Brenda was an awesome driver not tailgating not speeding. She was on time. Do not like perfume scented ornaments included in van to cover up smells. Am allergic to them and cant breathe and she helped by isolating it in glove box and putting down window. I burnt up in the back of the last van I rode in and she offered the front seat .felt very comfortable and safe on my trip. Thank you Brenda!!!!
Prompt pickup at the appointed time and place, even with the complication of airline delays. The driver was personable and engaging. The ride was conducted professionally and I felt safe the entire trip.
Driver arrived 1/2 hour early. Refused to allow me to use the restroom before we left. She drove 20 miles over the speed limit, and was talking on her cell phone repeatedly during the ride. The second most frightening taxi ride I have ever had .
I was impressed. Very sharp looking taxi and had cool painting on the side so it stood out right away. A Very good driver and came to my location right on time and very polite. The temperature was comfortable in the car and the ride was very enjoyable . Ive been in other taxis that smelled and in between the smell and the heat gave me car sick. I didnt have a problem with this taxi ride. His car is very clean it smells pleasant and he dont keep the heat too high or too low and its a pleasant ride.I rode alot of taxi and I would have to say this was one of the best rides Ive ever had. You can tell this company takes pride in their work it is clean and they have A good driver. You cant ask for more. I had to leave A good review just to show my appreciation cuz you dont see that every day in all public transportation. You can tell this man takes pride in his work he showed up on time and his car is clean .thanks
Passenger dropped off at 12. Called at 230 for pick up. Was told someone would arrive within an hour. After an hour receptionist called again. Was told that driver arrived. No call was made. No attempt to check on elderly passenger. Left. Would need to wait an additional hour for someone to arrive. Next driver showed. Drove past location and parked at a different office. Called office. Nurse directed driver to proper location. Parked in the middle of parking lot and made elderly passenger walk to vehicle. Instead of pulling to door and assisting passenger. Not impressed. 4:10 passenger was picked up to go home.
The company itself was extremely late after sending me a message at 1:47 pm and map saying they were 3 minutes away. When a driver finally arrived it was close to an hour later. The driver was outstanding however the service at Anton’s was terrible.
I am handicapped after a bad fall right side of face and head also right leg/knee. Really in a lot of pain and door is too far off ground. This is why i requested Lynx. The driver was very helpful. He had a hard time getting me in vanHe was very professional but the door is too far off the ground without a tamp,

I have this star because the lady kept mashing on the gas and ran a red light and almost crashed twice. Me and my lil cousins was scared for are lives. She also mashed on the breaks twice and one of them times she made my cousins spill her ice water all over herself and some in the van.
Both of my drivers to and from were nice and friendly, and on time dropping me off and picking me up. The van was clean also which I like.

You guys are breath of fresh air, compared to valley transport./ 3/07..the driver was the best part of the drive today. I have trouble getting into the back, love your tracker, makes the wait easier when you can see where they are.
The female driver was very kind and professional, as well as a skilled driver, even though the roads were covered in several inches of the first snow of this winter season. However, the man sitting in the passenger seat she was training was rather unprofessional; When the female driver told her male trainee it was company policy that he must put on his mask while clients were in the car, he made a rude comment (calling masks face diapers) and I thought he put the mask on, but when I looked at his face a few minutes later, he was wearing the mask below both his mouth and nose, so that it provided absolutely zero protection for anyone in the car. He had to be reminded to put on his seat belt as well.

They were an hour late picking me up today and the other day they didnt show up to 10 minutes before my appointment time so it was no use in taking the ride and today the van was smelling nasty and the driver had three windows down in 39 degrees temperature I forgot your phone I would not recommend them to anybody
I booked a ride online using their website and got a voicemail a few hours later saying they’re not open at that time. How is it an option to schedule and confirm booking for a time when you’re not even open?! Lol.I called to figure it out and the guy that answered the phone was like “uh yeah we don’t open until 7am.” I asked him “how can I book a ride on your website for a time you’re not open? You might wanna fix your website.” He acted confused and replied “uhhhhh, what?” I just said “never mind” and hung up.This is my first and last experience with this company.
Addendum: Each time a ride is completed, there is a link to post a comment about the ride. That link takes one to Google, where one must sign in and leave a review. If a rider has ridden more than once, they are only able to leave a single review, because Google does not permit multiple reviews from any single account for any single business entity. My experience with Antons Transportation has always been good, but I feel it is unfair to the individual drivers to not have an opportunity to be given specific feedback from the customers, through this method. I hope Antons Transportation can address this matter. A single Google review is not the proper format to gather ride specific customer feedback.Original review, posted over a year ago, follows below:Transport vans have clear dividers to separate drivers from passengers; the drivers drive in a legal and safe manner; drivers maintain the cleanliness of their vehicles with top noch[sic] care. I am very impressed with the service, though it comes with a price tag to match. Round trip for my doctor appointment, covered by insurance, was near $50; the service far exceeded that of cheaper, less safe medical transit competitors in the area, however. Overall, excellent business.

He drove way too fast. I tried explaining that I have some nerve issues, then that my neck was hurting, then asking him to take his time. I wasnt looking at the speed only, but the jostling was excruciating! I was literally holding the handle above the window to hold on, cause the side I was on had no arm rest.
They are Number one and the only transportation company I will use, Im 100% disabled and they have always been there for me.From Corey the dispatcher to all the drivers, they show nothing but kindness and respect and always want to help by going the extra mile with whatever you need.

Antons transportation need to clean their vans. The inside of the Vans are very discussing, the van look like it was never cleaned before. I was afraid to sit in it and touch the door it was sooo nasty!. Pleeease clean your vans u run a business it should be clean. I wouldnt want to get in it if I had on something nice going somewhere and have to sit in their van,😬😝 and no one should have to sit in it being like that.The first time I This was NOT going to leave timea good review, but this time it was a ilil better taken Antons, the van was much better, the woman driver cleaned the van, thank you for cleaning the van, men just dont care if its nasty and will pick people up in the filth and expect everyone else to be filthy and want to sit in filth. Women wont want to sit up in filth if they have some sense and some cleansiness to them they will clean.

Three of 4 rides have been great. Very personable and helpful. One ride was awkward and uncomfortable. But 3 out of 4 isnt bad and Id definitely recommend them. If you can, sit in the front, it makes it more enjoyable and less awkward.

I was late getting to my appointment because my pickup time was at 10:30, they arrived at my home at 10:50. Plus they left me stranded at my doctor for two hours pickup time 12:00 they arrived at 2:00p.m. very unprofessional
This is my 2nd attempt with this company. THE PROS: they pick you up. They do get you to point B, usually way to early. THE CONS: the pick up, usually 30 minutes after the hour theyve promised you. This needs t be fixed. I did finally get a wonderful ride home with a very nice driver. There should be a way to compliment drivers individually.
The ride to my appointment was pleasant. The driver and I talked. It was a very pleasant ride. But, when you are an hour and 15 minutes late picking me up, then there is a problem. I was told that there were only two drivers today. If that is normal then they need to go out of business. I would have been in a heck of a mess had the business closed before they got there. I called my son he came and picked me up. I will call my insurance in the morning and try to get them not to pay for the second ride.

Vans are not very spacious for handicapped or one with leg problems. My first driver offered me the front seat which really helped a lot but his conversation wasn’t so, professional. My second driver didn’t even acknowledge me, help, or talk to me. The last drive I had was a great help, amazing music for the ride. So it’s in between. It’s not horrible. But they do need more options for those that need a bit more accommodating.
My first ride to and from therapy were great. No problems and no wait time. The last 3 rides to and from were horrible. The first one the driver didnt show up until I was so late I had to cancel my appointment. The next ride I was concerned about the driver coughing up a lung. The next one the driver was coughing and spitting into tissue then putting it in the sun visor. Neither of which were wearing a mask. I just felt like if they were coughing like that they should have had a mask on with the windows rolled up.
Used 2 times today. Both drivers were great.

Requested a ride from the airport at 7AM. Dispatcher told me it would be between then and 7:30 to have a car there. 7:02 and I see them pulling up. Great timing! Sam was a very nice driver and we had a great conversation talking cars. Would definitely use them again!
Did not use service, HOWEVER, whomever drives near Kettering/Moraine (older, white, man) was attempting to exit Circle K. He was completely on the right side as I was turning into the parking lot, realizing he was about to hit me, I beep my horn. As I am parking, he continues to lay on his horn and get out of his car, THREATENING, my passenger and myself to get out and indulge in a PHYSICAL ALTERCATION. This man needs some serious help.. I am pretty sure he had a passenger as well. Public beware.

I’ve had some of the worst rides with some of the worst drivers. From coughing, refusing to wear mask, literally arguing with a driver and being told to get out but had a Caresource representative on the phone…I do NOT like this company nor do I feel they are professional to have a contract with a medical provider… However the last couple of times usually after a situation I’ve gotten this lady..#18- JIMMITRIAThis woman’s presence will lift your heart..Great conversation 🙂Truly an angel….You definitely make my day !!!! I have used this company exclusively but infrequently for years now and have always found them to be courteous, helpful with clean cabs and remarkably nice personnel. However, when I called them at around 10 PM on November 14 to get a ride to the Dayton VA Medical center, the answering machine informed me that they were only operating from 7 AM to 7 PM because of Covid-19. Therefore I had to go with another cab company for this trip. If I need to go somewhere at night or in the early hours of the morning, I definitely need reliable transportation. I do not hold this against this company because there is the Covid-19 thing ... but other cabs were operating so I had to use them. But when Anton is operating, I dont believe you are going to get a better service anywhere you go. They are definitely top notch in my book!
He went to fast & got to close to car in front of him. My car got totaled so he had me freaking out. It took him 2 hours to pick me up. That is unacceptable.
Dude didnt know the area said the GPS will reroute easily but if Im paying fastest route less money should of been the way so a 9 dollar ride went upto 14.75 so wont do that again

This is part II of my request for a ride today. Finished with my, early, morning medical appointment at approximately 9:08am. To have some privacy from the waiting room I ducked into the one room ladies room to call Antons to schedule my pick up to return me home. The man that answered the phone was not the person my, early, morning contact was. Also, not sure our difficulty was issue with my cell phone, the building or the line into Antons but the receiver of my call was having problem hearing me. Explained I had stepped into ladies room for privacy as he said their was an echo in the background. I was told I was, very, rude to call from the bathroom sounding irritated with me. I told him I would call back in a few minutes, the call lasted 8 seconds. When I got down to the building lobby I placed a 2nd call. I got the same person who appeared to still not be able to hear me and ended my call (that call lasted 31 seconds), but not before I could hear someone in background talking to him regarding another disconnected call? I called right back, the voice responding on 3rd call sounded like a different man, more professional. 3rd call (9:14am/27 second call) completed my return home request. I received a text at 10:06am of my ride on the way. The ride back to my home, with the woman in #05, was a much more pleasant trip. I am near 74 years old, spent over 30 years in the medical and insurance field working with elderly patients. Even though the job got hectic/I may have been having a bad day, loosing patience with the patient/customer was not an option.
I had to call four times in order to be picked up. It took them two and a half to three hours to pick me up! I talked to four different people in the process and each one gave me a certain time for my pickup which never occurred until two and a half hours later. I loved the drivers!! They were GREAT!!!!!
The cabs are always clean and the drivers are always courteous theyre always on time.
They are never on time for drp offs or pickups, their drivers dont wear masks and the vans are incredibly uncomfortable
Dont know what happened today normally Antons is pretty good but today they were terrible. I was lucky I was still able to get into my doctors appointment cuz they showed up to pick me up at the time that I should have been at the doctors office.The return trip was horrible I had to call three times I got three different excuses and three different pickup times and nobody would show up it took me two hours to get a ride after having problems when arent they be honest with their customers I would have taken a bus instead
The driver came right on time and professional to get me to my appointment. Ive used some company that will always come late and not have regards for people’s time but this company is always on time. The van was clean and the driver was friendly and the conversation got my mind off my stomach pain. Good distraction. I gave Anthony a thumb up for a job well done.

What a pleasant experience! Anton was so prompt and timely. Even though I only traveled approximately 4 miles it was quite enjoyable! They are now my backup transportation. I will use them from now on when I am without my personal vehicle.

Shriners Childrens Hospital was supposed to have booked us a taxi but evidently we fell thru the cracks. It was a good thing I got the phone number for them. Cory answered the phone and took care of it and will call Cindy at shriners tomorrow to get things squared away. But Craig was our driver and he was awesome. Or second driver was Anthony and he was awesome too.
Driver Ralph, is always friendly, courteous, and carries himself in a professional manner. He ensures to take the most direct route to my destination whereas other drivers have on occasion taken a route that seems to be more scenic. I know when riding with Ralph I will be able to relax and enjoy the trip due to his concentration on the road and surroundings.I would be encouraged to recommend Antons Transportation to friends and family.

This was set up through caresource for provide a ride. On Thursday 8/26/21 My appointment was finished at 11am. I called 5 times to request return ride and each time I was disconnected, 6th time dispatcher said hello once and hung up. I called caresource to complain, they cave me the direct number to the office. Dispatcher tells me there is an hour wait for transportation,( the time is 11:23am now), I responded, okay. Its now 1pm, no cab and no phone call, so I call Antons. The dispatcher express to me that he had 2 drivers go home sick, a ride will be there to get you in 20 minutes or less. I did not get picked up until 2:15p, it was thunder storming horribly, instead of parking in handicap space in front of the door, the driver park 10 cars down, I had no umbrella and I use a walker. I had been gone since 9:15am and was suppose to be home by noon, I am diabetic, I missed my lunch and my insulin injection, but instead I had to senselessly wait over 3 hours for transportation just to pick me up. This was a very horrible experience 😡

For non medical transportation purposes. Second time had to wait over two hours to be pick up from a returned trip from appt to home. When contacted Anton Transportation directly. Dispatcher hung up on me then put my route in motion by sending a text after stating over 1 1/2 hour prior he had someone dispatch to get me. Very unprofessional unreliable!!!!
The driver of the number 10 van this morning was texting while driving and messing with her tablet the entire ride. She was driving erratically and at one point swerved into the right lane causing another vehicle to ride on the shoulder. I can honestly say I was scared for my own safety. I believe her name is Wendy.

Prompt arrival. The driver was friendly and curtious . A safe and pleasant trip. I like the text message allowing me to track the car picking me up. And I felt very comfortable knowing who my driver would be and the description of car and license number. I noticed right away how clean the car was, thats definitely a plus in my book. I rode with Anthony and he was a kind driver. He asked about my kids and chatted with me at all times. It was a nice highlight to my day. There was no awkwardness I would choose this again. On the car end the van was very cleaned up and spacious with plenty of room. There were no mysterious stains its wonderful. I would gladly ride again.
Driver was very weird he kept looking at me in the rear view mirror and he turned the heat on hell this was by far the weirdest experience that I have ever had

They made me wait over 2 hours for my ride when I scheduled 2 days ahead. When I asked the guy why didnt they had someone scheduled for me he hung up on me while I was talking in mid sentence. So I wouldnt recommend them. Sorry. I felt that was very rude and inconsiderate. I didnt get mad or raise my voice or anything.

They charged my 70 year old grandpa who has parkinsons 40 dollars to take a 3 Mile round trip from Owendale drive to the bank daymet on south Dixie and then to Walmart on south Dixie the whole trip was no longer than maybe 20 minutes with traffic and a total of 3 full miles could someone explain why it had cost so much considering no other special help was needed no matter how you add there prices up 40$ is extremely rediculuse for 3 miles
My ride was perfect Mick drove a little to fast but when I asked him to slow down a little he did. Very nice driver.holly was my ride she was a nice lady. Both drivers were good. One complaint I wasnt told that I was to have to have an i.d. number so I thought I was gonna bestuck at my location.the lady thats answered the phone when I called back to get a ride home wasnt very pleasant.

They were 30 minutes late picking me up and then the driver had to stop to get gas. Made me 40 minutes late to a very urgent doctor appointment. Will not use this ever again. Once before a driver for the company fell asleep at the wheel on a very busy street during rush hour and went up over a curb and hit a telephone poll. I honestly dont know how this company is still in business.
I just saw the driver reverse on a main road 100ft after he missed a turn....Two cars had to pass in no passing zone as the driver was stopped and then reversed. I cannot understand how a transportation service cannot follow the laws of the road. Equally this driving has to be some of the worst in a state that is already known for terrible driving...Next time when you miss a turn proceed until you can find a safe and legal place to turn around. Would advise a drivers ed refresher course.

Transportation services absolutely fabulous I have had two different drivers so far and they are wonderful. Had a bad experience with hey Local transportation company 2 weeks ago and was left at my doctors office for over 3 hours. Anton transportation is wonderful!
Antons taxi service is overpriced and unreliable!! I walked instead of calling this company!! The dispatch person is always rude and rushes you off the phone just to tell the next caller they have nothing available. My pick up was to be at 12:00pm - 1:15pm for a 2:00 pm pain management apointment. I called UHC at 12:00 to make sure my ride was scheduled. They said yes and they would be here between 12 and 1:15pm I called again at 1:15 still no ride. The driver finally showed up at 1:48. I was late. I do not have confidence in Antons. I canceled my return home trip.
Says they are handicap accessible but they arent. They need to have a van that transport a handicap person strapped in chair and strapped to van. Now that handicap accessible! Also, they were an hour and half late to pick up and then to find out we couldnt even go to appointment because of the accessibility.
John arrived earlier than expected. Whoever was the dispatcher sent an awesome driver with just enough space for all the moving boxes I needed transported from the airport to my home. Definitely recommend scheduling with them ahead of time! They did not disappoint.

I was so close to get my tuberculosis shot and this driver is not only early to pick me up but he has not wore a mask throughout the entire ride. I have a video of him coughing and the car smells like Malboro reds, Because he has a pack on the cup holder and the van reeks of it and I got asthma. Thomas is NEVER on time. I ALWAYS have to wait 1+ hour for a return trip with him. This isnt the first time. I understand that the drivers may not arrive at the time I schedule for pickup but I shouldnt have to wait an hour or more.

It took them an hour to get to me my ride to and from was great the ride to my appointment was with a woman and she was really nice and respectful then on my way home I had a male driver and he was amazing we stopped to get my medications and something to eat he paid for my food even tho I had the money for it he still got my food and both of my drivers get 5* stars all the way.

Happy with drivers. Good transportation. Not informed that I had to call when done. One hour late picking me up from hospital. I was scheduled but insurance company but not told that even if you have a scheduled appointment that I still have to call. They responded quickly to my request for pickup. Lesson learned.

Taxi #2 - Driver was on time, car was clean, driver didnt talk much. I asked her a question twice & she ignored me so I didnt say anything else to her except thanks & good bye when she dropped me & my son off at the doctors office. I gave her 4 stars & didnt hold it against her. Taxi #15- She was on time & very nice. Taxi was clean & she got my son & I home safely. She even made me laugh. I give Taxi # 15 Five stars. Antons transportation is way better than Valley Transport.

I was walking home from the store this evening and as the sidewalks are still frozen I was walking on the street. I was walking up my street when a vehicle turned the corner coming towards me, I hurried to walk around a parked when assuming the driver would offer me the right of way due to the weather conditions but instead the driver accelerated and I was forced to jump back and press against the side of the parked mini van. I know it was an Anton Transportation Vehicle because as it passed less then edit inches from my face I could clearly read the white lettering on the window.
Rick was early, an excellent driver, very personable as well as knowledgeable about subjects we talked about. Never been a fan of Caresource cab service and drive myself if I possibly can. This cab driver made my very dreaded ride actually enjoyable. Hope you guys keep him and you should give him a raise. Been a long time since I have been at ease with someones driving other than my own.

Never ever on time. Last appointment I was never picked up for my return ride home. And for this appointment they picked me up 10 minutes before my appointment was supposed to start and it was 30 minutes away. I had to reschedule after wasting all that time.

Your service leaves a lot of room to complain. No matter when I use Antons , I am either late for, or dont get to the appt at all. I have asked Access to Care, to never book my trips on Antons ever again. They work my nerves to excess. I am always in stress mode with Antons.
My driver today was considerate & kind. She arrived to pick me up early & called to tell me she was waiting, then safely drove to my doctors office and patiently waited. Another positive Antons experience 😃

Thank you for getting me home safely during the snow.I had a late shift at work and bc of the snow the roads were slick but not horrible.. after trying for an hour and a half to get an Uber (apparently all their available drivers only wanted to hang out at the airport)... So I called Anton’s and was able to get a ride home within a reasonable amount of time. The woman who took my call (i forgot to ask her name) was very friendly and helpful as was my driver who even called me to assure me he was on his way.This was my first time using a taxi service and i was pleasantly surprised that the fare was not as outrageous as i had expected, it was not much more than what i normally pay for an Uber or Lyft for the same ride. They text you updates on your ride and even have an app that you can download and use to request a ride which i think it very convenient and definitely helps rheum stay competitive with others services like Uber/ Lyft. I will definitely be using Anton’s Transportation whenever i need a taxi service!!
They made me wait 2 hours and 30 minutes to get picked up from my appointment and i had to keep calling and telling them i have a baby i have to get home too and they had a attitude with me bad customer service don’t recommend them

2022-03-08Picked up and transported to Dr appt on time with time to spare. My driver was pleasant and a good driver van was clean. On the return trip however I was not pleased. No problem with the driver or van. My initial trip charge was 29.75. My return trip was $43. We went the exact route both times.i ask the driver to call and check on this which he did. The man who answered offered no explanation other than that was the charge, and maybe we went a different way. He was told that was not the case. I told him when I initially checked into using the service I was told it would be $60. He said he didnt know who I spoke to. I dont think I would use this company again. I feel it was a rip off, and they could care less a out the difference in the price.

2022-03-05I have had my insurance schedule my transportation to ALL medical apts: doctor, therapy, and procedure visits. They have used multiple companies; however, I called them and want Antons Transportation exclusively on my account!!YES yall have been so courteous, professional!!THANK YOU TO EACH AND EVERYONE AT ANTONS TRANSPORTATION!!The gentleman dispatcher on 3-4-2022 @ 4:40pm (he had a nice deep voice) helped me to stay calm while waiting for my ride. He made me smile and made me chuckle. (I worked in customer service this is quality service!! Someone upset on the phone: my job was to assist to relieve that customer of negative emotions and give a positive solution to their issue, situation or problem!!) 2022-06-27Unprofessional! Please listen to me young women like me looking for rides cheaper then Uber do not fall for their tricks! They have a system where they charge how far they drive and they took me all round town and made me late! I told them I don’t like carrying cash and asked how much it would be and they lied! I even had extra money and it wasn’t enough almost $60 for 14 minute ride. When I told them I couldn’t pay it they tried to call the cops but I had to beg strangers for the money before they did and thank god for the good Samaritan’s that helped ❤️🙏 and thank you Jesus for keeping me safe this night

2022-04-22Used this service to take me to and from a dr. Appt. The ride to my appointment was a little harry. Driver was very nice but drove way to fast. He had me sliding all over the back seat. The driver who brought me home was wonderful. Very pleasant and more importantly, I felt safe. He was an excellent driver. Both vehicles were well kept and clean.

2022-04-26I was in vehicle #6 Lisa is the drivers name . She was completely rude when I explained that I was going to be late for my doctor appointment. I was told to be prepared by 12:30pm and ready which I was . The ride didnt get there until nine minutes until my scheduled appointment. The appointment was all the way in Centerville Ohio and its now 2:06 pm so Im late and Im not sure if this happens frequently or if since my Medicaid is paying for the transportation this means it doesnt matter to this ride provider if Im on time but my doctors office wants me to be there 15 minutes early. I will not refer this transportation provider and I wont use them anymore . They need to punctual and get the job done correctly.

2022-07-29My driver was GREAT! The thing I take issue with is the guy answering the phone. Do not lie to your customers and tell them that their ride is on the way at a certain time when it is not. Secondly when the rider calls to find out whats going on, after waiting said time and then receiving a text saying your driver is just now being dispatched, Do not hang up on them 3Xs. As an adult and a professional WE do not avoid civil conversations. Lastly if you didnt really have an idea of the drivers pick up time......SIMPLY COMMUNICATE THAT.
