He also took the time to explain all the issues he discovered and preventive procedures for the optimum operation of the system. He also provided a detailed written document of the inspection . I opted for the care plan eight months ago and it really paid off when AC efficiency started going down. Especially when it was more than 90 degrees outside for over a week.They give priority to care plan members, so they arrived the same day I called for assistance.It was not the best news... I needed a new AC system... But I got priority with picking out the best system for the house and it was quickly ordered and installed in a weeks time.The new system works great. Recommended.
Had an isssue with my AC and Apollo came out right away, diagnosed it and made recommendations to either repair or replace. Ended up it was more cost effective to replace than repair, since the AC was 17 years old. They offered different AC options, quick response/install time, different payment options and overall great customer service.During the job they informed me of the plan for the day, were eager to answer any questions and handled everything professionally.
Everyone was professional and friendly. They informed me what did and DID NOT need to be fixed. I could tell the technicians doing the work were experienced and knew exactly what to do to fix my sewer lateral (pipe re-lining). They put in a bunch of extra time to make sure I was satisfied with the job, which I was.
Thoroughly unplugged a drain that was clogged at a bend from years of grime. Technician gave a detailed explanation of how it happened and how to prevent it from happening again without sales pressure for them to do additional work. Scoped the drain at no added cost. Also, sent a great intro text with picture of the technician coming to do the work. Theyve earned my future service.
Had them over to repair a non-working furnace. Claimed the burners were cracked and leaking CO into the house, then disabled the furnace and put an orange sticker on it, wanting many thousands to replace it. Had another company come in and they said it was fine, just needed a new gas valve. Been running fine since. How these guys have a five star rating is beyond me. Companies like this also make me glad Im an engineer and can fix my own stuff. I was out of town for this, unfortunately.
I used Apollo for the first time when my old water heater sprang a leak. Not knowing whether a tankless water heater or drop in replacement was for me, I searched for a company who could do either to offer a recommendation. As I work overnight, the nice thing about Apollo that stood out right away was the ability to call 24 hours a day which made initiating the process far easier for me than most service appointments Ive made. They were able to send a technician out at my earliest convenience (and even sooner, had I been in a position to receive them).Upon arrival, Dan was obviously knowledgeable and offered many options and recommendations. Most impressive was that he didnt seem interested in upselling me but rather directed me toward products which were personalized to my situation. Further, whatever my decision he could do the work right then and there, explaining that what he didnt have with him would be brought by other employees as he completed the job.He finished the install about twice as fast as his estimate and his detail work was impressive. He was patient with me and my questions and explained everything in detail when his work was completed. I cannot say enough good things about him.Just as impressive to me was that Apollos entire operation was so well-oiled. Initial contact, scheduling, the web portal, the way their technicians in the field could work and have things brought to them as needed without interruption to their work, their POS terminals that could clearly show estimates and work done, everything was so polished and efficient. Honestly it was like being in an advertisement for the company to see everything work seamlessly. Impeccable.Im going to be going back to them for other work I have been putting off for lack of finding a contractor capable of the tasks who arent deterred by their small size. Im extremely happy with this experience.
The employee they sent out to my home was very friendly and approachable. But they use the traditional sales job formula such as giving you the pamphlet and sitting down with you which is also fine. I do not like, or appreciate, how they try and use fear to try to get their customers to purchase their expensive products. While looking at my breaker box in the basement, the employee said phrase, “and we do and will comply with Duke with it comes to out of code or meters that are not in their correct spaces.” This comment is exactly what it sounds like, that I may be reported by this company but purchasing their equipment would prevent it. I instantly clarified with him about the comment and he finally told me he wouldn’t report me because I had a grandfathered system. I lost all interest in any form of work when that comment was made. Do not ever let a company use fear to get you to purchase anything. Stop teaching your employees this sales trick. It’s not right.
We had new HVAC installed last year. When it came time for our annual service plan to be renewed, I called to do so. I spoke with Damon- who laughed with me about the irony of needing a Service Plan for a brand new system. Regardless, I renewed the plan. These folks are wonderful!! Always go over and above. Timely, professional, very customer service oriented.About 10 minutes later, I got a phone call from Nakita (I hope this name is correct!) who said, “When you get a new furnace and air conditioner system, you automatically get a one year care plan. I’ll go ahead and extend your plan until March, 2023.” She did not have to do this. Damon had called her and asked about me paying $199/annual fee overlapping the free year. She did the RIGHT thing and again, over and above, she helped the customer. I’m so impressed with these folks! Please use them when you need heating or air conditioner help. They are there for the customer, in a time when most companies aren’t. Very impressive!! Thank you Apollo!!
Not sure how they are able to hide all of the bad reviews I’m seeing. Things started off fine with a tech coming out to see about a air duct cleaning. Gave me an estimate and we signed up for the home plan for future services. That’s where the good times ended. Had 5 different appointments with each of them ending in the tech not being about to do the job because of equipment issues or this and that. This last one, the tech wasn’t able to clean the air vents because of the size. I’m sorry, they should have figured that out from the first visit when all of the vents had pictures taken of them. Spoke to a manager at Apollo for the HVAC team and basically he said that 99% of the time they are able to clean them and I just happened to be the first 1% they couldn’t do the job for. My time was 99% wasted waiting on the company to figure out they couldn’t do something. So here is your 1% review.I will say however, the guys ( Nick and Kameron) that came out to do the cleanings, where nice and they genuinely felt bad that they were given the wrong info from the first estimate.
I really especially apprecitated the professionalism and person touch of the Comfort Advisor, Michah Parker. I felt like he treated me and advised me the same way he could his own mother. Honest, upfront, no strings attached, meet your needs approach. I dont like sugar coating and being patronized. And he did not make me feel that way. The technicans were just as professional. Personable, came in, got the work done. Respected my space. Did a great job. Could not have asked for a better experience.
I called in yesterday to get a quote on a new AC unit. They said someone would be calling me today. They did I had to call and remind them when they called me today they told me 5:30 was to late of a time to meet me…. To give me a quote on a AC unit!!!! The other companies I had come out were willing to work with me and get me the info I needed while working around my job as I am needing 10,000$ and cannot take off work to get a sales pitch little to say they were very rude
Replaced a 23+ year old furnace & AC. The guy promised wed save money cuz theirs is so much more efficient than they used to be... before our monthly bill was $120- $220 per month and now they range from $240-400!!!! So I paid $13,000 to get a system that costs nearly double than before.I dont know what theyre doing wrong- if its a bad product or poor installation, but this is truly the worst purchase Ive ever made.One more note- the sales guy signed me up for a credit card WITHOUT MY AWARENESS, APPROVAL, OR SIGNATURE which Im pretty sure is illegal.WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY.
I am very pleased of the whole process from start to finish. We had a total furnace replacement that was I believe priced well and installed beautifully. This company is highly professional with there team members, I believe that your only as good as your employees and they are well trained, and very knowledgeable in the product that they are selling. I would highly recommend that any one use Apollo for all there homes needs.
The two service technicians were incredibly helpful, fixed my issue and gave me a quote that will prevent future issues. They were extremely conscious of my property and cleaned up the mess from my backed up sewer for me before they left. That was a pleasant surprise. By the time Isaiah and Josh left I knew more about my sewer and things I should do (and why) than I ever thought about. I only left 5 stars because there is no 10 star option.UpdateAfter 1 year they got me to buy the maint contract and promised to send a jet truck to finish cleaning the sewer pipe. Then sent me a huge quote to line the pipe. Got a second opinion and this is not needed. They also never returned to finish the job. Good start to a bad sales pitch to poor follow through. I don’t think I can recommend.
Never showed. Never called to tell me they wouldn’t show.A) a text that was answered 2 hours later and 1 1/2 hours after you were supposed to show.B) I decline to reschedule because some people can only take so many days off work unexpectedly.I find it amusing you can find the time to respond to this in fewer business hours than it took to respond to a customer’s question.
From the moment I called Apollo, I had a wonderful experience! Every individual that I dealt with exemplified a level of professionalism, customer service, and accuracy that is not seen much in todays service world. Cory was the initial technician that came out to evaluate my system. I cant even say enough about how great he was! He was so informational, educated me on everything he was doing, and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my service! While Apollo doesnt submit or have any involvement in related or submitted insurance claims, they were super helpful at providing me all the information I needed with complete accuracy, in order to submit my claim! Chris was so helpful with the sale of my system. He was genuine and I felt very comfortable and confident in the information he gave me. Rick was the lead installation technician when I had my system installed, and made sure that I was aware of anything that was happening along the way. Basically, to make a long story short, I chose Apollo because I knew I would be getting quality and honest work, and I felt like they truly cared! Customer service is my specialty and Apollo nailed it! Thanks to your entire team for all the hard work and making the annoying process of having to get a new HVAC system a delight! :)
Ryan Montgomery with Apollo (plumbing) was absolutely excellent. He took his time to explain what he would be completing, listened to our concerns and then took time to address each one. He was extremely knowledgeable about his craft and was very honest with what we did and didn’t need. I had no concerns and felt very comfortable that I was getting top quality service. Highly recommend. 10/10
Rick was on time and very friendly and polite. He explained what he was doing and answered any and all questions we had. He was very knowledgeable about the furnace he was installing.It appeared to be a straightforward installation and he was finished before the expected time. When finished, the area around the furnace was cleaned and Rick asked if we had any questions. He said we could restart our normal heating cycles on our thermostat.Thanks Apollo the quick installation service and for sending Rick to do the work.
When we first called Apollo we were a little hesitant because it was such a large company but they absolutely have small businesses type service- they were quick to respond and get a plumber out quickly when we had a leak, the plumber who was assigned, James, was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and did and excellent job identifying the problem and resolving it quickly! We are very happy with the service we received and will absolutely call Apollo again should any problems with our home ever arise! 10/10 recommended this company!!
Johnny did a FANTASTIC job installing lighting fixtures in two rooms that needed brand new wiring. You could tell he knew exactly what to do, made helpful suggestions , executed his tasks quickly and cleaned up after the work was done. He really went above and beyond to install the chandelier (126 pieces) and took a lot of pride in doing a great job. He was polite and friendly and his service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him and Apollo. They are worth it!
Great people to work with. My salesperson Ken, was very thorough and explained every step of the process. Liesl was super awesome! Arrived on time, and explained everything she was going to be doing. Got the heater installed in less time than quoted. Left no mess, took time to clean as she went along. Would definitely recommend.
I am very pleased with our service from Apollo. Our plumber, Anthony B, came to our house in the morning and within just a few hours our new water heater was installed. He did a fantastic job and was very polite and handsome.I compared pricing with other places and based off of the service we got and continue to get afterwards along with 24 hour service it was well worth going with them. Ill be doing business with them in the future.Thanks again Apollo!
I need help. I signed up for their monthly service. They send a guy last June to give me a sales pitch about electrical stuff. I said thank you but no. Now when I want to cancel, they say Ill have to pay around $150 for that silly sales pitch, that they now call a house visit. They will not let cancel, say it has to be through email but wont send me an email. They also said they would call me and do not. Im about to start fraud reporting. I would not do business with this company. If anyone knows a way to get out of this service, please let me know.
Jordan with Apollo came out to fix our AC the same day (actually within hours) I called to schedule an appointment. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue in less than an hour. He did not try to up charge us for the service, he took the time to see that our parts were still under warranty. We are extremely happy with the services provided!
I called Apollo after my home lost power and Duke energy could not identify the issue and told me multiple versions of what it could be (I called 6 times); Duke did not send a technician to investigate the issue. This resulted in me going more than 24 hours without power/heat in winter. Apollo was able to send a technician (Jeremy) the same day I called, who was able to quickly identify the issue within 15 minutes of arriving (it was duke’s fault). Not only did he stay as I called Duke back to ensure they understood the complexity of the issue, he also spoke to the Duke reps. He went so far as to go outside and repeatedly check the meters when prompted by Duke, even though he didn’t have to. The power was back on within 10 minutes of Jeremy’s departure. I cannot express the gratefulness I have for the professionalism, efficiency, and customer oriented focus I experienced with Jeremy. I would highly recommend Apollo for future services.
I used Apollo to repair a bad water valve and to paint my house and repair shutters. The work is spot on and my house is beautiful now. The handyman Jason is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and courteous. The cost I felt was a little high but we all know how things are going these days.
I had an issue with a small leak in a pipe today and I wanted some new valves installed. Matt was fantastic today. He was here within two hours of us calling, he installed three new shutoff valves and installed a new piece that wasn’t functioning for me on my water heater. He was extremely professional, explained things very well and was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Apollo based on this experience.
Customer service and service quality has fallen apart. We’ve been a loyal customers for over 25 years but sadly, no more. The last annual service was done by an inexperienced technician who failed to reassemble unit properly, causing water damage to the ceiling below. They sent an unvaccinated repair technician to fix the damage who walked into the house unmasked. Having an immunocompromised member in our house, we declined his service. They were to call to reschedule with another technician but they never did. We wrote a letter to cancel our monthly service contract. We never heard from them and they continued to charge our monthly fee.
The technician that came out to service my unit was Jacob. This was also a same day appointment from filling out Info online they arrived within 2-3hrs. He arrived on time and gave me great service. He listed to me explain my issues I was having. Took time to look at the unit and do all checks. He then presented me with the actual issues I was having while answering the question or information I presented to him. Recommended the best solutions to solve my issues. Overall satisfied with my experience
Apollo is very responsive & quick to schedule a technician for a problem. I have always had someone out to address an issue either same day or the next day. The technicians are friendly & knowledgeable. We had an issue with our outdoor spigot that was causing standing water in our house when the spigot was turned on. They correctly diagnosed that the issue was a crack in the stem even though they couldn’t see it. James came to repair it & did an amazing job. The line was between two rooms & I thought I’d have 2 huge holes to allow them to get to the line. James was very thoughtful & measured to be sure where to cut & was able to access the line with cutting out one small 8x8 square that will be easy for us to repair. Apollo has provided great service every time & I will continue to use them.

We used Apollo in an emergency situation to repair electrical wires that were disconnected from our home after a car accident on our street. Unfortunately, we were out of town when the accident occurred, so we returned to a 40 degree home with our freezer leaking everywhere. Apollo was quick to get to the house and repaired the wires in the dark in order to get the job done. They even called the electric company once they were finished to have our power restored. We are very appreciative for their services and quick response!
Called Apollo on a Sunday (expecting to hear from them sometime Monday) but received a call within minutes. MATT came out to look at our Hot water heater - arrived right on time, extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and diagnosed quickly. They then had ANTHONY come out within an hour - literally not just the same day but within the hour - to completely install a brand new water heater. Amazing. ANTHONY was also quick, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with.Highly recommend Apollo Home Service, specifically MATT and ANTHONY - and will be our go to for anything moving forward. Very impressed!
My whole experience with Apollo was great! Scheduling was easy, the communication from the company was spot on and Austin showed up early! Austin communicated to us the issues with the system and was able to complete the repair on the spot. A job well done! Very pleased!
I’ve always enjoyed working with Apollo, and my most recent experience with James was no exception. He quickly determined what needed to be done, was straightforward in explaining it, and even went above and beyond with helping us move and install a new fridge in our kitchen. Had a routine service visit where they identified cracks in the heating unit. We decided to replace our entire HVAC units. The entire team did great work, and we had a new unit installed in under 24 hours! I have always appreciated Apollo’s honesty and professionalism.
I met with both repair and sales. I was met with empathy and understanding. My furnace was very old and damaged beyond safe use. My carbon monoxide levels were far beyond safe levels. They provided options for both repair or replacement and all the knowledge I needed to choose confidently.
I was referred to Apollo by Home Adviser when searching for good service providers. They were able to come out the next day to provide a quote. Dan did a great job listening to my needs and experience. Very helpful explaining everything. I was so impressed that I had them do a same day job. Super happy!
Apollo Home did a great job. Tyler Sharp was there ontime, and got right to work. He was polite, knowledgeable about the problem and the solution. Cleared the main drain from our home to the sewer connection. Even cleaned the inside pipes as well to make sure there was no blockage anywhere else. He did great suggesting options to upgrade our sewer lines to help prevent this in the future.I would recommend Apollo Home to anyone looking for an honest, reliable plumber.
I had Apollo Home do about $25,000 worth of work to my house in one year. In my opinion, Apollo HVAC is the sharpest crew. Apollo Electric is high quality, but a little on the expensive side, but I guess you get what you pay for. Ive had the most spotty experience with Apollo Plumbing. Ive had four Apollo plumbers at my house and three of them immediately went to the most expensive fix. Basically, I got the sense that the plumbers were pressuring me and trying to sap every last cent out of me. With the HVAC and electric guys, I was provided with options with no pressure. So, I think Apollo Plumbing is the weakest leak. Im going to go ahead and stick with Apollo Home, but Ive had enough weird experiences with their plumbers that Im beginning to have second thoughts.
My technician was professional and he explained the work he would do to fix the issues I had in regard to my toilet in the guest bathroom. I was very pleased with the work he performed and will call Apollo Home when issues occur. I would recommend this company as a first rate company.
Ken showed up on time, looked at the issues I needed fixed/replaced and to my surprise was ready to do the work immediately. In a short time the work was completed and I couldnt be happier. He is very professional, explained what each job required and gave me a list of options to choose from regarding the work to be performed. I dont feel I was overcharged and I highly recommend Ken Cox and Apollo Home.
Tyler was fantastic to work with! He was speedy, efficient, and professional. He got our basement drain flowing again in seconds and had great recommendations for how to prevent the problem in the future. The service was very affordable as well, compared to other companies in the area we called. 100% recommend Apollo for any home problems, we will definitely be calling them again for any issues we face. Rob at APOLLO HOME was able to successfully repair the flue yesterday and it passed home inspection this morning.Update 6/2020. Apollo made all of the necessary update and repairs. It restored faith in their services.UPDATE 6/12/2020: BUYER BEWARE. Apollo Home improperly installed a low-efficiency furnace in my home without installing the required “liner”. I was informed that it would be needed if it failed inspection that I would need to pay them an additional $1000 to get a liner installed. I phoned Apollo that evening Dec. 19 questioning if I should move forward without the liner. Shawn said that it would be fine. Dec. 20 Nate from Apollo came and installed the furnace. January 26 my furnace failed inspection because it was missing the chimney liner. The inspector was very surprised that Apollo Home had improperly installed the furnace. He circled that section in the manufacturers installation guide explaining that a chimney liner is required. Bottomline, not having one is dangerous. The inspector also advised me to get a carbon monoxide detector. Apollo’s response to my furnace failing inspection was apologetic and I was told that “they had not been dinged on it lately.” This let me know that this is a common practice and I fell prey to their sales technique. Their sale was more important than the safety of my family. They offered to install a chimney liner for $800. The furnace should never have been installed without it and I reached back out to Apollo Home in February to explain my concerns and talk with them about a solution. With the pandemic hitting the United States, other concerns became more pressing. After not hearing anything back from Apollo Home, I followed up in April to talk about the problem and a solution. I was told that the $800 installation was all they could do. I explained the mistake again hoping they would meet me halfway and lower the additional installation cost. I again waited to hear back. May 14, I reached out to Apollo again, they confirmed that $800 was all they could offer as a discount. I cited the installation guide to confirm with them that they understood it was improperly installed. At his request I emailed a photo of page 20 on the manufacturers installation guide to Mike Columbus. He gave me contact information for American Chimney citing that they would be able to install a chimney liner at a better rate. I reached out to American Chimney that day and left a voicemail requesting a quote. I did not hear anything back from American Chimney and decided this was a losing battle. I phoned Apollo June 1 and again June 2 until I could speak with Mike Columbus to schedule the installation at $800. I explained to Mike Columbus that I wanted to schedule the install with Apollo Home and that I had not heard back from American Chimney. Mike explained that he was waiting to hear back from someone named Chad about getting me a $200 credit toward the American Chimney install. He explained that they were better at doing it and had equipment that should make the install less expensive than Apollo Home. I reached out to American Chimney and reached Hannah and scheduled a quote for June 12. The quote cost $139.95. American Chimney came and when I explained that the furnace had been installed without the chimney liner, their response was “Wow.” He then explained how important it is for my family’s safety. Apollo Home knowingly encouraged me to purchase a low-efficiency furnace with them and forgo the cost of a liner in hopes that it would pass a safety inspection. The impression was that it was only necessary if it failed inspection. That was very wrong. It is required by the manufacturer. I have paid the $139.95 to American Chimney June 12 and expect to have a quote emailed to me Monday, June 15. I reached out to Apollo Home to let them know and also find out what their next step would be. In the meantime, I feel that it is time to say something. It’s been 5 months and I need help. There has to be a better solution with Apollo Home.
I used Apollo before with great results from an experience and service perspectives. This time, however, the outcome was quite different.Had an appointment with window for arrival between 10 am and 1 pm. At 12:50 pm the tech was yet to be found and had not reached out. When I called Apollo for an update, I reached some sort of 3rd party office. I’m told the tech cannot be located by them as they have to contact first the business itself. But, the business could not be reached out to either. Net, I lost my day waiting for an appointment that never was and I’m back to finding service for my issue - this time elsewhere.
2 days before the Fourth of July holiday one of my trees fell, destroying my power riser conduit and severing the power drop.Everyone I called was on vacation or too busy to make me a priority. Apollo was the sixth and final call I made. With heavy rain forecast and no power for the sump pump they prioritized my call and sent a technician, Frank, almost immediately.He was on time and very professional. He quoted a price which was the exact amount I was charged, even though unforeseen issues arose during the repair. Even though it required extra time, Frank insisted on staying and competing the repair. He was very thorough. I felt that he genuinely cared about the work he was doing.If you’re having an emergency and need fast professional repairs this is the place to call.
Called Apollo on Saturday late afternoon. I did not expect technician would come to my house the same day. A dispatcher called me back quickly and told me they will send some one to help. Then Jonathan Evans showed up in an hour. He was polite and very professional. Check step by step. Help me found out what was wrong with my thermostat. Thank you for your great service.
The entire experience was completely smooth from start to finish. Kevin the salesperson, and Cody and Michael the installers were so great. They were all so professional, thorough, and everything was explained in detail. They were so friendly too. I’m so glad I decided to go with this company. I would highly recommend!
We had Nathan from Apollo come out and service and clean both our furnace and A/C units on our house that we are selling next month. He was on time, early in fact, he was thorough, respectful to us and to our property, and he was very professional in explaining everything in a way that we could understand. When we find and move into our new home, we will continue to use Apollo as our first choice for our home maintenance needs. All around great service!!!
Matt was AWESOME! We already had a fantastic experience with Ron who came out to replace our sewer ejection pump. While he was there I asked about our air conditioner not cooling. He called and got us on the schedule right there and then! Matt came to evaluate. He took his time to explain and show me what had happened and why. He was patient in answering all my questions and the chaos of my 3 children. Our unit is 22 years old and we decided it would be best to replace vs try and habe fixed so he got someone out the same night to go over options!! AMAZING! We will definitely be calling Apollo Home again for our house needs!!
Found out our furnace and AC needed replacing. Apollo was able to get us a great deal, and get things installed right away. Chris, the salesman was outstanding and explained our options very clearly. Come installation day, Josh and Hunter got here early and worked almost 12 hours to get us set up. Super professional, super nice guys. New system works great. 10/10 would use them again.
Although I have not used Apollo yet, I am still doing my homework. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment. He did a great job explaining all of the various aspects of the job. If I am to choose Apollo, I am sure that I would be pleased with the experience.
I had Apollo out to install a 60 amp circuit to a Tesla HPWC. Within one day of calling them, they were onsite to run a cable through my basement, up to my attic, and then down into my garage.During the install, they only had to make one very small hole in my wall to gain access while fishing the cable through. AC was out Frankie was very helpful to see what could be done to save my unit. No pressure at all showed me mu options and very knowledgeable. Salesman Mike started the process of the buying the dreaded new unit . He was out same day. No pressure, helpful and very knowledgeable just a really really nice man. From the consultation with Mike to the installation with Mike (different one) and Hunter, we had a great experience. Our entire heating and AC unit of 56 years needed to be replaced and it came with it’s fair share of challenges. Mike and Hunter did a fantastic job of working through those challenges like true knowledgeable professionals. I also like that Apollo has their own in-house electricians because there were some electrical issues that needed to be addressed, and they were able to reach an Apollo electrician quickly instead of having to use another company (which can potentially cause delays). They were very diligent and we knew we were in good hands with them. They did a quality job and didn’t rush through it. Also, their pricing was better than some of the other places we had gotten quotes from.
Apollo was speedy and very responsive of my request of checking our Heating and Air. Found it did need replaced and walked us through the process. Very knowledgeable and we accepted their quote which was lower then a competitor. Installed the very next day!Apollo came out to check AC before season hit and made sure was in good working order. The team were amiable and professional. Liesl gave clear explanations of what they were going to do and estimated accurately how long it would take. Once the installation was completed, she showed me where the gas and water shut offs were and explained how to use them and how to adjust the water temperature setting. I was very pleased with the whole process and would be happy to see her again if I ever need service on the unit.
My 19-yr old heat pump had problems handling +90° temps over the last few days and I needed to have Henry come out to take a look at it today (July 5, 2021)Henry is a great diagnostician and informed me of repairs that would be necessary. Rather than complete the repairs, I decided to replace the old unit. Henry expedited a follow up call with the same sales person, Mike, who recommended a new unit last fall.He will be out today! Hopefully we can replace the unit within the next few days.I have been an Apollo customer for a very long time. It was Apollo that installed and serviced the same heat pump for over 19 years. The average heat pump life is about 10 years, so I give them a lot of credit for keeping it going so long.UPDATE: I am very pleased with how Mike handled the follow up call today. He not only explained how the new system will provide much better and more efficient cooling/heating than the old, he put it in terms I could understand. Mike was very knowledgeable. He was able to arrange for installation tomorrow morning! I didn’t expect such quick service but it is welcome.
Scott Campbell is friendly, professional, and a very knowledgeable electrician. He discovered our wiring issue immediately and worked non-stop to install a completely new circuit panel in our garage on a scorching hot August day! (Thank you, Scott, for making our safety a priority!) I would highly recommend him and the Apollo company.
Apollo was great. They came out to unclog a drain and were professional, polite and explained everything simply and thoroughly. I had one tech Tyler who cleaned the line and a second tech Josh who inspected it with a camera. They made good recommendations and I did not feel they were pushy. Very happy with the service.

Outstanding same day service! Apollo sent a technician within two hours of my call to diagnose the problem with my hot water heater. In less than six hours they removed the old heater and installed the new one! Wonderful, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful people all the way! Will definitely recommend Apollo and use them again!
I can’t recommend these guys enough based on my experience today. I’ve been working with my home warranty and their assigned contractor for 2 months trying to fix my AC unit and it’s been a disaster. I called Apollo for a second opinion and they had a tech out to me within a few hours. The tech, Rob, went above and beyond in his diagnostics. He was professional and friendly. He even helped educate me on the unit and provided me a full report with recommendations immediately after he finished up. Other places may be cheaper but as I’m learning you get what you pay for.
Ive used Apollo for HVAC and plumbing needs both. Been very happy with the overall service. The schedulers to the techs and the follow up. Everyone is friendly. I also appreciate they are upfront about what is needed and what is nice to have. Good to have the options.

I got to say the service was great. The technician was doing everything he could to save me money. I live in a house thats over 80 Years old. So everything about our pluming is a puzzle . He went above And beyond..working till he unclogged the line. And got everything running freely . Tomorrow theirs a guy coming to run a camera to check the lines for any further problems. Scheduling my first appointment went very smoothly. The scheduler was responsive and the communications were clear. They were able to get someone to my house the very next morning. The technician that came, Joe, was very professional and explained the issue very well. He was quite knowledgeable about what had happened and how to fix it. He worked hard and did a great job. Both technicians were professional.Every question i had they explained every step. I would definitely have Apollo do more work for me in the future. The price was great and the service was fantastic.They tied in two outside down spouts and one sump pump spout into a new 4 line nearly 80 long. All done in less than a day.
Zack and Matthew gave me superb service on October 8th and were very considerate and went beyond what they needed to do to unclog my sink drain because a pressure drain washer wasnt available due to personal family sickness. They were able to replace 2 ( 90 degree) pvc fittings and changed them to 45 degree fittings to improve flow. Also they cleaned the line as best they could without using any pressure wash procedure. I was extremely pleased that I had kitchen water flow, finally, and their work was much appreciated. They are both wonderful assets for your company and thank you so much for sending them.
I have never had bad service from Apollo. The guys on this job were excellent and so clean you didnt know they were ever here. Highly recommend. I had to have a water heater at my previous residence and that guy went way over and above to fix it. Stayed till 10pm to make sure it was fixed right.
Alex was thorough and straight forward with diagnosis and pricing. He was knowledgeable and was generous with his time, inspecting other valves, faucets and appliances to assure they were also functioning properly. The pricing is a little higher than average, but you get what you pay for. The communication and customer service is impeccable as well.

I always have a great experience with Apollo. They replaced my furnace & AC over a year ago, and just replaced my water heater. Theyre always professional and quick and are happy to answer all of my questions. They provide me with many different options at different price points and dont do a heavy sell of the most expensive options.

My technician Tyler came out, on time, and professional. Introduced himself, asked about the issues. I’ve had this issue happen once before and assumed it was the same thing this time. Instead of doing unnecessary work and charging more, he took the time to investigate free of charge, and explain how the system works and what he thought the issue was. Even though it differed from my understanding he assured he would get the job done and 15 min later the issue was fixed, we were have a good conversation outside and he was on his way. FAR CHEAPER and more professional than other places I called and they came out within 24 hrs. Have used Apollo now for a couple of years with different projects. It is time to replace our builder grade AC unit/ furnace after putting it off for a year. We had our annual check up and the repairs were looking moe than it was worth with the system being 11 years old. Our tech Jacob contacted his comfort specialist Jamie to have him walk us through all the different option and prices. Hey was very thorough and provided his opinions with options and why he would or not choose them. Well informed and we go an education . As a regular and returning customer he also worked with us on price. The new system is being installed this week . Wil add other posts when they are complete. Im sure they will do another great job as they have proven in the past.6/3 update:: System installed and been using it for a week. The work done was excellent and the system is working great. We got a nest thermostat with this unit and the training provided by the techs was also great!! Another job well done! Thanks Apollo team!!
I had Apollo come to my house out and do a diagnostic on my 8 year old ac unit. Their technician went straight to my ac unit, and replaced my capacitor. He told me that I needed a brand new ac unit and that they could finance me for a new one. The technician never came in my house to take a look at my thermastat or my fusebox. So the next day I had a friend come over ,that installed this very same ac unit and take a look at it .He did a diagnostic on my ac unit, then he came inside my house looked at my thermostat and my fusebox.He said my thermostat was bad and it wouldnt jump start my ac until. I paid $125 for a new thermostat off of Amazon and my ac unit has been working fine every since. Apollo charged me $300 for an dual capacitor that retails for $25 to $30. I called Apollo and told them that their technicians didnt do his job properly and that my ac unit is working fine, they wanted to knock $100 off of the original $385 bill. Beware of this company they marked up a $25 part to $300 and tried to get me to buy a brand new ac unit that I never needed.
She was outstanding. In fact very pleased with the entire experience. We didnt realize our AC was out till 6:00pm on a Friday. Called and we had someone here in an hour. Breanna was very professional and had us back in operation very quickly. This is the first time we have called Apollo since we started our maintenance agreement. And I am very pleased. I used Apollo to replace the heat pump system in my home. Everyone was super professional and easy to work with. Everyone that worked on the project was well groomed, had all their teeth and drove trucks that were clean and orderly. Nobody was wearing clothes three sizes too big or smelled like an ash tray. It may sound petty but little things count for a lot. How you do one thing is how you will do everything, and this proved true here. The work was very high quality and remarkably neat and tidy throughout. They showed up first thing in the morning and got to work straight away and got the job done when they said they would... no hey we need to run to Home Depot so its going to take another day to finish up here. I even saw one guy get a broom and dust pan out of his truck to clean up! They took away all the trash and the place looks like before they arrived. Spend any amount of time on a jobsite and you will realize just how rare this is. Having a background in architecture and construction I can tell you from lots of experience with lots of subcontractors that an orderly truck, a clean uniform, and a broom and dustpan are the marks of the professional.There are dozens of Chuck in a Truck outfits you could call and Apollo is not one of them. They may not be the cheapest but they certainly are the best. Its good working with people who get things done right.
We had a random light go out in our pantry. We wanted to get it looked at before it the outage ran through the entire condo. Alex was able to figure out that it was just a bad fixture and replaced it very quickly. I do appreciate that the techs trucks are fully loaded. No ordering parts or waiting for them to come in or having the tech leave and come back w/ what they needed/ The fixture matched almost identical which was amazing. We didnt mind if it wasnt a replica since it is in our pantry, but was for sure nice to have it be the same. Alex was also very quick and thorough and just a nice and relatable person!
Liam did a phenomenal job. We had a hot wire we couldnt figure out where it went to and which breaker it was run to we also couldnt figure out why one outlet was working but another wasnt, yet the lights that came off the outlet the wasnt working still had power. Apollo sent Liam out within 2 hrs of our initial call and in less than 10 minutes Liam figured out the problems and gave us a solution. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. We are hoping we can fix the issue ourselves but if were able to I will def be calling Apollo back and asking for Liam as well.

Our new home needed a water softener installed. Cole installed a new HVAC unit. Arrived on time, went through entire procedure, told us step by step what to expect. Very professional, well mannered, it was nice to see those values still exists. Workmanship was right on spot, everything was completed on time. After clean up the new appliances was the only way to tell work was done.

Apollo came by for an HVAC inspection as part of a service contract we have with them, and were very pleased. Nathan Jones was on-time, professional, and very honest. I kinda assumed there would be pressure to upsell us on additional service we didnt need, but he gave an honest appraisal of our current system and helped to put together a tentative future plan for replacing our (very) old outside unit. Well definitely be calling them again...
I use Apollo because I know I can trust their techs and know their installers are knowledgeable. They always do amazing, quality work. Have been on their monthly care plan for a long time and had them replace my whole HVAC system today instead of putting more money into my old failing unit. It was a no brainer. It was a full days worth of work but they managed to make the experience as pleasant as possible considering the work involved. Did I mention it was raining all day? Kudos to you two! Thank you Apollo for the upgrade, peace of mind, and amazing warranty. Bonus….The warranty transfers to any new homeowner shall I decide to sell my house within 10 years. Comfort specialist seemed to get offended for some reason when I indicated that I was getting a few quotes for the same work from other businesses and they seemed a little pushy with their sales tactics. I decided to put all that to the side and figured I would wait to hear back on their quote, which I was told I would receive the following Monday after my Thursday appointment.Had a competitor out a couple of days later and it was a night and day difference - their sales rep presented their options while calmly and confidently explaining why they thought their system would fit our needs, provided written pricing on the spot, provided me a printed brochure with the literature on their company and systems, and sent me my quote by email the very same day. So Im still waiting on my quote from Apollo, but at least my new AC system from their competitor is keeping me cool in the meantime. Hopefully this is a fluke for Apollo and they can do better for the next customer.

Apollo electrician Dylan Wake performed an inspection of the electrical system of my house on Nov 18, 2021, a service included in the home care service with Apollo Home. Dylan was professional, efficient and polite. He explained all the issues that he found, and suggested possible actions I could take. He checked that outlets and switches were working, and inspected the service panel. As a result, I decided to have some updating work done, and look forward to having Dylan return.
2nd time using Apollo! Both times in slight emergencies. Dan came out and replaced my main water line shutoff valve as it sprung a pinhole leak above the shutoff!! When he arrived he gave me the estimate and then got to work. The estimate was great! He finished the job in about an hour I would guess. I truly appreciate him and Apollo. New water heater installation was very proficient. The installer was excellent and knowledgeable and friendly in answering my questions.
I was lucky enough to experience the teamwork that Apollo obviously encourages. I had three different techs come out (two plumbers and an electrician) to do two different projects. Liesl did an awesome job getting my new hot water heater installed which also required an outlet installation. Todd made quick work of the outlet in the midst of Dan installing a water line for our new fridge. Everyone was very personable, on-time, cleaned up after themselves, and worked well around each other (and a garage door guy I had working at the same time!). Apollo in general was super responsive to my request for a quote, and everything was done very quickly. Ill have no problem referring my friends and family to Apollo for all their needs!
Great service. Nathan came today to completed a free estimate on Duct Cleaning promo. Very professional and thorough in explaining the process and procedure for getting the ducts cleaned. He ran an air quality test to support his findings. Nathan has been to my house before for a thermostat install and his is an exceptional employee. Having been on the service plan for a year, I personally recommend all those Apollo professionals who have visited for a variety of repairs, which included AC and Furnace maintenance, electrical, thermostat install and now duct cleaning estimate. We were Luke’s first appointment of the day and he was right on time! He unclogged our drain very fast and recommended an enzyme product for drain/pipe maintenance. He was in and out in 20 minutes. Our technician was great, on-time, professional and informative. My only critique is the company should be able to afford/offer a free estimate vs. charging a service fee. Seems like a money grab to charge $89 for an estimate. Maybe at least offer a lower rate vs. a full price service fee.
Anthony Dudley and Robbie Moyer were fantastic to work with. Anthony did our free plumbing evaluation and determined what was wrong with our plumbing. Robbie was at our house three hours later to fix the problem. I feel so much better now that we have Apollo looking after our housing needs.
Had a technician come out to install a 32” chandelier, just because Apollo was by far the quickest to actually come out. Wow, huge mistake - they are charging us nearly $600 for the installation, and that’s only after an $80 coupon for a trip charge. Other companies had quoted less than half the price. Quick and responsive company but their prices are absolutely absurd. Will not use again.
Nate and Dallas came today to replace the furnace/air conditioner Apollo installed 21 years ago. They answered any questions I had while they were doing the install. Sales rep Danny was nice, respectful. Perhaps oversold us since we were easy customers, but all good. Were happy, no buyers remorse - the job was completed the very next day and now we have a cool house. Cody, the install tech also nice & respectful. He left a clean house and yard. He described basic dos and donts prior to him leaving as well which was nice.
I had an ion filter installed in December of last year. The filter case clip broke while the technician was messing with it I was told that he would bring me a replacement that day. He didn’t. I used the broken one until the other clip broke. I called the company who said they would send a technician out with a replacement. Even know they knew what was broken they sent out a technician that didn’t bring the part. I was told I would get a call to schedule someone to come out with the part. I was never called to schedule that. I had to call the company. This time they sent someone out with the correct part.In January I had my electrical panel replaced. I was told I would be contacted about an inspection. A week passed and when I didn’t hear anything I called to ask for an ETA. I was told that the person that handles that would be in contact with me. They never called so I waited for a week and called again. They did call me back that time and told me that the county was backed up. I was fine with this. Six month later I still didn’t have an inspection. My AC unit outside wasn’t kicking on. I called their after hours line and they send out a AC guy who discovered that the ground to my AC system wasn’t even attached to anything in my panel. Because I didn’t feel safe in my house knowing that there could be other things wrong in my electrical panel I called to have an electrician come out to double check the panel. He emailed his boss about my panel not being inspected and I was told that I would get a call. Surprise, surprise I didn’t. I had to call to get the inspection set up. I’ve been told that I will get a call with the time frame I can expect the inspector but it’s the day before and I still haven’t heard anything. (Update: I never got that call so instead of being able to take a half day off work to make whatever time the inspection is I had to take a full day off because I have no idea when this inspection is supposed to be). I didn’t pay $3000 to have to chase a company around.I know the county wasn’t six month backed up. I had a neighbor that got electrical work done and they had an inspector out within a week. This is just ridiculous.
Alex was great! Very professional and courteous. He explained what he needed to do and went beyond what I expected in picking up filters for me when he went for supplies. He also found a way to improve the efficiency of my furnace and proceeded to speak to his manager about this with an agreement to have that work done as well. This was one of the best service experiences I have had.
Update: 1 hour after the tech left, water is leaking from behind the electric panel. I guess another new water heater will have to be installed. Hopefully the company will do something for the trouble of having another person come out again. Robbie Moyer was excellent. He took his time to explain everything that he was doing. He was very personable and excellent to work with. I would recommend him to everyone.
We used Apollo to install our new water heater. Aaron was on time, professional, very clear in all our options and installed our water heater the same day! We appreciated their service so much we got the care plan and will use them for all our needs! We look forward to our continue business with Apollo.
I had a plumber come out to my home for an inspection. She was in my house for about 10 min and inspected the problem for $70, the agreed upon price. She than proceeded to sit in her van for an hour, I guess on my time. I got billed $60 for “unspecified repairs”. I called to get a refund and at first they tell me they have on GPS that she was at my property for an hour working. After some discussion they assured me it would be refunded. Four months later after checking my bills I see it still has not been done. I call again and they tell me again it’ll get processed but they are still waiting for the approval. So I wait a few more weeks and still nothing. I finally got ahold of Terry from the finance department who processed the refund and said she guesses she missed all the notes about it. What a bunch of crooks. I’m very surprised they have so many good reviews on Google, I’d take those with a grain of salt.
Apollo (A/C Serviceman Brandon) did a great job. I was wanting my AC tuned up and to get on a Care Plan. Brandon was super friendly and considerate of my time. He was very professional around me, my wife, 2 kids and pets. He shared details about the Care Plan without trying to up sell me. I have since signed up for the Care Plan will be using their handyman service in the future. He was masked and wore show coverings in my home. Apollo AGAIN sends a wonderful rep who did a very thorough job. Danny was on time, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I don’t know where Apollo finds these people, but keep doing what you are doing because I am very impressed with the service and care that is being provide. I will continue to suggest Apollo and am a very happy customer.
Cody and Hunter did an excellent job of installing our new Bosch Hybrid AC/heat pump. Cody was polite, on time, and did a very clean professional installation. When the install was complete, Cody thoroughly explained the operation with our existing Ecobee Thermostat system. Very happy with the completed job!
The Electrician Alex that arrived this morning was courteous, punctual and knowledgeable. He was very personable, informative and oozed Customer Service. You get what you pay for with this company, they are very professional and do things with quality in mind. Open availability, text notices about technician arrival time and on time technicians are some of the many professional aspects I was pleased with.I met with Mike to discuss replacement options for my AC and he was very knowledgeable. He didn’t mind explaining every detail to a new homeowner and made sure I understood everything before deciding on options.Frankie was my technician that came out and installed my new unit. Again, I was very pleased with how much quality was prioritized. He made multiple extra improvements to piping, ductwork and the base area without even thinking twice. He was also a very nice guy and made sure I understood everything about my new unit and thermostat before he left.UPDATE: I wanted to provide an update as I had another really great experience with this company. Joe Turner came out to do an electrical inspection and was extremely informative. He encouraged me to walk around with him as he pointed out different electrical issues and tested certain things.Overall I was very satisfied and will continue to use Apollo home for everything I can throughout my house!
I will need an entire new unit which I just can not afford but This business is very professional all around. The customer service associates were very kind when providing me with updates on when they could come out to assist me with my unit issue! Austin Balwin and his associate came out and provided me with superior customer service. He let me know what the problem was, offered me different options and let me know that they will be there to help me when needed. The service all around was so great that if I could have afforded it, I would have definitely used Apollo!
Updating my review after a few months of their monthly service.Service is hit and miss. Ultimately, the feeling I have is the technicians are under a tremendous amount of pressure to keep a healthy sales pipeline or their sales incentives are skewing QA. There have been two occurrences when the tech had literally gone back to his van to supply a quote I didnt ask for before visually inspecting the project. Additionally, I receive quotes that are actually included in my subscription service that need to be clarified with dispatch. Thank you.

I needed a pressure reducing valve installed and an expansion tank installed on my hot water heater. Anthony Dudley was very professional. Josh was usually 15 early for appointments or I received a call explaining why the appointment needed to be rescheduled. He is personable and mindful of not leaving a mess. He made sure I understood all my options and performed the workvery timely. I would highly recommend him . He is an asset to the Apollo family.
For year an Apollo technician has parked his large Apollo van on the street in front of our homes. The technician does not live on this street he lives around the corner and has a full driveway he could park in. The 15 houses on the street he parks on are very tired of driving past this van day in and day out. I have called Apollo over 6 times (others have called too) and asked if they could ask their technician to park in is own driveway or to leave the van at work. Each time whomever answers the phone assures me they completely understand my frustration that on our very nice suburban street we have a work van continually parked. They say someone will call me back and that someone will speak to the technician. NOTHING HAPPENS AND THE VAN CONTINUES TO PARK on our street. Last week the van did not move for 10 days as the technician was on vacation. So for 10 day 24 hours a day 15 families drove past a large Apollo van parked on our street. 90% of the time it is the only vehicle parked on the street. We all use our own driveways. Apollos lack of response is completely unacceptable. I deserve (as do my neighbors) an explanation as to why they can or cannot ask the technician to park somewhere else. I am more than disappointed. None of us on this street will be using Apollo.
Will be much better when they replace the electrical panel. Joe was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. He made sure I was getting the best electrical work done and safe for my home. I will use him again and again. Liam did a great job installing the new panel. Worked all afternoon and in the cold. Luckily no rain or snow. Joe and Liam are great guys. I felt very safe with both of them.
I had a 23 year old hot water heater which suddenly sprang a leak in my condo. The first couple places I called could not come out for a week. I called Apollo and they had someone out to give an estimate within an hour, and then sent out someone to do the installation within two hours after that. It was not very simple since the gas lines had to be re-routed and because of code updates new shut off valves had to be done to the furnace as well. Apollo is definitely more expensive than a lot, but I have found them to be incredibly reliable. They come when they say they will come, and are careful. The installation was very clean (better than the previous one), and the young guy they sent to do the installation was extremely careful. The gas shut off in the basement probably had not been closed for 20 years, I bet. He was very careful not to over-torque the fitting and had to soak with WD40 for a while before it closed properly. He stayed until the job was done at 830 pm. I could not have asked for better or quicker service. If you are looking for something done cheaply, Apollo is not the place, but they do exactly what they say they will do.
Ok , I was very pessimistic of their $89 clear any clog but took a chance, The technician Kevin K, was very professional and very thorough on his work and unclogged a drain from our back stairwell to our sump pump. It works perfectly now and I will definably use Apollo again for our future needs.
Very professional, he explained everything to me and address any issues I had. He also did a great job and clean every bit of his mess up. It was a blessing working and speaking to him. He truly is a dedicated worker, and deserves a raise. There’s not many like him so Apollo know u have a true diamond that shines. He represents your company well.
Great commercials poor follow up with care. I originally scheduled an appointment to fix an outside water spigot in the back yard. I took off work rearranged my Schedule and had another provider cover for me to then have the appointment be canceled by Apollo. Rescheduled to a weekend had that appointment canceled by Apollo. Rescheduled to another weekend to have that appointment canceled by Apollo, and offered to reschedule a 4th time ?! Do not offer a service that you cannot fulfill, either expand your plumbing team members to be able to accommodate the community or stop offering the service. I have to plan my schedule to make these appointments and take time out of my day, defer plans to have an appointment canceled multiple times. I will be looking for another plumbing company and would not plan to use Apollo for any other Home service.

Super happy with Apollo’s (specifically Alex’s) service! He found a leak in our bath/shower that was causing light water damage in our ceiling in the kitchen. We have an old house (100 years old), so potential repairs could have been very expensive. But Alex spent time consulting with colleagues who had seen older plumbing overflow systems like ours and running through options with me. He ended up being able to fix the leak relatively inexpensively. He was very kind and professional and went the extra mile to put a new gasket in a tight spot in our tub, then thoroughly tested it to ensure it had fully fixed the leak. Will definitely use Apollo again!
My AC unit ceased to work in the middle of July. Unhappy family, baby and dog sweltering in the heat. I called Apollo and I requested a service appointment. They had someone out same day (Im a care plan member which helps). John found a faulty capacitor, replaced it and installed it with no issues. Fast, friendly service and a they answered all my questions. Great job
Had issues with the main shut off valve at the street. Was very patient to have the water company to locate and operate the valve.Inside tech took his time to do a great job with the repairs.Personally was very courteous and attentive to my needs.Had also installed two main shut off valves.
Liam was excellent. Very prompt and courteous. He was very friendly with my children and professional from the time he arrived until he completed the job. I tried to do work with another contractor and like so many of us I got burned. They did work that was not to code and Liam corrected everything and installed ceiling fans as well as light fixtures. Would recommend the Apollo team for your next home project!!!
Damien and Bryce came through to provide an estimate for a duct cleaning at my home. They were extremely thorough and helpful- they even provided instructions on maintenancing the air filter for our furnace. The quote provided was reasonable and I feel confident that if we choose to use Apollo for the duct cleaning that the job will get done right.

2021-08-28We had a large tree take out our service connection, bending the mantle. Despite calling after business hours, Apollo made us a priority appointment this morning. Our electrician, Todd was on time, up front and ensured the coordination for inspection and for Duke to reconnect was in place before taking care of the repairs. Todd stayed patiently ensuring everything was working fine after Duke did their thing. Great service and attitude in a trying situation. Thank you Todd and Apollo.

2022-01-18Another great job from Apollo! I wanted to upgrade my doorbell to one with a camera and add a Nest security camera with floodlight around the outside of my house. I also needed to upgrade my electric panel. Dylan W. came out and took a lot of time with me to go over the best place to install the camera, and where I could place more in the future. I was able to book him to come back 2 days later to install everything. He and his team did a fantastic job and I plan to call them again very soon to install more cameras and to replace some outdoor fixtures. Also want to say that whenever I call Apollo their customer service team really listens to my issue, they answer all my questions, and have always been very patient and friendly.

2022-05-05Johnathon Campbell was the technician that came out to unclog my drain. He was excellent! He was kind, funny, professional , knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He made suggestions and taught me how to actually plunge my bathtub and sinks if it happened again. He even went above and beyond and took a look at our HVAC system and water heater just to see how much life was left in them when I told him we just purchased our home 2 years ago and the systems were old. We talked about a future plumbing job of switching out a utility sink. Most of all the process was fast and in no time my bath tub was draining again. I am so happy with the service he provided that I told him I would be using Apollo home from now on and hopefully be able to request him for any future plumbing projects. 2022-08-06Very positive experience with Apollo handling our sewer issue. They were always on time and very considerate of all items in the house and yard. They handled all the communication with the utility companies before digging also. I hope you dont have sewer issues in your home but if you do, I highly recommend Apollo.

2022-07-06I hesitate to provide negative feedback as I am a long term customer. But I am done. Apollo told me that despite me having a prepaid care contract there is a 2 month delay before they can provide maintenance on my AC. So - essentially - they cannot deliver the service - maintenance - that I have paid for. At least not i a reasonable time frame. I bought unit from them as well and have been a customer for 15 years or so. When I explained concern to the front line person they were polite, elevated to management and promised a response in 1 to at most 2 days. I called both days - no call back despite further promises. Too much red tape. Apollo seems better at front end selling than following through on back end service. Yes - labor is in demand these days. But they apparently have oversold care contracts beyond the services they can provide. I have had some good experiences with Apollo but some not so good ones too. Once one has a concern the responsiveness. Sorry to say this but go with with mom and pop vs. the big box folks.

2021-09-09Our experience with Apollo replacing the indoor and outdoor units of the homes HVAC was great. The whole process was smooth from the initial inspection up to having a brand new system installed.The original service call was to inspect the system due to noises while in use. During the inspection, the Apollo technician Rickey walked me through what was found in terms that were easily understandable and what to expect if I chose repairs. Danny was great at presenting the different options of a new system; we went with replacing the HVAC units. Both Rick and Ron worked on ripping out the old units and replacing them. Rick and Ron were professional and took the time to inform me on the expectations of the new system units and best practices to take care of our system going forward. At the end, they ensured that if there were any questions to not hesitate in calling.Would recommend Apollo to others and I plan on using them again should any other needs arise.

2022-04-14Made an appointment with Apollo for a backed up sink . The appointment was set for 3-5 same day . Alex the technician called right at 3 and said he was on his way and would arrive in about 15 minutes. He was right on time what a delightful young man took a look at the situation and said no problem he explained exactly what he was going to do. Then went ahead and cleared the drain line without making a mess which was much to the delight to my wife .He also told us of ways to prevent future problems.I would hire Apollo again if I ever need this kind of service again. Hopefully they will send Alex.

2022-04-06Recently signed up for their Apollo care plan. Had an electrician, plumber and Hvac person come in and inspect my house. They helped put together a plan for preventative maintenance and what things I need to watch out for. Being a first time home owner there were a lot of things I would not have thought about. After the inspections they were out the next week to get the items fixed that were identified. Everyone I have talked too has been very professional and knowledgeable.
