Yan was very professional and respectful. He explained how the ant problem occurred and how the ant traps he placed work. He was very thorough. I feel that he did all that he could to help solve the problem. I am very impressed with the quality of the service techs that the company sends out.Pat B
Signed up with this company last year. They came into my house for the first treatment. The tech placed bug traps under the sink and in the basement to check activity levels. Continued to see insects and spiders throughout the house. I informed them that carpenter ants were my biggest problem. I was told, We cant guarantee extermination of ants. I wanted to end the contract but was locked in. Informed them on their chat on the website that I wanted to cancel (since the year of treatments is over). I was told it cannot be done via the chat so someone would reach out. It has been two weeks since then and no call. Those bug traps I mentioned earlier? They are still in the same spot the first technician placed them. Not once did they ever come back into the house to spray or check those traps or even ask about them. Quite possibly the biggest waste of money that I have ever experienced.Would not recommend.
Today was thankfully the last time that this contract company will be at my house. Dont make the same mistake I did by getting stuck in a contract for their services. The only time they actually sprayed all that they were supposed to was the initial treatment with the door to door salesman when I signed up. After that they would only spray the base of the house and leave (not spray the yard perimeter, trees, shrubs, and sometimes forget the detached garage). Their services are also expensive - nearly $150 per scheduled appointment.
I tried to contact the company to let them know that the appointment they created for me would not work, they were not responsive for almost a week.When they did finally answer me and apologize, they schedule me another time with a 6-hour window for their arrival... I immediately replied and told them that no one can be at my house for that amount of time that day and to please give me a different option.They never replied, instead they just showed up and never did reply to my request for a different time slot. To top it all off, they left my privacy gate open when they left. The gate has three different locking mechanisms that they had to open in order to enter, you would think that they would spend the time to close at least one.Instead, they left it open and both of my dogs got out of the yard. I had to go to the police station to pick up my Yorkshire terrier. Luckily for us one of the neighbors took him there and they were able to scan his microchip.
Door to door salesman on a Segway got us. Was pushy and wouldn’t take no for an answer- told us our neighbors were clients- they aren’t. First treatment was in May- I’ve had to call at least 7x since because the horrific problems we’ve been having. Ants all over front porch- twice, yellow-jackets and wasp, now flying ants. Each time they come out I’ve asked for the entire perimeter to be re-sprayed. They’ll spray one tiny section of the yard. Today- I walked outside to find our entire side yard being SWARMED- entire yard absolutely moving- with winged ants- called immediately and was told if I didn’t calm down they wouldn’t help me. It’s absolutely RIDICULOUS I’ve had to call so many times. We spend almost $500 a quarter for their service that absolutely does not work. When the do come out for re-treatment they’ll sprinkle a little bit here and spray a little bit there and they’re gone within 2-3 minutes of being here. Not acceptable for a 1 acre property. To cancel we have to pay ridiculous fees. Can’t wait to be out of contract and go with a legitimate pest control company.
Deceptive business practices.My wife signed an I-pad contract with one of the Aptive sales people who were driving around our development last year. She asked them questions about the items in the contract and was told that they would allow us to move the services so that we did not have to get their anti-pest spray treatments during the winter.We contacted them prior to the winter appointment and asked them to move the services to the spring. We were told it would not be a problem.When my wife contacted them in the Spring to perform the treatments, she could not get a call back from their scheduling department.Recently we received a demand letter for $199 and they told us that since the last service was performed more than 100 days prior they froze our account and would not perform the remaining treatments. They further cancelled the contract and demanded we pay for the non-service.
Ever since using Aptive, we have not had a pest issue in or around the house and the technicians are friendly and professional. Our tech today was Dominic and he explained our service for the day, listened to our concerns, and treated around the house just as discussed. (No shortcuts.)
This company knocked on our door at 8:30pm to try to sell us pest control. When I called to make them aware that it is unprofessional to be knocking on someone’s door so late, they were not pleasant and said their team members are instructed to work until sun down. Being a business owner, I understand working until sun down. However, I do NOT understand knocking on people’s doors until what would be 9:30 right now.
I wish there were a lower rating than 1. Banging on my door at 9pm. Extremely pushy, unwilling to take no for an answer. Ignored no soliciting sign. Tried to sway me into purchasing their services by providing fake names of neighbors. As they would be in the area tomorrow. Which they were not. Also asked next door where we were and why we werent answering the door. No business cards. I could go on. Price started at $350 dropped to $199 then to $75. SCAM.
Every month or two they send door to door sales people even though we have a no soliciting sign on our door. When I bring this up they start talking about how our neighbors use them like its some sort of exception. Door-to-door selling is in person spamming. Its funny that they are trying to sell pest control when they themselves are roaches. Ive filed a complaint with Shaker Heights over their soliciting.None of my neighbors use their service because Ive asked them if they know that theyre dropping their names and they were confused and unhappy to hear this. I can only conclude they look up the homeowners names and lie to people as a deceptive sales tactic. Now theres several people certainly never going to use their service on our block. Read all the other reviews and youll see that their deceptive business practices dont end with illegal solicitations, they try to get you in a contract and charge high fees for services and cancellations. Big nope all around.
I set up services for a duplex I own.Because it’s one home with two units, I was told that here would be a multi-unit discount applied (I.e. I wouldn’t be charged for two separate homes). However, the discount was never honored and my account was actually set up as two separate accounts.I was also told I’d be billed every three months (the same as my friend who referred me - she pays $120 every 3mo). However, I was billed $145/mo for one unit (this was not the amount I was quoted).I tried to login to my account online, but couldn’t and support pretty much told me there’s nothing they can do. When I called to cancel services, they first tried to charge me $400 for canceling my “contract” - I NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT!Then, they tell me I can’t cancel the accounts I pay for because the accounts are in my tenants names - my tenants have to call and cancel. Aptive’s response: “Well, that’s the way you set up your accounts”… I WOULD NEVER SET UP AN ACCOUNT THAT I’M PAYING FOR IN A WAY THAT I CAN’T CONTROL.I simply asked them to CALL the tenants when the tech arrives for services because I live out of state - NOT ONCE did they ever mention that this would mean the accounts would be controlled by the tenants - I don’t even understand how that makes sense.To top it all off, the primary pest that I called about/the REASON why I got pest control services is not even on the service receipt! This has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
This business is very unprofessional.. these folks have been in the neighborhood all week aggressively trying to sell us their services. One evening someone came to the door tried telling me 15 people in the neighborhood already were using them (which is untrue) and it would be in our best interest to hear his pitch.My response was we have a company who we are already in contract with and I didn’t know specifics because my husband set it up.. this guy came back the next day to talk to my husband. If we were unhappy with our current company they would not be our company we aren’t looking for a change. So when I say no do not come back the next evening.. a no is a no.
Aptive knocks on the door every month or two even though we have a no soliciting sign. Seriously who does door-to-door selling? Its no longer 1975. Its literally in-person spamming. They seem to think no soliciting doesnt apply to them. They always drop our neighbors names like I care what they do with their money.
We signed up with this company last year, they came to our house when I was out walking our dogs and the salesperson specifically said that their services were a good preventative for flea and ticks. We hadn’t had an issue before but as we are new to the area and I hate bugs of all kinds we took them up on it. Almost right away we noticed more spiders than usual in our house and wanted to cancel but didn’t want to cough up the 200 dollar cancellation fee. The last several weeks with ongoing services since last year we’ve also been getting an excessive amount of stink bugs in our attic and last night was the final straw when we found a tick on our dog. We called to cancel right away and ask for a refund. The company so kindly reminded us that we are eligible for another free service which we aren’t interested in and they can cancel our subscription but they’ll have to send our request for a refund to another department to get it approved. We couldn’t talk to anyone in this other department or be cc’d on this request so we won’t know if it’s been approved unless money reappears in our account. The whole thing has been a scam.
Amanda came out to my house spent about 45 minutes treating our yard it was a great experience she was very kind and did a great job the bugs went away very quickly and our house looked great after she finished we would highly recommend this service to anyone in our neighborhood!
Signed contract for 1 year for 4 treatments (every 3 months). They started-to schedule service every 2 months which means to 2 extra payments. Customer service blamed it on software issue. Once contract was up canceled service. Make sure you keep track of how often they show up for service
I used Aptiv in the past and was moderately satisfied so I cancelled service. Six months later a sales person came to my door soliciting services again. I told him I wasnt interested in a contract again and he said he would offer me 4 treatments for $99. I agreed and signed his iPad. after the 4 treatments they cam out again and charged me for a 5th AND 6th treatment. they then told me I had to pay the increased amount of $111.0 and because they did it i must pay. they said I needed to cancel service.i explicitly said I only wanted 4 treatments but they sent me to collections I AM LIVID about this because the sales rep misled me. I will NEVER use this company again.
So the came out in October for my 1/4 service, no problems. They again came out December 15th and sent me a bill. I called and asked why I was getting a bill when I was not due for service. She said she would credit account as the computer makes the appointments. When she did this she put it as a in service meaning I called them to come out. I most certainly did not. Got a message that they would be out January 7th for my quarterly visit. I was like what they were just here not even a month ago. I called and because I did not pay for December and it was considered and IN SERVICE, they would still come out to spray again and charge me. I said but I dont need my house sprayed again, it was just sprayed not even a month ago. My house gets treated for spiders. She said Well that is how it works. I cancelled right then and there. They will come out whenever they feel like and it and charge you. Terrible.
Aptive has always done a great job. We had an exterior spider infestation that was starting to come inside and since they have taken over we have not seen one spider in the house nor has our patio or grill or porch been covered in cob webs. Kendrick recently just came out and did a great job. Great service!
I just wanted to take the time to express my familys satisfaction with the service Jason Huff provided. I have two children with breathing issues and was really concerned about treating the inside of my home. Jason carefully applied the product making sure it only went were needed and made sure to let me know he listened to my concerns. That was a bug deal for me. He also did great work outside paying attention to detail and keeping us informed before and after the service.
Active has been great. From their sales person to their tech. Everything has been explained to us thoroughly. They have been very communicative. And extremely helpful. Being in a new house, we didnt feel we really needed service but seeing wasp coming in and out of a vent at the top of our house, we wanted to stay on top of any issues with nest. They did great at understanding our needs.
The technicians that came to the house were on time, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to do a thorough job and answer our questions. They were able to give suggestions to help remedy pest problems. They are willing and able to re-treat problem areas when called between regular visits. These extra trips are not an extra charge. Josh and Ed (technicians) did an exceptional job today.

I feel confident in the environmental consciousness of this company. The quarterly services seem to ward off any problems. The technicians are always friendly and informative. Most recently, Yan was incredibly helpful. I really appreciate that he went above and beyond in communicating with me and addressing my concerns.
We have been an Aptive customer for a couple years now. They continue to provide good service. Our house is woodsided and we live in a wooded lot. Peace of mind is important. We will continue to use their service.Aptive is an excellent service. They communicate well with the customer. We live on a wooded lot and we see almost zero insect activity as a result of their service. Our latest treatment was handled by Alan. Very personable, spent a good amount of time to apply the treatment.Update 11/21. We continue to use Active. Good results, good value. Technicians are personable and relax able (Yan!).
Melissa was just awesome! She came and I learned some new things about mice - she even took down the live wasps nest! She even went over everything about the contract and further explained how everything works and my kids just loved her. This is our first home and weve never done anything like this. She made the entire process so very easy- I hope that we get to see her again for our next treatment. Melissa pointed out where they can and will get in the house, she was so knowledgeable and made our visit- which I had so many emotions about so much easier than I thought it would be. I dont think its very often you get someone out to treat or fix something and they make sure that you understand exactly everything that is about to happen and the whys behind it. Im so very glad we chose Active. Thank you so very much Melissa! My girls are still talking about your giant broom!
Elliot did a great job! He let me know when he was ready to service my property, asked if I had any issues since last service, gave me time to get my dogs inside, completed service quickly, alerted me when service was complete and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Very Happy!
So far, so good. Benson was polite and articulate. Owen was friendly and efficient. The last application and technician were not good. Called and got no satisfaction. Outdoor bugs have not decreased. If only there was some way to get out of contract. Have asked to speak with a supervisor but was told that wasnt possible. Money WASTED
Josh did the most thorough service today, he definitely went into the details and made sure all the webs were cleared. He was extremely professional and friendly, also explained what the service will do and provided great answers to my questions. Hopefully all the technicians can be as good as Josh.Di Z.
Xavier, who treated my home was extremely thorough, responsive, on-time and walked me through the entire process. He spent a lot of time on my home making sure the inside and outside of the house was covered and I appreciated the thoroughness. I am glad to have found out about this company! Highly recommended!
Josh was extremely kind and professional. He announced himself and what the services he was going to perform before he began. His demeanor was very pleasant and he was very kind. Upon completion here again notified me and informed me what he did and he was finished. I would highly recommend him!
Technician Amanda texted ahead of time to let me know she was on her way which I appreciate since Im on calls most of the day. She removed spiderwebs from around the house and applied an insecticide barrier to keep out bug and insects. She even brought my garbage cans up to the house which was completely unnecessary but greatly appreciated.
We have used Aptive for years, and I continue to be impressed with their organization, communication, and the job they do in preventing bugs and ants. Their technicians are always courteous, knowledgeable and reliable. Today as we had services performed, the Aptive technician found my daughters watch in the backyard and brought it out of the rain to us! In a world where good team members and employees are sometimes hard to find, Aptive continues to excel in service and personnel. Thank you, Aptive! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and professionalism of the service technician. I switched from Orkin and was very impressed with how much MORE adaptive did than my previous service. The technician was very thorough in his application both inside and outside of the house. I wish I would have known about adaptive before I started with the other company. It could have saved me a lot of money.
The technician, Owen, called to say he was on his way. He showed up on time and was very pleasant and professional. He worked diligently and performed a thorough treatment of the interior and exterior of the house. My experience with Aptive — from the introduction and scheduling to the actual service — has been very positive so far.
This was our initial treatment to start an annual contract for insect control of the outside of our house. Our service tech, Xavier, was very thorough and personable. He made sure that all of our concerns were addressed and treated every area that we wanted treated. He took his time and made sure we were satisfied before completing his service.
Their service has been effective controlling spiders and bugs. The technician is prompt and courteous. Two negatives: when they sell their pitch they tell you the fee is $x amount per quarter which makes it sounds like a real good value monthly, however they only come quarterly. My other gripe is that I signed up for auto payments and EVERY DAY I get an email saying my bill is past due! One hand doesnt know what the other hand is doing. I complained about it and theres nothing they can do about it. They need to figure it out!

Signed me up even though I kept asking him not to. Thankfully, there was a really kind customer care representative who got me started on the process of cancelling during the grace period.
The guys came out a did a very good job of explaining what they were doing and how the products work. They were very professional and thorough. Also made sure I knew about future appointments and also said if I had any issues in the between time to give a call and they would come right back out.
They treat whatever is outside and in garage. We are very close to a wooded area and creek. Curtis H is our service person and is very professional, does a great job and went above and beyond today. He helped my husband catch our little dog that ran down the street! He even brought the garbage can in for us. Its very nice to be able to praise someone for a job well done!
Called ahead to let us know they would be arriving. Friendly technician. He checked on my expectations before service. He worked efficiently and let us know when he was finished. He also showed me how to tell when the area was safe for pets again. I appreciated that extra bit of information.
Juniper was fabulous yesterday telling us about the program and encouraging us to take advantage of the group discount from our street.Today two young men came to spray for our initial visit and they were great! Answered all our questions and even took care of a dead bird that had gotten in our small pool! Thrilled with the service so far!
I have used Aaptiv for the past year and must say they are slightly better than the more well-known company. Twice after treatment the ants outside did get upset and moved into the house but April came back out with traps which cleared up the issue.All the active associates have been pleasant and very professional. Easy company to work with.
The associate who worked with me today was excellent and their product has always worked fantastically. Unfortunately, this was a rescheduled visit that I had to make because my originally scheduled one had been cancelled and I had not been contacted to be alerted when that happened. While their customer responsiveness has always been flaky, it is nice that the last few workers who have visited my home have been a marked improvement.
We had a massive hornet nest. They sent Josh Campbell to take care of it and he did a fantastic job. The nest is gone and by the end of the day the remaining hornets should be gone as well but we haven’t seen many since he left. He was very professional and walked us through the whole process before and after, as well as what to expect for the remainder of the day.
I worked with two gentlemen during my transaction. This is my first time using this company and so far they have been excellent! Very friendly easy to talk to very polite and professional. They were awesome to work with. Hopefully their product is as effective as their politeness:)
Service man.... polite and respectful. Initial bug treatment. Called me to let me know he was on his way. Asked myspecific needs to make service more individualized. Explained what he was going to do and followed up with written summary. Provided me contact info and said if ever problem or need something between visit to call. Told me I would be hearing from them again I 20-40 days. Did wear booties over his shoes when I asked him to remove shoes. . Didn’t wear a mask. Professional and friendly.
This was before I new of there shady business practices...Very professional company, reasonable and cost effective. They sprayed our yard mostly for fleas, ticks and spiders and carpenter ants. They sprayed for wasps and hornets to. A little prevention goes along way to protect an infestation of bugs. Im a proactive person.Dylan the service tech was a true pro answering all our questions. I highly rate him a 10+.Thanks, as time progresses I will come back and let you know how the service worked out.Well After having the initial service performed and reading over the non extisant contract online and the terms, I cancelled it. There are too many terms & conditions and costs with having aptive environmental continue service. Your better off not signing their contracts that lock you in for 2 years and minimum of 8 expensive treatments.I no longer use them. I had to let them go. Not worth the headache!In my opinion
Weve had this service for maybe a month or two now and im not completely happy with it. The second time they came out nobody knocked letting me know they were here and they blasted my whole front porch, chair pillows and all which i was not happy about, and front of house but did nothing else. They are supposed to do the whole yard treatment and inside as well. So i had another person sent back out 3 days later and this time i had my main door opened. The guy still didnt knock. I know he saw me through the window so when i went outside he said oh i didnt know anybody was home, like we leave our front door opened when no ones home lol. I was able to get him to spray my garage but when i came back out he had taken off without doing the inside of the house AGAIN. Not feeling like they are reliable in making sure they do everything that your paying for unless you are over their shoulders. If they think your not home when they arrive they do bare minimum and dont leave yard sign after treating or door sign checking what they did. The first guy to come out was phenomenal. Last 2, not at all.
Very thorough and they paid close attention to detail! I have two trees close to my house. So naturally, I have a lot of spiders on my property. I expressed concern with spiders and webs in/around my gazebo on my back deck. Not only did they focus their attention on my gazebo but! They also took care of my childrens swing set which I know gets a lot of spiders from the trees. I appreciated that so much! Very caring. They sprayed generously around my entire foundation, too. I would highly recommend Aptive Environmental Services! Thumbs up!!!
I have always been extremely satisfied with the service performed by Aptive. We started with Aptive because we had flying ants in our home every spring and fall. Since that time, we’ve never seen the flying ants in our home again. I then added our rental to our account so they service both places. I like that I can call them to come out and take care of any issue in between treatments at either residence at no extra cost.
Aptive is a very poorly ran company. They are not organized and have terrible customer service. First we did not see any REAL results ever after sending several technicians to spray. Then all the madness started. They sent 3 people out in the same week I literally had to turn them away explaining they had just been there the weeks prior. The technicians were never on the same page as the corporation several said it’s horrible communication and this happens often. Then It was time to cancel their service just a horribly ran company with Zero results. KEVIN he wouldn’t disclose his last name. He was the worst customer service professional I’ve ran into. He asked me to verify my acct 7x while talk I was flabbergasted. I asked to speak to someone else because KEVIN clearly hates his job and was not helpful. He said “there’s no one else” I asked for his manager he said “I’m the boss” I even asked for the freaking owners. KEVIN was terrible not sure how he has a job. I guess fitting for such a poorly ran company maybe he was the boss. DO NOT GO WITH APTIVE. STAY AWAY. Save yourself the 200 bucks it cost to cancel with these clowns. So many better pest control services out there. Do your research.
Aptive is great for quarterly treatments and the come out for free if there are any issues between services. My technician, James Nevels, was awesome! So helpful and informative. He did a great job explaining every product he used and doing a thorough job with the treatment.
All of above choices where included in their (Aptives) services. Anyways the salesman I met was young, nice, knowledge, but the pitch seemed like to good to be true. While being unsure I decided to give them an opportunity, and see if I was right or wrong. The service tech came today, within the time window I selected, 4pm-8pm. Again like the salesman he seemed very nice, and knew what he was doing. My issues are,1.) During the sales pitch I was told I was going to receive certain application processes that i did not.. Such as, when they applied the insect repellent around the house they would be applying a three foot applications from the house out, and three foot from the ground up the house. (In truth it was maybe an inch path where the house and ground meets.) When I brought that up to the tech, he said i dont know why the rep told that to you, because most of there tech vehicals are not equipped with the storage tanks to apply that much repellent, but he wish he had it on his company vehicle.)2.) I was told they would check in the eves of the house for wasp, bees, and all other insect. They said this process was one of the steps thats sets Aptive, the fastest growing extermination company in the USA, or world, apart from every other pest extremanator company out there. Also that is where most insect lay there eggs and they come back fast.(In truth they used a glorified swifer duster on a pole, and ran it over them real quick. There might have been some fluid on it, but gravity makes that fluid fall down, and doesnt push thur those small holes in the eves soffit.)3.) They only treated outside, so I guess the bugs that are in the house are forced to stay, less trying to escape at which point they might be killed by the less then one inch applications of there products that they say are the best you can receive.Long story short is that it sounded to good to be true, they give you a $249.00 treatment for $20.00 on the 1st treatment, then ever quarter treatment after for $99.00. other then their competitors $200.00 plus for 12 months. But from what they sold me, and what i got was kind of far off. I guess I will see what happens after the 2nd treatment. This is my main reasons for the two☆☆ raitng Im giving. Hope they impress me in the next applications, and Ill be super upset if I have any bug problems in a week! But hay I guess I can get some comfort from the salemans %100 guarantee that they will send back multiple free treatments if their products do not work!🤔
Terrible customer service. They were scheduled to come spray my yard last week and never showed up. When I called she said there was a note in my file from the technician saying I didn’t want the service. I was home all day and no one ever called or came by so that was a flat out lie. They then scheduled someone to come the next day. They also never showed up. When I called they said the technician was called away on a person emergency, which is fine but no one notified me they would be unable to come or arranged to reschedule. They are now scheduled to come tomorrow but I’ll believe it when I see it. This visit is the last one of a scheduled group that I contracted with them in advance but you can be sure I will certainly never be using them again after this.
They come out every quarter or more if I need them. My ant issue which I had every year, stopped when I started using them. Had a mouse in the home last year and they came out and checked all around the house, gave me different types of traps too. Good company, technicians are very respectful too!
James was very courteous and professional he arrived on time and was patient with me as far as relocating my dog so he could perform his services he explained the timeline in a good manner and hopefully when they come back out for their follow-up I can give them five stars
I thought that they were professional. The fellas who came were well groomed. I spoke with only one of the men but he kindly and throughly answered my questions. They did do a bit more than my previous pest control service. They swept away spiders webs/nests, mud wasp nests and any other insect nests that there may be. They sprayed a bit more than the 3 feet up the house and out from the house than they initially promised. They only spray the outside of the house, unless you specify that you want them to come inside and spray. They come quarterly as opposed to bi-monthly. That is what the 5 star rating is for. As far as whether what they did they did today works, only time will tell, I will rate that in a few months. Wish me luck!
The fellow that came out to work on my mice problem did an excellent job explaining everything to me and how he was going to use his traps. He was very thorough, very polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He showed me where he put everything and he explained how everything worked. I feel very confident that my problem will be taken care of using this company. I will keep my plan with them
I have only had the initial treatment. Stacy was very courteous and professional. It was quick and not quite what I exprected after talking to the salesman. I was under the impression this would be a much larger, in-depth operation than what I received. However, as long as the bugs and mice are gone then I am happy!
Weve used their service for several years and have never had a problem. Before using them we had mice, ants, and a host of other critters. Since using them our issues are almost non existent. Bonus, if something does come up, like a random bees nest, they come out as part of my service package for no extra charge. Exceptional people and service.
They started great. It was a super easy sign up, no hassle, very professional. The first appointment went great. They explained a lot and walked me through what they were doing. Hey scheduled the follow up round 2 appointment and never showed. I called and chased them for answers for 3 months. I was told on several occasions that a manager would call me back. No one ever did. I ended up having to report the charges as fraud to get my money back, then cancel my card and get a new one in order to stop future charges. 0/5 stars. I do not recommend!
Worst company I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY!!! Customer service is terrible. When you sign up they lie to you about the services they perform. When I signed up I was told they would take care of my carpenter bees and black hornets. They came multiple times still never took care of it. After 12 months I canceled. They still came and did an unauthorized service, charged me $116. I talked to 4 seperate people on several occasions. They were supposed to wave the bill. Today I received a bill from collections for it. Call again. No way to get a hold of management. The entire time I have had the service its been an awful experience. STAY AWAY
Very friendly and overall very easy to work with. My boyfriend and I have been having a bug issue since we moved into our home about 4 months ago due to the home being vacant for so long prior to our move. They came and described to us what they offer and the price was one that could not be beat!! They came to treat our home and were in and out in a very timely fashion!
Today’s treatment was top notch and was explained thoroughly. However not all of our quarterly treatments were done this way and they lacked the professionalism that I saw today. Because of that our pest problems never really went away. So today will end our contract with Aptive. But hats off to Carlos T. and his team today.
Yan came today to provide our scheduled pest service and was extremely professional and kind. I received a text me to let me know the arrival time and the service was extremely thorough. Yan is an outstanding technician! I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone who needed this service.
Kendrick did a great job of identifying and treating an area on the outside of our home that woodpeckers have been damaging on the second floor of our house. He agreed that the birds are probably looking for insects. Kendrick called before he came to let me know he was on his way. He was very polite as well. Glad you came Kendrick!
Aptive Environmental service techs are great - are professional, answer questions and do their jobs.The company customer service is pathetic. They allow you to change your appointments, send you a confirmation, then don’t send anyone out on the date scheduled.They randomly schedule appointments before your next service date is even close. Were next to impossible to reach them via phone, but I think they finally have changed that system and seem to be easier to contact, but it doesn’t help because they don’t follow through! When my contract is up I’m done with them!!!
Hey all, just wanted to share a little buyer-beware story.Back in the spring we had a door-to-door salesman going to houses in Bishop Meadows from Aptive Pest Control. I am very sympathetic to outbound sales representatives as I have been doing outbound sales for years. I listened to the salesmans pitch, and he sold me on how great of a deal I was going to get for their services because he had more than 2 dozens houses in the neighborhood already signed up to use them. He told me in no uncertain terms that I would be signing up for treatments that would happen automatically each quarter, and because of the discount it was only $50.00 per treatment.I received the first treatment no problem, and was invoiced $50 in May. Come July we received out second treatment. This time however, we were invoiced $140.00. Being a pretty easy-going sales guy I decided to eat the overcharge and just pay for the service that had been done, and cancel any future appointments. I didnt hear from Aptive until last week. For 3 days in a row they sent a pest control specialist to the house to spay around the exterior of the house, and my wife had to tell them each day we had already cancelled.Last Thursday we were hit with a $200 initial discount reimbursement fee. I reached out to Aptive to contest the charge as that had NOT been what was communicated by their salesman. I was told I was signed up for a 12 month program and that they would only remove the fee if I continued their program. I explained how I had been misled by their sales team and I did not find the deal to be made in good faith. I did not hear back from their team.For anyone who has already signed up for the service, just be aware that if you go to cancel you are likely to be hit with a hefty fee. If you see Aptive reps going to door-to-door again in the future I would warn that you get something in writing on your end verifying what they have signed you up for. I have been incredibly displeased with this process.
The “area manager” was a talker and seemed to be presenting a good deal. Both he and the technician are college students from Colorado , just here on a summer job. He had been going door to door in our development all day. When we mentioned we had some bugs that needed treated and invited him inside to look, he didn’t remove his shoes or use shoe coverings. Same for the technician that came to treat it. They walked all over our house in their shoes they had been walking in yards all day in. I also did not think it was appropriate for him to not only tell us but show us exactly on a map where Cleveland Browns players Jarvis Landry and OBJ live - claiming they are customers. The contract that he sent did not match the pricing that we had agreed to. He tried to get us to pay with a voided check so it could be deducted straight from bank account. Fortunately we didn’t fall for that trick. And then I found out from neighbors completely different (and much lower) pricing they were offered. Lastly, reading the google reviews on this place I see that the “area manager” posted a review posing as a customer. This is all leaving an uneasy feeling about this business and I will be cancelling the contract immediately.
I cannot wait until my contract is up so I can cancel service from this terrible company. It’s as though no one communicates within the company or with the customer either, for that matter. I wanted my front and back outdoor steps sprayed for ants and I also paid extra for mouse treatment. When the first technician came I happened to be home and he wasn’t even going to treat for mice. He acted surprised at the information and then went on to say that he didn’t have the proper trap to set up. So, he set up a glue trap instead, and promised that they would bring the proper trap the next time. The glue trap ended up causing us difficulties, which I won’t go into detail about here. The next service date, they did not set up the promised trap. The third service date I received a completion of service email that stated there was no sign of mouse activity. There are mice in my garage and even in my walls! It truly feels as though there is no effort to actually treat your individual home and circumstances. I did not get what I paid for, but as all the other reviews state, if you cancel you have to pay them...a lot. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
Alex was the salesman who came to my home and convinced me to purchase the yearly contract. Stacey was the man who treated my home. I was impressed with both of these young men. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Since my home was just sprayed today, I cannot yet comment on how effective the product is, but both men were great representatives of the company.
Melissa was very professional for my initial service. Once she arrived she texted as I left a note since I had a sleeping one year-old and a dog that likes to bark at visitors. She asked if I wanted to be sure to let the dog out before she got started with spraying, I thought that was very considerate. Melissa quickly swept and got started spraying and was done quickly.I look forward to continuing my contract and especially love that this company supports Nothing But Nets.
Very professional and effective service. My technician was courteous and introduced himself immediately and ran through what he was going to do as part of the service. Asked if I had any questions and then promptly got to work. Even noticed our dog and made sure to suggest keeping her inside at least a half hour after he leaves so the treatment could dry. Thanks!!
This was a quarterly visit where they treated cracks and crevices around border of house and garage and de-webbed from spiders. It was so cold this morning my doorbell didn’t work so I didn’t even know he was here. The dog didn’t even bark. The only reason I knew he came was the text I received to leave a recommendation. I checked and the service placard was hanging on my door and I could see his footprints in the snow going around the foundation of the house. The servicemen are always professional and polite and willing to explain what they are going to do and what they find. However they were very early today between 8 and 8:30 AM and I was probably in bathroom getting ready for the day so I didn’t get to talk to the professional today. Overall I’ve been very pleased with the service even though it’s a bit pricey for someone living in a pension it was worth it for me.
Neichel Cook was a great salesperson! She was friendly , professional, and great to talk to! The only part I was a little bit disappointed in was when she was selling this product, she made it seem like the first treatment was such a deal at 39:99. She did not tell me until after we signed that in a month a technician would come out and that was the first of four treatments at around 120.00. However, she kept a safe distance and we were outside so I felt safe with this pandemic going on. Maybe have your salesperson wearing a mask would make the experience feel even more safe.Our technician was Neichel’s husband and he was awesome too! He explained everything and was very thorough. Our ant problem in the kitchen ceased immediately and we even noticed less ants in the driveway. At this point , we are very pleased with your company and the people we met who work for this company! Aptive has been prompt and we see far fewer bugs in our home than before we used them. They’re a little behind the times with their app and online ability to communicate with the company. But when I’ve called I’ve reached someone without much wait time and been able to do what I needed to do.
This was only our first treatment done today, so I can not comment on the effectiveness yet. The technician was scheduled to come between 8 and 12, and did not show up until almost 3. No one called to tell me he would be late. I be called Active around 1 pm to ask why he hadnt shown and waited on hold for 15 minutes. We were supposed to be getting treated for wasps/ bees, ticks/fleas, and an outdoor bait trap for rodents in the garage. I saw him doing a spray application on our yard, but he only did about half of it. I didnt see him do anything else and I cant find the bait trap. He was only here about 15 minutes and left. I do not know the whole procedure that should be done, so I dont know if he did what he was supposed to or not. It just seemed very quick and I didnt really see him do anything. The customer service left me pretty frustrated, so I hope that this isnt the normal for how they do business. I will reevaluate after future service and adjust my review if needed.
Aptive came right on time. All services discussed were provided. I think that leaving a receipt detailing what was done during the visit would be helpful and professional. Instead of having to chase down the employee while they are working. Or possibly not even being home. Leaving the details of their service in writing is much better and will ensure the customer gets what is ordered. Other than that the employee was very pleasant and complete. Cindy
Normally do not fall for door to door sales stops but Mason did a good job at selling it. After I approved the deal I quickly jumped online to research the company. Of course there were some bad reviews but I usually take most as a grain of salt. Someone will always complain no matter what. So what I saw while researching made me feel a little better and didnt go run Mason off his Segway lol. The next day Dylan was out and did what they told me they were going to do with no hesitation. Both guys were extremely polite (hard to find these days) and even to the point where they were TOO polite where it drew some flags but time will tell. This was only my first application and I will be back in here if needed for updates. 4 stars only because this is first time dealing with you, that may or may not change over time.
The first service call after signup seemed on the up and up but the first quarterly call, the guy showed up 6 hours late and was here for 2 minutes flat (recorded it on the nest). He indicated he did all sorts of work including sprayed, inspected and removed spider webs. None of this aside for a quick walk around was on the cameras. I thought I would give the company benefit of the doubt so I did a walk around and there were spider webs clearly still on items in site. The charge for the service came through right when we left though. Truly incredible companies treat people like this.When I called, I sat on hold for almost a half hour. Still have not had anyone pick up. I do not recommend anyone ever use this service since they are clearly running some kind of a scam.
Michael was extremely helpful, patient, and understood our needs to protect our house and seemed very knowledgeable about how to do that. He called prior to arrival and let me know that he was done and what to do if we needed any further assistance. A wonderful experience and he had a pleasant demeanor... have to give him credit full uniform upper 80’s and 71% humidity!!!
Aptive was great at going door to door to get you to sign up for the service. I was guaranteed that getting ahold of someone would not be an issue. I needed to call for a follow up after my first service because hornets were coming back to my front porch. I tried getting ahold of them and had to wait forever. Needless to say I sent three emails to the Aptive email address expressing my desire to cancel, since calling them resulted in extremely long wait times again. No one ever responded. I received notifications they would come back out for my next treatment, which they did. I promptly sent the tech away telling them I sent cancellation notice.I do need to applaud the route manager Chase. During the whole process he was very communicative. His customer service is great, even providing his cell phone. However, customers are supposed to go through the new central communication line instead of the local offices. It doesnt work. Give the offices back that responsibility to enable your company to improve communication and a rep like Chase the opportunity to shine.Dont go with this company if you expect them to deliver on follow up service or adequate response times.
First time they came out, the was very professional, explained everything, and we were very happy with the service. My husband called back a week later, because we found more ants. Another guy came out, walked through the yard about 15 steps, turned around and left. My husband called to tell a supervisor to explain we had observed this on our home video, she assured him someone would come out the next week to re-spray the area. No one ever showed up. My husband again, called, and then emailed, with no response. He then emailed, to cancel our contract. They then were very quick to respond and accept our cancellation fee. Very sad to have had this encounter with this company when all we wanted was a great company for the duration to take care of our pest situations. Guess it wont be Aptive.
I used aptive Initally for ants. Recently the treatment hasn’t been working and the latest rep out to the house was rude that I forgot to clean up toys (sorry I work full time and have two toddlers under 3) I’ll be cancelling this week. I don’t need to be mom shamed from a 20 something year old dude annoyed I made his job harder. I can spray for ants myself.
They came and couldn’t spray for the ants as it would freeze so they said they use something else to treat until the thaw. Mostly doorway cracks and crevices. As she was sweeping away for spider webs she knock off my porch decoration and broke it by accident.It is so ungodly cold, I just don’t see the need to do this! If you cancel the service they charge you a cancellation fee! Trying to call and get a human to answer is another challenge! I am going to wait until my year is over and cancel. Not impressed. Unless you have indoor pest issues coming in the dead of winter is pointless. I am frustrated with this company.
The professionals that I have interacted with have been very nice and knowledgeable which is the only reason why I rated Aptive 3 stars. That being said, I have still seen the bugs that they have been treating for. I am not sure what the problem is but I would not have paid for this very expensive service knowing that I would still see bugs. I could have done a mediocre job myself with a store bought bug spray. Lastly, the app is not easy to use. Because I signed a contract, I do not have a choice but to continue with their services but I will not be renewing my contract next year.

I tried calling the office NUMEROUS times to find out, but I was put on hold each time, and NO ONE EVER PICKED UP THE PHONE. The fact that I cannot reach anyone at Aptive, dictates a 1 star rating for Customer Service.However, the product used for our bug control certainly works. NO BUGS!!!

They rescheduled me today... have been home ALL DAY.. no one came, no one called..nothing! Recieved an email that Jason was here and serviced for ants (not the problem!) Called to speak to someone (Pablo answered) told me that he would hang up on me if I was rude. Understandably I am an upset customer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..DO NOT EVEN BOTHER CALLING THEM!!!!!!
Services fall far short of expectations. They charge full price for Services that can only be partially completed due to weather. The treatments are inadequate finding I still had some pest issues. The only reason I gave them a 2 star is that the wasp seem to be gone but that is partially due to having a new roof put on. This is the second time I have used this company and will be the last. Do not hire this company. There are much better options for the price.
I am currently away from my home. My cameras showed the service person knocking on the door at 11:27 and was not on my property when I had the camera take a fresh picture at 11:36.My back deck, which has another camera, did not show anyone being back there , so I assume nothing was done. I do see something being done at front door but it was less than a minute. What kind of service can be done in 9 minutes?
I am a new customer but so far feel positive that things will be great. I do not usually do door solicitations but the salesman gave me a decent offer. The following day the service man came later than expected but he was apologetic and I knew the weather played a role in the delays. My dog ran out the house when I was speaking to him at the door and he was willing to come back with his wife to help me find him. I declined his offer but he insisted on giving me his cell number to let him know if the dog comes home.Thats above and beyond! My dog came back home soon after he left so I text him to let him know. Now Im excited to see how well the product works and future servicing. So far so good!
At first meeting the salesman was great, he kept trying to have me use their services even tho I refused three times. In the end we went with a one time spray for $50. I had told the sales man I did not want to continue service after this one time. He reassured me that he would be back to talk when he picked up his trap. A month went by and I was charged for them coming out and spraying again, first there was not suppose to be a second spray until we had talked. Second they charged for a second spray that was never done, I was home all day and no-one ever showed up to spray but told me on phone that they were at my home and did their job. This was incorrect. They charge you for services that are never done, just crossing fingers that the resident does not realize they are charged for nothing.
Jason M. provided wonderful service on a Saturday visit to my home. He made a couple of calls to my cell phone number and even waited a few minutes for me to get home. He put covers on his shoes upon entering my home and explained the process which was extremely important because I have pets. He made sure all my questions were answered and did his work in a very workmanlike manner. I think Jason probably wears his customer service hat all day long. Thanks to Jason and Aptive!
The guy showed up and was nice. Asked if there where any wasps or hornets around the house, I said some wasps around the back deck. Said he would stop back if he needed anything.No follow up after service and was gone in less than 10 minutes. Received a text to rate the service about 5 minutes After he was at my door.Would not recommend. Cost is higher than other services. And now I’m wondering how many times has service been lacking in detail when I’m not here to notice!
William all the way from Akron Was excellent. Professional, courteous, thorough and punctual. Hopefully the product works well but he informed me that if I have any issues to call in for another Follow up treatment. Tommy on the sales side was professional and polite too and gave me a good deal.
They are great - if you like that your scheduled quarterly treatments randomly turn into every two months. And then when you call (IF you can get through) and get it corrected, it happens again. And if you like that your credit card gets charged when no service has been completed. Yeah, then all good. But I dont like that at all. Its been hassle after hassle. I will say that when I do get through, they are very nice. They did come out at no charge (as promised) for an in-between service when we had a wasp issue. And when my card was charged, they immediately reversed the charge. But the hassles arent worth it, and I will not be renewing my contract after my one year commitment.
The service technician did not seem to be on the same page as the sales rep. He was courteous but I had to walk him through the services agreed to on the sales contact. I am still having issues with the spiders but in fairness to the company it has only been 2 weeks and I have not contacted them yet.
The Technician showed up on time and explained how he was going to perform the first application of insecticides. I showed him a few areas of my concern. He answered my questions to my satisfaction. I then left him to apply the insecticides. Seemed to do a great job!! He again explained to me what to expect and what the next step was. He was very professional and polite. I also received a summary by email outlining what insecticides where used and what pest were targeted. I thought that was very good information to have. All in all I think they did an outstanding job. But ultimately time will tell. So far Im very satisfied.

Dealing with a pest control service is always inconvenient. Phone system is not great but they seem to have pretty advanced technology in what they do. Better than most companies out there. Our service technician today was great. Very professional, thorough and engaging. Would request him again in the future.
I dont think this company is making sure that they are doing what they claim they will do. The first person that came stayed at my house for 12 minutes. Theres no way he could do what they claimed in 12 minutes. I walked around my house and found one spot on my garage door sprayed. I called the company and complained so they sent another person out and he sprayed all around my house. Today I was cleaning up around my house and I have tons of ants everywhere. So their stuff doesnt work. Dont use them. The salesman said that they would be a 3 foot barrier around your house but instead the guys are here for 15 minutes spraying along the wall of your house hit or miss. They totally missed the side of the garage where there were a nest of ants. I think their organic spray is water. The salesman and the guys are great people but the product is not. Caution they have you sign a tablet but there is nothing to read so what are you really signing. I hesitated because of that but I signed so I am hoping that I can help someone not make the same mistakes that I did. Ask for a paper explaining what they will do for you first.
I had technicians sent to home 2x without masks and each time arrived earlier than my scheduled time. I scheduled appointments and they came whenever they wanted to. I needed the second appointment because I was still seeing spiders after the first visit. When I tried to contact their office to complain they never called me back or responded to my email. Theywait time for customer service is nearly an hour, but if youre a first time customer youll get through right away. And lastly after I told them I didnt want to continue doing business with them they sent another technician out anyway!
We had been loyal customers of Aptive for 4 years. Everything was great and they came when called for specific pest problems like ants in our living room - coming out multiple times until the problem was solved.All that changed over the past two weeks. On a rare day off when my husband was home and we had nothing to do, an alert popped up on my phone saying aptive had completed our quarterly service. We were sitting in a room where you can see where they spray. No one had come to spray. Checked out security cameras. No one had come to spray. They charged our card anyway.I called to report the error. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I received a recording that they would call me back. I got a call back later telling me they would reschedule my service for later in the week. On the day of the service redo, no one ever came. Another 20 minutes on hold, another call back, I was told it was a case of the technician being sick. They rescheduled for the following week.The time comes for a technician to supposedly come out and spray. And I get another message saying they came. Again, I was home. No one had come. I checked the security cameras. No one was on them.Aptive now has $180+ of our money they said they would refund but we have yet to receive. But the point is, if they say they’re coming....they might not be. If you are fortunate enough to have proof on security cameras like us, ask for a refund of their “services” if they don’t show. They’re clearly scamming people.
Every time I try to call them, it’s a 15-20 minute wait on hold. I had to reschedule, couldn’t get a hold of anyone, so I had enough, I’m going to cancel. I hung up since I had to push a different number, I waited 45 minutes on hold. Eventually I had to hang up, I couldn’t wait any longer. Now I have to pay for the service, without them coming in to spray. I’ve also called them due to a mouse I noticed. They came and put down sticky boxes. Two days later, I noticed one of the boxes had been chewed on, so I stayed up late one night and found a mouse in the box, again he just ate his way out of the sticky box. I went to Lowe’s and got my own mouse traps.
Time frame was 8-12pm I called the company to check on the tech.’s arrival looked at the time it was 11:58 and no one had called me or came yet. Customer service lady said she was going to reach out to them and call me back in 10 minutes. The guy was knocking on my door at 1:58pm and I never received a phone call back 🙄
So far my experience with the company has been outstanding. We were offered great pricing. The 2 employees we have been in contact with so far were very helpful & polite. The came on time, did their work in a timely manner & left us with information. Before being approached by one of their representatives I had never even thought of purchasing pest control or prevention. These guys are good.
I was ready to cancel all future visits after this one and then Joshua came to my house. He did the BEST that ANYONE that has been here in the past hands down!!! I want to request Joshua to do ALL OF MY APPLICATIONS…I DO NOT WANT ANYONE ELSE OR I WILL STOP ALL FUTURE VISITS!!!!!
Had an appointment they came early didnt knock on the door didnt call ahead didnt spray the inside like what was agreed. I found out hours later a note on the door saying that they were there. Very few tracks in the snow not even around the entire house not sure they did anything other than spray my front door.This is the second time this has happened with this company. I will never do business with them again.Sadly Im under contract for one more spray. I will try to cancel!
I just signed up yesterday. I have been with a different company for a long time but am willing to give Aptive a try. The sales rep, Steven, was super knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was respectful of my time. He gave me all the info, answered my questions and signed me up in less than 10 minutes! Kyle, the bug guy, was here on time, courteous, and took care of all that I asked in a timely yet thorough manner. I think all my visits will be just as good. I highly recommend them.
We’ve had this service in the past and chose to come back when we noticed an ant issue. Signing up and giving them my account info was easy; but when I attempted to get an appointment in the next few days they could not accommodate me. I never received a call from their scheduling department just a text. After having a message put through to them, I never received a call and thus will be canceling my service.2 stars due to previous experience being good.
After ending a 12 months agreement, I was okay with Aptive service. But then, I on my last service for which they charged me back on March and I never got the usual email with the technician information, the service provided, or the email with the receipt that my credit card was charged.So, I called them on June 23 to see when is my next appointment now that I am on a month to month service to ask for my March technician information, service provided and the receipt emails, to which the person said he found on the system and that he was going to email to me. Also he said that my next service was due on June 24 which ended on a No call / No Show.I called again on June 25 to asked why nobody came and a lady asked me if I wanted to reschedule for another date and I said no and that I wanted to canceled my month to month service. I asked her once again for the technician information, the service that was performed on March and the receipt that was never email when I called Aptive on June 24. The lady said sure I just found it in the system (just what the guy told me on June 23) So, I asked the lady to send me an email with the technician information, the service provided and the receipt for the service Aptive charged back in March. She said sure, I can email it to you. I am still waiting for it but since I told them to terminate my month to month service I don’t have hope for that email.

2022-06-15First of all, this company and its business approach borders on harassment. I moved into a new house and needed some extermination. They did okay at best. I asked them to help with the mosquitoes that were a problem in my back yard. I didnt see any difference when they finished. I dont like how they schedule your appointments and they literally hound you before they come out. I am locked into a contract and only have one more time for them to come out. I will not be calling them ever again. I told them 5 times to delete my credit card on file and they kept charging it for service. I wanted to pay on my own, I didnt want them keeping my card on file. I dont trust them. I am so happy to be almost done with this company. They are bad in many ways. I dont recommend them. They are very unprofessional and extremely aggressive. Stay far away from this company. You have been warned. One of the service representatives I had direct contact with named Athena was so obnoxious. She was pushy in every way. One more appointment and I am done with this company 🙌

2022-07-13A door-to-door salesperson from Aptive (Brandon) approached us with a very nice offer on 18 months of pest control. Brandon was very friendly and personable, not pushy at all. We signed up. A couple days later the technician (Sam) arrived to perform the service, and he was very pleasant and professional as well. The service was performed quickly and efficiently. Very happy customer so far!

2022-07-15Was approached by a door to door sales person, price seemed reasonable at the time, they referred me to a neighbor using their service. After signing up and receiving first treatment, doing a little more research, and finding out the neighbor cancelled them, I felt I had been taken on the price. Called to cancel the service, no problem in cancelling it but they then offered a price that was 60% off the original per treatment price. Why wasnt I offered this to start? cancelled anyway. Service was good, price not worth it. can do the same treatment for much less cost and just as effective.

2022-05-08Josh went above and beyond for our initial service. He spent 1.5+ hours at our home. He sprayed around our entire home for the multiple bugs they treat. He also cleaned off every single spider web from every single window and sill, as well as all of the spider webs that had accumulated on our very high garage ceiling. Very impressed so far!

2022-02-21This company came to our door offering a trial of free service for bug control. They performed service and we waited a couple of days to see if it worked and it didnt. So we called to tell them and little did my fiance know when he signed for the free trial he signed a contract for future service that had a $200 cancellation policy. We didnt have the money so we kept pushing back appointment after appointment until we finally got tired of hearing their calls and are going to pay the cancelation fee. It feels like weve been duped and swindled. I would not recommend this service to anyone and will actively tell friends looking for services to avoid here.

2022-07-26I dont like bugs and spiders and after receiving treatment from Aptive Environmental about an hour or so I found a curled up spider (dead). Theres no odor and after an hour my pooch was free to go outside as they also treated outside. The guy that arrived told me what exactly hed be doing and was quite respectful and even wore shoe protectors as to not bring dirt into my home which was appreciated. I would highly recommend them . I love having NO spiders or bugs in my home!

2022-07-03The people doing the work were incredible. They were friendly, knowledgeable and just very positive. They knew their stuff very well and just were willing to do whatever it took to make sure we had what we needed. When they were working they were hustling and you just don’t see that kind of work ethic these days.

2022-06-19Salesperson at my door was nice enough but a little pushy. I didnt want a reoccurring service but she kind of insisted. I declined and looked the company up after she left. Seems pretty sketchy if you ask me. I have zero actual experience using and paying for service with this company, but I wouldnt after reading reviews and having a salesperson at my door who didnt want to take no as an answer. Do your research. Also, notice the lawsuits... And just be aware that cancelling a service with them has been noted to be nearly impossible.
