The Canal Winchester Arbys does a very good job. Everything tasted like it was just bought that day. Very fresh, and the amount of food was very good, and when were in the area we will be back. I wish our location was as good as this one. Sometimes I think they take a piece of roast beef slide it on the bread and say that they made a sandwich because when we get it home you have to look pretty hard to find any meat on it. Good job Canal Winchester Arbys!
Went through the drive thru and when they ran my card I was told it was declined. I checked my account in front of the manager and it stated funds were removed by Arbys. The manager proceeded to tell my that it wouldnt show up as Arbys. Then said it got deducted because it was a pending charge. Called my bank and they stated that a decline would not show up as a pending charge, which anyone should know. How is it declined but a pending charge? Horrible experience with this location.
They were fast and accurate. Had it not been for what came across as complaining about the size of our order from the back, this would have been a 5 as far as fast food goes. Workers should realize the orders and customers are why they have jobs and what keeps them employed.
Quick service. Food was well prepared and delicious. I had the turkey, bacon and ranch sandwich, which was terrific. The Andes mint chocolate milkshake was really tasty. Staff was very helpful with our kids spills. Restaurant was clean and well kept including bathroom. Choices of coke beverages was also excellent, including my favorite Coke Zero. We will definitely visit again!
It is a hot day, I get it. There is condensation on the outside of to-go cups on 90ish degree days. However, when employees are wearing gloves and handling your food, I don’t want to see dirty muddy gross from the gloves on my drink cup. The gloves are dirty and need changed out. It makes me question the cleanliness of the business. We are living in a pandemic guys. Clean hands, are kind of important? Restaurants are struggling, this isn’t winning me back.
Very unfriendly people that work at this location in Canal Winchester, OH. They were not at all happy to be there or to serve us or anyone for that matter. They didnt even greet us when we ordered, did not wish us a good day either. When our food was ready, they just sat it on the counter, didnt call us when it was ready, we had to ask if it was ours. Who just walks behind the counter after being up front and just stands there,didnt ask for our order or anything. I didnt want to give them any stars, but in order to write this review, I had to at least pick 1 star.... I have been a manager in the food industry and I would never allow any of my employees to act like this. This was a horrible experience right before going to my mothers funeral. NOT NICE AT ALL!!! Good luck in cleaning up this establishment!
I Love ❤ Arbys but this experience was not that GOOD 👎/ Food was cold only thing that was hot 🔥 was the potatoecakes bs they had to cook them when we got there/Business was very slow 🐌/ Got a Salted Carmel Chocolate Cookie 🍪 once leaving, to eat in car 🚗 on way home 🏡. Cookie 🍪 was hard and burnt 😞. So much for the favorite cookie 🍪 to make up for the meal. The people working just did not care 😜😒
By far the worst experience we have ever had!! The manager on duty had a horrible attitude that spread across the team members. The front counter person tried her best but the MOD was very short and rude. Ask to get my money returned. Horrible experience! Also witnessed her being rude to another customer. Needs an attitude adjustment.
50/50 but this time they added a $5 item to my order I had to ask them to take off I almost didnt catch, then I ordered a sandwich with no cheese that had cheese and I AM NOT KIDDING a $5 turkey market sandwich with NO TURKEY. I HAD TO PEEL THE LETTUCE OFF I COULDNT BELIEVE IT. it was so thin. Someone named Josh I heard them say making it. And I paid $13 for this meal. To order a turkey sandwich with no turkey is just plain inexcusable. It might be fast food but its still real money and theres no excuse
I work in Canal Winchester, OH and have often gone to Arbys for my lunch. While the food is good, the service is terrible. I am often found that I have a lady named Markeyda as my Server. She is never pleasant on the intercom or in person when collecting your order. I asked for another server at 1 time due to her rude actions. If you are going to work in the fast food/customer service industry, you need personality and a better attitude. If you dont like your career, find a new one!!
The workers are rude, rushy, and the food is obviously quite expensive. Ive used coupons from paper coupons to emailed coupons and they always take them even if its for a different location. But because one rude old lady wasnt having a good day, she didnt want to take my coupon. Hire some nicer people!
Not only were we shorted something and told I was a liar, we also didnt receive 3 sandwiches and received only 2.. (so we were acutally short changed twice). We had a coupon and so it was a bit confusing. That is the only concession I will give them. When I got home and noticed we were missing some food, i called back, and the manager must have answered because she said that the employee who took our order via drive thru misunderstood and so no we werent getting three sandwiches but it was ok because we were only charged for 2. That wasnt the point, the coupon should have gotten us a free sandwich. Now, I wouldnt written this review IF Arbys headquarters had returned my call as I was told they were going to do via email a week ago and I could have voiced my displeasure to them. If this stores PTB have an issue, take it up with your headquaters. Having already spoken to management, and getting nowhere except being called a liar, I will not communicate with them again.
I am the type of person to get on kicks when it comes to food!!! (Just to start off with) the food here is the same at any Arbys. Therefore, the food doesnt matter here... The issue is the incompetence amongst the staff. They couldnt find their own car if the parking lot wasnt lit let alone find all of the items you ordered. Thats just my opinion though, so take it for what its worth.
Soda machines are down get offered tea water or a shake for my combo ask for tea they are also out of tea request a shake instead for the inconvenience get told they need to charge me for it or I can have coffee or water. Im sorry your machines are broke I ordered something you told me you had and you were out of that too, that is not my fault its poor customer service to upcharge a customer for something out of their control
MyMfirst time coming here I ordered food here an had some coupons an they messed up my order I did not get everything on my oreder I was supposed to I was supposed to get 4 roast beef burgers 4 fries an 4 mozzarella sticks an I did not get that they lady messed up an did not listen to me at all. Food was cold an this was my first time coming. I will never come back very dissatisfied an unprofessional.😢😢

2021-07-19Workers are untrained and unprofessional and disrespectful... everything is wrong and messy and I never even got an apology for it. They made me feel like it was my fault they made it wrong. I eat Arbys frequently so I know what is suppose to come on my sandwiches. This Arbys however just does their own thing I guess. Im disappointed.

2022-07-06The general manager is completely rude. I think she forgot she worked in customer service. I ordered food & strawberry lemonade with sprite. She was not the one taking my order but yet got on the mic to tell me that she wouldnt do it. I have ordered this before at this location. Then she tried to argue with me thru the intercom (how professional is that?) by precedding to tell me how she was the general manager who makes those decisions. So, obviously she lost my business. I didnt even want the food after that. Im not going to spend my hard earned money at an establishment where the manager is SO rude!

2022-07-27I saw a worker putting fries in the rack bare handed... I saw a Manager and said to her she needs to have gloves on. Managers response: Shes my problem child... I will talk to her about it. - My immediate thought... Oh wow!!!!

2022-04-25Worst service ever and the absolute laziest crew outta any Arbys, they do not pay attention to the customer, this makes twice Ive gotten the wrong order going thru the drive thru & the kid I spoke with when I called actually laughed at me when I told him that this was the second time getting the wrong order , & the general manager is nvr in to speak with when calling in a complaint, DO NOT GO THRU THE DRIVETHRU

2019-01-09The experience we had was simply careless. This sandwich was smashed in the bottom of a over packed bag. Food should be in tact and look appetizing; instead it looks like trash.

2022-05-24Sign says the dining room opens at 11. Didnt open the doors at 11 so I called to ask if they were going to open and the manager had a major attitude.

2021-12-23I was on a road trip and stopped for a drive through snack. Food quality was as it should be but the fries were only partially filled and the person who took our drive through order was not very personable...but definitely not rude.
