Farrah the new manager is AMAZING! I was robbed yesterday while at work, walked in and automatically felt like I was the utmost important person in her life. I needed a key to my apartment as my purse was stolen with everything in it. I was very shaken up. She had me to sit down and asked how she could help. Honestly, what you did and how you treated me, I’ve never felt that important from management. You truly care and treat others the same way you want to be treated! You care and it shows! I submitted a work order and with in minutes had the Maintenance Team member at my door to replace my locks. I barely opened the door as I was scared, he said I’ve been here before and was so kind! He even returned to ask if I needed a mail key. Our new management Team is truly amazing and you won’t be disappointed! I’m very blessed to have y’all! Thank you!

I moved here last year, although google reviews shows low ratings, I love living here! Farrah, the landlord, is extremely kind and understanding. She has worked with me through the COVID hardship and has always said that she doesn’t want to see anyone lose their home. I cannot say enough good things about her!! If you’re thinking about moving here, do it! It’s a quiet and convenient location.

Just have to say….. The Knew Manager here is absolutely amazing! I don’t know the people who ran it before but let me tell you! Farrah came at the right time! Before she came here this place was very disorganized and you could tell they had no clue what they were doing! I am so glad Farrah took over and made things right after I waited for almost 2 months to move in here which I was told it would only take 2 weeks. Long story short Farrah understands a lot about people situations and is willing to work with you but is very serious about her job! I appreciate everything she had done for me and more!!!! Thank you so much Farrah for being you! God bless and WHOEVER COMES TO OUR COMMUNITY WOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! FARRAH IS THE BEST ❤️🙏🏼 THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! Having spent 3 years here at ARBORS OF DUBLIN I find myself grateful for having chosen ARBORS OF DUBLIN- Begin with current MANAGEMENT my rating for the young lady in charge is exceptional. She is on top of all issues including when you call with personal concerns. She takes her position very serious and more important that of her customers. ADMINISTRATION amazing, whenever I call for support the ADMIN DEPT finds answers and more important support. MAINTENANCE never have I lived in an apartment complex where I have found the MAINTENANCE DEPT so response and supportive and full of integrity as ARBORS OF DUBLIN. I highly recommend ARBORS OF DUBLIN.

Many issues while living here, moved in August 2020 and i believe have had an issue just about every 2 months if not every month. laundry room ceiling caved in due to water damage and i was told “we probably won’t really fix it until you move out” and if it happens again call back so they can do a quick fix again. My ac/ heat has broken a handful of times , dust flies out of the vents and gives me issues with my asthma, trash bins are ALWAYS full or overflowing, had hot water issues as well and was told “just let it run to warm up” as it took over 25 mins to heat up, that is not the correct response from a maintenance man who is supposed to fix the issue, then he came back and only fixed one of the two bathrooms and told me he would be back in a few days. he never came back or called and my roommate and i had to share a shower for a week and a half, while we were still paying for a 2 bed 2 bath; if i wanted to share a bathroom we would’ve gotten a 2 bed 1 bath.. no actions were taken until i turned in my non renewal notice to the front office . and i recently caught IMPETIGO in the apartment gym and when i told the front they just stared at me like they had no idea what to do. I’m waiting for a call to let me know they’ve hired a cleaning team to disinfect the gym since it is HIGHLY contagious and i asked they put cleaning supplies for people to use after they workout (since they don’t currently and it’s honestly gross to think about) i do not recommend living here, overall very poorly run.

I originally gave this place a 5 star due to the new building manager. Now I completely remove it. I cut my lease due to work relocating me. I worked with the manager and she told me to pay 3100.00 plus the rent for March of 2022. And I did.. I took care of all final bills. Today I get an email indicating that I owe 1100+ plus said I owed for an electric bill of 81.00. My bill was never above 55.00. So my thought is 1 they inflated it or 2 that someone moved in there after I moved out. I was home for one week in Feb and never have a bill that high. Because my mother passed from Covid in Youngstown and was busy doing this. I sent them the notes and can’t get anyone to call me back. Then they said they had to hire a team to clean it when I left it 3 times cleaner then I got it. I had constant issues with the temp in the shower. You have to turn off the heat or ac if not the temp will go from 500 degrees to-10 within seconds. I asked if they were going to make good of the constant inconvenience of this and she after you moved out and I said isn’t it the same thing you are doing now? Stay away!!Update, it took almost 1 1/2 months to correct the electric bill per the manager. I cant verify since they removed my profile there. They said that they are working on the other money that I already paid next. How long does it take to go over this? I know Krishna is trying but damn! I am going to give them 2 more weeks to make this right and if they still hadnt resolved it start litigation against them.

Farrah is the best! She took the time to explain to us all our options, prices and tours. Even though the office was extremely busy she greeted everyone that walked with a smile. She is the bestest and we are happy to make arbors of dublin our new home!
