Hired them for the value - rehired them for the professionalism, quality, and responsiveness!!John and David have created a customer for life! I initially had them install some recessed lights in two rooms, which they completed on time, on budget, and left the spaces cleaner than they found them. All the other electricians I received quotes from let me know they would have left holes in the ceiling due to a lack of attic access, but John and his team created the access they needed and repaired the hole in an adjacent closet - at a fraction of the price of the other quotes! They did such great work that I got a quote for updating the rest of our recessed lights before they even left.Just a couple weeks later, after a DIY light switch project caused a mysterious third location to stop working, I called them for help. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment for the following day with Carrie, but due to an opening in their schedule, the team was back at my house the same day I called! They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue (not DIY-related, hooray!). I will definitely be calling them again in the future! Thanks again, gents!

I found out that I needed a circuit breaker replaced for the AC unit, I always try to hire local (east side) companies with a good reputation.I called John, of Apex, late in the day on Thursday and explained my problem, he was able to fit me in for an early appointment on Friday morning. John was super friendly, and explained some things about the older electric panel that we have, and the work was done at a very fair price, I would definitely use him again.
John and his crew are amazing. I had a room with rather pitiful lighting and John was able to come in and put up canned lighting quickly and at a reasonable cost. The thing that will always make me want to use them again is that some of the housings for the canned lighting were not the greatest and led to short bulb life, obviously no fault of Johns, but he came and replaced everything at no cost. I also want to give a shout out to Brandon who had to fix everything with a naked baby running around
John just completed a job at our house to repair a non-working outdoor outlet. He also repaired a bathroom outlet after he so kindly asked if there was anything else I wanted him to take a look at. He completed the work at a very reasonable price, took the time to explain what was needed, and didnt try to recommend unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend his expertise and he will be our go-to electrician from now on.
Great experience, love the work they did and will be having them come out to do some more work. We had two pendant lights installed over a breakfast bar, recessed lighting in an office installed, outlet behind TV and soundbar and a neutral wire for smart switches. I have a few other projects to do and look forward to seeing them again.
Im so glad I found these guys! Duke Energy told me they could no longer help me and that I needed to hire an electrician. They came out to my home within an hour. It only took them 5 minutes to figure out the problem and it turned out that Duke had never turned on my meter. I called Duke while they were still here and they even spoke to the representative for me, as I had no idea what I was talking about. They are kind, courteous, and very professional. Their customer service is stellar! I will most definitely be calling them again and will recommend to my friends and family.

I am a contractor who has used Apex a number of times. They are honest and fair. Yes, they may be busy, but good electricians usually are.
Cannot comment on the service, Electrician was supposed to be at house at 7:30am, showed up at 8:15. Was told i would have quote within the hour, received 3 hours later. asked several questions INCLUDING trying to book the service, literally havent heard a word since. Im calling BS on a straight 5 stars on Google.
To sell my house which is 33 years old I needed to do some electrical updates. John and his crew did an excellent job and I would use Apex again if needed.I would also recommend Apex Electrical to anyone needing service.

Hi id like to say i really love these guys.. they are the best electric company... they are all really nice and on top of it these guys saved our trailer home from having some bad electric issue they got it fixed up and totally going again these guys are definitely the best number 1 place and if anyone needs help with electric i definitely say that they are the ones you should definitely call if you need them for power fixing and alot more they are 10 out of 10 in my opinion really appreciate them for everything they have done.......

2021-12-01I was very pleased with all aspects of their services. Its the holidays, but they were easy to get a hold of, prompt with communication,and worked to slide me in on a day that worked for me too. The techs showed up when they said they would, were knowledgeable and professional, very easy to talk to and deal with. They got in, did great work, and left no mess. The cost was very very fair, and it was easy to pay.I will be using them again in the future!

2018-01-17John and his journeyman Todd were on time, professional, very clean, and did great work. I needed them to install a brand new ceiling fan where there was previously no power. It needed to be run to to a tight attic space with plaster ceilings and walls. I also needed them to be sure that the wiring was setup for Lutron smart switches that worked with Alexa that controlled fan and light separately, check why an old fluorescent light with new bulbs suddenly stopped working in the kitchen, and replace an existing light fixture in the hallway.I was up front with them about what my budget was for the project and they they worked diligently to get all of the work I needed done in less than half a day and right on par with the budget. Unfortunately the smart switches I was looking for do not exist yet but we were optimistic that they would be available soon. John installed individual switches for the light and fan for now and he told me that if needed he would be happy to help walk me through the process of switching them over once the switches were available.The ceiling fan and new light fixture looked great and John reassured me that the fixture in the kitchen had a bad ballast and the power going to it was not the issue. They used drop cloths that covered most of the room and carried a portable shop vac to help keep the plaster dust to a bare minimum and they would switch shoes every time they needed to go to their truck. Very professional, diligent, and the best price. Would absolutely use again.

The electrical repair was conducted by Noah and he was very nice and left the area clean when finished. The price was fair and the company very professional. From customer service to work performance and professionalism, this is the company youre looking for. Carrie was impressive and knowledgeable when I called to request a quote for service. She was courteous and an expert customer relations representative. Tod came to the job in time for us to discuss the details before he started working. He also was courteous, knowledgeable, and put us at ease as first-time customers. His work was exceptional. He also discussed with me some other ideas to improve our electrical safety (like old wiring and connections), but he didnt pressure. I am now a loyal customer, and look forward to working with Apex on future projects.

2020-02-21As a contractor we aspire to use only the best contractors in town and this crew from Apex has shown us it is the best. We have a hard time getting electricians to show up for estimates let alone the work they quoted, not these guys though! After going through countless amounts of electricians we know we can count on this company to provide all our major electrical needs from panel upgrade to whole house re-wires. They even took care of some old nasty knob and tube issues for some of our customers. We highly recommend using Apex for all your electrical needs as a home owner or contractor.

2018-10-22John and Apex are amazing!! They were the only company that seriously responded to my call to fix the lead going into my house when the wind blew a limb down that pulled the power line and left me without power. Very courteous and very professional and reasonably priced. I will use them again and I will recommend them to everyone. Great job! Very satisfied.
