I was so thrilled Apex was able to arrive by 8:45 a.m. on a Monday, after receiving our call for service at 11:00 p.m. on Sunday night. Dan was quick to diagnose and repair, checked other showers for possible issues too, and checked the water source in basement for potential issues. Dan also recommended other hardware / services / improvements to ensure plumbing was all in good order. So glad that I called Apex and would definitely use their services again!
Great service from start to finish. The person who answered the phone was very friendly. I needed to have the water lines in my bathroom shifted in order to install a new vanity. This was by no means an emergency so I wasnt expecting any service that day. They showed up 30 minutes later (they called first of course). I was amazed.I met with Trevor to go over the issue. He knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a few options. He never tries to pressure me to go with the most expensive option and was very patient in explaining all of them. He was kind enough to answer all my questions and even gave me maintenance tips. I never felt rushed to make a choice. He made sure I was comfortable with my choice and got me on the schedule right away.The quality of work was as good as the service. He cleaned up after he was done and explained what he had done to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I even got a follow up call a couple of days later to ensure that all was going well. Great service! I highly recommend using Apex!
Ive never had a major home repair go so smoothly. I needed to replace aging twin water heaters that had outlived their useful lives. I only intended to have Apex out for an estimate, but instead, I decided to have the work done right then and there, because their pricing was about $1000 under what I expected to pay to have this done. Rob and his assistant (sorry, couldnt remember his name) were back within an hour with two brand new water heaters ready to install. The install maybe took 2-2.5 hours. Really couldnt believe how fast and professional they were. I work from home and their work didnt bother me at all. Early reviews on the water heaters is that they are a big upgrade over what I had before. Thanks for the great service!
Wasnt able to remove old faucet myself since it was over 20 years old. Called a few places on Saturday and Apex was the only one that answered right away and got me scheduled for early Monday morning. Justin, who did the work was great. Friendly and professional and explained everything. And after he was finished looked around and advised me on some of the other plumbing issues I will need to address in the future. Really nice guy who did good quality work. Happy with Apex in general.
I appreciate the great work from start to finish. Apex/ Marcus reviewed issue, discussed options, answered questions, gave pricing on multiple options, no pressure, looked at pricing for options. Then, I decided to get the gas water heater replaced including expansion chamber and plumbing. Marcus got to work on the readying the old unit. then, left to pick up the replacement heater and parts. He came back approximately 2pm. Removed old. Installed new. Tested and verified everything. Cleaned up and done by 5:30pm. Even though spending the money is not fun. It was nice to have the work done right. Great work! Would recommend Apex.
They were at my house within the hour this morning when my sump pump failed, and everything was fixed by lunch time. Nathan was great, explained everything completely, and gave a number of options with quotes. I would highly recommend giving them a call the next time you have a plumbing emergency! The initial call with the operator was quick and easy, too!
We had a wonderful experience working with everyone at Apex Plumbing - from scheduling and arrival notifications and working with the pros themselves. We had a lot of work done: a drain fix, gas line installation, outside spigots fixed. It was all done in one day and their prices were very reasonable. We’d recommend Apex to anyone looking for plumbing services. PS their radio marketing worked - that’s how I found them.
We noticed our water heater was done for the day 40 family members were descending on our house for a multi-day reunion. Called APEX at noon and they sent Chris over a few hours later. He had a new heater installed by 6 pm. Chris did an excellent job. Have not had to replace a water heater for a while, so it felt expensive, but the service and professionalism was top notch. Was very happy with the experience. You do get what you pay for.
Marcus was extremely knowable. He detected the problems, explained them to us, and gave us three different avenues for repair - things that were essential verses things that could wait a little longer if we needed to spread the work (cost) out. I appreciate that integrity. He was courteous and respectful, and able to fix all of my issues right then and there, even though it required the replacement of equipment and parts. Plus they fit me in the same day. Great plumbers!
Apex was able to send a plumber the same day even though my call wasnt placed until after 4:00 p.m. Very professional, competent and knowledgeable service, and Toby really went the extra mile by explaining the service needed and my options. Very personable technician who knows his trade and has great communication skills. He obviously enjoys educating people and providing great service. Very pleased.
Adam was not only on time, he was 15 minutes early, and that was much appreciated!After explaining what my challenges were (leaky tub and toilet), Adam gave me a few quotes, explaining that it may not go the way he thought and would therefore need to do a few more things, which would possibly cost more.Once I initialed the estimate(s), he got right to work. I think it took him six minutes to put in top-off-the-line parts in the toilet to fix the leak, and another twenty to attack the tub leak. Once finished, he realized that the fix didn’t work in the shower/tub and he would need to shut off the water so that he could replace the cartridge in the tub element.Since this is not possible but one day a month in my building, he readily agreed to come back out on the only day the water would be shut off. I didn’t even have to call the office, wait on hold, and/or do any of that myself…Adam said he’d take care of that, and he did!I wanted to pay cash for the work done, but we somehow forgot to take care of it once the work was completed, so he is literally driving to my other house first thing in the morning to collect. He likely won’t get paid for having to do this but was still highly amenable to doing it this way, just so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced.Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, hard-working, and honest.I’ll never go to another plumbing company, so long as they keep sending me guys like Adam and Chase!
The company sent Adam the very next day from me calling. I even missed the initial appointment and they still came later the same day. Adam showed up very friendly and professional! I felt safe and comfortable and he was highly respectful of my home and family.The job was done quickly and professionally and I would highly recommend Adam as your technician! Ive had 6 different plumbers at my house in 5 years, this was hands down the best and most comfortable Ive felt with a plumbing company! 5/5 Thanks Apex, and Adam!
Amazing company and wonderful employees. I cant say enough good things about Keenan, he was so friendly, knowledgeable and explained the whole process and went over option for me. Another great thing is it took just under 2 hours from the time he got here and looked at everything to give me a quote to the time it was installed and ready to go. This is the second time i used them for a plumbing issue and wont be the last. If you want fast, reasonable and competent work, i dont see how you can go wrong with this company. Nat & Josh did an excellent job installing our new sump pump. Also advised we badly needed a new discharge pipe. We also had that installed the following week. Service was excellent and the price was very fair. We now have a brand new fully functioning sump pump and discharge system for the first time in years!
WOW! Is this for real?! I have never experienced this level of quality in a plumbing situation as I did with Apex plumbing! Late in the night, our sump pump quit and water was everywhere in our basement. I was frantic to find help. I searched online and found Apex and booked an appointment for today, which was impressive enough as we had just experienced horrible service from another plumbing company for a separate company Monday and it took them days to get to us. But, within minutes and after 9pm, I received a call from Apex saying they could send someone within the hour and they sent an Angel named Angel! How appropriate! He lived up to his name! The weather was sleeting rain and Angel had to Lea to retrieve our new sump pump and come back and install it in horrible weather WELL AFTER business hours for the other sub par plumbing companies that can not even make it on time days after the appointment is made and within a 4 hour window. So, I ask again, “Is this for real, or are you some kind of Earth Angels out to save us poor mistreated customers in desperate need? I sincerely feel like I was led to this company by divine light. It was an unexpected, but oh so fortunate accident to blindly find this amazing company. I am going to suggest them to my warranty company to replace the bad one they sent earlier this week! We don’t want anyone else! Thank you, Angel and Apex plumbing!
I am torn writing this review. Had a tub leak and another plumbing item I needed worked on in my new / old house. Was getting quotes and Apex was able to send someone out within an hour of calling, that sealed the deal. Tub leak was fixed quickly. Was probably a little more expensive than the competition but hey it was done the same day and fast.The other item was a main shut off valve replacement. That I got a quote of around $960 for the replacement. Had someone from the city replace a water meter and he told me I could do it myself if I wanted and it wasnt too hard but I am not going to mess around with that stuff. So got 5 other quotes. All 5 were right around 200 bucks for labor and materials. Almost 800 bucks is quite the difference.I would say that for smaller stuff that you may need done fast, Apex may be worth it but definitely get more than 1 quote.
Toby and his assistant John were fantastic. They came out same day, gave me an estimate&were finished within a couple of hours. They went above and beyond by offering to& fixing a non related pipe that I merely asked them a question about. They were polite and courteous and Toby was very knowledgeable. I started out to get an estimate on the rocking toilet, but because of the structural issue with the house it turned into replacing the pipe that connects to the toilet because the floor dropped about 2in below toilet. This needed to be done but I think being a repeat customer I would expect discounts. The cost to do this work I think was overpriced. But Chris, the plumber did a fantastic job, he was professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I would choose Apex again, but they need to take a look on what they are charging people who are already having financial issues, due to the economy.
Brandyn was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Very fast response to a valve that had broken on the main water line coming into our 5 unit condo complex(ours just happens to be the one for row). Sought out the specific valve needed and returned promptly to finish the job. Fast, easy, efficient, clean. Highly recommend!
Chris and his apprentice were very prompt, courteous. They provided an estimate immediately and performed the work quickly and carefully. He did find a future need, but did not press for it to be done. I would highly recommend Apex.
Technician was able to come earlier than expected. Was called and verified if an earlier time was okay before dispatch send the tech out instead of them just showing up unannounced. Communication was great, and the service was better! I like that there was a 90 day guarantee with the drain cleaning service and if it needed done again within 90 days it will be covered.
Daniel was very professional and helpful, to get our new water heater to work. We bought it and installed it ourselves, but there was a defective part inside the heater. He found it and was able to replace it. We where very happy that we called Apex and that Daniel was sent out.

Dan was great and very professional. On time show up and quick diagnostics, shoe cover all the time was nice plus. There was no pushing sales pressure it was just straight facts and concerns directed.Problem was fixed relatively short amount of time.Well cleaning after also very nice.I would recommend Apex to everyone that I know.
Toby was the technician and he had an apprentice (Jason). Both gentlemen were well mannered, polite, down to earth and friendly. Plumbing is expensive, but they were transparent at every step. They came same day (insanely great customer interaction) with the phone representative all the way to technician. Gen X friendly with google reviews, texts with photos of technicians and call ahead to make sure it’s convenient. This is a Friday and we got same day service. I can’t stress how great this was. Please give these people a raise!!!!
Chris W. and Josh did a great job here on the 22nd of March. They were very friendly and respectful. They showed us everything they were going to do and how much it would cost. They did not pressure me into anything, very professional. They were very understanding when they kept having to step over my dog, she is old and dont move around much. Had a gas leak inside the house they had to fix a pipe that is between 2 floors. It took Rob & Daniel about 12hrs. & Rob’s ingenuity but they came up with a plan that didn’t include cutting into a finished ceiling. Professional, mannered & cared about the people not just the job. I would highly recommend.
Nate was fantastic! Excellent communication from the time I scheduled the appointment until the appointment was done. Repair required shut off from the city and Nate communicated with the City and made sure the water was turned back on the same day! Will definitely recommend and use APEX Plumbing again.

Adam did an excellent job! He considered an alternate approach to replace the entire stool, but we concluded there was additional risk finding a new stool to exactly match the current impression in the stone floor. We had an exterior gas line added for two Natural Gas Grills. The Team did an excellent job from start to finish. They cleaned up before they left and made sure we were satisfied with their workmanship. We will definitely call Apex first for any plumbing projects!

They replaced our broken sump pump and installed a battery backup. The sumps are much quieter than our old ones, no issues so far after many storms. Professional, great quality, fair price. overall we are very happy.
Yesterday my Wife told me the water heater was leaking. Scheduled an appointment online yesterday afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised to get a spot for this morning. Nate arrived on time and replaced my ancient (1999!) leaking water heater with a brand new one. I decided to also go with the optional expansion valve and drain setup. The whole process was quick and painless, and he also gave me quotes on replacing my equally ancient sump pump and aging valve at the main line before he left. Of course I hate spending so much money on such short notice, but I realize it had to be done and that it was a job best left to a pro. Peace of mind and money well spent. Thanks Nate!
I needed an old plastic main valve replaced and a replacement water heater installed. Chris did an excellent job pre, during, and post work. He was kind, considerate, and explained his work. He was also very clean and removed all debris at the end of the job. My first encounter with Apex but I would not hesitate to use them again.

I’ve used this company for four jobs in a short period of time on our new house and they’ve been responsible, neat, and consistently show great workmanship. Their install crew was just here for a sewer line replacement and explained all the steps and left it looking very nice. I highly recommend.
I had A Mann/Apex plumbing come out and give me an estimate on our plumbing project. They came out the next day and exactly when they stated they would be coming. Adam was very professional. We had an emergency situation in Newark and made numerous calls for service and Apex was the only service willing to come out the same day, all others said it would be 2 weeks before they could even evaluate the issue. I appreciated the texting system snd responsiveness. The technician, Josh was professional and friendly, thorough and extremely neat and respectful of the fact I work from home and was on multiple conference calls during the time he was working. Josh completed the work and explained everything throughout the day. I would recommend Apex to anyone and would use them again.
Nick and Justin showed up within an hour after I tried to take a shower in my new home and the water came out of the ceiling on the lower floor. They were awesome, affordable, and overall 10/10 would recommend. This was a Saturday morning!!! So impressed and happy with my working shower now!

Daniel was on time and very professional. Explained the problem and the options I needed to consider to fix the water heater. After this discussion, I decided it was best to replace it. He left to pick up the new heater and returned promptly. With traveling to get the new fixture and installing it the whole process was completed in less than 3 hours. I will use Apex Plumbing in the future.

Very responsive- were able to come out on a Saturday within a few hours of initial call. Gave 30-minute heads-up when they were coming out. We had a fairly big job and Mike worked hard to make sure things were resolved, even thought it was getting late on a Saturday. Mike walked us through our options and was able to replace our toilet and set us up for follow-up on some other issues. We were very grateful for MIkes help!
I had an issue on Friday afternoon where I really didn’t want to wait til Monday. I called Apex around 12:45. They said they could be there that afternoon. They called 30 minutes before arrival. Justin was on time and very pleasant. He explained everything to me and the cost. He was done quickly and fixed the issue.

Chris Welch took care of ALL my plumbing needs. My home is twenty years old and needed numerous updates! Chris was knowledgeable, friendly, PATIENT with me and my thousands of questions!!! He made suggestions and allowed me to decide without pressuring me. He gave me the confidence that he sincerely wanted to help me and tried to keep costs down as much as possible . If he didn’t have an answer for me, he found one. I seriously could not have asked for anyone else!!! He is a keeper!!!!! Our service started on the wrong foot because the office failed to call and let us know there was a delay. James turned it around. He did a great job! My suggestion for the office is to be more responsive. The techs have to deal with clients and it is not their fault when you do not return calls. Overall, because James was sooo good at what he does and his personality was really nice, I would use the company again. Thank you for making a stressful situation better!
Fantastic company! Great crew - John who identified the problem and Brandon who fixed the problem along with his crew we great to work with. We also had our sump pump replaced. Can’t remember the names of the two guys that worked on the sump pump but they were awesome too!! Highly recommend this company! Apex is now in my contacts under plumber. Will only use them!
Rob and his assistant did an amazing job with our project! We got them to move some plumbing around for a sink and fridge that we moved. They were out within a week for the quote and again to do the actual work even with having to reschedule several times. I can assure you that this was not a fun job since it involved a dirty/muddy military crawlspace and a hose to wash off and clean up, but they got the job done, and it looks good! We were a little concerned to hire a plumber based off Google reviews alone rather than a recommendation from a friend, but we were not disappointed. We will keep them in mind for future plumbing needs!
Scheduling was quick and easy. They got me in as fast as they could because I had a leak. They.gabe a window from 0800-1300 but they arrived at 1000! Keenan was professional, quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue, gave me some good advice, and left . Will use Apex again especially when I get another hose connection put in to my backyard.
Apex was great! I had no gas due to leaks in my house. I found Apex and they came out right away, gave me a fair estimate and got to work right away. Rob was calm, professional, and knowledgeable. Attempted to get an estimate from Apex Plumbing Pros. First appointment: no show, office called hours later to tell me the plumber couldnt get to you.Next time slot was *four days* later, but they promised that I was a priority for the 8am-1pm slot. Surprise, another no show and a call at 4pm saying, are you available for our appointment now? Nah, bro.If I cant trust them to make an appointment, I cant trust them to do work on my home. Dont waste your time!
Angel and Randy came on time, possibly the most punctual business ever. I am a property manager so i deal a lot with a variety of businesses. The consulting was free, they took pictures, and even advised me on how to fix it. Completely free. Ive never been happier with with a business. They were so thorough. I 1000% recommend them, i know they will be my go to from now on.
I would NOT use Apex, save yourself the headache. The work they did was ok. The follow-up to fix anything has been terrible as mentioned in previous reviews. This is especially frustrating considering they are not cheap. What I have found is that when we wanted our water heater serviced, we had a response and a technician out in hours telling us we needed a new one. After the job cost us over $3400, a general contractor working on other things pointed out that: 1.) our new water heater was larger and 2.) It was placed even more center of our basement than the previous heater making giving us even less space free basement space if we close it in. We did not realize the few inches of misplacement was such a huge problem, but even more important, that the company could have moved the heater about 1-2 feet over and got it out the middle of the floor since they were doing a brand new install. We called to inquire about moving it over (12-24 inches) towards a corner, had a tech out in 3 hours give us a quote of $850. We inquired about moving it a few inches back to at least where it was, also $850. While he did confirm they try to place it where it was, it is not. Also, I discussed with the tech, do us a service for the money we paid and tell us before you cut pipes short that we can actually move the heater a little for more space. We may not know things as a consumer so we depend on the company we pay... Fast forward, a manger calls and says the best he can do is $400. We advised we need to think about the price. We get a text asking if we want to proceed and advised the manager we did not get the new quote. He resent the $850 quote within 3 minutes. We advised that was not promised. The manager never responded to the text and when called, did not answer. OVERALL, I prefer a private smaller company that can personalize service and return messages as they depend heavily on their customer base. I WOULD NOT USE APEX as their price does not match their customer service and follow-up.
Cant say enough good things about this team. They were prompt and had fantastic attitudes and great craftsmanship. The longer story - we were in a bind during a basement renovation when our last contractors began work without an approved plan from the city, so they werent able to pull permits. I found Apex Plumbing on HomeAdvisor and they were quick to come help us out after we had a new plan approved. They consistently made sure I was happy every step of the process. Heres some photos of the plumbing rough-in and the concrete cover-up (they even added a new floor drain to get it out of the way of the hallway were building in the finished basement). Passed inspection on the first try. Nice job!
We came home late Sunday night to water damage in our basement. After leaving messages for many places, Apex was the first to show up and we are glad they did. Justin did a great job - replaced a sump pump which allowed the water to drain and replaced our hot water tank. He explained the process to me and was very professional and respectful. He worked long hours that day to make sure we were where we needed to be for work to continue the next day. The next day we were visited by Toby and John who replaced a pressure switch and gauge on our well pump. They ensured that we had proper running water, that all breakers were turned back on and everything was functioning as it should before leaving. Both of them were excellent and I would recommend Apex to anyone who needs plumbing services.
The gentleman that came was very respectful to my renters, very clean, and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the work that he did and the price I paid. I have 44 rentals and I wont call any other plumbers from here on out.
Responded quickly to a request for service. I needed to determine a source of water in my attic (not roofing). Apex was able to send out Chris who quickly identified the problem with my drain vent pipes. They provided a quote and set expectations for the job. Services were pricey. Happy with my Apex experience.
James was amazing! Very kind and professional. Left my house at 9pm on a Saturday after 8 appointments that day, and the entire time he was extremely friendly, not once did he show any frustration. Great employee!
Called for my elderly parents to have gas work done for a gas leak. They were there 45 minutes in charge $750 and one of their techs tested the line and said it was 100%, however they tested the line to the gas company and not the line in the house the pressure was zero. When the gas company came back out and test the lines they of course not turn on the gas and told us to call back the company. When they were contacted the first time they said since it was a holiday weekend of July 4 and we would not be able to have anyone out to the house that Friday. I called on behalf of my parents and they were able to send out another plumber who spent three hours there. They charged another thousand dollars. They tested the line and said it was good again . Columbia Gas came out again and they said that there were still leaks in the line. Because of it being Fourth of July weekend we had to wait until Tuesday, they sent back another person who at that point put pink dye in the line which got on a brand new floor.They said all the gas lines were so bad that they needed to be replaced and they were sending out a another person to give an estimate on replacing the lines. We were told $4000. We called another company in which charge 400 less. I would not recommend this company to anyone, after complaining about the issue they only returned $850
The water feed hoses to my washer would not budge. Apex came the same day. No travel charge. Service person was able to get them loose and replace. Company kept me informed of when he would arrive s and there he was!

Chris was very polite, friendly, and informative throughout the whole interaction. My toilet was leaking which caused damage to the ceiling in the family room. The leak was first fixed by my home warrantys plumbing contractor and they actually made the problem worse which lead to the damage in the ceiling. Along with providing a top notch repair, Chris was extremely knowledgeable on how to deal with the home warranty company in order to get reimbursed for the repair cost.
Marcus was great! Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed shower, tub faucet and made outside faucet secure to house. I will tell family and friends a about these repairs and definitely recommend this company and Marcus!
Nick and his partner did a great job at fixing our plumbing in the bathroom. A new main stack needed to be installed and the old one removed, new pipes ran from the stack out to toilet, shower and sink. They put the toilet back in place and installed the new vanity cabinet and faucet. The leaks and blockage in our pipes that occurred due to the handyman we had do our shower was corrected, too. They did a great job!
Our hot water tank had the burner go out for no disclosed reason. My wife and I couldnt figure out what was going on, so we called Apex since they were one of the only companies offering 24/7 assistance*. Josh came out, diagnosed the problem quickly and walked us through what was happening with little to no hassle. Only hiccup was that our part wasnt available for same day service, but with a weekend issue, thats to be expected. Thank you for the easy and hassle-free experience!
Chris, my technician was amazing. He helped save me money by repairing my garbage disposal when I thought I was going to need to replace it.My only complaint is the cost of garbage disposal installation. For an existing mount youre looking at around $300. For a new fixture youre looking at $600. (The garbage disposal itself is $95-$120 new if you buy it on your own). I confirmed with the tech that its only a 20-40 min process to put one on an existing mount. So that means theyre charging $300 for less than an hour of work. Thats absolutely insane.

The work done was excellent and done quickly. The price was very expensive. Had them come out on a Saturday to get an estimate on replacing to old water heaters. The starting price was about $2000.00. They would be installing one 40 Gal. He said he had one on the truck and could do it now. He said the price would be another 250 more. Then again another $225 By the time he was finished it was a whopping $3300!

When Charles and Chris arrived for the consult they were very professional. Charles gave me all options available before we landed on purchasing a tankless water heater. I appreciated that he asked if the work could be done on the next day since it was raining so hard. They arrived on wed Feb 23rd. They did a fantastic job. They were courteous, the install went very well. They didn’t leave a mess. They were very particular about their work. They made sure we knew how the water heater worked and how we could connect our phones to it and set a time in the morning for the water can be hot when we started our day. I would definitely use them again for infrastructure issues in our home. I believe you left your crow bar here.

Worker was excellent and the ease of getting appointments was good, but price EXTREMELY TOO HIGH. For that reason, I would not recommend them or likely ever use them again.$200 to change out a water valve in bathroom that took him about 10 minutes with a product that costs around $20 at Lowe’s
Tim and Daniel did an outstanding job in repairing our pipe leak. We had water entering our basement due to the leak and they came on short notice and bailed us out.I was very impressed with Apex from the first phone call through the job completion.
We have a 100+ year old house that needed a thorough plumbing overhaul. Josh came out and walked me through the extensive project and told me it would take at least 3 days, so we were ready for a multi-day headache and aggravation. Instead we had 4 of the most wonderful, professional, and courteous guys show up to do the mammoth task. Brett, Logan, Mike, and Andi came in and made sure to communicate w us what the plan was and what they would be doing in each part of the house. Even when they encountered various amateur 70s plumbing hacks that had everyone scratching their heads, they came up w solutions and kept us informed. Each of them was simply amazing! They made what could have been a nightmare into an inconvenience that we just had to put up with for the three days. And to top it all off, they were the neatest workers we have ever had in the house. They were very conscientious and made sure to clean everything up as they went.
Technician was friendly and professional- overall experience was good but I think the price was too high - he was here for roughly an hour and the price was $406.00 - they wanted an extra $200.00 to pull and reset the toilet so I did that myself - 30 -45 min total to remove and replace plus $7.00 for the wax ring. That should have been included in the $406.
Dave is an experienced professional that answered a ton of questions I had and he never tried to “sell” me or blow smoke. Real straight shooter and nice guy. The work was super quick and professional as well.

Had a very good experience with Apex. Plumber, C. Welch, came within 2hrs (on his Saturday off even) and troubleshooted my water heater within 5m. He got me a quote for a new heater and installed it within 4hrs. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and even cleaned up the dirt tracks his boots left on the hardwood floor because it was a rainy day. Would definitely recommend Apex and I will personally use them again based off my initial experience with them.

Angel was on time and very professional. I contacted the company to have a shut off installed for my gas stove to be hooked up. The installer was able to put in the shut off valve because I called after 4pm they were able to come out the next morning because I told them it was not an emergency because they were coming out the next morning.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable and the price was right. Needed to have the divider part removed and replaced on the shower but could not get it removed. It took him no time at all to get it removed and make it easier for us the next time to replace the device
Arrived within an hour of my 911-ish call. Our dog had no issue with Shawn. He put on booties to avoid tracking in dirt. Honestly, he didnt need them in our mess of a basement. He told me he could take care of snaking the entire main line in the house & push it out if need be.He was careful, and let me know when he was done, that I needed another cap on the 4 access pipe as ours was corroded. Got one at Lowes an hour later.The cost was higher than I imagined. An ad on the site said $89 for a main line. I understand the service, knowledge & tools involved are included, but $500 was very steep & unexpected. (Also got a power snake at Lowes) Everything was fantastic, except the price. Shawn was patient, kind & took care of the issue professionally. The dispatcher was a pro as well.Definitely recommend service, if you can afford it. Thanks Shawn!! :)

I called Apex to quote a bathroom repair and they never showed up to the appointment (gave me a 5 hr window to wait for them), never answered my follow up calls or returned my message. Couldn’t move forward with this project even if I wanted to since I can’t reach them, but I do not recommend wasting your time with this company.

Main water service line busted due to cold weather a few weeks ago. I’ve used APEX in November for a clogged kitchen drain so I knew they did great work and had upfront competitive pricing. Josh came out to check the situation and immediately knew what was going on. He was able to break down his vision and approach which helped me understand what type of work they will need to do. Crew members came out and we had water within 4-5 hours. I recommend this company and will be doing business with them in the future.
Toby and John from Apex Plumbing promptly arrived within the hours quoted, found and fixed the leak quickly and were on their way. I received a comparable quote with another plumbing company but was happy that there were no additions for the price quoted. There was some drywall cutting that occurred and Toby and John cut holes that can easily be repaired and left no mess behind. They were very competent and I would highly recommend Apex.

Company was very fast to answer. I made the appointment 1/13/22 for 1/14/22 and on the 14th, I started experiencing worse conditions before my appointment, called, and they sent a tech out immediately. Justin was very knowledgeable and was able to give me tips on what I need to have replaced next. 10/10 would recommend.

Michael was very courteous and worked quickly. He took pictures of the piping under our kitchen sink and showed me how it had been incorrectly installed by a previous owner of our house. He replaced all of it and it looks great. He also replaced our disposal and pointed out where it was corroding and leaking. Then he cleaned up which I really appreciated.
We spoke to someone at Apex after midnight and they had someone call us back around 7:15 am. Justin and his coworker arrive a little after 8 am. We were so surprised with the quick response. Justin and his coworker were great. They explained the issue and what they did to resolve it. We were quite pleased with the service.

Seasoned knowledgeable professionals were sent to my home to address a myriad of plumbing issues that seemed to be small issues for the past week or two or longer and then became a larger issue that needed attention. You know when your sink drain slows down to a trickle, and youre afraid to run your dishwasher it is time to call in help. My issues were several and it took them one day to give me an estimate and then parts of two days to address all of our issues. Apex Plumbers knew immediately what was wrong with the disposal hook-up and the incorrect dishwasher hook-up along with our clogged drain issue. They could have completed the jobs sooner but were kind enough not to work late into the evening as Ill admit I am old and tired. After some light touch up cleaning things are back to normal at our house. I would highly recommend Apex Plumbing Pros.
BUYER BEWARE!!! I contacted this company to come and quote me to replace 30 of underground clay waste pipe. They quoted me $15,000. Being in a pinch I had little options but to go with them. My mistake was that I contacted several other plumbers and no one got back to me, and I told the estimator this. He saw that I was in a bind and took advantage of me. I understand emergency services come with some extra cost but not double. They showed up late each day and left early. Their contractors left cigarettes all down my driveway. My lesson learned is please please please get at least 3 quotes! Finally had several plumbers get back to me and quoted me half, some even less then half, to perform the same work. I fired them on the spot and had the honest plumber finish the work. To fall for the fancy truck logo like I did!

I had a top notch experience working with Apex! I called and someone answered the phone right away. They scheduled me for an appointment the next morning. Justin came to our home and he was friendly, knowledge and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue with our sump pump quickly and explained everything in detail. The resolution to our issue is a bit more complex than expected so he was able to schedule his colleague to come out later today for an accurate quote. Trevor did an awesome job. He repaired the fixtures in our shower and in our bathroom sink. Our replacement fixtures were difficult to install because they have not been changed since our home was built 50 years ago. Trevor is very nice. I can attest to the honesty of the two plumbers who came to our home to repair our garbage disposal. Once they inspected it they found that the disposal just needed to be reset by a push of a button. Called me right away to schedule and came out same day. Fixed the problem in no time and at a reasonable price. Holden cleared my clogged drain very quickly and professionally. Highly recommend apex will definitely use them again when needed.
Lance and Daniel arrived on time and were very courteous. Efficiently presented the options available, once the decision was made they gathered all needed materials and returned when they said they would. Installed our new water heater, cleaned up everything, asked if there was anything more they could do, and thanked me. The entire experience was less than four hours. I tried five other local plumbers, the two that called back said they were too busy. I will definitely call Apex in the future.
Deal with Apex Plumbing Pro has been a God awful experience. It is a long story. But I will say that they will be 2 hours or more late showing up. They will not have to proper tools to do the job to where they need to leave to go get set tools. They will start the job and not finish it. Say they will be back the next day and not show up. (Still waiting for them to finish said job) I hope if anyone else uses this company to do any work that they do a much better job than they have done for me!
James did a great job fixing the toilet issue. He was considerate, professional and took care to finish in a timely manner. I will use Apex again should I have any plumbing issues! Thx James!
Our situation was the incoming main line to our meter was weeping inside. Todd scheduled a time through out water department to have it shut off while he was here and replaced the fitting. Once finished he took care of having the water department come out while he was here to make sure no leaks were were happening. Todd also was here when he said he would be here and took time to explain the steps that would be taken to fix our problem. I will have no problem using Apex plumbing again for any future projects. Great value and work.
My sump pump went out and Toby was on the scene within 2 hours of my call. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again if needed, and hope I get Toby.
Justin came quickly and identified the issue with my drains. Was great at communicating a plan, not pushing me on anything and working together to get a fix fast. Highly recommend!
Dusty was on time and very professional. He told me what needed to be done and gave me the best options based on his professional experience. In addition to the toilet he replaced, he replaced a sump pump. He found the best option and installed exactly what I needed. Dusty even found better hardware that was less expensive than we first expected and installed the better option, resulting in savings and value for me. I would definitely use Apex Plumbing and hope Dusty comes back if I needed any further plumbing work.
I WAS PANICED to say the least. Called a long list of companies while a failing sump pump bellowed from the basement. Company after company commenced with taking my information only to provide a next day service. When the pump is failing, 5 minutes is too long to wait; know what I mean? Louis from Apex answered in a peaceful voice and proceeded with the information-gathering spiel I had become so familiar with. BUT, he had the exact thing I was looking for....empathy. He understood from my tone that this situation was paramount and quoted me a time of 30 minutes to arrival! Louis was my savior.Our tech was Nick (or Nic) and he took charge of the situation. The problem itself was not as, shall I say critical, as I had imagined. But when water is threatening to breech the rim of the sump-pump-well, everything is a three-alarm fire. He did a great job to A) fix the problem at hand and B) recommend additional improvements to better the pump situation in the future. They are now on speed dial in the important spot of Sump Pump Guy (right beside Furnace Guy and Electric Guy). Give them a call.
I have used Apex Plumbing twice . Rob was my plumber both times. He was timely and very professional. He fixed my needed repairs and even inspected my water tank to see if it was working properly. Quality service and great pricing. I will definitely use this company again . Thank you Rob!
Trevor was very professonal and knowledgable. He determined the issue quickly and had the part needed on hand. Took him almost no time at all to finish. I am very happy and would call Trevor anytime I need a plumber.
Excellent installation. Only drawback is I dont have any installation instruction sheet or parts list. Therefore, I have no way to do self repairs. I am wedded to the same plumbing company even for minor repairs I would normally do.myself.
Our water heater had a small leak at the bottom that we noticed in the afternoon. Apex sent Rob out the same day to assess the issue. He was able to have a new water heater installed and running by the next morning. Due to the quick service, our flooring did not sustain any water damage. Were extremely grateful for the timeliness, quality of work and professionalism from Rob and all of Apex Plumbing.
I was alerted of arrival by text with 40 minute window. Appreciated the notice and he arrived promptly and did a great job quickly and efficiently

2022-05-12Absolutely outstanding customer service by Apex Plumbing. The Licking County Humane Society was working a Humane Agent case where two kittens were trapped. Thanks to the efforts of Chris Welch, Josh Salmons and everyone at Apex, the kittens were saved. Chris and Josh were absolutely wonderful to work with, very professional, friendly and cared deeply about animals! Would recommend Apex to anyone looking for assistance with their plumbing.

2022-07-26My experience has been a nightmare that’s lasted over 3 months and keeps getting worse. April 16th I had them out to replace my upstairs bathroom faucet under the home warranty. Job was completed and then 3 days later I come downstairs to water coming out of my ceiling. I called Apex and they got someone there pretty quickly and I learned that the guy that replaced the faucet didn’t tighten a water line. To their credit they did get All Phase restoration out the same day to start the drying process. 8 days later after everything was dry, they told me that the construction crew would be in contact to set up a time to repair the damage to the drywall and ceiling . Fast forward to July 21st after the lame duck construction crew gave me the run around for 3 months- they finally come to install the vanity in the bathroom-they got it in but again left everything else unfinished. I come downstairs this morning and surprise surprise there’s water coming out of my ceiling under the vanity they just put in yesterday. The nightmare basically starts all over again. During this process I’ve had to reach out to Apex after never getting a follow up unless I call first. No owner or manager has ever reached out on their own, until this morning when the situation became unbearable and I had to call again. If the situation somehow gets rectified I will update my review to let people know. Until then please beware of what you’re getting into with this company. 2nd picture is from April, first and last are from today, the nightmare is getting worse.

Once Josh arrived, he was cordial, professional, attentive to replacing the pop up drain that I partially installed. He took care of fit\/finish, cleaned after himself, and checked his work for leaks. I will consider Apex Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

They accomplished so much in just one day! 5 starts for Tim, Justin and Nick!I would give the company 5 stars, I just didn’t appreciate how the price kept changing throughout the day with ALOT of “fluff.” Then today no one showing up to finish the job while we have an 8 foot deep 9 foot long 3-4 ft wide, unprotected ravine, and a 8ft tall 13 foot diameter of dirt and human waste just sitting in our front yard… the smell is offending my neighbors and I’m beginning to worry the venerability of my foundation as the ravine sides collapse and it’s getting ready to rain….

2022-06-29Chris W. was the technician from Apex Plumbers Pro that provided plumbing services at my home. I had a laundry list of plumbing concerns, for my house is 50 years old, and needed some attention to the plumbing. Chris was punctual, assessed the situation and and came up with the best course of action. I felt comfortable with information he gave and the cost associated with them. Later Josh came to assist Chris, they both did an excellent job, highly skilled, personable and professional. I have already recommended Apex Plumbers Pro to two of my neighbors already. I am very pleased with this company. I will need to address a couple of more plumbing issues and will request Chris ( or Josh) as my technician.

2022-03-07Impressed is an understatement! I called Apex when my moms water heater went out and the company her home warranty sent couldnt repair the shut off valve. They came within 1.5 hours of me calling and were amazing. They repaired the shut off valve and took the time to explain everything. We were so impressed we had them install the new hot water tank instead of using the home warranty company. Charles was able to do everything the same day and worked around the water mitigation company. He was so professional and did a great job. We will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing needs!

2022-02-26Needed battery backup sump pump. First company I contacted that made scheduling a free inspection painless. Toby showed up on time and thoroughly explained my options. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, extremely personable, and very knowledgeable and efficient in the installation process. They worked with me to fit the job within my budget. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing-related needs (will specifically request Toby) and will refer family and friends to them. Great company! Keep up the good work!

2022-02-01James came out just a few hours after I called Apex. I expected a good few days or more before we’d be able to get anyone out here. Additionally, we never expected service the same day. We thought we’d be scheduling service after a consultation. James was great to work with! Very polite, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing and why. We had an idea of what we needed, and it would have been a much more expensive service. James explained why we didn’t need it, when he could very easily have just gone with it and taken out money! He even helped carry our packages in as soon as we got here! Plus, his work is under a 90 day warranty now, so if we have any further issues he’ll come back out! We’ll definitely use Apex again!

2022-06-20The service was amazing from Apex Plumbing pros. Josh quickly came out, reviewed my issue, quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through to the estimate. He was able to fix the issue the same day, took plenty of pictures and walked me through the issue. He was super friendly the entire time, chit chatted with me while explaining the process and even gave me a company to contact for dry wall repair as well. Will be using Apex plumbing in the future and cannot recommend Josh enough!

2022-05-19Apex plumbing is a great business. Their customer service was friendly, fast and made sure everything went smoothly for our appointment. Justin, the plumber they sent was also very friendly, fast, knowledgeable, respectful and so helpful. He knew immediately what was wrong. The whole visit and process went above and beyond my expectations. I was hesitant to even have a plumber come here because we had one come years ago for the same pipe and it obviously wasn’t fixed right but Justin came here and knew right away what the problem was, in less than a minute. I couldn’t believe he knew that quickly what the problem was and how to fix it. He showed us what was wrong and even told us how to fix it ourselves. That in itself is amazing and it shows what a great business this is and they actually care about you and that’s very rare. If anyone is looking for a plumber, you can’t go wrong with Apex Plumbing because they’ll take care of any problems you have and you won’t regret your decision to use them. I highly recommend Apex Plumbing and if I need anything in the future, I’ll be calling them again.
