef should be cooked all the way but it was okay but where are beast Shine for me and I havent tried the rest of the men But that Buffalo slider hit different that chicken taste just as good and at times better than Chick-fil-A chicken I cant front that Buffalo slider for a dollar fifty is amazing go get yourself one Arbys you have won the day when it comes to the buffalo chicken slider.Now heres a negative part you would think that because the buffalo chicken slider was hitting on all cylinders that the buffalo chicken sandwich would be even better which would be a bigger with more condiments and I have to sadly report that more isnt better when it comes to the sandwich it feels like a sloppy mess like halfway to the sandwich youre upset that youre so dirty because of it stick with slider you wont be disappointed
This place has been in place for a very long time and it shows. Inside needs renovated. Its small inside and had a musky odor. Employees are dry and not friendly at all, even they appear to hate working there. Im not too interested in going back for business.

Arbys serves up fresh roast beef sandwiches, tasty waffle or curly fries, your choice of drink for under $10....and theres many other varied menu items for u to choose from too. There are a couple places u can get meals cheaper, but the quality just isnt there. So stop by yur local Arbys and be amazed!!!
This Arby’s move very slowly during the evening and night time. Honestly, I believe they do it on purpose hoping customers will get out of line so they don’t have to service them. However, it could be due to lack of staff...I just don’t know. The food is good though.
I havent been to this Arbys since I was 20 years old when I used to live in apartments directly behind the restaurant 48 years ago. The Arbys Ive been frequenting was 1/2 mile away. Thankfully, it closed. It was the worst Arbys ever, from the time it opened. A case of absentee management or worse.So we had to go elsewhere with our coupons, approximately 3 miles away. Wow! Super WOW!! I couldnt have been more surprised. This is the best Arbys I have ever been to. First, I was confused about the coupon product availability. A very calm well spoken woman informed me quite intelligently of what was included with the coupons I had. Then, the food service was quick and efficent. An error on my part was likewise handled with the same quickness and efficiency. Wow!I expressed my surprise and complimented the employee with the same words written here. I then learned she is the night manager and I think she may have been training a new employee.Upon arriving home with our meal, I must say, this was the best food I ever ate from Arbys (period). Arbys, We Got The Meats. I applaud the 2nd shift employees of this restaurant. Ill be back.Stephen M. Boston
I love the new slider sandwiches. And the potato cakes. The Gyros are just wonderful need a little more sauce though. But sometimes it is a wait. But I chalk it up as hotter food though.
This is pertaining to me waiting at the Salem arbys for over 30 minutes. I was going through the drive thur waited at the speaker for over 15 minutes for someone to come on the speaker stating we only have 2 people working I ordered then waited another 15 minutes to get my food. I never have waited in a drive thru for 30 minutes before oh and to top it off there were 4 other cars behind me.
Girl in drive-thru is a saint. She went outside to help a customer whos car slid in the snow and was stuck. That goes above and beyond her job title. I was very impressed by her and also the food was fresh and tasty.

This is the slowest place on earth. I stopped in at 115 didnt pull out until 125. No drive thru speed of service should take that long ever... its just roast beef. And I work at Arbys. Sad yall need to get it together
The young lady at the window was annoyed with me because I was finish with the order and she didnt know and was annoyed. I didnt curse her out or anyrhing.If you cant deal with the public and you get that anoyed then you need to find another place to work. I found the worker to be very disrespectful toward me. Arbys got it going on, reall fresh market sandwich with bacon. U just got to at least try it. Beef and cheddar has always been the number one sandwich from day they opened.

Order is never right. Theyll confirm your order and still give you what they want. Then when you tell them they messed up they get an attitude and dont want to fix the problem managers included very unprofessional restaurant

Highly dissatisfied with the service at this location. The ice was being scooped by using a cup without gloves on hands. The cucumber sauce on the gyro seemed to be spoiled. I say that because it was separating, it was watery and clumpy..

Sometimes they get really busy and service gets slow, but they always get your order right!
No bathroom in building..its out back..too many loitering of people..go here if you want to be shot stabbed or robbed.
Slowest fast food ever and bathroom was outside.

2022-08-11Went there on a Fri to get 2/$6 with a roast beef and mac and cheese. Were out of Mac and cheese. Went the next Wednesday to get 2/$6 with roast beef and mac and cheese. We do not sell mac and cheese anymore. Why is it still on the menu? We havent had time to change it yet. Okay thank you goodbye.

2022-08-19I was very unhappy with the food. I received curly fries instead of crinkly fries and the drinks were like children size. I know this seems kind of childish but when youre paying almost $25 for your food you expect the bus and respect what you see from the pictures. I was just very unhappy and I thought that was way too much money. I could have done that a better restaurant but I can say that the fish was very good thank you.

2022-06-02Absolute worst experience with any Arbys. Fries are never fully done and the wait is horrible they only serve 1 customer from order to completion at time and cancel simple door dash orders, just sat in the drive thru and wasted my entire lunch break at the speaker to be told the system has been down since before I got there. Do better! Arbys should be ashamed of this store and the bad name it brings to their brand

2022-05-05Expensive prices I ordered reg roast beef sandwich and mozzarella sticks. Took 20 after ordered food. My sandwich had 3 super thin slices of roast beef on it and mozzarella sticks were cold and rubbery terrible store bad service quality not good. Go to another location this store terrible.

2022-08-02I have attempted to get Arbys for dinner several times at Salem ave location. Every time Ive been told either shift change come back in 10-15 mins or theyre system is down come back in 15-20 mins!! Whats the point in having the store there when u cant get anything from it?? Even when I try to door dash my delivery is always cancelled.

2022-02-06As far as fast food goes Arbys is one of the best. They have a lot of choices and are more unique than other fast food chains. The new boneless chicken wings are really good.
