THE GOOD: Good variety, fair prices with military discount, generally accurate on-time delivery, and a local office if you quickly need to resolve an issue or swap out a cooler. THE BAD: 1-There were a couple of times when my delivery calendar changed and no one bothered to tell me, but it has been over a year since that last happened. 2-When Culligan first bought Aqua Falls, they erroneously billed credit cards and bank accounts that were on-file. This was inexcusable and unforgivable, so theyll probably never get 5 stars from me--and Ill never use any method other than mailed paper checks for payment. THE VERDICT: They seem to have drastically improved since these things happened and I recommend their products and services.
Find another company or just buy the water on your own. Constant problem with the delivery driver and communication. I was charged for water I never received. They dont believe me. Im not sure why they would think that I would want to cheat them out of anything as I have been a regular customer for years now. Ugh. The snoozing delivery driver has more clout than the customer. There have been other bizarre bills in the past where payment received wasnt posted to my account . Just try elsewhere.Addendum: I cancelled a month ago and had water delivered today (face-palm).
I switched when they were bought out (a year or so?) I have had very dependable delivery service. They perform week-prior reminder calls. Pleasant delivery man who can adjust my orders with no difficulty. Fair prices on the 5-gal bottles. I have had ongoing issues with auto-pay, but I call them every two or three months and settle the bill over the phone. Have not had a problem w customer service like others have mentioned.
I would like to share my experience with AQUA falls. I set up the water club which gives you 3 five gallon jugs and a water cooler. I have had this for quite awhile and never had any issues. Well July 2021 this all changed, I contacted Aqua falls to move my water delivery back one week as I did not have enough water to make it for the month. I had done this in the past without issues. I was informed by the girl in the office they werent going to be able to deliver until the following week. I said ok I will just run the bottles in myself and exchange them. I did this at Culligan which is closest to my home. They both operate together they charge the bottles to your account just like what would have happened if they delivered the water. Well about a week and a half later I needed water again I called in I was told we arent doing extra deliveries this month, I told the lady in the office this would not be an extra delivery this would be my 1st delivery. Evidently because she was able to see where I had gotten the water before from Culligan she thought I had a delivery. She said we are short drivers and are unable to do it. I went ahead and ran back to Culligan and switched out three more five gallon jugs. Now my account was charged a total of $42. So when I received my bill I had a charge for the water delivery that I never received. I called to get this straightened out and was told since you are part of the water club you are charged that fee if you get water or not. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and would not help get this fixed. They are picking my equipment up on Tuesday. I just want anyone who is considering using them to see how their customer service works. I do not recommend doing business with Aqua falls, save yourself the hassle go buy a water cooler and bottles from the grocery store. I purchased a machine for $120.00 I wont have to worry about being charged for a service that I did not get anymore. I think its sad that they would rather loose a customer than remove a charge for a service that I never received. August 16th they delivered water after they had picked up my equipment the week before. I contacted them for pickup it never happened. I will continue to update this thread. I hope this saves anyone from this same nightmare!!
Once you get started, its great! Positives: The ease of delivery, that its contactless, e-billing, auto-pay, and customer service once someone is reached. Negatives: It was a bit tricky to start my service because I had a lot of questions, but Im very pleased with the delivery and service in and of itself!
I actually went there for an interview. It is a very nice, friendly, feeling like a family place to work. NOT a big uncaring place thats only concerned with how much you produce. Ive worked for some companies like that and never want to do that again. If you get a chance to work there Im sure you will love it! Unfortunately, I was not hired.😥 If another position becomes available I will definitely apply again. 😁
Its a super easy and convenient solution for anyone with a water dispenser in their home or business. Just place your empties outside when your scheduled to, and they exchange them with full ones right at your door. No worrying if the stores will be out when you get there.
I used to go to the store, carrying empty 5 gallon jugs, only to get there and find they were out of water! If they had it, then I had to take it outside, put it in my car, drive home and carry it inside! Not anymore! My water is delivered to my door and with a very good price! Why would I want to do it any other way.
We have been customers for many, many years, utilizing one cooling/heating unit for human consumption and one free-standing dispenser for supplying room temperature water for our pets (now only one very large cat!) I used to have one in my school classroom/office for making coffee. We also purchase cases of individually bottled purified and spring water for convenience. The quality of product and dependability of service combined with their prices have made us committed (almost dependent) customers who would recommend Aqua Falls to anyone without hesitation or reservation!
Aqua Falls is excellent in every way! Their website is easy to use for payment, delivery schedule modifications, etc. They provide a reminder call the day prior to delivery which helps remind me so I set out my empty bottles. Their deliveries are always on time. And, their water tastes great!!!
While the companys customer service has been terrible lately I can honestly say theyre making attempts to improve it and (re)earn customer trust. Based on my last review one of their reps reached out and I was able to get a copy of the delivery schedule for my area so Ill actually know when theyre coming. The water tastes fantastic and I much prefer it to the other local companys product. I recommend giving the company a try if youre in the market for good bottled water.
This company is a joke! I signed up at the end of February. Paid everything in full up front, 2 weeks later I get another bill for another delivery. I said what the heck and paid it. I get a bill in April for a larger amount, called, and their explanation didn’t make sense but paid it anyway. Mind you they have me the option of giving my bank account info up front for automatic payments...heck no and thank god i didn’t. May, get a bill for higher amount, so paid it but each month I had to call multiple times. June my bill was higher and so on. Any time you talk to someone in the office, they have no idea what the last person said, doesn’t seem like anyone is putting notes in the account. I was told that a supervisor was going to look at my account and call me back and they didn’t. I called to cancel my order 3 times. The first two times no on showed up, then the third time they finally had someone come out today although I received a delivery confirmation call that my order was going to be delivered today...SMH. The delivery driver showed up and thankful I was home and waiting for him. He took the jugs and almost drove off until I ran after him to get the fountain rental I had and he had no clue that I rented it from him...HELLO, is it not on my account. I’m glad I’m done with this company and I plan to look elsewhere even though it seems like Costco might be my best option or continue to buy bottle water. I should’ve read these reviews before signing up! BUYER BEWARE, you’ll end up with headache after headache going with this company.
Outstanding customer service and logistics. I called in on day 1 and had my water delivered/Kit kabootle the next day!!! LoL. I could not believe it. Im sure the business can research who that sales rep. was on my name base and give him a Bonus on that AMBITION alone!!! Always supplying the need and without hiccup. Thank ❤ You
Horrible service. After being overcharged 80$ for water that was not delivered to my house, I had to fight for a rightful refund. I was led to believe my money wasn’t going to even be drafted at all for the initial weeks and then led on at various steps to believe the situation would be resolved for over a month. Went to file a BBB complaint found they had an F rating and lost their accreditation. Went to the office in person to get money owed and close account. Horrible experience. Consider using good valley water for drinking water delivery and even just buying your own water softener equipment which is probably cheaper than being ripped off and frustrated in the long run.
We are fairly new residential customers but so far we have been very satisfied with their service. It was very easy to start delivery and I like the bills and delivery reminders sent to my email. They also make it easy to pay online. They pick up and drop off right at my doorstep. Keep up the good work!
I personally like this company. I was able to set up everything to get started with my water delivery online without speaking to someone about it. I looked into other companies in the area for water delivery and have not found another one that allows you to begin your service without speaking to a representative. I did prefer getting deliveries every 2 weeks, but now they do it monthly. I still get good service and the prices are reasonable in my opinion.
We have cancelled our service with Aqua Falls after the company was sold to Culligan. We had many years of good service and now we cannot get a credit that was on our account. I have made dozens of attemps to contact them by personal visit, phone, email, and even US mail. Was told wed receive it in June 2020, here we are in January 2021, and nothing. I cannot get our money back.
Used to be a great company before it was bought out. Now that they are under new management, I couldnt even get a hold of anyone to cancel my account. Ive called several times and spoke with several people at their outsourced answering service to cancel service and delivery and Im still being charged/getting deliveries.I had to call 15 times, hanging up each time their answering service picked up before I could get a hold of anyone in the office and cancelled my service for good.
No, I would not recommend this place of business. Not any more, and not unless you enjoy dealing with corporate levels of bureaucracy. I wanted to return some empty bottles for return of my deposit, and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get my money returned to me. When I asked for a contact at corporate, they couldn’t give it to me.In other words, Aqua Falls, when it was a run by a local small business owner (who built the business up), it was great. Local service, you could get refunds right away, no corporate stuff to put up with.Now, it’s a shell of its former self. Still makes good water but the end customer service is not good. They are more than happy to take your money immediately but don’t expect an immediate refund.I’m not doing business with them again and will make a BBB complaint. There are other places in town who produce just as good of a product.
The company I work for has used Aqua Falls for several years with very few issues. At first they were accessible and communication was no problem. There was always a live person to talk to. They now have a recording which is as most businesses. Our last water delivery was shorted by 3 water jugs. I have tried to call the company for the last 6 business days to get a water delivery. All I get is a recording that keeps going into a loop over and over. I have been on hold for as long as 25 minutes with no response. Their recording says you can leave a message but when you push the number on your phone it says they are not accepting messages. I tried other extensions such as billing, sales, etc. Again, unable to leave a message. I finally out of desperation called the general manager. I received his voice mail and explained my situation. Nothing. No call back, no communication. I called again and left another message with the general manager and again, NOTHING! Its time to switch to another company. If you cant get service why stay!!
This company simply has no customer service. They miss deliveries and never let you know whats going on. The customer service team does nothing to resolve issues. Maybe offering a free bottle of water for their screw-up would help. They dont seem to care for their customers. I
Updated - they have finally improved delivery and billing to be consistent and correct. I would now recommend to others.Original: Missed delivery date but still seem like they are going to charge me. Paper bill states I have a zero balance but my online account shows I still owe. This place has turned into a dumpster fire.
I have been apart of water deliver for over 15 years now. Started when the family owned the business, we were all on first name basis it was so pleasant to deal with them. About a year or so ago they sold out to this current company and this has been nothing but a joke.They never answer there phones. You always get transfered to a answering service that cant do anything at all for you unless you just wana leave a message for the 3rd time with no response in over a week. I plan on paying the extra and just filling my own jugs at stores insted of using suck a now horrible company..
After 10 months of using this company they could never get automatic billing to work, citing excuses such as new systems, problem with processing and repeatedly lost our credit card information and asked for it again every time we called to make a payment. Shouldnt be this difficult to have recurring electronic payments in 2020. We cancelled our account. Good water though.
I’ve utilized them for water service for my small business for the past 4 years. In the past 6 months customer service has dramatically declined. Orders aren’t delivered - when I call, the rude receptionists tell me they have been. When I ask them to check again- they then acknowledge the delivery never came through as planned. When you’d call to place an order they would put you on hold without finishing their sentences- completely unacceptable.Last week they delivered an order I didn’t request when we were closed(!!!) and left it outside the building. I’ve called twice asking for a manager and get their answering service. No one has returned my call in over a week. I got a letter in the mail that the business was sold.I’m done. I’ll give me business to someone else.
If negative stars were available, they would get -5 from me. As everyone else has stated, absolutely horrible service since the buyout. As soon as the buyout happened, my account was charged $125 without authorization. I used to get a lot of water so it paid my account off. Not happy about the unauthorized use of my card but at least my account was paid off. I took my credit card off file after hearing from others that theyre getting charged for orders that were never ordered. Thank God I did. A week later Aqua Falls decided I needed an order of a couple jugs without asking and billed my account and had the invoice emailed to me. I called and explained I didnt order this water and I had an email stating there was an order placed on my account without my permission. Customer service explained there was no order placed and apologized and said I wouldnt see any water and to not worry about the order as it would be taken off the account. A day later I have water on my porch. This was October. I proceeded to call non-stop to get the order off my account as I had closed the account and didnt order anything. Finally I call Culligan and they tell me to call over and over and just hang up until I get a representative instead of the fake call center they use. I talked to a lady that was helpful but couldnt do much for me as she was in a different department. Next thing I know I get a call from Aqua Falls saying theyll finally pick my order up which surprisingly they followed through for once! Now they say I still have a balance of $11 for an order I never placed. DO NOT DEAL WITH AQUA FALLS!! No customer service, never follows through with pickup dates and almost refuse to do any refunds as well as constantly getting hung up on!!! Who does that? 5 months trying to get something handled is absolutely rediculous. Happily taking my business elsewhere!
I have place several dozen calls to their answering service...which is all they do, answer calls and no one ever returns them.I was promised they would come pick up their equipment and no one ever came. We still have 14 of their 5 gallon jugs and a cooler.The only reply I got was via email and they told me that our business wasn’t open, which was a lie. No one ever came!They now want to bill me over $160 for their repeated failure to pick up their own equipment. I even offered to bring the equipment to them, but they simply will not reply.This company is a joke! Stay away at all costs!
Terrible customer service. No one EVER answers the phone and eventually their phone just hangs up on you. I have been a customer for both my home and my business for 3 years and I havent had a delivery is several weeks and am unable to reach anyone. UNBELIEVABLY bad business. If anyone from the company is bothering to read this review, I have gone with another company and need someone to pick up your water dispensers, theyre taking up space!!!---Update since 4 weeks ago...I have literally called 8 times. Their Water Unit and 6 empty bottles have been sitting in my drive way because they have said theyre coming to pick them up 3 times! And havent shown up yet. And the real kicker is THEY KEEP TRYING TO CHARGE MY CARD! I have had to dispute their charge for months. I call and ask for a Manager and they refuse to take the call. Just keep telling the receptionist to take a message. How whimpy can you be? Hide behind your receptionist. Pathetic. My only option is to dump their stuff in their parking lot and demand to speak to a Manager to make sure my account gets cancelled.
We were with Ice Mountain. Service was great. Then a merger, which is fine except the service is terrible. The constant reason they use is ‘you were re-routed’. This month I received 2 deliveries 9 days apart so 2 delivery fees. Why you ask, re-route. Also you will get disconnected when you call. I believe it is so you will give up.
Warning. Received 2 new water jugs that contain dead bugs as well as some other green substance in there. Called yesterday for new water and a replacement cooler. No one bothered to call us about this situation after we were told a GM would stop out that day. After calling again this morning we were told they were delivering new water and cooler today. As a company we decided to no longer to business with them, cant risk our employees safety over something like this. *If i could give negative stars i would.
Rarely do I write negative reviews but Ive had it with this company. My business has been a customer for awhile now, getting deliveries every 2 weeks. Placed an order over a month ago, STILL NOWATER, no deliveries, no call NOTHING! They also had the nerve to bill us. This place is a disgrace and a fraud. Im currently waiting for them to come get their unit and all the bottles out of my shop. I should be charging them a storage fee. The fact that they cant answer a call, send an email. Absolutely ABSURD. I know many other feel this way. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY
Use to absolutely love them when they were privately owned. Now they are worthless. Overcharging and charging for drop offs never even received. Don’t bother trying to call. They do not return calls and you can’t speak to a person. If you do get a random delivery they drop off a random number of bottles. A driver actually came up on my property today and took 4 empties and left one full. I stopped them and he said that was because I didn’t pay for the deliveries at the beginning when they took over. I explained to him because I didn’t get the deliveries and I’m not paying for something I did not receive and your company won’t return the calls. We have received two deliveries since they took over yet have been charged as if we are receiving regular deliveries. He then stated the bottles are our property. Last time I checked I had to pay for those bottles and I am due a refund if you walk off my property with them. He reluctantly unloaded the bottles. Absolutely the worst company to deal with since they have been bought out. AVOID at all cost.
I had been an Aqua Falls customer for years. In the past year their delivery and customer service has done a complete 180. This year alone we have had more missed deliveries than deliveries on the day they are scheduled to deliver. When we call customer service they assure us we will get our delivery the next day. It never happens. When trying to speak with a manager they will not allow you to do so. Looking online I see Aqua Falls only has a 3.3 star rating. I believe it. Their customer service actually hung up on my wife when she called again about yet another missed delivery. Today after years of loyalty I cancelled. They are horrible!!!!
Had the service for Years, was great , but then after the buy out i kept getting bottles delivered...After numerous calls with no reply, delivery after delivery that i did not order I loaded up my 14 bottles and cooler, drove them to Aqua falls and had someone unload them. they wanted me to pay for the full ones that i never ordered, to bad i said, no way, they are still sending me a bill, which i will never pay. never again. WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!!!!! Negitive 10 stars
We have been a customer of aqua falls for 15 years and they were awesome. Now that they are culligan everything about the company is awful! We canceled our service today! You don’t get your deliveries when they say you will get them. You go Inside and everyone is hiding behind a white screen. When they do finally wait on you they are incompetent!
Dont waste your time with this company. Defective water coolers and incompetent management. Its been more than a month and at least 15 phone calls on my part and still cant get a replacement for the last defective water cooler they delivered. They will give you a delivery date but never show up. If you leave a message, dont expect a call back. Thats something else Aqua Falls Bottled Water doesnt do for their customers.
Ive had service for several years. Ive been on auto pay. They call every 2 weeks, and ask if I want delivery.A few months ago BOOM! This business implodes. They dont show up to pick up my empties and give me water. Then, suddenly in getting water I didnt order. They never call me anymore. And now I have a bill that days I havent paid in something like 6 months. Well, first of all, you picked up 9 empties, so I wasnt looking for a bill. Secondly, IVE BEEN ON AUTO PAY FOR YEARS!!!!! Why would I even stop to consider the possibility that Im not being billed? Nobody ever told me they were discontinuing contracts. If thats the case, why did I even have this equipment anymore? So, theyre continuing the contracts that require me to pay, but not the ones that setup convenient payments? None of this makes sense.
My employer has used them for years. Never been good. Under former owners the drivers were evidently paid on commission because they would sneak and leave many more bottles than we needed in the other building. When I caught on to that it put a stop to it. Under the new owners the service is even worse! We had to cut them down to 1 delivery a month and many times we cant even get that out of them. Their billing department is a total wreck! I absolutely not recommend this company and currently my employer is looking into other options to get drinking water at our facilities. If given the option i would have given negative stars.
Absolute worst company to have ever provided any kind of service. I cancelled my account in August 2019 because I could never get water delivered when I ordered it and other times, would come home to find random jugs of water on my front porch. Upon cancelling, I returned the cooler and empty jugs which resulted in a credit of over $50 to my account. I was told it would take a few weeks to get the check since the company had just been sold to someone else. Several weeks later, rather than getting a refund, I come home to find 5 jugs of water sitting on my front porch that I never ordered and a bill attached to them. I proceeded to call every number for days, weeks, and now into months, later only to have my name and number taken by an answering service. No one returns my call, ever. I have jugs sitting on my front porch since early September 2019. I got lucky and was able to speak with an actual Aqua Falls employee on two occasions to which they promised me someone would come by to pick up the jugs and I would not be charged yet here we are on the day that they were supposed to come by, after 6 pm, and to my unsurprising dismay, they did not show up. Called and left another message with the infamous answering service and im sure ill not get a call back. Certified letter was sent, received, signed for, and yet this problem is still persisting. Worst company, worst customer service, absolute nightmare.
Good Product but Service after the buyout was non-existent. At first could only speak with the answering service. Left messages for 2 weeks and was NEVER called back. Finally went through sister company to get service. They stopped leaving water if no one was in the office. Several months later finally cancelled the service and had to return equipment to their office. Had called 7 times the day before to re-schedule equipment pickup.
I have been with Aqua Falls for over 20 years and NEVER have I had a problem that wasnt resolved quickly and easily UNTIL the company changed hands. Service has been HORRIBLE. I cant get water on time, when I do the order is wrong, or the billing in wrong. I cant order on-line, but sure can pay that way! Driver is careless and inconsistent. Just very unhappy and considering moving my business elsewhere.
I can only give one star and that is for the delivery driver, when I actually get a water delivery & pick-up jugs. Got a call at work to confirm delivery for my company. Whileon the phone, I asked if the rep could add 2 more bottles to my delivery for my residence for Tuesday delivery. She stated that corporate had changed my delivery date to the end of the month. She told me to call Tuesday morning to get it fixed. I called got the answering service, left a message. NO call back no changes. Called to cancel the service this morning and the phone was answered then hung up 7 times . Finally Katie answered the phone & cancelled my account. But cant pick-up the equipment until June 24th! What a joke!!!
When Water Co. Bought Aqua Falls everything fell apart. You cant call the company just the answering service which wouldnt be a bad thing if they would actually pass along your message. I have been a customer for years and have had my service randomly suspended and cant get ahold of the company to fix it because the answering service is unable to place a water order, or tell you what happened to your service.I dont know how a company can have 100s of one star reviews saying the exact same thing and not fix the issue. They have also had their BBB accreditation revoked. Dont waste your time doing business with them!
We have had Aqua Falls at our business for over a year now. Everything has been great until the new company took over. We have gone 2 months without water, but our bills keep coming regularly. I have called several times to figure out why we have not received water in two months. All I was able to do was leave a message with the answering service. I called today and got the answering service again. I said that I will just wait on hold until they are available. They said I am not able to be placed on hold and that I need to keep calling back until they pick up. So I did and I spoke with Chris at Aqua Falls. He was very nice, but did say they are dealing with a few hiccups. I have cancelled the service and they will be out in a week to pick up the cooler and empty bottles of water. Fingers crossed it is actually cancelled!
Aqua Falls used to be a small, privately held company. They were good then. They were recently bought out by Culligan. Since that time they have been hell-bent on self destruction. Ive had deliveries show up days ahead of time, Id order 3 bottles of water, Id get 4. They dont care anymore.Ive cancelled service with them as a lot of others have. Calling in to talk to their customer service isnt any good either. They dont care anymore.Avoid them. Find someone else like I did.
Do not go through this company. I have not been serviced in over 2 months. They dont return calls. They could care less about their clients. Ive had 5 empty bottles waiting for pick up the last 2 weeks bc someone called me 1.5 months ago to tell me my delivery would be Sept 13th. They never called or showed for the delivery. You will not talk to a company person when calling only to their answering service. Ive called 3x in the last 2 weeks not one return call. The way they treat their clients is shameful. New ownership sucks! Do not get services from them they will disappoint! Furious!
I have never experienced such a horrible transition of service during a company changeover to either a new owner, management, name, etc. Aqua Falls was great - the rest of the reviews on here are true - its not great anymore. The service is non-existent, I stopped getting deliveries, I cant even see my bill online anymore - you call to get help and its an answering service that takes your message but no one calls you back. Ive had three calls in two weeks now and no one gets back with you. This is so horrible, its almost unbelievable. Im cancelling service, and I suggest anyone who is considering Aqua Falls stay away or be very careful and know what youre in for. The worst part about this is this company used to be so great. So sad.
Weve used Aqua Falls for about a year now. We had great service until the new company bought them out. Now I dont receive emails or calls about my upcoming deliveries and they seem to deliver various numbers of bottles, even when I specifically email them asking for a certain quantity. If this is not rectified, Im going to need to find a new water service. So disappointing.
Like everyone else, we had exceptional service before they were purchased. They called every other week before our delivery at the same time to make sure they had enough bottles to meet our needs. Now the delivery is spotty, if it happens at all. We have ran out of water 3x since the change and are unable to reach anything. This is what happens when you sell out to big corporate. Too bad. Time to find someone else!
If you have any other option for water, you should take it. DO NOT CHOOSE AQUA FALLS WATER. I dont have other options right now but Im looking. Most of the time, Im notified of a water delivery but no one shows up. Ive called, emailed, and talked with Aqua Falls personnel in person numerous times over the past year and there has never been a successful outcome. The only way to get water consistently is to visit their office in Fairborn, OH and pick it up yourself. Nearly every time I do this, I let them know about missed deliveries and they are fully aware but have no understanding of why or what to do. The response is always Ill let the manager know.
We had been with them for over 15 years and had great service. The last year or so it has been awful. Missed deliveries and deliveries without warning so we couldnt put empty bottles out. When we called the answers we got were pretty much dorry about your luck. We have canceled our service. I gave 1 star because you cant give anything less.
Still lower price than competitors, even though the unit price has increased recently without notifying me. Like online access and autopay. Relatively consistent service, though the transition when bought out was really tough to deal with. Total lack of communication, and no longer prioritizing their residential customers.
Absolutely POOR service since being taken over. I havent been able to reach anyone on the phone since August. When I leave messages with the answering service they NEVER return my calls. The website have no email address to contact them through. When trying to register my account since the company takeover, the site does not recognize my account number or my account name. The only good thing I can say is that my delivery driver is nice and very apologetic for the actions of the office staff.
How can express the ways I totally dislike the way they are doing business??? Cant get anyone on the phone expect the answering service. Not sure if our messages are getting through or if Aqua Falls is just ignoring them. Been trying to cancel service for a month now. They just left us two more bottles anyway. So frustrated!! I understand transitions with take overs, but really!! There should be someone, anyone, that will actually know something about how to stop our service. As of now we have two large ice blocks outside our garage!
DO NOT GET SERVICEIf I could leave a negative star review I would. We moved and they picked up all empty jugs and equipment. They printed no receipt. They are unwilling to work with you. Just do not use this company. Jenny was the person who I spoke with. It is the worst customer service I have experienced.
What an absolutely terrible company! After their water cooler flooded the back room of my business more than a month ago I have attempted to contact them SO MANY TIMES! All of their calls are now routed to an answering service where they take a message and no one ever returns your call. They have completely quit showing up but still have no problem sending me a bill for the rental of the water cooler that is broken!!!! Stay far far away from this business. It is a complete sham!
01-06-2020 I understand that they bought another company and is trying to make it work but when a delivery driver calls me and tells me hes on the way to an account that has been closed for 7 months there is a problem with the system and I do have a business account with them and they havent called or showed up with my water Ive had to go get it myself... things need to change used to be a pretty good company now youre there undependable they dont call back they dont deliver and they dont answer the phone its always an answering service that they claim theyre so busy they cant answer their own phones. 9-21-2020 edit Dont bother calling them the manager is always out of the office and never returns phone calls. This is the worst company in the state of Ohio. So I guess Ill call them 3x a day Monday-Friday for the next year since thats how long Ive been dealing with them. Absolutely ridiculous
I have been a customer. With aqua falls for almost 2 years. Things were going fine and smooth. Till the trastion of the company was made. I tried to understand and remained Patient due to the hardship any transition can bring. Though , after a long time of waiting, am getting confused and always buying water from the stores and still have to pay the rent for the cooler. The worst thing is you do have nobody to talk to. This is not fair, if you guys do not know how to run a business just free us and let us go to another company. Now i just want to cancel the service this is the only favor you can do for me.
I would never deal with this company again! I would never recommend it to anybody else. I stopped receiving bills and water in I believe august of last year so thats when I started calling and trying to leave messages would never get a return call never got bills no service whatsoever so.because the answering service where are the only people I can get a hold of I canceled through them and ask that they come and pick up my equipment. Fast forward to february of 2020 I start getting bills again my bill is over $400. I called to explain what had happened and why I had not paid because I didnt know who to pay to and ask if they would take all of the late fees off and I would pay for the equipment even though I had asked them to come and pick it up. The lady argued with me then hung up on me after telling me that they were going to send me to a collection agency. I felt that I had to pay the money because I didnt want it to go against my credit and I didnt want it to continue to build. So today I paid over $400 for this believably unprofessional business and ask them again to please come pick up my equipment.I am mad at myself for giving them this money but I didnt know what else to do something has got to be done with the way theyre ripping people off.
They never seem to answer the phone and today they skipped my delivery without even notifying me about a past due bill, even though ive been a customer for almost 5 years now and have been paying on the same schedule for years. horrible customer service, wouldnt even come back out to deliver the water delivery they skipped.
I would have given zero stars if that was an option. We closed our account in July due to relocation. I returned full bottles and some empties resulting in a credit balance on our account. Was told when I closed the account we would get a check the following week. I have called every week since mid-July and still have not gotten the refund.I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney Generals Consumer Protection office this morning.Quick update - after filing the complaint I finally received a phone call. Check will be mailed. 6 weeks later - still no check.
I’ve been a customer for many years. Today, my water order was left at the road of my 1/4 mile long driveway. The driver said he couldn’t get down the driveway because it was snow covered which was a total lie. Was the driveway wet? Yes..but there was no ice and no snow. It was no different then the hundreds of times they’ve delivered after a big rain. So they left my water at the road for anyone to take. Delivery right to your door. That’s what they say...it’s their pitch. Told the lady to cancel account and she was so rude! Yes, I was angry at the blatant lie the driver told...but I’m done with them. This is not the first time this has happened but it is the last time they get my business. And I’ll be sure to tell all my friends to whom I’ve recommended their water to. I make it a point to support local businesses, but this one has lost a good customer and many more to come. There are many other water delivery companies who are happy to get my business.

We used to love our aqua falls water until recently. We were do a delivery on december 3rd but havent gotten it yet even though we have paid for it, and we are now due for another delivery. We have made repeated calls to them but is always answered by an answering service. We have left at 2 or 3 messages a day with no call backs. We are going to be looking for a new service if things dont change soon.
I was getting bottled water through Culligan with no problems, up until the 10/29/19 delivery. The wrong product was delivered, so I call Culligan to ask them to pick up the product I didnt order, and deliver the product I did order. Imagine my surprise, and horror, when I am told by Culligan that I am an Aqua Falls customer! I was never notified that my account had been sold to another company. Of course, upon reading the recent reviews for Aqua Falls, I realize that now I am going to join the group of ripped-off customers who have the nightmarish task of trying to either get their accounts canceled, or have the company deliver what they are billing for. I called and left a message with the Aqua Falls message service a few minutes ago. I guess it will be the first of many.
I have always believed that to be good at what you do you must always put customers first and let them know that you, the customer are the most important part of the business. I have to say that while this company has good water their customer service has a lot to be desired. I have never been treated as rudely as I have with this company. While focusing on their big commercial accounts I believe they have forgotten the small residential customers that gave them their start. I recently had a horrible delivery experience in which I made a call to try to get corrected and was pretty much told too bad. Every employer has employees that are substandard and when you put those employees before your customers then you have a problem. I wish I could have gotten this issue resolved but they were unwilling to work with me. I tried to post on their Facebook page but if they dont like what you have to say they do not allow it to be published. I have a lot of friends and family that use this company and will also be taking their business elsewhere. With all the bottled water companies in the Dayton and Springfield area you would think they would at least try to work with their customers. I dont think I have to say much about the rude people that work at the Enon location. If you have ever gone there to pick up water because they forgot to deliver, you will know what Im talking about. Hey, I love water and people. Maybe I should open a bottled water company.
My experience with Aqua falls has been outstanding! Im not really sure what the issue was with the people who are having problem but, like everything in life, not every persons experience will be great or the same. So here is my experience, I get a call every two weeks to see if I need more water and in my mind that is outstanding! I get two water types alkaline and glacier mountain. So far, never had an issue, never missed a date, and if the company is not going to be able to make a delivery around a set time they would tell me or it will be posted on their website. I also purchased my own water dispenser on amazon for about hundred dollars. I hope my review helps some people out.
Poor business practices/service since change in owner. Not sure what the answering service is for. No one calls you back when a message is left. Even a message left on GM voicemail. Several missed deliveries after speaking with someone 3 times. Spoke with someone 4th time and got delivery but they attempted to deliver something I did not order. I confirmed order 2 times of those 4 phone contacts. Not once was I ever told they no longer were distributer for Mountain Valley Spring Water. So guy tries to bring Aqua Fall water in my home. I was lucky to be home in order to reject the water. Then had to lug stuff on my own (with back issue) to turn stuff in and close acct because I would be at work on next expected delivery date. They suggest I leave it outside for delivery guy to pick up but noted of course I would be charged if it was stolen. 😕
Cancelled in early November 2019. They continued to deliver anyway. Had to take the bottles back after they sat in front of my house for a month. It took twice as long as I was told it would to receive my refund. Still receiving bills in March 2020 after having told them at least 8 times that I no longer do business with them (two of which were in person). At this point, I consider it harassment. Do not do business with this company.
Been with them from almost the beginning, wouldnt have any other. Their water is tested every day for contaminants. Been using Aqua Falls in my Keurig now for 3 years and no problems. Customer service is exceptional. Never had a problem that they couldnt fix while I was on the phone with them.
I have used this service for years and its been amazing. Recently the company merged with crystal water and during this transition there has been delays and its hard to get ahold of them. Its completely understandable because of the merging of companies. I do not think its right how everyone is bashing them because everyone received a letter saying how they were merging. If you have been with them before all this you would know they have great customer service. Once they get it all under control I believe it will go back to normal. Been getting water dropped off and I never ordered it. Call the office last week and they said they would look into it. Theyve never called me back. So today they dropped off more water that I never ordered. Ill pay my bill this Saturday a cut ties with Aqua Falls. Ever since the business was bought by someone else, its went to hell in a hand basket! Piss poor management.
I have been a customer for about 17 years and until recently everything was ok. We were supposed to get a water delivery and the next day called for a replacement cooler. I was told they would definitely be there on 2 particular times and they were a no show no call. I continued to call and be told the same answer. Then when i said bring my water today or cancel me as a customer, i was hung up on. Needless to say i will not be using them any longer. Your loss there are other water companies.
I can’t drink water from a company I don’t trust. Delivery went bad, left containers on the driveway and wouldn’t pickup the empty returns. Trying to call was just as bad. Usually went to an answering service. -I had good service for about a year and then it to hell. I talked to a rep a couple times about the delivery issues and they don’t seem competent enough to resolve them. Such a shame, lousy service from a water delivery service.
Our business has used Aqua Falls for years. Each month they mailed us a statement, each month, I would issue a check. It was a great way to do business. Just recently they were purchased by some mega company and the next bill I got, they magically charged a card that was on file from *years* ago. Thats messed up. I never authorized autopay. Word to the new ownership: dont ruin your investment by upsetting your customer base. We can get water anywhere and yet we chose you. Dont make me rethink that decision.
Before the company was sold, I would always pick up my water at the store. Now they laid off all the local clerks. They have also been double billing me on coolers for a long time. As well, I have never requested delivery but now they are delivering water to my home, I was not home to decline delivery and charging me for delivery, bottle deposits and up charge on the bottles themselves. I have tried navigating their call tree to rectify that but again after laying off all the clerks no-one is available to answer the phone. I am afraid they wont reverse their fraudulent charges and send me to collections.
We are very happy with the bottled water, cooler/heater dispenser and service from Aqua Falls Bottle Water Co. It is very convenient to have good tasting hot or cold water right in our office. It is delivered directly to us. When our cooler broke, they replaced it right away with a more current model. I highly recommend Aqua Falls Bottle Water Co.
Ever since they have been bought out by a different company, they have been awful! I can never get a hold of anyone, no one will call me back, and they have already over charged me on my bill. They use to be amazing with their customer service, now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Going to find a different company. It’s sad because I have been with aqua falls for over 12 years!!!
Ive had this service for a couple years, but lately the customer service it awful. You cant get anyone to answer a call, you get routed to their answering service, and they are nice but cant help. I buy this fluoride and chlorine free water for special medical reasons. Ive been out for weeks now. I called to cancel service yesterday and, again, had to leave a message with the answer service staff. I want this equipment out of my house and credit for the bottle deposit on all these empty bottles they havent picked up yet. I rarely complain about much, but this is ridiculous!
Terrible delivery service. Work at the Greene and the drivers REFUSE to deliver when our offices are open. They do this to the entire building, drop off the water outside of the door before were open so we have to lug it in ourselves. We call every single time to request they come during the 9 hours a day were open, are assured they will, and then the driver doesnt do it. Always have about 6-8 empties sitting around.Cancelled service with them, left all the bottles outside of the door for pickup. Its been 4-1/2 weeks now and the bottles are still sitting there. Aqua Falls delivery driver was actually IN the building and refused to come pick them up. Ridiculous. Water delivery cant possibly be this complicated.
Been with aqua falls for over 10 years loved the service and products. Heard they were bought out and in the last month I have had bad service and product. No one answers their phone unless they think you’re placing an order. Even then all they do is take a message. Left messages 3 times 2 weeks ago and no call!Don’t go there! They sucks now. I’m on the hunt for a new provider.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have been a customer of Aqua Falls for many years now. Aqua Falls was bought out by Culligan water Company. Today they charged my bank account without my permission to pay the bill. I have never done business with Culligan water company and I have never authorized them to withdraw anything from my bank account. I have used my visa to pay my bill with aqua falls on a one time only basis in the past. This is completely unacceptable, not to mention illegal! I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau tomorrow. I want my service canceled and I have let you know through your email. I expect a response but judging by the comments here I’m not sure I’m going to get one. Rest assured I will let anyone and everyone know about your fraudulent company.
This company does not return phone calls and have failed to make my delivery. I received mail saying they would be hear on this date and they were a no show. I can excuse a honest mistake but this has happened before. I make sure I call early in the morning to give plenty of time for call back but nothing. Read their reviews and you’ll see this is a common problem. I do not recommend this company.
Terrible service. You call the number to get a sooner delivery or report an issue and all they do is take down your info and say someone will call you back. Why cant the person on the phone just schedule the delivery! Rediculous! Your lucky if they call you back or if they actually do what they say they will do. I have been waiting for a credit on my account for 3 months now. I keep calling and they say they will credit me but never do
After Culligan’s recent purchase of Aqua Falls it’s been a guarantee that we never get water. What’s more infuriating is the lack of concern or response. We’ll get confirmation calls from a robot a night before our anticipated delivery that our water is coming and when we don’t get a delivery, their “answering service” gets upset with the customer when we call to tell them our water isn’t being delivered. No I don’t want you to “pass along the message” that our water didn’t get delivered. Third time in two months that we are without a delivery and no one cares, guess it’s time to drop them!
Service was great before the company was sold to WaterCo. Now you get an answering service whenever you call to order. Our driver is still great, but the customer service is terrible. Our rented cooler started leaking, I left an urgent message with answering service and told the delivery driver and STILL no call from company to correct this after I was guaranteed someone would call me. WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO WITH A BROKEN COOLER?!?!
This company is unprofessional I would not recommend to anyone. They have not picked up my empty bottles for 3 months now, I keep calling the office and they promise to send someone back to retrieve the empties but NO they still sit in my yard. I also ask that they sit my water in the back yard but NO they block my garage by sitting them in the driveway. This has been the worst customer service, when Culligan delivered my water I NEVER had problems but now that Aqua Falls has taken over deliveries and customer service is HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Horrible service. they got bought out and apparently decided they are not going to run the business. Haven’t had water delivered since mid august, despite being told it would be here two weeks ago and then again today - yet nothing showed up and no one answers the phone. the only time i have had anyone answer it’s been an “answering service” and i don’t know the point of that because they can’t do anything or answer any questions. also they enrolled me in autopay without permission and charged my card for the water cooler rental for two months and i can’t even use the damn thing because they won’t deliver the water.
The option to place and order online is made available and order is placed with confirmation email sent. Said order never arrives and when I call I am told that the delivery driver may have changed their route. Rude customer service on the phone. Out of water now, 4 days after confirmed scheduled delivery and am being told it will be another 5 days until there is a driver in my area. More negative interactions than positive with this company.
Service has gone way down hill since watercohas taken over... They have missed my delivery twice now and I have yet to be able to talk to a representative , they send all their calls to an answering service (during business hours) I have left messages with the answering service as well as sent emails, have yet to receive any contact back from aqua falls. I WILL NOT recommend aqua falls to anyone, they have shown absolutely no respect to their customers. I am canceling my service and will go elsewhere!
I used to receive deliveries from Aqua Falls, but I go and pick up water when I need it now. Im always greeted with a smiling, but tired face when I walk in the door. I can see that the employees are working hard to get things running smoothly. I was on the receiving end of a system change at an old job and it was the worst experience of my life. Keep trying and youll continue to have my business. 👍👍
I have moved and Aqua Falls was to pick up 2 water coolers and 7 jugs 5 weeks ago. Told my mom I never called. She told them to come get everything and 2 weeks later still sitting on her back porch. Worst Company ever delt with. Pretty soon Im turning to Channel 7 especially if I keep getting billed.
One of the worst customer experience I have had in my life. They picked up my empties and cooler but they still want to bill me for the cooler that they picked. Trying to explain it to them (and their partners in Columbus) is exhausting. They tell you OK on the phone but weeks go buy and you have to have the same conversation with them again. Terrible!
I have called repeatedly during business hours and I keep getting the answering service where they tell me that I can leave a message but there is no guarantee that someone will actually call me back. There own answering service tells you that they may not even return the call! I am just floored by this. I havent had a delivery in a month and I just wanted to find out why and see if I can schedule a delivery and I cant get anyone to respond to me. At this point I just want to cancel and the website doesnt have any where to even do that.
The company I work for switched to Aqua Falls from a different well known company after having extremely bad service from them several months ago. We couldnt be more pleased with Aqua Falls for coming in and getting done what we needed in a timely manner. Their Customer Service is always very helpful and friendly and the bi-weekly calls to see if we need delivery is a wonderful addition especially when we forget its that time again. Adam Klark is our rep and does a fantastic job as well. Highly recommend!
I know they were just bought out by Culligan, but the transistion is really painful. Their answering service will take your name, address, account number, but they cannot look up your account or help in any way. They ask to take a message that is supposed to be delivered to Aqua Falls. But Aqua Falls never returns messages.Update 12/18. Ive again tried repeatedly to call Aqua Falls, they never answer but have an answering service take your info with the promise of them getting back with you....which they NEVER do. If they hadnt bought out all the competition Id drop this company like a hot potato. They are terrible customer service, their website doesnt do anything for you either.
Apparently a new company as taken over. I, as a customer was never notified. I have been trying to place a delivery for over a week and I have yet to speak to anyone. SO FRUSTRATING! I have left 4 messages and no calls back yet. How do you run a business and not call your customers back? I will be cancelling service as soon as someone calls me back.
Very unreliable delivery system. For people who depend on drinking water, do not shop here. The office hours and answering system make it very difficult to confirm an order. They do not document any notes from the phone calls and constantly screw up the order. If you want monthly deliveries you will not get them unless you call every single month to remind them. Even when you call, they will not deliver until the next week.
Id leave no stars if that was possible. Ive gotten 5 tanks of water and a cooler delivered to my residence 2 weeks ago. Its not mine, Ive never ordered it. Call Aqua falls several times to ask them to pick up this equipment that doesnt belong to me. Its still sitting here at my house. I even spoke with a Manager or at least thats what they said. They replied the it will be taken care of today. That was 3 days ago. So, does anyone would like a free water cooler with 5 water jugs? Its sitting out in front of my home with a FREE sign on it. I dont need it. Apparently this company doesnt care about their product or equipment.

I have called Aqua Falls many times and it forwards to a call center that just takes a message. I would like them to come collect their cooler and bottles. I have been waiting for over two months.
This is the WORST water delivery company ever! The employees and supervisors just dont care about customer service. I have had nothing but issues and delivery problems with them since I started the service in August 2018. On (4) different occasions the delivery driver failed to deliver my water. When I called to complain, the workers have a dont care attitude, then they lie and state that my delivery had been changed!? Really?? And you fail to notify the customer?? Or, they just say that they dont know what happened to my delivery or why the driver missed my house. Ive had to travel to the grocery store to buy water because of missed deliveries. Ive even tried complaining to supervisors with negative results and nothing but excuses! Anyone considering using this company...RUN! This company is totally incompetent and a complete joke! Needless to say, Ive cancelled my service. Enough is enough!
Terrible service on the delivery end. The driver has literally set my water in the grass at the bottom of my driveway down a long hill(about 60 yards) on multiple occasions. Nothing was blocking him from driving up, just laziness or being in a hurry. Now what if I was elderly?? They have to be forced to take empty bottles for credit and always say “you can bring them in yourself on Saturday ,we don’t have enough room”Let me say this, if they pull 20 jugs off then they have room for 20 empty jugs in their place right??Management is horrible and the supervisors are obviously trained by the managers so enough said on that. Over all this company has possibly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and this is over a two yr time line. This was not one or two occasions. On the adverage they dissapoint about every third or so delivery/order. Very rude and careless attitude from drivers, management, and ordering staff. The water bottles usually look scratched up and almost dirty. Idk anyone who would want this on display in an office or for that matter in their home. The water quality is great though. Just wish they had an ounce of integrity so Icould keep doing business locally as to ordering out of town or going to a corporate giant like Wally World.
I actually got through and I got an employee on the phone. I told her to cancel my account. She said she cancelled it and expunged the one payment for the equipment rental. She gave me a date that they would come for the equipment. That day has come and gone and the equipment is still here. It looks like she closed my account and set up a new one. Today a bill for two months rental on the equipment came in today so my account is still open. The only way to describe the service management is incompetent.
Every since this company has changed hands it’s been a BIG MESS! Whoever works the phones are rude. The never gets order right!! Lie and said they contacted me for order which Is big lie. I do not like the changes in this new company. My neighbor said he is not happy either!!!!!! Please get it together!!!
If I could give 0 stars. I would. After Colligan bought them out the great customer service we had dissapeared.Water was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. On Wednesday we were notified that the driver was sick. Its Thursday, they havent delivered or returned my calls. Unsatisfactory!
Now that they are finally settled into the new ownership this company is great again. They were getting alot of bad ratings because company got bought and no one was answering the phone. They now answer everytime and always show up when they say they will. They also have great prices. I would recommend this place!
Absolutely horrible! They don’t call you back. Charge for water they didn’t deliver. My service has been cancelled for 9 months and they are still charging me. Been physically in their store and told I would get a refund. Still waiting after they charged me another 5 months and now say I owe them again. Ridiculous! Do not use this company!!!!
Company was apparently bought out , dont get advane calls for water delivery, IE..how many you want delivered. Used to be if you called office to place an order you got right through, now you are on hold for up to 25 minutes, try to talk to manager and not available, option to leave a message cant be used because mailbox is full...humm,maybe receiving a lot of complaints.
My family and my parents have used this service. In aug, I paid my parents bill (over 100). My mom didn’t know and sent them a check with the same amount. They cashed the check when their account balance was 0!!!?? And stopped delivering water to them!!!?? I kept calling and calling. Only got answering service. Leave messages. Never got a call back. This company is a scam. Please avoid them
Terrible customer service. Delivery dates change with no warning, billing is always wrong and our distilled water clogged up my Keurig in less than a month.In two weeks my bill went from $19.00 to $54.00. asked for a hot/cold dispenser and got a new cold/cold dispenser. Missed delivery dates, nasty customer service person. Never again!!!
I dont use them, but one of there guys did a u turn in my neighborhood stopping a lot to type and look on his phone even at one point taking two hands off and then just sitting there blocking a good portion of the road. If he was a better driver I might not have seen him but hearing so many beeps(backing up warning) and making a lot of unneeded noise. (Mostly its about the phone, there are a lot of small children in my area and they way they did it was pretty bad)
Per an employee...they are being investigated by the BBB. Cant understand why...They sold out to even worse management...water delivery date came and gone and was told they would get me on the next rotation but will include 2 free bottles of water. Day before Thanksgiving....large family gathering with no water. NO THANKS...GOOD BYE
Been there going on two years ,Was in the store on jan 4 th made payment was never told anything i have always carry a balance, with Christmas money was a little tight. Now they pick and choose who they deliver to if there balance is over 50 bucks.Waiting on delivery today was told that is there new policy.i cancelled service avg order is always 4 5 gallon plus coffee have 2 babys in the house.Go back to buying my water and coffee from other retailers from now on.Asked why did driver delivery on the 7 th when my bill was over 50 bucks.Hate to argue on phone with secretary who contradicts themselves.The job to have where the drivers pick who they deliver to.
The worst company I have ever had to deal with. Like most have mentioned previously. They will not answer any calls or messages left to them. I have tried to contact them for several months but have not received one call back from this company. People deserve far better service then this business can offer/provide.

I used to be a culligan customer, and I knew when they were coming ...the doors will be unlocked ...the salt would be taken to the basement.Now I have no idea of when they’re coming . I have had 3 40 pound bags of salt left on the porch ....I’ve had bottles of water left on the porch randomly, in which case they were here and apparently Unable to provide the salt check or Fill of the softener because again I did not know they were coming and the doors were locked. horrible service!!! then unable to contact anybody by phone ....you’re on hold for hours...Look for other options than this company
As already stated, since the new company took over, POOR customer service, POOR delivery habits, POOR all around. Trying to cancel service now. Dont answer phones, dont deliver as scheduled. We were a customer for years, but since this new company took over, we are looking somewhere else. Stay away from this company unless you like to deal with a poorly run business.
Horrible service. I’ve waited for them to deliver coffee pods that were paid for 4 weeks ago. It was to delivered but driver forgot that was a month ago. Took almost a month. Now this month it was not delivered again. They said it would be brought out this week. Not it’s out of stock. Too many excuses.
They have an answering service so you never get a live person nor does anyone call you back. The delivery person left water in front of our garage and did not take our empties which were left on our front porch. We have never had any water left in front of our garage it is always left on front porch. I am going to quit this company
I would absolutely not recommend Aqua falls to anyone! Their service is horrible, when I needed water, they were very helpful and returned my call right away, however, when I wanted to return my bottles, they did not return my calls and IF i was lucky I talked to a person, and asked them to pick up the bottles - they did not and ignored my request.
Extremely disappointing. You cannot ever speak to a representative and the website looks as if it was designed by a toddler. Hoping to switch to a new company ASAP!! DO NOT CALL ANSWERING SERVICE!!! Finally spoke with an actual employee today and they said the answering service does not even give them the messages! What??
As others have said, in the past month since the buyout, the service has been terrible. No communication, and they actually hired an outside company to handle the complaints, but all theyre doing is taking down names. Its been over a month now. This is just irresponsible.
To say this place is bad is an understatment. We have tried, at my place of business, for two weeks, to get a delivery. Oh.. they will be there Monday. Nope, OH so sorry, they will be there wedsday.. NOPE.. OH. I PROMISE they will be there Thursday before you close at noon... Guess what..NOPE. go ANYWHERE else but here. NOT worth the aggravation.
This is the worst service I have ever had, ever since we got a letter saying they were selling out to someone else I cant talk to a human on the phone regarding my account, I cant get water deliveries and its an answering service that leaves messages that never get returned. Dont use them!!!!

2022-01-18I talked to customer service 7 times and got lied to 7 times. I left a bad review and manager called me. She assured me it wouldnt happen again! The last thing she said was. I am going to send you an email with my contact information so if you ever have a problem you can contact me. I said great. Can you adjust my delivery so I can get 4 instead of 3 jugs. She assured me she would do that. I never received an email from her and I didnt get my order changed. I called and left a detailed message with whoever answered the phone and was assured I would get a call back. I did not receive a call back! When I started with aqua falls they had 3.2 stars. 4 weeks ago they had 3 stars. I checked 1 week ago and they had 2.9 stars. They seem to be trying to run business into the ground. I made 1 phone call and found a business with 5 stars that will deliver here to xenia.

2022-03-30Once you get set up, it is quick, super easy and very reliable. I never have to make a phone call. If I need to change the amount or even cancel an order, its done in a few clicks on the website and I never have to worry about it getting delivered correctly. The drivers are AWESOME! In and out, but also courteous and will double check if it looks like you have more or less than usual.

2022-05-22Well I just moved to this area. I called aqua falls to get water service. First I didn’t get a contract to sign I haven’t been able to pay them. I have called there company and no answer. Left a message with the answering service. Still no call these people are the worst. I miss Tahoe springs. The water has a funny taste. Someone help me and refer me to a better more efficient water service please

2022-05-26Management needs to a change their delivery service process to let customers know if the delivery is going to be made in the AM (9-12) or PM (12-5). Otherwise, the customer has to wait around all day for the delivery….which is very inconvenient.

2022-06-30They are doing a good job so far. We are pleased with the services.Update: As of Oct 2, 2021 I have been trying to call them. The web site says that they are open between 9am and 12pm. All I get is the answering service that only takes messages.Our invoices come on the computer and for Sept, we must have overlooked it. I was a couple of days late (first time in over 30 years that weve been having distilled water delivered.) and I called them and spoke with a young lady.She advised me that thats not a big issue because she saw where we always payed on time. I asked if I could make this one payment with my credit card just this time because we always mail our payment in. She said sure and asked for my information and even the numbers on back.I was left with the impression that the invoice would be paid.To my surprise the invoice was not paid because the next billing cycle reflected the same balance for that month and the new balance plus a late fee. I hope that my credit information doesnt end up on the dark web somewhere.I am not a happy camper at this point.Our delivery drive Tony is a very nice young man and we like him. He does a great job. Its tough work that he does. This is in no way a reflection on him.Somewhere in the office or administration lies the issue.Ill see what the future holds and we may be shopping for another company to get our distilled water from.I sure do miss the Crystal Water Co, days. This is my reason for taking away my 5 star rating.If others have the same issues this is not going to be good for the companys reputation. The lady was very nice and looked into my issue and was able to assist me. I am content with the assistance that I received. I am going to upgrade my review.Update as of 3-24-2022 we have received excellent service from Aqua Falls. The delivery has been consistent. Tony is always cordial and pleasant when he brings the water. He is a hard working young man. I will give them another star for their service. Any future updates will be added.

2022-01-11When I called, the lady who answered the phone and set up my account was very polite and knowledgable. I had trouble getting my online account to work. I called back, the same lady walked me through everything and did not seem frustrated like I was wasting her time. The delivery driver was super polite and helpful. Also, when I called, a person answered the phone, not a computer. I was sold there!!

2021-11-09Weve had bottled water delivered since we moved to our place over 28 years ago. We think Aqua Falls gives us great service, our delivery driver is top notch. Once when I forgot to put the empties out, he called me. The website is easy to use to make changes for delivery.
